I you dinner said well. What about the corporate part. Now you say yeah. You wear to sue for the corporate y- mcdonalds a whole now i'm a whole jumpy a crew workup. Just not doing it not doing that. You put probably it goes to what they're saying. Crew worker and crew has says it is a citizen of a crew workers with the in person interview and they come looking the way. Right out of all the other teenagers knowing they all going for the same position right. Would that give an impression on you at the young man who didn't have to win could've just came any awakaned. Automate johnson said he came in as a seventeen year old. Even though he's working this cook lot came with that to piece blue suit with this shirt looking professional hiring him. I'm not going to necessarily higher. Just because he had that suit on all right. Let me say this say. Make it. Nice and oppression. But then you're to get which is saying bobby is because it's a cook line job. They don't necessarily have to be dressed that way. But i think that if a person a young person came into the mcdonald's that are owned. And i know right with part of karfa cases not being addressed us if they in that way comparison to the others. Also i don't care if you go into a job making five dollars an hour or fifty dollars an hour. You're supposed to go in there with your best foot forward even if you never have to wear that suit to that job again. So i saw five candidates and they all had the same qualification. I if i had seen one with a suit on that would stand out to me because that means that. He took that extra time to make sure he came and put together. Because you don't dress for the job you have dressed the job that you want. G may start out as a line cook but he may be managed some day and believe it or not the managers of mcdonald's that makes closest Right so you you have to come in with that mentality on a regular basis like my job. We don't have you know with meal and that we don't have dress codes. I work for the government. We don't have just colds and chuck me. some people. Take that to their advantage from people. Come in little flatter. Pajama pants was crazy. Adult and a lot of times people are saying old. You have today. Why are you just coming to work. I'm coming to work. I'm not gonna sit here like you know going running errands. You have to dress for the job. You won't because trucking that makes a difference mentality when you pull yourself together in the morning. That makes a difference in how you go to work how you approach that day. So he's trying to say and was coming here with some slacks nice button up. That's not a good impression because that's still needed an impressionable and you say we'll j. The sneakers an interview. I know i never said that. I sit nine you with those jeans. Lex apollo. Somebody's interpretation of god is in that context and there's a lot of interpretations of that I just said look. There are good things waiting for me. That's what i said to myself and this too shall pass. What whatever this is too shall pass. So that's what i would say. There are a lot of hard thinks in life and everything that happened to me. A particularly what i made mistakes or what. I thought mistakes at the time they taught me the most. What's billy joel.
