"List is, uh, show dot com. The other story involving the very, very spooky A R 15. Is the ST Louis couple. Mark McCloskey, Patricia McCloskey, by the way by that you should know that Mark McCloskey is running for Senate. In the state of Missouri. And remember, they made national headlines because the black lives matter. Protesters. They busted into the gated community where they're in in ST Louis. They weren't targeting them. They were headed to the mayor of ST Louis House. They were all ticked off with the mayor so that that's where the protesters were headed, and they actually broke through. And there were numerous reports that they broke a gate, a pedestrian gate to get into this gated community and then protest march to the mayor of ST Louis House. And in the process, they were bypassing the McCloskey house and the McCloskey's. I thought made an error. I didn't think they needed to go outside and brandish weapons. If you are truly in fear, you know, grab your guns inside your house. And if you've got to protect your castle, and you gotta protected Castle But to get out on the front steps to get out on the front yard and brandish Uh, nothing that I would have done because that serves as a potential to escalate and not de escalate. But if you need to defend yourself, then by all means, defend yourself. So I wasn't a fan of them, You know, jumping out in the front yard and brandishing the weapons with that said, I thought that the Jewish process and the attempt to make an example out of them. I thought that it was completely overblown. And I told you this was gonna happen. So we found out late last week that they pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges. They agreed to surrender the guns. So McCloskey turned over his A R. 15. The wife had some kind of handgun, which, at the time I remember there were numerous reports that the handgun was broken. The wife's handgun was bus state. It was inoperable. It was essentially a proper a paperweight. It's what I originally read. Well, guess what. On top of Mark McCloskey, now feeling that his rights are being trampled on, and he's running for US Senate In the state of Missouri. So as part of this deal to plead guilty to misdemeanor and then of course, the governor of Missouri is probably gonna you know part of them anyway, and just completely absolve them of these misdemeanors, not even felonies. Misdemeanors. I'm sure that's coming. He turns over the guys, I guess what? He just went and bought a new A R 15. I mean, what what was really the process? I mean, what was the punishment here? This guy is a man of means doesn't mean anything that he would turn in. I don't know what $800.900 dollars. $1100 or 15. Come on. So now the update of the story is is He posted a picture and commented on Twitter. And he wrote checking out my new A R. And he went out and purchased a new way are Posted to images of him and his wife with his new A R. Put it up on Twitter. Really? So taking his A R that that really changed things what I told you last week, all right. He had to surrender his guns. The guy's gonna run out and he's going to go buy a brand new a R 15, which is exactly what he did. And you know what's going on here? Is they have inadvertently In going after him and the attorney, the city attorney and and all those, you know, wanting to throw the book.

"Part mccloskey is our guest. He's the man along with his wife. Patricia defended their home in saint louis. June twenty eighth of last year mark. Who would you want to play you in the movie. If you have the choices between the rock a young clint eastwood or a young charles bronson and before you answer charles bronson was a bad dude back in the day you know between between the three of those well you know the rocks the best looking guy. I'd probably go charles. Bronson who would you say would would look the most like you bob newhart remember. I don't think i was thinking. John garfield myself golf. Okay or james garner james garner. You could have. James garner about eight inches taller. Nobody knows nobody knows how tall you are. Women's last time you had shot that a are before that day. I not not very long before. I mean it's That particular ar. I bought that nineteen eighty nine. That was my my second they are. I still have the first one i bought. I bought one when i was twenty one the first version without the forward assist under you know and the triangular for stock. I'm glad i'm glad that i didn't pull that one that day because you know that's my my my collector's item. Ar and and you know the the one i was using that day is still in the possession of the saint louis metropolitan police department got no. I'll ever get back to see. That's why you have to have the backup. Ar exactly you can never have too many guns. What was the funniest comment that you got from. One of your old law school classmates high school classmates college classmates after all that when they saw you on the news they got up and said we've figured you'd make the news someday damned if you didn't. What did trump say to you. The first the interesting thing is. I'll tell you the story you guide. I can't imagine the average person can't imagine what a what a genuine person donald trump is. This is thursday during the convention We've addressed the convention on monday. Thursday was a day who's going to give his his acceptance speech. We're leaving the office. It's late in the afternoon. It's about an hour and a half before he's going to give this speech. My cell phone goes off and the voice says stand by for the president. The united states trump comes on. Say mr president. Do you mind if i put it on speaker show. My wife secretary can hear so sure. We spent fifteen twenty minutes talking about old house restoration right. And that's you know it's just like he'd know me my whole life and areas about to give the most important speeches entire life and he's talking to me about restoring mar-a-lago and what i did to restore my house you know it's like we're having a having a chat arabia and it was and then he talked a little bit about about my my issue here and about whether or not the governor. Pardon me and all this kind of stuff but really it was just like this is like my best friend called up and had a conversation with me You know over a beer. It's just just remarkable. Did the governor pardoned you to do so. We have to get convicted. I and so you know. We're at a A lincoln reagan days for the governor. A couple of weeks ago and he came in and once again promised to pardon us it in his presentation and i told the crowd crowdi. And i'm certain that he will but once again under the laws in missouri. He can't do it until after. We've actually been convicted so that you know. It's it's just a monumental waste of taxpayers money to go through this far because when when all said and done we're going to get a pardon and and it will all been for not but and you know we got the the soros-funded prosecuted costumer case and so that was good. I mean that we now have a special prosecutor who is a. You know a fair and honest guy and he's gonna take a fresh look at it. But it's still it's still ongoing and it's still uncertain. I mean we're still facing felony charges. That could cost us. Four years slammer. That's not fun now and you know. Of course you get convicted of a felony or a la la license you know. And that's the end of our careers but no week. Quite frankly decided that something different. Anyway i mean we. We made a decision that we're going to spend the rest of our lives devoted to trying to restore america. What it was when when it was really real america you know when we had freedom and rights and When america represented here individualism rather than activism. Can you win this race. I i would not be ended if i didn't think so. You know we have had tremendous response. We've been once once. He likes news over. We continue to to do presentations and their time to the capital here on the on the constitutional rights and our god given freedoms and then. We've been progressing out to lincoln reagan days for the different county. Republican party committees and when roy that he wasn't going to run for re-election people started to contact us about whether or not. I wanted to do it. So i contacted one of the chairman of the one of the biggest republican parties and parties in in the state and he said. Why don't you just go outside drive nails your feet. It'll take less time in. It'll feel better But you know we just made the we're going to do it and and we've been up for example last night. We address the saint louis county republican committee. I got two standing ovations. It's it's it's a outcry out there amongst the people everywhere. We go in missouri everywhere. We went around the country on behalf of the president for a fresh look at government so people that aren't the traditional qadri posers and career politicians people that are willing to go out there and take a stand for the truth and say what they believe regardless of the cost politically or economically and socially and and. That's and that's what i think we represent. I think we represent a change and a fresh. Look what i now. Consider to be a post political america where politicians aren't going to change your life aren't going to protect your freedoms that every individual needs to stand up for themselves and just say we are not cheap. We are free. People were going to be firstly In charge of defending our own rights. And we're not going to give that consent to the government that the that the declaration of independence talked about unless the government behaves and really respects the rights of the people. I'm thinking your campaign logo should be that picture of you and your wife but a silhouette of it and above it. We don't call nine. One one and below at mcclosky for missouri. I like that. I tell you. What on the first anniversary of the assault on our house. Which will fall on sunday. June twenty-seventh this year. We're having a big party. Big celebration of freedom. We're calling it the first annual thing guy barbecue and rhino roast and You know we're live streaming all across the country. We're going to have pink shirt guy lookalike contest. We have dress up your pet. Pink shirt guy lookalike contest. I've got half size of plastic rhino. That i'm gonna put on a skewer and the people can get selfie. Rotating a a photo rhino over a faux fire. Why were you wearing that pink shirt by the way was were you wearing that or were you in your your boxers and you slips closing. No you know. We've got a little farm outside of saint. Louis who are out there working over the weekend. That's just kinda my normal weekend whereas wearing some ratty old chino's and a an old polo shirt and we just come back. We've got an house about an hour ahead of that time. Didn't have shoes on. Didn't have socks on. We're sitting on his side forth with a with a picture of leigh's about ready to start in and when the mob hit the gate. And so i was planning and have a nice relaxing sunday afternoon with a with a barbecued pork loin and a pitcher of believes and i never got the my pork turned into a cinder on the grill.

"June twenty eighth of last year almost exactly a year ago george. Floyd protests in saint. Louis missouri broke out and trespassed into a private community. And that is when mark mccloskey and his wife. Patricia decided that had enough. They went outside their home and stood there and them in a nation roared in applause changing his life and now he's running for the united states senate to succeed roy blunt in a seat that will open because roy blunt is retiring at the end of his term next year so primaries next year and election next november mark mccloskey is our guest. Welcome sir thank you for having me. Walk me through if you would. I don't want to dwell on that day but it is why you come to our attention. What was going through your mind at the moment where you said honey. We gotta go outside. We can't wait and here like here's here's the background you know you mentioned George floyd on june the first in june the second of last year the the mob decided to burn down downtown. Saint louis and They torched and they looted and they shot four police officers and killed retired. Police captain david doran during his secondary employment at a pawn shop about a half a mile from where. I'm sitting right here and so it was. It was a dangerous dangerous environment news. Crowds turned deadly violence at the drop of a hat. So is sunday afternoon. June twenty eighth last year my wife. My thirty one year old daughter had come in from chicago to have dinner with us. We're sitting out on the patio of repairing barbecue and all of sudden the street fills six lane wide street outside our private neighborhood with an angry mob screaming shouting banging on drums smashing on the street with sticks and and all the sudden We look over at the gate and think. gosh. I hope they don't come this direction. And then the gate -burse open gets pulled down to the ground and people start stumbling over each other coming in. Well i sit out on the porch. And i faced them and i said the two most racist white supremacist words in the world i had private property and because these folks are communist when i said private property and rates them and they started storing me on every so much more my wife and daughter went in the house to call nine one one and i reached around the door and grabbed my ar. Fifteen and i stood out on the porch and confronted him. And you know. I can every expectation that it would be just like had been in downtown saint louis. We're just like what had happened to captain doran and that they would rush the building and and kill us and burn the house down and they were certainly screaming that they were screaming murder and rape and death and arson and even killing our dog pointing up the different rooms of the house. This is where. I'll this is my bedroom. This'll be my kitchen. This is where. I'm gonna take my shower after we kill you and take out. That's that's the that's the scenario did any of them call dibs on your office in say i'll setup shop in there for my consulting practice you know they said and this is a quote. You've got gotta business. Your business gone as soon as the riot past our house. I went over to my office. Which is an eighteen eighty. Seven three story victorian three blocks from my house and was there to a two thirty in the morning having boarded up for that reason and then we had the house boarded up the next day. I mean i'm sitting in the living room of that house right now. Looking bought proof lexicon on the front of the windows. Maybe they just read. Shakespeare in took him at face value when he settled. Kill all the lawyers absolute like you know. I don't know they may have known as a lawyer. But you know the the advertising fire digress. One of the nice things for criminals about living in a city ruled by democrats for seventy seven years. Is that they know that there is no consequence to behavior and so they actually advertised when they're going to have a mob action and the The advertisement for the riot that came into my neighborhood Said we're gonna be loud. They think this is a joke They're gonna you know we have to be in their face and then it says and we have a surprise. I think the surprise was us. I think the surprise was breaking down our gates and coming into this private place for the to the very purpose that's like said subsequently at the republican convention of bringing the riott into the neighborhoods and not just in urban communities but bringing it into a quiet residential neighborhoods and i think that was her intent. I listened to you. And i say yeah i could see this guy taking his ar and standing out there and saying this is it. You've push me too far. I'm a man. this is my house. i'm gonna to protect. I had to tell you. I really love your wife because she had this look like. I'm the last person that would be out here with my little peashooter but by god i am backed me in a corner and i'm standing by my man. Tell me about her. Well he's amazing. I gotta tell you. I thought she was inside calling nine one one and all of a sudden i see her out there between me and the mob. I'm up on the porch. I've got a low wall and a hedge between me and the mob. All of the sudden i see patio out there waving that dumb astronaut bracco pistol overhead inches from the mob. And i think oh my guess what. I don't think she's ever fired it. Has she ever actually fired it. Knock yep she had never fired a gun in her life up to that moment and she was just she stated holiday in the night before. I'm sorry but she stayed at a holiday in the night before she she just had enough. I mean this you know. They have no respect for private property. They have no respect for the rights of others. So what happens so you know. There's that famous shot that famous photo of of youtube. That's gone net that that that's gone viral and what happens to the police ever arrived. How does the crowd disperse what what happens from there. We stood them off. And i'll tell there were two guys in body armor that were there just to be intimidating right in front of me with polls to loaded magazines out of the pockets of his body armor points from me so i can see they're loaded with shells them together points at me and says your next. The guy sent an extra wearing light-colored body armor antiques. Type stuff. where all you can see of his eyes. And he's wearing a sidearm and he keeps inching closer and closer. There's one picture you'll see where i'm leaning over my left shoulder talking to patty and i what i'm saying is if he comes any closer i'm going to have to kill him and if you look closely at the picture you'll see that. I slid the selector switch on that. A are a fire and she leans over to me and she says you're not killing anybody today so i put it back on safety. Never put off a shot but we stood stood our ground and eventually the crowd moved on. I mean that's that's the power of the second amendment even if you don't have to fire your weapon just having it. There has deterrent force. That can't be equal by by anything else. Two of us against a mob of hundreds and the only thing that made a difference between us and the mob was we were standing there with weapons with every intensive of using them if necessary. Is there anything looking back that you did or said that you would do differently or that. You didn't do that you would do well. I think we do it all exactly the same. I've got to say this that if you had asked me mom sunday afternoon at two o'clock on june twenty eighth before all. This happened what i wanted most in life i would have said i want the world to leave me the heck alone. Let me live peacefully. The world made a different decision and god came knocking on her door. That day. disguises an angry mob and it caused us to just commit ourselves to doing whatever we could for the rest of our lives when they came back. The next friday on july the third with a specific intent of killing us and burning down the house when we used to revive that second assault and i just made the determination that we were gonna put our lives on hold and do whatever we could for the rest of our lives to save this nation. The paul writes back and to decentralized power we went on the trump campaign and even after the election. We've been campaigning for civil liberties and our constitutional rights.

"What's up, Kevin? You talk about fucking special medical attention. Yeah. I don't have a problem with that. I think the president should receive elite medical care. Right right that these two matters, Chief, But just you go years. Years back. Uh, Magic Johnson was bad as that of a fire. Magic Johnson was the beginning of a special treat. Well, yeah, You're right. I don't think it's news, then my good man. I don't I don't think it's news to anyone that the famous and wealthy Receive a higher level of medical care than anyone else. I think the problem did it, though, right? And that's the problem. When, when, when Donald Trump says We have great doctors, we have great access to great doctor. Well, yeah, you have that. But we don't You and me. We got a different health care, right? We the elite. Yeah. Thank you. Do you appreciate that man? The ST Louis couple who Ah Was waving guns at protesters, while hundreds of racial injustice protesters march on their private seat. Has been indicted by a grand jury. Mark McCloskey and his wife, Patricia McCloskey. Has have indeed both been indicted. On additional charge was added. For tampering with evidence doesn't say what prompted that. But it's very interesting that they've been indicted. Some are calling it, of course, political chess game as everything seems to be this way below. Hey, it's right through. How are you? What's up, buddy? In regards to Trump's response, though Part of what he said It was okay, but ultimately it's not okay. It's okay to say Don't be dominated with this, okay? Because they don't live in fear. But it's not okay. Two. I encourage people to not take safety precaution right and limit how much they expose themselves to this. That's definitely irresponsible. And now the last point so, yes, 210,000 people have died from this, but I actually think that's minimizing. You're right, though. I think most people would say if you were asked how many close friends and family members do you have, I would say. Roughly 20. And if you take that to 10 and most 20, that's over 4.2 million 7.5 million people have contracted this disease and some of my people I know have wrecked up huge medical bills fighting this disease, even if you just include their family and kids. And add that to the first number that's over. 25 Million people have been affected by this disease in one way or another. And people aren't talking about that. That's a really good point. Thank you. Thanks to divvy it on Twitter. I did not know this. Twister soundtrack..

"In ST Louis turned violent. Mark McCloskey says he and his family have been threatened with violence in Missouri law. You have a right to defend your homes and the lives of your family Search warrant has been executed at the home of Marc and Patricia McCleskey, husband and wife attorneys charged with pointing guns at protesters They were simply trying to protect their home. Good evening America. We are Mark and Patty Mcclosky. We're speaking to you tonight from ST Louis, Missouri were just weeks ago. You may have seen us defending our home as a mob of protesters descended on our neighborhood. America is such a great country that not only do you have the right to own a gun and use it to defend yourself. Of thousands of Americans will offer you free advice on how to use it. At least that's what we experience what you saw happen us could just as easily happened to any of you who are watching from quiet neighborhoods around our country, and that's what we want to speak to you about tonight. That's exactly right. Whether it's the de funding of police ending cash, they also criminals can be released back out on the streets the same day to write again. For encouraging anarchy and chaos on our streets, it seems as if the Democrats no longer view that governments job as protecting honest citizens from criminals. Or rather protecting criminals from honest citizens. Not a single person in the out of control mob You saw our house was charged with a crime. But you know who Wass We were, they've actually charged us with felonies for daring to defend our home. On top of that. Consider this. The Marxist liberal activists leading the mob to our neighborhood stood outside our home with a bullhorn screaming, You can't stop the revolution. Just weeks later, that same Marxist activist won the Democratic nomination to hold a seat in the U. S. House of Representatives in the city of ST Louis. That's the same as winning the general election. That Marxist revolutionary is now going to be the congresswoman from the first District of Missouri. These radicals are not content with marching in the streets. They want to walk the halls of Congress. They want to take over. They want power. This is Joe Biden's party. These are the people who will be in charge of your future and the future of your Children. They're not satisfied with spreading the chaos and violence into our communities. They want to abolish the suburbs altogether by ending single family homes owning This forced rezoning would bring crime, lawlessness and low quality apartments and a now thriving suburban neighborhoods. President Trump smartly ended this government overreach. But Joe Biden wants to bring it back. These are the policies that are coming to a neighborhood, dear. You So make no mistake, no matter where you live, your family will not be safe and the radical Democrats America. At this moment in history. If you stand up for yourself and for the values our country was founded on the mob, spurred on by their allies in the media will try to destroy you. You've seen us on your TV screens and Twitter feeds. You know that we're not the kind of people who backed down. Thankfully, neither is Donald Trump. President Trump will defend the God given right of every American to protect their homes and their families. But more than that Trump's vision for America is a country where.

"Favorite artists I Heart radio goes one on one with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith, reflecting on how his life affects his music. There's been so many times when I went under the covers or took the low road sort of speaking didn't really retort to anything that sometimes that's good, but You know when you're reading publications? Where was he back on drugs. You know it's it's much more glamorous and coarse, and that's bad times, But it was very romantic, glamorous and you know, and what happens in the end is I write a song about whether Janey's got a gun or sweet emotion, and it's just a different take. Keep listening to I heart radio for more from your favorite artists. My heart radio goes one on one with Billy Joe from Green Day talking about how he feels. Rock shows are theatrical. I was watching. Start us inspired from Mars the film the other day, the way that Bo you just was like so theatrical. I think that's what rock music is. Rock is theater, you know, and now it's literally becoming even more like that. Keep listening. I heart radio for Mohr from your favorite artists whose radio 1055 W. Such a pleasure to fill in for Rush Limbaugh, whose very presence in Wait lives his life. Smith so much for me. Todd Herman joining us now from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the birthplace of El Rush. Bo is the governor of Missouri. Mike Parson. Mike, Welcome to the Russian program has taught Hermann filling and good to have the governor. Well, thanks dot have beyond great to be in Russell's hometown today, talking about some issues here in our state that Kind of kind of special time, the land and all of sudden you're on his show. Yeah, Way had the luck of Ah, you landing at the right time. So much going on in a case that are that Russia's listeners my listeners in my show in Seattle are so interested in is the case of Patricia and Mark McCloskey. They were in their home. And they're both lawyers. Both successful and my understanding are is this that some writers dash protesters broke in to private property and were screaming threats and threatening to harm their dogs and their persons. And the cost. He's armed themselves and defended their property. I understand that they're going to be charged by the circuit, a turning in Kim gardener with gun crimes, so I just wanted to get your update on this governor and what could be done? I tell you what I've been in law enforcement for 22 years on what prosecutors doing up there is total injustice. And it's an embarrassment for the state of Missouri that a prosecutor would charge law abiding citizens like McCloskey's. Doing what the majority of everyday citizens will do when it comes to protecting your property, your family and used in the second Amendment using the castle doctrine exactly was designed for just this. A shame that we've got a rogue prosecutor. It would file charges on innocent people. So as governor of things I can do if they were ever since we could do the pardon. I've asked the attorney general that's got the charges dismissed. And last week I talked to the president of United States, then what help we might be able to get on the federal level. But this is just something that Needs to be an example for the rest of the country that you can't go out and charge law abiding citizens that are trying to realize the Second Amendment rights whatsoever. Have every right to do along with the castle doctor in our state. All things are embedded in the Constitution, and those are things that should never be abused. Governor Parson. It's awesome to hear you take that stance and to seek his help, and I just offer this governor's as I look at these actions of Kim Gardener. I see these things around the country. I see. In Portland, Oregon, a citizen journalist had to defend himself. Against Antifa members who governor they broke his arm and in that situation, they they charged him with what he pulled a weapon to defend himself. They charged him versus the people broke his arm. Is the left governor. Are they sending a message to lawless people saying you're chaos is welcome right now. I don't think there's any question what we're seeing and go across the center in pieces of it even here that you're just allowing people to do whatever they want about any excuse to do it, and there's no end game to what they're wanting to do. And when you see When you see what quote a peaceful protests turned violent time and time again, you know, even the protest side of it's losing moment and what they're trying to do all we're starting to see and I think the general public Seeing criminals out there people in a mob style mentality attacks on everyday citizens and businesses. And look, we could We gotta stop that. Whatever means that expert we've got to stop it blowing across my state. Across the rest of the country. The governor. There's ah, We're talking with Governor Mike Parson of Missouri. He's in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Russia's hometown. I have used this formulation governor. I tell people that obviously, obviously all black lives matter. It's it's It's an unambiguous moral certainty, which is why we cannot support the violent. Terrorist lead Marxist organization, Black lives matter Incorporated. I wonder if you would support an investigation into all this money. They seem governor that black lives matter Incorporated seems to have about $1.1 billion in as I understand it, they raised their money through Act Blue, which is the Democrats fundraising mechanism. Old political motives behind all of this that's going on right now across the country, and I don't see it stop until this election's over. And it's gonna be a great day when that election day counts, But I think the silent majority people in this country of speak Eyes what I believe, but they're going to keep this going as long as they can. When they can disrupt the school systems where they could disrupt economy where they could disrupt crime. They're going to continue to do that. And it's unfortunate that you're using that for a political tool and still really going out there helping everyday people because, frankly, no matter what color your skin, everybody should be treated equal period. Yeah, I couldn't agree more. If you talk to the McCloskey's. I can't imagine because this is what I understand has gone on at the hands of Kim Gardener, the circuit attorney there in Missouri understand that they seized their weapons.

"Well, so Mark McCloskey gets a felony charge against him. We'll see if that actually even gets I don't know. She's the prosecutor, so it's going to go to court. It'll be interesting to see if a judge throws it out. But I I think that is wildly wrong. I got a nice email yesterday after the show, and it was Of a guy I remembered That many years ago. There was a guy who was there was a new story than this guy. Was. There was a bunch three guys that were armed that we're breaking into his home and or his car in the driveway. And he has had his home broken into And so he's called the police and numerous times and they never arrived in time. So the bad guys never got caught. So this time he's at home. It's in the middle of the night. He's got his wife and Children in his home in their home, and he hears them breaking into the car in the driveway. He grabs his rifle, he goes out. To the driveway. And says, Hey, Get away from my car. And so a guy reaches into his coat. Then start pulling out what he thought was a gun. Then he fired. He shot And, um He missed the guy. But that got the three bad guys running and they jumped in a car and his mistake was as they drove off. He fired a bullet at if the car and there was a bullet hole in the back of the trunk. So what did the police do? The now that now that there is a shooting the police get there right away. So what? What did he do? Was he he got arrested. He got arrested. And I said, that's wrong. It's just wrong. He's in jail. So what I did was I Called up a guy that I knew that was a bail bondsman. And I put up the money for this guy's bail. I bailed him out. It was it was on good Friday and Easter Sunday was coming up and he was going to be sitting in jail until the following week. So I bailed him out of jail and I had made a big ruckus and About this talk show host to bail this guy out. Then I find out that he is from Cambodia. I started going through my mind. Oh, my God. She's here. He's illegal. I bail that aren't illegal guy. What did I do? He probably has a rap sheet a mile long. I don't know. I didn't know I just need the story. I bailed. The guy I thought was very unfair. Well, it turns out Not only was he not here, illegal, but he was like citizen a plus plus. Plus, he escaped the Comeere Rouge who were killing a lot of his family and neighbors and people all over Cambodia. He escaped. He made it to America via of the U. S. Military. When he got here. He went right to work on getting his citizenship. He also went to trade school and became a skilled Sheet metal guy. And so he's got it. He's making a good living. He's an honest, hard working immigrant. He came here legally. He got citizenship. He's never been in trouble with law. So I was relieved and happy that I bailed out this guy for many, many reasons. Well, it was a big ruckus. Why I What do you bail him out for because it was wrong. It was wrong. He they arrested him. So as it turns out, The district attorney dropped the charges against him. No, I did not get my family back. Drop the charges against him. He was home for his get. I bailed him out to work for Easter. And his wife. Um Was also from I don't know, Louse Cambodia somewhere over there anyway, as a gift she brought me A money tree, the little money tree plant and I still have that. I think her profusely, but it was just one of those things for you. You look at this guy who's being charged in ST Louis, and it's the same deal. Except for he's an upstanding citizen with, you know, locked credentials and all that it was So was this guy that I bailed out Upstanding citizen fact a plus citizen. So it just it. Just this kind of stuff strikes me as it is just wrong. Back to mark fees and cut five. This is About all this crime in the cities and the mayor's They're not governors that are letting the The criminals run a buck. Mrs Thespians theory on all of this, you know, Keep in mind this whole defund the police movement. This is a bunch of woke college educated white people who are leading this effort. African Americans don't want to defund the police. In fact, my American Enterprise Institute colleague Karlyn Bowman collected some interesting polling and that it's true that African Americans say that they are more likely to be harassed by the police than the white people are. But 52% of black respondents said they approved of the way the police and their community are doing their job. 61% of blacks surveyed oppose defunding the police in their communities and 72% of blacks agreed that most police officers have a positive impact on their community and 42 this is higher than whites higher than Hispanics, 42% of African Americans. Say they can recall a situation where they were in danger. And a police officer saved them. So s so the anti police movement is not coming from the African American community. They want to reform the police. They want more money for community it for for mental health and other community services. But they don't want to get rid of the police because in many cases and these inner cities They're the primary victims. All the white woke. People live in safe neighborhoods. It's the black people and the minorities and the Hispanics in poor neighborhoods who are trapped and can't get out. One degree more. You can follow me on Twitter. The address is at Sullivan Radio. Droid says that this is a big deal in conservative circles, but not a peep about Briana Taylor and her boyfriend's gun rights. We talked about it yesterday droid. Maybe you missed Why, he says. By the way, can I address black lives matter for just a moment? A lot of you have called or sent e mails or tweets about black lives matter as if they're they're a centralized organization. They are not. Um The tea party was more organized in black lives matter. There. "Beverly Harbored. We've got ST Louis police this weekend on Friday seized a gun from Mark and hatred and Patricia McCloskey. You'll remember they were the couple in San Luis were standing outside their home holding their weapons. Because they were being threatened for their lives by the people who were coming past their home who had broken through the fence, the gate on their private property, and we're walking through that private street and shouting insanity is and threats at this couple couple holding their guns to defend their home who felt that you couldn't get the police there to help them. They were left to their own devices and that video become becoming famous. The cops have seized their weapons. The police went on. They took Thie, 15 Mark McCloskey was holding. Additionally, Another weapon was taken The one net. Patricia McCloskey was holding her hand gun. Apparently, she had already turned it over to her former attorney, his guide and al Watkins, and he was telling reporters outside of the courthouse in ST Louis on Saturday that he turned over the handgun. The police. The reason he took the handgun was to make sure it wasn't tampered with, he says. According to that attorney One of the weird things in the videos. You see, Patricia. She's obviously concerned about her well being. But she's waving the gun around. There's like no muzzle discipline whatsoever. It's just like kind of flopping around in front of all the people. She was also got her finger on the trigger. Apparently, according to their attorney, out walk ins. That gun was inoperable. And she knew it at the time. She was wielding it that way, which is interesting and but somehow ST Louis is prosecutors have decided that you know the real suspects. Here are the couple who wanted to defend their home. These are the people we need to go after. Yeah, the only crime I see here is somebody not being properly trained on a gun. That's something that everybody should should have less than should they have a gun? But here's the question I have for you events is, though, in order to be able to seize weapons, you have to have probable cause that criminal activity has taken place. What was their criminal activity? What is the basis of taking away their property and by the way, taking away their ability to defend themselves? Now everybody knows now unless they have a whole arsenal in their home, And maybe they dio. How did they protect themselves in the future? Great question. Now we know they don't have the guns, and that's and I wish. I wish I had the answer to your question because I'm looking at coverage from places like CBS News. They executed a search warrant to seize the guns and ST Louis. Police charging Keith Barrett quote said the weapon was seized as part of the investigation into the viral incident from June 28. Barnett did not name the McCloskey's. But the warrant was executed at their address an investigation into what An investigation into them standing there, indicating that they were prepared to defend themselves in their home. What is the law that they broke by doing that on their own property? Well, thankfully, there are Republicans who are standing up and reaching out Tio attorney general Bar saying that this is an infringement on our second Amendment rights. I completely agree, so I'm glad that Republicans have a backbone on this issue. Some 12 of them. There's so many more Republican Congressman Don't give.

I could almost guarantee you that a large woman. Yeah, well, I'm not gonna comment on that that it was a very small gun. That's for sure. Not going to comment on her. Maybe looked a lot smaller. It would've looked bigger in someone else's hands. Well, it would look huge in your hands because you're like, four feet. Yeah, that's true. Wouldn't look up machine gun in your hands. But I'm not going to comment on her physique. I will say this. She's She's an idiot. I do think she's an idiot. Just because you're scared. Doesn't give you the right to take a gun and pointed it people. It just doesn't ladies and gentlemen. And we're going to talk about gun control and gun responsibility in a minute here, But I want to play this cut again because I think it's very important. This is Mark McCloskey. He's claiming That people were going up the stairs and breaking into his home. He doesn't interview on CNN yesterday with Chris Cuomo and Chris Cuomo. Listeners exchange You can tell when somebody's lying. Because obviously this man has surveillance cameras. And if people were actually trying to get into his home, you would simply say on national television. I have proof. It's in the surveillance. Listen to this exchange. That Mark McCloskey had with Chris Cuomo on CNN last night. No, You're absolutely You're absolutely wrong. The reason why they did not get up. My steps was that my wife and I were there with with weapons to keep them off our steps. When? How do you know Confront Because they were coming at us until they displayed the weapon and that stopped them. I came out so dearly. I'm sure house like that. Like that has cameras. Do you have video of them coming up the steps and and being in your house. I'm not going to discuss the level of my private security on national television, but not a topic. Do you have proof of your approaching your house? You know, Chris, this is not a black lives matter Movement issue. Then it's attorney jumps in because they know they're left. You know that Chris Cuomo got him And it was a very easy question to answer. Folks. Can't we just call out for what it is? Can you just forget whether you're a supporter of the black lives? Movement or not? Just forget the fact if you're a racist or not, Because there are samples, some people listening that probably are racist. Forget the fact. If you're a Donald Trump supporter, another You're Democrat or yer. You're a liberal. Forget all that stuff for a second. Can't we just go with the facts here? Can't we be honest for with ourselves? Try to do that for just one second. Yes. The black lives matter. Protestors should not have been there. I agree. They they they got through that barricade or gay or whatever it was, and it was private property. Yes, they shouldn't have been there. They were breaking the law, but there's no evidence to support That they were on the McCloskey's personal property period. When you hear that statement by the McCloskey's by Mark McCloskey, you know he's lying. They were not entering his home. They weren't threatening to burn down his house or kill his dog. It is a lie. Can't we agree while the protesters shouldn't have been there, the McCloskey's shouldn't have gone out there and made a political statement and help their guns and pointed an AR 15 at the protesters. Can't we just all agree on that? Why? If we can't even agree on this? What can we agree on? By the way, What can we Am I wrong on that? Can we not agree on that? I'll give out the phone number. 7022575396 Again, that number 2575396 What part of that do you not agree with the protesters shouldn't have been there. They were on private property. They weren't on the McCloskey's private property. McCloskey should have called 911. They should have called. The police waited in their homes. You want to hold onto a gun? That's fine. Don't go out into your front lawn and pointed at all the protesters. That could have been really, really bad. And quite frankly, the McCloskey's air lucky that there still live today because I'll tell you right now, I wouldn't be on private property. But God forbid if I didn't know I was on private property and someone pointed a gun at me and I was illegal going on her. I would have taken my gun out and I would have shot You're damn right. That's what what I would have done 150% and it comes on the hands of an Arizona man yesterday who was just sentenced to 13 months in federal prison for selling home loaded bullets to paddock, the gunman who killed 58 people. In October 1 2017. We're talking about gun responsibility. Now, why am I putting these two together? If you own a gun, you probably shouldn't go in your front yard and you probably shouldn't point it at a bunch of black lives matter Protestors if they're not on your private property and That being said, if you if you own a bunch of bullets, you probably shouldn't sell it illegally, particularly in this case to somebody who killed 58 innocent people in the deadliest mass shooting in the history of this country that happened right in our backyard. It is disgusting. But those of you that are passionate about guns. I ask you this question. If your justice passion about guns or you just this passionate about ending gun violence McCloskey's. Let's make an example out of them, so I think they should go to jail for 20 years. Absolutely not. I don't think they should be allowed to own a gun. If you're dumb enough to walk out in your front yard and point a gun at someone at a bunch of protesters who are not On your property. You probably shouldn't own a gun. 7022575396 against 2575396 is the number to call. Let's go to rich rich. What's going on? Thanks for calling in. Yeah, calling about your plus. And what? Watari what They passed that, Uh are they not on the private property of all the homeowners that they're not? They're not They're not. You have your own personal property. And then there is the personal property of the owner of the land. They are on the property of the owner of the land, not your personal property, not the personal property of the McCloskey's. That is just a fact. So what I'm saying H await, do To community and I have a 100 ownership in part or with three. That's not my properties. The street is not your property. And let me ask you another question, too. If somebody is on the street, but they're not making an attempt to break into your home or go into your front yard. Do you think that your you'd be perfectly okay with going out there with an AR 15 and pointing at that individual or individuals? I wouldn't pointed at him. I could. I would absolutely say in stating that you could not brandishing a weapon. You should be able to Teo the weapons on your body just like anyone else. Okay, so a couple things I will say to that the McCloskey's did not do what you are saying, Sir, The McCloskey's If you saw the video, which I'm sure you did. They were pointing it at those individuals, so that's number one, the number that was gun ignorance. You know, they haven't had a gun safety class right now. Listening. Think, sir or somebody right? Killing them. Exactly, sir. Let me tell you this, even though I don't think it would be smart of you to walk out into your front lawn. Oh, and do what you say you would do. It's a fine line between what you would do and what they did You see the distinction..

White couple who pointed guns at protesters blames "angry mob"

"AA couple pointed guns of protest is unlikely to face charges, Law professor says, And it was funny because Rob sent me the story. I recognize the law professor's name because he was one of my law professors. When I was in law school back in the early two thousand's. Now you actually have that your law degree is from ST Louis, right? Louis University? Yeah. John. Ayman is the guy's name, and these two are being vilified on by the way. The ri. This is really important because the ST Louis Circuit attorney Kim Gardener, she is a really radical person, and she is It appears dead set on trying to find something to charge these these two with But your buddy, the guy who and by the way, you're such an upstanding citizen, a man of the law. How could this guy be anything But right, John Ayman said. This quote They have the open carry laws in Missouri that allows them to have their guns in public. We have the castle Doctrine says You can defend your house and your lives and your property and we have the law that says you can stand your ground and you don't need to retreat. So Here's pretty cut and dry right there. These two did nothing wrong and the McCloskey's told the protesters. Hey, you're on private property and you're on a private street. Now people log on privacy. It's all the time and Professor Raymond said that does automatically give the home of the right to threaten you with a weapon. However. If the anything were brought against homeowners, one might consider something like assault because you'd have to because you have a protester there. And what happened was the protesters broke down the gate. And trespassed on private property. Now it's one thing to just be in the subdivision looking for home. Hey, I'm going to Rob's house for a cookout or whatever, because it's fourth of July, right because it's like an open subdivision, which you can walk and you see these all the time they're all over central Indiana. There's nothing wrong with that. But a gated communities a little different, right? And even if even if you were let in the gate You Congar to the house that you're going to and you know, And you and your fine though the problem here is the fact that this was not the case. This is a case where protesters tore down the gate. And went on private property. And the McCloskey's Who, by the way, both attorneys too, By the way, you guys are everywhere. Yes, we are like Roaches got all over the place. They said Hey, you know, they have no idea what these people were going to do when they're going to attack their home and under the No. Was real off in the castle doctrine. You can defend your house. And your property and you can stand your ground and you don't need to retreat because whether going to go run indoors and lock the door and have the protests got to know you don't get to do that. All right. So we got two clips here. One is from Tucker Carlson last night, And this is Mark McCloskey talking about what happened a little play by play and the fear that he and his wife felt for their lives. Take a listen. Well, Chuck, you gotta You gotta understand my house sits right on the edge of a road called King's Highway on our private places. Portland place where my wife and I were preparing to have dinner, maybe 70 feet from the gate. By the time we looked up, we saw that the march is coming down. King's hiring getting loud. We looked over at the gate. And there's no police. There are private security wasn't there. Nobody's down. I look over and my wife and I see all these people outside the gate and the gate bursts open. People start coming in and then Ah, flood of people start coming in. They're angry. They're screaming. They got spittle coming out of their mouth. They're coming toward the house. And you know I'm June, the second of this year, the protests in downtown ST Louis went violent instantly. People looting and violence and writing. I watched on live TV, the 7 11 in downtown ST Louis. From the moment the first window is broken. Throughout the looting process. Call. The fire was started and then tell the fire fully engaged the building. And nobody came that entire time I looked over my wife and I said, Oh, my God, Er, absolutely alone. There's nobody here to protect us. But there is the same night Retired Police captain David Dorine was murdered. When I saw that mob come through the gate With our rage and there and there. Anger. I thought that we would be overrun in the second. By the time I was out there with my rifle. The people were 20 or 30 feet from my front wall. I'm gonna low wall that separates the house from from my front yard. And so I was. I was literally afraid, and that within seconds they would surmount the wall. Come into the house, kill us burn the house down and everything that I've worked for and struggled for for the last 32 years. Tucker. I lived up what? Sigler's County a nice secure neighborhood 32 years ago, we moved into the city and took on a project or a storehouse that nobody else wanted. And you know where we were urban pioneers in those days and we've been there which sense working hood to build and maintain the same clothes and this and this very historic neighborhood. I did. I saw it all going up in flames in my life destroyed in an instant, and I did what I thought I had to do to protect my heart, My home and my family. That was Mark McCloskey willing Tucker Carlson last

"Ay, where Washington comes to talk, I want to share. Another sound bite with you of Mark McCloskey is from a different interview, and the audio quality is not great, but he's explaining his experience when the violent mob Ripped through his wrought iron gate, the historic gate and threatened his life and his family's life. Everybody got enraged people wearing body armour. One person pulled out loaded Pistol magazine, click them together and say that you were next. We were friends with our lives turned with the house burned down my office buildings being burned down even our dog's life being threatened. Why would that be a problem and now the ST Louis circuit attorney As a woman and Kim gardener, she's threatening to prosecute the McCloskey's for standing in front of their home with legally on weapons while a mob vandalized their place and threatened their lives because Kim Gardener, as it turns out, is one of these prosecutors elected. By the George Soros Project. I hate to say it, but here he is again with radical lefties on American anti bill of Rights, Anti liberties, anti freedoms radical lefties. Kim Gardener is one of those And she's a sorrows girl, and that's why she's threatening to attack the law abiding citizen. She's also a racist. She is the one that framed and set up the former Missouri governor, Republican Governor Eric Britain's.
