"I. I I told so the girl who plays my daughter Morgan To Jenny in the show. I've told her that and she promised me she is going to teach me how to do a cartwheel once and for all heart. What you gotTa start somewhere you know. I listen we're we're we're trying. I'm trying to do that in I take karate with my son and You know we've got to do those tumbles and I do that and I get up dizzy in these. These kids are like doing it and giggling and everything and I don't know I'm too old for this stuff like for me. It's it's It's a fear of the unknown. Like I don't know how it's supposed to feel when I flip upside down. I I think it's going to be like once I really start. It's too bad. My wrist is in the condition that it is now. I'd love to just start practicing at home but I think that it's one of those. It's going to be like a rollercoaster like I love rollercoasters. Okay but when I I usually go try to go on a rollercoaster three times. The first time I go on the roller coaster. I don't want anyone to talk to me. I close my eyes. I cover my ears like I blocked my ears. I can't hear anything and I home and I do that the whole way on eight. Yeah I do that the hallway and then the second time I don't have to block my ears and I can open my eyes a little bit and then the third time when I go on. I'm screaming at full blast. I've got my hands up in the air. My feet up in the air and totally in it and I feel like that's going to be the same progression for me when I learn how to do things like cartwheels or tumbling. Because I think it's just it's just a matter of practice and dedication that's a lot of lining up. I know it. If you want the trick is you got to go on a day where it's like October I. It's like eight degrees outside and it's kind of drizzly. They nobody at that theme park. I guarantee you nobody you will. You will make ourselves sick. I'm going off of that format because I created this e-book and there's a bunch of different sections, and I'm kind of going in order of the sections. I am not like reading it word for word, obviously or saying exactly all the information in the book. But it's it's a really good guide to basically all might tips. It's a really simple read, and it's a fast read. But I think it could actually really help you guys if you are interested in this whole social media influencing world, and if you'd like to have more of a written copy of what I'm talking about today. A lot of the same information is in it. So you guys can go check that out. If you wanna check it out. I should have mentioned that at the beginning. Anyway, time management making your content a priority. So basically planning and producing your content is going to take some time. So I I'm just gonna start with how I do things and how I manage my business in what works for me. Planning is. So crucial. If you want to be consistent in you want to be consistently posting awesome content. I have tried flying by the seat of my pants. And it does not work for me at all when it comes to business and my social media accounts. I go into every photo shoot with inspiration pictures of vision. I talked to whoever taking the photo whether that's Leif or my photographer. Danny who's amazing? I talked to them about that vision kind of get everyone on board. So that we're all on the same page. And we'd go out and take a photo way. Both be stressed wouldn't turn out. How we wanted. I wouldn't even posting didn't like it. That is just not not the way to go, especially if you're trying to run a successful business. I figured that out the hard way. And now I have a justed, but that takes so much..

And it's it's going to pass because did, you know, we're only one of five states in the country that doesn't have a hate crimes Bill. But we're only one of how many stays has doesn't have legalize marijuana recreational medicinal. There's a lot of other things that were very few in the minority we one of the highest gas taxes, but we want to boast that now I don't wanna pick on the governor. I don't want this to turn into a rob KENDALL picks on the governor show. But you realize I'm the only guy that throws the the the metaphorical punches at this, dude. How does it keep getting a free pass? I mean, I have no idea. What are the Democrats? The Democrats in radio I have to do all the work here. Anyway, the governor comes out, and he says in a quote, and we've read this many times on the chicks on the right show. And everybody was laughing today on the. Dual TV show. And I said look. He said he raised the taxes. Now. Maybe that's why do you call him? I I he raised the taxes. I didn't do that. I think you do that. He said, he's a no law can stop evil. But then he goes on to say why we need a law and try to stop evil. Why are we doing this good for publicity? I mean, it would make him. Look great looks like he's a martyr. It makes the everyone who votes for it or pushes it forward. Like good in the eyes of their districts that something they can take back home. That says, hey, my name is attached to it. It's a feel good thing. And if you come out and say, I'm against the hate crimes Bill. You really look.

"Marie dot ORG so glad you corrected me. I'm glad I glad I. Thought, about it. Even though I have the website in front of me so Tinari good morning thank you for for being on the show thank you for having me okay of course now this is, something that came to me because of. My fun nece for talking about. Organizations that benefit our military and our former former military and those who have who have represented represented our country and defended our country one of my Contacts where I talked to frequently Brian Clough's brought brought. You guys to my attention and said, you you've got. To talk to them they're fantastic so that's what we're, doing we're talking to you guys told me about. Die of heart let's start with how it started we are five zero one c. Three? Was incorporated in two. Thousand one and we started. Based on inspiration from our founder Jim Elliot his daughter was born blind and she was struggling at, a point. In her. Life and someone who's working at WGN at. The time and some wine. Hold, him about. A program for people who are blind and they took them skiing and when he started her in this program her life turned around her am enthusiasm for being who she is for, conquering challenges just enabled her to excel. In school and He thought this is amazing and in the back of his head you know we thought is this is what scheme to do for her what could scuba diving and he had been as. He was a scuba diver at the time, when he decided he really, wanted to change his life and and do something different, and really fast the community he organized effort A we take people with disabilities all disabilities cognitive answered the call and we help build confidence self esteem independence, through scuba diving So, these are people as, you mentioned cognitive and physical disabilities who are limited in some. Capacities to definitely obviously if they? Physical disabilities we can see that but cognitive is is is something, on its own as well but where does the difference lie. And I'm sure we can talk about that for days and days but what's what's their first experience like we'll start with that one of, the? One of, the huge things. That we have in the water that we don't have above, water is the freedom of gravity right from gravity I should say so someone who says in a wheelchair and might be sitting ninety percent of their day. Is able to get in the water and stretch themselves out, and feel things that maybe they wouldn't have been able to Feel or their body is able. To be held up and so? We don't have to worry about on gravity and they can feel, that freedom I actually recently experienced a young man who got. Into the water for the first time and he was a little tight little ball and through the diet and this was the first or, second? Time he, was in the. Pool with us you could witness his body being able to, relax and extended south and by the end of the dive he was completely stretched out and high fiving someone under the water and it was amazing These are experiencing that we couldn't have it wouldn't happen probably about the water so that's. Cognitively we've had a lot of success with that trans we work with a lot of. Veterans with PTSD and there are stories that just seemed to be popping up daily these, days last week the Wall Street Journal ran wine this yes just. Yesterday the Washington Post ran another article about how veterans with PTSD are finding relief. And help in the kind of therapeutic help through scuba diving and. It's a sensory deprivation environment on it, me find something similar with children or people not even just children's. With people with autism And that's been amazing so there's a number of different things that happened under the water that helps very in various ways for people with various disabilities you know I this reminds me of a story my son Is very, sensitive with. Loud noises very Blake? We have those headphones that cover. Is years and, and, while he is not. Diagnosed with anything it's. Just he's always had this and he said to my, daughter he loves..
