"By mercury. Right on his heels, Venus. So she has a square of Neptune on December 4th, and she has a trying to errors. It got us a Discord on the 5th, which mercury had last week. And then she has a square of series that takes place on December 7th, setting off that mutable cross. She has a hard aspect to the nodes of fate on the 8th, which is a companion to the one that mercury has on the 5th. So mercury goes through remember mercury's going through everything first. So he has the this is happening in the shouts back to Venus. This is coming next. And Venus is like, okay. And then in the next week, she's actually in two weeks. She's going to shout back to the sun. That's what's coming next. And the sun goes okay, but right now mercury and beans are kind of hanging out together. So Venus has a hard aspect to the notes, similar to the one mercury head on the 5th. She has hers on the 8th. And then she squares Jupiter right before she goes void. Like the Venus mercury did, the earlier in the week, she squares Jupiter, some mercury squared Jupiter on the 6th, she squares Jupiter on the 9th, and she says mercury sent me. Kind of like when you're meeting a friend at a club. And you say the German. My friend here, you get to the hotel. You get to the reservation. Is my friend here? Yeah, they're in the table on the back. Okay. That kind of energy. So she squared, and then she goes into Capricorn. Where she's serious, reliable, and dependable, and then she has her suspect quadrant to Uranus on the tenth. Shocking news changes, mercury is communication, Venus is women. So we're going to watch for shocking news around women. No wonder what that'll be. And Capricorn on a world point. Everybody's going to notice. This week, Mars, not moving too fast, but he is in Gemini out of bounds. And he is squared to Juno, the partnership relationship energy, and he has a semi sex style to Uranus on the 8th. So he's got some kind of weird thing going on there too. And he is out of bounds. And he has receiving energy from Venus and mercury received it last week this week he receives it from the sun, where he gets woken up and the sun says, okay, this is where we're headed. Jupiter this week, not much going on. Saturn this week, not much going on. You know, you've got the aspects from the other guys, but he's not doing anything himself. And then Uranus has a sex delta Juno that happens on the 8th, which is when they're going to partner with each other. And so Uranus sex telling Juno in every Juno's partnership relationship. How do we work with these things? And then on the 8th, Pluto also has a trying to series. In Virgo, so the two of them are working together, making a list, checking it twice, all that kind of stuff. Vesta has an aspect with the nodes of fate, letting go of stuff releasing and separating that's December 10th, probably when my stuff arrives from New York. My 33 boxes that I'm going to be unpacking. And then on the 11th series has a hard aspect to the nodes of fate. And so that's the energy for the week. Not particularly stressful, but with the planets out of bounds, unexpected things. And with the. Weird little mercury Uranus kind of shocking endings or shocking changes or shocking news. And the whole thing with Uranus is you never know quite what it's going to be. That's why you so much fun. And then right behind mercury, Venus steps up, and she goes, oh, okay, I'm here. And then, you know, in a few weeks, we'll have the sun go through that whole thing also. But it won't be on the role point at that point. It'll be off into other lands. So onto our moon phases. So today, on the 6th of December, I'm still in November. I was going to say on the 6th, it's daylight savings time. I'm like, nope, I'm in the wrong month. Okay, 4th of December. Today, the moon is in Taurus. And Monday also, and it goes void at two O 2 p.m. on Tuesday, and the moon goes away with the sextile to Jupiter, Simone and Torres is a lovely moon working earthy, reliable dependable. Ghost void is void for a cup about an hour and a half, hour and 40 minutes, and it goes into Gemini on the 6th, mercury goes into Capricorn on the 6th a little later. So Mark moons and Gemini Tuesday afternoon from three 49 east coast time, and there's a full moon on Wednesday. On Thursday, the moon's in Gemini, and then it goes void at one 15, one 13 in the morning, east coast time, Friday morning, bright and early. And it goes void with a square to Jupiter. Think about it. Moon in Gemini, wearing Jupyter and Pisces, a little over the top, a little interesting information. What does that mean? Then the moon is void for an hour and a half, and it goes into cancer. On the 9th, as Venus goes into Capricorn a little later, that evening. And so the moon is in cancer all day Friday, all day, Saturday, the tenth, all day, Sunday, until one 40 9 when the moon goes boy. With the moaning cancer goes going with the trying to Jupiter. So that's got nice closing aspects. And then the moon goes right at one 49 p.m. and it enters Leo at three O 8 on the 11th, and it's in Leo the 11th to 12th and goes void on the morning of the 13th with the trying to the sun. So the aspects this week are good, the Gemini moon is a little over spending. You know, because it's moon Mars. And it is sun and sand, so you can overspend or over by or overdue, and the closing aspect of the moon in Gemini is a square root of Jupiter. And there have been reports this year everybody's really Christmas shopping a lot. So if you find yourself spending a little bit more this week, it's in the heavens. Not your problem. The stars made you do. Actually, they didn't. They didn't compel you, they impelled you. You could have made a different choice. So no worries there if you do spend a little more. Not a lot of hard aspects this week. The difficult days probably Tuesday just because it's turbulent, Tuesday, the 6th, it's not like hard aspects, but it's bumpy. You know, it's kind of like when you go over some potholes. A little bit shocking on the full moon because of the opposition, the full moon happens at 1108 p.m.. And night, you know, so when you go out and look at the moon and 1108 p.m. or eat your own time at night, you'll be able to see that full moon. And the moon of course meets up with Mars. So that's action day. And then the Thursday the 8th and that bad Friday is busy and the little stress, okay, we'll deal with it, not again, not a horribly difficult day. The energies aren't particularly difficult. This week, their decision making, and then again, adjusting energy that we have on the tenth because the moaning cancer is forming a quincunx to the sun and Saturn in the day. So it's forming a little quick finger of God there. Again, you know, it's over the course of the day, so it's first to just the sun and the justice Saturn again, not a bad one, but kind of shifting. And then Sunday is nice, you know, good aspects moon's opposite Pluto. You know, but that happens every month, not too big. So again, good week, we'll take it after the last few weeks of change stress stress. Now we're in, oh, really? That was happening? Oh, cool. I can work with that. And with mercury and Venus in Earth, they want to make decisions. They're not dilly dallying anymore. They're not should I do this? Should I do that? Tippy, you're not to be. They're going, I am. I'm in or they're going. Not doing it. Either way, you're going to be fine. Cruise, January 28th to 22nd to the 28th. Astrology. It'll be reiki. It'll be crystal yielding. It'll be yoga, for those of you who do yoga. I may be starting yoga. I'm going to start moving a little more with this new energy in the sky. So consider joining us. Got a saint Lauderdale. And

"So what's this wisconsin case all about. It's about a deputy By the name of tyler weiss who works for the waukesha county sheriff's department a my apologies. If i am pronouncing wa cashew brown And weiss In late two thousand nineteen simply forgets that she agreed to work a double an extra shift and she went home at the end of a regular shift. Weiss's absence is reported to a lieutenant. His name is mark moon. Monan calls wife at a weiss at home and says where are you and can you still report for work. And why said oh. I'm sorry i forgot. I can't come to work because i consume some alcohol in drinking. Immonen says twice. Okay we're gonna talk about this matter. Further the next time you are scheduled to work. So on december sixteenth two thousand nineteen moon and weiss make to discuss the miss shift Before the meeting weiss at contact heard her union representative she's represented by the wa- cash deputy sheriff's labor union. I an ask the representative to be present for the meeting with a mona. Why why saatchi might be disciplined for missing the shift And the union representative won the union representative gets there comes up to weiss and monin and a monan looks at the union rap and says. Hey you don't need to be here. This meeting is not disciplinary in nature so your presence is not needed The union representative ask some questions and she's eventually satisfied That wife out wandered stay and satisfied by moons representations that this meeting stop disciplinary in nature. So the union rep leaves moaning and weiss. Then talk about the whole incident. Then the interviews all done monan has a change of heart a talks to other supervisors and eventually goes to weiss and says okay. You know what's going to happen. We're going to bar you From trading for a period of time that period of time isn't disclosed in ale chase opinion and that sort of quasi disciplinarian nature right. You're taking away a benefit that the employee has eventually in a matter days. The city reinstates those beverages but the union filed unfair labor practice complaint. A legend of the county had violated the unions to representation under the winegarden rule when moon Told the union representative. You're not needed here. And the j. agrees with the union. Now i want you to think back on the facts here Monan the lieutenant has specifically told wise and the union wrap. This is not a disciplinary interrogation. So why does the ale jay Hold that there is the right to representation. Well it's clear that what is going on is the post interview decision to suspend weiss's shift trading ability is weighing on the administrative law. Judges mind because the city in fact turned around and did take adverse action against lice. Nothing huge but adverse action against lice. And here's what the al j. ends up concluding because the conversation between moaning and wise had the objectively reasonable potential to leave to discipline while cash account by the action of its agent moon. Monon committed a prohibited practice within the meaning of the labor law by depriving weiss of union representation. So this is the the reason. I even bring this case up. is because it such i think a good reminder a good reminder to employers more than anything else and that is employers. Look if you got a member who's asking for union representation. Why not let the union representative beat there now. I'm gonna put aside for a moment people y- every once in a while. I found find an employee who won't talk to any super advisor anytime without union represent. I'm not talking about those people i'm talking about. Someone like y. Su seems to not be a frequent flyer. Says i want union representative after..
