This goes for any of the vaccines you may be getting. So if it's a single shot. Like johnson and johnson you're fully vaccinated two weeks after that single shot. And if it's two shots like madeira or pfizer your fully vaccinated two weeks after your second shots. That is the official word from the cdc here in the us and is supported by infectious disease. The proposal was floated. in last. week's berliner morgenpost in a column written by franck koale ski a lead organizer of the two thousand and eighteen european track and field championships in berlin and ricard ming. The president of the german olympic association. The two men began by observing. What maybe obvious that berlin could not host the twenty thirty six games because berlin hosted the nineteen thirty six weeks which were by then german. Chancellor adolf hitler and held in stadiums festooned with swastikas. You may remember. There was some unpleasantness back. Then so berlin is out or is it. "What does that mean? You know they keep asking acting like this is some historic. Breakthrough? What would the breakthrough poughkeepsie African American. We've already, we just had an African American President for eight years. So that's not a breakthrough that was the president. This is just a vice presidential nominee that's nothing compared to. So what's the breakthrough vice presidential nominee? WHO's a woman? She's the third one. Well woman of color. Again of color. We just had a president for eight years. That's the breakthrough. So this doesn't mean as much as that a woman we just she's the third one on the ticket. Geraldine Ferraro. Sarah Palin. So, it's not a breakthrough but the convention hey, by the way. Apparently they have banned build the Blasios from the convention. So credit is considered to be the most incompetent mayor in the history of America his city in total collapse. So he was banned they did this one section. and by the way, this is done a lot lot of conventions have done this for the people the other party. Have come over to their side. So they had a whole section of Republicans Susan, Molinari that was kind of sad to see wasn't the former. What's that all about? I can explain what that. So she's now lobbyists so When you're a lobbyist, you need favors you need juice with Pelosi Schumer you need you need to get things done in Congress when you're a lobbyist, you make a lot of money doing it but So you know. I don't blame her on that one Christine Todd Whitman. There's a woman of Great Principal Nice Woman I don she feels that she must have had a problem with trump in the past, but she's also very classy. Dignified I don't think she likes the trump manner. She must have also been governor right when he did Atlantic City so imagined. She's always. Tried to be. Bipartisan let's get along that sort of thing. Yeah she's basically retired. Now her life is these fancy dinner parties where you must be a trump hater otherwise, you're not invited. So that might be part of that and then they concluded. Casick who is the worst guy in the world? Just a horrible horrible guy and Chris Christie was great on TV. you know we had to deal with this exhausting awful guy. You guys can have and thank you for taking taking them off our hands. He was he was perfect over there. So most speeches were pre taped apparently they're not claiming Biden we'll go live the Bible speech live we won't know. Because it's probably going to be from the basement, who knows if they're running prerecorded stuff are doing it live. Hey, did you see the stuff about Joe Biden an Joe Biden. Apparently Biden a home wrecker. he he lied about how he met his wife you claim they met here there. Apparently, she was married to the sky. The EX husband has spoken up. They were still married when Joe Biden started having an affair with her. And stole the guy's wife away. A little surprise me. Now. Of course. This. The old job. This is the Joe Biden before the wheelchair and the basement. This is the. All the organs for working there on Joe Biden this. This is hurt him or what in some ways it could help him actually. Only because it. Well. Have the image now this this pathetic invalid. An and here looks like smooth operator stealing somebody's wife away from at least a minute look a little more active the need than the brain dead guy in the basement. So. I don't know if it's fascinating. This were Donald Trump in this came out. Of course, you'd be this'll be the front page of everything should be the number one story but because it's Biden, you will not read this anywhere. Hey by the way, anybody ever says to you gotTa give me one example of fake news..

"And. They never mentioned and this I don't think they realize that this is the number one issue in America, their cities being destroyed everybody city is on fire inflames Looting Crime Destruction the fact that they never even acknowledged it or mentioned it made them look pretty tone deaf to America they're going to have to face that. So and Bernie did you see the opening of the Bernie thing? Yeah that's best thing with the opening the cut to Bernie's obviously in this house. In Vermont and you know. Bernie, isn't no anything about a camera might strike you know. So he's he's far away from the camera and you hear the woman. Okay we're on. Okay Go. Yeah you hear this goes for like ten six you're on and then there's still a positives. Could evening. So what the delay was, maybe it takes time for the sound of travel across the room but he he wasn't much of anything and Michelle Obama. Again, a Lotta lies that got fat check like crazy. You know she talked about the trump administration putting kids in cages. Well, that was her administration that was President Obama and Joe Biden with the kids in. Cages they built the cages. You remember when that happened the showed kids in cages, those horrifying pictures came out, and then it was later revealed the picture draw from two, thousand, twelve, two, thousand, and ten. They were all from the Obama years and that he had actually built the cages. So even the AP which is a very left-wing fact checking site when after her for that. And then she made the A lot of these points were just crazy about We handed over a perfectly good economy and he destroyed it. Well, the fact is it was a very pathetic economy that was limping along never once I president in history never to get three percent in growth. And it was just a very you know the longest recovery because it was so little the recovery was so. Trump takes over and all of the also the communist shoots up thousands of times bigger than under Obama. So that part didn't make sense about if you want an economy built, he's proven you can build a bigger economy than anybody and then the other part that didn't make much sense. He's had three years to prove himself. Biden's had fifty years to prove himself. Her husband had eight years to prove himself, and obviously they were total failures because we just watched two hours of you explaining that there's systemic racism for the place. So if by the time, Obama had his eight years in OBE Biden had his forty years. If we've got systemic racism, obviously, they were failures obviously didn't get the problem solved..

What he wanted to say he got lost and whenever he does it, that's how he covers it I. Better. Not Say I'll get in trouble so. I think right there. He proved that he better get a cognitive test. Don't you? Think. Cognitive test will come during the debate with trump. Yeah, this reporter was such a gentleman wearing a. Nice. Tie and he's very yet classy guy and he but if that were anybody else. they would've said, sir, you just proved you. something. You couldn't finish after sense. Obviously, something's wrong with you. But if it was a a real honest guy, he would've said, look I'm looking at your eyes, it's clear. You are shot up with some kind of drugs and you full of pep and he's still can't finish the sentences. Obviously. Something's wrong with you. What is it so? He didn't say. It's up on the webpage, watch the video, take a look at his eyes, and his face is flying high on something. "If you watch the documentary where they follow around for two of sued I, mean a six months actually, she is the dreariest most boring woman. You have ever encountered this Netflix documentary, they filmed like sixty thousand hours and cut it down to one hour. So that's got to be the best of the best, and it's still boring. You can't watch more than five minutes without. Just falling asleep, the most boring woman in the world Hey, he should be depressed. He has to live with. Cheese Now, why is she depressed? Well, if you look at. What's happened in the last eight months, she got an eighty million dollar deal with net flicks. Produce Things I. Know You're saying she's not a producer, doesn't matter. She got eighty million new stuff you'd be depressed to. Got A forty million. Was it fifty million for her book? You're saying yourself. Up, these book deals are usually ten million, well for fifty million. No wonder she's depressed. Maybe. Terrible. Maybe she and Ellen could get together and be angry all day long. So what what is she going to do about this depression? Do we know? I, have no idea. I, think another thing here, I wouldn't trust anything these. These Democrats say right now Biden is close to picking a vice president. They still keep bringing up that Michelle Obama rumor. So by throwing at this depression thing, it eliminates her once and for all because you're not gonNA, nominate somebody who was suffering from some illness as depression. So maybe she wants to make sure she's not on that Biden list. You saw Biden yesterday with the reporter. This whole? Yeah. We're. We have the I, want you to watch the video. We have it up on the webpage. You gotTa Watch it, remember I, tell you how they they load them up with these drugs to get him awake for these interviews. Watch the video. have it up on the webpage. Look at his eyes. Tell me. He is not been shot up with a ton of drugs is is. Out of the socket and. It's teeth. He's got this smile, but this is a CBS News reporter African American. And he's he's asking and it's not an unusual question about Biden. You know his mental state as he taken any cognitive test, you know the previous interview where he said I, take them all the time. so He's already said he has. The guy is perfectly right in asking the question. Have you taken a cognitive? Test why the hell would I take a test come on man? That's like saying you before he got in this program, you take a test where you're taking cocaine or not. What do you think or are you say to? Out. Joe. Bartlett. officed. Well I, little defensive if you ask me or. Where do you get junkie from? What kind of thing does that to say? I could see if he got mad and said why you have you taken the cognitive test, you don't seem so bright. But why do you go right to junkie with that? What brought that up? It's a little. To No. Okay now, and you've got to watch videos I've watched this video like fifty times. It's hysterical to watch him, watch the his face just exclude. But now he's GonNa try to prove to the guy. How sharp his mind trump who brags about his tests and makes your state an issue for voters. Well If he can't figure out the elephant and a lion, I don't know what?.

Lose the value of everything. They have New, York. It's GONNA plunge if he doesn't do something. So supposedly is going to allow the police to put some of the stuff back in action although it probably won't be the same. So the most ridiculous idiotic mayor, the worst governor because he's not doing anything, this governor could do something if he wanted to. He can actually remove the mayor. Don't you think it's time to that. And appoint, somebody put somebody in charge. Well who the pick, Ray Kelly, that's who I'd pick. He. Has the power to do that. He has the power to you know. Take the mayor out of oppositon election. Well. You have been looking into this. It's a little fuzzy on that. He can remove the mayor, suspend them for thirty days. Put in somebody now, apparently, the State Supreme Court. Can They're the only ones that can vote to just really remove him and hold a special election time to do that look how much the mayor's destroyed the city in four months. Can you imagine another fifteen months of this? What he'll do to the city? It's really don't. You think Cuomo has a responsibility to I mean he shares the blame for the city's situation. Absolutely. But if he's listening I, know you listen. Fix this now, and we'll. We'll a race, the other things. We'll even stop the nursing homes. So. Hey everybody throwing everybody under the bus. You saw the the nursing home not the the health commissioner of what's his name Zucker? The New York State Health Go, right? Yeah. Boy. He was getting grilled on the stand that nursing home order and and speaking of throwing people under the bus. Sally Yates was the last Obama, attorney general, and she was involved in all of that spying on the trump campaign. Remember Watergate all the fuss. The Watergate was they broke into one guy's office Larry O'Brien. They tried to tap his phone. One guy tried to tap his phone. That's Watergate brought down the whole presidency. This was the most massive surveillance. They corrupted the FBI Brennan Clapper Komi. All these guys were involved in the most illegal surveillance. They got a dozen phony Pfizer warrants. That was the most illegal surveillance of a campaign nothing. No. Where's Woodward and Bernstein on this? You could've gotten another a Pulitzer, where were they on this? So Sally, Yates, the Attorney General, who was supposed to be in charge of the time testified yesterday and Lindsey. Graham really went after her and she admitted to a lot of stuff. She admitted, it was fake Pfizer warrants. They were fraudulent. They were the whole thing was wrong. She admitted to all this, but she threw Komi under the bus. She said, it was all Komi that he went rogue that she told him not to go try to set a trap for General Flynn, but he did it anyway isn't that interesting Maybe that's the what the rest of the group will do in the anthro Komi under the bus. One reason she's confessing is the Durham report will come out at some point and that nails down the whole scenario and all the facts that she's got no choice there. Did you see this Michelle Obama's story? What does she announced that she has exactly she? Depression and trump's to blame. She has depression Michelle Obama has depression. Now she is..

In the late summer of two thousand sixteen, you'll find all these same stories they put out fake polls all through the late summer and fall of two thousand, sixteen seventeen points behind these eighteen points behind. There's a ninety six percent chance hillary will win and there were all these articles back then up donald trump very depressed a depressed. He's thinking of leaving the race. He's thinking of quitting. He's withdrawn sources say he's he's depressed. Don't believe any of this none of this is true. These fake polls these college polls. Are the worst and all of them. This is the network polls you look in the metrics, there's no Republicans in the sample they take Republicans down to twenty three percent in the sample. So already have shaved the thirteen points away from from the president's side. Then they don't do voters they don't do likely voters they do what they call. Adults, which means that can go anywhere they want pick any group they want the demographics are all screwed up. So it's way too young. It's nobody in the age range of anybody's going to actually vote. So and and look at this the Democratic National Convention Multiple Police Agency. Say now say they will not protect that convention. Well therefore defunding the police, they don't want any police well, they get their wish no police at the DNC. That's for the most part. Going to be like a virtual convention. Later piece visit Mark Bell Super Training Gym Super Training, gym. These strongest Jim and today I'm GonNa Talk to you about stoicism. What I want to talk about right now is I've been reading quotes. I've been diving in deep. I've been doing a lot of research. I said on twitter while back I made a tweet and basically said something the effect of working on yourself as a time job, and it's the most popular tweet that I have other people re tweet it. People got excited about it and it really can be and it really is and it should be something that you you work on. You want to work on your personal development. You WanNa work about work on how we think about our thoughts, how we? We interpret life for me. I'm on a quest for myself to continue to gain freedom and continue to get closer to what people call quote unquote the truth, right? We never know things absolutely or we won't know things for certain, but we can continue to narrow down the BS that we hear every single day, and we can figure out a way to get a little closer to the truth during this quest, I have written out some of my own concepts. But I'm GonNa read you a little chunk of what I wrote here. I have come to the conclusion that I, no longer need emotions. I'm going to read that again. This is something I wrote I have come to the conclusion that I. no longer need emotions I still identify them. I still understand them, but I do not have to react to them. That is a choice. I trained myself not to react to them any longer. You have the freedom to interpret that whatever way you'd like if you like Tam Bro like I don't want to be emotionless, I don't want to be a robot. This is not about being a robot. This is about choosing a mode of interpretation. This is about choosing gear. You're going to switch into based off what you just heard. Sad. Mad. Happy. depressed. Anxious I don't even know if all those emotions or this might be slightly different than than emotions. So we have those things on this side, right? And then we have the input of what's coming in the input on what's coming in. The input of what comes in does not have to equal the output of what goes back out. So what comes in somebody's saying that I'm fat I don't need to look and say, does that match up with sadness or does that match up with madness? Should I be really mad there? Should I be really sad. Oh, wait I also have the option could be depressed to let me put on a sad song. I want you to understand that it's a choice. It's something that you choose. Now also say please forgive me. Because I do understand that many people. From. Depression on. On a really wide scale and some people that are bipolar, my brother was bipolar and he died from it. So I'm compassionate empathy towards those things I understand those things and so not all of us are able to deal with the input that comes in the same way as everybody else. Right. So I do understand there's a percentage of the population that that is very difficult aside from that. Aside from those people that may have a really tough time with that I, still think that everybody possesses the ability to get a little bit better at it and it's important for me to share that with you because I think. Sometimes if I say something, you might get a little reactionary to it, but there's no reason to be reactionary to it because you just need to understand. That, you have a choice that you can make on how you're going to react to it. You can just react to it, can you can just be reactionary? But. You don't have to have an emotion attached to that reaction you're entitled to. However you want to. Interpret it for yourself. If you're like, Hey, dude, like I, don't want to know not not have emotions. The emotions are still going to happen no matter. How much train yourself? No matter how much you prep yourself for life. There's still going to be emotions that hit you. But for me personally, this has been really helpful. It's been helpful to take the input of what somebody says and to recognize I. Don't believe that anyone's trying to do anything to you. I. Think People are trying to do stuff for themselves and I think that we get, we get kind of tied into..

It's like every other treadmill or every other bike or something like that. would be ideas. You're sweating. Droplets are flying everywhere and those gyms. But See how that goes They're also talking about drive ins all over the place now a long island in phase. I can't figure these phases out face to everything's Open in Connecticut face to New York means nothing means you can get takeout food, and maybe if you stand across the street and they'll throw it to you, Joe Bartlett down there in South Carolina. Been Open no problem right no spike, no anything well. There's been a little spike here, but you know i. mean nothing to me. Nothing substantial I've been watching the numbers, and there's an cases have gone up, but no real increase in deaths so. Yeah I just attribute that to more people being here. Spike means if it's like a hundred cases a and then suddenly it's nine hundred cases. A day. Spike doesn't mean it's one hundred cases they now. It's one hundred sixteen. That's not a spike.
