Why Did Nancy Pelosi Have a Camera Crew With Her on January 6?

"Mentioned yesterday, the Democrats wrapping up case The New York Times says January 6 panel plans a Trump subpoena. I actually got to be able to always be precise here. Technically Liz Cheney is not a Democrat. Right, sure. Let's just say the left. And I got a lot of questions and to help us unpack it is someone who has done pioneer work here very courageous, Julie Kelly. She's been on top of it and she joins us right now, all things January 6th. Julie, welcome back to the program. Hey Charlie, thanks for having me on. So Julie, I'm going to play a piece of tape here. But before I do, can you answer the question because I'm really curious, why did Nancy Pelosi have a documentary team with her on January 6th? And why are we just learning about it now? You know, I think this video, the Nancy Pelosi insurrection movie has backfired on the Democrats to your point, Charlie, why are we just seeing this on the last day during the last January 6th committee hearing? Why didn't they show this early on? You know why Charlie because many times in the chairman of this committee said when this committee was formed that Nancy Pelosi's office would be off limits to the committee. They did not investigate her role in the lack of security of the capital of that date. It is her responsibility, not Donald Trump to make sure that the building and the grounds were secure. They were intentionally left a vulnerable. We still don't know why. So yes, why was Nancy Pelosi's daughter Alexandra and her son in law, another filmmaker on capitol grounds? Why was she recording her starting at 9 o'clock in the morning? Throughout the day, including following her to a secure location at fort mcnair with all of these elected officials there.

Mark Finchem on the Troubling Process of Arizona Elections

"There's been so many problems with just the process of Arizona elections. And it really troubles me because I talked to regular everyday people and they just pepper me with questions. I'm sure you get it all the time. How should I vote? Should I vote in person? I mean, let's just start with one thing. Why is it that it takes a week for us to get Arizona election results? How is this possible? Why are we putting up with this? Well, part of it Charlie, an unintended outcome of the mail in voting system. So for example, we've got three different ways basically to vote. Early ballots with the mail two days ago. So individuals can fill that out and mail it in. Or they can fill it out, hold it and bring it to the polls. Which is counted last now, right? That's the last that's exactly right. Who came up with that idea, though? That's a legislative animal that needs. All right, fair enough. That's fine. Third wave is for people to go in in person. Now, if we want to accelerate that. And this seems kind of silly, but it is what it is. You can spoil your mail in ballot at the polls, turn it over in exchange for a poll ballot that can be counted. Now, that is not a customer service process. It's not friendly to the system. It's what many of us in the 6 sigma world would call a serious defect because it slows down the process. Now, in the hierarchy of ballots, the ones that are mailed in are counted first. That's usually the early voting that comes out at 8 20 in the evening on election night. Then the next tranche of ballots that are counted is those that are voted on election day. That's usually an update if everything's working properly somewhere between 9 30, 10 o'clock, ten 50. Then they start counting all of the mail in ballots that were delivered to the polls. And that is the source of the delay. So my recommendation, quite frankly, if you want the most secure system, those of you choose to get off of the early voting system and go to the polls on election day.

"What if I told you that someone who is an ally of George Soros, someone who is very, very left wing, someone who is very radical, very well might become the next Secretary of State of Arizona if we do not rise up and unite and get out the vote for Mark fincham, and he joins us right now. Mark, welcome to the program. How is your race going? Thank you. I really appreciate the opportunity to be Charlie. I think the race is going well right now we're message over money. You mentioned George Soros and the extreme left opponent, which he actually received a 5000 check dollar check from George Soros. But Trafalgar has us at 7 points ahead plus or minus three on the margin of error. CNN has this at three plus or minus three, they're calling it a dead heat. So I would say that somewhere in the middle lies the truth. Money wise, we could always use more money. He's out spending his ten to one. But again, I come back to message over money. There's one thing no matter what people like disgraced rusty Bowers or Adrian fontes or any of the folks who are acting like Democrats registered as Republicans or whatever you want to call them. They're calling me a dangerous man for one reason. I'm dedicated to one thing. Mission number one, hold everybody accountable to just follow the law. Hard stop. That terrifies them. Okay, so let's now analyze that for a moment. Why is somebody who actually a whole set of somebody who say that they want to follow the lawn have secure and fair elections? Why are they afraid of a guy? Who's going to do just that? Well, perhaps it's because they're not following the law. And they might be afraid of being caught.

The Left Is Very Interested in the Plumbing of Our Elections

"We have said frequently that the left is very interested in the plumbing of our elections. In fact, they're more interested in how the elections work than sometimes public opinion, candidate selection, Arizona is a battleground state, and it will remain a battleground state for the foreseeable future until we can get a governor like Carrie Lake to really have bold and conservative leadership and turn this into the Florida of the west like Ron DeSantis has. But until that happens, this is going to be a very difficult state for either party to dominate and therefore it's going to be close elections and heading into 2024 with close elections. The person who actually administers the elections is going to be incredibly important.

"Some closing thoughts here. Mark, I appreciate your time. Thank you for joining the program. First off, what's your next? Battle, you're running for secretary Secretary of State. We've got one more session left for the legislature that I'm a part of. You've got three critical election bills that have to get across the finish line. One has to do with battlefront companies. In fact we're putting together a national bus tour that will make three stops in Florida. I'm sure Jacksonville. Miami and Tampa, they think are the scheduled city support. I went to Tallahassee as well. We expect to hit 26 states in a little over four months. That'll start with McGowan, Texas. Wow. January last weekend in January, I think that's a 28th through the 30th. That'll be the kick-off event. People will go get tickets to that if they want. At wff dot com, there will be a ticketing engine there that they can either make a donation or they can purchase a ticket. And then the itinerary we're still putting it together, but the itinerary, like I said, it's going to be covering about 26 states and we're just going to make a huge loop. But it's evangelizing the idea. So you're going to be part of it. Sunny may be part of it. He'll be there when I'm not. Because this is going to be while we're in session. But it'll be evangelizing things like the idea of battle for economists, watermarks and ballots, audit trail, the ability to see the image of your ballot after you've cast it novel idea..

"Okay, so Anthony says, Ian, it's unconstitutional. It needs to be repealed. I agree. Where have you where have we arrived? We have so much Fiat currency in the system. Almost a $30 trillion federal debt. Yeah, and then just keep on prem. I got a print machine that got paper together. I guess that's all they need to have. Oh, wait a minute. A lot of authorization to base your money on real estate. Intrinsic intrinsic assets. Unless of course, we find out someday and who knows. I don't I'm not aware of any law that's done this, but could that be why the current occupant of The White House wants to have 30% of the land in the United States under federal control by 2030? Is he mortgaging the future of our nation? For political expediency, the Democrat party? Here's a question to ask. At grave concerns about that. Grave concerns. I had a Brigadier general Robert spalding enjoy my show. It's a couple of years. He joined definitely was just before the pandemic broke out. He wrote a book about the Chinese and the Chinese of course have been basically manufacturing all of our staple goods clothing, you know, most of them for decades now. We've almost committed suicide in a sense by doing that weakening our middle class as a result in my opinion. Supply chain suicide. Mark, he said, Ian, the United States has been invaded by stealth enemy. He's pointing a finger more towards the China way. But Mark, I stepped back and I asked myself, well, hold on a second. The Chinese practice a central banking system as of 1945 at World War II. There are World War II. They also practice communism. Communism is not incepted in China. Nor was it accepted in Russia in the communities who comes from Germany, Karl Marx. In the influences behind car marks, I can get in that where that was influenced in my opinion. So if I trace back through China and Russia, Central Bank communism, I find it, I find a common threat with central banking system and communism. It roots right back to Europe, the same, the same enemy, and I can explain that if you like, the same enemy changes. Where is this coming from? What is the stealth enemy in your view marked? I think it's very biblical quite frankly. The love of money is the enemy. And there are people who once they accumulate enough, they reach a tipping point where they have undue influence over the world. And undue influence over politics in the people. That's where we begin to see a breakdown of civil society because you move from a power to sovereign over man man is that we were going. Pretty simple concept. When you give up a little bit of your power through consent, you don't give up all your power. You give up a little bit of your heart. And you retain the authority to challenge the governing forces that you have given that little bit of power to it. Check and balance. There's a lot more of us than there are then. The problem is when you begin to see the undue influence of large amounts of money. Upon all the people. By a very few people. You begin to see the distortion in the version of the civil society. That's what we're saying now. I mean, you got guys like Bill Gates out there buying up every range environment inside. Why is that? Sounds like it might be in lockstep with Joe Biden's plan to control him. 30% of then he got a lamp. Then you got Jeff Bezos. Who wants to run every small mom and pop company out of business? And be the only source of products and services. That means that you're an eyelash away from people in very wealthy circles. Having the authority to shut you down for banking, not allow you to buy food, unless you admit seeing the world their way. Georgian wool was a very wise man. And 1984, we are living through 1984 now. I think the real question is, excuse me. What will the people do about it? There's a great book that I probably am an evangelist for. It's called the doctor lesser magistrate. It is the proper resistance to tyranny and the repudiation of unlimited obedience to a Civil War. Every person in America should have a copy of this book. It talks about the school board member. The tone consumer, prior district, member. All those board members are lesser manager. The precinct committee man in Arizona, PCs are elected officials. They are the grassroots elected official on the state of Arizona. And a group of PCs can hold a governor accountable. And put upon him a century. Last year, over 60% of the PCs in the Republican Party censured done doocy and Cindy McCain. Centuries of death for their behavior for their failure to adhere to platform policy. They hate conservatives. And he concerned they hate people like me. Because they want to be in the club. The control club. Is that control club constantly possibly behind this Fiat currency? Sure it is insured. So you've got you've got the people who control fraction or banking. First of all, that is the problem. The love of money and the way to invent a banking system where that you would ordinarily end one to one. Yeah. You lend ten to one. Yeah, which makes zero sense. And this goes back by. It makes a little bit of sense because you always know that you're going to have there's assets out there that are performing and each one is paying into the system in the form of interest. But when you move from a ten to one architecture to a hundred to 1110 1100 thousand it's not possible to pay that back if one of those entities defaults. And that starts a cascade effect. Unless, of course, you have a government that just prints VI currency and says, you got plenty of money to worry about it. Passing a $2 trillion infrastructure Bill. I guarantee you that money is not going to infrastructure. It is going to political friends that is going to probably the Chinese. A federal government has been compromised. We are fighting an insurgency..

"Arizona, and with state representative Mark Fincher. State represent more center marks vigilant have to repeat that so I can let that sink in. Ladies and gentlemen Mark and I are just talking about the CDC and one of the things that alerted mark to my comments in regards to starting this program and now 5 years into it. Was the contradiction from the CDC and Miami Beach in 2016 in regards to the Zika virus. Repeat for listeners, what you had just said about your opinion of it and what your knowledge is of the CDC. Well, I don't trust the CDC and it further make it through. I think that what they've done, they have demonstrated that they're more interested in seeing to it that the financial interests of big farmer are protected as opposed to the people in the United States. So there's a significant world hazard when individuals who are in a regulatory body, there's an argument as to whether or not the CDC is actually a regulatory body. The FDA has the very good. The CDC has an input into what the FDA does. Yeah, I mean, it's a government organization, right? It's not even officially government organization. I'm not sure exactly what classification it is, but it really disturbs me when you have individuals who are supposed to be, I'm sorry, who are on the government dime. People's dime. If a hand and regulation and they also have the ability to be an investor in the very company that or companies, class of companies, that they are supposed to be regulating. So there's moral hazard there. Do you serve your own interests or do you serve the interests of the people? If you're owning stock in big pharma and you're supposed to regulate and call out big pharma to protect the people, but you're receiving dividends and stock and rollovers and we got a problem with that. And I think that that should be the same thing that insider training, for example. Right. How is it that a congressman can go into Congress with two chefs to rub together and comes out a multi millionaire? Insider trading. Many I should say. There are at least a few. How might I put it this way? Congressman and women who have done the very same thing that Martha Stewart and they don't go to prison for it. How is it that people like Nancy Pelosi's husband? Diane Feinstein's husband. Their families, Joe Biden's family. How is it that they get over wealthy? When they're allegedly served to the people, false, because they positioned themselves to be there to get the drippings, if you will, off of the fat and roast. That's what I do. So that's my big issue with the CDC. And through this whole COVID thing, they have proven to me that they have they can't be trusted. They can not be trusted. And I don't trust. I don't trust the word that they say. They know full well that these masks that everybody's running around with. Do not do a damn thing because of the weave of the mask does not stop the level of particular matter that comes out of one's exhaust page. Yet they require everybody wear a mask. It's not about healthcare. It's about compliance. We're going to mandate that you wear a mask. Control. Control. Here's my response to that. Bugger off. 8 one. Mark is COVID-19. Is this set you with a 99% survival rate or 98% whatever it is? Is this a real true pandemic or is there something engineered? Behind this, that is that is again an objective, the objective might be a control. And let me insert this. There's an archbishop out of Rome. His name is vigano. That wrote a letter to Donald Trump while he was in office stating that the COVID-19 pandemic was engineered. I have a lot of respect for the attrition. I'm not a Catholic, but I tell you what that man is an international hero. He's an international hero. Because he has called out, but this is really about. Think about, let's walk through the whole vaccine thing. First of all, they come out with a vaccine and they say, oh, this is gonna save her. It's gonna prevent you from getting COVID and it's the best thing ever and we've got a whole bunch to choose from. Okay, the next thing you know, they tried the encouragement path. And then I worked for some help the majority of people said, and then of course you get this idiot Fauci come out and say, well, we've got to have herd immunity. Herd immunity is when you actually have the disease, you get over it, you develop antibodies and your body prepares for the next iteration of that disease. So they went from encouraging people while this is going to make you better. It'll keep you from getting sick. To then they had to it's kind of like when you're not standby for an airline play and they've oversold the flight. They start with flight watchers at a hundred bucks, and they go to two 50 didn't they go to $500. So now they've gone from an incentive for people to take the jab. Previously, it was well, we'll give you a $100 gift card to take it. Right. Then they went to $300. And then it's like free tickets to the Super Bowl and they didn't work. So then they went to, well, now it's going to have to be a mandatory job. You're going to have to take a jam and keep the loser job. We're going to force the military to give up their civil rights to take the jab. And if you don't take the jab, we're going to give you a dishonorable discharge. Wait a minute. We're refusing an unconstitutional order. Really, that's what your plan is. So now we're at this place where I think the CDC is proven. This isn't about public health. This is about political health. There are individuals, and I'm not a conspiracy guy. I mean, this is just, but there are some coincidences. There are people who want to exert their power, their authority, through mandates over the people. And I think the people around to them and now they're going to be in freak out load. It's like, well, we're going to have a new generation of this disease and it's going to be worse than ever. On the crime. Yeah, so there's.

"Seems like it's a little bit right so speaking of that happening things being murky. The constitution gives power to legislatures and merrick. Garland is the attorney. General who wants to begin using the department of justice and the consent decree process to start determine getting the federal government to exercise power over elections. Mark finchem senator from arizona issues. A pretty serious warning. America garland here. Here we go. I got news. For america garland. There's this little thing called the constitution. You might wanna pull it out. Read it back that even be happy to send you a copy article one section four. Let me read it to you. America the times places and manner of holding elections for senators and representatives article. Two section one clause to it is the legislature that has responsibility for nominating in naming the electoral for president. So i would advise merrick garland and his team of thugs that now occupy the department of justice. Tread very lightly our attorney. General spoke with their representative this morning. I'm not gonna put him on the hook for anything but you're going to walk into a very surprising reception if you try to do. Anything in this state that interferes with legislative authority for handling our elections hard. Stop so i can take it that the patriots out there and elected officials like yourself. Wendy rogers the great ca president of the senate karen fan sunny borelli others. And even i assume bronevich who's not been with us but think getting old time religion because he's face it you know he wants to be a us. Senator people are out there saying. Don't mess with arizona will take care of our own business. Is that what i'm hearing. That's exactly what you're in steve. And what i heard there is. If merrick garland his people come in arizona. We may use arizona law enforcement to stop them. That's what i heard. Is the subject tread lightly. Because we won't let you do illegal things here in arizona. We won't let you take our authority away from us. I mean that's a pretty clear threat. And i think we've got the same thing now in texas right where. The governor has called the national guard to begin arresting illegal aliens because the federal government's not and so he's going ahead and enforcing the law. Your ceo one can say that he that he can't enforce the law. You're seeing a lot of places where people are finally like. No were you guys are. We're taking it in our own hands. Were figuring this out ourselves. You guys just kind of stay away because they realized that the federal government on a massive scale is very corrupt. And we'll tell you what's happening in arizona is is is all being done within the process and so the danger here is that people get frustrated with the process and then have vigilantism and taking our hands so when you say taking it into our hands you mean. They're getting involved in their government of acting like it's something that someone else is supposed to do. It's less of a batman thing in more of a commissioner gordon doing it through an actual means of. Here's the process. This is how we do it type thing instead of just Batman go attack but yeah so it's not batman that's for sure. Yeah joe manchin Not batman But he may be. He may be doing actually more important work here. He talks about the fact that he doesn't support carve-outs and why not and that he's not gonna make a change on the filibuster so near forty one million people still believe maybe joe biden's not to duly elected which he absolutely is and it was done in a very fair and very very secured meant system. That we've gotta make sure whatever we do. We don't divide our country further so people said well. What's joe to do what's gonna what's he four against. I will not do anything. Jacob separate our country further and to do a major overhaul on voter and on voting rights. Bill take the voting rights. Act that we had in sixty five use. The john lewis and john does was decent human being and make sure we stay within the of what we're supposed to protect the elections. Not going into this expansive overhaul if you will to the point to where it could be overturned in court and we've been seeing the courts overturned some of this. I know you want it to be bipartisan. But it'd be. I don't know how possible that is. The only republican. I've heard talk about this in a positive way. Is lisa murkowski of alaska. I can't understand jackie. And i'm sorry to interrupt shown but i can understand. How do they pass ninety eight zero in two thousand six and now. It's not possible for that to happen. I don't know but is there any circumstance under which you could imagine allowing a carve out for the oppose getting rid of the filibuster but there. There's some people. In the more moderate camp like a angus king. Rain is an independent Who said that. He's possibly willing to step back from the filibuster his opposition to getting rid of the filibuster just for voting rights because he's so concerned and becomes. It's become so partisan. Can you imagine doing that jake. I can't imagine a carve out. Because i was here in two thousand thirteen when it was called a carve out. We're just going to do the cabinet for the president and then it went into. We're gonna do the judges. Who are lifetime appointments for circuit and district. They've even gonna do supreme court but they didn't have time to democrats. Were in control 2017. Mitch mcconnell zine control comes right back in and guess what that car about worked really cardis up pretty bad. Then you got the supreme court okay. So there's no stopping it and if we don't put this place back in order you get rid of the filibuster which makes us work together. And i've said this. The whole. the branch of our of our founding fathers was this wine awarded today to senators to rhode island and delaware the time they were forming this great nation of ours when told new york and pennsylvania and ohio. A uni get to It was basically make us work together. So that the big states went overrun the little states. It's a minority participation question for you before you leave the house and the this is being lost on the democrats. The democrats are talking about democracy. They keep saying democracy democracy democracy and yet You know i've argued that word and that idea for one for one reason but what they what they mean is majority plus one and the difference is that what our founders hope for is a much broader consensus on things moving forward by having not just the fifty percent plus one of the population but having fifty percent plus one of the states now. The filibuster wasn't in the constitution. I think in the concentrations just it's a rule that the senate introduced to protect minority rights..

I wanna start off with a correction. I got something wrong on. Fridays broadcast and i was corrected. I said that That boeing the big local aircraft manufacturer was was moving toward a vaccine mandate for employees and that was not correct and so i don't want to throw a company under the bus where they don't have it coming so i just want to get that right out front apologized to anybody over there. That was bothered by that. Obviously i don't know what their protocols are. Just so maybe. I'll get caught up on. That doesn't matter the point that i got it wrong. I want to apologize for that Now on the olympics Call you're kind of catching me up on on. Because i haven't really seen a whole bunch i and do this. "I don folks. Mike with you with today's update. So you know we have this audit going on. Arizona spoke with mark finchem yesterday. Who's a state representative. And he's one of the key people involved in the audit now. He pointed out that the auditors taking place on the senate side and he's on the general assembly house of representatives side but he is actively involved in this ongoing battle between maricopa county. The officials maricopa county and the arizona state senate who were trying to get this audit done and i spoke with him yesterday. He had some interesting things to say. I thought about kind of setting the context for this audit and about how people are kind of you know for lack of a better way to put it growing impatient with The time that is taking to kind of get to the bottom of all this. I'll just quickly remind people that at this point arizona. I it's not all that we have but it's the most prominent it's the it's the it's as far as we've gone. There was a setback announced today with the antrim county and that case looked like it. Looks like it's getting a dismissed. Although i'm sure that's not the end of the antrim county case but arizona is is as far as we've got in terms of an actual forensic audit and so mark finchem mentioned how people feel about wanting to get to the bottom of this and he also talked about how the reluctance of officials to honor those requests by people. Just wind up exasperates exacerbating the problem.
