And as long as everyone stays peaceful, I think we just got to keep this surge of showing up, exercising our right. What do you think though? About this is the thing that drives me nuts. So obviously, they're trying, they've already taken, they've suppressed the voting rights from people of color. They already have attacked the LGBTQ+ community by the don't say gay people and their attack on Disney, they oh, that's kind of legislatively too. I mean, all of these things aren't just junk in the discourse. They're fronting in the discourse, what they're doing on a state level, and have been crafting for some time. This doesn't just fall out of the sky. This is a lot of orchestration. We when it comes to these state legislatures. There's Republican attorney general's association that's involved in all of this with the federalist society with these sort of secret groups who are able to take money and we don't know where the money comes from because citizens united allowed that to have like, this is all, this has been a moving growing morphine mutating thing with an aim for quite a while. And it is about stripping individual rights because it's about attacking democracy. That's the goal is to, you know, as Steve Bannon, the Leninist put it, it's about deconstructing the administrative state. Well, this is what's perceived to be the administrative state, is democracy, is the will of the people. We vote. We have rights. We believe our rights are, you know, we've sort of took for granted stuff that wasn't codified into law, legislatively, that if the Supreme Court gave a ruling, then somehow it was settled precedent. We learned that with roe, that's not the case. Well, that's the true with a lot of things. That's the truth with the pathway of a lot of things. So everything that's in that track is on the chopping block. So that's why they're bringing up LGBTQ, because they know that..

"Yeah, because as Martha Salinas has just said in the chats, I mean, Donald Trump is a clear and present danger. I mean, he is? Yes. He is. And, you know, I mean, you know, it's really, I mean, and I know that you are frustrated. I know that I am. I know that everybody who watches my show is incredibly angry and frustrated because, you know, just like you say, justice matters. And it's time that we hold this guy accountable. I mean, it's just and but you don't think they're dragging their feet. I would like them to move more quickly, but I trust that they're putting together the case. They feel they need to put together. Think about this, John. Did we know that Tom barrack was to be indicted for being a spy for the United Arab Emirates? We didn't know anything about that. Not one word of it. And then, bam, like a lightning bolt, it hit, right? That tells us that the department can be working really important consequential criminal investigations and we know nothing about it. So and that's generally as it should be. They shouldn't tell us about it. But when public safety is at risk, I do wish they would say, you know, folks, we're on top of it, right? We're doing the right thing. Please trust us that we have the interests of the American people at heart. We are once again the Department of Justice, because under Bill Barr, he put the justice part on pause when any justice going on, right? So I do wish they could at least reassure us without compromising any aspects of their investigation. Yes. And Glenn, this is something I was just talking to the congressman about and it's really, really disturbing. The amount of children that are dying now of COVID and being put in ICUs in Florida and Texas. So much so that a Texas judge said, if your kid gets sick, you know, you know, he's gonna have to wait till another child dies before they can get into the ICU because we're because we're completely packed. Wouldn't you say at this point that Ron DeSantis and governor Albert are definitely guilty of the framed heart murder? So I maintain that Trump and Jared Kushner and Mike Pence are responsible for a relatively low level of homicide negligent homicide or involuntary manslaughter. Because I'm convinced that most the most difficult element to prove can be proved against him. That's the causation that their conduct caused the death of another, causation is defined as your conduct being a substantial factor in bringing about the death. I think Trump and Kushner and pence's conduct was a substantial factor in bringing about avoidable COVID deaths. I would have to study the evidence about desantis and Abbott and see whether we can meet that element of the crime, causation is what they are doing and what they have done a substantial factor in bringing about deaths in Florida or in Texas. That takes a deep dive into the evidence. There's only one way to know. That is to conduct a criminal investigation of these people..
