"More headlines. Haven't seen this level of anxiety and loathing among Republicans in years, according to CBS News, Robert Costa. Wi-Fi fight. Big giant bag of rats all equally horrible, hard to take away or lose or disappointing results for the Republican Party in Tuesday's midterm elections reported leading to chaos within the Republican House caucus. Oh my God. McCarthy's grasp on the speakership appears potentially tenuous as rebellious far right members could wield enough clout to eject him even if they do take back the house which we don't even know if that's going to happen yet. I want to have a team ejected. I haven't seen this level of anxiety and loathing since late 2015 as Trump ascended Costa rights. Widespread consensus. The McCarthy is still in position to be speaker. But his allies now wonder what cost and what kind of power 5 5 5. Wow. And this was just all the gerrymandering and cheating and voter suppression and The New York Times reports Russian bots, specifically targeted democratic candidates in the most contested races calculating that a Republican majority in the Senate and the House could help the Russian war effort vote for Republicans as a vote for Putin. Yeah, which is why so once again reporting, they got a ton of Russian bot help. The gerrymandering is insane how much help they got and they still a light spotting. Still. Okay. Hillary in Pennsylvania. Hello, Hillary. Hello Hillary. What'd you do? I didn't do anything wrong. Tom and Wisconsin, hi, Tom. Hi. Mama, you are gorgeous. Whenever I see you on TV, I have to manually relieve myself Oh God. I just want to tell you, I just want to tell you there are 707 127 days to the next election, but it will seem like 70 billion. 20 24 is a leap year. So we get an extra day of campaign ads. Yeah. I'm a little exhausted. Can we have just one day off, maybe? I won't be campaign ads in February. Here in California, we're not going to be seeing any of those Indian gambling or gambling. Oh, thank God. That was some political ads from one minute. We still don't know the mayor's race. No. And it is terrific math. And it should not even be close, but we kicked out our trumpy sheriff. Take a win. Take the win. Yeah. 16. Katie Hobbs, that also lasts the call. Yeah. But of course, Arizona ground zero for the stupid conspiracies. In Arizona. We know my opponent and her allies have been sewing doubt and confusion throughout this campaign. And it's unacceptable that they were spreading misinformation today while people were exercising their freedom to vote. I have every confidence that the county's administering this election conducted free and fair conducted a free and fair election. And their results will be accurate. But they will take time to prepare for a long evening, and a few more days of counting. Yeah. So it took less than two hours for election lies about Arizona to go viral. Just in case you're wondering how we became this nation of conspiracy lunatics. The incident began when a Twitter video posted showing a site in anthem, Arizona, a poll worker tells a line of voters, the site's machines aren't working, tries to tell them their ballots will be read manually. Charlie Kirk tweeted the video two hours later, millions had watched it. They falsely began to claim the faulty machine was a plot by Democrats to throw out ballots for Republicans, cheating became a trending topic. Trump Junior spread the misinformation of cork as of course he did. About an hour later, Maricopa County elections department tweeted their own video to fact check the initial video, right? That led to more conspiracies, including from Marjorie Taylor Greene sounding the alarm about chain of custody or something. Okay. And so yes, go ahead. Charlie Kirk was freaking out about the election yesterday morning. Oh, yes, that's already. That's fun. Yes. Okay, Charlie, Charlie. I'm panicking 'cause you need ten times more votes than you have right now. And by the way, wouldn't it be better for us to panic and not celebrate you expect me to bring champagne on here right now? I'm telling you right now because there's three rushes on election day. There's the early morning rush. There's a lunchtime rush and these are after work rush. What Charlie is saying here is that first rush did not come in in the numbers that we needed to have a committee. Yeah, and we don't know what Tyler Boyer says, we are on track to lose. So look, I mean, if you guys think that's the problem, then you can stay at home and enjoy a Katie Hobbs governorship. I sure hope people start turning out, right? I believe we will enjoy Katie's office. Governorship. Yes. Think about Charlie, what Charlie Kirk was saying. Charlie Kirk was saying that the Democrats are throwing in Maricopa County are throwing the election. All but one supervisor in Maricopa County is Republican. And the recorder is Republican. "And we will do anything, including a lawsuit on offense to make sure that that does not happen in November. So who is ultimately responsible for what happens is at the Secretary of State is that the governor? Well, the Secretary of State and the governor ultimately certify certain elections and they say, yes, we give it the stamp of approval. But those county election officials are the ones who are in charge of what happens in their county. There are election directors that are appointed people and they've had a lot of problems. They generally handle the early voting about a month in Arizona. The recorders have election day operation and the recorders are elected. Now, unfortunately for us, there is a terrible person named Steven richer, who claimed he was a Republican when he was running, who got a lot of support from Republicans because we wanted to take that feat back from a Democrat who was a radical leftist progressive who actually wants to be the next Secretary of State. And Stephen Richard has been a complete and total disaster. He is a disappointment. He is incompetent and he's also just very smarmy. And he has done a terrible job. You know, I know that last night I called on the election director from pinal county to resign. But I think Steven Richard really needs to look seriously at what he's doing as well because he has not been an asset to the Maricopa County elections department in my opinion. Doctor ward, I want to circle back to the governor's race as it now stands the numbers we have and if you've got updated numbers please share those with us, carry like 46.2% of the vote Karen Taylor robeson 44.4%. Is there is there a point where there's an automatic recount in a primary and if so, what is that percentage? That is, those numbers sound as up to date as I've heard recently. Maricopa County will be counting some of those the day I've dropped off ballots today and giving a report by 7 p.m. and an automatic recount would not occur unless the margin was at or lower than 0.2%. So it's only a couple hundred votes. The only one recently who's gone through that is Andy bigg when he first ran for Congress and he came out victorious in that primary race. And I think he's been a great rep and I look forward to carry being given Ron DeSantis to run for his money for the most conservative governor in this great United States. It's going to be interesting. Any idea when we might be able to get a formally declared winner of the primary race there. I'm keeping my eyes open to see when that's going to happen. They have up to 5 days on these ballots that were dropped off. They are ballots that have been signed dated and a phone number on them. So those have to be scanned into the system. They have to the signatures have to be checked by the signature checkers at the county. And then they can, once they're confirmed as legal ballot, then those are able to be tabulated. There are ballots that may have signature issues or may not be fine that the county has up to 5 days to cure so they can call those voters and or contact those voters to see if it's really them, but then it is. Those will be a smaller portion. So I think the vast majority we should be. I hope today they should be able to tabulate the vast majority that we'll.
