Bunch of yentas there. It's awful. Yeah. Well, you know what what amazes me is that they come out and they say all the white women listen to their husbands and they don't have a brain. And then they come out with all this ridiculous stuff and sunny and joy. I mean, they're the most joyless people you ever met. I've never seen people so miserable. How does such stupid people get these jobs. It's just amazing. They're backed by ABC and Disney and all the rest of it. But Mark, is it any surprise? It's like the mainstream media. How the hell does the mainstream media support some of the nonsense that you and I have to deal with every day. In the end, what we've got or we've got a media that has that is part of a tribe and their pride is their tribe is to support people who are idiots and who are not involved in anything that

"Arizona. Is that right? Charlie Kirk's group? Yes. I got tell to you, Mark, this guy is so impressive what he does, the organization he's got, the followers he's got. I mean, I think I've signed 600 books so far and I'm nowhere near done. this is a phenomenal organization. I mean, there are true patriots here. People who say, please, please don't ever stop. And you realize that these people are believers like we yes, yes. Well, that's terrific. I've always loved Charlie and his group and so forth. They're just terrific. I don't think he invites me anymore. Oh, well, I'll make sure that he does. No, I don't care. I turn down everything anyway. But the good news is that he's got no one telling him what to do. Ex-Capitol Police Chief: Pelosi's Daughter's Filming Endangered Exit

"Should have been fired is blasting former House Speaker Pelosi for hampering her evacuation from the u .s. Capitol that day by letting her daughter Alexandra film her exit saying it proved a distraction that put unnecessary strain on her security detail well that's my point it's so weird when you look at the footage what you need to realize is a protective detail is specific specifically for the protectee you're there you're protecting the protectee sunset on just the news now Capitol Police statutorily have do the authority to protect family members it's my understanding the person holding the camera was Pelosi's daughter but she's there in the position of being media media the protective details in there to protect media and whoever else was there with her for the sole purpose videotaping of creates a major distraction for the protective detail and he added you know they don't train to protect those additional people this suggests to me that Nancy wasn't all that scared or not scared to the point that a lot of people would be I mean you're filming it? "During the Obama The administration. FBI did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment of course. FBI. Now Comer subpoenaed the FBI's FD 1023 document last month. The Bureau did not comply. It said it was trying to protect sources and methods. Comer threatened Biden hold to FBI Director Christopher Raine contempt of Congress. If the Bjorn didn't turn over the physical document to the committee. And the information in the form according to the whistleblower reveals a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as as well as its purpose unquote and details an arrangement involving an exchange of money by the way Republicans didn't control the house none of this would be going on none of it. And depending on the kind of speaker, you know Boehner didn't like these committees digging into this sort of first he was pals with Obama as an example he hated the Tea Party well. See that with McCarthy. He's not pals with Biden. He's not pals with Mitch and he doesn't hate MAGA he doesn't hate conservatives he's brought them into his committee and if a committee chairman is going to hold an individual in contempt they have to go to the speaker effectively because they need the vote of the entire body in the case of an FBI director and he got the go -ahead from I McCarthy just don't buy all these attacks on McCarthy I'm sorry I think he's done a pretty pretty damn good job doesn't I have mean to agree with

"Policies that were appropriate given the problems the of country and really kind of the Western world faith at that time and principles as And well you know not conscious refers to national conservatism the Yemen Burke Foundation where I'm a research fellow is kind of the home for that we host these national conservatism conferences really kind of trying to build on the momentum That former President Trump kind of ushered in when he was elected president 2016 trying policies to immigration take certain trade foreign policy and study more kind of nationalist direction I would say trying to kind of take social and economic policy in a direction that really tries to make America a little more whole and communitarian away from the liberalization of prior decades Well I don't disagree with that necessarily but I do have some questions because I looked into some of this which national conservatism honestly I never heard of it before but that's my fault I haven't read about it One of my concerns here and I would like you to try dissuade me from this I'm concerned that that it could push sort of a government centric industrial policy and if not what are the limits on that? In other words I understand we don't have a free market but I also understand that it's the market system that creates all the wealth in this country Government doesn't create it regulations don't create it nothing creates it but we the people so what have do you in mind in that regard because I don't quite understand that? "Mark canna and Carlos Carrasco led the mets to a four one win over the Phillies. Can I highlighted New York's 5 hit attack with a two run Homer in the third inning and a two run single in the fourth, both Aaron nola. He entered the night hitting just two 33. Sometimes it clicks and it doesn't necessarily mean that you get two hits and have a great night. I think sometimes it clicks and you have some bad luck in the pitcher makes like really good pitches and you go over four. Carrasco scattered 6 hits over 6 innings. Blanking the fills after a bundle Sosa's Homer in the first inning. Nola lost despite allowing just four hits over 6 frames. I'm Dave ferry.

"Overreaching federal behemoth it's going to take structural reform to bring and how do we get structural reform to bring it back down to size well there are two uh option number one is we go to washington dc and we beg them to do it for us and i laugh i can't say that with a straight face because like they're human beings they don't have the incentive to make government smaller that's a painful and difficult thing to do and it doesn't line their pockets and it way is we use the second clause of article five we call a convention of states and we propose amendments that will effectively impose those restrictions on the federal government members of congress republicans of britain do you get many of them out there on the campaign trail when they're running for office or at all at press conferences so forth and say look i want spending to get under control i want to get the government out of control i want to shrink the government and so i support convention of states i don't hear a lot of that do you no very little of it mark in fact very few of them will weigh in i think uh you know they lack the courage to do it and the reason they lack the courage and it actually really drives me crazy is because there is a fringe on the that's right against the idea of calling a convention of states and when i say a fringe i want to be really blatant and direct about what i mean maybe

"Totally unexpected. People were stopping me and saying, oh man, marking. Mark did a tribute to you. Well, he knew he must have known it was an advance in my birthday, but hey, they don't get much bigger in this business and Mark Levin. Long-term friend of mine, The Rock ribbed all American conservative voice of reason from Franklin square Long Island Sean Hannity. Rush Limbaugh passed into the hereafter. So many others in this thing of ours talk radio. Which is near and dear. And it's different than anything else. It really is, as I keep saying it is the most intimate form of communication. Because it has an impact on your life and to whoever the hopes to host this is what a group that may be together talking to you, it has and indelible impact on their own lives. And so I never thought I'd make it at 69 to be perfectly honest with you. With all the trials and tribulations and the close calls, but clearly, it was meant to be, and I'm all enjoy every second of it every minute of it. But not in a manner that you go out and you just enjoy yourself or enjoy sake. No, no, no. I enjoy myself when I'm helping people. To me, I saw that in my parents, my father Chester, my mother, Francis, the most joy that they ever had in their lives. And I saw you a little boy on their faces. When was when they helped people that they didn't even know. Nameless faceless anonymous people that would cause them to stop at a moment's nose and reach out and help them in whatever capacity they could at times they were very limited, very difficult at times, surviving with a family of three, I oldest sister, a leader, myself, and my youngest sister, Maria. But they would always help. And when you see your parents derive such great knock as great joy by just helping people, strangers, people they don't even know. It definitely rubs off on kids, the greatest influence on any child. Is what they see in their parents. They were role models. Because it shouldn't be sports stars, it shouldn't be entertained as it shouldn't be talk show hosts. It certainly shouldn't be politicians. The role models for children should be their parents, and for some it is for others, unfortunately, the parents don't live up to that or the parents have left or the parents horrible, terrible role models. And they have the toughest time at all. On this 69th birthday, I am so thankful for the parents that I ended up with. Chester and Francesca, without, without which I could never have completed all the things in life that I've set out to do. And I thank all of you the listeners who have fortified me over the years through some very tough times. Extraordinary highs and some really crushing blows and lows. And it's always great to talk with Mark Mark is a I call him a technologist, a you see him all the time on CNN and many outlets, talking about the latest in technology and Marcus got some really cool toys to show us some really cool gadgets that can be helpful and a lot of fun, Mark. It's great to see you again. Yeah, likewise, Andy, thanks for having me. And you're right, the tech are going to be chatting about today is great for kids and parents. That's not always the same devices there, right? Sometimes the kids like it, but moms and dads roll their eyes. Or the other way around. So why don't we start off with a couple of music related items. The first is called Tony box. This is a smart speaker for kids, if you will. It comes in different colors. You place these characters on top called Tony's, which are usually figures that are well known to the kids like Disney franchise characters like, you know, Elsa or woody or Little Mermaid. And it unlocks music and stories from that property. So from that TV show or from that movie, so it's very magical for the kids that scream free, which the parents love, but you just place those little Disney figures on top, those tonys, and then you'll hear a familiar songs like life as a highway, for example, or the frozen songs. And then parents and grandparents can also record their own stories for the kids through the my Tony's app. And the kids can hear that through their very own smart speaker as well. So it's one 29 for the Tony box starter set with target. And again, you can choose the Disney franchise that your kids are most into. And it's just a smart smart way to give the kids something of their own. Yeah. And then speaking of music, giving the gift.

They were just too hillbillies running a billion dollar company like they had no experience that they hired high level people there nephews and their sons. They didn't know and by the way they're growth was unbelievable and if they had stayed. I think like fifteen thousand retailers. They could have been successful even fifty thousand but a hundred thousand note that in all the c. suite level people right yo right but then also at a certain point. There is a cap to how many retailers you can have. Even if you have bob iger running. You're right because then there's a there's seven other women in her town where selling lulu everybody's got their leggings like there is a you do max out so i think they've reached that point where.

Yeah and unassessed. Her brother thinks none of that stuff is actually going to get us out of the climate crisis that climate change is a huge systemic problem. And the only way to fix it is with bake systemic solutions but says in her voice mail. She's not so sure about that. I know that we're not going to recycle and bike and beyond burger our way out of climate change. But i do have a slightly more optimistic view that individual consumer choices can make a difference so at margin sucker or can individuals actually do something so we focus a lot on the show on being picture solutions yachting's like government policies to limit climate harming refrigerants or things that we can do to increase renewable power changed how we farm. You know it's kind of funny twenty five percent mark mark you get to step seven which is hyper accumulation. That's where i want you to start building up some of those after-tax assets because that's going to be your opportunity money. I mean if you if you set up a br you have taxable money meaning after tax you have tax deferred as well as tax free. Which are your roth assets. You're going to be able to take advantage of whatever comes your way because what i like about when you get to step seven. That leads into step. Eight is that we knew. Or hyper accumulating You kind of get to get creative property like we've had several questions asked that you can get into commercial investing like we've done with buying a building down the street to put the business in You can't do that stuff unless you have a good found angel foundation underneath you first. And that's what we're trying to get you to respect. I know there's so much pressure out there. The trotta to to skip step so that you can you know build wealth as quickly as possible but sometimes when you skip steps it can work out if everything lawns up perfectly and there's but realize in. That's why i always talk about the skinny dipping when the tide goes out that warren buffett mentions is because when things get ugly. I don't want it to be devastating to you. So that's why we try to be very respectful. And how do you create wealth but also not hang yourself out there in a way that you jeopardize the ability to have one bad decision just totally blow up your financial life right. When work out now i never got to it and i worked with a guy and he asked by trying to get me to get into it. Get into it. He ended up losing his job because he was playing it work. Oh boy He lost his house. He lost his car because of losing his job as wife divorced him like it was literally the catalyst for ruining his life. And wow he came to work where i worked and he was almost like a recovering heroin addict where he was like. Oh yeah we're totally screwed me up anyway. You should totally play it. And he was like trying to get me into his world of light. Yeah you should play it and then tell me all about it. And i don't know necessarily if it's true with Cancelled gaming. Because i've never done the online cancel gaming Where you talk to people need play with people And i don't really do that. I think just. Because i have kids. I don't want them to do that. Either but i know that for a lot of people they meet like their significant others on it. The it's their world It was something. I got into with my husband because i'd never done computer plane before until we start with everquest and he was so into it and so when we get into it together and so we started city of heroes in the mad debunked in so we started with world of warcraft and then he eventually went onto league of legends. I've actually been meaning to get back into it. I played it forever for a few years. And then i stopped because star trek online came out and then i got deep into that. Because i hang out with the ghostbuster people I freelance through them. i know like one of them. He he moved from california to michigan and moved in with a woman lived with her for many years and they met world war craft and then he swore it off his back on it now but And then when another friend who broke up with his girlfriend he did the Star trek online.
