It's northbound I 95 where you're off and on the brakes, as you leave thornburgh headed into Fredericksburg, once you get past the rappahannock river, you still got some delays toward the center port Parkway, but after that, you should be clear toward the Springfield interchange or express lanes are pointed in the northbound direction.
