The capitals closed out in emotional day with a walk off win in Anaheim three to two on Tom Wilson's game winner just 69 seconds into overtime, telling NBC sports Washington. Yeah, I mean, it's a great group of guys in there and it's been a crazy week. Guys coming in out injuries now and has just been that way all year and all we can do is come together and play as a group and that's our first win. Hopefully we can rack them together here. It was fitting that Wilson had a two goal game. He's one of only 6 players left from the capital Stanley Cup championship team after Lars Eller was traded to Colorado earlier in the day. Maryland's first game back in the rankings was an upset loss to Ohio State 73 62 to add to the 21st ranked road woes this season, unlike the terms GW in George Mason extended their respective win streaks, but Georgetown took a 40 point beating at creighton to close out the regular season. In this week's D.C. sports auto, we debated the veteran quarterback market for the Washington commanders and George Wallace said they want to see what they've got in Sam how. And if they bring a quarterback, the route you're going is a veteran is a Derek car type. I mean, I don't say it, but even Marcus Mariota was released yesterday. Somebody like that. "Aside from the point of CDs, which we took a long trip down this road, this guy found in Texas, he was an upon shop about this Batman Turner overdrive CD, and in the CD was an original photo from November of 63 of Kennedy leaving love field. What? Yes. The motorcade Jackie Kennedy president Kennedy, the right there, a picture that was in and out had not yet had November 23 on the back of it. It was taking the morning at love field. What's crazier? The fact that that photo was in the CD or that someone was buying a bachman Turner overdrive seating. Now that's a whole different philosophical argument at that point. And I have to imagine that somebody put it in there and then was like, this is going to be the craziest story in like 6 years when somebody actually buys this CV. The crazy. Yeah, and the crazy part about it, you know, of course you got BTO. I mean, taking care of business, baby. I mean, you got the music there. But you think about that in terms of putting a picture they went and let the FBI look at it and they could confirm the originality of it is one that had never been published. It was a photo out of all those pictures and the amazing photos in my show. It had never been it's a photo that had never been. Did anyone come forward saying that's my photo or anything like that? No, I read part of the article in the guy said it was just, you know, it was in there. That's unbelievable.

"Special. He leaves me presents on the floor. Every day when I get home, all right? And we let him out, we take him for a while. He's getting older. What? He's getting older. He is getting, but he's been doing this his whole life. That's not an excuse. Like, he's never learned and then what happens is we put him in a crate. We were like, you know what, we can't do this. He's pooping in the house. We're just gonna put him in a crate while we put him in a crate. He like breaks his teeth and stuff, 'cause he was chewing at the bars while we were gone and then he poops. He pees, he pukes in the crate, and then he rolls in it. So we get home and he's a poop dog. And we got to give him a bath. So it's better just to pick up the turds when you come home. It doesn't even try to eat it too. Oh yeah. Yeah, sometimes you'll see like a tiny little turd and you're like, gee, I want to wear the rest of that one. Remember when my dog picked up your dog with her mouth? Yeah, that's what happens when you have a 60 pound dog and a ten pound dog in the same house. So neither of my dogs really give kisses copper dog. He never gives kisses. Maybe like twice ever I've gotten kisses from him. He just doesn't give anybody guesses. And steal occasionally well, but yeah, neither reminder really kissing dogs. You're on the 48% side. Yeah. I guess so. All right, jump into fantasy time. We're gonna do a little stardom sitting for I can't believe we're already at week four, almost a quarter of the way through. I guess that's different now because we're what 17 games. But my start at quarterback this week is going to be someone I probably wouldn't have guessed to start the year. It is going to be Marcus Mariota. And it's solely because he has, in my opinion, some of the better young weapons in the league. Cow pits, finally got the ball a little bit last week. Calling for him to get the ball, the previous couple of weeks, and then I said that the rookies are down, the exception to that is Drake London, Garrett Wilson, and Chris olave and Drake London happens to be on the falcons and is having a monster a year. And Cleveland is a bottom third past defense so far. I think there are ranked 20 seconds. So my start is Marcus Mariota. I have something to support that that sounds pretty wild, but would you believe that the second highest over runner of the week is Cleveland at Atlanta?

"Oh, that this other just aren't ready to be here or the heater just on another level. No, I disagree with that. I think the Celtics are fully capable. No, they're not. And actually should be better than this heat team. Now, fully differences, exactly. The difference is Marcus smart didn't play tonight. And Albert was in plain sight. Hopefully they didn't get Al Horford back for game two. I don't know what the hell is going on with that protocol situation. And I don't know what the deal is with Marcus Mariota that nobody does. I know that obviously if Marcus smart could play, you know, even through pain, I'm sure he would. So I'm interested to see, you know, I am going to step back in with the Celtics for a few minutes, get some players coming here. I anticipate that we will see Marcus in there too..

"I don't know. We'll see what happens here. Let's talk about the Atlanta Falcons quarterback situation. They traded quarterback Matt Ryan to the colts. They got a third round pick for him. Atlanta has a dead cap hit of over $40 million from Matt Ryan in 2022. That's the most ever in NFL history. It's unreal, how much money they're paying Matt Ryan to not be on their football team. It feels like a couple things here. Atlanta wanted to reset their quarterback position, like a rebuilding football team, a 37 year old Matt Ryan just doesn't help us at all. And they got what they could for him, a third round pick. They also got rid of his salary for 2023. That's the colt's problem, not our problem. They also kind of did Matt Ryan a solid in a weird, honorable way. They're like, we're going to send Matt Ryan to a team that is decent where he has a shot to win some games, probably better than we have here in Atlanta. And actually despite the cost, trading Matt Ryan still did save Atlanta money. They saved $9 million for this year, and they used it to get a new quarterback. What they did was they signed quarterback Marcus Mariota to a two year $18.75 million deal just over $9 million a year. Marcus Mariota is a guy I love. Marcus Mariota is, it was a Heisman Trophy winner in college. He was a first round pick by the Tennessee Titans he spent 5 years there in Tennessee. He lost his job ultimately to Ryan Tannehill. And the last two years he's been the backup in Vegas behind Derek Carr. Now, Marcus Mariota is definitely intriguing where he's been a franchise quarterback and he failed, but he probably has learned a lot since then and this is a big opportunity for Marcus where I could see it potential where he does play well and becomes their franchise quarterback long term in Atlanta. Now, it does feel a bit like he's being set up to fail, like they have no receivers in Atlanta. It's very bleak at the receiver position. Calvin Ridley is suspended for the year. And after him, they got really nothing going on. Exciting in Atlanta. They do have cordelle Patterson, who's like a running back receiver hybrid. They put them all over the field. Tight end Kyle Pitts is outstanding. He'll probably be Marcus Mariota's favorite target undoubtedly. You also have a developing offensive line that seems to be getting better. He's also familiar with the falcons head coach Arthur smith's system and offensive system from Tennessee. So we'll see how it goes for Marcus Mariota. I expect Atlanta is going to still draft a quarterback. A two year $18 million deal is not exactly a contract for Mariota that tells me that Atlanta has a ton of confidence in the guy. They're kind of like, oh, we'll see. We're not going to give you very risky contract. We'll see what happens. Remember, Atlanta has the number 8 overall pick. And if the quarterback had liberty Malik Willis is available there. His potential is a quarterback like adjust and Herbert, a Josh Allen a I mean, physically what he can do is just a step above all the other quarterbacks in this draft class. And is he a finished product? Oh no. No, he's not. But neither was Josh Allen. Neither was Justin Herbert, neither was Trey Lance, like you take a guy like Malik Willis and give him really good coaching..

"Of these bridge guys in there and go from there. And duck Hodges is under contract with the Ottawa red blacks for another two years. Oh yeah. So you're not getting duck out of Canada. You know, he's not just going to walk back in there and save you. I don't know. James, would you go like, would you assume that naji Harris takes the leap here and you're offensive line is going to be pretty dang good and then you just you just say to Jameis like we're going to ask you to throw like three times a game so just don't screw it up and you have Chase claypool, Jameis has a big arm, I don't know, something like that, maybe? Either way, I mean, either way, it's going to cost money. Jameis Winston isn't doing one of those saints deals again. I think he showed enough before he got hurt that even he's probably like a 14 or $15 million a year player at this point, right? I don't know. Not for my team, but my team doesn't exist, so. Right. I'm just saying like Ryan Fitzpatrick is like 1617 at this point or whatever it was that he played for last year. If the going rate for that steady mercenary guy. Now that's that market's getting squeezed a little bit because teddy Bridgewater was getting what he had this three year 63. I think in Carolina. Yeah, so I don't know. I mean, we also just trade for Taysom Hill. What do you think, by the way? I mean, I am a Matt Canada guy. You're a Big Mac Canada guy. I think that's putting it accurately there. What do you think? Would you want like, this is kind of baiting you because I know you really like Marcus Mariota, but I see Marcus Mariota as a guy where if you had a highly schemed offense, highly skiing. You could plug Mariota in there and maybe get some stuff going. You know, at least for most of the 2022 season, if you take Mario out of it, if you just had like, you know, sort of mobile traits Y guy X does that intrigue you more than getting a Jameis or a Garoppolo or someone maybe a little more traditional traditional drop back in that met Canada offense. Hell yeah. And you bring on chip Kelly to be assistant offensive coordinator. Or head coach. I don't know, trade Mike Tomlin to like the, you know, just bring like the 2000 would that have been the 2000 12 organ ducks, right? Yeah. Some along there, 2014 drafts of 2013, Marcus Mariota. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I thought Marcus Mariota played really well for the Raiders. And they had him kind of doing the gimmicky stuff by the end, but he was an effective player. I really like that. That's actually like a sneaky, brilliant thing. I hope they're listening to the podcast. He'd look cool in a steelers uniform too, wouldn't he? Well, those are great uniforms. Everyone. Ridiculous crime. Let's talk jets here, jets are still in that kind of in between in betweens not quite the word, but I don't think anyone's convinced the jets are on the right track, but there are plenty of signs that suggest that they are and obviously they once again have some money to spend here. If Joe Douglas gets the quarterback thing wrong, that's on Joe Douglas, right? But ultimately, I don't think and I hate, I hate playing the game of like who gets enough credit because credit is ultimately our responsibility. And so I'm basically just saying that like other people who assign the credit are wrong. But I don't think that Joe Douglas gets enough credit for how well he's gotten them set up. I think he has them set up really well. So I think from a GM standpoint, it's like, okay, you know, maybe a messed up on some stuff, but you inherited an absolute garbage fire from Mike mcadam. And I think you're cleaning it up as best you can. You have some decent players on the roster. You got two first round picks for Jamal Adams, who's like just like a bad outside linebacker now. It's pretty phenomenal. Where do they put that money at this point? I guess that's the linebacker seems an obvious spot. I mean, you do kind of look at that Robert solid defense and be like, boy, they kind of miss a Fred Warner here. And they certainly don't have that guy. CJ Mosley is a solid probe, but he's not athletically the kind of mover that Fred Warner is. Great up the middle in the secondary there. So I guess that's where you go with it. But yeah, it's an interesting spot, and then on top of that, I mean, you have so many blue Bloods in the AFC now or emerging blue Bloods. It's just, it's gonna be really sad if Zach Wilson doesn't basically become the guy there. Yeah, and he might not. But I think this will be a good evaluation year. Like if he can swim, I think all signs will be pointing up, you know, I'm not saying I'm not declaring the offensive line fixed when you have like Lauren duvernay tardy penciled in his right guard right now, but I think it's gonna be it's formidable. I think that offensive line is you could put it up against anybody, especially if you resign Morgan Moses. But..

"Look good in a preseason game against jacksonville with four to five the the decision to have him as a starting quarterback. But you know maybe there were like man this is sean. Payton did get alvin. Kamara as the running back. And you know sean payton can go ahead and take any quarterback made him so much. Better look what he did with. Drew brees turning him to one of the greatest quarterbacks of our generation and they've surefire hall of famer when his career was floundering and san diego and then his medical Failure in miami led to the opportunity for new orleans to acquire drew brees arrest. Its history and you take a look. Drew brees was out what the saints were able to do with someone like a teddy bridgewater even tastes hill. So even with the backups new worlds but still a little Team in the nfc in the nfl. Because of sean payton and what he did in into the offense of grew rune in the mind and the genius. Did the talent of sean payton as a offense of guy in the nfl. All those narratives were there for james wisden guy number one draft pick florida state hydrogen trophy winner national championship guys so this guy's a quote unquote winner but showed awful amounts of maturity immaturity during this time to florida state and he comes over and gets drafted by tampa bay. First couple a years showing promise. And then all of bruce arians comes in and changes up the whole deal and he wants to be the guy. That's going to be chuck in risk it no biscuit and all of those things which unleashed james over five thousand yards. But then thirty plus touchdown to go along with thirty interceptions led to the ultimate divorce from tip obey. Especially when tom brady said you know what i'll go in i'll join the squad so moving over to new orleans was the post to resurrect career in turned the corner and turn the page and all those type of things. Maybe after everything said and done. Maybe this is what j. mrs and if this is what j. Is it primarily. He's going to be a pretty good backup quarterback. I hate to say it. I mean we found out when marcus mariota him janus were one two or james number. One marietta was a number two draft pick in it was shown that marcus mariota oop sorry overvalued. He's nothing more than a backup. If this is going to be jameis winston if this is going to be something where he looked man you know. James winston is going to be your guy when he steps back the pass. It's not all about laser surgery and being able to see things is all about. This is who he is as a quarterback. He's going to drive you nuts. He's going to be inconsistent. Can you have an inconsistent quarterback or incident and play at the quarterback position where the highs are high in. The lows are lows in terms of the plays that he makes when he throws touchdown passes when he makes plays he can make them look spectacular but then when he messes up he can make those. Mets upslope spectacular. So it's just a situation where you can fall in love with him immensely in one possession and then the be kicked out of the league because of a stupid decision that he makes other next possession so if this is going to be the quarterback jameis winston is hell. He's a backup quarterback. Sean payton kiss his career so even with all the stats just mention even with the sixty five percents completion percentage even with the eight touchdowns that he thrown three or four games..

"J. the giants lost to the broncos daniel jones with another turnover. It's so predictable. I'm watching it with pemex. I say it out loud here comes the turnover you know it's coming. Jones has four turnovers in eighteen. Fumbles lost since entering league in two thousand nineteen both are the most in the nfl over that span. Your biggest overreaction to our beloved new york football giants loss. Fm myself yesterday on the cows drinking more delo wondering how. How would our team if we brought pat shurmur back. I'm just watching him. Die our defense. So oh yeah he was. Oc dyson deepens left. and right. and then. I'm watching daniel jones. I'm i'm thinking. Because obviously i got wilner my head and we're talking about the jets and we're talking about sam darnold or we're talking about zack. Wilson and i'm sitting there saying man. Is this going to be the same scenario with the jets is happening with daniel jones. We watching the same exact playbook happen like the offense is limited due to his turnover prone capabilities to a degree. It doesn't feel like jason garrett's playbook is that creative offensively. We've a bad offensive line. It just seems like we're going down the road. The same thing is going to happen. That's happened with the jets. I'm gonna end up watching daniel jones on another team somewhere else. One day with a better offensive system in place. I'm going to watch him shine. That's how i felt yesterday. At least jason geared smart ivy league. I listened that play calling key. It's the most obvious offense. It's creating what's coming from the couch the worse thank you. It's worse here's my overreaction. And this is before the draft. I have now seen enough daniel jones. I know how you feel about this. And you like. I think he has a chance under the right circumstances to maybe be a solid. Nfl quarterback a good quarterback. But we're in year. What is it now. Three year for daniel jones. It's fine max. Ohi wanted just fields. Just feel i want like. Should the giants be looking for a quarterback. If i'm not saying you reach for one and try and try and invent one. If he's not there. I think drew walk could be no. I'm talking about ucla dude where you think that dude's a baller go get him because i don't think he says it. Here's what they should do. Buttercup here's what he's talking to you jay if if he was looking at you about if if they have some reservation on data jones what you then go and do is you. Go get a you. Don't go to draft another guy. You don't do that. What you get is a throw away that get jameis winston in india reclamation project exactly. But i'm trying. I was trying to take somebody out there. That's like going gives you have to wait for them to show up just could you. I was going to say. Like jared. Goff tyrod taylor. If shawn watson were to somehow get back on the field for or yeah but he made it a little longer into you going get you a marcus mariota or ryan donahue replace marcus mariota right in. That's what a guy who was once thought a lot of who showed some promise. I couldn't get the consistency out there. That's left like that in talking about the hot seat. The hot seats already been replaced right. We gotta wait for the seats to heat up again. We gotta wait to see who might be available quarterback cam newton. But that's different that's different. That's different. I mean like the guy that like. A guide has got three to four years in the league. Like jamie winston at a teen doesn't want you go and get one. There's not anybody in my universe right. Now that i can think garoppolo might be available here. We go so garoppolo so some but the problem with jimmy. Garoppolo is v. lee san francisco. He's going somewhere to start see riot any. He'll went to tennessee to back up. James winston went to. He's got be perceived as a bust given his high status sorta can play with the yet. I still have you still daniel jones still the same old line problem. Regardless of fixed a quarterback who's morale pocket still even watching saquon borrow sanders limited carries key to a degree. But he couldn't get anything but what this does for you. J. as it buys you time to be sure today. Jones is not the guy. I'm just gonna. Let's narrow it down. Okay with tennessee. Is they sign ryan donahue because they were not one hundred percent sure. Marcus mariota member marcus. Mariota was had taken into the playoffs but they were not sure about the moment. He got hurt. Tanny hill came in in all of a sudden it was like here holders for me a little bit and one what you to stay warm. Stay over there and stay ready. Just stay ready in ten. He'll kept going going going and it was like well. That's issue is what you needed. The guy you're describing is daniel jones. If the giants moved on from him he would be that guy for another team pissing. Bisky was a guy like that. I guess that would be a guy right there. I don't want mitchell trubisky founding. I don't want me to be is talking about here. What you're saying that could have been that could have been the giants instead of being the bills but matt's it's easy. Hit it right on the trip. We talked about this when he was running the ball. You saw the defense about the collapse slide. What did he do. He tucked any try to credit points. And don't start with because like seattle picks up is named gabe jackson as a guy. I'm thinking about for a fifth round. Pick off offensive lineman or everywhere. Gettleman been their season four still looking for his hog. Molly's get outta here told us and let's take some calls in the dr pepper corn right. Get outta here. no i'm serious man. Does it take this long. Joe in bangor maine she got for us. What's your overreaction. Yeah my my overreaction is The denver broncos found their quarterback of the future and teddy bridgewater. Bridgewater is a guy like that right but but teddy bridgewater is not tape. Bridgewater was drafted in the first round the minnesota vikings hurt his. Acl moved to the jets. The jets moved him then. He moved to new orleans with. You need to do a new orleans then all of a sudden carolina. I don't know what that is fine. They got saying. I don't know what they were thinking. But that works for denver. Great defense yeah guys not going to mess it on. Go mess and rich. Teddy gonna keep it nice and easy bridgewater. Also not just won't mess it up. He'll make some clutch. Plays a baller when you when you when people say game manager. That's always taken as an insult. But if you have a game manager who's big on third down that you can win. I want super bowl with a quarterback that no one would ever say he had breath for for right. But guess what. Brad didn't do screw it up. He wasn't giving it to the other team on a random. No i'm glad jerry judy's okay jerry. Yes okay because i didn't look good yesterday. Daniel in california you're on with keyshawn j. and max. Espn radio what you overreaction. My biggest overreaction. Is that of the way. The packers played yesterday with How aaron rodgers played. I think aaron rodgers is done. It's time for the packers to jordan levin. And let him go it. That is an overreaction. You lose about thirty five points but think about it though. Jd forget how to play football. Would think about it though jay. No practicing is saying if you're not gonna win a whole lot of games doing that. You gotta they gotta practice. You can keep thirty five basketball score. Get away get away from you. I think he's one of the 32 best guys in the NFL. I think he'll I think he'll end up being a starter. I put him on there. What do you? Yeah, and he was fine last years. A lot of people worse than him The fine, fine. I mean, I don't know if Gardner Minshew is gonna be a star who Who do you have? That's better, but Mr NFL roster Well, I mean, you hope Jalen hurts is obviously a better about who's better. That's a backup to ask. Answer. Scott would say, Well, I mean, it's obviously young guys, right? Because Trey Lance is gonna start today. So right there with Jimmy grapple of those guys. I don't think that was what he was asking. I think he's asking like he mentioned Mario to Is there a guy like that, Joe that you like to start one to throw out there? It's going to be intriguing to watch his drew lock backing up. Teddy Bridgewater, Bridgewater Steady. Bridgewater is consistent. The reason Bridgewater's starting in Denver is because head coach victory Angio. Plans to win with defense and with running the football. That's why they drafted Williams out of North Carolina to pair with Melvin Gordon. Okay, That's how he wants to win. That's how he won under John. Excuse me, Jim Hardball when he was with the San Francisco 49 ers, but This was a team last year under Drew lock that had the most giveaways in the entire NFL. They were sloppy with the football lock has high upside. He has high upset. He's got to clean up the mess If he can clean up the mess with Jerry, Judy, Courtland Sutton and the rest of that roster, there's potential, but now he's going to have to earn it. I'd rather have Gardner Minshew, Andrew lock. I would if you're if you're asking me just if I have to have a team and I got to pick one of those two guys to start. I'm taking Gardner Minshew market. Well, I mean, Andrew like, well, he has an advantage in Denver to to Joe's point. He's tall, and John Elway loves tall quarterback. So you know he's going to have an advantage. Just because of that. I also think Vic Fangio's on the hottest seat, maybe in the NFL, so he's got to win big. I think he's going to start the veteran and Teddy and then you bring in July gardening shoes in the situation where he can put himself in that position. Which is why the Eagles made that move anything. If you're Jalen hurts, you don't feel very secure about having this job. Long term. You know, you gotta play to sort of win this job. Fangio hotter seat than Matt Nagy in Chicago. No shut the hottest Oh, I think it's been. I think Matt Nagy will be going for the halfway through the season. I will say halfway through tonight's game at l. Against the ransom that goes away something very few NFL pregame shows are debating Gardner Minshew versus Drew Lock. It is today, but that's what we bring you here on Countdown to kickoff. Now the game that is big Byron is, of course. Dolphins are patriots. I feel like I don't want everybody to slow down, but I kind of want everybody to slow down on the Mac Jones train. I'm going to tell you I'm gonna be a hater on that kid because his name sounds like mine. And a lot of people think that his name is Matt Jones, and he's made it completely where I can't even arrogantly search my name anymore because everybody's talking about him and getting his name wrong. But I also think that if you look down to in Miami, there's to me Alabama quarterbacks. I don't believe in a jinx like people of Alabama can't be could good quarterbacks, But I think they're harder to evaluate because they're playing with this talent. I mean, look, you put in a new guy, Bryce Young. He looks amazing, too. I just feel like everybody needs to slow down on that Jones and I think we're going to see that maybe even starting today. Yeah. I mean, the Alabama quarterbacks are kind of like whoever plays point guard for the Lakers, right? You're probably gonna look pretty good, but when you have to run the show, it's a different situation. The thing about Matt Jones, though, is he has the support of that entire franchise and Belichick. They have made it clear by cutting Cam Newton. You are the guy and we're going to ride with you and listen, if you have a rough rough season, we're looking more toward the future. Anyway. You can be comfortable to a can't be comfortable at all, Joe. Not only did he have to deal with the off suit I'll season rumors. About the Shawn Watson possibly replacing him, but there just hasn't been a lot of positive buzz in training camp. Brian Flores hasn't said the kind of things that you want to coach to say. Going into week one about his starting quarterback, So I think two is a guy who knows that there are no guarantees for him. He has to play very well or he's going to be replaced after this season. Maybe during this season, so there's far more pressure. Oddly, as it sounds on tour who's already played in the NFL, then the rookie quarterback in New England before you respond, Joe, do you? You're you're the line. Got your the Vegas guy? You surprised the Patriots are only three point favorite. Not at all. Not at all I did. The entire game has so much intrigue anyway..

"Guys who can hypoc row. We had eight years for years. We always beat that. Saddam like law. They have a better quarterback. Had such a stagnant events with damian tomlinson philip rivers and they lost first round the plas every time. Like get out of here with us. Daddy you're broke leagues eight neighbor ted. They went there the number one defense in their offense way day. I don't wanna hear it. I don't wanna hear about the chargers. Sorry that's great isn't that one was one more thing because i love grabbing on the chargers. Okay because really they are a team without a fan base. They haven't no fans both you and i- separately have been trying to find someone on twitter. That does charges breakdowns. There is no such thing. No one does chargers breakdowns on twitter. Guy because they have no fans. No one gives a crap skis route because no-one actually watches the chargers. Okay like but it's it's it's embarrassing doing keenan allen even pena now all these guys all these guys are played. Oh fans in. The stadium started the charges of addictive debate. The playoffs with the super bowl since two thousand twelve. I don't want to write needs to watch around the nfl. Yeah yeah yeah. It's it's like it's like a shooter okay. And he's just sitting. He's sitting in the corner. He's like this one's gotta go. This one's gotta hit this like he's just keeps on shooting because he thinks will eventually you know you can be right so yeah And don't get me wrong. Yeah just in harbor. He showed a lot of promise. Joey bosa is when he saw the german jesuits healthy like those guys are freaks right and then in this guy daily. You know who's coming in the head coach. He's really special. You know so. I just don't like this year this year. There's there's also make leap. It'd be like yeah. I don't i don't understand that one so they're going to be competitive for sure they're gonna be competitive but i'm just. I'm just not convinced like they're going to be like you know a playoff team. Necessarily this year mosaic. And then the broncos like come on get out of here with this paper paper giants on defense and broncos are going to struggle for sure I'm very confident that You know. I think that charge charges and to be really really competitive. But but not necessarily like you know get double-digit locked wins but Yeah i just don't understand why these are the teams get so much credit. And then the raiders like every all these pundits and even when brandon marshall said that raiders. We're going to be number two in the division and that guy was like i think the lions vegas heat is getting to the raiders. The raiders like is just eight nine gruden in cars. Yeah it's just it's just fun to do. I guess for some bombings games. Do the ball land fourth-down making an.

"Know I don't know but with the the is better to be agreed with mariota's so he has somebody in front of him that he can come around and make some blocks and make some plays some yeah I'd be exciting. I think i said it before you put just a couple of plays like that short yard situations. They don't even have to be goal line. They could just third and once in the middle of the field you put you put a couple. Plays like that on tape now. Defensive coordinators are having a car it up all the different options and things like that. It wastes so much practice time. Got my kid away so much frankenstein. So it's worth it just for that and then also because marcus mariota. he's You're you're texting me like a lot this this summer in your like multiple times i remember you saying like mark. Martin marietta is a would you. Would you call him like he wants to. Get into the yeah. Yeah he's bad. He just tough bro like to dive and give his whole body just to get in there so even like if you give him the ball down there i i think there's a chance that he's tried. It highs hardest to get to that corner at score. So that's why. I think like putting the pin pool. Qb sweep in there. I think is would be super smart. If they're gonna use him down there. But i don't know i don't know how much gruden's get a do it. You know i don't know you know. Especially if he doesn't work which means how stubborn is with it. You know what i mean. He he does try. who knows. We'll see we'll see. They say they have a package for it. I don't know like like what are they. See in practice to kind of get into that package. But yeah i mean we will see you'll see I do remember like when win taped online. I started one of the things. Talks about was marcus. Mariota is is a great backup. Because he's just gonna be like let's play ball if he's going to go in there and in you know and saw out there and it's a great changeup of because of the athleticism right then he brings at least like the straight line speed. They they he can get up to. You know that that change is really changes the way you play defense when you go against play like that and and then when you see him. Some of the plays as Throughout his entire career where he's like really putting his body on the line for his team. I think that's great backup to have And yeah it would be cool to see a package of place for him you know. Specifically for him to kinda highlighted highlight him a little bit. And then you know Maybe even down the line that adds some to some value in the raiders. Get some good for marcus. Mariota in yourself. I think it's a win win win win win for everyone. I agree iran Anything else talk about. And i think we've covered a lot of the stuff in the beginning of the show. You know I think he talked to all the transactions. Mutual you'd love me. No that's unamused got signed seattle. That's that's okay dressing very good. Very good sir I wished enemies the best But since he never actually played an actual regular season game for the raiders. Yeah i don't know if it really counts as raider vessel. Yeah that's true. Some people have ten m used jerseys. That's sad of sorry. I'm sorry if you're tanneries fan. I've seen some ten On twitter beds embarrassing. That's why i'll have the Tim brown jersey. Charles woodson jersey does the jerseys. I have okay. We're talking about our fame players. All right don't be grabbing in jersey of a draft. Pick of gay. Who knows what's going to happen to these guys. Asi at third round hybrid specialties guy. Special teams war daddy. The writing was on the wall the writing on the wall because he's not big enough. Play sam linebacker Nfl he's not he's not but it is interesting The same system so it's like sweet. Yeah they play a Under junior. Yeah that's true. He went to the same exact system. But i i think that he's gonna be like backup middle linebacker plus a lot of the allow jazz sized guys like cody. Barton's over there. He's like almost like five eleven. He's barely six feet tall pretty burning. Yeah there was a there was like a little mike depp. Where eric cloudy pardoning k. j. right. We're talking in like clint barton. Looks sto short necks. Kate right but Yeah so. I mean yeah. We'll see we'll see. It's it's definitely interesting. Which tami's best. I know that people riled up about that anything else. That raises The foreign thirteen when prediction. No no foreign the three in fourteen. You really think like the giants are gonna stop them. I got the nfc. Eat the plane the east this year. Go guys yeah. We'll see we'll see. I was a Jones yet my only issue related with the whole thing is how much credit the gift like the broncos or even the chargers like i not seeing I don't know. I i watch dignity. I watch more charters than those guys have. Okay so i just don't understand why some of these other teams in the division gets so much credit you know i really don't get. The chargers is justin harvard. That's why the charges have high because everybody thinks just herbert's about delight. Be the next elite quarterback in the nfl. So they major hype. I mean is same thing. Calamari got going into his second year. They super hyped up column raise. Mvp he's got the idea hopkins now that a died just hyping up a first round pick. That played halfway note. He played well he played really well For the rookie year. So but you know. I have my. I have my thoughts about just harbor but you know. Where can we find your thoughts on justin. Herbert my my podcast. My little pocket were and i went over every soon quarterback nfl. so i just a herbert. he's album. I'm interested to see a second year. I'm interested to.

"Two cups. I i gotta saw that covered. You know so. I'm not too surprised. They moved on from him. It was a bad pick from the beginning in my opinion. So since i didn't get out i'm not too shocked by it. I'm not too upset about it. But i can see how other people are but i would make. Are they gonna make a big deal. Like everybody you know given up on henry rugs already. It's weird like one prisoner article that no. He had no impact on the team. Lashing sticking i mean. Do they be cheese him rex. No it again. So anyone who says that hindered rugs didn't have impact. They're just talking about their fantasy team. Not having impact but hang that's all that's all they looking at like. Oh he didn't have thousand yards. He sucks you know like that's all they think about som- Jon gruden and his injury the day. He said he said Pf would give a cliff branch. A bunch of stuff xueliang fifty catches. Yeah right a season right exactly is the right anyway. so that's funny or No i mean denzil pyramid. It's a was actually interesting. He was listed as the starter and middle linebacker. Yeah over over. Nakao st in the district is that right. Yeah it is it or it. Says ten permanent. Nick so i mean i haven't been slow payment clips. I wasn't like super oppress. But if they're saying that he's going to be started than i gotta show origination way what he's all about so Based off like the next week performance. We'll see If i need to like you know do a deep dive on on him and talk to talk about government. But a great run blair. That's about it. Yeah that's a that's all that's all i got Want so what would you have. Rested broke heartless. Get into his. Marcus mariota so brigadier go over marcus mariota red zone history all right so you know. It's a big thing right marks smearing the red zone using in the red zone so simple right so it's such a you know he can right so let's season in the red zone right. It's not always as simple. Really get into what he does. Well ran the football inside the red zone and some of the things he does it all right so i think i right. We're talking about huby sweep. So he comes from mike malarkey. Two thousand sixteen two thousand seventeen exotic smashmouth powerful ball. So what they like to do in the red zone was get him on the outside because mariota he's not really a a guy who's gonna shake you shake you break you type of guy. He is more. I have to have a lead blocker and use my speed and re blocks to get around the corner. And i think that's kind of the issue when it comes to him in the red zone that he's not a inside zone re type of guy where i'm reading the defensive amri does it really well. He needs a leib locker. Freiherr so either has to be read or it has to be some kind of qb pimple sweep type of thing rehab. Some blockers in front of him and he's able to you know they're able to get a the second level he can make his read and just go right. He does not worry about breaking tackles bird about reading anything he is just going and i think that's kind of where he has to be because if you get him into the inside zone run game. And even in the raiders game. He was eaten up that right but sometimes he made garang decision. A couple of times and i game So and you saw right there. I mean if he walks in british win. Everybody's excited you know he. He's getting all this height he might be on a new team right now. Who knows what happens if you mix the rice. Inner so know my crazy on that play. I was trying to figure out. Like when i was watching it. I felt like maybe i was being a little too picky. But i've watched. I've watched that player. That's that's isaac rochelle of wash. That player like last like three years because charges have been watching their defense. There's no no game. would he have run down. Marcus meriden not very athletic. In fact he plays both defensive tackle and defensive and he's like a big defensive end the used to stop the run. Marcus mariota is running that. God guaranteed so okay so if it was like lieutenant boso or you know obviously joy bozo like give their you know like. Don't don't get your head cut off by joey bosa but You know he he and that's just that that would just come with you. Know i guess if you're the starter like this is a package failure. You're gonna look at these two federal grants and you're going to have an idea which ones you can outrun. So when you're when you're in that situation you see like oh ninety eight. I got this guy. let me get. Let me get on right here. and so a lot of these things are predetermined pre-snap which is why like lamar jackson. It looks like the fastest decisions in fact is options. Like he's already knows in his mind before the ball snapped where he's gonna do. Yeah you know that's why it looks like it's such a fast you know. Read option or whatever like he's not reading he's like that guy. I can outrun them by and he's out. Yeah yeah you know. Some marcus mariota. He's special special. He's obviously incredibly incredibly special but it is like the greatest option attack ever in history of football but yeah because he's awesome at the mets point he. He's so good point though. Good in have have a defense overcommit and he'll pull it and he's right by him but anyway yeah we'll talk about. We're going to talk about it. We're gonna we're gonna talk a lot about again talk about but yeah But yeah that's i think. The difference with him is like intensity they naming ran insides out. You know they didn't run the inside zone. Read rarely rare. And i think that's part of the reason that he's better getting out on that sideline raise able to you know build momentum and get outside so that's why. I think that he'll do a lot better there. I love the. I love our greet especially like delaney walker. He was like putting shoulders in some cats. Like i love laney walker only enter fan of his of his play so that was actually equal to see what i really love about. The arc read is you. Can you know do that. A little bit and say lay stuff off of it so easily. You got that safety coming down to the forest player fan right up with brian visit. There's like this is serious football. We're talking about you. Got the art breed and then you know the pop pass built on top of it. You can do it. I think that there's more things that you can do that. So so yeah that'd be awesome to see but i don't think you probably this already. That's not really in drug. Rinse playbook is it. Now he'd have to. He'd have to adjust Everything but. I don't know i don't i don't know i mean how much the arc read in his playbook. I mean maybe that's something he always had in his back pocket for mariota. Because i mean that is something that he really does well. Zone read does anri yet. Yeah the arc. Rita arc read is Is something that he's done really well but gruden never really ran back because he runs inside zone. Read with car to You know you just never He's kept it a couple times but he does run it they run it it just you.

"Interception and hill only nineteen of thirty two passing which is fifty nine percent two hundred nineteen yards on his nineteen to thirty two passing with one touchdown and one interception. I say this. With sean payton knowing a lot more about football than i am but look man when you're talking about the competition between james winston and Demons wasn't the taste. Nil wisden is a quarterback hill is a better football player. Hill is more of a natural athlete. Winston is a better quarterback. So you don't want championships with athletes playing quarterback you win championships with a true quarterback with a natural Playing quarterback winston is naturally a quarterback tastes hill. Is a football player. Football players. Playing quarterback do not win championships. And can we please kind of. I know everyone's gonna point to thirty interceptions. Thirty interception thirty interceptions. I get that. I understand that when you have an opportunity to get tom brady at the time. Forty two years old even though we forty two or forty three years old whenever he decided that he was interested in going to tampa bay. That you know what. It's about time that we can move away from james winston but still this is a guy who also that season in two thousand nineteen where he threw thirty interceptions. He had thirty three touchdowns as threw for over five thousand yards. Only the eighth player in nfl history to do that. Look time to change. Passing concepts of change. Rules have changed to accentuate the offense even more especially the passing game but still i don't give a damn five thousand yards. It's still five thousand yards. Thirty three touchdowns is still thirty three touchdowns and unfortunately for james winston in his family and his fans thirty interceptions is thirty interceptions. So he goes to new orleans. Resurrect this the talent. Is there the former number one. Pick for florida state. That talent is there and there's a good thing that you can chip waste there from some good things that you can polish. There's some good things that you can rebuild. There's good things that you can add onto. There's some good things about james watson's game that you can improve on. I mean this is the guy in five years the starting quarterback for the buccaneers coming out again. Florida state kirby number one draft. Pick right behind. Right ahead of marcus mariota. Well this is a guy who started all sixteen games three of his five years and in the possible eighty games that he played that he that has been there have been played. he'd played in seventy two of them. So this is a guy who's actually going to show up the high majority of times and we think about how many times quarterbacks have been injured throughout the same time period and the game that they missed because of injury. at least with james wisden. You know that this is a guy again. Three out of the five years and he was in tampa played sixteen games the one year. He missed Let me give you a one year. I think he missed two or three games..

"I don't get too crazy about the quarterbacks you guys know. I have no issue drafting quarterbacks late. I'm not there early quarterback kind of guy. It's not my thing. I understand if it is your thing. That's fine i'd rather find value elsewhere. It's too volatile for me. The guy who's the best quarterback last year could be the fifth. Sixth seventh eighth best next season is just not my thing. So i do tend to draft quarterbacks late malate quarterback kinda guy And so you know in those leagues. Don't you're not ever gonna care about marcus. Mariota or joe flacco. Because you're never have to use them. The league's not deep enough in terms of quarterbacks. Ever have to worry about it you know. Even the starters were to get hurt. You probably still wouldn't need these guys. Is that kind of situation in those leagues but in super flex it's a different ball game and in those leagues super flexi marcus mariota and joe flacco should be on rosters no question. They deserve to be drafted. If there if you're gonna start a draft or superplex someone's rostrum these guys. You can go. Choir them for the cheap because their backups to everybody But as he reflects you know it's gonna be a little more difficult just because of the fact that that team who who's roster and now knows that. Hey if their cards injured or jalen hurts gets injured. These guys are the ones that are going to step in. I'm you know. I'm more excited. Marcus mariota rather than joe flacco. Joe flacco fan. Even if jalen hurts was to get hurt. I really wouldn't joe flacco. I'd hope that haven't better option but margaritas more exciting to me. Because when derek carr got injured and marietta played that game he looked good. He'll good was he perfect. No they look good. He brought totally different. You know Ability to the offense and totally different attack to the offense. And i liked it. So i'm not going to ignore either. One of these is a marcus. Mariota focuses if you're in a superplex league if you're not gonna worry about it This is for superfly answers but outside of injury neither one of these guys see the field so this is nothing where you're going to hear you. I'm gonna throw a starter to get mariota. Nah so that kind of game mariota's qbr like the other thing about dicey you thinking about what these guys donald flacco but again mariota. He's a free agent xidan. Which indac- leagues. I wouldn't ignore it. I really emotional crazy. But i don't think mariota's back quarterback i think he gets another chance i do. I think he could have got another chance this season. If the if he was staying with the raiders like he's better than any dalton. I think he is. I believe he is. And i believe team. If they're going to sign any daltons that some of these other guys that against sign they would start. Amac marcus mariota. He would fight his way to the job. Trust me trust me. So if you're he's not a bag out of have even outside of the backup quarterback thing freezing neck sees is not going to be behind car for long so he's not but he's not a bad move bad not a bad strategy. You could do worse than your team if you do worse things. Are you the other things you could be doing. That are way worse and this is just to stay active in the off season team. Fresh keep moving pieces around these these account places you look you. Look for my davis. Is you look for the josh reynolds. You look for the marcus mariota. Those are the moves that are easy to make know in the offseason while people were sleeping behind the wheel or people aren't excited about them because they're thinking about the players that are coming into the draft the rookies or they're thinking about the free agent. Nickel Package
Did Washington Do Enough to Push Dallas in the NFC?
"Did washington football teams teamers and the giants do enough to push dallas in the nfc. So i left philly out. I don't yeah. I just don't i am found anyone who really thinks they're going to be competitive. I mean let's wait and see got jalen whatever. But that's a team that they're not really fun to talk about. Because their free agency considered like stripping you know but i mean they did sign at harris for like nothing which is probably better sightings but what you have in jalen also you serianni. Yes hundred percent but washington in york both very active and did interesting. Things i think are worth discussing because dallas after the dak prescott deal was finally done. They've kind of made a few moves around the margins adding kia neil. Getting tied as kind of swing. Tackle still have question marks at adra sure and coroner but washington like i think they might have had my favorite free agency or at least the one that i'm most excited to see. I don't know payoff on the field. So just to recap. They signed the aforementioned ryan fitzpatrick one year. Ten million dollars. They tag branch eff. Who's there Pro bowler guard. They signed william jackson from the bengals. Cornerback three years. Forty two million dollars and then added panthers wide receiver. Curtis samuel for three years thirty four point five million dollars so just starting like let's start here. Do you agree with me like do you. Do you like what they did. And do you think it makes them an actual competitor in the division. A really like what. Washington did You know. I think among the guys among the quarterback that they could get because not only were they never in it for russell wilson or or wherever really going to be competitive for shawn watson You had to start looking okay. We'll what's realistic. And it's the ryan fitzpatrick coming off his best his career. It's an andy dalton and whereas that really gonna lead you I think that there was a lot of interest in marcus. Mariota he still is not able to sign with another team because the raiders are still holding him hostage But so. I like the quarterback. Move because you're essentially saying let's build up the team the and let's have the strongest team possible around the quarterback position where we don't sell out just because we have to for that position free agency. Maybe they make a move at the draft for a guy that they have their eye on. Or maybe they just say let's. Let's keep the boat floating this year and let's make our move Next free agency. So i thought that they probably overpaid by million or two on curtis samuel. But they wanted him And and ron rivera really likes them. Obviously william jackson an incredible deal You look around and you need another pass rusher and they can they can probably keep ryan kerrigan as a third down specialist if he comes down off his number end so you know he's he's still doing that. He's gonna get paid a whole lot of money. I'm not sure that that money is really out there especially at this point in free agency so they didn't want to mortgage their future for for quarterback right. Now they wanted to keep the boat afloat. I that and so. I like what they have done. Specially on evens. Then when you consider the the sort of offense and the pre-snap that they can have with all those offensive playmakers. Now that curtis annuals there with terry corn. I really like with done.

Patriots Beat
The Patriots Quarterback Carousel
"To talk with the quarterback Carousel though. The latest Derek card may be on the trading block maybe on the market. Maybe not on the market. But what are your feelings? I think we're both in agreement that the starting price of two first-round picks is absolutely insane, but just in terms of him as a player. Where are you on Derek Carr? Yeah. I I think that all just start first with the overarching, you know, I think you're going to see a lot of teams put borderline quarterbacks on the market right now. I think you'll see what Jimmy Garoppolo I think you might see with Kirk Cousins those sorts of situations. It's just because teams saw the return for Matthew Stafford and they're thinking when I want some of that right? It's like what's going on in stock market gets hot. So everybody wants in on it. I don't know how like not every quarterback that gets put on the trade block in the next month is going to be traded and I think cars the first of a handful so I'm not going to like over-hyped that as four cars a player. I mean a nice piece, you know, I I'm not overly excited. You're right. The two first-round picks is too much where I look at this in relation to the Patriots we talked about this on Tuesday is 4 a.m. To get a guy like Jimmy Garoppolo there has to be a trickle-down effect, right? So maybe San Francisco likes car and then they get car and then should be dropping becomes available something like that, but I'm not you know going to do jumping jacks and say the offseason is saved because the Raiders are thinking about trading car, right and I think the biggest thing with these asking price is is that it's nice to ask for two first-round picks your job. Actually get two first-round picks for Derek Carr and even old PlayStation. I can ask you for $500 for it doesn't mean it's going to happen. Right and the other days you want to I mean the offer stands but no no, I'm good. But then the other thing is is that you have a trickle-down effect that you mentioned of the Raiders are not out there actively seeking a trade for Derrick Car unless they can upgrade at the quarterback position themselves. So maybe they feel and I think the report that was out there was that they were going to try to take whatever they get from Derek Carr and package their own pics together to make a move for Deshaun Watson, but if they don't feel like that other shoe was going to drop that you don't just trade Derrick Cartwright. Nothing left, you know with leave yourself empty-handed and now they do but actually it's interesting. You said that cuz you're a big Marcus Mariota guy. I never thought he obviously had his moments. You don't think they trade Derrick car for you know, if you can get to First for Derek Carr if you think Mariota is only a marginal decrease in those two first-round picks will help you out. More than that gap between card Mariota like you don't think they might look to just do that. I wouldn't but you being as high as Mariota on as high on Marietta as you are I'm a little interested that you're not going to flirt with that possibility as well. I would if you have a team comes in and offers the Raiders a Godfather offer for Derek Carr and they do offer multiple first or multiple Hai pics then maybe you could talk yourself in terms of replacing car and like you said, it's not that big of a drop off from one to the other and and you can have that conversation. But I think with Mariota in card me to me, it looks a lot like what Mario dealt with with Ryan Tannehill in Tennessee a few years ago where Mariota because of his pedigree because of his history with the club was the starter to start the season. It didn't go. Well they make the switch to Red Hill and the following offseason is when they decide to move on from Marcus Mariota, so I actually feel like the Raiders and and the Patriots, you know as a domino effect, or maybe one year too early on this dead. Our conversation may be we're having this conversation next to offseason when Marcus Mariota unseats Derek Carr has the starter and if if not, when if okay fair enough. Marcus Mariota unseat Sarah car,

"He's a real ballplayer like a valuable asset startable point guards. Theoretically, I think if you needed it, but certainly absolutely dead. The guy you want running that second unit and you want the guy you want with the ball in his hands. It's not even debatable at this point. He's a legit ball player. I mean, you know, I'd be shocked if it went too far in the other direction at any point in time. He just looks so in control and confident all the time. He looks he plays like he's been he plays like a like an eight year veteran. So I'm I'm constantly each time. I'm amazed to the point where we have to stop being surprised by it. Right? Yeah. I think I'm at that point. I feel like when he's out there, I mean you you nailed the Chinese to like he's in he looks like he's in control out there and that's what it is. He's got like that Dead Presidents. He's know what he's very aware of what's going on around him. I mean, he made a great great pass from the three-point line tonight to Tice for that easy dunk. I mean, I was just that was lamelo ball desk if I may I mean I thought that was just a great play by him just tells you where is Court awareness is is Vision. So I'm with you. I'm not really surprised anymore. I actually am Consider him, you know an important piece to wear this team is going to be able to go not just this year, but we talked about we talked about this like for the season we talked about this before the season. We said the Celtics are going to need to find they're going to need to hit in the draft because they don't have the cap space. Now that shifts that that ship is kind of sale. They lost Gordon Hayward. They've you know, they've had to make some moves where they're at their salary cap limit and they need to hit on a couple of guys in the draft and it looks like Pritchard. I'm listen. I'm not crowding him as an All-Star but you need depth guys. You need guys are going to help you and contribute and I feel like he's one of those guys and I thought this him in there at the same time as Marcus Smart. What a wild combo of guys. I mean, it's like the yin and the Yang out there. I feel like I mean you got you got you got Marcus Smart who's kind of like all over the place and you know good at what he does and you need it for what it does. Then you've got you've got pressured to it's kind of a little bit more and listen these energetic and crafty and all those things but he might be a little bit more. I don't want to use the word reliable but may be reliable with some decision-making and and stuff like that. I think you're going I think of another round with that. They just like the like the angel the devil thing, you know like those thing and like the Ying Yang Twins though, you know what I mean? One of the other, you know, vice versa. I can't agree. Oh, yeah. Hey another 40% night for Marcus Mariota. Take the three previous. Yeah. Yeah. You know what all The Shining to go to them. Do you take the shot naked.

"Heo as we are sitting here, smack dab right in the middle of a week where we say goodbye to the regular season. The NFL, we say a load of the playoffs. On. Oh, By the way, we have college football drama, not just the Heisman Trophy. We have cove it and all kinds of conspiracy theories going on. Maybe the game will get postponed by a few days. Maybe it won't. I'll tell you what. I did not see this coming. But, hey, I'm just glad we're here for it. Oh, that's just it right. It's all some of its noise and you try to filter that out, but it's all good fodder for sports Talk radio hot debate. And you and I yelling at each other. It's a beautiful thing. Uh, the decision tonight for the Heisman Trophy. Comes down pretty easily and pretty much in favor. Overall wasn't really a close vote of Devante Smith winning the Heisman Tonight. Alabama's wide receiver who the best playmaker in the nation, look The kid is phenomenal. He has everything. He's got hands. He's got the speed his route running. There's a reason why he's being compared to Marvin Harrison, and he wins the Heisman Trophy by a good margin over Trevor Laurence, who finishes second. Now we'll get to Trevor Laurence coming up in a few minutes because Trevor Laurence finishing second. Really, It's not a lifetime achievement award. But Devante Smith wins, and now he's someone that prior to tonight and prior to the last couple of weeks or so has been projected is going somewhere anywhere. Fourth or fifth overall in the NFL draft. Now he has this big game last week. He's got one more game coming up against Ohio State. He's got the Heisman Trophy. He is now in the conversation for going number two overall, just so happens of course, the Jets pick number two overall. And when we talked about this earlier tonight, And I said, You know, listen, The Jets aren't going to get Trevor Laurence look, and I love Zach Wilson. You know, Justin Fields may turn out to be a really good player. Maybe Lance is a guy. But there's a big difference between Trevor Laurence and the next best quarterback just because you're picking second. Getting a quarterback doesn't mean you're going to get a guy who's just below. You're not getting a guy just below Trevor Laurette, and it's not like boy. I can't get Trevor Laurence. So I'll take the guy just below it. No. You're getting the next best quarterback, which When it comes to projecting for the pros. There's a reason why objects yes, Yeah, there's a There's a reason why Lawrence is talked about a once in a generation prospect, and the other players are good quarterback prospects. Somebody's going to come out of this draft is a star. Somebody is going to be a bust. Somebody's gonna middle of the road. That's how it goes with everything. But when you have a guy that he clearly we gonna take this guy number one overall. And then what do you do it number two, and when I talked about Devante Smith being at number two He's in that conversation, and when You have to think about what's your best course of action going forward. There's now a couple of schools of thought, because clearly there's going to be all kinds of quarterbacks that teams are gonna want to move on from because either doesn't work. They're ready for the next incarnation of things. Carson Wentz is gonna want out of Philadelphia. This is a guy that three years ago was playing at out of M V P type level. Matt Stafford. The Lions are gonna want to get rid of him. Matt Ryan. You know, the Falcons already wanted to get rid of him A year ago, Jimmy Garoppolo, the Niners gonna want to move on Jamie's Winston. If he's not giving the job in New Orleans is gonna want to move on Gardner men. She's gonna be kicked out the door because they were getting Trevor Laurence, right. Drew lock that the Broncos could say goodbye to him. Marcus Mariota maybe is turned himself into a player who, Hey, a team might want to give him a shot at being a number one quarterback again. So with that, being the case, knowing that those are just the guys that are out there now Is the worst thing in the world to come back. If you're the Jets, and you say, Well, we'll trade for Carson Wentz and will go take Devante Smith, and maybe we have a guy that could be a really good quarterback again because we've seen him do it before in the NFL need. He needs a change of scenery needs some actual weapons because he hasn't had any in Philadelphia the last couple years. Not that he hasn't played that that he's played great cause he's played. He's played badly. But change of scenery for him clearly is what he needs. And you bring in a weapon like Devante Smith, who could be one of those game breaker once every 10 year, wide receivers when you're compared to Marvin Harrison and not the Marvin Harrison off the field, and who is, you know, people get robbed by the landlord, Marvin and And what? You don't wanna get robbed by your land. You know what guys getting shot at car washes? No, I mean on the field. Marvin Harrison. Yeah, I would take that guy at number two overall. And if I could get my quarterback somewhere else, and I go into next season with a lot of money Spend. I'm okay with that. Every Jets fan in my Twitter feed thinks I'm insane, which I I can't believe that, but I don't know what they think is gonna happen Number. It's not like suddenly they're going to make a trade with the Jaguars and Trevor Lawrence is gonna fall the number two. It's how can you make the best team picking Second? You're not picking Trevor Laurence. So what's the best thing to do? Can you slide down and maybe get Devante Smith? Sure you might be. You can't slide down more than fourth of fifth, and if someone going to really come all the way up to number two to get Zack Wilson or Justin Fields? You don't know that That's gonna be the case. So you have to look at what's out there. And clearly, you know Devante Smith, that kind of playmakers. Good as he is, Yeah, He's one of those special guys you take in the top two or three of the NFL draft and you see what he can do in the NFL, because look To be able to win the Heisman Trophy over a quarterback doesn't happen. Man doesn't have a Desmond Howard the last guy to do it. You're going back to the nineties to see that happen. This doesn't happen that often. This is a special guy and I don't know how he goes from boy. He's the best receiver in college football and the best receiver that receiver you was put out in Alabama how he goes from that to be gold in the pros..

Jaguars ship Nick Foles to Bears, one year after signing him to $88m deal
"Radio Brady of course not the only quarterback who's on the move this week Evers teddy Bridgewater Marcus Mariota and now Nick Foles balls is heading to Chicago the bears pulling off a trade with Jacksonville Chicago gives up a compensatory fourth round pick in return for getting Nick Foles so what happens now in Chicago here's our Mike Tannenbaum and feel gates there's a restart because in in our last show we had a debate about whether we think this is Nick Foles job immediately or whether we think this is competition to pursue the starting job and he admits will battle it out during offseason workouts if we have them and then eventually during training camp if that goes on as scheduled I look at it like this the bears were settling if they stuck surface did that with Mitch Trubisky yep the rosters to well fortified in too many spots and there were too many obvious concerns and trade you're right right pace may forever have to live with the idea that he took Mitch Trubisky ten slots ahead of Patrick Mahomes and deshaun Watson we get and traded up one of the first round pick to move up one slot to get him really I'm just gonna put but it's over it's done with that I've been two thousand and seventeen fun ways to win football games and salvage I mean it and we talk about this during lunch again the like you know Matt Ryan pays to be feeling the heat a little bit right now right he knows he's got to win this year and this division is not a cake walk you've got a good Vikings team made the playoffs last year an actual Packers team within its energy efficient game last year this is not an all in move but this is a movie you have to make to put yourself back in the mix to be competitive and allow yourself to playing January football Soldier Field again they had to make so I had to make a move etrade you said what is it on the play calling which basically was a three year starter they had one winning season when I was at the Dauphin two years ago were playing against him we want him to throw the ball down the field to the left he couldn't do that he he was thirtieth in the league in average yards per attempt that's a critical statistic that compresses the field and the other thing about Ryan pace the fields point which is your locker room keeps your general manager there is a check and balance they have a championship defense to Ryan pace's credit he could walk into that locker so he felt we could go win with Mitch Trubisky after we have three years of a sample set now you walk and say Hey this guy's won a Super Bowl we have a real chance now it injects energy into that whole program it also has three years left on the contract with twenty one million guaranteed the falls also has the ability now to avoid the deal after either of the first two years in Chicago depending on his

Tua Tagovailoa's Recovery Shakes Up the NFL Draft
"Time last year to ten goodbye. Loa was the consensus number one overall pick in the upcoming NFL draft but when a devastating hip injury in November ended his season at Alabama his NFL future was cast into doubt now with new reports. That too is recovery is on track. Teams are debating whether his elite talent is worth the risk and the entire draft. Looks like mystery? I mean at times? It's Tuesday February. Eighteenth this is espn daily presented by ADT. Todd Todd mcshay is an NFL draft in college football analyst for ESPN so todd. The last time we saw Tunga Velo on a football field. He was getting started off with a hip injury and it ended his season and Alabama title hopes along with it. News broke last week regarding the status of his recovery. What we know now well first of all I was there that day and it was brutal to watch behind. He's down to us. Down Helmet came off. This is exactly what you did not want to see happen and I was probably ten. Maybe twenty yards away from him as the to. Mississippi state defenders converged on him. And you could just tell right away. Something was wrong but then I saw the bloody nose at first and they said the trainers got. The plastic wraps in there has the gloves on their hands and and I just thought all right. They're they're just taking care of his nose and he'll be done for the day and then he went to stand up and you could tell just how deep his knee drove his leg into his hip that something was seriously wrong so it's good to hear that he has passed his first test. If you will sources confirm to ESPN at the most recent tests show is healing well and has good range of motion to what could get back to football activities in a month if he continues to progress well and is now moving onto the second phase of of the Rehab and recovery stage. There's still a lot left to determine and there's still a lot of rehab to go so that's going to be the biggest thing in terms of his evaluation between now and late. April's draft is where is he? And what are the doctors really? Think about the long-term WanNa talk to you about his injury and the draft. And you know the time line for all of that but I I wanNA talk to you. About what a good football player he is because prior to that injury he was the base star in college football. And you've been watching him for a long time wind it I strike you. This guy's got this stuff how `bout that throw in the national championship talk. He had never started a game and now he's in the National Championship with the game on the line he was coming off of a bad play was able to shake it off. He's keeping his is down the middle of the field and he's working that safety just a little bit to the right. He's trying to move the safety as much as he can because if he does. He knows that he has Smith's breaking down the sidelines. The is move the safety just enough for him to go back to Smith and make the throw of the year. I mean he just knew the spot that he had to get it to and to come in the second half and to have the confidence to lead Alabama to a victory. That kind of told me everything about him. And from that point he kept developing. But if you go back and just really study his tape the things that make him special his deep accuracy is as good as you're gonNA say he's so quick twitch he's like a drew brees from the left handed side you know just how how works in the pocket and goes from one read to the next but keeps his is married to his feet. He fits what you want in today's NFL. But is he going to be healthy enough to with that hip recovery to to have that quick twitch nece and and the ability to to move as quickly as he has tie? You're around these players but also these programs. What did you hear about how to? Oh was handling the injury in his rehab process. Everyone loves him. There's a calmness and a poise about him that you rarely see with with college quarterbacks or any college player so. I'd like to leave you with this from one of my favorites McGraw songs. When you get where you're going don't forget turn back around and have the next one in line. Always stay humble and kind so confident but so humble talking. Nfl SCOUTS IN GM's not a negative word about him. He's a special human being and wherever he winds up going. He's going to be the face of the franchise obviously but he's kind of a culture changer if you will and and. I think that's part of the draw in part of his value. It's not just this injury right. He's had other injuries that have caused him to miss time. He broke a finger sprained. A knee injured his quad. The ankles even before all of this. How much of a concern with that? It's a big. It really is a big concern and the problem is if you study the history of it if you look back. I think it's the last ten years or seven quarterbacks that had college injuries there were first round draft picks that all of them have had some varying kind of durability issues in the NFL from Rg. Three to SAM. Bradford Shawn Watson Marcus Mariota Carson wentz Teddy Bridgewater Jake Locker. All of these guys have gone on to have injuries now. They're not always the same injuries. Some guys are are just injury-prone and just knowing. Nfl teams in the amount of time and the amount of studies that they do. Especially at this position. Especially with first round picks. That are going to cost you. When you're talking about quarterbacks in the top ten twenty to thirty five million dollars in guaranteed money they're doing the research on this and they all know this. You know your job over the course of these college football seasons you're not just evaluating these players you're thinking about where they'll be drafted if to ahead gun her at that point in the season where do you think he would have gone. I think he would be the first overall pick. I think if two was healthy Cincinnati would be taking to a number one overall. I really do if he didn't suffer that injury. We would be having a great debate between two a ton of Iowa and Joe Borough but ultimately my guess is that too would probably be the decision at Number One and knowing Cincinnati. They'd probably they do something to maybe move out of that spot. Make a mistake and let Miami or the chargers Carolina come up and get that pick. If I'm being honest he's he's better than Joe Borough and I love Jober but if you tell me these two guys are going to have ten year careers with no injuries. I'm taking two but then I've got a measure. R Joe Borough has been durable. Jost has shown the ability to kind of fight through pain a little bit more and to stay healthy and so. That's really the deciding factor. In my opinion I have to ask you know. Why do you think he's better than borough? I mean rose coming off of arguably the greatest season we've ever seen by college quarterback. What is it about two as game that you prefer? If I knew he was going to be healthy I think he just kind of fits a little bit better in terms of what what the NFL is today. Terms of getting the ball out quickly and being decisive and then also when you take shots down the field. But I I love Joe Borough to if I WAS CINCINNATI. I would take her over to because of the durability issues. Borough is worth the the first overall pick and I think Cincinnati would be making mistake if they didn't take jober tied. You have to take proof your analysis because you're gonNA get clipped saying to us better than Joe Borough and that's GonNa Follow you forever. You've been spending too much time around.

Jalen Ramsey: 'Disrespectful' Things, Front Office Led to Jaguars Trade Request

The Jaguars face the Texans in an AFC South showdown
"Right Thursday night football put a pin in it the AFC south showdown between the Tennessee tied tunes one in one after that dispiriting home home loss to the colts now travel to the big chlorine tank Jacksonville to face the Jaguars and Greg. This is a a very interesting match between also the titans this we wanted to in your tain you find it interesting but I'm trying to sell to the greater raider public the titans which they could not have looked better in the second half against the browns on the road got everybody sucked in and then look very much like the old titans and we to which WHO's WHO's the real titans in two thousand nineteen and the jags anytime you this is a caged animal game West Cornered Animal Game Owen to everyone knows your season's season's over in the NFL when you go with the added element caged animal of your cornerback trying to get out of the cage before the game exactly exactly so there you go that way. Greg caged animal game against the Titans team that we really don't know who they are yet. We've seen a ceiling floor. Laura ready and a quarterback in Jacksonville that sort of resembles a you know. A cute furry caged animals to garden. Gardner Menchu looked fine in his first start but this is a perfect match up for Tennessee to get right not only did. They wipe the floor with Jacksonville. If I remember a few times a year ago they're a veteran and secondary who should be able to swarm and kind of swallow this Jaguars offense which was very condensed the week ago. This is just so this such delimited team. They're so thin you know how sometimes Dak Prescott. He's completed eight passes to different receivers in the first half. They've six Jaguars period have caught passes this year they. They don't have a backup running back. Their offensive line is very thin and they were struggling to pick up blitzes. It's just a lot to ask for mint you who I think's doing a good job and their defense offense to carry them. I think when you have the B. Line through both games was that despite some big plays on offense for the titans against the Browns Marcus Mariota. Uh is not a quarterback that propels any offense. He's any seems to hold you back in one in one thing that I find interesting about a team like the titans versus others is that you get Adam Humphreys and you mentioned on Sunday any finishes week to with negative two yards. I thought he was going to be the perfect thing for Marcus Mariota and AJ Brown big game week one really nothing in week two and it says you cannot count on the titans attack week to week outside of. I think you know Henry. Potentially early on the ground has been consistent since last November so one of the better backs in the league they're gonNA need him to be big in this game but I do trust every other element of the titans and in their defense and to me. I'd be surprised if they don't win this by ten points or more there the better all around team. I expected to win but you never know when a Jaguars defense it's perfectly capable of shutting down the Tennessee Titans who are not dynamic on I mean they shut down the Texans the Texans. I think they were touchdown. I believe it was on a very very short field otherwise they did a great job and that was without in Gakugei and boy. I don't know if they're back but they got pressure on Watson and that's two weeks in a row for Watson Awesome but Watson that didn't shut the offense down against New Orleans man she mania. There's the night all right.

Pro Football Talk with Mike Florio
Ryan Tannehill traded from Dolphins to Titans, shaking up the QB situation in Tennessee
"Good. And now, we don't know what the plan is. They have finally given up on Ryan tannehill who had seven years to prove that he could be a franchise quarterback. Now, he's out. Ryan Fitzpatrick is in with a two year contract reported base value of eleven million dollars that is peanuts is starting quarterback contracts. Go, but we don't even know whether he's going to be the starting quarterback. He may be the placeholder for whoever they end up within the draft and they had to sign somebody. They had to have somebody who was the plausible starter. So it is an obvious going into the draft that they're going to draft a quarterback because then at number thirteen they're going to get leapfrog by somebody for the quarterback that they want. So smart move to have Fitzpatrick smart move to have a guy who has played. Well. A he gets criticized a lot. But my God early last year he was spectacular. And he's better than whatever other options they had on the roster. So now, they have a bird in the hand. And we'll see what they do on draft. Yeah. That's right. I mean, there wasn't a lot of options out there in free agency wants city Brett teddy Bridgewater said no we knew they weren't going to bring back Ryan tannehill. So to what you're saying. Yes, I think it was a very smart decision to bring guy in like Ryan Fitzpatrick gives them some wiggle room. I mean, they are at number thirteen in the NFL draft certainly can be in prime position to get one of these quarterbacks. Maybe not Kyle Murray. They're gonna have to make moves if they wanna get Kyle Murray and get up to the first second third pick probably. But you know, does it Dwayne Haskins? Does it drew lock? Are. They around a thirteen. I think there's a good chance. I wouldn't have said that a few weeks ago. But I think as I sort through the draft more and more there is a good chance that I think one of those two might be on the board Jacksonville at seven. I don't think they're going to be dropped in a quarterback there this year. It's really about the giants at six right now as the. The team. That's really the obvious team that might be in the quarterback conversation. And I don't think there's any guaranteed. They'll take a quarterback at six. So the dolphins. Yes. You get this because you got a guy. Okay. We got our starting quarterback. Now, they can figure out what they want to do with the quarterback situation going forward into their future. And the thing with the Ryan tannehill deal. Look I thought they were just gonna cut him and they didn't need to keep them around. There's no guaranteed money in his deal as it stood before Friday, but they found somebody who would take him in trade. But that team wanted the dolphins to pay part of his salary. Even though the dolphins were on the hook for nothing guaranteed. So audibly what the dolphins did they dumped Ryan tannehill. And they bought a fourth round pick in twenty twenty five million dollars because they're paying five million dollars of Ryan tannehill new salary of seven million fully guaranteed. The titans. Get a backup quarterback for two million dollars. And Ryan tannehill better than Blaine gabbert, they were gonna play gap pay gabbert a million and a half. Right. I'll pay two million to tannehill. Because if. Pantyhose healthy. He's not horrible. He's actually pretty good can't stay healthy. But you only need to be healthy one or two games in the full year. And think about it if they had a better backup last year. Chris when Marcus mariota missed a couple of games. There are a playoff team. No. Exactly, right, Mike. I'll sit here and say, I'm not so sure Ryan ten hills not better than Marcus mariota. They're very similar. So it makes sense for Tennessee to get a guy like ten and he'll be the backup quarterback. They're both very good athletes who play quarterback. That's what I would say about the two guys. I mean can run they can do the read option the bootlegs play action passes

Josh Norman: Taylor Lewan’s move “ultimate disrespect”
"We see the interpersonal rivalries being developed, but for Josh Norman, I feel really bad because it was the ultimate sign of disrespect to have killer over there Bacchus celebration in his face. And then right when Josh Norman wanted to fight him. He turns around and says, you know, what you're so little you can't do anything to hurt me. So I'm just gonna turn around and put my back to you. Because no matter what happens I'm going to be okay. That was to me. Ultimate sign of disrespect. And Josh Norman should be feeling pretty salty this week. I shouldn't since we're talking about the one on the titans team that has been kind of up and down this year. They found a way to manufacture some victories running the football. When needed a good defense when needed playing the upstart colts. Now, Andrew luck who after struggling to start the season of looked really good in their offensive line appears to be playing well doing a much better job on the defensive side. Also stopping the run the primetime Sunday matchup and essentially in a win if you're in or winning your endgame who do you like there? Oh, this is going to be a fun game. It's gonna be in my opinion. My most exciting game this weekend. The times have been really good at home or six and one at home right now the season they're playing this game at Nissan stadium in Nashville. And I think the titans are going to win this game. Marcus mariota. He's a guy that just finds a way to win. He doesn't have the best arm in the NFL. He's not the best passer, but his combination of his accuracy, his running ability. And then his just ability to find a way to win in those close games, in my opinion is going

Scott Frost debuts at Nebraska against Colorado
"But what do you expect from frost in Nebraska today that really the first game? We all know, we've seen Scott frost. It is different stops. He knows how to coach offense. He's he's gonna make point. He's going to get points. And I think you've seen the running of the quarterbacks got to be part of that mix. I'm very true freshman quarterback. Adrian, Martinez cat is very good. And I think he's got a bright future Kirk. But the one thing I'm looking at with them is how much can you run them because Gabby as soon as he found out that the freshman Martinez was gonna start he transfers. And so are you going to run your quarterback a lot to win ballgames that you need to win? 'cause they're going to need to do that. How much is that balance? How delicate is that's gonna be a challenge for Scott frost? His is is what it is going to have to do it. Big part of what he wants to do. I can't wait to watch the true freshman. I I really think the story could be on the other side of the ball. They're going to win this game. We saw just saw some highlights and the throwbacks in the nineties. It was the defense in those years. They're going to be challenged at home. Today. Steven Montas last week he missed three passes twenty to twenty five and Colorado state. I don't care if it's against the air twenty two or twenty five got some good athletes coming in from the pack twelve they were down last last year. I think they're back. This is this is an opportunity for C you to send a message to everybody that they can play this year in the Pac twelve was impressive completed. His first will get the office. We'll get back to Scott frost impresses me about Scott, the coaches who influenced his life his coaching career. I mean, he was at Stanford Bill wash. It was obviously Nebraska Tom Osborne in the NFL, Bill Belichick. Bill Parcells Mike Tomlin. They don't forget at Oregon chip Kelly. He brings that toughness. But he also brings their creativity on office. You talk about Martinez. He actually compared Martinez. Marcus mariota who was on a playoff team at Oregon. That's a huge compliment to compare him to Mario the Heisman. Scott frost is going to win a boat load of games at Nebraska. But one of them's not going to

In Washington Redskins debut, Adrian Peterson eager to get to work
"Two point how many questions you need to answer, maybe team and go back to the Rams example because it's front and center. Maybe they feel like they were bringing back. Same group. We know how this works. We don't. We don't have those kinds of questions. Whereas Tom Brady got some new receivers. He's trying to break in to mention what they're doing on the offense of wine. So it's very team specific. But as you see these teams start scheduling more of these joint practices, Mike referenced that the patriots haven't had them. They see that in some way as a substitute for that game action in a more controlled one that makes them feel a little better about things. And this key for the patriots receiver specifically because they're letting guys go, they're trying to figure out what they're receiving core is going to look like. And it's important for Tom Brady to build some type of continuity with the right. And is Mike Reese mentioned too about the Panthers determining how long Cam is in there because of injuries on the offense of line. If you can't be moving. Okay. So onto Broncos and Redskins the Broncos had to Washington where the biggest story line could be the debut Redskins running back Adrian Peterson who signed with the team earlier this week as keenum has only completed nine of seventeen passes this preseason entering his game with the Broncos NFL nation, Redskins reporter, John. Time is at FedEx field. So when all the injuries that the Redskins have suffered this preseason, especially running back, what's the game plan for AD playing tonight?

Back in the college game, Chip Kelly focused on winning at UCLA
"Chip Kelly was gone to the different chip Kelly. When he left college. Football is at the top of his game, maybe not a national championship, but he built in Oregon program that was. At best good into a program that was excellent. And the second he likes citing top and very innovative. And then once he left and then Marcus mariota stay for another year for Markelle Fultz another couple years, whatever it was that whole organ thing, just kind of fizzled and they're, they're good. Again. They're not great. They're not, but good unions, the great Younis great facilities on he's a UCLA now piece in ESPN dot com. Talking about him and his approach, and it'll be interesting to see how it goes because I don't think anybody really cares how peculiar he is long as their winning games, but you can only be peculiar if you are winning and he doesn't really go for anything that isn't the film isn't really the players isn't really the game and college football. You have to have a little glad-handing go along with this unless you're just even Nick Sabin glad-handing little bit. I mean, that's one of the issues that lane kiffin had for years is he. I wasn't great around the people that he needed to be great. You know the the raw raw stuff lie the glad-handing, the the important handshakes that you need to make. That's not one lane kiffin does. May I always find it ironic that people would talk about how great he was as a recruiter, which means you're great in a room. I'm willing to believe it, but that also means you're only good in a room with very specific people like once their age extends beyond nineteen, right? You apparently have no social skills and chip Kelly is one of these guys that just seems like he has. He's he's almost like a football Rainman. Yeah, you know what I mean? Like he, he just he's one of these guys. That's a football savant. And in his lane, he's a genius. But if he's six inches outside of either side of the lane, he's just painfully uncomfortable. Yeah, I, I've told the story before when I was living in Houston and working there, they have the Lombardi awards where they bring in people, and there's a coach of your word, and there was a panel of all these guys and they. I mean, Mike Sherman was head coach. Texas a. and m. at the time, Bobby Bowden was there. There was one or two other guys in chip Kelly was there as well. Kevin, someone was there who's at Houston at the time. And all these guys get up and and do a ten minute speech on their program, and they're all great. They're captivating. They'll be room is laughing. Everybody's listening. They're good with their timing on the jokes. They're good with telling the stories, boom, boom, phone, like a comedian. That's got a really tight little said ten minutes in. They're often everybody's throat. And then chip Kelly comes up and it's like things everybody coming out and went and sat back down. Again. It was like, we will. What they lights come on this big banquet room and people start moving towards the coaches. Thanks, autographs, and all this kind of stuff. And Kelly practically ran for the exit and it's like, wow, he must be on this whole time. I thinking you don't good of a football coach. You have to be to to have that be your deal and still people are lining up to give you millions of dollars goat your
