"It doesn't make any sense and an ends second. That's too long. Yeah. Second too long a first exit has total problems a second. That's too long a third act. It doesn't make any sense and it ends. And at that point if it ended, I don't think a lot of people would feel that great about it. But then if throws in this like fifteen to twenty minutes section at the end with Angela lansbury, and everybody's flying balloons. So what they did with the colonoscopy. Is that they decided that they were not going to pull it out fast. They would pull it out. And then if they left it in there just a little bit for about three minutes. Even though that hurt it hurt less enough. Then what the first one how the first one that people were more likely to come back and get followed up colonoscopy. And so I'm saying that the balloon scene at the end of Mary Poppins is like holding that Kohanovsky camera in your rectum for digital three minutes. So that you don't remember the end of the movie as being the scene that made no sense. But instead remember, and it's the fun balloon seen. We're there berry. Maybe this is been a lamp to elaborate of a better for, but but but I just don't the bottom line of that is that I don't feel or think that the balloon imagery in the Angela lansbury scene is connected to the imagery of flying in the rest of the movie, which is what I said already. Linneman Mel maranda has no character to play in this movie. He's character has no objective. No goals. He only around because he was in the previous movie, which she keeps reminding people of and there's no reason that the chimney sweeps would help the children. I don't know. Do you have any other feelings of men will rent? It's not. I mean, he's he's super charismatic. He's actually that he's a better singer in this than he is on the Hamilton soundtrack. You know? And I actually I like I like this Disney musical theater writing. I like a lot of the musical theater aspects of this film. It has musical theater actors in it was cast by Bernie tells e who is the big Broadway musical theater casting director, and it has a Paul Jim in Yanni did the arrangements. The orchestrations who is a big Broadway orchestrator musical director. And Mark Sherman. Did the songs like there's a lot. I even like the musical song with all the body stuff that I think you think is weird. I think it can next to a tradition. There is an English tradition of that kind of song. That I you know, I think is a lot of fun. And that's by the that. I think is the super California lipstick expert doses. In that, it's the it's the song with like this story interludes, you know. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Definitely. I liked it. I just didn't didn't know why it was in this movie or a children's movie. But yeah, yeah. I hear you. I hear what you're saying. Yeah. Yeah. So this musical theater elements are good I interrupted you. You were that is where I that's my that's my end of the colonoscopy, right? Like like, I remember individual parts of this movie, very fondly, but it didn't add up to to kind of coherent thing. And so I don't I don't have a strong feeling about it. Because that takes you know, narrative characters it cetera et cetera et cetera. The reason that chimney sweep helps Mary Poppins in the first movie is that the chimney sweep is in love with Mary Poppins. Yeah. That's why he's dancing and showing off in front of her all the time. And that's why he's excited to hang out with the children. And that's why the two of them serve as a sort of surrogate fun parent group for the kids, right?.

"Show, and my buddy Jerry Reynolds has been burning rubber this week in a four hundred sixty seven horsepower Cadillac. Yeah. Yeah. So what you gonna be driving next week? Bye. Well, some fairly similar believe it or not. Got a Mercedes e fifty three which I've never heard of. I haven't either and I've been building in pricing Mercedes E classes, I've had the forty three forty three in the sixty three. I know it's a two door say E class. So it's good size car. I've never seen a fifty three and all their I haven't either. And so we're going to evolve out together. Oh, good. Yeah. Should be fun. Let's talk to Mark Sherman oaks, Mark. Thank you for your patience, sir. How can I help you? Hey, good morning, Jerry. Thanks for taking my call. Sure. Quick question. My daughter just graduated college. She had no need for a car when she was there. But she's back here in LA dodger job, and we're looking for a new car for her. We've been looking for we've been looking at the Nissan kicks the HR V the HR haven't looked at the Tony yet. But it's in that same avenue of cars is the others just wanted to get your opinion. We're leaning towards the kicks just. Yeah. I like all the features on it. But just wanted to get your opinion. I do like the Toyota care on the Toyota. So just wanted to get your opinion on that. Well, I tell you. I reviewed the kicks. Maybe a month ago. I was shocked at the value. Super loaded twenty two grand on the window sticker with emergency stopping -mergency, breaking and all kinds of other safety features. I mean, it was it was crazy. What a great by that was factors. Theon Louis on the SUV in America under twenty grand that you can get the emergency braking with so for that reason, I would lean toward it. I just it was enjoyable. I tell you it it just was it just stood out as what a great by the only thing I questioned on it. Publicly, and I talked about it here on the show was you know, is this thing really an SUV. Or is it a hatchback? I mean these manufacturers today, but when they can put the label SUV on a vehicle, they know it will sell and because everybody's SUV crazy right now. But it looked to me like just a hatchback to set up a little bit higher. But but I think it's Mark. I think it's a great vehicle. I love what Nissan doing right now. Their incentives are really good and I like Toyota care two. But how much is four all changes in four tire rotations? Certainly not enough certainly not enough to base decision on buying a car with. Great. Well, thank you. Yeah. I've already kind of contact icon bidding contact with a leaf out at Carson Nissan, so good. You'll love Linda. She is. Awesome. Yeah. Yeah. Good job. I think that's I think that's your daughter. That's what I'd do tell you that right now. You have something special coming up next week. I just went to Mercedes Benz and tried the building price. Yes. And on the class sedan. You can get an A N G forty three or an AM g sixty three fed both those they don't have that. And on the coupe. They don't show any AM g models. On their website. So. Aren't you special? I'm going to get you're looking at twenty eight teens twenty nineteenth. That's just a guess I'm on on their website shopping tools. Oh, let me talk to James while you do that. Okay. James? Welcome to the show. That dead air really isn't working for me. Sorry. Dame's are you there, sir? Yes. I am good. Glad to have you. What can I do for you? I just mesmerized at you. And Kevin talking. I mean, just like magic voices, you know. Well, he's got the voice. I got the brain. What I want to send out for me because of my health, and my wife, and I decided next year car cars paid off. She wants to go into a lease program. We've been looking around, and we're going to do this next June, July, oblivious Pocar will be paid off in June. She wants to sell it. We've been looking at the new Subaru assent and also we've been looking at the Highland now. We have actually went to your old car pro show Subaru person, I won't go into details. And we looked around and we haven't gone to the new one yet. But anyway between those two. Which one do you? Seek office a better value and the dealership because this is what she's thinking because of my health, and I may not be around. She doesn't want to those who the car buying experience anymore, but a friend of ISIS. Well, you can say you can go. Lisa Carter, stay with the same dealer. Get it set up where you go in when you finish your lease. And you were saying the mileage that you have will you Baxter mileage, you just turn that in and get another vehicle and pay the price. You gotta pay. What is your opinion on that? I agree. If you get on a cycle of leasing James where you do it time and time again, then although you'll never have a car that you give a clear title to. You'll also never be in for anything except all changes tire rotations putting gas in it. Probably won't even have to buy a set of tires. And and so for God forbid, something happens to you. And I hope that you and I have this conversation about ten years from now. But if if she if if something were to happen. She would have no worries whatsoever about maintenance and repairs, and I think that's worth a lot. Either the assent or the Highlander would be good choices tell you. I love the accent. When I reviewed it earlier this year, I thought it was great. We don't know what the long term history of it is we know for sure that the Highlander is one of the absolute best SUV's ever made period. But you you talk about the residual value is so forth. Now, one of the things that she asked me she says now when you do, you know, Jimmy, you can ask whoever that guy is you talk soon. You could ask him when you Lisa vehicle is it the cheapest one the habit, can you get one a little bit higher up in price and so forth. Now, you can do you can get anything leasing is just a different way to finance the car. And it's really that simple. It's not for everybody. It's not for high mileage drivers in my opinion. It's not for people who like to keep car for ten years. But in the circumstances, you've described it, it would be very advantageous thing for her to just not have to worry about getting ripped off at a repair shop, or or that sort of thing she'll be under warranty the entire time of the lease. And that's a big thing too. Because I have a nineteen ninety nine Tahoe. Gertie? I've been with her longtime not in ninety four miles. Most of them on the road. We put in three thousand miles last year on the road trips, and I had to buy tires that car and her maxima always been. Former spirit. She says she doesn't want to go through that stuff now. And I don't blame her. She wouldn't have to if she leases. I love the ascent probably one of the safest SUV's out there. If we weren't having the least discussion I'd say go with the Highlander, the only reason for that is because we have years and years of history on the Highlander that we don't have on the ascent I think the offensive enjoyable. I believe it to be the safest midsize SUV out there anywhere, especially with the Subaru aside system, go to my website and click FAQ at the top. I've got a leasing section there that will help you. But I.
