"R. Lot APP Chris Brockman top of our number two the poll question news. What do you have over there which current M._l._b.? Player has the best chance to be unanimous hall of Famer of course Mary Veira Hall of fame election going into cooperstown this weekend. Mike Trout leased away sixty eight percent Albert holes twenty percent Clayton Kershaw a seven percent Miguel Cabrera for David Cone and our number one put his thumb on the scale for my trout and it's very difficult to to argue that but pool is is a no doubt about her right. I mean he's as good as <hes> of all time but Rivera is the first ever unanimous guy I ever and his cone said once that's been broken now. Maybe others can follow behind. I don't think jeeter is going to be by the way you delgiorno really. Why is that because there's a lot of jeeter hey out there and there's a lot of people thought he was overrated? The number and I'm not a huge Derek jeter guy but I don't know how you can argue with the five championships and three thousand to me to me when you but you know L. When voters say unanimous you've gotta be particularly in arguably the greatest to me. It's like when you vote is the guy a hall of Famer yes or no right and the the answer when jeeter's named comes of course is a hall of Famer. He deserves to be in the hall of fame. The thing is Marianne Rivera's the first unanimous player so by that measure. He's the greatest player in major league. I don't understand it was babe. Ruth not unanimous arisen Robinson Hank Aaron go on and on down the list and so <hes> you know <hes> when when you talk about jeeter's numbers the number of Red Sox fans that you know for instance the other day when when you talked about how Federer was one of the greats of all time unanimously liked the unanimously loved by everyone right and and you're like can you name anybody else like that and I had fun with you. I say Rivera jeeter judge. Just that's my way of kind of tweaking you with three Yankees and Rivera I do believe is universally. I mean the number of Red Sox fans..

"I don't even sume band things. That's my promise. A one issue, I have that I can't do the war, and Ken and other people can I can't assume things even that night where the nets down by twenty eight and it's a regular season NBA game as much as I tried to distract myself, just go to bed. It's over. I couldn't be couldn't -ssume that that was it. Right. Right. And so if you're a met fan, and it's eight to four, you're a sumo. You really can't assume I don't blame for going to bed, but you can't assume that the game is just one and you would think it's like if there's nights that I like I'll pass out late in the game and I see the end of the game or whatever and I get up in the morning, I never think okay to definitely one this game like I'm like, mentally. I haven't put it in a win column. Right. Right. You can't you just you just can't do it just in, in the car. Just just an hour. You going on guys? Justin. So yeah I'm watching this game last night. And you know, be fair. I'm Yankee fan of them put them shackles on the Mets last night. One trying to clear what furs come on. I wanted to before. Did you get? Feeling good about door. And so. Why? And I thought bueller made no sense. Okay. Yeah. So, yeah, I was against the eighth inning feeling. Good ninth-inning, then I'm start thinking, I'm watching the game do you have to Dodger Stadium there? And I start thinking of the nicely I start thinking that one game back in two thousand seven where the dodgers went back to back to back to back to basically tied the game in the ninth inning. They ended up winning adheres I think, and I just kept on thinking about that inning. And next thing you know it just started happening in front of my eyes. Lord, what I wasn't back to back that. But. Vandal's first two homers. And is this rocket after rocket awful? The funnier is the first one didn't scare me. The first one was okay. Great didn't walk them. It's still to run game. It was sued as the Muncie bowl got out panicked. Right. And said okay now now of worried now he's really gonna blow it believable. Dan, in garden city, Dan. How are you? Hi. How you doing? I just wanna tell you, I'm one of the guys who was up till two o'clock last night watching that Shiites go. But I need to tell you that I think you're wrong. So the you're, you're right. But for the wrong reasons, some complaints going to have a problem with the trade. I think he's a very good relief pitcher and I was happy to see him. Join our team and I have seen tug. Mcgraw spunky Lyle Mariano all goes through little blips Schnitt Correa with lose a game Diaz has closed probably safely every game before last night. So let's not give up on the guy. The guy is so good at his is not true. Who is saving the Tigers the at two games where he came in and tie games that gave up home runs. And he wound up losing a game and do me a favor, okay? Don't put Edwin as okay in the same sentence as tug McGraw spunky, while or certainly Mariana. Now, let's let's stop with that, right there. I hope someday we can. He's twenty five years old. Maybe we can I doubt it. But maybe we can as of this moment. The only thing you could say is that last night was the first time this season and windy as blue a traditional ninth inning. I right. Done that. Because the other blown save was in the eighth inning. Keep pushed it which I liked to, to four and said, go get me out in the eighth inning. Couldn't do it and he gave it up. But what makes this worse? What makes this really, really bad and getting Mary Veira blue saves. But Eddie does not Marianne revering yet not even close is when it happened in season and it was a three run game. I know this sounds nuts and maybe I'm being a hypocrite, 'cause I wouldn't say this, but if it was a one run game and he came in and he gave up two runs. I'd be that'd be annoyed. It'd be a little bit different. It was a free room lead. That's the easy save. You could get. It's the closest thing twit not. Being a safe any imploded in the moment. It happened in the season, a chance they go about five hundred a game against an elite team a game in which Jason Vargas. Best pitch on-road day before Jason Vargas. Bitching pitching against the best pitcher in the National League that timing of it could be worse. Blown saints happened. I didn't expect it windy as to be perfect. But that was the worst possible time. And it was a three run game. And I'm afraid we going to look back at this game and say that was it. That was where it ended had a chance to be two one on that west coast trip, and Edwin happened. He did by the way, I wanna I wanna give credit to my, the great ARIS Allen. Okay. 'cause when I get up this morning he wasted. No time. He didn't. He didn't tease me waste any time. He went right to it. He said an epic fail. But middle. That's right. The first thing I was right. It was five o'clock this morning, right about four thirty after I complained for twenty minutes shave, which is brutally tough to do at that. The last thing I'll do anything at that moment. And so, you know, now five o'clock put it on, let's your hours wasted. No time exactly what he said in epic fail. But impo Penn? That's what it was. Spot on. I believe in fail. Epic. Pay. When I walked up stairs to my bedroom. My wife. You don't opens her eyes. She's half asleep. And she knew she could smell. They don't be they could feel your vibe. Sweep it and I'm watching a game with game Jikei whatever it is. And she'll, she'll feel the vibe. Yes. Belted. We'll talk to twenty coming up at eleven Heyman. Twelve more your calls next fathers as almost here. And so here's a gift for.

"Just like hang out with Mary Veira. All this is that just awesome. What was he like in the bullpen? Yeah. Just great using really good leader down there. I mean, you come down on the sixth inning top of the six. So it wasn't like we were spending time with them. Because by that point. Like if I was getting ready for the seventh or eighth, you know, depending on what the situation was. So, you know, those kind of things, but yeah, he was awesome. He's really really good leader. And you know, he was he was a lot of fun to spend some time around helping cutter a little bit. It's fun. L? Must be nice. Hey, let's teach me your. So I couldn't really couldn't really lead on printing. Yeah. Give children ages show me your car ball. I don't have. You were never you went back to being a starter. After that, do you ever look back and wonder if you had just become permanent reliever at that point? And maybe found more success that way, maybe become a closer. Elsewhere, obviously weren't gonna you know, you're not gonna replace mo-. No one place mo- while he's there. But just you never wonder like, maybe if you just continued being the reliever and been just been a lockdown guy. Not really. And I don't think anybody really did. 'cause you know, they put him back in their tation the next year and. And I had a really good first house. And so it was like, okay. This was the right call, you know, shouldn't have been a, you know, permanent reliever. And then I had some, you know, had some fatigue in the second half or whatever. But it's still really season. You're an all star. Right. Yeah. Yeah. The very next year. So it was like, you know, nobody really thought about it, then, and then, you know, had some injuries and struggle than my last year the disaster, but you know, able to rebound after that and then have to do in Minnesota. So I never thought about it that way it's pretty much unfair hindsight. Twenty twenty question when we really. And I also didn't know what the reliever market would turn into right? I mean that was back in the day when you know, closers, we're getting paid like three million, right? Not to make it sound like it's all about the money. But you have to look at your career and say, hey, how can I definitely capitalize on my skill Senate the the best way possible. So that was like before, you know, the stats realize how important relievers were and they started getting paid. So I didn't really I didn't really think about it. You know too much from that perspective in that twenty ten season, which you weren't all start. You would skip some start sometimes to preserve innings. Preserve your health. L is really a hot thing back. Then I got the job rules for Java Chamberlain everything. How much do you think that actually help? Do you think it wasn't portent for guys to limit their innings at a young age?.

That's not a bad. Okay. So dear lines all wanna talk about the NFL replay rule. So obviously, Mary Veira unanimous choice for all famous here. Derek Jeter is up for the hall of fame next year. Yes. So probably going to go with should jeeter be a unanimous hall of fame inducted. I mean, how how does he not be? I mean, but I don't think he will be that. There's some people that think what is war is this or what I'm I I don't know. What about let's take the next five. Shilling Clemens bonds. Walker Omar Vizquel who deserves to be the next five photos of the next five that almost may schilling was in each seventy five percent to get schilling. Sixty point nine percent Clemens. Got fifty nine point five percent bonds fifty nine point one. Larry Walker fifty four point six and Omar Vizquel forty two point eight so take the next five off the list and say who should get. Oh, you do that. That's my suggestion like that. Okay. That. Who do you say in that on that list? I don't know. I mean, I think she'll ings numbers merit. Don't you or you're a red sock? So no, I agree. But he's also one of the best post game hitters of all time lemons to if you don't think he did anything wrong, you should have been in a million years ago. I don't know how you can't think. I know that didn't do anything wrong. But. He throw bad at Mike Piazza guess who's joining us in our number three Joe, Tori. You guys enjoy that moment. Well, I mean, he's the manager of the dynastic Yankees that were dynastic in part because of Mariano Rivera. And I'm just wondering what? Because again Rivera started ten games in ninety five easy was he a good starter. I don't remember that his numbers as a starter. Let's look at them up right right here. His numbers as a starter. In to get his game logs here in nineteen ninety-five started ten games and his ERA is era was five five. One is a young kid though. His his major league debut was against was at the California Angels. And they lit them up for five runs in three and a third. And then he finally broke through with a winning the the Oakland A's, but he would set he went five third. But the biggest one when he came out when he was just like, okay? He's got some stuff was in Chicago on July, fourth George Steinbrenner's birthday. I might add on July fourth of ninety five at the White Sox. Eight innings to hits for walks eleven strikeouts. Hello. And then and then he turned into later on in September that year he would start coming out of the pen. And then I guess that's the way that they handed them off to, Tori. Eight four four two four riches the number two dollars sneak in a quick call here. Tom and Idaho, you're on the program. How you've been Tom. Doing great, thanks for taking my call. You know, I think your heart's in the right place in terms of in your idea on the penalty situation. I think you know, let me paint a little picture here for you. They would concern me. I mean, you know, understanding that, you know, the NFL obviously is quite people quite a few people on the sideline, you know, you'd have dedicated coaches, they would do nothing the watch for played like this. Then if you can imagine late in games, you've got a fifty six yard, you know, play where you know, say Aaron Rodgers throwing a pass down the sideline touchdown. And you have them throwing review flag on this for a backside tack on a whole I mean in and again understand there's a penalty on almost every single play. I think he'd really degrade the momentum and the integrity of some of these bigger players. I think it really affected gaming negative way. That's totally reasonable response to all this time. And that's that's that's why eventually I think the NFL decide to do nothing. But there has to be something. And thank you for the call..

If you haven't seen it, but he said on the day that Marian Rivera set the all time saves record. He stopped his press conference to congratulate me on becoming a father. That's pretty awesome. That's pretty see. Here's the thing for me. It's very very difficult when you hate a team from birth. I mean, my father would drive us pass like Yankee Stadium, and it was as if it didn't exist. That's what it was on our way to shea. It was never even we hate the Yankees. They were never spoken of. So I think it a very interesting that we've played two highlights of Rivera. So far one is him against the Mets. So thank you for that in two thousand Christmas monocle and the second is as five hundred save which came where at city field. Exactly, exactly. I know you're not doing. Coincidence you stick the knife in. And then you twist it that's what you do. How about this for another? Mario Noverre nugget as it relates to the five hundred safe happened on June twenty eight two thousand nine at city field as I said. In the top of the ninth making one of just seven plate appearances isn't as league career, he recorded base for the first and only time basis for first and only time record as I only RBI when he drew a bases loaded walk from K rod. For the first and only time or cord is first and only RBI I got hit with a pretzel in the upper deck cheering for that. Really, restoring hip hip, even back with a pretzel. What you deserved it almost almost picked it off the cement was going to say the pretzel. I thought about it in one of my friends talked me out. Was it on the ground three seconds stadium? Five second rule at any stadium itself. It's a point five kilos, very new and clean. Here's a question for Yankee fans. More Asha McMonagle as amazing. Mario. Was and he was amazing. A little surprising. How? Got kind of turn the page. Turn the page the page you meaningless game was transition. Of course, you miss Marianne over there. But the truth is Yenkey really don't. Yeah. On the field at least the job Cashman and the rest of the organization has done filling in this bullpen, really. I mean, Robertson Chapman. Miller. I mean, they've had an excellent back into the bullpen since he left. It's really been remarkable. I really felt watching it that I was going to miss them. Those things I told you this is like a lot of giant fans will tell you about now. Wait five years with the Dave Brown's of the world, you're gonna miss the day. You had you. I manning. I felt like that was gonna be for sure the way I felt about Mariana Rivera. And it hasn't been that way. It's been amazing. You know, kudos to the Yankees for really filling in seamlessly for their to most legendary players of that era, Mariana kudos guy like gregorious and could us aditi. For him. It's just been one guy in particular with Rivera. It's been a couple of different guys. I mean, he stepped in there. And I think part of the the best part of it was I honestly will always believe initially. He was supposed to be kind of a Fillon guy. Not fill filling fill in the in between God, you know, the guy that took over. And then there would be somebody else down the line. It would be the star to once again men that spot out to be a star Machado. And to be fair though. The Yankees have won a World Series without him and other closers haven't really had even the opportunity to pitch in as many postseason names as Mary. Right. So if this Yankee team really does turn into what many hope, and it's a playoff every year and here wolf, we'll find out if we miss ninety six playoff games zero point seven zero ERA. Wow, Robin Livingston, rob what's going on. Hey, guys, I want to talk about guys. But I I with regard to know, we all know, he's can be unanimous idiot. Right. It's we'll never put a reliever at the first unanimous guy in no way. But it makes it easier. Because like I said with other guys Jeff Ken other players you can pick apart whether it's their defense or maybe as their offense of skills, a compiler all these things you can pick pick apart with mal. He had job. He did it better than I know, whatever. But you know, what they're going to hold that. He's a reliever specialists. I'm just glad that dopes turn it in as vote guy. The thought to save was like the lowest hanging fruit on the statistical recharge to the the steroid guy. My feeling is you know, what when you look at a ride bonds and Clemens you're talking about arguably the three best guys league left twenty twenty five years. But the one thing they have in common is that they're not likable guy. You know, Griffey was like a ball told me he's like. Piazza's likable. You know, they you know, they got in. And I mean, do we know that he didn't do it? I mean, I I don't know. Home runs. You know, six I go home runs, you an unbelievable feat. Yeah. I think I think the the key guy to look at is gonna be Ortiz. There's a guy who's likable and he's clearly steroid related. You know? I mean his last year he could barely walk. He was candidate one at that age other than steroid guy were NBC candidates if they let him in. It's going to be a joke. He's getting in. I don't know what she's going to get him. I, you know, I'll be honest with you. I remember a couple of times being at Yankees Red Sox. And when the Red Sox were in town and just seeing how gregorious gregarious sorry. We were talking about Dede. However, Gary, I'm not trying to do a sterling a person. How gregarious David Ortiz was and just how playfully with the media just how good he is. And he really is like has a good sort of way about him or whatever. Or if you want whatever you can never claim, you know, these people, but I've interviewed him a couple times. Also at sl. His moment. This is our bleeping city, those kinds of things I do think it's going to go a long way. And I remember thinking at the time, then he's just like, he's nice. It's a little too. She's always so nice. Brandon Nimmo sluggers. Where do you wanna go? Let's go to. Yeah. Paul. Hey, guys on a different topic. But how our entertaining goose Gossage interview today? I mean that would be that would be Keller thinks most should be in. Right. I think it's a little under state overstated rather? How many like cleanings Mariana came into and how many times he only pitched an inning when he was the postseason. He was as Verduci said he was averaging four third outs. Yeah. I called. I tried calling you guys yesterday, and I couldn't get through. And I wanted to go. I, you know, I don't think there's any other sport where a coach makes such a difference in the NFL. And I don't know if you guys spoke about it yesterday, but wait Phillips. He adjustments the adjustment that he made on Kamara after the first after the first five or six minutes. I thought it was going to be the Alvin Kamara shelves and after that after that date shift Kamara out of the backfield every single passing play that he was in the backfield. Chip chip mine backwards chicken, they took them basically out of the game and on the opposite end of the spectrum in the chief patriot game. And I wish I was there day every time they line gronk wide. Brady went writing didn't go right to amend Sorenson did not I'm over time each high. And I just I don't know if you guys talked about it, but the adjustments in football. Don't the coaches who make them and the coaches who can do it. Yeah. Unbelievable. Unbelievable lands when she out for the way Phillips deserve a shadow, but they took out of that game. After seven minutes of the first quarter. Kamara was basically a non factor, basically. Well, look, I mean, there was no doubt that you had some pretty good coaching going on the other day. But you also in some other instances had some pretty bad coach. Yeah. You know, I think what was BART's biggest takeaway from yesterday was how not enough of the blame was going towards how Eric berry was covering rob gronkowski. And in crunch time. I'm interested in what he would say about Sorenson because obviously Sorenson also came up with two very big place. So stop on the fourth and inches the interceptions out. Yeah. I do agree about the about the adjustments. And it's something that was so frustrating to watch all season in this city. You know, the the the lack of adjustments at Todd Bowles just didn't make it was so rare that you saw the jets made made big adjustments at halftime at sometimes the giants to that was frustrating. And you see listen when you had the final four teams all the coaching cream of LT. Long Island LT. What's going on? Hey, guys. How are you? Good. Okay. Listen, I've been on medical steroids for different ailments three times in my life. I've medical history. It's not important. I just thought understand one thing. Tommy, John surgery. That's a medical advance and arthroscopic surgery. That's a medical advance. Why isn't human growth hormone or other PD's medical advances seem as? Legitimate way to treat injuries. Why the hypocritical social bias against drugs that aren't mandated as okay by major league baseball. Excuse me. Okay. By our federal government seen is something different. It makes no sense to me. It's not fair. It's stupid to segregate these individual players like who's definitely worthy of the hall of fame versus plays. You don't know if they were on steroids. So Myra Noverre. It doesn't have the body of historic performance. Certainly sometimes I'm not accusing him of using steroids. But I don't understand if human growth hormone helps your body recover. Why isn't it allowed to be used because there's some social bias skew dress up point LT. I've had thoughts about this. I think this is what it is. I think that it's one thing if you're doing it under the supervision of Dr as you seem to be doing it's prescribed to you. If you take human growth hormone, and you're getting it from Kirkwood ski or someone like that who obviously has no medical background whatsoever. That can be something from what I understand human growth hormone. Basically regenerate grow cells that are younger these new cells you basically, look young. Know, you look younger, you feel younger everything gets better faster, you recover faster. God forbid, if you have something in your body, a tumor, something, you don't know about it makes everything grow. That's the way that I've understood it's been explained to me that way good or bad. So if you are not under the doctor supervision, it cannot only have that adverse effect, but also it can be recap Vic on your liver, and kidneys, your your endocrine system. The stuff that's responsible for filtering out all the bad. It can put a lot of pressure on is that endocrine endocrine-disrupting.

"Back here to the second quarter glitch there. I think I talked right into the commercial. I wanna make sure that got this out about Trump's slamming Powell, President Trump places responsibility for the recent stock market declines, and this week's General Motors plant closures and layoffs on the fed taking no blame for any cracks in the economy. I, you know, I kind of agree here is he goes on to say they're making mistake. I have a gut. My gut tells me more sometimes than anybody's brain can ever tell me. Well, I saw that back in two thousand and eight when the geniuses in the brains backed on Wall Street repackaging, those low-quality home loans and loaning money to people that probably weren't very good credit risks. What did your gut tell you at the time? Yet, the brains on Wall Street says all it's gonna work out just fine. Well, it didn't work out. Just fine. Our gut feeling was right about that. Let's not forget the GM was on the receiving end of a lot of bailout money there after that financial crisis because they had a big financial arm. GM finance? Well, should they be able to move jobs overseas? The hell the they still have taxpayer money to pay back. Trump says the administration is looking at cutting all subsidies for General Motors, including the subsidies. See we're helping them we're subsidizing the building of those electric cars are the entitled to those subsidies. Now that they want to lay a bunch of American workers off and move jobs down to Mexico. Larry cudlow, also warned GM and Mary Veira CEO. He said President Trump is very cross with several voters in the story is not over yet. On the company's plans to eliminate jobs and shut down plants in the u s well, there's a hearing today about more regulations for Facebook and Google let's check in on those two stocks today. I'm still not a fan of Facebook. At all that continues to be an extremely weak chart. Now, I had been doing quite a bit of bottom fishing here. Recently. I did some more yesterday. Now that the green shoots are starting to show up. And now that the downtrends are starting to abate now that some of those downtrends of now turned into good sideways consolidationg trends, but I look at this. Charter Facebook is still does not look good. And I think that the risk. Of regulatory ramp up against a Facebook are hanging over its head. And I believe the same about Google. Even though Google has looks like it's put in a bottom in the thousand dollar area. I just don't know how much upside potential Google has with that hanging over their head. There are some very interesting areas of the market that I wanna point out though, in the second half of the show that look very promising right now, I don't think the biotechs looked very promising. And what does this this this story? Caught my eye endpoints John Carroll reports that a number of biotechs may encounter a need for additional capital next year. Well, I've been saying that for a long time they continue to go to the well for more and more money and eventually the wells going to run dry, and there's not gonna be any products at the end of the day. And I think a lot of biotech stocks. Are going to go belly up. According to his estimate. Biotec IPO's race twenty one hundred twenty eight billion dollars over the last five years. Okay. So that's what investors have given to these biotechs one hundred.

"McDaniel and Tiffany McFarland. All right. Welcome back to real estate radio talk. I'm here with Mary Veira with Pacific funding group. We are going to talk today about down payment assistant programs. So if you guys have any questions as we're talking please feel free to call in eight hundred eight zero eight four four just wanted to also briefly mention that our construction development report was brought to you by July construction. So Ali construction has been developing the bay area for over one hundred years they've been involved in some of the biggest projects in northern California. Some of them are the Levi stadium the sonoma's raceway. Widening and expanding huge highways like the five eighty and Livermore and the one on one in Burlingame. They also do a lot of the groundwork for housing developments, for example, like the Brooklyn basing going up in the Oakland area, and then mare island, they are an amazing company. I highly recommend if you have any commercial construction development going on you look into them. You give them a call. Let them at least talk to you. They are very loyal dick, July who I know personally is an amazing person. He is the owners Audie construction company, and I'd highly recommend reaching out. Joyti construction company lives by their belief. Do good work be responsible take care of the community and the people who work for you. All right. So now, Mary let's talk a little bit about the down payment assistant programs that you do with a lot of the first time homebuyers in the bay area. Can you tell us a little bit about it? I guess I should give give you the definition of a first time home buyer, right? Doesn't mean that you technically never owned a home? The legal term for first time home buyer is not owning a home for three of the last five years. So even home five years ago, you're still a first time home buyer. Obviously you are being in the bay area with housing being so expensive. The biggest obstacle is having the money to get into you know, to buy a house with this particular program, we help with not only the down payment, but with the closing costs. And you know, obviously, it's you know, there is some out of pocket. But what I tell the buyers is that expect to come in with like, what would be the equivalent of a first and last month month for rent like, it's like what is it been averaging about five to seven thousand dollars out of pocket. Yeah house. Yep. Yeah. That's a great amount out of pocket to get a house. You know, some some depending on the price of the home. It's only four so. Yeah. That's so tell us more about it. Well, like you said the the program itself is really easy to do. The hardest part is actually what I tell buyers is finding a house. I mean Kaz just so expensive. And we also have limits by county you with when it comes to sales prices. We're lucky here that in the bay area that we have a more generous sales limits or are low loan amounts. Whereas if you go out to Solano county in the central valley gets more restrictive, and unfortunately, those prices are a till? So it just like you say just depends. It depends from buyer by with their credit is what flexibility we could have with them. But again, every every situation is a case by case thing. So how does someone qualify for program like this? Well, the minimum credit score is not really high. It's only a six forty like I said the program itself is really easy. The income. Limits are pretty generous from county to county is is just it just depends on where you want to be. Yeah. I can tell you this. It doesn't work really well in San Francisco. No, it doesn't it's kind of the outskirts of the bay area in general like you said, well, you know, I I use it quite a bit in Alameda County Kosta like Solano right now. Those those seem to be the more popular areas right now to for people to be able to afford a home using this program. And so how other than that? Is there anything else that people need to do to qualify is there? A limit of how much the house price needs to be for the whole state of California..

"Week limited. Sample size sample size Joe Kelly's terrible little limited sample size with thornburg is. With the Red, Sox, he was elite yes Milwaukee was at three years ago and that's. Why they. Got hurt he's healthy. Now they've made. Adjustments he's been pitching well. Binds has been good he's got a sub three. ERA on the road The splits, a pretty even that he. Is much better was last year this year he's been okay you trust him. That's the question, do, you trust him I only trust kimberlin what at some point I. Don't trust. Him either he hasn't. Been great in. The postseason himself this is. This is my frustration by getting evolved the other Get into. The bullpen Key guy here we don't know if they can perform. In the bullpen though this is. The chance to take you know the the movie make is you go out and trade for bullpen help when we were talking weeks and weeks leading up, to the trade deadline the way we you and I think prioritize thanks for the Red, Sox. Was saying, bullpen help number one starting pitcher. Number two for me, and then second base. They. Just reversed it. Essentially he just, didn't first of all he's had problems constructing. Bullpens in. The, past Dave. Dombrowski yes I don't I don't blame him for Thornburgh or Carson Smith because those were good guys that just got hurt and Carson. Smith again this year but of course Yeah they think, there I mean the Thornburgh one they gave. Up a. Significant, piece that. Ended up that ended up being a bad trade who might be on the bench now for the Bruce because they keep acquiring infielders. Yes but still Aw they couldn't use. Shot, in last year. Certainly last, year they get. Like eight home runs team he wasn't gonna perform last year because he really had problems with John Farrell if players had problems with John Farrell he was at the head. Of, the list All I think everybody had a team like transparent about it he went on. Carax's podcast and set as much but, but the last year for me in Boston The. Relief pitching was the biggest priority and they failed to get it now again. There's gotta be another trade deadline where the and. People are going to get waived so that doesn't mean that there's. No chance they're going to get bullpen help I just. Think that they prioritize the wrong thing I know, he's out the start was number one for you Getting making and guy was more, important to you can translate. You can transition starters to, the bullpen you can't. Do it the other way around if you have somebody pitching in the bullpen. In the American League you know that. Somebody that can continue to in. The bullpen a starter you don't. Know then you don't know you could suck any terrible so many of. The relievers, were starters and then they became relievers that's what relievers are starters that can't hack. It they only have one or two pitches and they have to pitch one. Inning Mary Veira was a starter got off goose. Gossage was an awful starter then you transition into the bullpen I think he's a. Great starter and then he, went better as a. Starter than he did in the bullpen I mean in two thousand and fifteen. He ran off seven straight starts seven. Straight really good games but no. One was watching the Red Sox If you put a. Volley in the bullpen in the postseason or if you put Iran in the bullpen in the postseason you've no. Idea how they're going to perform at. A good sense that their price, would be, pretty good in, the bullpen because he did it last year But you're not you really can't take him as a rotation except unless you play the Yankees in the postseason but I just think that they missed an opportunity to try to get something that would have really improved the team more Candle then, again they can trade. Deadline if that's if they're truly done making moves let's just say they're done I think that they didn't help themselves enough, no because they're considered. A loser in this sense because, they didn't address their biggest need which is. The bullpen but I think. It's a good, thing that. They got Ian Kinzler because. Now if Bogart's has, to, go on the dealer, he's not quite right you, can have your. Second baseman and now Nunez can play some shorter Brian it's fine that they got it's it's. Again it's fine it was a good move I say weeks ago yeah Pierce has been fine but none of these roster You need to improve not just in one or. Two bases, you need to be deeper and that's what they are right now. I think of all the. Also helps in that sense we'll see what. He, does against the Yankees this weekend but he's a he's a power I think you, have to wait to. See what happens with Ed Rodriguez he's out of the boot it looks like he can come back that's important the one, guy don't wanna see. Pitching really anymore is drew Pomeranz, and only gave up two runs last night, but he went five innings. Needed ninety five, pitches to. Get through five why him. Arable pen or something, he, looks like he's pitching. In an old timers game I mean as we, look could I mean not being hyperbolic. Was this bad but they, I got him from San Diego to. Last year was sort of a revelation for him and, I think people are saying okay well this is the, guy that was, the former one. Of the top picks in the draft and was a really highly rated. Prospect and here we go. We've got something here and one seven. Series slash. Into an absolute pumpkin Iran pumpkin so he's one in five this year six point five six he started ten, games so far this year the. Red Sox four and six and the. Game started by drew Pomeranz their. Seventy one in twenty eight and all the other games Can I, finish with when, I can comment. On it let me finish the number one I'm like eighty percent into numbers let me just go Have. You a thousand number Gets, people excited this is no because the point, being in all other starts they've won seventy. Two percent of their games they went forty percent of the time when drew, Pomeranz are put into numbers simple ones that you people with lower. IQ's than, me get understand I. Said he's hurt the team I think. That's more simple than awful Jihad seventy one percent versus forty. Two percent at, forty percent the rest of the team at, seventy two the fact is that what I. Said was much more easy for people with numbers sorry I was taking your, numbers and putting the England numbers and putting into more numbers yes. Well that's, what we do here. Now you while that's I'm the boss So that's Not really you're not the boss. Of anything you don't sign my. Check, either no but I feel all. The form so you could do? That, to no you can't think fishing. Dock com two hours more people than you dial lots of people don't expect a check. This. Week okay Put them in last. Week.
