An Excerpt From Arthur Schlesinger Jr.'s Essay 'Disuniting of America'
"The cult of ethnicity exaggerates differences intensifies resentments and antagonisms drives deeper and awful wedges between races and nationalities. The endgame is self pity and self politicization but of course this is the goal now the Democrat Party in their media and their Marxist structures. Schlesinger makes the point that for generations blacks have grown up in an American culture in which they have had significant influence and in which they have made significant contributions. Self Africanization after 300 years in America is play acting. Afrocentricity, he's writing, as expanded by ethnic ideologues implies coraphobia, separatism, emotions of alienization, victimization, paranoia. Most curious and unexpected of all is a black demand for the return of black white segregation. My God was he on point. Schlesinger laments quote that the revival of separation will begin if the black educator Felix Boateng is his way in the earliest grades. The use of standard English is the only language of instruction, he argues, that is Boateng aggravates the process of deculturalization. In other words, you need to deculturalize people so they're not assimilating but it states that they hate their country. He wrote a culturally relevant curriculum for minority children would recognize the home and community dialect they bring to school. So of course, Schlesinger notes, not all black educators share Boateng's view these but days many educators of all races and ethnicities do.

I'm eager to hear people's feedback because I know the solution that I offer here is a little different than what the Republican Party offers. So let me know what you think. Yeah, good. What is your solution? Well, my solution is to recognize, especially in the public school system, that the reason the public school system was created in our country, and it wasn't compulsory until 1852, which isn't that long ago. The reason it became compulsory in Massachusetts, first of all, was because there was an influx of immigrants coming to our country at the time, particularly Catholic immigrants. And the Protestant politicians in charge wanted these immigrant children to be indoctrinated in American values so that they'd be loyal first to America versus the country of their birth. And secondly, indoctrinated with Protestant values because of the age-old battle between Protestants and Catholics. And I realized when I was reading about this that our education system actually is supposed to be an indoctrination center. Indoctrination itself is actually a kind of nebulous, morally neutral concept. It's what's being indoctrinated that determines whether it's good or bad. That's exactly what I said when I spoke at Moms for Liberty and PragerU. I've been attacked in every major medium for that comment. I said, we bring doctrines. Who doesn't? How about when you teach tolerance, are you not indoctrinating? You are, of course. Indoctrination is morally neutral. Right, exactly. It's morally neutral. I salute you. Anyway, so what is your recommendation? My recommendation is that we take back these institutions and use them to indoctrinate in things that are good and right and beautiful that are objectively true. Because they're going to be controlled, these institutions, either by Democrat ideologies or by Republican beliefs and values. It's up to us to decide which we want to do. If we continue to play this neutral game, we're just going to lose. That's clear.

I have to say your book right here, The Democrat Party Hates America, is a noteworthy, remarkable, and impressive accomplishment, Mark. The footnotes alone could be its own book. Mark, congratulations, and please introduce the book to our audience. First of all, thank you, Charlie, for all your support all the time. You're a beacon of liberty out there, my brother. Thank you. Well, I decided to put the title in this book when I finished it. Let's look around today, even before we get into any history background on The Democrat Party Hates America. You look at the border. You look at our value of our currency. You look at what's going on in our classrooms. You look what's going on in our courtrooms. You look what's going on with the price of fuel, and soon to be the elimination of the combustion engine. You look at what's going on in the streets, particularly in our inner cities, where people are being mugged, raped, and brutalized, and murdered with very little consequence. And I can go on and on and on. This is the news that we're faced with almost every day. This is what you, Charlie, and I have to deal with almost every day when we talk about it. This is what the American people see every day. Well, these aren't natural disasters. Somebody's causing all these things to happen. So who's causing all these things to happen? It's man -made. Who are these men? What's the Democrat Party behind every single one of these? And when you go back in history, the Democrat Party has never accepted America and Americanism. It's never accepted the Declaration of Independence. It doesn't even accept it today. Never accepts the Constitution. It is rewriting our history about our founding. It's done this before. So we have a party that was the party of the Confederacy, the party of slavery, the party of segregation, the party of eugenics, the party of the Klan, the party of lynching. And all of a sudden it keeps attacking the American history. That's their history. It's not America's history. It's their history. And then today, of course, they are also attacking America. But like good chameleons, they've shifted the way they do it. So whereas they used to be the party of anti -black racism, now they're the party of anti -white racism. Why? Because they don't like white people. Well, many of these are white people. Because they're Marxists. So in order to attack the race founding of the nation, which was founded largely by white people and Europeans, you need to attack that. So you have the 1690 project, you have critical race theory, you have monuments being pulled down, you have all these things going on. Because the goal now is to destroy the connection of the American people with their history, the destruction of the American culture, and so forth and so on. So you got to look at the Democrat Party through the lens of power, their power. Because the Democrat Party, Charlie, is not a typical political party. It's an autocratic entity that doesn't seek to win elections. It seeks to control elections, control the outcome of elections, to diminish the viability of any opposition parties or any opposition of any kind. And so this book gets very deep into the history, as you know. It's very hard to do an interview or answer an interview on this book because it is so comprehensive. It is comprehensive. It is. Yeah. And I've spent a lot of time, Mark, flipping through it. I want to just isolate one sentence that I think is super powerful. Page 23 of the Democrat Party Hates America. The Democrat Party has evolved into an anti -American political and cultural entity. It's an institutional home for the Marxist ideology in its Americanized forms. Mark, part of the challenge I have with people that have a muscle memory of a past that no longer exists, 1980s, 1990s, it's hard, Mark, for some people I talk to for them to believe that the leading American political party that controls the White House and the United States Senate and all the bureaucracies has contempt for the country they govern. That's why I think your book is so important, Mark. It really challenges limiting beliefs. You do it in a fabulous way. But I want to just isolate. This is a party that has bitterness towards what you and I love. This is no longer a policy debate. We want different things. Mark Levin. 100 percent. I'd always amazes when people say to me, well, can't we get something going here? The bipartisan. I don't know. Should we have done something bipartisan with the Confederacy? Some things are right and some things are wrong. When people are, as they say, they use the phrase fundamentally transforming America. Shouldn't we believe them? When one of the leading Democrat lights in the Democrat Party is a Marxist by the name of Bernie Sanders, shouldn't we understand that? When 10 to 15 percent of the Democrat caucus in the House of Representatives are Marxists, shouldn't we accept that and have to deal with it? So what I've tried to do in this book is rather than deal with the ephemeral or the ambiguous, it's to put a label on it. American Marxism sort of set the stage. But the fact of the matter is we have a political entity, which is more than a party. It's your typical autocratic party that wants to do what? That wants to devour this society. That wants to replace the country. They want allegiance to the party, not to the country. They don't give a damn about the country. Your fuel prices, the open border, elections. They have a fourth branch of government that they've created with some help of Republicans, but it's their government, which issues more regulations and laws than Congress ever could. We don't even have a representative republic anymore. You and I, we're not asking members of Congress to eliminate the incandescent light bulb because apparently it kills people. They're going through our homes. They're eliminating all kinds of appliances. Any government that has the power to eliminate a light bulb has no limits on its power. And so what this party does is every waking hour of its leadership is to try and destroy the status quo, destroy our traditions, destroy our customs, destroy real law and order, particularly in our communities, as they empower and centralize the police state. If people want to really understand... Let me just say this to you, Charlie. There was a great review done by Thomas Lifson of the American Thinker, founder of the American Thinker.

"Dennis Prager with Liz Wheeler, commentator and podcaster. Her book is up at DennisPrager.com. How sad. It's really sad. Hide your children. Exposing the Marxists behind the attack on America's kids. So you gave the example of the head of the American Library Association. What is, uh, Weingarten is the head of the National Federation of Teachers, the National Education Association, which one is it? Uh, the American Federation of Teachers. American Federation of Teachers. Give me more names. Yeah. So one of the things that parents have become most familiar with in the past couple of years is that is critical race theory. They didn't recognize it as the Marxist critical theory that it is, but they did recognize when their children were being told if you're white, you're automatically a racist. If you're black, then you are automatically oppressed. They recognize that. They said, well, that's bad. We don't want our kids being taught that. What parents didn't realize immediately is that critical race theory is the grandchild of critical theory, which is a piece of Marxist work or a piece of Marxist philosophy directly from the Frankfurt School. It was written by a Marxist named Max Horkheimer. It made its way here to the United States, and we saw it in schools, but what's really interesting, Dennis, is a lot of people know this now. This has become somewhat of common knowledge, but what they don't recognize is that it's not a coincidence that the transgender ideology emerged on the heels of critical race theory, that it came first critical race theory and almost immediately after the transgender ideology. And the reason that that happened is because critical race theory, when you tell white children that they're racist and there's nothing they can do to redeem themselves because this is just based on skin color and not based on their character, it creates an identity crisis in these children. They feel bad. They feel evil. They begin to feel self-loathing. Sometimes they even begin to feel animosity towards their parents because their parents made them this way, made them white. And you have this identity crisis. It begins to fester in these young children, and then in swoops the transgender ideology, which, like critical race theory, the transgender ideology is the outgrowth of a neo-Marxist theory called queer theory. Queer theory was written or the founding document was written by a woman by the name of Gail Rubin. She's alive and well in our country today. And queer theory seeks to provide a poisonous antidote, I know that's a contradiction, to critical race theory by saying to these children, listen, you can throw off this evil white identity that your parents gave you and you can dismiss being an oppressor if you put on the mantle of a marginalized identity. Maybe that of a transgender person or a non-binary person or an LGBTQIA plus person. And what happens when children are first hit with critical race theory and then hit with queer theory is they end up being radically alienated from their parents, which is destructive to the family unit, and they also end up being secured as at least activists for radical leftist causes, if not outright revolutionaries for Marxist theories. And we're obviously seeing this. Parents have become more familiar with it, but we're seeing this in schools, one right after the other, like a one-two punch. And the goal is, of course, the goal of all Marxists, the destruction of the family unit in order to then cause upheaval in society to overthrow capitalism. That's excellent. That's excellent to see a relationship between critical race theory and the transgender explosion among kids. So I want to review this for the listener. So you are, in the case of the critical race theory, you are irredeemable if you are white, but you're not irredeemable in terms of your sex. That you can change. And they do it often. And by the way, when you spoke, I asked myself, I don't have the data, but I followed this avidly. It seems that the transgender phenomenon among kids is overwhelmingly white. I don't see black and Hispanic girls saying they're boys. Not the same extent as white children, and it's also divided by socioeconomic class. So you see these upper middle class white children being targeted because they're the ones that are told that the only reason that they're successful, or the only reason they have what they have, is because their families have built their fortunes on the back of white supremacist institution, that they have white privilege. Right. So this is very interesting. So I'm a white girl and I'm built in racist. And I can become acceptable if I do something to change me. And the only change that's really available is not ideological, it is human. I will become a boy. And then I have overthrown the patriarchy and I have overthrown the heteronormativity and the cisgender biases of my society. And then I will be accepted. Did I get you right? Yes, that's correct. And the children view this as they will be socially accepted, but those who are pulling the strings here, the Marxists behind this indoctrination, understand that it has nothing to do with whether the children will be accepted. It has to do with the children being alienated from their parents, throwing off their identity as a child or as a white person, feeling self-loathing, and then embracing a Marxist ideology. The outcome of this is children's bodies are mutilated and their minds are captured by the radical left. And make no mistake, this is not a random assortment of nonsense that's happened to come together in the name of tolerance and inclusion. It's a deliberate plot by Marxists. She was not only advocating for the sexualization of children, which is evil, she was defending child pornography and defending outright pedophiles, saying that in 20 years our society is going to regret imprisoning men who, quote, love underage youth. It's the most horrendous thing you've ever heard.

GM President Fires Back: 'Flow of Misinformation' Could Prolong Strike

"Wow. Name the names. Are you willing to do that on air right now? Give us some examples. Good. Go ahead. I would love to. So one of the names you may be familiar with because ironically she's been in the news the last week or two. The president of the American Library Association is a very influential woman by the name of Emily Drabinsky. Now Emily Drabinsky was elected to this position last year and the president of the American Library Association has a lot of power over what books are placed in libraries across the country. And after she won this election last year, she sent out a tweet that said who would have thought that a lesbian Marxist could ever be elected as president of the American Library Association. Admitting her own political ideology, admitting that she's a communist, which is shocking enough as it is because this woman is an outspoken proponent of the sexually graphic books and the books that push critical race theory on our children being in our children's libraries. But Dennis, what's more interesting is the reason that she won this seat as the president of the American Library Association is because Randi Weingarten, through her weight, Randi Weingarten being the president of the second largest teachers union in the country, threw her political weight behind Emily Drabinsky and ushered her into victory. By the way, does Randi Weingarten say about herself that she's a lesbian Marxist? She has not said it as clearly as Emily Drabinsky has, but that's what Marxists do, right? They oftentimes try to hide who they are. They lie about their ideology. And Randi Weingarten has also been incredibly influential in placing social-emotional learning into children's classrooms across the country, which sounds pretty innocuous. It sounds nothing like a parent would look at that phrase, social-emotional learning, and see a red flag, but what's packaged inside social-emotional learning, it's not a topic like math or science. It's disguised as values education, teaching children how to discern right from wrong, and that's actually what it is. It teaches children a worldview, but the worldview it teaches is a Marxist worldview. It teaches children to place other people either into the category of oppressor or the category of oppressed. So, if you're the head of a teachers union and you're a huge proponent of placing social-emotional learning in children's schools and social-emotional learning teaches children a Marxist worldview, I think it's pretty safe for us to infer that she is also a Marxist. Yeah, all right, back in a moment of obviously an important book, Liz Wheeler, the author, Hide Your Children, the Marxist behind the attack on America's kids.

Democrats Hate Oil Companies That Have Been Central to Our Growth
"These companies have been a tremendous benefit to our society for over a hundred years. They fueled the Industrial Revolution. They created light at night. They fuel electricity. Oil companies, which you've been told to hate by the Democrat Party and the Marxists, because they have been to the growth of our society, to our prosperity, central to people don't realize how much oil is used in our economy. It's ubiquitous. It's our food. It's oil -based. Electricity can't replace all this. Electricity needs oil. So the Marxist phony environmental groups for the last 30 or 40 years have been trying to destroy the oil companies by litigation. And came they up with a plan, not so clever but nonetheless, that these oil companies, these oil executives, have spent decades concealing from investors, the fact that they have

"I mean he is logical enough to draw the conclusions to his principles. I want to say what about the concept of right, rights. Many words which are only one syllable are very hard to define if you look at them carefully. For example, love or good or time or right and I remember being on a television show once, an interview show with this woman who was an animal rights activist and I said animals have no rights and she was completely, you know, flustered by that, upset. I said what is a right? Of course, she couldn't answer the question. A right is the moral power to do or require something. A right is the moral power to do or to require something. Like I have a right to life. I have a right to do what is called living. I've got a right to my property and so on but that word moral is important because there are no rights where there's no moral power and only beings which have intellect and will can have moral power. Therefore, animals have no rights. That does not mean that we can treat them any way we want. We have obligations because of the nature of animals in the scheme of creation but they don't have rights. Wow, father, that was great. All right, conclusion. He has a section called conclusion. Oh, it's the long stuff in this conclusion. It's short though. I mean page 260, I mean just a couple of phrases here. First sense, such is that quote religion of humanity, quotes quotes and then down to five lines. The positive formula spells total tyranny. I mean that's the conclusion. That's right. This is total tyranny. And then page 264, two lines down. Love as the principle says the middle of the page. If there is no absolute, capital A, how can there be anything absolute in man? Again, without God, there are no rights. There's no morality because there's no free will. In the bottom of the page, he may will and treat us to quote a noble or necessary resignation by converting it into deliberate submission, close quotes, into quote affectionate submission. The reality is still there. And this almost brings us to Nietzsche again. The solutions to the problem of man and his destiny are not so numerous. You know, either accept God and freedom or reject God and have tyranny. That's Charles Seurat, said so beautifully in the title of his book, God or Nothing. And then my last, well, page 265, the new paragraph there. Well, can it at least be said that the positive menace is not very formidable? To my mind, it is on the contrary, one of the most dangerous that beset us. He's writing this in the 1940s. At any moment, the failure of other nostrums with greater outward attraction may suddenly send its stock up. So the point is, he is writing this in the middle of the 20th century with the failure of the Soviet Union, with the Marxist utopia and the failure of, should we say, one form of Nietzscheanism in the Nazis, with the failure of these sort of humanistic experiments. Because that's where positivism basically comes into its own, really, in the 1950s onwards. Because now, obviously, we've tried the Marxist thing. That didn't really work out as we planned. Obviously, Nietzsche went a bit wrong with the Nazis. But now we've got this positivism. And I think that's exactly what happened. When utopias fail, other utopias are there to take its place. But he's actually writing this when Nazism and communism are at their height, which shows you how prophetic he truly is. He can see that they're going to fail before many others did. And he knows that out of that failure, Kantianism is going to emerge as its successor, as the next failed experiment human beings are going to be willing to try, human beings who refuse to submit to God. Yeah. And that, in fact, connected to that, Vivian, on page 266, which reminds me of a well-known aphorism by Chesterton, Kant's spiritual itinerary is that of man himself. Lost faith cannot long remain unreplaced. As Chesterton says, when men stop believing in God, they don't believe in nothing, they believe in anything. So when the Marxist thing fails and the Nazi thing fails and the fascist thing fails, well, we still only believe in humanity, right? So humanism, obviously, we can't have the God thing. So what are we going to believe in now? What's the new utopia we're going to put our faith in now instead? Yeah. Nazism came to a sudden halt in 1945.

"And it's just like environmentalism well you know Dan the truth is the chapter before talks about anti black racism in the Democrat Party and we've changed our laws we've had litigation up and down the wazoo and for the most part we have equality the law under the law that's what we're supposed to have we've come a long way as a nation despite the Democrat Party and slavery and segregation and Jim Crow and all the rest of it we've come a long way and really we've accomplished most of what we needed to accomplish in that regard so the Democrats they don't believe in individualism or colorblind society so they reach back to the 1970s where you have these bizarre very so -called scholars at Harvard and Stanford and elsewhere some of them coming in from Berlin and other countries and these are Marxists and you have black nationalist movements black re -segregation movements and they all have got behind this idea of white racism a white dominant society and they push this propaganda and they push this hate in order to destroy our history to rewrite our history and the Democrat Party is not comfortable with a colorblind society the Democrat Party is not comfortable with individualism it insists on groupism because the Democrat Party is trying to monopolize our society and our culture and they've gone a long way toward doing that. and so I call this now the civil rights Marxism that is there is no real civil rights movement today who are the leaders now what you have today are people who are self appointed civil rights Marxists and they could be white like Bernie Sanders they could be black and these so -called scholars are all of our colleges and universities they're all over the Democrat Party and they're pushing this ideology that anything that goes wrong in

"Yes. It is happening. He says above that the active class, the first categories out of the bankers. Now I don't want to read this quote in the footnote here, footnote 129, where he's writing a letter to this Doyin, whoever, Doyin. Bankers are the natural generals of modern industry. Because of this, positive reserves to them the temple supremacy of the West, when their moral and mental dispositions will be on the level of their social destination. And when the worthy advent of true spiritual authority will have rid the government, probably speaking of all theoretical office. I mean, what, talk about a description of hell. The bankers are in charge. And the scientists, let's not forget, the practical scientists, not these abstract futuritions who look up at the stars and wonder about the beginning of things, no. Right, but he wants 2000 bankers to be the top of the pyramid. Yes, but they're going to be trained by the scientists, don't you know, in all practical methods of science that are going to make people happy through industry and whatever. Yeah, the experts. And then on the page of 254 in the middle, excuse me, I contradicted myself, 254 in the middle. It would be pure of all liberalism and would make no concession to public opinion. Yeah, I mean, it's a delightful, divine comedy. You know, if you're seeing this, which of course I can't do, from the perspective of the divine omniscience, that what we have here are the antifers and the Black Lives Matters, the Marxists, who believe that they are bringing about the rule of the working class actually now being the winning sheep being led to the slaughter in their support. George Soros and that sort of technocratically banked globalism. And they're the stormtroopers of their own slavery. There's a delicious irony there, albeit a dark, grim, delicious irony. I remember not too long ago somebody asking, I don't understand why these ruling elites would want, you know, riots in the streets. And why would someone like George Soros be bankrolling Antifa and this kind of thing? And I said, precisely because those are the stormtroopers who are going to bring about chaos and anarchy. And now these, you know, super beings from on high with all of their money and wisdom are going to swoop in and say, well, you know what, we can put all this back together. It'll work like a beautiful machine. All you need to do is obey us. Yeah, we have an emergency. We have an emergency. We have a crisis. We have a crisis. It's COVID. It's climate change. We have to impose order. And these people are so wealthy that, you know, yes, the middle class will disappear when there's chaos, right? The relatively wealthy will disappear when there's chaos. But the super rich are beyond that. They have wealth beyond our imagining. And they're not going to be harmed but to any great degree by whatever economic chaos is caused by epidemics or pandemics or political and economic anarchy. And it's not just liberalism who is their enemy. On the middle of 255 we see that positivism will become for them the only systematic defense of order against communist or socialist subversion. Because as you pointed out, Joseph, communists and socialists, however their projects end up in the end, their ideal is to emancipate the working man, the working class, give him a place at the table, give him a share in the profits of his labor, right? These people are the new version of useful idiots. They think they're working for the working man and they're really working for the capitalist bankers. Yeah, it's really ironic.

"Imperialistic he insists that quote language is not only a battlefield and one of the instruments of the class struggle but also the sight and instrument of the transformation of individuals into subjects its principal function which is therefore not that it being an instrument of communication the link between linguistic conflict and class struggle is not metaphorical or merely analytical so I write the English language is the language of domination he argues imperialism capitalism thereby requiring a break from its historic roots in the application of Marxist and I wanted you to know that there's this scholarship all over colleges universities and in this country and in english -speaking countries all over the world that seek to change words language thought prophecies promote censorship because it's a Marxist ideology and it's place taking in our schools today it's taking place in the public square today a professor emeritus at Lancaster University in Britain Norman Fairclough contends in his convoluted book language and power the myth of free speech that anyone is free to say what they like is an amazingly powerful one given the actuality of a plethora of constraints on access to various sorts of speech and writing these are part and parcel of more general constraints on practice on access to the more exclusive social institutions and so forth so he says language, in the english -speaking world, comes from feudal lords marks would say the bourgeoisie and this

Marxism Exposed: The Destructive Agenda to Abolish Religion
"Genesis 11, Nimrod wanted to create the city of Babel to create a one -world government. The aim of the Marxists is to get rid of any differences. Diversity is not the strength of the Marxists. Conformity and elimination of differences is the strength of the Marxists. You must understand, it's the exact opposite of what they tell you. And isn't this true? They don't want any dissenting opinion. They don't want any differences or any dialogue, only uniformity, conformity. It's very totalitarian in nature. And so Karl Marx writes basically this idea that there are people in charge of society and we'll call them the bourgeoisie. You know, one, two, three, go after the bourgeoisie is with a chant. That's not what they say on college campuses. They'll use swear words, right? And the rest of us are the proletariat, the everyday man, the worker. Now, he came after this mostly through economic lens. That this was people owning the factories and people working in the factories and it's not fair. Now, this was basically him equipping the everyday rank and file with a playbook of how to criticize and how to attack any power structure. So fast forward, an obscure writer from prison in Italy, many of you know him, Antonio Gramsci, wrote this whole idea that we Marxists, we can't just have economic struggle, revolution against the factory owners, we need to have cultural struggle. That what Marx laid out was a rebellion not just against the rich, but a rebellion against anybody in power, including God himself.

"marxist" Discussed on The Charlie Kirk Show
"Hello, everybody. Sorry to interrupt all the friendship building here, but please take a seat if you can. So I'm going to just speak for a few minutes here, and then we'll do question and answer, and then we'll continue. I hope you're all enjoying yourselves, and we are receiving very positive feedback. It's amazing to see what the Lord is doing here. This is our third Pastor Summit, and just to see the amount of people from across the country here is truly remarkable. A couple announcements. I do want to make sure it's clear that if you are not yet involved or receiving help or assistance from TPUSA faith, we want to make sure that happens. And so I encourage you to get to know your rep. We have full-time staff across the country in your region, in every corner of the country from North Dakota to Florida to Vermont. I think Mr. Callahan is around here somewhere. Maybe not. I know Todd up there is preaching the word in Burlington, and we have reps all across the country. So you might say, well, Charlie, what can you offer? And you've seen some of this from biblical citizenship classes to help forming community engagement teams to guest speakers. If there were speakers that you liked that you saw here, we help send these speakers on the road to bring them to your church to help do these types of events, because I bet many of you say, boy, I wish my congregation was hearing this. I wish my elder board was hearing this, right? And then if there is interest in any of the election stuff that's heading up next year, you're going to hear tomorrow from Turning Point Action, our 501c4 organization, on how you can register your congregation to vote, even get early voting stuff and early material there. So there's a ton of walk-away items here that we guys want you to leave with, and we'll make sure you're connected with your reps. Okay, I want to focus on one thing in particular here that has kind of been mentioned a couple times in a few speakers, and then we'll do some questions, which is Marxism. So we hear that term a lot, right? What does it exactly mean? So I encourage you as a pastor to make sure that your book budget is greater than your wardrobe budget. By the way, if it's not, you got a problem. I woke you up then now, and all of a sudden you're like, wait a second. A healthy church is led by a pastor that takes learning very, very seriously. And it says in the scriptures, in Philippians, what so ever is true, what so ever is beautiful, think on these things. And we have to know what we're up against. And I believe one of the reasons we were ill-prepared during the lockdowns, ill-prepared during the summer of 2020, is we kind of sort of had some understanding of what Marxism or communism was, but we didn't really understand the first, the spiritual implications, how persuasive these ideas are, and how they are the same failed demonic ideology that replicates itself time and time and time again. So I'm going to do my best to talk a little about Marxism. You're going to hear from who I believe is the leading scholar on Marxism, Dr. James Lindsay, later today. He is excellent. He's an unusual speaker in the sense that he's not a Christian. I know some of you send me some hate emails on that. Love you guys. We've moved him from atheist to agnostic. I'm working on it. And he is one of the sweetest people and he's amazing. And he's coming to talk about Marxism. But I'm going to do my part on this. Okay, Karl Marx in the mid 1800s wrote a couple books that many of you may or may not be familiar with, Communist Manifesto and Das Kapital. Karl Marx also had some involvement in the occult. There's a whole great amount of literature there. But basically, Karl Marx took demonic ideology and ideas from the enemy that all that God created must be challenged and must be criticized. In fact, direct quote from Marxist writings. You must engage in the ruthless criticism of all that exists. Said simply, Marxists are trained, and this is what happens when you send kids to college, to deconstruct, to pick apart, to complain against anything that exists. And that includes the natural law and the natural order. Now, you're probably starting to connect some dots. Like, oh, well, that makes sense. That's why they're always trying to go after why what is a man and what is a woman. Now, I believe that if the American church spoke more about the first 11 books of Genesis, we'd be in a much better place. I believe that there are eternal answers to so many of our problems in the first 11 books of Genesis that the modern cool kid, the skinny gene church, does not like talking about. They say, oh, it's allegorical. It's the word of God. It's the truth. Now, in the first 11 books of Genesis, the distinctions that our entire existence rely upon are set up. I mentioned this briefly yesterday. The distinctions between God and man, the distinctions between holy and profane, the distinctions between man and woman, the distinctions between good and evil, the distinctions between man and nature, the distinctions between God and nature. So let's focus on that one. Every ancient false pagan religion before Judaism, before the Torah and eventually Christianity, God was in nature, not above nature. You worship the river. You worship the sun. You worship the mountain. This idea that God spoke nature into existence was unheard of in the ancient world. Now, these distinctions are important because that's where we get very basic morality. What the Marxists decided to do is they understood that these distinctions existed and they said we must destroy all distinctions. We must iron them out. Now, if you want to get really deep into it, they believe in smoothing out the contradiction so they can create a oneness of the world.

The Truth Behind Critical Race Theory With Ryan Girdusky
"I'm talking to Ryan Gerdusky and we're talking about everything. We're talking about America and we're talking about, let's talk for a minute about a critical race theory because I think what's so confusing to so many people is suddenly in a few years various insane ideologies have erupted across the American cultural landscape. At the center of it is this thing called critical race theory and I'm against racism but I'm against critical race theory and the people involved in proponents of critical race theory, they're playing a game. I think this is basically what the woke people do is that they use terms and ideas that you would agree with but they've completely twisted the definition. It's like anti -racism. Anti -racism is actually very much a promotion of racism but who doesn't wanna be an anti -racist because it sounds like opposite as being racist. Yeah, so what happened especially if you read Marx is about the idea that workers would unite against the proletariat and therefore become and take over the government and kick out capitalism. That obviously did not happen because a lot of neo -Marxists out there and said America is just too prosperous for workers to wanna rebel. They own a home, they own a car. It's not going our way. They're not gonna, the workers are not gonna sit there and unite. So it transformed from a worker -based, class -based ideology to a race -based one where college -educated whites and minorities would have this grandiose alliance and conflict the ideas of capitalism. And it basically didn't go anywhere until the fuel that hit the fire, it wasn't even Floyd's being murdered. It was in 2012 when we had the riots in Ferguson. When the riots in Ferguson happened, terms like whiteness, critical race theory, other things like that exploded in our national conversation. You could look at charts and they increased by 1100 % in places like the New York Times and in major outlets throughout the entire country. And it becomes an entire context and conversation about race. During this time period, there are two spikes by the way in the number of African -American men who are being murdered en masse in this country. One is in 2012 following Ferguson and the second is in 2020 following the death of George Floyd when they have, when police scale back because they're being targeted. Let's be clear, isn't this always what happens? In other words, you have these crazy people saying the police are bad, the police are racist. So they create a situation where the cops go, you know what, I don't wanna walk into that situation. I'm gonna back it up because I won't get backed up if I do something controversial. So I'm gonna back up. So the cops back up and who suffers? People in poor communities.

NY Post: A Scientist Disallowed to Tell the Truth About Climate Change
"Perhaps for the same reasons I did in an academic paper about wildfires in nature, one of the world's most prestigious journals. fits It a simple storyline that rewards the person telling it. The paper I just published, Climate Warming increases extremely daily wildfire growth risk in California, focuses exclusively on the climate change has affected stream wildlife behavior. I knew not to try to qualify key aspects or other climate change in my research, because it would dilute the story that the prestigious journals like Nature and its rival, Science, want to tell. This matters, because it's critically important for scientists to be published in high -profile journals. In many ways, they are the gatekeepers of career success in academia. And he goes on to explain about this. You can't get published as a quote -unquote denier. You can't get federal and state grants if you're quote -unquote a climate change climate change denier. You can't get jobs or at least keep them at universities and colleges if you're a so -called climate change denier. The Marxists left. And then, of course, they used climate change to impoverish you. Defending Against Demoralization With Sebastian Gorka
"Dr. Gorka joins us. Dr. Gorka, thank you for taking the time. Dr. Gorka, no real agenda for us to talk about in particular, but one thing I do want to ask you about is I believe we're living through an attempt by the bad guys to demoralize our base. And I'm seeing the opposite. I'm seeing our side grow stronger in resolve. Talk about the psychological warfare of how Marxists attempt to try to break the resolve of the core base of a political party to take over a country. Well, look, first things first, the proof of the lie that we're losing steam and momentum is what you did Monday before last. When we heard about this rhino Secretary of State in New Hampshire, Scanlon, trying to remove President Trump from the ballots, you unleashed the hammers of hell on your show. You told everybody to get engaged in less than 24 hours. He said, oops, sorry, I didn't mean that. And he backed down. So God bless you, Charlie, everybody who listened to your rallying cry. And that's the truth. I've had it. I mean, you must get this every day as well. I've had it with ostensible conservatives, Trump voters. I met one at a church fate two Sundays ago who says, oh, he can't win or they're just gonna steal it again. And it's like, you know, those are the talking points the left has generated for you to propagate. That's psychological warfare. Just watch the video from the 1980s of this Soviet double agent, this, I think - Yuri Bezmenov. plays it. Yes. Yeah, Yuri Bezmenov. If you haven't seen it, Yuri, just watch the short version. The short version, he says, you can demoralize a whole nation. It takes about 10 to 12 years and you do it in the schools. And within 10 years, if you allow the children to doubt the veracity of the values upon which the nation is founded, you've taken control of that country. Yuri Bezmenov told us, and that's, I think, why you created Turning Point USA, because that's how we stop them, Charlie. And that's what you're doing.

A highlight from The Anti-Conservative Defamation League with Will Scharf
"We are representing a second whistleblower from the FBI, Marcus Allen. Due to whistleblower retaliation by the FBI, I've been suspended without pay for over a year. Because of you, ACLJ donors, you get the best attorneys in the world. Hello, everybody. I am back. What is the ADL? The Anti -Defamation League actually engages in more defamation than not. ADL .org. We talk about that with Will Scharf and how they are suppressing the US Constitution. Email us your thoughts, as always, freedom at charliekirk .com. Get involved with our education movement, Turning Point USA at tpusa .com. The most important movement in America, tpusa .com. That is tpusa .com. Buckle up, everybody. Here we go. Charlie, what you've done is incredible here. Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus. I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. I want to thank Charlie. He's an incredible guy. His spirit, his love of this country. He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. That's why we are here. Brought to you by the loan experts I trust, Andrew and Todd at andrewandtodd .com. Over the weekend, an internet campaign started to push back against the Anti -Defamation League, the ADL. Now, if you do not know what the ADL is, they're one of the most powerful organizations. They used to be nonpartisan. They used to say, hey, we're here to fight antisemitism. But that's changed. The ADL is nothing more than a weapon of the Marxist left run by a man by the name of Jonathan Greenblatt. Now, if you go to their website, ADL .org, it's hard to find anything you disagree with. They say, unless you go further, they say, we fight antisemitism. In fact, their byline is fighting hate for good. ADL .org, run by this guy, Jonathan Greenblatt. This goes to a theme, though, is that there's a supply and demand issue with hatred and racism in America. The same goes for the civil rights machinery or Leviathan that was built in the 1960s and early 1970s. We start to see that you build these massive institutions all around trying to fight racism and fight injustice and fight antisemitism. And eventually, you realize the country that you're waging this war in, it's actually a rather decent country. So you have to come up with hatred where it doesn't exist. So ADL .org, their entire mission statement to their donors and to their employees and to their members is that there's more hate than ever before and give us more money so we could fight hate for good. And they call themselves the anti -defamation league. Now, ironically, they actually do more defaming than almost anybody else. They smear, for example, libs of TikTok. They slander decent people. They have a whole page on Turning Point USA, actually, ADL .org. They run advertisements against Turning Point USA trying to say that we are, you know, all not alt -right, but we play footsie with the alt -right and that we are akin to radical right -wing forces. We have a whole page right here on ADL .org. Key points goes through all the different activities. Charlie Kirk promotes Christian nationalism and activism. TPUSA and right -wing extremists, TPUSA and racist bigots. Goes on and on and on. So this is a multiple page thing at ADL .org. And they pick their targets and they smear you relentlessly. Not really hasn't bothered me or bothered us at Turning Point. Yes, they run SEO ads trying to misrepresent us. But they do this, and this is the important thing, is they believe they are untouchable. They believe that you cannot criticize the ADL or the Anti -Defamation League. You're not allowed to push back on them. You're not allowed to say, hey, what you're doing is wrong. Now, understand this is their business model. The business model of the Anti -Defamation League, the ADL, is they will go after voices, companies, and they will try to destroy them if they do not suppress speech that they don't like. So this all bubbled up when the head of ADL, Jonathan Greenblatt, met with the head of X, or always be Twitter to me, Linda Yaccarino. And when that meeting happened, all of a sudden this erupted on social media saying, hold on a second, we know what the ADL is trying to do here. The ADL is going to try to pressure Twitter to shut up shadow ban and blacklist dissident voices that they don't like. Now, the ADL does this all under the guise of fighting anti -Semitism. They basically say that you are not allowed to criticize the ADL or any of their activities, and if you do, then you must hate Jews. Now, let me just say this. This is one of my most frustrating developments in the modern narrative war, how you're somehow not allowed to criticize an organization or a person, because all of a sudden they'll say, well, I'm Jewish, you're not allowed to say anything. This goes with George Soros, for example. Any time that you criticize George Soros, they say, oh, you're an anti -Semite. No, actually, George Soros is, first of all, not serious about his Judaism. Second, he's an atheist. Second of all, we're not criticizing him because he's Jewish. We're criticizing him because he's evil. Now, the ADL has in the last couple of years taken even more radical turn. They've become vicious. And quite honestly, they themselves have become a hate group. They wear the costume of, quote, fighting hate for good. ADL fights all forms of anti -Semitism and bias using innovation and partnerships that drive impact. And they might say, well, Charlie, how does this impact me? We might have this tape here. We'll find it. Jonathan Greenblatt argues, he brags in his Zoom calls, that they talk to the FBI every single day. The ADL is an adjunct to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, telling them of what extremists to find, what people that you have to try to suppress. You go to the ADL website. For example, they say hate on display, quote, a hate symbol. It's okay to be white. If you say that, it's a hate symbol. They argue that child pornography or pornography for children is perfectly fine. In fact, it's phenomenal. ADL .org. Children's literature can open doors to exploring important topics and concepts. ADL Education has compiled a list of LGBTQ Pride -themed books for Pride Month. The resource also includes discussion guides for educators and families. There is far radical left on the cultural Marxist spectrum, as you could imagine.

John Amanchukwu: "So Goes the Father, So Goes the Home"
"Talking to John. You can find him at rev woo truth. That's R E V W U truth. Uh, John, we're talking about a lot of stuff, but the war on the family, the war on, on, uh, men and women in marriage, raising children. Uh, this has really been the hallmark of the Marxist left in America. The cultural Marxists are at war with God and God's order. They want to break it down and, and they have been destroying black communities. And we know we can go back to the sixties when we had a principled Democrat named Daniel Patrick Moynihan in the Senate. He wrote something, came out in 1965 about the problem and about black community has to do with fatherlessness. He named it. He made it very, very clear. He was basically told to shut up. Uh, we, we don't want to hear from you. He was a principled liberal Democrat Senator here from here in New York. I've met him, uh, had the privilege to meet him. And it's so fascinating because we've had decades of this being pushed. And what this does, of course, when you break down the family, you cause people to be dependent on the state. They cease, uh, to care for themselves because they've been told the state will care for you. Why should you do anything? That's what you were really just talking about a few moments ago. You're so right. Um, I say it this way oftentimes, and I've, I'm sure you've heard this as well. Uh, so goes the father. So goes the home, you know, um, when fathers are missing and that wreaks havoc on the family. And there are many, many children who are dealing with many things as relates to identity crisis and, um, issues when it comes to, um, affirmation simply because they lack that touch, that tender care of a father being there. We know the role of the father and the mother are quite different. The mother nourishes the father protects and provides. And so children are left there. They're left undone when they don't have both parents. And so part of what I've sought to do, even with the work of going to the school board meetings is to develop content that really speaks to the hearts of generations Z and millennials, and those who don't have an actively engaged father in their life, where they can receive some resources and encouragement and inspiration in that area to make sure that they don't go on that same path themselves. Um, if there's anything that the church should engage in, it should be preaching the truth, but also seeking to rebuild families and rebuild homes.

To begin this morning, we're going to talk about a 12 -year -old Colorado student, who on Monday was kicked out of class for having a Gadsden flag patch on his backpack. For those who don't know what that is, the Gadsden flag patch, it is the don't tread on me flag that sometimes you see flying around the United States. According to the school district, which kicked this child out of class, that Gadsden flag is only flown in Trump 2020 flag flying white supremacist neighborhoods, which is obviously a lie, and not to mention insulting. This story, I think, provides a pretty apt synopsis of the state of American education for two reasons. First, the teacher who kicked this boy out of class falsely said that the Gadsden patch had, quote, origins with slavery. That is not true. This patch was actually made in the 1770s during the American Revolution, and the slogan don't tread on me was intended to be a message to the British that the American colonists who were rebelling against their rule were no longer going to put up with the British treading on them. That is the first thing that reveals the state of American education because it is very common nowadays for the content in schools to be taught incorrectly. Then the second reason why it says kind of everything you need to know about the state of our country's school system is that in addition to teaching the wrong content, students are being politically persecuted. There was another story in Massachusetts just about three or four months ago where a young 12 -year -old boy, Liam Morrison, was also sent home from school because he dared to wear a t -shirt that said there are only two genders. This is an ever -growing phenomenon in our country, but let's go here to this article I'm reading from American Greatness. On Monday, so two days ago, very recent, a Colorado Springs charter school removed a middle school student from class for having a Gadsden flag patch on his backpack, alleging falsely that the patch had origins with slavery. A video circulating on X features a Vanguard school administrator explaining to 12 -year -old Jaden and his mother why the boy was pulled from class. The confrontation has gone viral, and due to negative publicity, this is great news, the boy was allowed to have the patch in place when he returned to school on Tuesday. That is totally the right strategy. What happened is that Jaden and his mother were so outraged by Jaden being sent home from school that they went public with this clip. They were on Sean Hannity on Fox News. I believe that they also spoke with Tucker Carlson, or at the very least, Tucker Carlson covered this story. That is the right approach. When something insane happens, whether it's in your child's school or in your workplace, you have to go public with it. That is the only way that we are going to expose the rot of wokeism and try to get it unraveled. This past Monday, in addition to being the day that 12 -year -old Jaden was sent home from school, also marked the 60th anniversary of the March on Washington, where Martin Luther King Jr. delivered the famous I Have a Dream speech. In addition to Martin Luther King's great activism, nonviolent activism, the thing that ended the racist Jim Crow laws in the South was the fact that Americans were seeing the discrimination against black people on their televisions. The start of cable TV, or at least the popularity of cable TV in the 50s and 60s in contributing to the civil rights movement cannot be underestimated. It is because people started taking video of black people in the South being hosed down by police officers, having dogs unleashed on them. And in the court of public opinion, the Jim Crow laws and other racist measures that were present in the South no longer became acceptable because people were seeing with their own eyes how disgusting it was. That is what we need to do now in this arguably new civil rights era in our country. We need to go public, show video, send audio of a teacher berating a student. So I just thought that was interesting that on the same day that this child was sent home was the same day that Martin Luther King delivered that speech. Similar lessons can be gleaned from both of those experiences. Continuing from American greatness, this is a quote from the school administrator. The reason that we do not want the flag, the reason that we do not want the flag displayed is due to its origins with slavery and the slave trade. The Gadsden flag, the surprised mother responded to which the administrator replied the don't tread on me flag. The mother asked what would happen if Jayden removed the patch and the staffer answered flatly the bag can't go back if it's got the patch on it because we can't have that in and around other kids. They're talking about this patch like it has cooties, like if you get within five feet of it, you are going to get a highly contagious deadly flu. We can't have this around other children. Lest they get infected with the imaginary bigotry of the Gadsden flag patch, the mother shot back. Yeah, it has nothing to do with slavery, I love this. The mother is teaching the teacher. That's like the Revolutionary War patch that was displayed when we were fighting the British. Thank you Jayden's mother for teaching basic elementary history to an elementary school teacher. The administrator responded, I am here to enforce the policy that was provided by the district. This is such cowardice. It's not me who's doing this, even though I'm the one who sent the child home. It's a policy. I'm just hiding behind the policy. The mother and son pointed out that other Vanguard kids, Vanguard is the school in Colorado, are allowed to have other various patches on their backpacks. That's exactly right. I bet that there are students at that school who have come in with Black Lives Matter patches or pride patches or even t -shirts with those symbols. Why is that okay? Arguably Black Lives Matter, not just arguably, I mean it's pretty evident, Black Lives Matter is far more offensive of a flag than the Gadsden flag. Black Lives Matter is a Marxist organization which advocated for uprooting the Western prescribed notions of the nuclear family. The Black Lives Matter organization has accumulated billions and billions and billions of dollars that has gone absolutely nowhere to places that would actually help black people. They purported to raise this money for bail funds and for scholarships and for public school funding. What we have found out is that it has actually gone into the pockets of the founders so that they could buy $6 million mansions here in Los Angeles. Those billions of dollars were also used to, actually they were used for bail funds, but they were used to bail out violent rioters who set buildings aflame. Those riots in 2020 killed 25 people, many of whom were black. But the Black Lives Matter flag is okay. I bet you there would be no issue, but the Gadsden flag, oh yes, that is bigotry. How about the pride flag? You know, pride no longer represents tolerance of those with different sexual identification. It a represents movement that seeks to condone the genital mutilation of young children in the name of so -called gender affirming care. Is that offensive? Would that flag be allowed in schools? I bet you it would. 1 -8 Prager, 776 -1877 -243 -777 -6. Back in a moment. Precious metals, it's imperative that you buy from a trustworthy and transparent dealer that protects your best interests. Triple G has notified me that we actually have a clip of this recording of the administrator telling 12 -year -old Jaden, the Colorado student, that he could not wear the Gadsden flag patch on his backpack. I just want to play a minute of the video for you so that you can hear this. And for those of you who are watching the show on the Salem News Channel, you will see that this boy is so polite. He's clean cut. He has a nice shirt on and he's sitting there, you know, with his hands clasped together and he's just nodding and taking it in, incredibly dignified and polite. He didn't say anything like, come on, this is ridiculous. What the heck is going on here? He handled that with such class. His mother should be proud. Let's hear a minute of this clip. Thank you. Do they know what the Gadsden flag is? It's a historical flag. So there, the reason that they do not want the flag, the reason we do not want the flag is due to its origins with slavery and slave trade. That is what was, that's the reason behind the Gadsden flag. The don't tread on me, which is the Gadsden flag. Okay, so he, what's going to happen if he doesn't take it all? He, I mean, he is able to go, I was actually just telling him, like, I was upset that he was missing so much school. I'm like, ah! So I asked him, can he just take his stuff out of his bag and go back to class? Like, I just want him to go back to class. The bag can't go back. It's got a patch on it, because we can't have that in and around other kids. So that's what I was trying, and then he said you were close, so I was like, oh, okay. It's amazing that this administrator is saying, you know, I hate that he's missing school. He's missing school because of you, my friend, or not my friend, my enemy. All right, reading continuing from American Greatness, the head of the school told Jaden's mother that the patch was, quote, disruptive to the classroom environment, and that the boy was welcome to return to class on Tuesday, but only if he removed the patch, okay? Because of its creator's history and because it is commonly flown alongside Trump 2020 flags, the Confederate battle flag, and other white supremacist flags, some may now see the Don't Tread On Me flag as a symbol of intolerance and hate or even racism. Oh, gosh. We could spend the entire three hours on that quote. Okay, so many lies in that one sentence. But they're saying that Trump 2020 flags are white supremacist flags. How is that not political persecution? So half this country are white supremacists, really? And then I love this line here. Some may see it as a symbol of intolerance, hate, or even racism. Welcome to the tyranny of the minority. If one person is made to feel uncomfortable by that flag, the entire school has to go along with that person's preferences. This child has to be sent home. As the administrator said, he loses out on learning because this one person may, in a hypothetical world, be uncomfortable. So this is interesting because let's look at these four adjectives that were used to describe this patch, disruptive, intolerant, hateful, and racist. We live in a world where there is such a profound assault on truth. And what comes alongside that assault on truth is an assault on the objective meaning of words, because that's basically another way of saying the truth, that words hold a objective, truthful meaning. You know, when people say, well, what's the harm of calling a man a woman or a woman a man? What's the harm of saying words are violent? This is the harm, because when words lose their objective meaning, the rules and the standards that are associated with those words also lose their objective meaning, and then all havoc breaks loose. There is this standard in American public education. It was established in a Supreme Court case in 1969. The case is called Tinker versus Des Moines, Iowa School District. And it dealt with the fact that students came to class wearing Vietnam War or anti -Vietnam War wristbands, and they were asked to remove those wristbands. And this case went all the way up to the Supreme Court, and the court established what's called the Tinker standard of regulating speech in schools, because they had to balance the fact that sometimes it is necessary and even good to regulate speech in schools for disciplinary reasons, but also respecting the fact that students have First Amendment rights. So they established this standard, which essentially says that students have a right to express political speech, wear shirts, wear backpack stickers, wear wristbands. As long as that speech is not disruptive to the classroom and does not infringe on the rights of other students to learn. So here we see that this school district in Colorado is saying that Jaden's backpack patch is disruptive. And so if we are now calling a backpack patch disruptive, then it means that they can lawfully tell Jaden to go home and get rid of it, because the Tinker standard says that they have a right to censor speech that is disruptive. Once the objective meaning of words change, then that paves the way for the objective meaning of rules and standards associated with those rules to change. Another story that we will cover in this hour is this Spanish soccer league craziness where the head, I believe it was, of the Spanish soccer league went up and kissed one of the female players after the Spanish female soccer team won the World Cup. This kiss, which by the way I do not condone, you shouldn't kiss someone if it is unwanted or without their consent, but this kiss is now being called sexual assault. And this man who planted the unwanted kiss on the female soccer player is under criminal investigation for sexual assault, which in Spain, as in the United States, carries prison time as a potential punishment. Another perfect example of the way that if we change words, then we change the laws associated with those words. Because now if a kiss is called sexual assault, then you can be prosecuted or brought to trial for alleged sexual assault if you kiss someone. This is very scary. That is why conservatives make such a fuss when words are used improperly, because it leads to a slippery slope. And by the way, this is going to affect all of us. There are going to be many people, we're already seeing it happen, who are going to be fired from their jobs or sent home from school for supposedly being disruptive or racist when they're not. We have calls. We'll take them in the next segment. 1 -8 Prager 776 -1877 -243 -7776. I'm eager to hear your reactions. Back in a moment. We are discussing the fact that this 12 -year -old boy in Colorado was sent home from school on Monday for wearing a Don't Tread On Me patch on his backpack. The school said that he had to remove it. In order to return to school, he and his mother went public with a recording of the administrator admonishing him. And the public outrage over this incident led to the school allowing Jaden to come back with the patch on his backpack. I should also note that the school announced that they would be canceling Parents Night due to quote, unforeseen circumstances. Clearly, they do not want to face some questions about this incident. Let's go to Steve in Chicago, Illinois. Hi, Steve. Thanks for calling in. Yeah, Julie, thanks a lot. So, here's where I'm going to part company with you, okay? Whatever happened at School of Colorado sounds ridiculous, okay? But you beat it like a dead horse a thousand times to make it sound as if this is commonplace. You talk about transgender issues, and Dennis Prager does it nonstop. And what you do, and the way to deceive people, okay, which is what I think you and Dennis do, is to omit from your discussions and your narrative other information that would make what you're saying completely false, okay? What is that information that we are omitting? Well, I'll tell you. I'll tell you. You guys beat this transgender drum like they are going to take over the world and destroy civilization. The fact is - When have we ever said those words? That they're going to take over the world and destroy civilization? I listen to Dennis all the time. It's incessant. And the fact is, is there are very few transgender people relative to the population, okay? That's true. Most of us will never meet a transgender person. The few people who are transgender are afflicted with a horrible psychiatric illness, okay? They deserve empathy. No one is forcing them to undergo any transgender hormonal treatment. I'm going to pause you there, Steve. I don't mean to cut you off, but just for the sake of time, I'm going to pause you and I'd like to continue a discussion, but I have to cut in. You are right, Steve, that there is a relatively low number of transgender individuals relative to the population, which is why I ask the question, why is teaching that gender is non -binary and fluid becoming so mainstream if this is so rare? And I encourage you, Steve, and anyone listening who may agree with his disagreement of Dennis' position and my position, I encourage you to read the California Department of Education codes, the Arizona Department of Education codes, New Jersey, Michigan. Many states, blue states around the country, in these codes have things that say that you should teach kids that gender is non -binary. In New Jersey, they say that you should not refer to children using gendered pronouns. Here in Los Angeles, the LAUSD, which has about 450 schools under its jurisdiction, has monthly Rainbow Club meetings where students as young as four years old are subjected to drag queen story hour. This is not a fringe thing. This is very mainstream, and they are also taught these radical gender codes. I agree that people who are experiencing gender dysphoria deserve empathy. That is why I, and I feel comfortable speaking for Dennis, that is why Dennis and I are so disgusted. And that is the word disgusted by this movement, which is saying, legitimizing the fact that it is normal to not feel your gender. These individuals deserve empathy, they deserve therapy, but what they do not deserve is being subjected to doctors and students who are saying, yeah, you're 13 years old or you're 15 years old and you don't feel like your gender, here are some puberty blockers, and by the way, you should have your breasts cut off. This is happening at the Duke University Medical School, Medical Hospital, excuse me, Boston Children's Hospital. This is happening all over the country. I'd like to give Steve an opportunity to respond. We may have to go into the next segment, Steve. We don't have much time. OK. Yeah. What you're saying about people having their breasts, women having their breasts cut off and hormonal blockers, again, it's a misleading narrative you're giving. OK. No, no, no female is going to breast cut off without her consent, without substantial psychiatric involvement. OK. It is not substantial psychiatric involvement. That is not true. You know what? You know what? I've studied this issue. It is true. As have I. As have I. It is very common for these kids. OK, I'm sorry. We're going to have to continue into the next segment. Steve, stay on. We'll pick it up. Back in a moment.

Mark Levin: Judge Chutkan Should Be Thrown Off the Bench
"Yourself holy crap I've a got case here. I've already set a trial date in May. Here it literally involves 9 months of videos and 1 .1 million documents that's according to the government there could be more so again defense has a right to make their own case without being directed by the government or just using the information the government gives so they want to look at all the government information plus more. They want to conduct depositions. Maybe some of the people the government spoke to maybe some others can't get that done in 4 or 5 months in one of these cases. So what Judge Trumkin did being the Marxist bomb thrower that she is who should really be removed from the bench. If our justice system was working she'd be thrown the hell off the bench. She would. She's a disgrace. So what Trumkin did is basically tell Judge Cannon what are you going to do about it? Screw you. I'm going first. I picked two months after the government asked and two months your before trial. And so if my trial here in Washington happens to bleed your trial you move the date. Or if the discovery from my case which is going to come first now interferes with discovery based on the calendar that you set in Florida before I my set calendar that's your damn problem. You move your case. Because Trumkin knows that this is a kangaroo court kangaroo.

The Republican Establishment Is Mostly Flatfooted
"More over unlike the Democrat Party the Republican establishment would rather betray its own base conservatives and try marginalize to it than battle the Democrat Party preferring to make appeals to the Democrat Party media demonstrate their supposed bipartisan common sense in pursuit of temporary political power and positive media coverage Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell and the likes of Mitt Romney Susan Collins Lisa Murkowski Chris Nunes Hutchison Asa and Chris Christie are but a few contemporary examples of this defeatist mindset it is also one reason why and they Republicans like them constantly target Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, Cruz, Ted Mike Lee and others who understand the nature of the threat and are willing to confront it takes uncommon fortitude, principles and foresight to recognize and engage the Democrat Party its surrogates and the American Marxist movements in addition to literally putting your career and freedom on the line you must deal with a rear guard action from the Party Republican even with all this I don't believe it can be said that the the Republican Party as an institution hates America or exists to again fundamentally transform America . it's not the home of the various Marxist movements that plot daily and in a thousand The Democrat Party seeks to effectively sideline the Republican party with repeated efforts to

"A trained Marxist, brace your practice and theory. She praised Mao's red book, meaning the common communist theory that you should be interested in the collective and society as a whole, your individualistic pursuit should be subjugated from each according to their ability to each according to their needs. That's really strange because they keep getting caught grifting so strange $90 billion, only a third of the money went the foundation. So remember this gem, this is Mark Lamont hill, another leftist, by the way, probably actually to the left of Patrice colors, which is strange in and of itself. But even I think because he's a leftist, he's kind of annoyed. It's kind of like Tea Party people when they get upset at rhinos, I think Mark Lamont hill, who is a devout leftist. He's probably thinking to himself, wait, you know, this is discrediting our moment, this woman buying mansions for herself. I want you to listen to this back and forth and listen to the irony of Patrice colors, BLM cofounder, talking about, hey man, I gotta take care of my family first. That's the exact opposite of what Marxism is supposed to espouse, folks. Here, check this out. So a critique, though, from the left that would say, if you are a trademark, this if we're talking about a certain kind of radical politic that extravagant homes of any sort or multiple properties of any sort is itself contradictory to the ideology that you hold and so it's not about having money per se, but that it's about or about property per se, but it's about there being a potential contradiction between your express politics and your lived practice. Sure. And I think that is a critique that is wanting. And I say that because the way that I live my life isn't direct support to black people, including my black family members. First and foremost. And for so many black folks who are able to invest in themselves and their community, they choose to invest in their family. And that's what I've chosen to do. I have a child, I have a brother that has severe mental illness that I take care of. I support my mother, and I support many other family members of mine. And so I see my money as not my own. I see it as my family's money as well. That's not lady. That's not Marxism. Liberals, why do you keep falling? Are you just dumb all the time? Or do you reserve special degrees of stupidity for days of the week like Tuesday? Why do you keep falling for people like this? Bernie Sanders, Bernie Sanders, who engages in a book sale that generates hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars of revenue for Bernie Sanders over books, right? And then they ask you about it, what do you mean? It's the billionaire. Bernie used to complain about millions. I don't give a damn about millionaire. I am a millionaire. Millionaires are great. Now I care about billionaires. Bernie, if you become a billionaire, will you hate billionaires? You're damn right I wouldn't hate billionaires. If I'm a billionaire, I would only hate trillionaires at that point. Why, Bernie, because I'm a front. I'm full of crap like a baby's diagonal. I have always been full of crap. I am a practicing capitalist at a public boxes because that's what I do. That's what I do better than anyway. Why do you do better than IBS people? That's what I do. When you complain about my book, I tell you, hey, dude, capitalist pig. Why don't you put your lips right on my ass? Because I don't care. I don't care about your criticisms. I am a damn Marxist. And us marxists are big fake phony Friends. Thank you, Bernie. Thank you. You didn't know we'd have a guest today, did you? At least he cleared that up. Why do you keep calling for these idiots? Why do you keep going for these idiots? This is not bothering you that you constantly get worked over by frauds by fakes, you ever notice like on the Republican side, right? We had a Tea Party movement. The entire guiding lodestar of the movement was exposing rhinos, in other words, filtering out our own party of people who didn't live by its principles. That's where the Tea Party movement was about. That's what the conservative movements about. It's what large swaths of the libertarian movement are about to. I'm proud of that. What's the left movement about? I mean, no, I mean, really. Let's say you practice this kind of divisive politics where everybody's radical is not you, right? And you divide the movements into the radical wing of the Republican Party, the radical wing of the left. Let's say you just play in that game. The liberals would be the radical wing of the left the conservatives, the radical ring of the right or whatever. Let's just distill it down. What's really radical about what we believe. Because we actually practice it. We believe in lower taxes, but we believe in lower taxes for you too. Even if you're a liberal, yes, why? Because you will spend your money better than the government every single time, which will lead to a more efficient economy period. There's no need nothing else to explain. That's it. That's it. Even a liberal will find because they understand the cost and quality of things they purchase better than some idiot in the government of buys it for them. We'll even spend their money a dumb liberal better than the government. We believe in school choice. Why? It doesn't affect my kids, folks. I mean, I don't like bringing up money because it sounds dumb. I know in the past that was a thing like Bragg about how rich you are and all that stuff. I'm just telling you I have enough money to send my kids wherever I want. Why am I fighting for school choice? Why am I fighting for school choice? It does not affect me personally But it does. And if you when you're sitting at a left pole, anything that diverges from a pretty rigid set of orthodoxies is considered on the right, I consider that to be a pathology of some of the leftism in academia and journalism. That there's it is so rigid. It's such a catechism. Like religious character, because there's just no room for dissent. And just like anyone who doubts the Trinity is a heretic, anyone who doubts certain sets of axioms on the hard left is considered to be on the right. But no, there's certainly the right doesn't consider me. To be on the right. Yeah. You know, it is interesting because it does seem like something has changed in the last ten years or so, 5, ten years, where maybe 20 years ago, if you published something a scientific finding and the finding had like it, it wasn't automatically politicized. It didn't automatically make you think the author must be on a certain political view because they're presenting a certain form of knowledge. But there's something these days about where knowledge is. So the knowledge that you present is so intricately intertwined with perceptions of your political personal political stance. I just haven't seen that so tied together in my past. But it's so interesting. You know, you could just make a point about something where you think the evidence is suggesting. I think there might be some progress. When you look at data and then be like, oh, he's on the far right. You know, because I feel like this is something new. Do you start brand new? And I can recall, you know, strange so that way back when I was a college student, when there was the Marxist Leninist social socialist united Workers Party and among real popular among students, you're right to have perceived a change. And I think things got really took a lurch around three, three, four years ago. And John hate is written about this as well..

Maybe there's some things you shouldn't say He was like. Yeah, and I'm paraphrasing, but I'm not paraphrasing one line of his. He's like, Yeah, we'll be able to put people on Mars by 2025. But you know, a bunch of people are going to die in the process of building the Golden Gate Bridge. You know, we're gonna lose a few. And he said it with like, Yeah, Yeah, we're gonna lose a bunch of people. It's like OK, Could you not say the say that? Don't say the soft part out loud like We know they're going to be casualties taken. Our ass is to Mars. But, Jason that's how this country was built. We put up the Hoover Dam. Yeah, we lost a bunch, You know, maybe 1000. So you know, the Golden Gate Bridge looking down e? No, it simultaneously it simultaneously disgusted me. And it was amusing. Oddly, for whatever reason that the say I was like, Okay, Well, thank you for your honesty. Mr There has to be agree. Of people that would just volunteer. That's what they are. They're they're lining up. Okay? Yep. According to Marxist, they're lining up to die. I'm just saying, that's what according to Mr Musk, which sounds so weird to say dollars to be the first to go up. Whatever but i mean one premium one big thing about mastodon and they are still affronted with within the culture and the self. If we don't have that you know all the all on the platform is community. Aunt an ad free. That's in the first sentence on the website so they really read out up front with knocking for for profit. Mo- service like they die off pretty quick. You know but that doesn't mean that you know the necessity is not there. I mean new service bubble all the time you know you can just hop from from one another. That's like oh like how would society work if there was like some kind of like unstable situation like i mean new Sides can just spill up. You know if you have interest If people need housing and song people houses right yeah. It's it's it's wild that people think what we have now is more stable than that would be as like i mean wrong right the pandemic thing about oh and arm. Don't even get me. Started the biggest. You know as that kind of works within within psychology as i mentioned. I'm studying right now. Oh yeah i mean that's the whole thing within that. I think that that intuitively like freud in really did understand. I mean the thing about for it is like the unconscious you know. There is an invisible drive that actually like effects you. That's like the basic premise of sigmund freud. And the next step is that well. We tend to think about mental health. Like like a binary right. So you're healthy or you're unhealthy your normal you crazy If you wanna be more fancy your your functional or you have psychosis or something like that. So what freud did is no. They're not separate like entities. Actually like the psychosis is parts of the entire system. If we take into account you know the the the times that someone is unstable only by understanding the unstable parts weekend understand the stable price. We get understand it the the whole i think that's pretty much like the your basic like marks take that if you only take into account the cycles of depression i mean depression that that's just using that word implies that it's completely separate have like a thriving economy and sometimes something happens. Nobody really knows right. Because that's going to need. No-one cares but that only happens every once in awhile. Don't even worry about it if we if we put them both. If we put both into account we can then start to understand that. It's actually like a cycle right or flake. Depression and a thriving economy. Just i can't psychology no. It's

The question i mean how would like decentralized like an artist society work now you can actually picture you know because in such a framework. You don't really after said well. Am i still gonna go. How can i get my groceries from walmart. You don't think of it like in a in a decentralized sending you tend to think of like of like production you know who on the local server gonna make the the the service that i'm looking for or if he's not at the local over the how can i communicate at some other like foreign server you know. How can i get what what i want. And some kind of like. So kinda like market rules laid. They tend to like but not in a like in a in a capitalist sense because like people are not like profiting each one another. It's it's more like a social currency. You know right. Wanna be nice. People want help out other people and it does work. I mean that's why. I mean wikipedia so gigantic i mean people tend to make fun of it but it truly is like it's it's a standing up even that a bunch of people would just rights like an super beta for free right. Yeah yeah which is wild. I mean that's always question. People have is like how would you pay for who's going to pay for it and mallet that even how would that even work like how would society work and it's like well you know there's a lot of there's a lot of details all these theories and it's like yes especially i know especially here in my country. People write these things off as like no. We tried that doesn't work and it's like well i mean that's how much did you shine. Whatever yeah how much did we really try. And it also like if already works. I mean the internet as just described. You know how can communicate with with yahoo when it comes to email that already works and and we as a society will even necessarily have to say But you know we as as like digital society. We actually do rely on decentralized services at least on on the internet yesterday of how would this work. I mean how would these position. We're actually doing in right now. We're in assume call got sake right but is that does that. Get into dangerous territory were. It's not a very much removed. From like. You know having companies like google and yahoo or is it you know you take out the profit motive in that kind of when it comes to like these enters social men where such mess i mean if they are superb fronts if you're going to like maxim dot com i think dot net or dot org at i remember Let me just look good. It's like a twitter clone but it's decentralized so he had like an anarchist builds like massive on. It's it's like a. It's like a middling village that communicates with the whole other villages and they have like self their self moderated by like internal people and they all federate a nation you know they federate and they create like like a twitter like experience. "You know just making a quick observation. You know a movie just blade runner and are like still been movies on or even like like a classic like simple disturbing future suggests like nineteen eighty-four. You know so it is open. Future is like scenario in which everything went wrong. Basically we can just get rid of all of the rules. It's like Over again right. So if if that's the premise of disturb yet you would think that we would literally like get rid of everything and go back to like hunter gatherer society and so on but the only thing that remains on this opium movies is capitalism. Is the one thing that we can't quite like imagine. Even a like a fictional were right. You know. we can't even like that outside of it. And and so. The first says that it's easier to to think about the end of the war of the world bet is to think about the the end of capitalism. And i mean the vet that really hits because i mean when you tend to like getting into like lights lefty discourse. You'll you always wondered like okay. How's it gonna look like you know Going to be able go to walmart and get my kosher right. Yeah that's thinking thinking a little too small but yeah mean today. I mean you don't really like see capitalism around you. i mean. I'm looking at my computer. And then i go to class Zoom like teachers eat. But i don't see the those are capitalist entities right. 'cause i don't really think about how the work on that's the whole thing with marks about lino alienated from labored from the product itself. So i think that's a pretty powerful notion that you can't really even think about a future you know. How can you advocate for something. That don't have any idea our looks like and that's why i pretty much -nology provide us like a canvas for this. You know i mean. I think i mean. I heard that you do kind of music. I think art can definitely be that type of canvas to imagine something different. But you know our dislike very elitist you know. I mean everyone carpet but come on right. Yeah no. I had a music teacher mom and parents who called me a guitar. So let's go so so. I think that you know in a very like like liberal worldview you tend to think as still would in terms of of modernity you know we have like wings cars and so on but that's just like a little bubble and so if you're trying to convince someone that lives in bad like type of bubble. You can't start a conversation from the top right. You can say like all others let people kits working like slave labor or whatever you're going to be like what like i just wanna get my groceries and so on. I mean even if they were to like think about the ethical repercussions i mean. They definitely bother. Yeah that's the whole thing with like. I'm forgetting his name. Repeater something you know that that. Like big like the some advocate. Oh peter singer fusing yeah like with this. Whole argument was like. Oh if you if there's like a like a kid like drowning just in front of you you would most likely help him. But the same thing is happening at africans don't really care and he's thing was like using facts and logic you know all your inconsistent so you might be consistent so therefore vegans whatever but you know. People are not really consistent. And i think that this really like plates into consistency. I don't really value it. You know not that much. I mean now i think it's i mean it's valuable but it stems from this idea that basically machines basically black boxes that do stuff like go to work a put food on the table or even like like very like non marketable things such as like human relationships like oh on. I haven't i dunno. I spoken with with

"But that's not a powerful because at the end of the day they're not making any they're not saying anything anything at least and when it comes to politics you actually have to convince someone to vote. You really convince someone to vote by saying nothing. I mean like like like with climate change. I mean you try and change. Someone's mind and you just tell them like. I'll go read the studies like they never going do that right. Just tell them. Yeah yeah right. The the problem is like the left's ideas are harder to condense because there there yet but but yeah no it's like Yeah it's harder to sound. Bite them. But i think I think the left is getting a little better at that. But i do think. That's definitely an area of concern. Where like we need to figure out how to do that in a way. That doesn't betray the the seriousness or like the complexity. The issue like run a campaign comes up like culture. It's gonna be just as a train wreck as as a jump right. I mean the thing that that. I mean. This is going to be like my whole deal. Micro focus on. Is that like in any using technology as creative canvas for this kind of like getting rid of like capitalist realism. Nothing can be done. Don't enough if you heard about a fisher or something like that Viewer on oh sorry what was it. Have you heard about my fisher and captain surrealism No i don't think so Oh this is like pretty like in show like fifty one of the best read person. Honestly i i do the same thing just like like download like a bunch of gifts. Just like the introduction and pretend i have to hold their but i mean kevin and annual nagel. Those actually finished. Because i like them because they're pretty short so like if you wanna get into them i think both like kill ormiston. Kepler are like one hundred pages. You can buy a golf finished him in like a a word. Yeah that's a good That from my. Add the good like the most coastal delegates like feeding out a whole tweet. Yeah to we've got to bring back like pamphlets like we're never be able to read all of marks or whatever you know like at school like you used to like have little sheets of paper that you fold like marco whatever bright and you open it up and it's like capital but the thing about capitalism it. I think it's pretty much like the author really nails but by quoting another out. Big like intro leftist author laboratory jayco. He once said i remember. I don't remember in which book but he once said that he was talking about the movie. I'm forgetting the new ones with grime. Costing it's like this w future. oh lee takes place like like on a deserty kind of setting. It's not a it's not at least that's like an eighties classic. oh mad max or blade runner. The only thing that i would change is that i will link to your phone number up. And he then like justified hansard down because I'm not sure if this is true in the us. Because if someone like in you or many trolling you like via phone. That's basic trespassing. So i can actually call the cops in like get your murdered or whatever so like pretty quickly ideologies and support out. Yeah yeah that's sort of projection. That light talking about right. So yeah that's interesting. Like what do you think How do you think that plays into politics. Like let's say with the with the us election going on How's that affecting like people like will. Yeah that one or the current one like what do you think. How do you think that affects the people's perception of what's happening and and how they feel about it. And i think i mean the pretty much like. That's a very direct way to identify like a very big problem. I think on which is kind of like everyone i think. Everyone like intuitively knows this but just cannot have like the to to really express it you know. There's this book I think the authorised angela nagel killed. Or if you have heard of it. I think i've heard of it yeah It's a pretty interesting book. I mean the thing. Is you know about the twenty. Six being elections is that i mean the rights. Really you know the kind of like i said that we use on the left is like the left can mean the rights. You know they. They figured it out. I mean the thing about figuring out is that what the right that is that they know that the internet and like in a way like like the consciousness of intact country is just like a hard by flat in the sense that it's like read and write medium. They basically accepted that that you can change people's minds and so they did and what happens with their you know with the liberal left so like schiller control. The roles is that they tend to just like they do some kind of like re tweet kind of activism. So that means just like remax so just this thing that someone else says in like. That's why they're obsessed with like fat forming echo. I wanna plastic this. Yeah i wanna go this to light at and essentially that that can work. But

Which means we now span mainland north america since we've had plenty of folks from the us couple from cana. And now alex. I believe he mentions his city in the interview. But i've honestly had this one of the bank for a while so i don't remember all the details but i do remember that. He's a smart dude and he's got some interesting insights about the role of technology in politics and political discourse. Let's get into it. Here's my talk with alex escalante. Hey how's it going. Oh we're just the same we are. Yeah wow get a shot of this embarrassing cool man So is alex or or alejandro. Yeah i mean. I go by because some you know. It's easier to pronounce if people out of the new. So it's it's whatever go all right so you're calling from mexico. City is right. no From monterrey which is Pretty near the the border That's the yeah. It's it's like a few hours from now. okay awesome. Yeah so we got connected on On read it and by the way. This has the record australia began. Oh yes so i. I started recording. But yeah if you want we can You know I'm not really like super comfortable with with like my audience stuff. So i have like a usb like backup mike in like a real mike but simpson's it gets kind of grainy alga so i don't know if you know if you just normally record like off of the software luxury start recording and then send you like like my in my mom i can record straight from zoom. That's totally fine. Yeah but yeah so I you know Usually we talk about what kind of activism the guest does What the You know what the listeners can do to help out in that area But it sounds like you have of a unique idea of activism and kind of your approach to politics right. i mean. I mean i'm really Like not confident calling activists of i mean it's it's like pretty much like like my early writings so like I'm trying to get like a few articles like on on on my website. like it's like hosted on data. It's not even like domain. Knew anything on. I have like a twitter account and china freeman So here's the thing so like i mean. Technology is pretty weird because we tend to like project ourselves Right i mean for example i work. I'm a student. I have a few years Design and needle. And then i recently a year ago. I switched to psychology and i'm working videographer For a local company. A nice so. I do interviews right. Yeah off with a camera and the editing at don't appear in the video but working there. I have a started working at since the pandemic began. So i mean it has been pretty weird you know talking with with people from very like working class backgrounds because the type of video that we do. I don't think humans. I don't like people i don't wanna have to deal with him so i ran from national so many people because i don't like people nineteen ninety-three or so when i was. Oh that's good. Three and i would be the third third station. I worked at c. Two yeah number. Three and the one. I spent the most amount of time at San's the crews The sirius xm patriots channel It was a. am station in new orleans. It used to be number one station. In new orleans before fm six ninety am and it was a wti x. Some of you might even know of this or may have even heard that and on w. t. i x. The hot talk is what they call the channel. Try to the evenings but there was there was a cast of characters for love. And what this is what we've been robbed of in the consolidation of radio and mostly of television we've been robbed The fun and Just the the the local color of all of these radio stations that ahmad that a single owner could own and could compete with conglomerates now before the one thousand nine hundred four communications act. You can only own one property in a market less you could prove that owning the second property was not a direct competitive conflict with the i. I'll just give you one example here. And i love talking about this because we need to return to this and this is something that we should make a goal while. We're going to get us back when we leave the union if we have any form of regulatory structure for broadcasting has to be pre nineteen ninety-four you own for example radio station that called itself adult contemporary and On fm and am. And you and you could own another one. You could claim that it didn't directly compete. And you weren't trying That you were. You were like competing with yourself. In other words you are trying to establish a monopoly. Basically she couldn't have to rock stations or to adult contemporary stations. Whatever the heck they called them. I think that's right. Adult contemporary album oriented rock or bubble. Whatever but you could have a adult contemporary channel and a gospel channel for example..
