"Makes sense for these teachers to come and help us what we try to do. Is we try to build an education platform where the sharpe's students are looking for the best teachers and all we're doing is matchmaking. The student to the teacher and if we can help the teacher translate decades of knowledge and preserve it in video format with self study assignments. The teacher now has created ip for themselves. And what we do is we pay a royalty in perpetuity to the instructor for as long as we're alive as long as the company is viable every time one unit of your class sells you make a royalty on that forever so some teachers have made thousands of dollars. Some teachers have made hundreds of thousands. And this is how it works the better the class the more. It is alignment with a community audience. The better that you do and we even put into the contract we do not own your ip. We own the recording of it. But you can go and recreate this class with whoever you want you can go lecture and teach us wherever you want because we don't wanna own your ip so we're going to be a publisher for the best teachers in the world. Now we have to still build up ourselves. Funnel our pipeline our audience our community so that we can attract the very best teachers. So they know. If i'm gonna make course where am i gonna make. I'm gonna make it with the future. I get paid the best. They're the best students. And there are top-notch crew the understand it from teachers point of view. This is something. I'd love to have all schools. Do not just hours. It doesn't matter to me. I'm not here to win. I'm here to disrupt education so if anyone wants understand our blueprint who wants to know how we do what we do. The numbers behind it all you have to do is ask me. I will tell you anything you want to know. I love that. So i've got a pretty big question for you. Give solved a hell of a lot of challenges. You've grown too. I mean. I did the math. Five hundred fifty people at one hundred and fifty dollars. That's eighty two five a month. You multiply that out by the year. That's nine hundred ninety thousand. That's right at a million dollars in annual recurring revenue from one hundred fifty dollars a month group. So you've solved a hell of a lot of challenges that people try to solve now. What's the next challenge that you're gonna solve. There's more challenges within the challenge. I wasn't sure where read this or heard this recently. Which is when you saw one problem. Congratulations you get to solve a bigger problem. And maybe it's john lewis saying this just graduate to the next bigger problem so life is about taking on bigger challenges bigger problems and this is what's happening so when we started with the group was free and then became twenty five dollars became seventy five dollars now. It's one hundred fifty bucks. Some people say it should be more. I'm keeping one hundred fifty four now not forever. But for now but i want to grow the group to two thousand people but when we get to two thousand people. We're going to have all kinds of growing pains. There's going to be a lack of this feeling of intimate connection in groups. But you know what will invent new solutions to the new problems. And we'll keep doing that but once we get to two thousand people and if you're doing the math you falling along. That's three point. Six million dollars a year in recurring revenue by teaching people and building community. That's a lot of money for me to work with. So the next thing for me is to build satellite hybrid campuses where people can come and get together like we talked about. We identified four major time zones where communities are from. It would be nice to hold some space where we can pull resources like the way. We're pulling resources in terms of coaches and advisors. We could do that with physical space. Because i think pre pandemic there's still a desire to connect with real human beings and get together and something wonderful happens. The last time we did a get together it was in february of twenty twenty right before the country. While i'm full lockdown mode and twenty thirty people from all over the world. Some people flew out from india from england. Which is from all over the place to come together. We went to the beach we hiked. We did things that made people curse my name. In terms of physical exercise. We got to eat lunch together. And we got to do a workshop with mardi new mayer and some of the people who came coordinated with each other unbeknownst to me to rent an airbnb and they hang out the entire time so the running joke is chris. You thought we're here for you or not. We came here because of you were staying. Because of them in them being the community members to friendships that are formed because we shared a common desire at the common dream. And it's awesome ac- we've seen people form legitimate business enterprises together people hire one another and people who find great comfort and clarity in just hearing from totally different human being their pain. Points are struggles and their solutions. And we just learned from each other so as a person who facilitates this. I'm really proud and happy that this sub groups are formed and that there these real relationships that are built that will last longer than their time in this group and that makes me really happy i love like i mean. I've felt your heart there. I felt like you're building something. That's going to extend far beyond you chris. If our audience wants to follow up with you they want to catch you more. Obviously they can all follow you and they should here on clubhouse but where else would we direct them to to get to know you a little bit more. Yeah you can follow me. Just brought anywhere on the internet. The cristo not just chris. But it's got to be the christo. Yes i try to keep the same username across all the platforms so you can follow me and you can. Dm me you can watch videos. You can join a group and if you don't mind if you're really interested in finding out more about this hundred dollar. Coaching group d the word pro pierro and my chat bot will take care of the rest and that's it. I'm very easy person to find. That's perfect. I'm going to wrap up here and i'm going to give the audience just a taste of what's going on here so this was the first show in a new weekly series. That's in gary club. I've been wanting more in depth conversations. Personally which is great people. My friend john lee dumas. And i were talking a while back. And he was telling me his story of becoming the first daily podcast and he said gary i was both the worst and the best daily podcast when i became the first daily podcast. Because i didn't see anyone else doing a daily podcast. So i haven't seen anyone on a weekly basis doing consistent depth conversations that are promoted that go in d. that talk about a topic and it's something that i wanted to do on the app. It's something that i wanted to build a blueprint and a role model for everyone else to implement my opinion about clubhouses. I don't care what strategy used as long as it works. If you're leaving clubhouse saying it doesn't work come find me. I'll help you because if you're not having success on clubhouse that hurts all of us we need everyone to have success here on the app so my job and my goal is to do as many different formats as many styles. Try as many things share as many things as i can with each and every one of you so you can have success here too. And we're a baby app right now. We only have several million people here. I mean chris goals to impact a billion people. We're not close to that on this out so we need to do our job to bring more people here and help chris. Impact his billion people and the more. We take our time to treat people. The way the christmas trading group and help his community grow and really put them first and support them a call them out and i think we all win. And you know then. Chris doesn't have to work as hard you know. I'm not saying not work hard. But he has other people who are out here talking with them. He has other people who are out here spreading the message and he's helping them and they're helping him back and it's nice for simplicity. That just works. And i love that. I love what you've been able to build. I love what clubhouse allows us to build as an app it allows us to communicate as friends and build relationships in ways that i don't think we would have been able to before i've met so many people that i could have never really imagined a moment where we would have been together unless we happen to both speakers at the same conference so that was the goal with the room. I think it was successful in my mind. I hope it was successful in. Yours am absolutely honored that you were the first guest in the weekly show. Thank you so much buddy for coming in with us. Thank you for having me and thanks for asking those questions and thank you for everyone in the audience. Who's sitting here when you could be doing something different. I hope you got some value from today. And if you have more specific questions feel free to dc on.

You definitely don't need me to teach you about Noko tools. I'm a Newbie. What declined all I do is ask great questions of people who have done much of what we probably intend to do. The Best I can do is present their answers in a way where you can see yourself in the conversation and make the connection with something that is important to you if we succeed today your perceived obstacles will no longer be potent enough to keep you frozen from taking action. Chris and I shouldn't be even hanging out but I was successfully getting him to jam with me. His Origin Story and point of view have huge overlaps for creatives in any field especially in no code. Where creativity is requiring practitioners to blend design customer behavior you X. Functionality and business execution for clients who substantially don't even care about the trend of no code. They only care about results in meeting. Chris. I've never been so comfortable in the realization. Get I know nothing? I gained so much from talking to an expert.
