"When you're in between those ages you can just chalk it up to being young and say well you know. What do you do for a living and the kind of say. Oh do this or that. But i eventually want to do that. And you just chalk it up to being young that you're not doing the shit that you wanna be doing but you can only do that for so long and then eventually you know you have to kind of become part of society. But it's very understandable to be lost and there's a lot of people that are that feel lost but when you feel lost. I think it's the most important thing to understand or no. It doesn't matter who you're following. It doesn't matter who you're looking at. It doesn't matter if it's the rock or it's the president united states. Everyone's a little bit lost. People don't know what tomorrow has like. We can only assume what tomorrow has. We're all trying to do our best and so continue to ask questions not only ask questions but ask you know work on asking better questions over a period of time so you can get better answers an income up with solutions. I think every single thing that you're wondering about And every single problem that you may have in your life. They're all fairly solvable. Maybe you know maybe not. Everything is maybe. Maybe you're not you're never going to be your most likely never going to be problem free but you can reduce all of your problems by continue to investigate and continue to ask. Questions osa mock. Oh some love that. Love that and i will leave it there guys just them. We've run over by about ten minutes birthmark. Andrew just want to thank you for coming on coming onto club. And this he's been he's been really really good really really great answers and it's been a few on. Its as a say i remember. It was a time when i was lost once and i didn't injured knee enough for i. Just don't want to do. And after i picked up a barbell i'll go into cross van. I sti- following mark and You certainly give me an inspiration over years and to be talking now and share in a review and asking questions is has been great and i'm really really appreciative. So because we're gonna shut down the room. I just want to say thank mark and thanks for doing this really really great for. Thanks for coming on everybody. That's been known instead. Ask questions and please follow up place for the police for the club and yet guys you have a great day you have a quiet evening but once again mark and you thank you so much. He's been ruled pleasure and enjoy whatever. Thanks so much guys take care. Thank you so much appreciate it appreciate you guys take care of. You wanna have a great evening great evening. Actually wh- what were. What are your thoughts on. How how that went cool. Yeah thought they asked a lot of cool questions. Always good to have You know different people asking different questions. And that's that guy's a fan That last question was an interesting one. I think i think when you when you are. Someone is having problems. It's hard for the information even land on you correctly you know i could. I could send a video to somebody. Hey man if you watch us. I really think it will help you because it. It helped me. But i'm in a different spot than somebody else. When i send it to them they might not hear any of the message or they might misinterpret some of the message. You know i could send something somebody that says that shares a bunch of stories about The woman who wrote harry potter the star wars story the raw. You know the semester loan. Rocky story i could send somebody a bunch of this information and someone could misinterpret that that like i need to. I need to wait it out. I need to stick to my guns. My ideas are bad ass. And i know that they're going to work at some point and it's like well. Maybe you didn't write harry potter. You know what i mean like. Maybe maybe your idea is not that. And maybe my point in sending it was to just shell that these people never gave up on themselves and they never gave up on these projects and Someone can kinda misinterpret that a different way. And just you know think that they're going to all of a sudden gets spotted by somebody and something. Miraculously cool is going to happen for them. So i think that that last question was a tough one to really answer because it just depends on like the stages of that. You're in whether you're even capable of receiving the very question that you just you. Just ask something. How do i lose weight. And when sudha somebody starts spitting out how much hard work or how much work there is to be done. You're immediately shutting it down you resistant to it because you're just not really ready for it. I don't wanna go on much longer. But i would say like or i would ask you. Is it similar to like somebody trying to get on a Like i want to lose weight but all the junk And then you say no. How about you try this. That's going to be really hard for them to just click over and start eating a little bit healthier right so if they are in a bad spot you give them some good advice. It's probably just not gonna hit my take awhile and just might be. They might kind of be offended or they might go and try to do it and then they find out. It's just it's way more difficult than they thought and rather than working on incremental progress trying to be a little bit better. They say fuck it. I'm just not ready for that. You know i just. I'm not. I'm not good at that. I and then people get kind of negative self talk and it just becomes a snowball of kind of self Of negative self talk. Yeah all right. Well we'll get out of here if you guys enjoyed that. I think it's called fitness. Fifteen all try to do any links down the description below or Just pay attention to the intro. That will have all of the solid information please.

"All these people that are on the internet promoting themselves and promoting their other businesses. They're a lot of them are available to you to. You can ask questions to them. You could learn okay. How did this guy how this guy be able to do what. He's what he loves to do for a living. Then you can start to mimic that because in the beginning. You don't know how to do it so you just copy other people as best he. Can you copy their ideas. You copy their principles and you don't even have any like thoughts or quotes or ideas or principles of your own necessarily just kind of following someone else's footsteps. I wanna be photographer. Okay well i found a dude. That's local that for would that guy love to get some free help. Hell yeah. I would imagine if you're like man. I love to come on some shoots with you as long as you're not annoying and as long as you not you know. Act in two crazy or weird. I'm sure they would be down for it. I'm sure they'd be like yeah. that's cool. do it for free for a while. Then maybe you develop a little bit of your own skill set. And you're like i think i could. Maybe you know the start to do this for some other folks and So i think anyone who's lost. I think the main the main key the entire thing is to Ask questions you know. I think it's the bible and the bible says ask and you shall receive big believer in that. All you gotta do is ask you wanna. I mean people that are millionaires. They wanna share their their story like they People that are jacked. They love talking about themselves being jacked and how they got there. Anyone who's the success in anything Most likely is not going to be someone who's shy talking about. Hey man how'd you become. How did you become so successful. you know With these coffee shops that you have you think. Someone's going to be like fuck you dude. They take it as a compliment. Maybe they don't have a ton of time to communicate with you but you'll find people that That will have plenty of time. They wanna make time for you because they remember they've been there themselves. We've all been walking around aimlessly. And i think there's there's some ages that i've seen very common where people are kind of walking around aimlessly. I think when we're young because we're kind of stuck in school. And because there's like a weird transitional phase from like.

"People are. They might feel energized. They might feel excited about when you add stuff to their day or add stuff to their life and say hey you know what would be. Great is if you did a couple. Ten minute walks every day. It'd be great if he got in a couple servings of fruit. It'd be great if you've got a couple of servings of vegetables it'd be great if you had at least two servings a meet every day. Hey have you ever tried a protein shake. These are all on these. Are all things that you're adding the someone's diet and you're not subtracting you never mentioned like dude. You can't have ice cream at night. You can't have pizza. You just pour all this stuff into them that that is things that could really be helpful. But you're trying to fill up their plate so much that they don't have room to do much else they get a couple of ten minute walks in the day. You recommended thirty five to forty five minutes of strength training day. They start to do that. And it's like man their days pretty filled up the food recommendations you gave to them are pretty are filling them up pretty well. Because people need to have their micronutrients accounted for and they're macronutrients and their sleep intact sleep would be another thing to encourage people about because people are all screwed up. They're not sleeping on their phones too much and things like that and so i think what we're trying to do is trying to have people in general understand that this is very reasonable for you to get to a point in your life where you're like you know what it's non-negotiable. I'm not eating those tortilla chips. I'm not I'm not compromising my seven. Am workouts. i work out at seven. Am and i'm gonna make the world just to me. Because i know how important that is for me to get that workout. Hey i you know they sent you ten years ago. I always in that place. Whereby nana this is the way i do and i say suspicion a mindset so we're fitness or business all right so not talking about thanks great. Thanks bye june as anybody any questions on stage with about ten minutes. If anybody's janette you question for mark. I have indeed love you to me amok great conversation so cost so i'm massively into by training and light beige irradiates costs of my daily routine trade most days on the moment. I'm struggling a little bit. Because i have a hair in my meniscus nine date so i'm having to be very careful i'm trying to do all the rehab stuff. I'm under a great a knee surgeon. Actually i'm i'm trying to avoid the surgery if i can Hopefully get better on. Its own in its own right but it takes time on. Obviously you know the mental side effects size. The me is one of the major benefits because it's a great way to the stress. My best ideas when i'm training at such site. I'm replacing the she talked about earlier. We resonated a lot with me. Because i'm trying to do the trading icon. Do with the injuries. I have got a lot of football yet cetera. But i just wanted to hear from you. If there are any other kind of tricks and tips how not to get crazy frustrating when you have an injury the yukon trying to the same intensity and you do have to you know still keep self guy we of course. No risk exacerbating the injury at saint thomas keeping this sort of mental wellbeing in tip top shape so i'm jeanette an custom. I thought i'd love to hear your opinion. Mark thank you for the question. I believe that Having the greater skill set that you have The greater understanding that you have training the more options that you'll have and that's that's great. You're asking this question because it's showing that you want to grow and you want to gain further knowledge so continue to ask questions There's a lot of fitness apps out there. And so the fitness apps Following people on instagram and things like that might encourage you to find some like when your knees hurt. It's kinda hard to do like let's say like a regular dead lift but then a stiff leg dead left is still something that can do. You can't really do a leg extension all that well but you can probably do a leg curl Using a leg press is something that might kind of hurt your knee but if you put your feet up high on a leg press it kinda gets ham and but'more hip circle like the circle can give you a great workout. You can walk sideways with forwards backwards. You can also follow Our buddy knees over toes ben. Patrick who's on instagram. And youtube We did a podcast with him on my power project. You can check out that episode. With ben patrick knees over toes guy Fantastic information on how to kinda rebuild the knee and he's had many many surgeries on his knees unfortunately had many many problems with his knees and nowadays can dunk basketball. His knees are very strong and so people do. That are hurt because i usually have them. Write down five things they can concentrate on. You know and things that you can't do. Let's just not even really worry about him because they're just not an option at the moment and so you know the the amount of exercises that.

"Because people can very easily make that a part of their life and i don't think there's there's really there's there's not an excuse excuses with going to the gym. I understand them. And i get it People not wanting to lift weights. I of get it. Maybe they'd just never gotten into it so i can. I can see it. i can understand it. I do think that everyone should lift weights. But i also understand that not. Everyone is going to want to. I do think some type of resistance work is important so Running hills are walking hills or Throwing a weight vest on and going for a walk You know running in the sand or even walking on the sand. But i think for most people i think they should really consider exercises and or just thinking about activity and what i mean by that is like going for a walk. Maybe before you go to the maybe before you go for a walk. Maybe you do know maybe fifty reps of of bodyweight squats onto a chair. Or maybe when you're on your walk every time you see a band she say you know what. I'm gonna do ten squads onto that. There's just no. I can't think of a person that can't incorporate that stuff into their life and it might be easier. Maybe every time. Someone uses the restroom. Maybe one day every time they use the restroom they do ups afterwards. maybe on maybe on the other days they do squats bodyweight spots We also had to kind of keep in mind. There's people that are kind of Physically handicapped right. And there's people that are mentally handicapped as well so there's people that have if people have a lot of pain and there's people that have a lot of trauma and so we need to introduce as many different ways of training the people that they can possibly think of An individual can buy like a twenty pound or ten kilo Kettle bell and get great exercise at home But some people don't like to exercise at home so they might have to have a different environment Whatever the case is we need to do the best job that we can the only way for this to really work and to have People in general feeling better and people Doing better is for us. People that exercise and people are into fitness to not judge not judge other people on why they're not more like us but encourage them to implement some of the stuff that we do in hopes that they can feel any bit of what we're feeling from it because you have made a decision to make it a non-negotiable part of your life. We can't inflect that somebody else. We can't we can't say. hey man. this stuff is fucking powerful. It's awesome it changed my life. I know for a fact. That's going to change your life as well you know. Come with me to the gym and that may work for some but for the most part you know coercion never really works. You know trying to force people to do stuff Trying to implement like laws like we see these kinds of things happen all the time It's not a great way to get people to do stuff. You know i i would rather i would rather have it. Be a to where any time. It's ever brought up where someone's frustrated with their weight. They can't get into a workout routine. You mentioned stuff to them in a way that is kind hearted and his lighthearted. And when you say hey will you know i. I know used to be into riding your bike. Ride your bike anymore. They say oh you know. I kinda tore something in my hip and i haven't been able to do that in a long time. And it kinda hurts and then you might say. Hey what about walking and this is where you kind of get into people saying the yeah buts the butts the butts but this is where you can also kind of mentioned if someone say. I'm just trying to assist you. You kind of brought it up that you want to exercise more. What do you think would be some great ways for you to get an exercise. Given the fact that you're hip is as banged up and you can't ride your bike anymore. Then you might start getting somewhere. Then they might say know. I used to swim all the time to say all that would be great. Maybe you should. Maybe you should you know. Joined that gym up again. That has a pool. East started to kind of allow people to get to these conclusions Kinda on your own. I think this is the way if there is such a thing. I think this is a way to raise. Your children is to try to get them steered in a direction that they start coming to their own conclusions but you did steer them in that direction On making a better choice between having a pepsi versus the diet pepsi versus having water type of thing. And so i think that's all we can do to encourage people to But but i do think as a human being. I think it's It's very important. And it's i think it's very obvious that we're supposed to move and we're supposed to You know not eat unhealthy each and every day and we're not supposed to overeat all the time but these are things that happen quite a bit. And i think we can walk other people through this process of a man this reasonable. Is it reasonable for you to figure out ways three or four times a week To have a diet plan that doesn't allow you to overeat and is it reasonable for you to have a couple of days a week. Maybe where you you get to enjoy a couple of things that have been on your mind or a couple of things that you really just love whether it be alcohol or candy or ice cream or pizza or whatever. I think we can get to all those things in a reasonable way. So i think the the panic the panic becomes when you start to take stuff away from people..

"Things actually are there physically kind of hard to overeat. There's probably a reason for that but anything outside of that you know. Now we're just kind of playing with stuff that's kind of manmade and not great for us and those things should be eaten in very very small moderation in my opinion so a lot of the science stuff i. I don't think there's really a ton of reasons to get too tied up and there's definitely not any reason to be handcuffed by to not allow you to make the progress that you wanna make love. Mark love that and now on on every single level and i'd love to have to pick your bryant live in a little bit more than that but very mindful of time and i said we got few people in the room ben nick. Michael mark antony genetics disjointed guys. If you want to ask a question please. Flashing mark mark's probably about another fifteen twenty minutes. So i want to try and get as much volume as possible answers. Yeah as many questions as you can so just a quick room. Respect room set. we've got mark. Bell andrews ever goes ak the pouch projects and so marks very commonly coming on to give some cunanan anything fitness life mindset will be guys we've got about fifty minutes anybody got question any produce cup stages got anything to ask. Mark a were here. Please flashing moist and so any questions. If as you please manage to yours auburn mark. Thank you for your insights things you said about. There's nothing new in the world in thinking. sometimes we we live in a society where people think. Oh i've got to know more nine more be successful now. You're talking in the context of in our health and bodybuilding etc. The principles utah kobe. You could apply to anywhere completely osa court like with your arguments around so having the time is precious and you you spend twenty years you first poverty life learning learning learning. And then you spend the rest of your own learning. So he's a nomadic. I only recently go into fitness gloss couple years and before that it was very much out when of tom wanted in and not changed my mindset to. This is a negotiable. Now what about anything but the white space is my question to you is. This is people. Have this notion around fitness at at eight. say for some people win In for me it's a non-negotiable more. Do you think we need to change. As a message. In society that people are growing up with non-negotiable looking offi soapstone graduate. This is how the bad food To to indulge yourself but keeping fit is as important as sleep or anything negoti. What did you think we need to change the ten messages. So that gets rid to people. S may downplay. Yeah i think a major thing to look at is Many folks probably would really benefit from just not looking at things as workouts Not even looking at things. Necessary exercise Looking at things as activity and or exercises so.

"I think people conflate the two things like we can get a lot of great information from the science but then a lot of times people will say. I only do evidence-based nutrition. Or i only evidence based training. Well to me evidence based stuff would would include bro science. It would include the stuff. That michael hearn shares would include The stuff that Phil heath might share. Include things from people. That aren't just material experts on hypertrophy. I think we make mistakes when we look at these doctors. And we're like that guy ain't shit. Why the hell whatever listen to him. I think that's a mistake but then also thinking that the guy that's super jacked is the material expert is probably mistake. Thinking the guy that's super. Jack is an idiot and that he's dumb is a big mistake. So why not kinda. Take the information from everywhere and utilize it and in regards to the Infamous fuck your elbow video. That was more. just somebody coming at me saying hey. I think you're irresponsible. Because you do have to think about your central nervous system when you're training and i took exception to that because i'm like dude i've been training for you. Don't think i know about the central nervous system. You don't think. I understand the value of not overtraining. All the time like of course. Of course i do but at the same time. If you're going to be great at anything there's gotta be a roll the dice here somewhere you cannot. You can't get away You can't get away unscathed like there's gonna be some scars. You're going to mess up. You're going to fail like failure is part of it. You're going to maybe potentially tear something you're gonna maybe potentially tweak something but you're not gonna be able to lift a hundred and thirty five pounds every single time you go to the gym and think that's going to start to result in some different response in your muscles. Your muscles get used to it too quickly and over time you'll have to train some. You have to change some sort of stimulus and when that when that particular response was given to me when someone was like. I can't believe you say fuck your elbow. My response was that we all regardless of what you do in this world regardless of what you do in life you're going to end up in pain you're going to end up with suffering you are going to end up Maybe in a wheelchair or maybe in a hospital bed if we're our best our best scenario is just a die in our sleep right. That's that's like the only thing that you can think of. It's like the most peaceful way so you just go to sleep one night and he just don't wake up Other than that you're gonna die some horrific death. You're going to drive your car off a cliff you're going to. You're going to get some crazy accident. You're going to have cancer. You're going to have a heart attack. You're going to fall and break a bone and then you're in the hospital then you get an infection and then you die. It doesn't matter if you're a good person or bad person. My whole point was look dude. We can sit here and fight about the science of shit and we can talk about the central nervous system and all these different things. But while you're on this earth you might as well be a bad motherfucker you might as well put your best foot forward and do anything and everything you possibly can to ensure that you're going to be the best and with that. Include you sitting there going through this rigorous testing and science and stuff like that or would you be better off just doing and learning from the doing that. You're doing and continue to kind build a build an arsenal of information that you have so you can continue to move forward. You can continue to swing that acts each and every single day and start to make a dent in that tracy you can finally knock it over. Otherwise i mean i think you're you're you're wasting a lot of time and i don't think i don't think time is very kind to us. We don't have tons of it. We have we have x. Amount of years that were out of school. You know here in the united states to mandatory that you go to school so you're locked into to a prison until you're eighteen years old. You're institutionalized until at least you're eighteen a lot of people end up going to college and then from twenty five to what fifty so you got twenty five years to like try to make the most of yourself right and you don't even have that because you have to find a job and you have to be tied to that forty hours a week so my whole point in in sharing some of these messages like man. Let's just think less. Let's make things a little more simple. Let's just go with what we know. There's a lot we know a lot already the already know a lot. There's no reason to go back and forth and try to how all these discussions about it. There's people who have been doing and nothing has changed. Nothing has changed in strength training you pick up weights and over a period of time you pick up more weight and your body responds to it and it gets stronger. The same thing goes for hypertrophy. Same thing goes with nutrition. What has changed in neutral nutrition science. I think all of nutrition science personally and this might be a short sighted view of mine. But i think it's all garbage because nothing has changed. Nothing will change. humans will never evolve to be able to eat peanut butter cups and orioles. If we did. I would love to be around for those times but we can eat meat. We can eat vegetables. We can eat fruit and we can do so in kind of large amounts and not have too much of a negative impact on ourselves.

"What what if it was k to get into where you all now in on all aspects of life as well not just business i think a big key for just about anybody is confidence and consistency. A when i was I think i have confidence from a having. Great parents and be Being physically capable of doing quite a bit. I was fairly athletic and able to mimic stuff. That coaches would teach and things like that so that gave me a lot of confidence. It made me feel good I think people need to find stuff that makes them feel really good. I know like the the school the classroom didn't make me feel very good at You it was put into special classes. And i just kind of learned in pick things up a lot slower. I don't know if i had like attention deficit disorder. I don't know if that was invented at that time. I don't know if that was around at that. Time and Forever reason that was very difficult for me but You know that actually ended up being a huge attribute of mine which i can now look back on and say oh my god. This has been a blessing of mind the entire time. Because i don't mind for things to take a long time because i kinda learn slowly anyway and so Even from some of the lifts and stuff people have seen me do they might not how slow and how cautious i am with a lot of the moves that i make There there's not always a lot of thought to my move but there's a is definitely i definitely like to take them Just like you take steps in the gym incremental progress over really really long period of time so confidence and consistency have been the biggest factors. I think just. I think anyone That you look at that. Successful would have that in their recipe. being confident and And being consistent the consistency will help with confidence. Actually because you'll actually be better. You know having a skillset is is really important so anyone. That's looking to make money anyone. That's looking to be successful in any category. If you wanna go as vertical as you possibly can in that category then you must become a material expert. You must learn a lot. You must absorb a lot and in my opinion. The only way that i could figure out how to do that is to be consistent. You could read books you could go to college. You could go to further schooling. You could go to technical school. you could You could just get around. People that are that are good in that particular thing like jitsu you can get around and you jitsu people. You wanna bodybuilding get around bodybuilders. You wanna powerlifting and get around powerlifters you could also go a different route and you could become strength coach and you can learn a lot about the sport that you're in or you can learn a lot about policy but whatever the case is you're gonna have to be immaterial expert in some way In order for you to be Really much of anything In that particular field or thing that you're trying to do the only way to get there is through consistency. Tim feroce step by step ferociously. That's right post the bet. Yeah absolutely yeah usa mark so just going to a quick room reset. i'm just mindful. we've got you for forty five minutes. Know that you've been a professional wrestler palace. The now you doing great things in business and inspiring many many people again. I'll let you take the reins man. We'll see if we can get some questions guy all right here we go so yeah all started when some asshole kicked my new york jets football into the woods and you can kind of cut to a rocky. Montage of meat training started lifting. When i was about twelve had two older brothers that were into lifting. My oldest brother was my childhood hero and He was big into football and big and lifting weights and so i followed in his footsteps and so did my brother chris. We've been a family that was Way into lifting weights way back before it was cool and not only were re into lifting weights. But we're also into powerlifting gym. That i kind of grew up in was a powerlifting type of facility although people didn't even call it powerlifting back then people were just into being big and strong and there was none of this No cardio equipment and things like that. People weren't talking about get skinny. People weren't talking about getting ripped they really just care about your performance and he cared about lifting heavy ask stuff. I started Lifting in a very young age and was immediately a little bit better than some of my friends. And i kinda recognized. Hey this is probably something that you should pursue. And so by the time i was about fourteen or so. I started compete. I broke some state. Records broke some national records and Just made me feel good about myself. And i wasn't The best in the classroom and so I had something kind of lean on or something to fall back on. That made me feel great about myself. i played a lot of Football i did track. I did boxing. I tried to do everything. I could to avoid powerlifting but it was always there. It's the girlfriend that i never wanted. That just kept coming back trying to annoy me And eventually i just gave up to it and surrendered to it and became powerlifter and eventually squad. Thousand eighty benched eight hundred fifty four pounds and dead. Lifted seven sixty six. Those are all equipped numbers. Where i wore bencher squat suit and things like that too. So people get a grasp of the type of lifting. I was doing because they might think man. Those numbers are absolutely insane. There are still heavy. No matter how you slice it but It was equipped powerlifting. At the time there was no raw power thing When i was coming through the ranks was just lifted and didn't really care what someone else War Gathered some professional wrestling for a while. And that's where i met people like john cena. The rock got to rub elbows with a lot of great individuals. And that kind of stuff. Help me recognize that. There's many different levels of success and there's many different levels of Genetics and all those kinds of things and it's been helpful for me to have that past Moving into the things that i do now and then also with professional wrestling. You have to have the gift of gab and be able to talk in front of people and That was tremendous in my development of being able to speak and once i got into powerlifting more as an adult i was like you know. I need to film this stuff. I need to share this with people. People are gonna think this dope. And so i started a youtube channel in two thousand seven. Probably about a year after youtube even started and Ben on social media from the jump and that is something that helped me to be known and then also something that helped me to be known as the film bigger stronger faster than my brother. Chris bell directed and People may know me from that or they may know me for my invention which is the slingshot a Support upper by device for bench. Press push ups and dips. And now i have a complete line of stuff that behind that elbow sleeves niece sleeves hip circles and so forth. And i guess kinda the rest is history from there so some people know me as a creator of some products some know me as a powerlifter and some people now me from the film bigger stronger faster about whatever i mean. I've i've i've folded for quite a few years and obviously now the success of sling. Charming up on your products as well and you know it's massive around the world but would you think was to become so successful from just be arrest..

"Really well and the giants in in the supplement industry. Then faulk yeah. I'm going to listen to some of that. I'm going to be open minded to some of those things. I'm honed in and focused on a lot of the things i'm working on as well. Yeah i don't know the exact same thing but it's something along. The lines of the nail that sticks out gets hammered right if somebody has some unconventional thoughts or You know processes or philosophies whatever they want to go against the grain. they're gonna received some backlash. How do you advise people to just how to deal with that sort of thing. I think I think you have to look at criticism in multiple ways. Sometimes you have to look at criticism and say. I don't think they understand me that well. I don't think they understand what i'm trying to do that. Well but then. Secondly i think you have to be open and honest about why. They don't understand what you're trying to do. It could very well be that your ideas stupid. You know there's a possibility that it's not great. There's a possibility that the criticism they have for you. Now if someone's is like if you post a picture like hey i just you know. I sewed this thing together like this. I'm made these gloves for motorcycles. Or or shooting. My new gun and the first comment is that looks dumb. That's not that's not a that's not a legitimate criticism that can be helpful in any way. it's not even worth engaging in in any way it's just somebody just literally just trying to shoot down what you said if someone If someone was to say. Oh my god i had the same handgun. I have the same problem. I wonder what it'd be like if the gloves were more like this now you got some you know or you have a family member who's like hey man you shirt like family members have weird ways word. Anything sometimes man. You sure you're going to go with that but maybe they have a legitimate question about it. Maybe they're not trying to just knock you down so be open minded and be looking for stuff and be open minded enough to recognize that as we say many times on this show hurt. People hurt people if someone's trying to hurt you because you have a cool idea you're trying to do something new or different. You're trying a new job. You're trying a new diet and somebody's trying to shoot that down. The next question is why are they trying to shoot this down. You only have to even ask them about it but you can sit there and think about it for a second and when you respond to them i mean you.

"News Talk 11 30 w Y es tan mark Belling late afternoon, Sean halfway obsessed on pointing out. The CBC rulings have nothing to do with science. Because, as you know, I think the key if you're a conservative to on Persuading people to your point of view is to be able to defend your opinion. Now again. For those of you who didn't hear the announcement today, and I think it's entirely political. Biden needed to have a win. The CDC has dropped the mask mandate for fully vaccinated Americans, with only a handful of exceptions crowded indoor places. But let's start with this. Now, remember, they've been telling everybody to follow CDC guidance. How is a workplace supposed to follow this guidance? Seriously. Let's imagine you're a company that wants to do exactly what the CDC is is advising. Tell me how you follow this. The only way they could follow. It is to require the employees to show proof of vaccination, right? I don't know any other way to do that. But is there any criteria by which a company could do that? Remember the CDC guidance didn't change anything for non vaccinated people. So there's no science behind this because they're telling. The CDC has said You don't have to require masks for people that are fully vaccinated, but there is no way in which most businesses sporting events. Entertainment venues or whatever can come up with a way of finding out whether or not somebody's fully vaccinated. So there's no way to use science to comply with this. They're not saying that we should have the vaccine passports either where people have to come in with these cards. They just threw it out there. And like I say, it's better than not throwing it out there because it's moving us toward opening up society. But so many of these businesses have used. The CDC has cover. You know if you're a department store. Just requiring mass unstable. The CDC is telling us the require massive and that's your answer to the people who don't want to have the masks on the hide behind it. What is the department store do now? Suppose you're Menard's that's been hiding. He had the CDC forever. What's their policies supposed to be? If they're following the CDC. Tell me how they do that. Forces, of course. Goodbye. No, but they've been saying they're following the CDC. Tell me how if you're Menard's you followed today. CDC guidelines. You can't There's no way to do it. The CDC guidelines are non vaccinated. People must wear masks. Fully vaccinated. People don't have to. So if you're a company like Menard's, they don't have any kind of provisions to put somebody at the door. And then what are they going to check Those vaccine cards? You get? That's the East. I got mine right here. Paul doesn't know what they look like because he's not been vaccinated. I show you this guy. Look at this. I don't have anything in my life more easily forged in this. This is not you tell even laminated. There's no computer chip imbedded in it. There's no code. There's this dumb bell little card that I have here. I know they're not gonna ask for it. That's my point. It is impossible to comply with the CDC guidance that was issued today. So much for using science. So if a business is going to err on the side of safety, they'll continue to require the mast, which will enrage customers who don't want America where Mass because they could say the CDC just said. I don't have to do it. Consistent ruling from the CDC. What had been to draft the mask mandate all together that we have enough people that are vaccinated? We don't have to worry about the spread. And to me the logical answer. I would give Is the people who have chosen not to be vaccinated. We're not. We shouldn't be worrying about If people have made the decision not to be vaccinated, who in the world cares if they get covert or not? I don't wanna sound ghoulish. But if the premise here for lifting the requirement is enough people have been vaccinated. Why are you doing anything for the people who have in bed? Paul said he was at a WalMart without it. So you're saying a lot of these stores aren't enforcing the rules as it is? For the communities like Milwaukee that have been using CDC as the guidance that they've had to put the rules on themselves. I don't think you could go into a woman and By the way, there's a story I was going to tell earlier this week. I might have this wrong, but I don't think I do. It was in the wall Green, one of the Walgreens in West Allis here. It's possible I mixed up two separate first of all. You notice that world people are beginning to look more and more alike, especially whether behind the masks. I was in a Walgreens that there's over walk into the Walgreens. She'd never mascot even they require Master the wars is the signs right in front of the store. Maybe they're two different people. Paul. I went to my car. And I saw the same woman outside. She had a mascot. I just I have to have this Rog. I believe I saw the woman indoors with people without the mask and then outdoors by herself with the mass God. It's possible and maybe likely they were to step. I mean, it's like 10 30 in the morning. How many old ladies were they? Look, I think it was the same one. Well, there is this. This is the ultimate what Biden is that in this country, He's made literally everybody crazy. Maybe she's old, and she's mixed up about the rules. And she saw the sign for the mask on the way out and figured I better put. I don't know. Maybe she forgot to put it on when she went into the store, and then she got to the car, Remember? I really don't know. Give you the five o'clock our word. Spring Green.

"This is the mark Belling late afternoon show News Talk 11 30 W. We've obviously spent a lot of time over the last number of weeks discussing the situation in Wauwatosa, a community that I think Literally invited problems that it is facing right now without going into all of the background that most of you know. A situation that boiled over involving officer MENSA began after Liberal leaders in Wauwatosa. Posted together organization led by Alderman Heather Cool, demanded to have a number of public hearings and discussions on the type of policing that they have in Wauwatosa. This created a scenario where radical outsiders realise that Wauwatosa was a place that they could come in and apply pressure because they had people on the inside that we're going to do some of the work for them. They came in and applied this pressure by disrupting community meetings, yelling and screaming, and so on. And the majority of the people who run Wauwatosa didn't know how to respond, and they did the worst thing that they possibly could D'oh. They threw Daniel in the lion's dead. They sacrificed officer menses career, figuring, Okay, will ruin menses life. Now they'll get off our back. Well, they haven't gotten off their backs. Instead, the protests have picked up in volatility. It's every single night. They're marching from well street on west through people's neighborhoods carry on making a racket. They have not been deterred even by the fact that criminal charges have been brought after a shotgun was fired into the home. Of officer menses girlfriend after a violent protests occurred outside of her home. The situation in Wauwatosa is out of control. And it seems to me that wall but toasters, community leaders show no backbone, our leadership it all by that enforcing any of their community laws. That's the backdrop for I guess that we have on the program right now. A couple of weeks ago, Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner, who's that district kind of just around Wauwatosa and over the years is either represented Wauwatosa or has it depending on how the district lines were drawn in that decade, has been closely watching this issue in Congressman Sensenbrenner offered federal law enforcement or federal assistance. Gualberto see if necessary to try to restore order in the community, and he joins us right now. Congress and Good afternoon. Good afternoon. How are you doing? Mark? I'm great. You have some thoughts on the situation in Wauwatosa, you wade in and I could tell that You're bothered by seeing right now I think what they think Part of it's still in your congressional district. And part is not all right is all of it is right now. You think I would know that, given that they were at the end of the 10 year cycle, and I'll have to learn all the new districts after they do them again. So you have all of all my Tosa in your district, So it kind of starts involve a toast and then kind of beers off north and West. And so it any way you have some thoughts on the situation going on with the policing in the community disturbances, and so I don't know. Just ask you to share what you have to say. But what Tosa is getting a reputation of not being a safe place. The will And that's going to impact on property values, the equity and people's homes and if the Mayfair mall ends up going away of Northridge and ends up having closed There is going to be a huge hit on the Tosa tax base, and the schools get most of the money from the property taxes, so the people who are concerned about good education and money to pay for it. And while Sosa You know you're going to end up seeing their school starved for money. Um and the quality of education is going to go down there. And that's the consequence of the fact that The torso Officials basically have no ignored, far left waiting. Misconduct on this is nothing new Senator who clear and I during the act end debate. Had a town meeting in the Tosa library. My staff worked very closely with the police and the fire marshal to make sure that there was a police presence there. And the room was not jammed past the capacity that the fire marshal except well, 20 minutes before the meeting started the then very liberal librarian. Came and told the police to go away to let everybody in and it's a good thing that nobody had a medical emergency during the meeting because the MPs would not have been able to come in and help out the person who has gotten ill. You know, I'm finally after 20 minutes. I had a German meeting. You know, when one teacher would not allow Senator Rukh Mir two AA answer. Ah, any questions and I told them Three times to let the senator answer the question, and if he would not allow her to do that the meeting would be adjourned and the other people who wanted to speak would not have a chance. Well, he went ballistic. I adjourned the meeting. Uh, somebody took a video of it Got on Fox News the next morning, heavily bleeped. I might add him walking out with his three year old daughter. And nothing happened as a result of that, you know, fast forward 2016 and 2017. My toaster town meetings, you know, were such that the so called indivisible organization. You know, ended up shouting and screaming and interrupting and intimidating people didn't agree with them. Ah, you know, I didn't have to adjourn any of these meetings. But you know it was disrespectful and boorish behavior, not just to me or senator vote there. But everybody else in the room. Ah, and again, you know, nothing happened there. So this is something that has been building and building and building. Go on. It's about time that people who are running toasts and now you know, led by the mayor and older person, cool and state representative fighting was been a part of that group. You know and end up standing up for the people who elected them, you know, to make sure that we don't see this erosion and tax base and perhaps the oldest closing of Mayfair were a lot of race to raise two very compelling areas. First, the fact that the erosion of civility in Wauwatosa Has been going on for some time you mentioned act 10 and part of was, you know, Walker's home was right a lot near near bloom on which skirts Milwaukee and Wauwatosa and a lot of liberal people have moved into what toast after the loss of the residency rules and so on, and they've chosen to agitate there and then the situation now in which it seems to me and I do believe it is the goal of the protesters to Shut down Mayfair. They want to make a suburb pay and they're going to. They're focusing on the suburb that they think is helping them suffer. What toast is not fighting the back. I want to go back for a moment, though, and deal with the first part before we get to the police protests that are going on. Right now. For those of you who don't know Congressman Sensenbrenner's background. You've been a staunch supporter of civil rights and free speech. You in fact, for one of the Republicans who broke ranks with some members of your party in supporting an extension of the Voting Rights Act, and you have been a strong and compelling advocate. Of not only civil rights but the rights of free speech and individual liberties. But that's what's being turned on its ear. Here. In what toast that you have a group that is not interested in free speech. They're interested in bullying and shutting up. Everyone else They don't want order. They wanna walk all over everyone else's rights. And I think back to the town meetings that you used to hold. In fact, just Jim Sensenbrenner, celebrating with greatest ever you'd be up in the front and you'd have a gavel. And when people get out of bed, you'd be wrapping your gavel. The point was that people get to have their say it asked their question, but they don't get to yell and scream and be right. And bully other people in the room or you or anyone else and what's happened in Wauwatosa more so even than Milwaukee, which is certainly liberal. There has been this lack of any respect at all of anyone else because the people in charge of the community have allowed chaos and disorder. Terrain without any limiter restriction, and that tramples on everybody else's rights. Well, that spot on Mark and you know, I.

But the only comparisons you're going to find I'm your guest host for today, though. I am former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke. Got a couple disclaimers that I always start these shows with no matter who I'm filling in for and what an honor. It is to sit in these chairs for this microphone and and get the whole see shows. First disclaimers that this is the mark billing, late afternoon show. Mark Belling is a brand mark. Belling is good at what he does. He has perfected his craft if you will. It's been over a long period of time, and he is Collected an audience of people that tune in everyday high ratings the tune in for reason. I want to hear his take on things. And You all are his Listeners. You're not my listeners. Have been as I like to say, handed the Keys to the Lamborghini. That's what I like in the mark Belling late afternoon show brand to a blabber guinea. Every once in a while. Give me the keys and trust me with the keys. They give me the latitude to give you my opinion on things without damaging the brand. I take advantage of that. So if I say anything out of line in terms of, you know, Mark wouldn't say that Mark wouldn't believe that. You know, don't worry about it. Life's too short. Take it out on me. Don't take it out on Mark. The only restriction That Mark Belling gives me is he says, Oh, no, I don't mind if you want to redline it, you know, get out there and he heads a little bit. But the Lamborghini Just don't wrap it around a tree. Don't run it into a ditch. As long as you don't do that, I'll be fine, so he always has my word that I will not run his brand into the ditch. Other than that. You're going to hear my take on some of these things that I'm going to bring up today. That's the first disclaimer. The other thing is another thing. I want to talk about little self promotion here while I'm at it. You get a chance, buy and read my book Cop under fire Beyond hashtags of race crime in politics for a Better America. You can follow me on parlor, P. R. L E. R at share of Clark. Clark is within the arc. I quit Twitter. I quit Twitter a long time ago. I was tired of Twitter suspending me for my speech. Where they're suspending. People for just stuff that they just don't agree with. It has nothing to do with whether it's appropriate or not. When you can't get on there and just say anything you want, But if you express a view that they don't agree with They suspend you and I thought I'm not doing this. So I heard about this other site parlour. It is growing. It's not his biggest Twitter. President Trump is on there now, many of Ah Many people who are associated with the president around there. Now it's grown, and I don't know, maybe 345 months. I'm closing in on 200,000 followers, which is pretty good because it's a smaller site. But it is growing. And you want some good? Commentary might take on things. I usually link it to some articles, so I'll just get on there and say, you know, Democrats Suck. There's nothing intelligent about that. So I find an article and I say, Here's my take on it. So follow me on on parlor and also my website America sheriff dot com You can go there and follow me as well. Now that we got that stuff out of the way I give you the sizzling summer cash contest. Word. In the text. Word is or text the word win. W and win too. 202 100. You'll get a text confirming entry. Plus I heart radio info, standard data and message rates apply in this nationwide contest at sea would get a winner. The mark building late afternoon show. Here's what I want to start. Masks. The issue of masks. As a response to this covert 19 or Corona virus. Now that the governor governor, Evers says. Issued an edict and order as the force of law, but they'd like to Make you think it does. Well, you now have to wear a mask. If you go outside you in a public place. Mandatory masks. No. This about Governor Evers. And and basically, I'm talking to the audience here, but more so for the GOP, the state GOP and and the GOP in the state Legislature. If Governor Evers says, I don't have the authority to do something trust that he's going To do it. That should be a signal to you. That should Make you get your ducks lined up. Get your ducks in a row. A contest. Whatever he does. If Tony Evers says, I don't have the authority to do it, trust that he's going to do it. Let me give you an example. Back in February, Governor Evers said he did not have the authority to cancel the spring election. Remember that?.

"Mark Belling the afternoon show we were talking about that fake video that's been posted on there that implies that a bunch of Milwaukee Wisconsin cops were harassing support woman for violating the stay at home water apparently there's more legitimacy to the video that I thought as usual I'm the most cynical and suspicious guy in the world I'm gonna catch every big thing that the reason I love it probably throw I'll probably throw back into the waters of actual fish there are fake components to it the latest that we've gotten is the Calumet county sheriff's department is fessing up a claim against them but they claimed the video was edited at a lot of the ideas added components for things that I had picked up on in suggesting that the thing is fake ad they're pointing out that they've been back and forth with the same home forever and ever and ever and some of the things that I had picked up on about the logo's and so on they were actually deliberately obscurity in the video which I thought meant they were fake it in fact they were simply trying to avoid identified where was that the video was added to the point that I was making earlier in the program and I didn't want people to miss this point is without regard to who the video is a where it is and so what you have people that see things out there and automatically accept everything that they see as gospel and it's not just a problem on the left it's everywhere and it's what happens when we don't allow ourselves to be open minded about things cancer we had the five o'clock hour this week at least I think we've had more five o'clock winners than any of the other hours in this contest Paul this up well at least we think this I know that there's been some six it's all just coincidence but we are up to now it's just astonishing we have an eighty eight this is a national contest and we have hundreds I think it's seven or eight hundred stations the take part of this thing in summer and really big cities eighteen winners just on my show the odds of that are by random impossible to imagine what course it's not random we have a large audience of people pay close attention I and so on I think for thirty eight or thirty nine of the station altogether but just eighteen on my program add up all the contest that we have done of these instead when type contest texted when kind has the power to the past of the Las Vegas Strip one which way that they got it just underneath the wire that's always been the one that has the most workers to my station and I just assume that that's because somebody peoples had to like going to Las Vegas but this one now tops that ad I think it's probably we have a lot of people listening to my show and W. Y. as in general because we're not offering the same take as everybody else on the virus and there are a fair number of people who really could use the money right now and maybe in the past they are not thousand I'm not gonna what I'm not going to win and I just think more people are trying to win and taking part from my program because of this the end you know the if we didn't have any winners some are stationed here ever and somewhat this to be a pain in the **** to keep doing this and I'm sure some stations you know in certain cities where they've had one winner in four years and there are some like that they're sick of reading these words and so on but we're happy to do it I mean eighteen winners just had my show is eighteen thousand dollars distributed to the audience at that's actual real body there so anyway the word for this hour is called is there a more inappropriate words or by shelf what what part is that the words are all part of the same theme of they they're they're they're at that young but to do that paddock yeah but I kind of let me say the correct word to somebody had said in the robin Cobb it's Cobb C. A. L. M. dot com you have until six PM texting com two two hundred two hundred instantly with a thousand dollars in cash to get a text confirming entry plus I heart radio info Saturday messages a playa this nationwide contest shop we chose the words in the these are the kinds of words you would just expect that the mayor of oak creek could be ready if you do writing a contest over there at their out at their regular day radio station anyway it's it's all working out and so on up the Gilead sciences story and I always pronounce this wrong Radisson I think that's the name of the drug this is a big deal not yet it's not reverse it if they are effective wow look at that it came right up on the TV screen at the time I ram ram Dessa for I can't say it I just can't say it ram ram ram December is that it ran December does that sound right but whatever it is the Gilead drug has come through a clinical trial with thumbs up and it got in terms of what the media loves the ultimate thumbs up Fauci raving about it I want to talk about this the impact of this and how it's going to affect the call the dial eighteen story if indeed we Kerr we are now on the verge of developing treatments that not only anecdotally we think work but actually get cleared and approved be a clinic clinical trials five ten new stock eleven thirty WISN before us stands in order and circling the free sectors of this city part of a vast system of barriers that divides the entire state of Wisconsin standing before his Mrs every person is a sconce night separated from his fellow sconce nights everyone is Wisconsin I forced to look through locked doors as long as this quarter stands as long as this star of order is permitted to stand it is not.

"Operable walkie this is the mark Belling late afternoon show on newstalk eleven thirty W. I. S. and the following is a reflection sadly of either by age or the fact that I know too many people that are out of shape if what do you think the story is going to be that could be almost anything right now the whole in the last segment I was talking about the fact that I think very few people unless you happen to you know you're if somebody lives or works in a nursing home or you're an African American who lives in the central city where the numbers are disproportionately higher than they are elsewhere very few people know someone personally who has died from Corbett ninety in in fact most people may not even know anybody who has tested positive for it it's that rare yeah we're acting as though it's so Cobbett and again my cabbie ideas I believe the zillions of people have had it but never had any symptoms and many of them have already gone through it I am a believer that this state is easily transmitted and in almost all cases very very minor and only hits you hard if you have an underlying condition that's my thought on this it dawned on me how many people I know that it had a hip replacement for that list would go out on and on and on do you know anybody yet you do you just start probably but know that that you had that also he does you know way more than what because I know some people that have had it in you know them too but they probably just never told you that they had it and if it's not if they have a hip roof actually people that hip replacements they all talk about it you know why it's going to get to my point of the segment you don't have people that it replaces all talk about it not what not because the because the surgery in almost all cases is that god said and it works same thing with the knee replacement you've driveway it's had the knee replacement give yourself ten years it'll be half the people yourself it's got the ball said maybe have the people who are awaiting hip replacement surgery knee replacement surgery I could tell from the stories they tell me they're miserable they are in intense pain and often they have to turn to opioids the thing that I hear on the hip replacement is the day you walk out of the hospital you're fine it's a little bit of recovery time but it's an almost instantaneous improvement the only ramification is the pain you still feel from the cutting that they get on your body but the hip is instantly better how do you like to be somebody that was scheduled for a hip replacement ten mile they made the appointment for you February the third they could find to get you in on April sixteenth and you were looking for what I'm counting the days toward getting out of this misery that you're in and now you've been shot backed the August twenty seventh because they've all been called off for three months so that means the backlog it's not just you that's called off its everybody else and once they start resulting in June and July you got a way to do all the way back to that how do you like to be that guy what is your hip replacement being postponed after with cover ninety nothing nothing other than that the hospitals are do what any of these procedures on the call that I'm a lot because of the influx of calls at nineteen patients that has not happened I have tried to illustrate the numerous consequences here of these decisions that have been made how many people will turn to the opioids because their pain is so bad and then become addicted to that how many problems have we created with underlying conditions that are going to be made worse creating serious medical problems are people because we have denied coverage to millions of Americans at any number of different kinds of situations because of a fear of an influx of calls at nineteen patients over taxing the system that has not occurred and while I'm on this ranch which is essentially been the entire program in response to the state legislature completing passage today of legislation that includes a few good things on speeding up the aid and by the way I'm about five minutes away from discussing the fact that if you're trying to get out of plumbing compensation get used to hearing busy signals that they worked into that legislation legislation granting blanket immunity to healthcare facilities that have abandoned the vast majority of their patients to cover their **** in case there was an influx of Colbert nineteen patients that we now know did not occur at a state legislature that consists of a majority of Republicans in both chambers who went to Madison this week to pass emergency legislation but did nothing to address the shut down some businesses did nothing to address your Kodi add orders of businesses that have been ordered to close for no good reason and I've done nothing to address the disgraceful decision to close Wisconsin state parks without laying off the apparently too lazy DNR officials who were tired that they had a cap pick up a couple of gloves along the trail I'm going to get to and above enter the busy signals people have had to put up with in calling for unemployment but I'm gonna make another point here and some will say it's a cheap shot I don't think it is a cheap shot I don't think any of my shots today of the cheap shots do you think they're cheap shots or do you think that there simply hard hitting shots that were needed to be a may need I you know whatever some bill is passed I get a press release from the Republican officials around here I don't get too many for the Democrats yelp what it kills some of the staffers do these legislators to write the press release unique to their own member as opposed to me getting thirteen copies of the exact same press release in thirteen different Republican state senators just slap your name on the top of the press release and set out the exact same one the twelve thirteen fourteen other senators sent out you could say what's the point of that they're all saying the same happy talk gobbledygook at it that's all true except for the fact that they don't have anything else to do what none of them have been furloughed or is it that they're all race at home and putting their mascot while collecting a full paycheck and then not showing any concern at all about their Republican constituents around the state of Wisconsin who have lost their jobs as I said earlier with regard to Tony Evers I'm gonna try this not a Republican lawmakers if they were forced to start for allowing their staffs may be they would be reacting with a little bit greater sense of urgency then the cavalier nature that they put together a slapdash lousy piece of legislation to do a few good things to a few terrible things and not address any of the major concerns that we have right now in Wisconsin and that bend over backwards patting one another on the back after all putting out the exact same press release saying the same bag how old were bipartisan yeah you're showing about the same good judgment the twenty verses showing in his management of the whole thing and now it's a short but such brilliant actually kind of brilliant polite not that I don't know this because we're fortunate enough to be essential and we're still working so we haven't had a file for unemployment but I have heard from about ninety seven thousand people that if you try to file for unemployment I called it the hotline number that all you get is a busy signal and they are deposit on the website or the website it's down and if you need to call in because of some issue that you have it's just busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy here's my point how come we have not transferred any of the other state government workers who have been for a lot of work or working at home already in in in other areas that are needed to go over and may have the unemployment compensation lines don't tell me that the UP Kerr by trading that is soul log that you could never get what eight to four thirty or nine to five is the only hours they offer it we could for a lot of people who weren't doing anything to pay overtime to the people who are doing that to answer the phones but no no no we're not going to do that we're not going to win the legislation that we passed today the K. blanket immunity to hospital companies do anything to start providing not even basic service service somewhere I love the look above the level of atrocious to all the people that are trying to file for unemployment Eberts puts everybody out of work and now makes it almost impossible for them to contact anyone to actually get the unemployment compensation but they have to get because he's ordered them to stop working in fact maybe we could volunteer some of those staffers from members of the state legislature including those that didn't research the impact of blanket immunity at a side then they answer some of the unemployment compensation phone lights if there is a single legislative staffer that was still in the capital after three oh five this afternoon well we can't come into work we might give the virus to somebody else as you said home and doing next to nothing without being furloughed a collecting a full paycheck too lazy to write an original press release from your boss bragging for passing one of the dumber bills they've ever passed as I say I would have much more patience on all of this were it not for the fact that we are facing a crisis in the state with regard to the denial of health care that neither political party is choosing to address that the Democrats have made worse by actually ordering some health care workers and putting them into nonessential categories such as all of the cosmetic type procedures but I want to make it clear here that the hospital companies themselves are the ones that have postponed rather east central procedures like the joint replacement surgeries like the prostate cast like almost all of the lab work like virtually every physical examination by literally not even allowing doctors were willing to do it in their nurses were willing to do it to come in and provide I am going to predict that more people die in the state of Wisconsin from being denied coverage being denied health care for other conditions that will die of covered ninety that's what I believe will happen apparently none of those lives matter those folks have all been worth it I would tell you which one of your members of the state legislature to complain to about that but as I say they are all awaiting wrist surgery from the excessive padding up the backs that they have done for passing their bill today that gives blanket immunity to healthcare companies that are guilty of a betrayal of their responsibility to Wisconsinites I know there's a strong language strong words that have offered up to date they are necessary somebody's got to start paying attention to this the idiocy of telling someone who is in need of serious medical treatment for important things that they can't see their doctor for three months well the hospital is over run because the cold today Kenyan flex never occurred five fifty.

"W. Y. S. and mark Belling late afternoon she always your publishes those ones are when you have the big you know the big lottery jackpots I'd be the really big huge wads of the of the roll over the multistate ones the ones with other combinations of numbers that everybody always says everybody always says I'm not lucky I never win anything that's what everybody always says you don't really know if you're like your dad because most of these things to talk about are hard to win it and most people don't with the I know that what I told people about strokes of luck that I've had off but I I could tell people don't believe me for instance I've mentioned once that was the last Vegas I got to royal flushes play video poker the same night that's still boggles my mind and what I've said I people they I know people think I'm making that up well I don't make things up you don't be to make things up but I tell stories of the year let's make it up what I say I don't know what I would say a lot of people they'll the gambling stuff is the sort of thing that people can make things up like when you hear somebody is how you do a Los Vegas I did okay that means they lost much I had a big that means maybe they broke even they say oh I did terrible that means they were busted crap doubted wiped out I mean I consider that a crack I lose track I think it's for I believe in I don't go out to Vegas much anymore and I don't play video poker at Potawatomi I think it's for real flesh is in my life I don't play slot machines I play table games sports sources but what I do play a machine it would be video poker because it's not really a game of skill but it's sort of a game of skill but in the end it still locked the cards that you get a getting a royal flush is aside from you know would want to go for it but not is still locked in the chances of it are very very remote in doing so but the point that I make is the zip yeah my lucky I I mean I don't think I yeah but I mean I've won and stuff that are I went into a place that has those pull tabs in the biggest money you know what a pull tab is don't you you pull the strip is cited it's usually it's one back to backs five Bucks ten Bucks or a hundred Bucks in the basket joy idea of them are duds I wanted a place they just got the thing add to that big huge thing you told me there are two hundred dollar ones in there the second what I pull off was one of the one hundred so I beat yeah my lucky or buy one of these people all I've ever with anything I never win anything I never win anything I never win anything I really don't know the answer to that but I suspect that a lot of people who say that they they just don't consider themselves lucky they have about the same rate of like is does everybody else so they're probably right there with the all with the odds I want to share a story with you about someone is passing herself off as a judge we're talking to the program what was were you brought up to think about it there's always a doctorate it we talked about the sex toys Paul apparently watches the sex toy ads where you watching the cities where the lady that so it's hard not to watch that what we would it's hard you you obviously stop and watch your Kerry why are you curious it's all ranges that they're like she's you know doing the you know watch of the year and that I know their show at all that stuff that is a basic actually know that if they give it I I buy it I know my attention span of the whole thing is I just Paul says he does it keep it out anyway we always bring in some like doctor to give this credibility what's something how it's helping your sex life figure well adjusted at all this stuff and we're cabinet yearly you know dog god well that's not a medical that somebody who maybe has a PhD in like Latin they put a white they put a white coat out of the whole thing that they always at a you know maybe it is a doctor somebody who can't actually get any patients and everything else on the go rent themselves out for the sex toy things but they probably are a doctor or they wouldn't be saying a doctor but that doesn't mean they're a medical doctor they're not likely to be a dad as direct tire a cracked or either it's likely to be something that is a doctor but it's nothing to do with anything you would have anything to do with the sex toys but a judge is not something that you could just I don't know if there are any standards in the canons of ethics in the legal profession which seem to be pretty thin to begin with can a lawyer who's that a judge pass him or herself opposite judge it is that considered to be raw egg well I don't know if it's ethically rugged out according to the standards of get you know the canons of the legal profession and so on but I will tell you about somebody's do it she's running for judge in Waukesha county but she's not a judge as you may know yesterday was the filing deadline for the spring elections all the love all the local races all your local school board races all the county executive elections and all the judicial races that are on the ballot I've decided that rather than try to cover all of this in a segment but just to cover the races as we go over the next few weeks rather than do one saw this person's better for this in this person's running for that anyway there it's election for Waukesha county judge it's a vacant seat lead reference juniors retiring so there's a vacancy on the Waukesha county circuit court bench one of the candidates that's writing is named cerra pona S. P. O. at eighty eight she's an attorney in private practice in Waukesha county her website is judge Paul at dak top the email address that you said to if you want to send a question to her is info at judge Poe death doc top that's the domain name for her website judge pulled at the maybe she's gonna win she's not a judge I checked a number of other candidates that are running for judge around the region to add not a devil are and yet judges are doing that usually what they do or you'll have a on a website name like let's imagine I was running for judge like battling for judge or vote battling for judge or something like that but unless you actually are a courageous judge running for reelection you don't call yourself judge in your website or in your advertising no there is a slight exception that I've seen in the past okay usually somebody will be safe I made a simple judge that's like traffic judge in a small community and they're running for county circuit judge they may call themselves I'm judge so and so right well that's technically true the it may be a low level judge but they're a judge bass said what I've been able to find out their opponents website she doesn't state that she's a municipal judge anywhere so I don't believe that she's a judge of any type I tried to contact a today I email that are at her at both her law office add at the sight of the campaign website and as of twenty five minutes ago which is the last chance I had to check my emails she had not responded back to me at the email address that I gave her but I was asking her are you would judge do you think it's proper for you to claim at all add in terms of the website debate she didn't have to choose judge poor that you could at that point after judge or something like that is everybody else would do so she tried to create the impression since the judge I don't know why you would say your age your call yourself judge if I call myself judge Ballinger does this sound like a passive myself up as a judge I think the answer is yes twenty Zelinsky is rather for bear should he call himself mayor is a let's see I'd say no but I think it's more serious with the judge when you say judge before your neighbor your not I mean for heaven's sake she going to court in front of these judges are supposed to swear at all with she would not be able let our old court to be able to swear or to swear an oath that she is so she said she had better website so the set of Sir upon at this any way of justifying this and she wants to tell me what the explanation is for calling our website judge pulled at that comment if she somehow going to claim that you've not tried to pass itself off as a judge great you in the website no where does it say I'm a judge and I'm not saying she's the only person who's ever done this it's the only one that I'm aware of but somebody else who is not something may have a website it which they tried to create the impression that they are the fact that she didn't get back to me and offer up an explanation tells me that she did much care what I think are much much the people of Waukesha county who listen to my show thing but if she does offer up an explanation for why she's passed it herself opposite judge when she's not a judge I'll be more than happy to share that with my audience my guess is she'll say well I'm new at this this is what they always say I'm new at this and this is what my campaign adviser told me to do as if a veteran lawyer doesn't know that you're not supposed to call yourself judge it back if you're not if you are not in fact a judge but that's my guess is the what her answer will be if she chooses to offer up at Sir so she's listening right now because I'm talking about her nine judge pulled out two calls yourself judge mode at I. ready for that answer that yes throughout the U. at a campaign adviser who told you to do it and you didn't know any better because you've never run for office it's better it's better it's better it's four fifty four do stock eleven thirty WYSIWYG now let's see if your vision is twenty twenty please look the guy charted tell me what you see is the bottom line I see two point nine nine ten that's the bottom line or I'm not Gina dello from two point nine nine ten actually it's two point nine nine.

"This is the mark Belling late afternoon show on newstalk eleven thirty W. I. S. at now yesterday on the program the first half hour of the show was kind of screwed up because we were having some issues of their broadcast signal that our engineering staff is still working got it it's been coming off your there and this that and the other thing it so why did we initially thought that it had something to do with the headphones that Paul gave me for Christmas so we don't think that that's the case what you're doing in there what's going on right now Paul trying to figure out what what I'm talking about somebody's coming in to deal with this oh okay so we don't think it's the headphones that Paul gave me but I put them back on and if this problem starts up again I am going to be convinced that it is they had pulled the Paul Gaby because that would be too much of a coincidence anyway the date today being the middle of a holiday period the only time that it's actually appropriate to use the word holidays as opposed to Christmas Honecker whatever wide you're celebrating because we are in the middle of a holiday period an overlapping what it is still Hanukkah I think it's still quads of for the four of you that that that celebrate contact and it is between Christmas and new years apart of the Christmas season given that it's a Friday during that I was debating whether or not to do what normal show that we normally do and have the same amount of hard news god yet disable on a soft stuff for the same amount of good to go around it so I'd I don't have any exclusive stories to report or anything like that or anything to break today that would so the fire med op ed decided what kind of a show to do because obviously the mindset of the audience is different and the listening patterns that we have today are different I would guess that if those of you that are employed people less than half of you are working today got a remarkable when you think of it it's still for most companies it is a work day but all across the American workforce this week the week of Christmas and really next week until after new years they started probably I guess said Thursday lots of vacations and lots of people having time off at a lot of companies scaling back and so on for instance it's not a holiday and our our station but it's like a ghost out in our building every day the sales people that are needed here what a how do they are they taking vacation or do they just not come in for work well I I don't know the answer to that because a sales person is generally judge that how much they sell it you know it's like me I don't have any other than this time that I'm on the year there's not a requirement that I did the building by nine thirty in the morning or for that matter five to three I'm judged on the work product that I do here at the responsibilities that I have including the show and whatever else that they give me to do it's up to me to decide how much I have to be in the building at all to do it because I judge that the quality of the work product but people have jobs like that you know there's a lot of this that and the other thing it here and there and so I during this week so anyway here's what I've come up with we do have one thing that we have to do a today show because it's part of the regular format of the program and that is will be doing a football taking contest right at the tail end of the show we generally say five forty five and it usually starts the year give or take a couple of minutes either way sometimes he started a little bit early and sometimes is that a little bit late but to be at five forty five we won't have an opportunity for a listener to be able to participate in the contest this week because our audience contested for the last three weeks keeps on winning it he'll be going for four in a row after today there are four weeks left in our contest so he still does have a chance to win the grand prize of fifty thousand dollars if you can pull off eight in a row which of the history of our contest only one person has ever done Paul do you know that but I don't distract you ready to get their Paul I mean okay what a bother your anything by you know doing the radio program or to think about no I did just that I don't know what why we fixing the problem well okay are you suggesting I'm getting in the way of the fixing of the problem you would help if I could talk to him as opposed to doing the show will maybe our engineers to come in before the show starts to bother you that up if good all right all right Paul is telling me that we should have the highest priority being having the engineer at the studio bother you a bit as you know I think that we should not be doing that sort of thing but that's neither here to there so we start the program I have a dispatch or you got I and I got a spat the entire showed out today he he he's got me kicked about that's good anyway what I was asking is to see if you add that this is an important question read you recall who the only person he is ever to get aid at it correct in Aurora football that that's me all right all right all right out here we go with that yes that would be be so anywhere ID it's good as that will be around to make that pick when we do our football contest a little bit later on in the program I of all the stories though that have happened over the last it's a weird week of course the last two days the one that I have gotten the most reaction to and the people that offer the most input I'd it's the weirdest what in the state of Wisconsin this week it actually didn't happen this week but it got a lot of news coverage this week and is now gone national that's a story about Kabir go by should be a male of the former Green Bay Packer pass rusher a defensive lineman who still lives in Green Bay and was involved in a bizarre incident at a school in a church earlier this week that is shine light on what's been going on in his life add the alarm that his situation is now presenting to people I was thinking about this that I was trying to decide whether or not I wanted to poke into the story or not at this is what I've come up with for those of you who don't know what we're talking about here I'll give you the background that is so that you can comment added intelligently or at least think about it intelligently by the angle I want to take on this is what are we supposed to deal when somebody is exhibiting signs that could be interpreted as dangerous it could be interpreted is simply an American citizen what aid to live his life with the views that he has prior to nine eleven I think we had said that question by erring on the side of letting people have the believes that they what I have and say well what that person's thinking you're doing mind your own business leave it alone it's not like before nine eleven we never had any mass shootings or terrorism or anything like that but nine eleven did change everything since then in the nearly twenty years since nine eleven we not only have the problem of Muslim terrorism we have had the problem of school shootings mass shootings random shootings in the United States not really having anything to do with any political agenda just people for whatever reason alienation screwed up whatever just decided to kill people it's not a new problem it's simply a bigger problem now that it was prior to nine eleven and of all
