"It's the loud ones. It's those crunchy ones on the boards, especially the garden, where people will lose their mind. And now all of a sudden momentum's changed, they're out of their game. So if Hathaway can't do that because he's hurt, I'm not blaming him. That's where you're going to get those from foligno Frederick mcavoy. Carlo, all of a sudden, holy smokes. Freaking Marty mcsorley Carlo back there, all of a sudden, it's crazy. Greg zanden out there. Yeah, my only I think that there is that that's so lacking. I mean, I think if you look at what was in game 6, Carlo, mcavoy, four bird, zero hits. Combined for zero hits. Can't happen. That's the exact sort of thing that is, it just sort of, I think, exemplifies that lack of energy, this sort of grit that is so such a hallmark of any burns team, but I've found it to be one of this team too, and it's so frustrating, I think. I mean, yeah, you saw those open eyes hits by mcavoy in the first couple of games that were just, you know, they get the crowd on their feet. They are so just, they change the trajectory of the game. And I think that that's, that was missing. And that comes down defensively. But I agree, I need mcevoy to get back to that. I need the energy to start at that level. Because those some of those hits were early in the game, I mean, come on that Mac avoid one, I forget I was game two, was like almost right off the right off like puck drop happened and then he was out on the side just nailing, I forget who it was right into the board. So I mean like if we can start with that energy, I think it carries, but if you don't start with it, I think it's so much harder to get a couple shifts into the game. So maybe Frederick will provide that. I think that I'm willing to try that at this point. I mean, changes are scary, but I also think they're necessary right now. Mark, I like the addition of Frederick because of his versatility. He play all three positions. I'm really not sure about how Hathaway plays because I've only seen him on the left on the right side. So that might be an ace in the hole right there because Jim Montgomery has been known, especially in these playoffs to really mix these lines up. And I think that Frederick's versatility will play a key role in a scheme that hopefully brings a game 7 win tonight. Again, not to bang too much on the penalties, but did anybody actually think that was a hand pass from Jake to brusque? Are we going to have to rewrite the rule after the series? Because that was, that was really

"Two things, coaches challenge, the upside was the coaches challenge. You can't challenge for too many men on the ice. Okay? It's not an automatic review. Unless it's in the last, I think the last two minutes of the game, where every goal is automatically reviewed by delete. So that answers your first question. The second question is because of the offside the time was brought back to when the whistle should have blown, okay? Now, had there been a penalty in there at some point, the penalty would still count? But had there been a goal the other way that goal would be reviewed? The play would be brought back to when the whistle should have blown. You can argue that the intent of the rule or the intent of the review was to eliminate the huge off sites that we've seen like the obvious ones, not the hairline ones that this would be. But, you know, they added it to the coaches challenge, and I hope that answers your question, Mark. Thank you very much. I think it's weird that the penalty would still count. Like if there was a 45 second period of time, a penalty would count, but a goal wouldn't, I would think that they would just wipe the whole board clean. I mean, what have you and they brought this up in the, I forget which world championship or junior championship game it was. But if you high stick somebody across the face intentionally in that time when the whistle should have been brought back, that are we saying that penalty should be negated because that time should never have happened. No, I mean, I assume, I mean, it's kind of like the offside rule where it's designed for the extreme and, you know, somebody going out there and Marty mcsorley and somebody else across the face is obviously the extreme, but I mean, you know, if there's if there's 45 seconds go by where you're in the zone and some guy who's been on the ice for a while, you know, hooks another guy or gets a lazy tripping penalty because of the fact that he was stuck on the ice because the play was offsides. You know what I mean? If it was like an a plus B equals C kind of thing. I don't know, it seems like they're kind of picking and choosing. You're right to a point, Steve. I think that no matter no matter how they make a rule or

Can I try, you know, but then I get sucked in every time and I'm rooting for them watching it. I watch Nashville and Carolina last night in the playoffs. I know the thing is not to play offs with fans. Yeah, which is awesome. Well, it's Canada. You know what? It's like Australia. It was more people. You mentioned Canada. The NHL has said to Canada, We kind of need to know what your quarantine restrictions are. By June 1st because these playoffs are going on and they said, and they said this, they said, Uh, I was figuring out after this last Molson. We're not sure what it's all a boot, but we'll tell you. Yeah, so, um, that's going on. And speaking of the NHL, we all know it does not translate on TV. You got to be in person. Yeah, really get the nuances in the essence. But the Devils are the first pro NHL team. I guess that's a little redundant. Of course it's a pro NHL. Well, I mean, that's a real quick we have LeBron James as the face of basketball. We have Fernando Tatis Jr as the face of Major League Baseball. Aaron Rodgers would would argue or somebody in that of that ilk is the face of NFL Patrick Mahomes home. You may be better. And then, of course, we don't have a wing Gretzky anymore. No, I don't have a Luke robot. I anymore or you've got Alex Alex Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals. He's kind of a really big names, Sidney Crosby said. The kid With the Pittsburgh Penguins, but unfortunately you have nothing against euros playing in the NHL or people from Sweden and whatnot, But there's such a huge influx. You tell him euros. I did was that not good because he usually say single grows on the brakes y way. Ease it down. Is that that Mexican doughnut thing That's real long. That's a sure. Oh, my bad, I don't think continue. You have some great players from European countries that have in the NHL. And so people just they don't make the connection like you know, Wayne, who grew up in Edmonton, right? And then you know, playing for a historic franchise like Edmonton, so it would be great to see the days of the Marty McSorley's the You know the guys that would You know the real enforcers that would go out to where it was chum with you. And you knew I'm going on. You wouldn't watch the game for a while. You just watched the sideline for when it was going to happen. And basically it was. It was a blindside train wreck. I need to go on the whole place. Looks like a yard sale Pretty much No. And and and the and the two guys, you know, we're going to fight with just skate to the face off circle. Just wait. You would just Yeah. And you're off that hockey game that hockey is gone. We're having right here. You know, we broadcast out of San Diego, California and we have the U. S open once again coming to San Diego. I know the PGA players love Coming coming here. Even it was for the farmers. Absolutely. Every U. S submarines, the farmers. They had the farmers in February, right? So refused the US office so and and what's interesting about it is if you go through the Tory plans right now they've been getting ready for this. As usual. The place looks great PGA Championship is this weekend was this weekend one of my favorite corners of the world. Kiawah, South Carolina. I was going to say out on the ocean course. I've been fortunate to gulp that. Course a couple of times that the Myrtle Beach area Myrtle Beach Hilton head. Um Kiawah Island is beautiful. It's with the PGA Championship. It's the hospitality like this. Are we Are we back to normal 75%. They have sold as far as you know, there, sweets and their shells and things like that, But we're well over 50% as far as the The galleries are concerned on the PGA Tour, and I think by the time we get to the U s open at Torrey Pines, we, you know, obviously, California opens up on June 15th. You'll see the massive gallery They stopped selling sweets and stuff there for a while. And Tory plans for the U. S open. And if they're open back up again, But document like candy? No, I don't think they still can't be that rough. Just broccoli. Yes, but But honestly, I think that there's They stopped selling tickets for a while because of whatever tier Gavin Newsom in the state of California as well and wasn't sure what it was going to be. And those who get snatched up like that, if not by private citizens, Corporations, people who want to move their clients and stuff like that. Come on, Russ. Okay, I got you guys look at you. Uh, last of all, um Will Aaron Rodgers play for the Denver Broncos? Will Aaron Rodgers play for The sandy a bigger part in L. A Chargers, not the only charges because they love Justin Herbert. Maybe the Broncos because they're still looking for it. He's leaving right there, saying he is leaving. He's like what is tired of the shenanigans. I'm tired of the being the good guy fighting my lip and then you draft quarterback. And then when I say you need a wide receiver you'd have to defensive person. Labour was going to say Dave Pell is going to tick. Third Chin, Let's go to the bar again. Where is that box? Mira Mesa Right across. You Don't feel alright. You know, San Diego. There's like three places. You wouldn't let your family who is coming from out of town. Go to Mayor Mason. Not because it's a bad area because this is Mary Mason. It's like it's like going to You know, wherever, whatever strip mall city you live in wherever there's more strip malls in the streets, you know, And if you, Sheboygan, there you go. Okay, That's a sports. Well, yeah. So, uh, something I hate to talk about, But every time I talk about get excited about NHL. Yeah, you know you You kind of want to. You want to learn to love NHL? Can I try, you know, but then I get sucked in every time and I'm rooting for them watching it. I watch Nashville and Carolina last night in the playoffs. I know the thing is, I try not to play offs with fans. Yeah, which is awesome. Well, it's Canada. You know what? It's like Australia? Only with more people. You mentioned Canada. The NHL has said to Canada. We kind of need to know what your quarantine restrictions are. By June 1st because these playoffs are going on and they said, and they said this, they said, Okay, uh, I was figuring out after this last Molson. We're not sure what it's all a boot, but we'll tell you. Yeah, So, um, that's going on. And speaking of the NHL, we all know it does not translate on TV. You got to be in person. I'm really get the nuances in the essence. But the Devils are the first, uh, pro NHL team. I guess that's a little redundant. Of course, it's a pro NHL. Well, I mean, ask you real quick. We have LeBron James as the face of basketball. We have Fernando Tatis Jr as the face of Major League Baseball. Aaron Rodgers would would argue or somebody in that of that ilk is the face of NFL Patrick Mahomes home. You may be better and then, of course, we don't have a wing Gretzky anymore. No, You don't have a Luke robot. I anymore or you've got Alexandra Alex Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals. He's kind of a really big name, Sidney Crosby said the kid With the Pittsburgh Penguins and the kid, but unfortunately you have nothing against euros playing in the NHL or people from Sweden and whatnot, but there's such a huge influx call him euros. Did was that not good? Because he usually say, speaking throws on the brakes. I don't know why you way ease it down. Is that the Mexican doughnut thing? That's real long. That's a sure girl. My bad don't take continue. You have some great players from the European countries that have in the NHL. And so people just they don't make the connection like you know Wayne, who grew up in Edmonton, right, and then you know, playing for a historic franchise like Edmonton, so it would be great to see the days of the Marty McSorley's. You know the guys that would You know the real enforcers that would go out to where it was shown with you. And you knew what was going on. You wouldn't watch the game for a while. You just watched the sideline for when it was going to happen. And basically it was. It was a blindside train wreck. I need to go on the whole place. Looks like a yard sale Pretty much No. And and and the two guys, you know, we're going to fight with just skate to the face off circle. Just wait. You would just see it off that hockey game that hockey is gone. We're having right here. You know, we broadcast out of San Diego, California and we have the U. S open once again coming to San Diego. I know the PGA Players love coming coming here, even if it's for the farmers. Absolutely. Every U. S opens the farmers issue with us up. They had the farmers in February. That's right. So refused the US office so And what's interesting about it is is if you go up there to Tory plans right now, they've been getting ready for this as usual. And the place looks great. Yeah, PGA Championship is is This weekend was this weekend one of my favorite corners of the world Key with South Carolina. I was gonna say out on the ocean course. I've been fortunate to gulf that, of course, a couple of times that the Myrtle Beach area Myrtle Beach Hilton head, But Kiawah Island is beautiful. It's with the PGA Championship. What's the hospitality like this? Are we Are we back to normal? 75%? They have sold as far as you know, there, sweets and there shall is and things like that. But we're well over 50% as far as the Galleries are concerned on the PGA Tour. And I think by the time we get to the U s open at Torrey Pines, we obviously California opens up on June 15th. You'll see the massive gallery. They stopped selling sweets and stuff there for a while. And Torrey Pines for the U. S open. If they're open back up again, like candy. No, they don't think I still can't be that rough. Just broccoli. Yes, but honestly, I think that there's They stopped selling tickets for a while because of whatever weren't tear Gavin Newsom in California as well and wasn't sure what it was going to be..

"That guy that sounds like office space. Yeah jim Just Did you get the memo. You have so again for mere mortals. No hoisting no tipping but drinking is absolutely good. You did that. yeah i did it. One of our friends. Colin hanks one of the biggest hockey fans that we know talking about the cup. Back in twenty nineteen loves the kings and i guess that Marty mcsorley curse still going on still going on right here on the richeisenshow on peacock right here on the rich eisen show. We're back on our radio broadcasts with our streaming broadcast on. Nbc sports on peacock avid. Spoken to this man on this show In quite some time getting set for nba finals. Game two tonight in the valley of the sun. Which i think you have to say like your john. Amaechi sports The sons go for a tool. Lead trying to get a chris paul halfway home in the nba finals. But obviously as we know. It's more than just c. p. three lots going on in the nba finals to talk about with john. Barry here on the rich eisen show from the worldwide leader in sports. How are you john. What do you say richie one. Good man i'm good. Where have i found you. What where where. Where are you these are you in. Are you in arizona right now. John barry is i found. I called the game on site. Rare should do one on just one off. You're already they're already. They're already reading there. What was an air. What was it like in that building that night man. It was not let right. I mean these people. Obviously what it's been ten years since the playoff run and ninety three was the last finals appearance and Yeah people frothing at the mouth here in phoenix and Obviously very happy after game one. Good for good reason. What are you what what works for the sons. I guess what what is working what works for them to put them on the verge of a championship. Run being completed in your estimation chris. Chris paul's working yep He game six against the clippers. I think that was probably the second half is maybe his best half of basketball in seventeen years And then look they. They ran high. Pick and roll with him and devon booker just ad nauseam the other night and Milwaukee simply had zero answer Chris up zero points after the first quarter only took two shots and then he comes up with thirty two points in the last. Three quarters barely missed a shot And he was fantastic and you just but what's different about him this year. you know. i mean he can't even say is healthy. Too right i mean. He seems usually the roadblocks that crop up. He's bursting strength. Throw him like he's rolling over these speed bumps like they don't exist He i he's in some form of zone right now that we're going to be talking about him differently for the rest of his life. I think john you know like and you go back to the la series. He hurt his shoulder. And i don't remember what game that was. A might've been gained one and you're like well here. We go again. I couldn't get o'memory blew out the hamstring when he was with houston when they were on the verge of beating the warriors in the conference final He's had so many close calls that the clippers blew a three one lead Years ago when he was there and it was like. I guess you can run out of bad luck. His bad luck has run. Its course now. He's now he's got the best of luck and you know what it is just honestly does feel like it's his time it sure does it just does and i i mean you. Can you think of another guy. That's more deserving to get this done. I mean well he. Nba's all defensive just incredible player year after year and just heartaches in the playoffs. And now how would you think it would happen here in phoenix so this phoenix team won. Nineteen games two years ago and here. They are three games away from the nba final. It's it's incredible. It is man and you know. Obviously him going from you know houston to oklahoma city. It was just like well okay. We got shed his salary. Like chris paul went from a salary. Shredding acquisition to missing piece goats. You know and it's unreal. How that's changed in about a two year span from his spat with hardened where you know in certain parts. He was being painted. Jonah's as being a guy you couldn't get along with these arete ass. He's he's just a guy that couldn't get along with even hardened right and maybe we're just been misreading a lot of the situation. Yeah maybe he's not the problem. He got a lot of the you know. He got the brunt of it in la with the clippers. Apparently he wasn't the problem In when he went to oklahoma city. I'm like okay Nice career chrissy and the funnies right. I mean if he stays there. It's over right okay. So he's not going to do anything and he brings that team to some prominence. Even that year he was there It's it's great for him. It really is and you know. Look i'm not into this solidifying your legacy stuff. He has to win a championship to be considered one of the greats. I'm not buying that. I think john stockton's pretty good. He didn't win a title so chris. Paul's atop by point guard. That's ever played the game. John bauer here on the richeisenshow. Well i had van gundy on yesterday. Which makes you the second Nba finals calling analyst on espn To make me start this way and then have to pause and understand that the concept of in- inevitability that i've just had talking about chris. Paul requires three more wins and bucks team to comply with that. What do you think coach..

The the new york islanders have put your bs on the on the brink sir. it really had and you know that's the the barclay center lit up right now man nets and the islanders could are both pushing their way towards their conference championships. The montreal canadians though are already in the conference. Some of the conference final right. They just got through The winnipeg jets they are. They swept him. They swept them four in a row and beat down. And here's a remarkable statistic. They have not trailed in their life. Won seven in a row and they have not trailed in any of those games. They haven't looked up and go like we need one. A tie this thing up right and seven straight and what's truly remarkable. I don't know if you could tell me about this statistic they they. They swept winnipeg last night. They are now thirty. Four no all time when leading a series. The real does not mean that. They've won the series thirty four times that they've been up three oh or they have yet to lose a game when they're up three. Oh as an as a franchise great question. That's one thing. I've read so many different stories about this question. Because thou would be unbelievable. And i think it's got to be the fact that they've never lost a game up three. Oh because how. Many franchises are up three. Oh and lose a playoff series. I mean those are like unicorns. It's happened twice in the nhl. that's what i'm saying. So it sure looks like the canadians have won. Thirty four straight games. Which they're up three. Oh she's that's amazing but the one thing that's amazing is that the fact that they're the first team in the conference final and they were the last team to qualify for the sixteen team playoff tournament and they won only one of their final nine games in regulation. She and they're the first in and to be. I in in the final four and dave and trailed in seven straight games that they've all want they've won seven in a row. They haven't trailed him and this. Is this the store here in los angeles. 'cause you know Fans of los angeles kings hockey in Colin hanks our buddy will didn't he. Did he do a documentary on marty mcsorley steadily and called out by the by the canadians in montreal. One that stanley cup against the la kings and they have not been. "Will he go after the league for not protecting its stars? If Tom Wilson knocks out some great player with an elbow to the face, Will he talk about how? Yeah, it was terrible. I mean, hey, I had to get protection when I was out there because the sport for a long time hasn't adequately protected his its stars. He's working for. Network that is now a partner with the NHL. So you know, in that case, you don't always expect a guy to be 100%. Accountability in truth, the power But I wonder Gretzky is obviously one of those powerful people in the sport and his opinion would be valued. So will it be any different? Is the question I have, and I'm excited to find out it doesn't mean you have to be is to be you know exactly what I want. But For the first time in a while, I think Wow, an incredible scorer. We'll be talking about the game now. And how did what generate chances and how toe Move forward. Extra says No. It Z. I like it. I like the approach you're taking here. I'd like to see it because I was more hung up on actually answering the question. Who was the guy? I'm looking at the actual names because you're right. I mean, I'm trying as hard as I can to get to a guy. I could only get to Esposito and yeah, he played a long time ago and he's really been in management has been in He's been, you know, on radio and things like that. Now. The other part of this is old Gretzky. What you say is right. He could do that. He could also say, and look when I say this, I understand that Marty McSorley had one of the worst ever incidents in the NHL that we've ever seen, and that is not lost on me. He was also Wayne Gretzky's personal protector when he played right and Gretzky could take that approach, which is Not going after the league, Jeremy but saying This is why we need Ah, guy like that out there to make sure you don't take advantage of the star on your well if he does that. Then he hasn't changed the sport at all. Right, and he's no different than what's what's always been there, you know. I mean, I don't know That's not to say that's wrong. It's just to say that's not a different perspective that be. I mean, there's a quote from Jason Spitzer to a writer in the athletic Last week, who said he likes it when they're tough guys in line because that means he gets more ice time. Jason Spencer. The unions feel protected, he gets to play more. Someone. Take it for what it's worth. You know, I I want the elite scorers take and I want the guy that is I want the guy that says, Can you believe that and call a single penalty on Winnipeg in a four game series of slashing comic David, Can you believe it? That's the perspective that is needed. That's what the NHL needs to be pushed on it. And you know, I'll be the one to ridicule the NHL for being an anti star league, but someone at their broadcast partner again their partners. They're not gonna not gonna ruffle too many feathers. But he has the ability to kind of change the conversation and I'll be eager to see whether or not he does. Also, you know how Turner Sports decides to present the NHL, NBC Sports For a long time. You know, it's it's been NBC Sports forever, Right? Like how many years break and we're talking like 15 years with NBC Sports network with I mean, any old chick. That's the thing Eddie Olczyk is going with. Yeah, the broadcast. So is Kenny Albert. So you're already bringing Two people from the old network to the new network. You know, like that's so that'll be the same. Gretzky's the big expect her here. Yeah, I was a huge get for Turner Sports. Just because now they're gonna have one of the biggest names toe. I mean, arguably the biggest name to ever play the game now part of their coverage, and it's just I think it's not only a good look for Turner's words, I just think it's a good look. A better look for the NHL to have People of this caliber, analyzing the game and giving their their true thoughts on how things are being played out. I think it's a great look all around. Yeah, well, one of the things about I think for So how often are you able to catch and it's tough, like you know you're checking in on football. Quite a bit. Football's halftime show is Howie Long, Michael. Straight hand, Terry Bradshaw. Uh, well, my missing Jimmie Johnson, you know, personalities. Ah, Coach, a defensive player. Untold school quarterback, Bill cower Boomer size in sometime, right? Dan Marino like you. You've got a Diverse set of positional players and all that. And Basketball has I mean, when I think about basket Kenny Smith, Charles Barkley Shack. Personalities and all time greats. Barkley and Shack. The way they talk about the sport is, however want that's how I would want Gretzky to talk about the sport. It's not about these, you know, boring overview pucks to the Net. I want to see. I just need the Barkley and shack. They will argue with each other about it and about players and they go. They're not afraid to criticize players. The NBA on TNT. I think there's a great job presenting the sport. But also they'll get after it and they'll get after players and afraid. So if the NHL's going for TNT And going to go to the same kind of tone. I think that's a great step forward for the viewer and for the sport. I'm I'm excited about it. You know, it's a change and it's an opportunity. I think But we'll see. Like you said. There's a mystery surrounding this. We don't know what Wayne Gretzky's gonna be like in this. It all like it's not like he's coming from another network where we heard him do this. Right. That's the thing Is he going to be good, Multi year agreement? Is he going to be good? Tony Romo, too worried about it, though about him being good? No, I mean, I just I just think it's a better look to have more guys that were perennial gold scores and an offensive minded creative guys in the NHL being a voice in this league more than you know, and this is nothing against the other guys like the PJ stocks or Or, you know the John Scott's of the world or their You know John Scott's doing his own podcast. Now it's It's just like it's guys that had success in the game and guys that scored and did and had great production. That are now breaking down the game and giving a perspective on unhealthy things should be kind of played out now in today's game, Yeah. Instead of the old stodgy voices that, you know, keep preaching and throwing out there. How will you know you've got to go out there and you've got to send a message by going and getting in a fight or some Bullcrap argument like that nowadays. NATO three or 5 51 other side topic here, you know, we got a couple of textures that pointed out. So when you said Gretzky, arguably the best player who's the argument, and if you said he's in arguably the best player, including a tweet From Does a name. The argument isn't If he's the greatest hockey player, it's easy. The greatest player of all time in any of the Big Four sports Which I would say no. And I've often said I will tell you Now. It's a take. I've held on to for a long time. I haven't like officially gone back and kind of examine this, I have said And with a full belief many times before. To me. Wayne Gretzky is the greatest individual player in a team's in a team major professional sport of the Big Four that we usually talk about hockey, football, baseball basketball, and that includes Michael Jordan. That includes and I get. I know there's people debate that. And if you wanna go hockey, there is a debate. Some people will tell you, Bobby or some people will tell you, Mario Lemieux. I don't I think it Zwane Gretzky to me. He's the greatest hockey player. Who's ever lived that I've watched on by. That's fine we could have. We could have a debate or discussion about that. I don't think it's a hot take by any stretch, but I've almost often said. I think he's the greatest individual player in a team sport. Jeremy Well. Shit. I know. Some would say they thought Mario was better again. There's greatness, and there's best And then, of course, there's the era conversation where well, if you put Crosby in that era No, I'll have that conversation all day. And then there are lots of hockey players. Who Would say.

"I I don't think it though. It is, it stands out because of the climate in the league right now. I mean, it is less prevalent, but I think the violence contained within what Wilson did last night would have been egregious back when Marty McSorley attack Donald Brashear Yeah, I just I just think we might not have seen it. Right, You know, go back a little further than that. Maybe you might not have seen it. Now you see everything. Write anything that happens, We're able to scrutinize it. Um okay. You want to talk to somebody who thinks It was not so bad. Sure. Okay, John. Hi. Go ahead. Hey, guys, Um, Buffalo native just moved down to Columbia, South Carolina. So first time calling the show in South Carolina so good to hear from you guys. Bulldog. I always agree with you, man. But this one I gotta I gotta disagree. I mean, I'm not going to say pin there and had this one comment, but the guy jumped on the back of Wilson's back. I mean, Wilson is I looked up the stats. The guys like 64 £235 on skates. He's probably like 67 or 68. Thorough on skates. What, like like a buck 85? I mean, Okay, so the sport allows fighting. I mean, these guys are allowed to fight and go fisticuffs and try to knock each other's lights out, and they get five minutes in the penalty box, which they get paid for, as you guys mentioned earlier, so I mean, yeah. Scrum in front of the crease that the punches to the back of the head while the guy was lying on his stomach was pretty egregious. I'm not gonna I'm not gonna split hairs with me on there. But once parent once been, Aaron jumps on the guys back And then he gets body slammed to the ice. I mean, Wilson didn't shoes. Have In there and jump on the guy's back, and then it was just physical dominance from that on it, And then you know, his helmet came off and almost one a one against the ice. I mean, you know, you know, he absolutely had to pull his hair with his gloved hand and body slam into the ice. That's the way you needed to defuse that situation. He started it by punching, snap it in the back of the head twice. And ramming them down to the ice to make sure he was prone. And that's when other teammates had to intervene. And he is such a physical beast that it took two guys and they couldn't even handle them. So I'll tell you what he had. He had a choice. He had a choice. He did not have to handle that situation that way. Well, Tyne Aaron. Also what will you say that he had This is a greater in the NHL of one guy's getting his head pounded in like you have to step in. I mean, yeah, There's guys in the NHL that I guess should be doing that. And there's guys like skill players like Panera, and that probably shouldn't like. I think when Aaron had But personally, I mean, the rules are the same for everyone is jumping on the back of Tom Wilson, and especially when they're fighting for a playoff spot. Trying tow, you know, defuse the situation with a guy that's twice the size. I mean, it's the standings don't matter, but he got he got. He got thrown to the ice because he was smaller. Because he was literally trying to Looks like you strong like choke hold him or something. But I agree with the punches to the back of the head while the guy was on the ice. But when Aaron Aaron should have jumped on Wilson's back. He just he He kind of you kind of had that one coming. That's just my opinion. But I respect your of course. All right. I am. No, it's okay from you say, I don't respect yours like Wilson is the bigger, stronger man. There does not have to utilize the full advantage of that opportunity to body Slam paneer into the ice by pulling his hair. What kind of tough guy we talking about? Pulling hair. I mean, I just have no respect for it. It all and Wilson is not a player. I have been eager to defend. Really? Ever. But I recognize his place in his value to his team. He crossed the line last night. Even well, I shouldn't say even for me because I'm you know, I'm talking to what was the college, John? John on D thinks I'm dead wrong. So, like, I don't know. Um I just he did not have to escalate to that level with the player that he was squared up with their And to me that zig jest. The player that doesn't have control of his temper and is dangerous. And if he has such a physical advantage on paneer in, why is he pulling his hair in order tea slamming down on the ice? I think it's a Bush league move. From a guy who I'm now going to consider Bush League And I don't know. It probably won't stick to him and probably another $8 million a year contract And it's time his contract's up because he has value in the week. On and I just I have a hard time respecting a league that values that so so highly What did what did the NHL say was why he wasn't suspended or do they not exactly say that? I think John's got it. I I think that by the time he is engaged with an Aaron They might even characterize Wilson as defending himself. So that's it? No. Now it's you know, the fine, I think is for punching Bush. Nah, Bitch in the back of the head while he was lying face down in the crease. In part because Wilson took the opportunity as he was going to the ice to jam him down to the ice and make sure he was he was prone. I had to watch that a few times to see if he had a stick across the back of his neck when he did it, and it does not appear that he did. Um, but after that, I think it's just it's WWF time. You know, like everybody's in the ring and put Aaron like like the collar, suggesting he bit off more than he could chew know better next time, then try to defend your teammate. That's that's what the message is. Story. I'm.

"Wilson what he did to attempt a canary in a top 10 player in the National Hockey League. I think the players on the team would like players in their lineup that can take care of Tom Wilson. Tom Wilson does what he does because he does not have to answer to anybody. We have a call. We have a call. You want to finish your point, Marty, before we take the call. I think even if Tom Wilson had to answer to ever it wouldn't matter. Donald Brashear answered to a ton of people you know, and like he did some things on the I study. Regrets And there was some things Marty McSorley answer to a ton of people. Any two handed somebody in the back of the head like it happens. I don't think it would matter that only way you fixed them. Wilson is by sending a strong message right now, right now. Let's grab a call here 803 or 5, 58 85 50 to fight for it to be about half an hour left in the show. What your thoughts you want Tom Wilson out of hockey, or you find with the 5000 fine, or do you think there's more to come? Grab mark in Hamburg. Mark you're on the line with Andrew Craig and Marty, What's going on? Thank you for taking my call guys. I would like to propose the Louis rule of justice for the NHL. Whenever a player like this year, Wilson or anybody does what they did to another player They should be sitting out is long is that player is out of the game. They should forfeit pay that goes to that player. And in the case of grabbing somebody's hair. It's smashing their face to the ice. That's criminal and there should be no suspension. It should be a total ban. That's the on leeway players are going to learn. Is that a you take him out of the game for his long and be that pinch their pocketbook and 5000. Hours to this guy is nothing. It's a joke. Only I'm not the only thing the only thing that you would I like what he's saying. If if there's an intent to injure somebody in the players out a long period of time, I'm in favor of that. I have been in favor of that, as long as you can. If it's a knee on knee and you know those ones can be hard sometimes s o, But in an instance like this, you can't I like that. I like the thought You can't suspend a player. With how long though the other players is out because let's see our Timmy paneer in. Luckily Was back in the lineup tomorrow. I still would suspend Tom Wilson for the playoffs and 20 games next year because he'd like would have narrowly escape it. Blake, a guy missing out on the rest of his career. So I don't think you can take in effect. You can consider the length of the player or the injury to the player that was caused. But I don't think you can say Well if he misses 20 games, you're out 20 games. No, the edge just can't be this big and you opening up a big can of worms that like There's blood. Marty, can I be honest with you for a second? I'm gonna be honest with you. And I just I just thought of this now. February 22nd that night we had the the brawl against Ottawa or whatever you wanna call it. What Tom Wilson did is exactly what I wanted to do. That's what I wanted to do. The Graysons Spezza, That's what I want. No, he wasn't on the ice. That's what I wanted to do to Danny Heatley. That's what I wanted to do to Mike Comrie. But I knew at the moment like when we were going. We were going off like that. You knew the NHL was gonna be watching this. Yeah, right. Like you can't go. You can't go and and do certain things. Because you want to. Yeah, you have to, You know, like there has to be some kind of earlier, he said. If I was on the ice would be missing a night. That's like you want that. But you don't really want the guy to carve a guy's eye out. You want to respond, but you don't want it to be in that way. You have a respect for other players. That's a point here. Don Wilson has zero respect. Zero. No respect respect for 95% of the league When I played Marty, not exactly 16 years. That's what I'm saying. I would carve one of those 5%. That I did not like or did not respect. Would try and carve his Io. Alright, Here's here's what we're gonna do. It's not. Here's what we're gonna do. Uh, Dr Hook, McCracken. We're gonna take a break. And we're going to come back. We have Jake. We have Dwayne. We have other calls coming in 803 or 5. 58 85 52 5 50. What do you want Done to Tom Wilson? Give us a call. Instigators will be right back. How would you gr sports Radio 5 50 all sports all the time. The cove in 19 vaccines are starting to become available across the country, And as they become available, you may be asking yourself. Should I get it? Will it help me get back to doing the things I.

"I'm telling you what he should have made the nhl okay. I saw the guy go out there. I mean he. He got embarrassed steph. Like by by jeff courtnall who've been retired for ten years and they do and golfing. So that's that's why guys doing that and you're gonna get killed. You're gonna get absolutely murdered. You know like my buddies so smart we should put them on jeopardy. They're gonna walk onto the to the sette jeopardy and some have done that you know and and they don't they don't cash dollar. You know that when they find out the other guy has been sitting in a laboratory and has read the encyclopedias nine times in his life. Yeah i want my. It's an insult to these. People have devoted their life to their craft. One hundred percent yalla in terms of amateurs versus pros. Make it your internet homework to check this out. it's a really neat series of youtube videos where they basically get a superstar in any given sport and they have them show up in these amateur situations in disguise. Oh yeah right that's right. Yeah one of my favorites is peter. Forsberg he'd only been retired for a few years. So he's still you know miles and miles better than the best amateur player beer leaguer. Whatever so he goes out and plays in this swedish pickup men's league game but he's got. He's put a black wig on they've given dark. Contact lenses doesn't look like peter forsberg at all anymore and he's the first ten minutes of the game going out there and just being a complete bender just being an awful hockey player to the point where they got the the mike's on all the guys and they're making fun of this guy who brought this guy out what a joke. And then by the second half of the game he decided to become peter forsberg and it's just hilarious to watch the reactions of all the guys they do a lot with with with street basketball. Reduce guys get up and disguise. It's really good. You know it's like it's like tough guys where they say. My my buddies tough. You know you're watching a game watching a hockey game and but you know back in the day. Coretec right was big fighter. Bobby pro you know. All the you know dave brown cem inc marty. Mcsorley all those guys. When fighting was alive and well and i remember sitting there going and a guy saying to me my buddy okay i i went to high school with my buddy. I mean he was kellerman. He was killer. He could take one of these guys. Well i saw it. I saw it at the bar with shayne corson. Who's one of the toughest guys in the league and the guys were chirpin him you know and i was having a having some drinks with chain. Oh you know and great guy by the way and doing wonderful things for mental. Anyway there's going to be okay. These guys going to challenge shayne corson in a fight and i'm going. Are you hearing this year because the yeah relaxed jimmy. Yup it's happened before. Is this going down right now. That's health guy is gonna sure. Shane turns around and he says i he goes look at we. Let me buy a drink. Just relax okay. Like super cool headed and the guy's like yeah or whatever you know pumping up his chest and shane's gone. Dial it back dude right now okay. You can't win here. It's like a movie seat. You know and the guy goes whatever dude i could you know and and he pushes shane. Okay oh okay. And of course doesn't do a thing was the guy goes. You don't wanna you don't wanna try and hit me. Don't do that again. Don't do that again. And the guy punches him in the face yeah punched him in the face and it goes..

"To get right and then somebody went in this case went ahead and got that guy and to see him like you described kara on the ice. His eyes were wide open and he was clearly unconscious. Just it was so scary that all of a sudden any vengeance that i had any thought of of getting even was waylaid. I had no interest in it anymore. I was more like if i'm a flames fan. I'm probably going. Oh my god. I didn't want this sure sure. Yeah i felt the same way. That's that's that was the whole the whole point in my long drawn-out diatribe right that everyone loves fighting as long as nobody gets hurt. Okay so say that again okay. Her people getting hurt and fights is pretty high. Pretty big big chance of that happening. We love fighting but as long as nobody gets hurt. Well that's the problem with it right and you saw. I totally understand what you're saying. I was the same thing here. Your your elevator drops a little bit when you saw that split second. He had no idea where he was ready was knocked out. It was just yuck. Yuck it's as a matter of fact stevie it's the complete opposite. Here's what i really want to see that fight and then right away. I don't want to see this right. Yeah it's ask yourself the question. What are you looking forward to. The fight is if you're just looking for two guys to this to hit each other in in the knuckle on plastic then okay but or maybe just a little black eye action but the potential for that is what we saw tonight. In the bylab- bird is always there. And if that potential exists you have to ask yourself the question and unless you're a fan of that am i really into fighting. Do we really think fighting. Should be part of the nhl. Because i don't ever want to see that again. I saw tonight. Yeah good question you know what. What do you want out of the fighting. What do you want to see. You know a good show look at you. You were there and you you really liked. It is the person to talk to to get their take on. It is a fighter in the league in the nhl and We we did an interview with marty. Mcsorley and i've done lots over the years with other tough guys to and all of them and even court says the same thing. As a lot of hockey players do they. Don't wanna fight just for the sake of fighting. Okay just for that thing that that may be the fans. Think they want They're not into that. They're not into that So they don't do it. You know the days gone by think. Marty was one of the toughest guys in the world in the league for sure but but they don't you know they they don't wanna do it just to show off. There's always had a method to his madness. You know Because you're crowd. Mike guy. I'm gonna crowd yours or mardi would even warn them and maybe fight maybe not tell intel if you keep that up i'm gonna kick the shit out of someone and it might not be a fighter you know it might might be one of your star wingers so you got to decide you know. I'm i'm feeling confused as hockey fan as someone who love fighting for issue this confused. I certainly don't want that. That's what i know. Meanwhile on the fight front one of this country's greatest fighters of all time. I know neither of us are fans of mixed martial arts for the most part you hate it. I'm neither here nor there about it. But george saint-pierre interesting interview on a podcast today and. He says he just never liked fighting. This is one of the greatest fighters in a. he said. I hate fighting. it's unbearable. i actually hated it during my fifteen year. Mma career was on the complex sports podcast and he opened up completely. I don't like the fighting. It's unbearable the feeling of stress. Not knowing if you'll be humiliated or you might get hurt so hard but when you went to fight is really worth at the bigger. The risk the bigger the reward. So that's why i did it. Not because i love the fighting. But because i love to win and certainly did that a lot in his career finishing with a twenty six to m a record and formally retired in twenty nineteen and said he's not gonna come back largely because he hates fighting so i mean he here an you hear some. Nhl players as well in their retirement. You know they talk about is like well. I love the camaraderie. I love being a part of the team. Love being in the nhl in the lifestyle of fighting though they they lose sleep over it. They'd get addicted to painkillers. It wasn't something that they cherished either so it's it's fascinating to see a guy like gsp talking about this. 'cause that's big hockey fighters. They're in their hearts they. They're still sixteen years old and the best player in their team and wanting to score goals and be part of the hockey. It's not about the fighting. So much with ma. That's all it is. That's the entirety of the sport. The fighting right right I never steve way way. Anybody likes it competitors fans. I the only person i and i understand love. It is the promoter right dana white right. I can completely understand why this guy loves the sport. Okay just he was the guy at the start and went out of control but why did he. Why did he fight. You know the to hear. His reason isn't enough for me isn't enough for me. I you know well. I because i loved winning. I loved winning. I loved winning. I love winning to you. know obviously high performance athlete just in. But i love winning playing golf or whatever i did i love. I played high school sports. I love waiting. Got to be something more there right that that is such a you know a a removal from what you would think. This guy's commentary would be on his retirement departure total departure rate. You would think there's going to be you know. I owe everything to the sport. I'm glad i came along. You know you'll hear a lot of guys stevie and a lot of athletes in general that You know that when they they they made it to pro basketball baseball football. You know what whatever soccer all of it There's a lot of. There's a lot of fantastic heartwarming stories of guys who are going down the wrong road Right and and came from terrible backgrounds and and totally disadvantaged life styles that they had Where they lived where they grew up. And you get these remarkable remarkable stories of some guys who ended up having a big success and what sports did for them If there wasn't sports you hear a lot. If there wasn't my life would have been you know. A lot of them said be dead. You know i wouldn't have survived i. I'm a lot of how many intercity stories are there of kids were had nothing had nothing and in fact beyond nothing they started. They started writing their own sentence for awhile. And so you know i am. I may would make sense right when you hear that right because you know it. It kind of has the gangster thinks. Tv to to me. It always did. You know this. We're going to beat each other till the guy has to give up. I don't like this. In fact i hate it right. It's this but i'm not a fighter but that just seems they got to be something more there to me for me anyway from what he's saying. Whatever might be there may be a story line. There that we don't know about that often is the case where you know. Maybe he's got some other business on the side. That doesn't really mesh so much with the usc right. Maybe be trying to distance himself. For some reason. We don't know I agree with you. It feels like there's maybe an ulterior motive to be talking like this i. I know it's not going to be appreciated by any of his colleagues at the. Ufc starting with dana. White right Because.

"That The sustainable says who episode out as of today. Marty mcsorley was jimmy's guest along with russ courtnall and He actually talked about his time. As a player that ended up with the grand rapids. Ihl team and at that time. The ottawa senators had grand rapids as their farm club. And marty mcsorley told a very interesting story about a guy who go on to be a very very good ottawa senators. I went down to about thirteen fourteen games in grand rapids after my suspension and it was ottawa farm team and i remember going and having a beer with this. Young kid was all upset because he wasn't getting a lot of ice. And i said you're gonna play in the nhl if you do a great job killing penalties. You don't have to fight all the time but mix it up. Check shut shut down the guy's playing against intimidate them a little bit. You'll get your share point. You're not gonna play thirty minutes a game but don't worry about it. I said they've got guys here. Like derek king and kip miller older players. We're going to get most of the ice time. But i said you're gonna play in the nhl and you're gonna go up a third or fourth line. Was chris neal who had a good career now. You did. But he did the same job in the. Nhl is he was doing down there. So there is the one of a kind marty. Mcsorley a guest on the suspended podcast. And he was terrific and lots of great stories like that didn't he. Jim interesting that he says the nice dot the end of your fan right. We says by the way that guy was. Chris knew that it was like a ball. Harvey story almost now. You know john. Turn to. Beanie chris neil rush of the story and just what we're talking about. We're where you need a guy like that on your team Present day right that you know. We should play that clip steve. You should send it over to the sense. They can play in the locker room. Same thing with the oilers. Yeah that'll say. I mean chris. Neal was a guy that would go through a wall. We valuable player makes guys around and play bigger filled with confidence. And that's what marty mcsorley to one of the greatest teams of all time. They weren't exactly in some cases. Like wayne gretzky yari. Curry the toughest team of all time but boy did they insulate those guys. Yeah and he and listen to what we had some very interesting stuff saying right so some some tough guy you know. They're gonna meet. Marty you know he said there was. There was big big pressure. And and i began to understand that when marty said you know if you're a fighter and you're protecting the best player in the world. There's every every night that you go into play someone. It's it's a tough gig. It's a tough gate right. 'cause they're coming out your stars and you got to be the guy to step up and i said yeah. That's true that's true. And he had some great takes on things right. That someone speared courier. Something during a game and now marty's out there and and you're thinking okay well he's gonna have to fight the tough guy you know. But but martin talks about going over to the bench and saying standing in front of the opposing. Team's benching right. And i think it was paul coffee at the time he was playing against him. What's the problem already. He said someone's beard yard. He said how big deal. That's no problem. And then he said Well it is. And it's a problem for you. Because i'm to i'm not gonna fight. You're big time i'm gonna. I'm gonna frequent crosstrek in the throat when you come on here so it was like. That's a good strategy. I get it okay. You sphere my star guy. I'm going to beat the shit out of your star guy anyway. Yeah craig ruby. Did the same thing to brian. Leetch forgetting maybe. It was rushed the told that story to like common thing like that was It sounds like that was a real enforcer tactic if you really want to get to the other team you target the stars right. Not the topic. I the rangers in the news. Because that tony deangelis stuff. Somehow somehow some way tony dangelo. The fourth best scoring defenseman in the nhl last season was waved through the entire nhl. Nobody wanted him. He makes something like four million and change and nobody wanted him. He just signed that contract in october. And the rangers have now made it clear they will eat the salary or eat some of the salary to facilitate tony de ngelo trade. The gm of the club. Jeff gordon provided clarity on why he was cut because the organization felt he wasn't able to move on from his early season benching and they warned him. One more incident would be the end of his tenure. And that came on saturday after an overtime loss. To the penguins. Dangelo thought it'd be a good idea to deliver a sarcastic. Cutting comment to his own goalie. Alexander gordyev after the game. He made some kind of crack and the goalie clocked him right so the two of them were separated and then the decision to put him on waivers was made that night so they love to trade him they would love to have seen him playing on waivers and now they still hope to trade the guy but they're probably going to have to eat some money like how badly they hate this kid. Here's what's interesting about it. You know so the fact that waved the fact that you know they thought was busy. Get way maybe we'll get a telephone call that someone says okay. Well we'll pick them up but but know we're not paying you the the big dope okay. We're gonna have to chew up some of that and we'll take them So that doesn't happen so then. The rangers come out and say okay. Well we'll we salary. Please call us. We want to get rid of this brick. You know what what's really stupid am is they. Give him the they give him the the fair ultimatum. Stevie right they give him a fair deal right which sometimes they don't with a player but they pull the guy in go. Here's the deal. You're your shit disturb with our own team. Okay you've done things you weren't supposed to do all say early. All fixable stuff you know. Don't don't don't shove ref out of the way. Big penalty pal okay. That's big problem and allowed to do that. Okay don't don't rip other players on our own team okay No problem again and if you do it again. Okay we're gonna we're gonna get rid of you. That's very clear to me by a idiom. You know don't don't do that. And what is the. It's almost like he's like i'll show you. You know because. I'm calling your bluff and you know who japs their own goalie after a game. You know who. Who does that. Who rips bully after game and this guy's been word know so he's this guy's a time bomb man. No one's going to pick them up. I don't actually listen to his podcast. He's gotta podcast. he shut it down. I guess just before. Training camp began and It's called watch your tone which when you think about it would be great advice to tony dangelo because well total is tough. Obviously tone with gorbachev wasn't real good there but You i only listened to about five minutes of it. So i i won't pretend to judge or no the guy based on five minutes of conversation but he does have a tone about him in. That just sounds really chippy and Sounds like he thinks everything is stupid..

"Andrew Bogus is playing Super Dave's dropped from yesterday's Winthrop basketball game. Super Dave and his partner, Mike Pacheco. Just absolutely crushed. It hit it out of the park using all of our drop. So you got to stick around for that, because They had no fear. Absolutely no fear, doing all of our drops in 20 minutes. Also to Shawn Watson, would he accept a trade to the New York Jets? And in 40 minutes, Ma Holmes's status gets a flip flop for the A V C championship game yesterday. All of that coming up this hour on the show one hour from now, Steve Tasker is gonna join us. But I want to do a little history here. NFL history which you guys know that I love to deodorize. Let's go back to 1993 because chiefs and bills the last time the bills were in this spot, the A F C title game was 1993. And before this Patrick Mahomes run. That was the last time the Chiefs were in the A F C title game. So there's a lot of good vibes from the early nineties, bubbling up in Kansas City this weekend in 1993. What were you doing? 1993 that summer, I learned how to swim. It's six years old, my first ever trip to Florida and I proceeded, I remembered Stickley for these are the first NFL playoffs. I actually remember sitting on the couch with my father, and in fact, I could tell you I remember I was started to be allowed to reach my own hand. It's a potato chips that January as well. That's interesting. You were not allowed to take your own potato chips until the age of six. You remember having your hands slapped away? Well, yes, because I was young, portly kid. But if you remember d a that year, the Giants had a pretty magical year themselves. So I remember Giants Vikings wild card weekend and it's distinctly remember. It is. My parents have always joked around since the 1993 Giants players is where I became a real pig because I learned how to feed myself out of a chip bag. Interested? Yes. 93 Giants had a bit of a magical run. After Parcells had retired after the 1990 Super Bowl. They went eight Nate and six in 10, with the disaster known is Ray Handley. They brought in Dan Reeves, who had been fired in Denver for being unable to get over the hump for the Broncos. And he immediately restored Salad respectability to the Giants, and they nearly nabbed the number one seed, the NFC. We'll talk more about that coming up here. So here was the world in 1993. Okay? I was a 14 year old. I think that was ninth grade for me if I'm not mistaken night. 1993 14 year old D A. Here is what is happening in the world in 1993. Okay, the big hit song. Is Mariah Carey's Dream Lover, Bob But Dante Content to baby Baby, Remember that song? I do Remember that song? I'm Big Mariah Carey fan and I Love Playing a 90 station on my Sirius XM from time to time that comes on often Dream lover, the number one song that year the number one movie that year. Jurassic Park one. You said right? That is right. I would have thought Jurassic Park was more of like a 96 97. Wow. Yeah, yeah. 93 the first Jurassic Park. This might This might stir some memories here for some of our listeners in 1993 for the Super Bowl. This was the Cowboys in Bill's the second one. The game was on CBS. I believe yes, was on CBS at that time in living color was one of the biggest shows on TV. Of course that launched the career of the Wayans brothers. Damon Wayans, Jim Carrey, etcetera. Fox was not a NFL rights holder. So they tried to go rogue during Super Bowl halftime during halftime, they put on and in living color special. It was sink double live with the moment that they went to commercial break for halftime, and then they wrapped it up so that viewers could flip back over. So that really doesn't happen much anymore for the networks. You might see that on cable. I don't know. I feel like there's like a puppy bowl that goes on like the animal planet or something like that. I'm TV with Beavis and Butt head forever. Yeah, but that doesn't happen anymore. I don't know. I don't know, but that was back in the day. That was what they didn't have fun and what's amazing is maybe that was 92. Either way, it changed everything. Because once Fox did this The next year. I think the next year was 93. The NFL brought in Michael Jackson for the half times that people couldn't flip away from the halftime show. So that changed how dramatic and huge and star studded the halftime shows, then became interesting, right? I did not realize that's what made the turn That's what made the turn. Also, if you're just wondering what was happening in sports at that time, the Toronto Blue Jays We're back to back World Series champions, Of course, the last time they won the World Series in the NBA. That was the third championship of Michael Jordan. Chicago Bulls of the first three peat beating Charles Barkley, the Phoenix Suns of that classic. 1993 Marez. Montreal Canadians are the Stanley Cup champions as we famously know the last Que Nadie in Stanley Cup amazing meeting Wayne Gretzky and the King's Wayne Gretzky gotten the Kings to the Stanley Cup that year. That's exactly right. Yeah, that's the Marty McSorley curved stick. Controversy..
