"In italy. There are fears that fascism is being revived. As the far-right brothers of italy is gaining traction. In the political landscape overtaking the biggest rightist party matia salvini league. Well to find out how and why this is happening. And the implications italy's future. Joel joined now by georgia orlando. Rome correspondent for euronews georgia. What are the roots of this group. The brothers of italy. Good morning so broad as vita lease usually competes in local and general elections together with for talia and selena's league party and if they're going to compete in twenty twenty three. There's a good chance that georgia maloney my become itogi's next prime minister and also his first female at prime minister. And when it comes to the fascism issue. I don't think that brought of the wants to embody a potential return. Fascism in italy georgia maloney a sad on a number of occasions. That wants to embody a new kind of Y wing posse now. It's clear that she can't cancel that heritage. It's clear that her party. He's the descendant of the party formed in nineteen forty six by supporters of mussalini. But she said recently in a hotel biography that she doesn't belong to the cult of fascism. Clearly what has happened recently that Given that significant win. All the brothers of italy in the market region we know that here broncos obesity won- after twenty five years of left wing rules some Extreme far-right groups including voted for tylenol. As a pound. There's been a helped and by a Brothers vitally but clearly she wants to take some distance from that from that idea of From bad ideology at clearly. So what is her iot ideology so basically a one of the main differences between her party and metal being sleek party is the fact that she wants to present herself as the leader of a national party Often the comparison is made between the two parties has Sabinas leak farsi was created thanked the supportable local communities in the north of italian. Then that party has now turned into a mall. Nationwide our party so on his broader beats elite share with savini Clearly opposition against italy's health boss They have the shared the same stance on migration policies But when it comes to the two parties have very much different just an example when it comes to the catalan issue but also be leak. Bounty is very much in favor of the castellini. Independence were has Is against that. So as i said only wants to embody a new kind of Why wing party At mole i would say in modern party in that sense but obviously at the heritage is clearly one the conservative party. I'm over the reasons for the recent gains. So we're talking about a yes while jordan has overtaken tosa beanie but just by a tiny margin but he's quite significant the way this has happened so have thought he has gone from strength to strength in a very short period of time and that's not because sabina has lost some of these support. That's because that's thanks to georgia maloney's leadership She has Made his very bold decision. So she's been very much critical of the fact that these latest government to juan led by mario draghi has not been elected by. Thailand's but rather has been put together by math to implement italy's recovery plan so she said number of occasions that is not acceptable and i quote to see a democratic country without an opposition party. So she wanted to be able to lead the first while italy's first position party and she's been very consistent with that and that's why supposes have rewarded her for for taking this decision. Second reason is that she has managed to be quite become quite respected as a politician outside of the city. That's not forget that she's the first. Italian politician was become a leader over national party and leader of a larger pin group e cr group. She's president of that group and to she's the first female politicians to do so and secondly she he's a very respected among conservative politicians in the us She was the only politician who was invited. to the national prayer breakfast in the attended by donald trump she's close to donald trump and she's respected by the conservative groups over that and i think that these has a paid off in terms of the kind of recognition that supporters have given her So italy's now in this period called white semester. Can you explain what that means. Yes so he's white semester semester semester. Bianco is when is the last six months of the president's mandate and during this time the president and cannot dissolve parliament and so typically here. You would see politicians voicing their opinions and much more open way and the. That's one the political debate at becomes more heat and that's because the president cannot dissolve parliament And clearly might have been argued that these prime minister knows that very well. This is a totally at the moment is entering a very delicate period because clearly we know that might have been argues pointed to implement italy's recuperate plan implement a set of reforms that comes with that and and we've seen what happened recently With the the the justice reform That has been a a debate that has gone on for days and tosa recently as in very critical all the way the government is approaching migration policies so clearly. It's a very delicate at time But the spines these analysts say that might have dougie. Booby abels how to To ensure that the government remains stable and leased to get through these spirit and reach twenty twenty. Three which is the natural end of maya sturm. An would not tom ends. G predicted a big showing for the far right parties. I mean as you said she she may well end up as leader or might the brothers of italy actually split that rightist vote while that's That's a very good question because As of now As easily spot of that our coalition. I think it's convenient for her being for the rest of the block. What's going to happen afterwards. I'm clearly the center right is sat to to have significant gains. And that's because let's not forget that these government once again has not been elected by. John has been put together by president. Matra to somehow guide of the country through this very difficult appeared so there are good chances that at once the next elections will happen at the center right which is clearly ahead in the polls will win now. It all depends with regards to your question regarding while the birth of easily more it. It's all down to how much she she's able to gain between now and that time whether perhaps it's more convenient for her to run on her own so separator south from fox italia and link or whether it's still convenient for her to be part of that coalition. We've seen that that had arguments throughout all this months and the very decision that Georgia moloney ease the main opposition to the at the moment and the league is not clearly shows you at where the two parties stand at the moment just very quickly before we go. The leader of brothers ermotti as a woman. Might they be contemplating a name change. Well you mean. Change of the party's name absolutely. I mean given give them that. She's clearly not a brother well. I don't think that's something that is being discussed at the moment She i think this is partial her strategy as well political strategy to really take some distance from That fascism reliable we mentioned earlier She wants to has created something that wants to be different and wants to have a different identity. from what fascism walls and maloney. She's being also quite neutral when it comes to being a strong female leader she hasn't actually As of now she hasn't used that issue. As somehow i took him point or a stance that she she supposed really in order to To gain supporters to gain votes. I think bush's trying to do now is really to focus on whatever she's proposed and being consistent really with with their own ideas and the the main one being. We are the main opposition party. Nearly we don't have to agree with anything. The government says wants to plans to do georgia. Thank you very much. Indeed that stood orlandi. And here's what else. We're.

They're not try to to say that It's make the debate go on some other grounds so they agreed that there was a problem that they needed to tackle the issue really strong. And but then. "That. Like that's what all my characters that's how they survive life like they're gonna crack a joke that maybe doesn't have the best timing or maybe it does. Who knows but i. I really like the way that those those genres can also be intermixed with seifi and horror fantasy and fi. We've got a couple a bunch of different stories that blend those boundaries and for me. That's just like yes. Delicious is what. I'm looking for issues. Delicious monica the speaking of influencers ship. It's about you know these friends who are close but they have some animosity. They have an attraction but they also were friends. And and there's a sense of you know for the antagonist we have no what's real and it seems to me. This is a way to interrogate or ask questions about like social media and how we present ourselves in the world and how we are in the world and i'm curious is a am i right. Does that sound right. T corex okay. Great and then beyond like white wise at the theme that that came to you for the story. Why were you grappling with this idea. So i think when the pandemic hit and everybody was kind of forced to make social media. They're like outlet to talk about certain things may be the messy bitch that i am. I just like notice. All the lay public lake friend breakup and relationships that were breaking up on online. And that's actually where. I got the idea for story. But oh my god. You're just like me. You love other people's drama don't you. I don't have any drama in my life. But i get drama from other people's drama. I love the real housewives franchise so yeah so this particular story. I just wanted to like frame something. That was a bit more relatable right because as we know the queer community is pretty small. And especially if you're like a millennial aware or transfers in cities like we have like our own clicks and whatnot blah blah blah blah. It happens it's just like the whole team whatever but it's kind of coming from like an insincere place too because in the age of Technology and social media a lot of people like to front that their lives are really perfect. You know what i mean. There's only like this certain image that people want to convey. And then you know a lot of people will start friendships quote friendships based on this idea. That if they are in proximity to this person that is benefiting from social capital. They will also have that social capital enfield like the same amount of importance as the person that gets the attention online right. So it's kind of like making fun of influencers stuff because that's the whole thing especially like with instagram shadow. Banning people in turning it into a business platform people are treating friendships and relationships based on this type of capital. It's kind of like a monetary exchange in. There is something. That's really dark and depraved. About that. So i was like this. Seems like it would be a good fit to work with the cast of matia toe..

"Going back to the biology part or riza. Sativa is the plant we know otherwise it is a graph says been cultivated for millennia and yes sativa as in the same word used four canvas. Okay what does that mean. It's the latin word that needs cultivated. O yeah so It's just a species name okay. Whatever or reason a sativa is agent rice or what. We are more familiar with as rice. There's also a reside glad berina. Which is african. rice is less common but it was also independently domesticated. But it's been partly replaced by the higher yielding sediba so race can be white brown black purple and red. This is separate from the variety of rice. Which are the like. Actual like species subspecies think like matia rice which is long grain and it originated in the foothills of the himalayas. That is usually what we as. Americans are more familiar with than theirs. Glutinous or sticky rice. Which is used in southeast asia. Yeah which is why if you've ever tried to use chopsticks on rice in the united states there's a good chance that didn't work very well and you got very committee sound why yes one game. At a time. I had no i had thought about that. Oh my god. Great glutinous rice from the latin gluten. Noces manning glue or sticky. It doesn't contain gluten good so the can have both variety and color so you can have both monty brown rice or glutinous white rice or the other way around because the color is often due to how it's processed how is it grown in. What is a rice patty. So it's grown in fields or on like hill steps which is like a practice that's been happening for thousands of years so the the rice. Patty is a Small level feel like it's flooded and the rice is able to withstand that flooding while a lot of weeds and pests are not so it protects the rights as well and these patties have soil. That really won't absorb water so it just kind of holds the standing water and then they're they're held in by like earth borders so they can hold a four to six inches of water for most of the growing season. When you're growing rice you mentioned the I forget the word. You used the husks the shell. What's it called the huskies Do people the farmers like manually take that off themselves or is that a processing thing and also do they have to like individually. Pick up a green of rice. Surely they have some sort of technology that makes it easier but nope nope. There's a machine called rice color or rice. Husker which automatically like runs through and us steel rollers to remove the husk or like a rotating disk that uses abrasion to remove it before that they would often use a mortar pestle. You wouldn't individually off of each grain of rice. Peel the husk okay. Fair so with the rice paddies oftentimes they're harvested manually though. There is some mechanical harvesting. And then they do a process of threshing where they loosen the edible grain from the straw. That's attached to a lot of the plant is edible until they try to take the seed part of that when you talk about a planet you're talking about what then becomes one grain of rice. No okay each rice plant has more than once he cool. What is rice. Look like when it's plant. I going to send you a picture of. I'm not sure how describe this to it. Looks like we so like yeah. It's a grass. Yes i jordan. I've literally never seen races a plant before. I thought you were an individual. And i was so confused. Yeah okay what i'm looking at is like it. Has a green bay like like wheat does and then it. Has you know the yellow part where the actual rice is and it looks like we in that like it is a bunch of rice connected to each other kind of like the way that a wheat stalk looks like one of these things is one rice when rice plant or is it multiple stocks or whatever. You would call those things. I think multiple are connected. Yeah okay so when when they're in standing water the actual rice part is out of the water. It's the routes and stuff that's in standing water the whole time right. Yes yeah okay. There is still standing water. But they're not entirely submerged. Yeah i was definitely picturing grains of rice underway A couple of inches of water. They can that way. Why is that a face hold on during his just sent us a picture of two faces made out of rice patties. Just the first result. Oh my goodness like part. Part of the plant is submerged. But it's not an entirely aquatic plant. It's like right a couple inches. And they're pretty tall. Yeah imagine like the next time you drive through weet field imagining that. They were all standing in like a good. You know four inches of water in a slightly what. We're playing so that the area around it like kept the water in. That's kind of what race patio looks like okay that i'm glad i had that misconception. Why thought that. I just literally is a plant. Take one race thing and you planted in the ground and it goes and entire and you get one more rice grave. There are finite number of rice. Cake bartender eating all of them. They're not gonna be any rice left next year. It's a good point. That's why i was so confused when you said that it was like corn and wheat now is like that doesn't make sense to me but biology strange so okay okay. I'm very glad we cleared that up. Gosh how long have we been farming rice this way. So we've been cultivating rice for about five thousand years cool yup It's a very old and various central plants. Of course our methods have changed because they've become more mechanical. We've done selective breeding for higher yields and the plants themselves have changed with. That's more recently. Interview with Maria Hinojosa

"So as you know, Latino rebels is part of Food Doodo Media, which is the nonprofit independent media company founded by Marina Hosa, and if you've been following what Matia has been sharing the last couple of weeks, she has a new book. It's called once I was you it to memoir and I've seen Muddy A- work on the book talk about the book worry about the book. Love, the book hate the book. To seeing her the whole creative process. and. Now, the book is out and everyone loves the book and she's been on every other podcast. Since we worked together I I said, you need to be back on Latino rebels radio. Not. Only because. You know we work at full Doodo media. OR WE CO host an in the thick podcast. But. Because we're friends and we're family so. Here's money a wholesale on Latino rebels radio talking about. Book. Once I. was you. Maria. This is the fifth fourth or fifth time I've had you on some form of Latino rebels whether it's radio or streaming. So. You're quickly becoming quickly becoming enough Latino rebel. He knew I knew I. Knew About Latino rebels before I knew about you know crazy. No but listen I, know it's been. It's been such a historic week for you. With the book launch, and then you're on Lulu Garcia now audio and we're doing it in the thick, and then the Lou Garcia now laterals interview shows up on Latino USA and you're doing all this promotion. AT OPRAH DOT COM YEAH OPRAH DOT com, and then you got these amazing reviews and and it's I'm an you know you're like. It's crazy what's happening but I wanted to just have a conversation you and I with no like the book will come out of this conversation but I'm not going to be like Maria tell me about your book you know what I mean. Like I, want I want us to be like just you and me. TO GIVE PEOPLE SORT OF A. I don't know like a feel of what we do behind the scenes a little bit I mean there's a little bit of crazy that has to happen when you're like I'm in a launch, my own company or I'm GonNa Launch, you know something like letting rebels and I'm just going to do it and I'm Elliot died. So there's a of you know. For one way or another for one reason or another jumping off a cliff and just being like but we got this in one and so I feel like food thorough and Latino rebels and everything that you know in the fake and everything that has come as a result is really because we have nothing to lose Indian this you know that we had. People are like what am I ain't got none your so it's like I. Mean I have a lot but I'm just saying like A. doodle I didn't have. My own company and I was like. How scary was that house like we've talked about this but how scary was that moment for you because you talk about it in the book but you. Know I talk about it in the book because there's it's a very important moment because what you gotta get the book to really get all the juicy details but they. Don't reveal too much. Basically I'm told by a very important network show. That that I should like, take a hike and comeback. When some of the white guys had died and I was an I get into the subway and I'm crying Hulu I'm crying in the subway I'm alone I think that there's a real understanding of you know. We are psychic psychically and in many ways tied to our family but we're also very deeply existential. Alone I'm sorry. I go there. You know it's just like we stomas Finale Quintas sister solo or in says, I got home I called my sister and I said Britain. I said, I cannot go on unemployment. I've never gone on unemployment and I don't have a job. And very immigrant t very Mexican. The I was like I can't. I cannot tell my father that I went on unemployment and so people. Who See your brightness your star, your shot they see it from afar. You have a hard time seeing it yourself. You know this often happens to us and people had said why don't you do your own thing deepa Sunday that you're of our board was like do your own thing I was like this look what are you talking about? What my own thing and at that point you know somebody else had said I'll help you and so then I just said. All right. Well, let's do this and we had no assurance. We had no funding. We had nothing we drew up some paperwork. and. You start it in your in your in your apartment in my apartment. In Harley, actually I ended up I. my first office was exactly in the area of the apartment where I ended up finishing writing the book because we had to rearrange the apartment. You know we live in New York we don't. We don't have like a huge apartment so. GotTa move some things are actually the altar had to be moved the friend had. And the kids were still I mean, your kids were still kids I. Mean I know they're older now but you're talking we're talking ten years ago. Yeah yeah, Yeah Yeah they earn motherhood you were in the well, you know we'll. Yes. Although I think that's an ongoing conversation honestly, and the book is in inspiring these conversations in my own family, right? which is so where was mom? Where was she was she here where she present? Did she feel present? Did she give us what we need? So those are ongoing conversations especially because right now while I'm getting a lot of attention for the book this time also when I have to be giving attention to my family, there's always that balance and I think that's part of what the message of the book is. Is a psycho Saddiqi. Oh, you have it all you can have many things, but you're going to have to work at them and it's going to mean sacrifice and risk anyway to answer your question will you he was a very scary time I was so scared, I had no idea what to expect.

"Every three years is what most of the players that are thrown into And you know obviously as a result of that first auction in the first few years, players, cricketers were getting paid really serious money as well. I come from an era when we almost playing for fun really and it was great from but we did not whereas now these guys who are seriously good getting extremely well, and some people who are not actually getting well paid as well. So it just felt like a a really interesting enterprise and I think it's it's done a lot of good for the game I mean people will say, well. Jeopardized test matches and. Made people who voted test cricket but I think actually it's in homes test cricket. You know something an style zoning to the head of Guitar, smash? Loss. Jay was a product of t twenty is made the game foster made the players more athletic. Yes it has had some negative effect but overall I think these positive and the other great thing is it's created thirteen or more domestic t twenty leagues around the world, which is really globalizing the game you know the game for so long was internationally was just a or eight countries. Now there are seventy five countries paying t twenty cricket and it might end up as Olympics. All and that for me growing up with cricket paying my life Matia Office is a wonderful thing. So you know the result is going into it in a lot more depth to see how will being formulated how it all works on a business level to try and in a way help English cricket and and other countries as well to to get their own cricket on a more sustainable level because you know we've seen this year cove. It obviously has had a dramatic effect on the economy, the economy of the game they also and the economy generally, but cricket has suffered quite badly because it's it hit in the middle of. The Dehumanization of Latinx in the U.S.

"This is one of the stories that I wrote about for. Latino rebels was the fact that the new guidelines in English about covert one. Thousand nine hundred. The elderly need to stay at home. We have fifteen days to stop the spread. It came out in English on Monday and it took like three days for the White House to actually make it publicly available in Spanish. I called up the White House on Monday. And they didn't have it mightier. This was not available. So that's a problem. I think this real time information being delayed for two thousand seventeen estimate from pugh. We're talking about thirty seven million emails in the United States who speak Spanish at home. So it's the country's most common non English language. Yeah it's a significant population. So I threw a lot. Actually what are you thinking about that with? All that's going on this week when it comes to immigration or the Spanish language community in this country. I mean I think that what I'm GonNa say is really really radical but then again look what we're living through yeah self-isolation self quarantine closed borders. Which really it's like Mark Krikorian. 's Wet dreams come true. He's the head of CIS Center for Immigration Studies. Basically he's very much a counsel to the entire Rabid Anti immigrant perspective and these are people who have been advocating to close all the borders to not allow not one refugee and not one immigrant in period. And so because of covert nineteen. They're getting their dreams coming true. So my response to that. It's like shouting into this guy. But why not open up all of the detention facilities? Yeah Open them up release. Everyone release everyone to their family members. How do you do this like? How do you start a movie? You know usually the way donald is worth that has top people. It's People Power you use your body. How do you stop a bus from transporting people you know of active protests when we're doing social isolation? Yeah but that's my feeling. Is You know. Release them the problem is. Is that this whole thing that you laid out all of this kind of tick tock of detentions and ice and all of this year. It's part of the immigration detention deportation industrial complex. You cannot stop it. You cannot bring it to a grinding halt the way it should be because of this humanitarian endemic crisis. Because that means that the money will start to dry up right. And you know the funding there right now mandated by Congress to make sure that people are being detained by law right so if you suddenly are not detaining it's like other raison d'etre goes away you know. I want out. There are some stories that are happening that we're not hearing about you. Know the ninth death in ice custody since October first happened this Wednesday a twenty seven year old Honduran man died in Karnes County residential center in Texas. The death appeared to be suicide. I'm thinking about the young man whose story on follow lean who is Honduran and desperate year right now in. Mexico cannot move also on March eleventh. This reported that a nineteen year old a nineteen year old pregnant one. Modern woman named medium is too funny. He'd fell eighteen feet from a border barrier and died. Let's just call it the wall so those are the things that are happening for me. Julio and I agree with you I've thought so much about what you said about Puerto Rico and about how the people all of them American citizens you know put through a humanitarian crisis because of Hurricane Maria and we all were here on the mainland. Like how are they doing this? How are they doing this? And it's like people are looking at is insane. How are they doing it? How are they doing it? And it's like what we learned from. We learned from our brothers and sisters in the south. That's how I learned and I will say this about all that it's like we still have Internet. We still have light like the majority of people have access to Food Not Puerto Rico during the hurricane. And that's why I think about the resiliency of my my peeps but listen. I wanted to just raise one thing. That also is getting missed a little bit during the Senate vote on the House legislation for the covert nineteen relief package which passed by the way ninety two eight in the Senate so that's the first relief package it's going to allow for free testing for the corona virus and up to ten days of paid sick leave for some workers which I'm like. Wow Okay here we go. Let's put our political differences aside. We're actually trying to put the American people out there. People that live in this country. But I'm sorry Kentucky Senator Rand Paul who oppose the legislation in the middle of introducing an amendment to the bill. He said this. My amendment says that if you want to apply for money from the government the Child Tax Credit Program. This is money that the government gives to people. They have to be a legitimate person. You have to have a social security number. We've been talking about this reform for a decade now and we never seem to be able to get it passed. It has nothing to do with not liking immigrants. It has to do saying taxpayer money. Should go to non people. You should have to be a person to get taxpayer money. I'm sorry when you start using media this is what you say all the time. Words like non people and saying well. I'm not racist against immigrants. It's just about not giving services to non people because they don't have social security cards. That is a dangerous dangerous slope. It speaks to the dehumanisation of like you said like you tweeted Matia. Who's doing the work? Now who's most vulnerable right now? You know maids people that clean food delivery people that prepare those workers. Who are they right and to hear? Rand Paul say well. These are non. People is just sickening and immoral that needs to get called

What Are the Health Benefits of Yerba Mate?

"Talking about Uraba Matei today. What is it? What are the health benefits attributed to it? And how can you best enjoy. Matei is traditional South American beverage. That's brewed from the leaves and stems of the Yerba Matte tape plant. And that's a tree that belongs to the Holly Ali. Family motto is widely consumed in Argentina Uruguay Paraguay and Brazil where the Matia tree is indigenous. But you'll also find Matei as an ingredient gradient in energy drinks or even in the herbal tea section of your local health food store fun fact technically. The Word T. only applies to the leaves leaves of the Camilla Sinensis or tea plant so the category of beverages popularly known as herbal tea are actually tisanes anyway. Human human beings apparently have a universal appetite for stimulants depending on where on the globe. Your ancestors found themselves. They might have enjoyed beverages made from coffee. Cacao Beans Goran Berries Cola nuts or T- or Mateo leaves although each contains a slightly different array of active chemicals. All all of these plants contain caffeine or a closely related molecule with similar stimulant properties. There are many impressive health benefits attributed to drinking matei including greater energy mental focus reduced fatigue weight loss antioxidant activity and enhanced sport performance formation's but before you get too excited about this new miracle brew. Most of those benefits that are attributed to Matei are available from any caffeinated needed beverage. There's no question. That caffeine stimulates the central nervous system. And that results in alertness and reduced fatigue now the impact of Mateo on weight. Wait and fat loss is likely to be relatively minor especially compared to the impact of your food and movement choices and similarly expect only incremental effects on your athletic performance. It might help you go a little longer or a little faster but Matia is not going to turn a weekend jogger into an Olympic runner or anything. So let's talk about how caffeine affect the body. Caffeine is not addictive in the true sense of the word but it is habit forming. If you drink caffeine in regularly your body will become habituated to its effects. You might feel like you can't wake up in the morning until you've had your first cup and if deprived of your regular caffeine fix you may develop a temporary headache. So if you're trying to quit caffeine I recommend weaning yourself gradually to minimize any of those unpleasant side effects on the plus side regular consumers also habitue to caffeine's diuretic effects contrary to Popular Lore. Drinking caffeinated needed beverages. Like coffee and tea or Matei is not dehydrating if you drink them. Regularly long-term Caffeine use also appears to have neuro protective effects fact reducing the risk of dementia Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease now just like different fruits and vegetables have different nutrient profiles coffee fi t mateo and the other stimulant beverages each contain unique phytochemicals that may offer distinct benefits but the similarities here are greater later than the differences. You can stick to your favorite caffeine vehicle or play the field or of course you may choose to abstain altogether many many of the antioxidant and other disease fighting compounds that are found in coffee tea and Matei can also be gotten from non stimulating fruits and vegetables in particular apples bowls. I. know about feel before they went to the court how much do they hide from the FISA court about flaws in their case I think those are part of that seventy percent what more and I'm sure that there is I mean we we we we we we now know the the the trump campaign was approached multiple times thank you Matt assets that's right you're absolutely right look there was a shocking story you know for me it was and I broke that story on Patrick Byrne CEO of overstock dot com and the fact that I had no idea came out of left field that he was in a relationship that will be you know for a period of time with Maria Bettina who was you know shoes like he agent on register I'm registered for an agent not as fire at all but that there was all this communication between the FBI and Patrick Byrne I had this verified with government sources and I knew it I think it's shocking people can't even believe it was CEO of overstock dot com involved in this is Alan tenderly providing Matia putting his the at risk voluntarily providing the information the FBI does nothing they reward him into this then does nothing with it and he feels like he needs to come forward and has I think John brought up a lot of good points look office of net assessment we just had to go inside the Pentagon the D. O. D. office of net assessment having contracts with professors and others that the D. O. D. inspector general can't even gauge with these contracts to show for the dollar called multi million dollar contract number so where will posting what about away we're positing that it is possibly connected to the intelligence agencies and not only that they DO the entity that may be used as a slush fund to spy on America and will that appears to be what happened certainly the concern you look at Chuck Grassley's letters from Senate finance Senate judiciary is right for the Pentagon he's been on this for two years I think he is struck oil I think there's going to be a significant revelation that was going to be a big month of the stores right so much in a few minutes in this break mention because it touched upon it in the hour yet the exposure of the state department well they are the original handler of Christopher Stiller back to twenty thirteen John wonder Victorian new lan who has multi only having less how we handle end and more than a hundred documents if you provide state and at one point what the state say to the FBI and the OJ in in the October eleventh capping catalog that peace is the secretary working for Nolan minor meets a steal and cheat transmits a piece of information back to the F. B. I. clearly learning the FBI their informant is over here talking to us saying stuff that agreed to sleep political against Donald Trump yeah and the city as election day deadline to get his information out that some of his intelligence is obviously wrong is a great moment where she writes in her notes well this whole Russia schemes being carried out to the Miami console of the the Russian government the Russian government doesn't have a Miami consulate she could figure out his stuff was bunk why couldn't the F. B. I. figure out it was but they didn't want it isn't as interesting moment here without you seem to understand why senior bomber official at the state department called every in phone calls gives an interview off the election where she said sorry we ask the stupidity of these people is epic in proportion wish she admits that we would desperate before the transition before the election to get this story of Russia collusion out as wide as possible because the icy for what purpose but this information right on national television every in focus but they all think they're doing a favor to the American their souls as an elected officials they think they're doing your listeners of the American people that voted for Donald Trump a favor they they literally treat the American people like they're idiots that don't know how to make their own decisions and don't know how to do anything and that they need to pick the president they need to decide who is best to leave the country and that is what is so disheartening wrong about this entire operation and this is the reason why as Americans are as journalists we have to expose it thank you to you too for what you've been doing and I'm standing work to get the truth out I'm Sebastopol CA this is America first but we are also very very grateful to all of you who have donated to the angel tree from the provides a Christmas gift to a child in America whose parents or parent is behind bars let's help as many children this Christmas if you're wondering how to give back this is the perhaps the most blessed way you can get back why because it's Christ centered and it's about helping children children.

The nationalist government is planning to open a museum devoted to the holocaust. But holocaust, survivors and scholars fear. The government is downplaying Hungary's history of anti-semitism and complicity in Nazi genocide. Joanna kakissis reports from Budapest that this controversial museum is also deepening rift within the local Jewish community. Two towers with a soaring star of David between them. Mark the entrance to Hungary's holocaust museum. The twenty three million dollar museum stands at what used to be Joseph fato railway station. It's here that four hundred thirty seven thousand Hungarian Jews forced aboard trains to Nazi death camps between may and July of nineteen forty four. The historian who conceived this museum named at the house of fates? A twist on the novel fate Lewis by Nobel prize winner Imre care tests, a holocaust survivor himself in twenty fourteen that historian Matia Schmidt explained that the museum would largely show the unity of Hungarian Jews and non Jews. We wanna tell the story of ordinary citizens here, not political figures each story is about neighbors. And there are good ones as well as bad ones. But the museum's opening has been delayed for more than three years. The reason is deep concern about what may be inside it a denial of Hungary's full role in the holocaust. So let's look at that history long before Hungarian Jews were sent to death camps Hungary, had been oppressing them on its own for.

"Basis. Four times a year, you restrict the normal amount of calories that you would eat to forty percent of what you normally eat. So maybe you're doing maybe you're just dropping one meal or for every meal that y- you're eating a little bit less. And you do this for five days on a quarterly basis. I started doing that last year. And I I just have like this Stu that I make with split mung beans and BAAs Matia rice. And it's called it's called Kittery. It's an Indian ayurvedic cleansing, Stu. Dr Longos company. L Neutra sends out these kits called prolonged kits that are all done for you. But I just wanted to make make my own stew. That's easy for me. Put a little coconut yogurt on it. And that's just breakfast lunch and dinner for me for five days in a row. It's almost like a like a seasonal cleaning. So you do that four times a year? And the only other thing that I do is one or two times a month. I try to go from Saturday dinner to Sunday dinner without eating so it's almost a twenty four hour fast. And with those three things twelve six hundred and fast the quarterly five day like modified fast in the twenty four hour fast wanted you times a month.
