"And you know, because he Ah, he don't that you know, Scott period was Was going to him. He's got Harry do develop a relationship, but he was upset with it. And and, ah, Dead? No, but it's kind of move on. It's time to do what you're supposed to do with your new team and and do better and get better. And and even you won't be in the playoffs now. So that's all that matters. Are you concerned for his health and safety going into that bubble in Orlando? I think I'm concerned about everybody you know is not because you know, I'm concerned about the coaches. Safety on Hassan about, you know, ball boy safe down the stone about everybody face, and I think you know, and I was trying to figure out What was I going to do? With somebody that I had to go out the bubble, you know, and do something and go somewhere and it came out said, You know if you have an excuse And you and we allowed you to go out the bubble. You gotta come in. You gotta spend four days in quarantine. Which is great. So that means that you're Jeff. Dad. Whatever you guys do. It is more important. Then in your basketball team and playing games, then yeah, we grant you to go out here. Do what you need to do, but you get it, but when you come back Don't stay in his bubble for four days, and you can't move and you gotta pass three consecutive tests. All right. And then if you leave out And without an excuse. You've got to come back to spend 10 more days. You have been 10 days. In in a bubble. Without playing without practicing without doing nothing. You just in your room for 10 days. All right. So, yeah, I think that they came up with something brilliant. I think that this would make a rabbi understand is how faith is going to be in his bubble and we're doing everything we can do in our power. To make it safe. And to make sure that you all are able to get go out there and just play and do a child supposed to do. And if you want. Look at out now, if you haven't you all been looking at a basketball tournament on ESPN. Yes. Yeah, I think they're doing a great job in Ah ah, covering it, but really doctoring it making shooter by safe, make sure but he's healthy. And now if you and if you you know, in a case if you catch the cova 19 you gotta leave media. You know, there's no coming back. He just got to go if you get so, I mean, I think they MBA look at that and say, all right, we could learn from their something from there. What? They don't know how they got so desperate. I like it. You like it? You think you don't think it's too soon for sports to be coming back here, Tim? No one. You know what if you if you do it the right way. And if you safe about it, and if you are, Ah, I mean, 100% faithful. And understand their if I understand it, you get you get Div. Iris. You can't play. You can't stay in a hotel. You have to leave. Um, And if you and if you do it every precaution necessary to and I'd like the MBA is doing like the basketball tournament is doing, um in like, Ah. Five tournament is doing it. Um, you know, I think that that that if successful, you know it be successful, and I think you know teams coming around and the first team that doesn't Everybody or the first, you know, entity that everybody's watch Alright was gonna be right. What can we do better? What are they not doing that we need to do what they do in that we need to do you know they're coming out with everything and looking at everything, And I'm quite sure the NBA is some some form of NBA person is down and looking and checking into everything and making sure That they know what it's what they do in how they knowing it and what is great, and we got to learn from each other. You had learned what to do. What not to do. We got to make sure everything is all right. Enough, and I think that that's what the NBA is doing, and they're gonna make sure you know everybody's 100% healthy, wanted 2% rate to go out there and play. And it's gonna be 100% safe. We'll see. You know, it's it's a tall task. Tim Hardaway's Our Mystery Guest. Five time MBA All Star five time. All MBA eyes. Well, you mentioned the five tournament. So this is ahh new Tournament, the inaugural five tournament You got Nate Robinson, you got Mario Chalmers, Joe Johnson and Moore. It's going on. Pay per view. July 92 July 29th Tell us about it him. What is this? I think it is a great great thing, you know? Ah, you know they not doing Ah, ah! Three on three things, but this is three on three tournament they 55 tournament is having and is in Las Vegas. And I think that, um you know, it's great for bad people. What Lego Super Mario actually looks like, and it's different from the standard Lego set sure so I've looked at Lega. ROADWORK sets before like lego boost, which are wines that have real electronic pieces in there in sensors and can be pretty complicated, but have a lot of rewards. This is kind of like a step down idea. If, you've also played games like super. Mario Maker for the switch. which where you make your own levels, this is a brick sat where you're building a couple of preset courses that are basically easy to construct lego bricks for ages about six or seven up, and there is a core lego Mario figure that runs on batteries that has a sensor on the bottom, and even a little screen and makes noises that can bob on coded bricks that do various things, so there's a start and an end, and there's a time challenge, and you basically have to collect as many coins before the time runs out by Bopping, doing these little physical or block bopping things, can you? Can you give me an example of what some of those noises are? What does Mariachi say sure I've actually got the Lego? Mario figure with me here so if I turn on, you can hear. He says Lego Mario time when he starts if you shake him. He's a little accelerometer. So he does things when you jump or were you tap on the table when he? When turn off as to see later. He sinks with your with your with your screen. Or android the idea there is that there's not you don't need to have the phone or tablet near by, but you do need it to set it up. It's got the instructions at so they connected toy. which is what Lego's robotics kits are like to the instructions? Are there and when you get scores? You can upload it to the APP to keep track of You know your creations, but you could also just once you set it up. Put that stuff away and just play with it with the figure and the pieces. Pieces like in your living room. What do you think Nintendo? lego opted to do something so different because this is obviously a lot more interactive than say your standard Harry Potter or star. Wars set right. Yeah, WE'LL LECCO saying. This is a four year collaboration along with some of the team at Nintendo that worked on Super Mario. Maker so was A. it was a pretty dedicated thing. Nintendo's made its own AMOEBA figures for years with a dabbled in that Nintendo has that partnership with universal for their for their theme park. There been other things, but I think for Lego Nintendo. You're right. It does make a lot of sense. It almost feels like something that could have happened already because Lego has done things that are kind of Nintendo like an antenna was done things like Lambeau that have folding cardboard that are kind of Lego like so. They feel very good together the one thing. I'm curious about is how much more the gaming can evolve what I noticed testing. This with my kids said it's very open ended. You have the instructions in Classic Lego style. They just Kinda. Let you figure out the rest in. There's not too much arching direction instruction and I would have liked a little more of that yet. Your video did feel very kind of free form. Like how did you play with it or more and more importantly? How did your kids play with it? Well, they love putting it together then we had the zoom with the head of Design Jonathan Beneath. which is this thing that Lego at? This remote zoom to basically just set up some timed a time challenge with of course we built, but you know you can kind of cheat. You know you basically just take all the coded pieces in just keep popping them over and over, and then hit the end piece, and then see what score you get and a lot of the scoring, because it's almost like a fitness tracker, you have to keep moving it and shaking. It is a little bit random. One of my kids got upset. That score wasn't as is. He thought it would be This is why I think you kind of have to just relax into it but I. I think it could be a little frustrating if you're trying to play like a board game, I feel like the APP should have some ideas Super Mario maker on on the switch has great ideas for creating design, and they have all these instructional sets, plus you could just play around or check out what other people made. This is lacking that by think intentionally, but just to let parents know that like I think it's toy. What's Nice as the pieces? All are modular in a sense, you kind of break them apart and not feel like you're deconstructing too much. There's like the square pieces that have all the parts on them. But you know it's to be kind of a thing you dabble with and I wonder how long kids are GonNa stay focused on it or they'll move onto the next thing, which is the case with all Lego like we have? We have tons of kits that have been turned into bricks lying in the corner. Well it. Is I mean. The the initial starter set really gets you beginning the end in a couple of pieces, and this is designed to be more modular I. Suppose add more pieces to it. Like how does that work? Yes, so the there are ten additional courses that Nintendo announced plus four like you could change the overalls on Mario and get extra powers. Is a cat sued in propeller suit? Those are cool like. Like agency courses take advantage of the catsuit that tried that I got to play with that much, but it was it was. It was very durable the prices range from like twenty dollars for an extra pack, two hundred dollars for the Buzzer Castle, which falls in line with Lego prices I think that we've seen for other kids that the starter pack sixty. They can add up though The question each each course has its own little special coated bricks that do extra things. Some of them are their own mini games like there's a product plant mine carts slide the basically just tilt back and forth, and try to keep the cart balanced and not hit the plans, but it's not very complicated some spin hope the character doesn't fall off, but. You Know I. Think the way the interact I would like to see a little more again. A little more guidance lego actually as a are based. Game set called hidden inside. That I've checked out. That is actually up. A little more game focused where there are actual like many games and challenges. You have to look for something that's hidden in augmented reality. You have to keep holding your phone out right right I. There are some like hidden treasure blocks that they're built into some of the sats. That's pretty interesting, but as far as I could see on the APP, you just Kinda put it together and then hey, have see what happens, so there are no a are elements to this setup right? No, okay. No deliberately meant to really focus on the bricks, and which I really appreciate and I like the fact that the Mario. Just stays connected interactive, and you don't have to stare at a phone screen I think that's great for kids I would love to have a peach character that could have the reading and other characters, so you could do multiplayer and I don't think it would hurt to have more formalized programming things than they are like my my eleven year old, who who's learning python like you know that that's he's ready to do. Block based programming with is in Lego. Boost and some of the more advanced kits. This doesn't have any of that, but I you could. Could, adapt some sort of a programming idea to this Lego just hasn't explored yet, and these are these all out now or did they do this launch after you mentioned that there are multiple sets coming, so, what's the cadence of release schedule? They all launch. August I and so this is a really I got an advance. Look in will go said. We're pre-production sats, so I think they're pretty much going to be what they are, but you know I think there

The trouble with embryos

"Welcome to science fiction. Years coming to you from the Home Studio Bunker, still. Can't seem to get the doves and waterbirds to be quite when I need them to be, but look in today's show. It's a wild story about biology ethics, politics and to millionaires on a personal mission that went horribly. Why would on the case is reported John Lee? Who joins me for this show? Hi Natasha Yeah. This starts in one, thousand, nine, hundred, eighty, one with Mario and elsevier. They would to property developers from Los Angeles and they really wanted to have a child together, but they were an older couple. Yeah, that's right also was forty and Mario was fifty seven, and they couldn't do it on their own. So in one thousand, nine, hundred one. They decided to come all the way to Australia to try this brand new thing in fertilize. Fertilize Ation Ivf I mean today creating a baby using his totally commonplace, and it's a big industry over familiar. But this was the early eighties when the technology and the science was so new that this just was we'd this idea that you could create a human embryo outside of a woman's womb, and suspend its development in time to it was blowing people's minds. The moment of conception. An event that has taken place in its natural environment, the womb since the doing of human existence. Now it comes in gloss. And with a host of problems, moral, ethical and legal. So Australia was leading the way in fact with the science of RV. If that when the real couple come here, the techniques still very much being Susta, this is experimental stuff. Yeah, and one of the people who knows just how difficult those early days were is Gab, Kovacs he's a professor of obstetric gynecology at Monash University, but back then he was the clinical. Director of the IVF program at the Queen Victoria Hospital in Melbourne. was very difficult to Queen Victoria hospitals over General Hospital and everyone sort that. Is Just a phase. He wasn't going to work. It wasn't a last and we wasting. Everybody's time. When we started doing collections. We have to me. Natural Song goes on spontaneous relation, so it's not unusual to have to collect exit to I. Am for am six I am. So we had a lot of opposition. All IV of treatment started out using the so-called natural cycle method, which meant doctors had to wait for the perfect moment in a woman's natural ovulation cycle to retrieve that one egg. She created every month. If they collected at the right time, it could go on to be fertilized to make an embryo. If they time too late, they'd miss the egg and have to wait another month too early and the egg wasn't mature. Mature enough to be fertilized outside the chances here of actually getting a baby out of IV, if treatment would have been extremely low when the Rayo says rock up in Australia yet, but a talented trio at the Queen. Victoria, hospital was changing all of that, and they were about to put Australia. In the history books so I wanted to do the IV. If in a totally different way to the way they were doing it because I wanted to utilize. Methods developed in animals, scientists Alan, trounson originally trained as a bit and he was to the hospital by IVF. Pioneer cal would car would he allowed me to work with John? Laden to develop a totally different system, which was using fertility drugs to stimulate than women, so we could get more eggs and hence more embryos. Well what happened is is that actually worked? It was the system that actually work. It was a huge leap forward. They found a way to create multiple viable embryos at a time and freeze them, and every extra embryo meant another chance of creating a baby for a couple who couldn't otherwise have one is, but every stage in artificial production is still precarious. So in those early days, a significant proportion of those embers just were lost in the phrasing. Prices will only about thirteen percent five treatments ended with a live baby back then today that figure stands at about thirty percent, but even so this scientific breakthrough was life changing for Wannabe Parents Alan Trounson. An iphone they could cope with disappointment. Absolutely, you know very well essentially because. They understood. This was a very early in in terms of the research, so the chances of getting outcomes would very low if anything happened when somebody got pregnant and is is it was astonishing and so when we go to Ronald pregnancies from the methods with using John in the whole world Sunday stood up and so what what the Heck did you do? Do that. Okay, so let's meet the American couple at the heart of the story Jane. They land in Australia headed. Elsa Riaz respond to treatment will Gab Kovacs was one of the doctors at the Queen Victoria Hospital remember I said they were millionaires. That's important to this story, but back then Gab Kovacs had no idea. Just Shiva's is trashed and she spoke. In Mississippi we didn't look very well off. You ever probably struggling to spend the money to Florida squad expensive to fly back in the ninety ninety eight foods relatively much more than what they are now and with quality deal to come over here and leave over here. We felt sorry for him and most secretary always. suggestively discounted faithful porpoises Riaz who've had no idea that they were quite wealthy. He Remembers Elsa being very dramatic and difficult to deal with, but she had good reason to be all. She was very strong that a terrible history. I'll guess you've gone through Easter beforehand and they've were pretty strengthening to fly over here. They had one child who they'd lost. He was murdered. I think or an accident. Remember the D. Tough, and that's why they're really chained to have another child and off. If they're only hype, that's why to throw you. Both Mario and L.. Serena's had had children with previous partners, but they'd been a tragedy. Else's ten year old daughter had only recently died should been playing with a gun and it went off killing her that he's absolutely horrific are so that means that there was so much emotion entangled with this whole process. That's right. There was, but the process started well. Three embryos were created for the couple using else's eggs and donor sperm, so they had three chances of success. And I don't think we did about eleven o'clock midnight on a Saturday evening and she was very dramatic. Everything was sound. What's the drama? So she would her ex collected to street is beforehand a fertilize, and they would have developed and. Would have chosen the best probably wanting to Australian bureaus back, which would then be tempted to be

Elevate Others

"My name is Mary or race, and you're listening to the hacking. Your leadership podcast guests series by Bam The most impactful leader or mentor, my life has been Akbar Sheikh and the reason he has been the most impactful because when I started my entrepreneurial journey, he taught me that make more give more giving back to the world. What's most important so when he does succeed? And we're talking success financially. He takes a portion of that a percentage of everything he earns, and he gives back to the world whether it's giving eyesight to children or building wells in Africa in villages. Were these children have to walk miles order to drink fresh water? To me, that was the most impactful because it switched how I saw elevating others the movement on creating so it's getting everything that I'm doing I make sure I'm giving back and I'm giving back to the world. The first mistake I made as a leader. And it was the first of many was that. I used politics as a leader rather than being a true leader, so I saw myself as a manager I did not see myself as a leader. I think a true leader. Help. People grow rather than telling them what to do. So at a very early age, became a leader at twenty six years old, running into international trading desk and I did it I. The biggest mistake was that I did not put the power in the people who were working on my team. Rather I was using politics to use them against one another to see who could excel further and faster and bring more revenue into the table once. I realized that mistake. That's when I realized what a truly did was. The difference between a good leader and a great leader I. Think a good leader, a mediocre leader because good is mediocre A good leader is more of a manager. A manager is someone who tells people what to do. A leader is someone who is GONNA stand in front of everybody and take them on the journey and elevate them and put them on that path to success. Whatever success means to them that leaders be in the front of the pack. They are not going to be in the back telling. Telling people what to do, they are going to show their show. By example sharing the stories sharing the fail failures, a great leader should never be afraid to talk about their failures or the failures of the team as a whole, they should come together and look at it as a learning experience, and a truly understands that the people that are on their team. They are going to make mistakes. They are going to have failures, but a true leader. GonNa turn that into a learning experience and help them grow. How do I measure success? There are two types first off. If we look at it in in the business world or in the entrepreneurial world, it's people take ownership when people take ownership of their wins and take ownership of their failures and correct that to me that is that is everything that's where success truly lies. When people take responsibility for everything they're doing whether it's for an organization for themselves or for team. Now we can also look at it. I'm a father. I have three beautiful daughters. How do I measure their success? I measure their success by. Are they doing the things are truly passionate about. Are they acting in a way where they're spreading love to the world, and they're taking care of other people. They're being compassionate. They're practicing empathy if they're doing those things and they're and they're truly living their life with passion purpose. Then, I know I've done something right, and they are doing something right because they are no longer going to exist. They are truly going to live and live a fulfilled life.

Digital Compositing in Photoshop

"A welcome back to another episode of this week and photo. I'm your host Frederik Van Johnson. Today on the show. I have pleasure speaking with a very talented photographer and digital composite artists. His name is Mario Vera and Wadey some of his some of his work. It is insane. I got a million questions asked Mario. And we're going to dive in just a second. Mario Welcome to the show. Man How are you doing pretty? How are you thanks? Man I am doing great man. Your work is ridiculous in a good way and it's crazy we're going to show some of it during the interview but I am When we do these interviews on this week in photo when I do these interviews especially with someone who I just like you nice to meet you now I want to just get some insight into what got you to the level of skill that you're at now and what was the driving force. What so what got you started in photography and then and then. How did that lead into the world? Yeah well every. Everything started with photos ship. Actually I found footage show before the photography when I was like seventeen or eighteen. Something like that. I was in the high school and a friend came to me. And he said like a D. Do you WanNa see something that I did with a program called photos show and I was. Yeah sure and he showed me. I don't know if you remember the those tutorials of Photoshop like you make like ice effects or fire Meyer effects. You know with with with the wind fielder. I remember those smudge filter exactly so. He showed me that he could do with Photoshop. And I was like. Oh amazed you know so. I wanted to do that as well. So I start digging tutorials and learning for sure by myself and never to classes because I think I become like Self taught so artist and have always been like that. You know I'm really. I'm not that paid patient with a receiving knowledge. Say when I receive more more more I really addicted to to learn something new. So he started playing with Photoshop and stuff and star mixing it with with Three d animation and I cross career animation these alerts and Multimedia. I was in the career We have a class video editing and the professor asks us to bring your camera to the to the class because photographer professor photography presser professor is GonNa he. She was going to teach us a little bit photography so we can know how to manage to delay insists and that stuff. You know the basic stuff of photography. So she told us To do some homework with that and I was amazed says well I was like wow. I really can do this with a camera so I was trying to do a lot of macro shirt. You know. Em- embarrassing the the lance in the camera to make macro should. Have you done that? No I haven't well. You Take Dylan's from the camera the show with digs challenge from the. Komo like this. Just take it out and just immerse the lens like this reverse it on the reverse it and with that you hold it like this and you can have. Microsoft's you didn't have that much control over over light because you have to do it manually. The author tour that stuff. That's what I had to learn to do. Macro should so it was really amazed about that and I like it. Alert and star experimented with it and starts very many good Photography and Photoshop a lot a lot of photoshop. If you see my first four works actually I think we show people my first photo shop so the the before and after is yeah man. I was some of them. Are there good some of them. They're really horrible. In what would you say looking at Photoshop? In like looking at photoshop tutorials on Youtube and all that stuff There are many different ways to to accomplish a given look or effect. Whatever the for people that are watching this that are maybe new to photoshop or new composite get into composite wood or some of the key techniques that they should be focusing on. Is it masking it color or you know layers? What would you say? What would you tell a new person? Well I think everything is about the foundation. You know if you have a good foundation got understanding about How it works are react in two different materials? You can reproduce that in the importer shop because people And I think is the problem that we'll do when we start. Were starting on this. We went to release something really amazing without knowing how to do the basic stuff you know how to for example. If you WANNA do compensating well. We'll try to compose a simple sphere in any any. It's because with that you will understand how the night and works how everything all the foundation of the light. So if you understand that you won't be able to reproduce wherever in your mind and make it believable or at least you know because compliciting is difficult because of that because you have to Make things look real? Even though they are not real they're surreal but you making you have to make them look real. You know so foundation for you have to understand how real light works. How reality works you have to have cerebral at. You know

A Rocky Time for Google's Hardware Division

"Know who's not doing great. Google's hardware division. There have been a lot of shakeups and if you have been following along with the news as of last week then you might have heard about some. You might have heard about some t that's been spilled over at mountain view. Hq So as we learned from this very revelatory article published in the information which is a subscription only publication We are actually going to kind of give you the Quick Little T. L. DR points since not everybody can go immediately and read it So I one of the big reveals was that Mark Levin the person who is basically in charge of that wonderful Pixel Algorithm that made photos look so nice He left back in March. So actually since we've been in quarantine probably maybe right before he left who knows So that along with the departure of Pixels Mario Qudos last August which was kind kind of quietly You know snuck under the rug. This wasn't really something that we knew about. I mean we just found out about this last week really Sooner approach I was actually on the latest verge. Cast to Talk Abou this particular report He said that hardware is hard and that Google's playing to continue playing the long game by integrating the Hardware Division with nest absorbing ACC's mobile division and a couple of other little bits. They're just KINDA UNIFY. Those teams versus having them be in kind of their own spaces. He also talked about two to three years for deeper investments to bear fruit. I'm assuming that was you know relating to the Pixel lineup but we are coming upon the what the fourth bill for this one You know this also could possibly tied to the rumors that Google is creating. Its own chipset. And there's a lot of folks out there wondering if that news is something that's going to Kinda herald us into this new age of Pixel devices. What do you guys think or? Do you think this is all just kind of a don't you know? Let's Ya tempest tempest in a teapot. Yes yeah I mean I guess the question is are we worried about where the direction of Pixel phone when you've got the person who's behind arguably the critical key feature of the phones from day one along with another person who's critical to the division as a whole stepping out does does that signal any any warning You know any warnings Well yeah any warning signals around that I'm not sure how much effect this change would have on it. How much of Their DNA is already placed on the Pixel Brand But I mean you know it's also really important too to note that the Pixel devices as a whole hasn't really lived the world on fire. They certainly have done what Google intended for for them to do. I think they probably intended for these. These devices to go toe to toe with with the devices like the iphone and Samsung devices. And they're just not I mean but we are on. I'll I'll take all object to that though based on what though I don't I don't get the sense that Google ever expected this to go toe-to-toe the iphone in any capacity. I think that's I think that's almost a foolish endeavor. I think what I always took away from the from the Pixel. The pixels placement was to create the best in Google class. You know device to show off everything to do with android to really set the bar for Samsung End. A she see end one plus and all the other folks all the other. Oem that are using the the operating system. I think to to try to put out a device that would go toe with the iphone. Would would you know like it's you can after all this time period right? So what you have to do with the lead. By example so in that regard I think the Pixel has been a success. I think I personally never expected pixel sale. I think it would be it would be ignorant. It'd be naive to think that all of a sudden the whole world was going to be using a pixel been you have so many millions of of people who are in the Samsung ecosystem and so many millions of people in Motorola or whatever. It might be so I don't know I and I don't know what their goals are with the program. Who knows. I think if you if you if you create a piece of hardware correctly it. It doesn't have the DNA of just one person it could be said that the fund was Steve Jobs as last big project at has. Dna was all over it. But here we are. You know fifteen years later and that that piece of hardware keeps rolling on. Yeah so I it's. It's the future of the device will be defined by if they can outlive people who come and go and the you know becomes its own entity that other people you know becomes a some the sum total parts of everything every every put into it

Nintendo announces Paper Mario: The Origami King

"Nintendo announces paper. Mario the Origami King seemingly out of left Field Nintendo released a trailer this morning for the previously rumoured. Now confirmed new paper. Mario game it's called paper. Mario the Origami King. The trailer starts out with a surprisingly creepy sequence where Mario is standing in the lobby of the Mario Sixty four castle on top of the iconic son design and an Origami version of princess. Peach walks out and asks paper. Mario will you crease yourself and be reborn like me to which Mario replies? No An Origami. Peach says wrong answer right answer it matters not your replies are paper thin and the Sun Design on the ground opens up dropping him underground from there. It shows a montage of sequences from the game. It looks like a little folded up. Version of bowser might be an ally which the paper Mario website confirms with some taxed that says the kingdom has been ravaged by an origami menace. Join Mario and his new partner. Olivia as they team up with. Unlikely allies like Bowser and the toads to battle evil folded soldiers. The trailer also shows paper. Mario riding around in a little shoe car shows paper airplanes in a new combat system. That is all about lining up your enemies in a circle. It is maybe the biggest question mark I still have from the reveal the combat the last few paper. Mario Games away from the more traditional RPG combat used in the first two paper. Mario Games which I was not a fan of the changes. I didn't like attacks being connected to a currency and I'm curious to see if this game uses something. Similar regarding combat. The website says use the one thousand fold arms ability to extend your arms to interact with the environment and solve puzzles in battle lineup scattered enemies and plan your attack to maximize damage with the new ring. Based battle system that requires both puzzle solving skills and quick wit. The trailer ends with Mario. Wearing a paper. Moshe Sam hat and he's making little pugh noises. There's a bomb character nearby and then a Livia says There's something you don't see every day and then there is also a donkey Kong paper Michelle hat in the corner of that scene as well one other detail from the Games website. It looks like the antagonists name is Ali so you as Mario Bowser and Libya will be fighting Ali. If I were a betting man I would say that. A Libya and Ali are probably siblings. The game comes out on July seventeenth. Which is the same day as Ghost of Sushi? Emma both of which are excitingly. Close

"With Mario Lopez Memorial Lopez. Let's get to the hotline joining me on. The phone is the astronaut from the mass singer. Hunter Hey how are you man? I'm you I'm well buddy. Thanks have you been holding up during this whole quarantine taking one day. The current man. That's all that's all we can do. We're you know counting counting the counter. Blessings and praying everybody and Just kind of here's the time to work on work on the new record there you go be be productive with that time But talk a little mass singer. What was the significance of the astronaut? Costumed it did. You have a role in choosing that I. I was lucky I got to. I got to choose between and how always talk about flying. I look wanting I'm not a pilot yet but I WANNA be And always talk about how music gives me the feeling of flying You know it's it's a sense of weightlessness in it and it can transport you places right and so between that and My last album was about was kind of talking about the same thing. It's called wild blue and it's about freedom it's about moving on and shedding weight and feeling weightless and then part two of that album which were working on now is all about the unknown the adventure of it all and and I feel like astronaut perfectly It just perfectly sums up both of those concepts and and made me feel like It it helped me explain myself to the world. I guess is the best way to. It's a lot of thought going into that costume. Good for you significant on your choices were pretty pop. Heavy right one direction in Sangla Sharon is that. Is that what you listen to? On the regular. Yeah well I think I wanted I wanted to see More of what? I what I love you know I I I. I'm a study of all kinds of music. I love you know a lot of different things and I really wanted my song choices. The reflects at for the world to know kind of what what inspires me and what moves me and the kind of stuff that I try to to to infuse into my music and and all the things that that Yet that move me I wanted to. I wanted to sort of tap into those things and and and tell my musical story. The A lot of my influences everything from St wondered to You know to to add cheer into you know to wonder action and all kind of all over the place. There you go. Yeah keep it Diverse and you showed some pretty decent dance moves to. You'RE GONNA be bringing those two your live shows I try. I don't know how I I I'm pretty I don't know it's GonNa take a lot of right. That was one thing that I really wanted to. That's one area that really wanted to grow in on this show. I specifically asked for a lot of choreography because it felt like. It's something that you know. I like moving on stage. But I've never been trained. Never had choreography lessons or anything like that and and this was very quick but nonetheless I felt like this was a good way to kind of at least be comfortable in my own skin. Dancing on stage a little bit and and getting into it and I think it worked. We'll see we'll see if it translates you know we'll see now five singers left. Who if you were betting man would you say is take turtle I'm a? I'm his biggest fan. Even though we were we were put against each other and a lot of competitions. I think I think that's what kind of allowed me to really really Get to know. Just yeah the level of talent there. I mean there's just so much and I'm I'm rooting for him. And who do you think the turtle is if you had to guess? Oh I don't know I have no idea I do I think I do. I'm GONNA pretend that I don't know you're that sure of your answer being correct that you don't even to get it out loud. Yeah I know it sounds super because you don't know right you still don't even though you once you're off the show. It's not like you're able to find out who everyone else is. Correct man it it the the show top secret when I tell you know. I know because we've interviewed a lot of the so then. That's why I want to know if you're if you want you to say your answer so that way it turns out your true later on. We could say we'll hundred called it it at mood the mood. I'm GONNA stay put. I'm GonNa stay right where I am now. 'cause you're not even allowed to guests during interviews his out of thing. How not necessarily that as much as just I because of the structure the show like we. We actually don't get to see a lot of other performances Or hear a lot of the other performers we actually I mean the first time I see my performances is by the wind. Everybody else sees it so kind of like being A kind of like guessing along with everybody else I love. I love getting to experience it from you. Know from the Audience Perspective Fair Enough Fair enough. You've got this new album in the works. Red Sky talked to me about that. Yeah I mean started were while blue left off and Part one was was about moving on and removing filters and and I wrote about a lot of things I've written about. I started exploring a lot of sounds that I hadn't really allowed myself to explore for a long time and it was so freeing and so moving personally to to make record and it was one of those records I started out Honestly a bit frustrated and what I did was I said. I'M GONNA make a record as if no one's watching as a business doesn't doesn't know what I'm doing. I'm literally just kind of disappear and make a record and And while blue happened you know one song of the time when we put out the first song year God it was the one on. I didn't think anybody would let me put out and it was it to this day. It's been the most successful and I think it taught me a very valuable lesson And that is. The removal of cultures is a good thing when it comes to you know art music and expression so I I've taken that further. Essentially you know if wild blue kind of dreaming about moving on and dreaming about leaving some things behind red skies when you sort of get in the car and and start driving you know there's so much attitude and there's so much Just Free Spirit on this album that I couldn't have craft that I couldn't have just come up with. I had to kind of live it and and just captured the best. I could you know and I know you've done some stay at home performances during this time. I got imagine it's pretty intimate and you're able to connect with fans virtually and it's Kinda Fun Right. I I I think this is a time for is if there's a silver lining in all of this craziness I think As somebody who loves to make music and create music. I'm I'm inspired by people right now and a lot of people doing really cool things and I think the level of authenticity now has has risen to a point where there's a new bar which makes me really happy It because I think I think in order to fall in love with someone's music I think you have to understand them and I think because of the sort of intimacy of you know living room concerts and things like that. I told we're getting I think that's the new. That's kind of the new standard. Know if you want to you know submit your your music for the world to hear I think now there's a chance for them to get to know you as well as they can get to know the music and I think it's beautiful and I think you know we have an opportunity now as well to look at what else. What other ways can we create a musical experience? You know we we. It's until it's safe for fans to concerts and gathering large groups you know. I think there's so many different ways to to make experiences to give people a place to unite and but safely had a distance and and And do different things and give give people different sort of online versions of concerts and and I think it's just a whole. I think there's a lot of untapped potential in in that world and I think we're all kind of finding our own ways doing it. Yeah and you you can find out. Who's a real singer or not because they can't use you know all the bells and whistles and hide behind the engineers in studio so that's kind of cool you your personal exactly exactly. Well congrats on everything man. The Massingir tonight on Fox hundred. Thank you so much calling in with Mario Lopez..

I I WANNA do other may like I think there's a future for me In the octagon were that the the wrestler's make the best competitors. I love it. I love your style the wrestling and the boxing. We're we're one the same brother. I love it good for you and I always say I was about to say I I I'm pretty sure we've talked about practicing sparring at one event or another. I remember we were supposed to link up in practice or something. Yeah we met at a charger game. I believe it was but Anytime where you spend most of your time by the way do you work? Where do you where do you live in l. a? Or because I know you're always all over the place. Yeah I live in La Encino specifically the Great Rolling Hills you know. Nice as beautiful there are. We'll we'll link up soon man when all this madness stops we'll we'll get it. It'd be great we'll train. Yeah down bow down. Don't love it love and this is cool. You've been making cloth masks and just given them away. How how many think you'd handed out so far so We gave away thirty thousand. Thirty Thousand Nassar ordered and We're filling them actually. This week. I did the border was closed or provided a bit of an issue that the the corky is kind of ruining business on every by. We're getting the mass out. Yeah people were so it was cool to the do something good in this in this quarantine and I've been I've been trying my best I've done of giving away like twenty thousand dollars so far and I'm I'm doing my best Charlie. Some people's stresses cause I. I know I know this shit is hard for a lot of people and I'm blessed to say it it just for quite simply isn't for me Given my industry I can make videos from home though. Just trying to do my part our and good for you. Good for you and So I was just about to ask. Have you've been spending your time during quarantine but at the business as usual. It sounds like for businesses use. That term is a little bit different for me. Like business as usual for me is going skiing down my street with water skis on for putting a. Bungee jump in my house or trying to log row for for a day. You know I activities indeed. What's the what's the worst injury had? Oh Man I have a titanium plate in my head the size of a quarter. That's sounds bad. Yeah it's it's bad man Facility cut it and like I. I don't know what what your show is rated like full transparency. I'm missing fifteen percent of my right testicle which I'm not too enthused about we hold on. How does that happen? How do you only Miss Fifteen percent? That's fascinating you know. It's a great question. It's better than fifty percent and than a hundred percent like when they told me that they had to remove fifteen percent of it because he was dead. Fifteen percent was just like dead back deference. Wow I was actually. I was actually so you know. It's not so noticeable. But she does it affect future children. So that's a bit that the answer is no I. I have plenty more plenty more. I can go where that came from. I'll be able to have good to hear you're good so good. So tell me about your podcast. Impulsive grade title. You having fun with it. Honestly I think Starting podcast was one of the best decisions on my life. That's what it I'm impulsive and That's why the name of the shows and false like we we talk about whatever whenever It's cool it's cool to it's cool to have gone from blogs which is where. I got most of my Success and notoriety from to along foreign podcast. I can talk in length and people. Don't just see me in bits and pieces. It's it's like almost like I'm rounding out my personality on the Internet and I like the people can see all sides of me. Yeah Smart Smart Dude. Let's Talk Valley girl because I was a big fan. I'm a lot older than you. So a big fan of the eighties original. I thought it was so cool back in the day. So what tell me about this one? Yeah no it was awful. I mean like when when you're told that you're GONNA be in in the reboot of the legendary valley girl and musical like Obviously Ecstatic for and I'm glad it's finally Being released the movie was a Lotta Fun. The cast awesome. I made a lot of friends on on the move in for it to come on and it's fun and who do you play play I play a character called Mickey Bowen. He's the quintessential Highschool Dushi jock. Make them surprise you. Isn't that hard for me to it's At a point in my life where I maybe brought a mullet for the character so method I of player with and actually in Quarantine. People have mullets right now. Exactly are I had one myself. I should know I had one myself and then I did a handstand and tried to shave it with an electric razor and I went to deep into the back of my head and now have a coconut on my head. Interesting starting to trend there. Do you sing in it. Logan do I think I have? I have one line Say these are the day. It never rains but it pours. I hit the notes. I will say there you go there. You go see Iraq in the eighties gear right all the fashioned every everything. Yeah it was you know like short shorts Paulo's on the Oiseaux and I actually feel bad. Here's a little his little story When I got Cath Nicky. Boje a high school tennis player. I was a little beefier back then. This was three years ago because all I would do is lift weights. This was before professional. Boxing and so they asked me to lose weight. Matthew to lose like pounds I was like no problem unfortunately I I didn't. I didn't do it so in the movie very I'm a very big high school. Tennis looking like Gronkowski out there especially now that I pointed out like you'll you'll notice that not only am. I not skinny high school player like we're all adults playing high school characters. It's great they hate Logan. What's up with that? You know you saw the other day y'all I am. I allowed to talk about it without fear coming out. And no one's coming at you wait. I want to hear this book man. I I don't know we were outside relaxing at night. My friend pointed out that there were these lights. That would I echo an equidistant. So each one is the same distance from this and from the other and it would be like about ten to fifteen seconds before each oil patch and I happen to catch one that like radiated like like a like a glowing accident. Tapa was pointing the camera at it and we started freaking out because obviously didn't know what it was and we've got it have been a meteor shower made. It may have been much like styling satellites but I. I'm going to be honest aliens. That's amazing I love it. I love like I do. I do dumb things but I'm not a dumb kid I I'm up to take your word for it. I'm mad at Logan when this thing clears up. Hopefully we'll get you in here in person and hopefully we'll start training the that'd be fun man but keep killing it and stay safe out there. Alright likewise man. Thank you for having me on appreciate you guys and they say they help you stay home. Thank you for your Time Valley girl available on demand on May eighth. Thank you for calling in with Mario Lopez..

You know as the people on stage. So you know and I also tour with Jane Lynch and I'm like Oh. We have some stuff planned I'm not sure what's going to happen right now. I have been friends for a long time and last month. He was diagnosed with cove in nineteen and ever since then. He has been broadcasting as nightly show from his basement. It took weeks but he was eventually cleared to emerge from self isolation. It's been a journey for Chris. No doubt and we've been discussing that journey a lot on his show and on our own like a lot of people. I was worried about him even giving him some advice as a doctor and a friend. Dr Sanjay Gupta. Our chief is back. My brother North Star for many of us are during this time. You were right when you told me that. I would see a different side of this once. The virus took root Chris a warrior. But you're allowed to take a day off. You know we love you. We think about you and it's okay to take a day off totally right. You gotTa Take Care of yourself. I you can't take care of anybody else. Since his initial diagnosis Chris's wife Christina. And his son. Mario have also been diagnosed with Kovic nineteen. Now that he's through the worst of it I wanted to catch up and ask him about his experience with the virus and also find out how he and his family are now doing. I'm Dr Sanjay Gupta. Cnn's chief medical correspondent and this is corona virus fact versus fiction. Let me ask you about you. What what are your days like nowadays you know. Tell me everything. When when are you waking up? What are you doing? How do you spend your time? Well it's changing. This has been a transformative event for me. I've never been knocked at my ass like this before headline disease. I was diagnosed with. Ptsd they put me on the pediatric doses select. So you don't have to work through a wire was having these dreams and all that stuff but nothing like this. You know a shivering mess for days where I was forced to be isolated and take stock in a way that I never had in my adult life so I went from doing nothing all day except preparing to do that. One Hour of television after which I be sweaty mess and fall down on the couch and basically lay there for like six hours and then get into some weird sleep cycle now. I am in the recovery phase which I didn't know existed and I am trying to be highly structured so I wake up early. I write and I read. Then I'm trying to start upping my activity curve. I can do very little exercise if I do too much. I heat up and I start to get a wave of almost like kind of a mild nausea and now that I don't have to be isolated. I'm waking the kids up in the morning for school Doing Breakfast Christina is needs to sleep it hits her hard at night her symptoms. She gets really bad. Sinus pressure at night and there are no great answers and I am still warm and they say I may be four weeks but I have a little bit more energy. Feel about forty eight percent myself. I can see you. Obviously the people who are listening to this. Podcast cannot but you you look a lot better. I mean we talk a Lot. I see you a lot You know obviously just via screen like this but You better one thing I do want to say. Is that when we first talked about this about you? Having a positive result on that on that test I gotTa tell you I was. I was worried in in in these. Aren't things that I told you while you were still dealing with this because I was modulating myself even so the conversation I'm having with you now is a different conversation? Because I've been reading stories about young people who had really no pre existing illness or anything and them getting really sick. Chris and even dying now. Am I going to share that with you on television? You know as you're dealing with this no I'm not now. I don't think that that's not being honest. I think it's it's it's modulating how I present things a little bit but I gotTa tell you I was. I was worried about you and there were times when you had these declines in your in your nights were terrible and your pulse symmetry your oxygenation was a little lower than I would have liked and I knew that you couldn't necessarily get to the hospital right away so I was worried and I guess the question is were you. Did you ever think that this was going to go sideways you I? There's so much of an unknown right and what You keep. Relying on is perspective that it's not supposed to be. It's not supposed to be me. I was having those funky dreams. A Lotta people have and I take a lot of comfort in new coverted community the I got patched into through this of people. It's so comforting Sanjay. When somebody's had the same that you had the commiseration things real you know. You got those crazy shakes. You Bruges leg yet. You know banging your legs into each other. Yeah I got that Bruce.

"You've never played it obviously it's the follow up to the smash it for the original nintendo Super Mario Brothers but this game has an interesting backstory. Keith how much of this are you aware of very little okay. So here's what happens in terms of the the Production from Mario Brothers to Super Mario Brothers two. Oh is this went okay. Talking about this is a never mind. Go there's a ton So Super Mario Brothers comes out in Japan and then later in North America. And it's a huge fucking success. It's the kind of thing where it's like we obviously need a sequel right off the bat. So nintendo in Japan starts creating Super Mario Brothers to and what they make is essentially the same exact game as the original super. Mario Brothers the same exact animation the level designs all there. But it's way fucking harder. There are mushrooms are poisonous if you get them instead of making you beg. They hurt you. The enemies are faster. There's more of them. The levels are just more challenged. It feels like somebody got a hold of Mario Maker. Current Day. They needed to bail on it. Well it's not that they bailed on it. It's that they released it in Japan and everybody was like this is great. This is a fun follow up. Were excited about this. And it sold well for the FAMICOM but they sent over to be tested in the US and their first test or who. They nintendo trusted with all their product sums. Big Big big big big stone this game we give Tony again the play. What are they all sound? Like this guy because it's in New York Babe it's not and so they give it to big thumbs Donnie. And he's playing the game and he's like this game is punishing. It's not fun. It feels like instead of rewarding me for buying it. I'm being punished like I'm you're trying to get me not to play it like you've given me all the meatball sub and unlike our am. I being rewarded trying to punish me. I don't understand this character. I don't know why he's in the story big thumbs. Tony is very clearly. Like a b-list sopranos character who God anything the Soprano Candle. The only person that's them are like yeah. I'm a I'm a stereotype. All right yeah. I think you can tell how deepened in that show. You are by whether you pronounce it. Sopranos or Sopranos Plan. I mean he's he's trying to run a guy over on a golf course. Hey that's me running guy over and that's not the sopranos have you just YouTube. Sopranos seems to be like Tony. Shoots this guy. Chris shoots this Guy Chris. Toni shoot this Guy Mugs. Like what is this is. There's GonNa be a lot talion talk in this Japanese game. There really is so they play test the game. The game isn't fun. It's way too challenging. Which would be okay except that. There's been a huge video game market collapse recently in the US. It didn't affect Japan and went when Atari had et. Come out and everybody was like. Oh even flooding the market with these terrible games. That was a North American market So in Japan it was okay that this looked the same. Felt way more difficult like if you played those original games. There were weather conditions. You had to fend off. There were were tunnels that would take you backwards in the game trap. You gotta go the beginning of the game. Fuck you like. There's also unfair if that when it released on the FAMICOM. Everyone Japan was like. This is cool. This is challenging. We're into it but if that had been released in the US they're gonNA think. This is a huge money. Grab they're gonNA fucking hate US and there we're GONNA lose their trust for this entire franchise so the scrap that game it gets released in the FAMICOM. Japan never gets released in the US but in Japan. There's this big festival. That's like this This network is announcing all of its new. Tv shows movies and sometimes video games like we could partner with Nintendo and we could make a partner game with them. That'd be huge wicked debut the first ever game you know for the FAMICOM and so they take the idea of this of this Middle Eastern family where they're going set of left to right in the screen they're going bottom to top so climbing things. That's a huge part of game like the first ever again and say. Oh we're going to ascend instead of just traveling across the screen. We're GONNA have four different characters. They're basically the same but they have slightly different attributes. They make this game and it does well. It sells in Japan dokie. Dokie panic and so- Nintendo's like all right well we still need something for the next Mario so they get a hold of. Dokie dokie panic and they're like okay. Well the festival on the network own the rights to the characters but because Nintendo has been working on the game play they own the right to the actual software and the hardware so if we wanted we could add skins from our Mario characters. Put them onto these characters and just create the game that way and so they start changing little things right so instead of like a big heart to restore life now you can find the mushroom and the game instead of obviously the mother. The father the son and the daughter of this Of this Arabic family you now have Luigi. Mario Princess Peach and toad and they all have the exact same attributes and now you have differentiation between Mario Luigi for the first time right because when the game started she just been we've all been scammed. We've all been scammed. This isn't a Mario Game. It's Dokie dokie panic with a new skin added and a bunch of other things taken from the Mario Universe and put on top of the game. But it's a crazy thing because it's the first time ever that. Luigi is differentiated. Yeah he's suddenly taller and has a higher jump. You know you know we get a princess peach. The first time she's ever a playable character the first one toews ever playable character and they all have different attributes. Peach can like fly and Hover. Which is a new thing. Toge jumps her week but he's really strong. So you start to develop all of these different attributes that then go on to become Mario Cannon but this game comes out. It sells really well. People are real into it. But they're like Oh. It's a huge departure. There's no bowser you can't jump on people and then you know you can play as any of the four and then Mario three comes out and it's right back to the original recipe. Everyone's like wait. What the fuck was this so in the end? I just WanNa talk. Continue to do it. I want to say Sunday. Nothing go ahead as some things. Now go for don't have to. They don't don't don't video game related. Keep telling your story just talk. I was I was just gonNA blow up this. Who's favorite game is this? I like it. I just said WHO's favorite. I didn't say it was the worst game in the world. No it's the worst game in the world come on now. It's it's it's I watched it and It's Hilarious to me. Because you're like if they don't go left to right where did they go up and down and it's legal left right. We'll go after I just takes. Yeah longer yeah like. That's kind of like the vibe of it and so you clearly like Oh. This isn't a Mario Game. Yeah 'cause they ever do this shit anywhere anywhere else. So people liked it. A lot of people didn't like it or it was like a back and forth Japan. Probably were like this is no. It's it's a well respected game and it's a very high selling game for both Nintendo of Japan. Well so what? Critics like purist are upset about it. I think that. In retrospect when people realize that they weren't given the other game they're like. Oh this makes sense. You guys just skinned a different game. Because what happens is north. America only realizes the market in general only realizes that they didn't get the original Mario to when Super Nintendo releases an anthropology of Mario and you can play all the games and suddenly on the anthology is the loss levels. The loss levels are the original. Mario to yeah and so I I'm they get to see it and they're like oh because it's you know it's now Super Nintendo so the update the graphics look like the Super Nintendo Mario. It looks great it. It's challenging but they're like this is so cool. Why don't we ever get this? I'm just trying to point out and again like to me it? It almost doesn't matter. Let's say we make Halo and GAC right. Everyone loves it. Fears and shooter Great Fun then they come out halo two and it started out and they're like it's a great. It's a Great Halo. Game is not the same gay. Yeah but we didn't alternate dimension Your Star and it's clearly too so fucking weird it's just so it's like not an angry thing it's kind of like that's not your game. Oh it's not we should. You should almost like it's a thing. Americans might have it. It might be Japanese people as well. But if you literally just go put something comfortable and we just changed the care. 'cause I bet if there's just okeydokey prop people probably wouldn't have bought it. People in Japan loved okay. But I'm talking about in America. It's not Mario and a Mario Game. You know what I mean so that like. Let's just put the skin over it. They won't yeah fucking different. There's so much of this game. That is a hold over from what it was in Japan because this is for festival this was a game made to celebrate a festival and a big part of the festival was masks. And they're all sorts of masks in the game so then they went the total opposite for Super Mario. Three though I K- know more things are bad. Everything is good. There just leaned into what they want to do in the first place because is that when they stopped doing or other games that are like relentlessly mean to Nintendo player's. She has no of Anne. And what do you mean Nintendo hard games? What do you mean like games that are just like unforgivingly difficult now? I'm talking about like Mario Games. They're clearly like family friendly because they can't be mean to you. Everything has to be if you failed. It has to be like a conscious effort. Probably the only one that to me isn't like Mario was like almost Christian but he's not are we. Can we all be opening wholesome? He's very wholesome is like nothing except for the fact that it's about kidnapping a woman in two like gross just as gross disgusting huge turtle thing we are doing when we don't see him doing honestly probably failing to deal with trauma if his behaviors indication. I picture in the newest Mario Game Odyssey when he's flying away from Rei. Mario. We're flying away and you just keep staring out that window. Yeah for like twenty minutes and we're just quiet watch them just be so quiet just twenty minutes of silence and finally one of the shy guys just goes we.

"A gun ever mario has fireballs every once in a while mario jumps mario can step on you they did have flame throwers at a certain point that i thought might have been if you squint a reference to his fire right how do you win the game super mario brothers what is the final screen you essentially jump over kupa oh you just jump in essentially right on that bridge her bows or i guess is who you jump over the ads bow visor is the main boss you jump over him yet hit the switch the bridge goes out from under him he falls into lava and you win the princess princess toadstools are reunited after eight levels of your princes in another castle okay so getting amanda lava or turning him into gu i guess they were trying to find a way there i don't think so i just don't think they cared enough about the game to tie it in beyond a couple of names in a couple of weird references of these the only thing they got right was the weapons because not only do they have the bombs but also their guns have bullets that look like the bullets that you'd have to jump over that of little faces on roman things the design department played the game but the directors never did yeah i mean the bullet bill look just like you know from the game i guess i just wish her is a little bit more that in this otherwise hectic production i see a little bit of back in the future though here at the end stinger we have the prince's coming back i christopher lloyd it's supposed to be a sad goodbye that luigi can't stay we've already kind of laughter in the plot summary that there's really no reason why they need to go back your brooklyn nor is it that hard for heard opened the door anytime she should choose and go to see them it's a long distance romance but nothing has to come to the end but she comes barging into their house three weeks later looking like doc from the future to say we're off to another adventure no you're not no that's not on the bright side were not covering super mario brothers through next week.

"So they're thinking big picture they're not concerned with following any i don't want to call it a story line we all know that video games there are a blueprint to a story line but they in and of themselves except for the cut scenes in between really don't tell a story so much as advanced level by level was nintendo not giving them any notes about what they want an mario to do nintendo didn't give a damn how can you imagine that it in this day and age any company signing over their most popular character and say and do whatever you want hollywood they were so focused on the super nintendo launch and super mario world and they said you go do what you want with your silly movie we're going to focus on the game set must be why there's no tie in movie usually when there was a movie connected with any kind of videogame round there would be super mario brothers the movie the game you know why they would make a game that could follow whatever okay so you want to do a mad max chasing the desert will make a video game that follow does that story line but this thing did not have any video games support that i know are there were no games at all there were action figures really yes now i did not know about this till i saw john leguizamo on the twenty of the anniversary recorded something for that website i mentioned and he's like well at least i got an action figure out of it held of bigger than i hit youtube there's a commercial they made a mario they made a luigi they made a king kupa they made the gloom bus fisher stevens got out actionfigure of course said they did the casting they decided to go with bob hoskins who your casting to look he actually looks it but it's kind of weird that you have a hispanic and obrid playing brothers from new york adoptive they tried a bright that in there that i don't think that their biological bloodline brothers mario mario and luigi mario but this thing when to hell pretty.

"Like a plumber so the first dedicated mario game mario brothers not super just mario brothers they decided well if he's a plumber will put them underground to do something with pipes and so we played this you hadn't played it before now the original non super mario brothers which i concur it's very non super when you play the original game with luigi and mario running around pipes try not to get crabs literally trying to the station that all makes sense with my recollection of a too because i wasn't aware that that was was with the same dude in donkey kong as in super nintendos super mario brothers by time you're played super mario brothers it's like hey wait mario that will take the same guy from donkey kong and it turns out sure that can be what they rode into the history i'm not sure that they knew that mario was going to become this generation spanning lovable character that still has just as much clout today's he did in 1993 he i would put my money on the eighth day eight was the one that i have stuffed animal for the eight was the one who i bought the cereal four if they were going to launch the any acid 1985 i would think they'd make super donkey kong keep in mind when i bought my nintendo though i didn't get super mario brothers i got giro might and duck hunt twofer yeah that that was because you bought the super said that had all the extra joys eventually i finally got super mario brothers and i think that is the game that made him the household name that game is fun as hell i played that so much as a kid and i still i'm playing it now and i remember going home from school every night and finding warped zones are trying to get lives in the going to school the next day and talk with my friends and like do you know if you jump on this turtle shelled right here just the right way you can get a hundred free lives in the going home getting those 100 free lives and beating the game i mean it was addictive and fun and that's what made the fact that he came from donkey kong is coincidence iras.
