Check the show notes below the video in the description and before I break down next the other day, the next Bitcoin bull run will be half story and half utility says crypto billionaire, Mike no regrets, but first let's take a quick look at the overall crypto market cap, sitting at $920 billion, but about 96 billion in volume in the past 24 hours, the current Bitcoin dominance is 39.4% with the ether dominance at 17.2% and checking out the top 100 cryptocurrency gainers in the past 24 hours. The next Bitcoin bull run will have to be much different from historical crypto rallies in terms of story and utility, says galaxy digital CEO, Mike novogratz, compared to the previous bull runs, the next Bitcoin rally will have to be more focused on utility and less on the story, no grass predicted at a panel at the token 2049 crypto event on Wednesday, one of the biggest historical rallies the Bitcoin bull run of 2017 was mostly about the story, the CEO said, referring to the crypto's run from about 1000 to 20,000 within one year, how many of you were around back then to witness it? Let me know in the comments below. I know that is the year I got into crypto personally. Now according to novogratz, the 2017 bull run was mostly about the story of people not trusting the government and wanting more privacy and decentralization. It was Gen Z, millennial revolution, and it was global. That's a powerful story. The CEO noted in another big rally with Bitcoin hitting all time highs above $69,000 in November of last year was really generated by the no vid plandemic, novogratz said he suggested that the price action in 2020 and 2021 was probably 80% of the story and 20% of utility, quitting him here. It is theory and all the other level ones started really accelerating the work to build a shared blockchain that we can build companies on top of and in contrast of the mentioned crypto bull runs, the next Bitcoin rally, will have to be 50% story and 50% utility he shared predicting the following. I see it's people building applications. People building systems that are fast and scalable and that our user friendly, we don't have them yet, but that's why we are where we are. But in the next few years, they are coming and during the panel, novogratz also revved up the audience with his bullish prediction of the inevitability that crypto will succeed, quoting him here, the word inevitable keeps coming up. There is a sense of inevitability that we are in the right space, inevitable that Bitcoin will have its day, no regrets stated, and he also expressed confidence that web three and NFTs will be a big part of the gaming space in the future, and additionally, the CEO noted that despite the ongoing crypto winter, Bitcoin has still performed better than a basket of various Fiat currencies this year if you look at Bitcoin versus a basket of currencies, it's done about 20% better than versus the dollar novogratz noted, and as previously reported, novogratz has made some successful predictions about Bitcoin, back in 2020, novogratz predicted that Bitcoin would end the year above $20,000, which turned out to be an understatement with Bitcoin nearing the $30,000 price mark by the end of 2020. And before I break down next the other day, and I'll ask who called the May 2021, Bitcoin crash predicts a major shift for the world's largest crypto asset as well as crypto analyst predicts parabolic rally for Bitcoin and shares his target of a $150,000, but first I want to remind you to smash that show more button right below this video in the description for detailed analysis of what's going on in the crypto market. And of course, you can follow me all across crypto Twitter, Facebook, telegram, Instagram, and TikTok where the app be sure to plug in and follow me there, but all right, now let's break down our next story of the day, a popular crypto analyst who called the May 2021 Bitcoin collapse, things several price metrics are now looking bullish for the king crypto, synonymous, analyst Dave the wave, tells us 127,000 Twitter followers, the Bitcoin is dominance level, indicates it's due for a price pump as he shares here, Bitcoin due for a pump with the Bitcoin price currently trading just above $19,000. At the time of this recording, that remains Bitcoin remains more than 72% down from its all time high of more than 69,000, which hit last year in November, Dave the wave also notes that his logarithmic growth curve known as the LGC model indicates a nominal decrease in the corrections which can be expected for Bitcoin, which he says is bullish, note, you couldn't have asked for better lines so I've been drawn in 2018 that could have accommodated subsequent price action as well as these lines. The wave also says the Bitcoin has spent nearly as much time in the LGC models by zone as previous time as price was in the zone before taking off as he shares in this tweet. Price seems to be like the Bitcoin buy zone according to the LGC, it has held up their near as long as previously an additionally, Dave the wave argues that it's no surprise Bitcoin's price corrects when uncertainty dominates the market as he shares here or to the wider macroeconomic landscape yet once corrected, the price becomes more sustainable. This pattern of alternating explosive and corrective movements in the price also seen a cycle has led to the formation of a converging channel atop of the LGC. So there you have it. Let me know if you agree or disagree with the crypto analyst, but now let's break down our final story of the day, a popular crypto strategist and trader says Bitcoin is gearing up for a rampaging bull market next year, less freaking go, it's synonymous crypto strategist, credible, tells us 338,000 Twitter followers, the Bitcoin is about to conclude a major corrective period, and that it looks poised to ignite a parabolic rally to the 6 digit level, send it, quitting the analyst here, while we have gone lower than expected in terms of price, macro invalidation hasn't been hit at 14,000 and time wise, we're still right on track for our 5th wave, despite what it may seem, time wise, weigh four correction is proportional to the third wave, just as wave two was to wave one. That credible was a popular practitioner of the Elliott wave theory and advanced technical analysis approach that attempts to predict future price action by following crowd psychology that tends to manifest in waves and according to the theory and major uptrend goes through 5 distinct waves where wave one, three and 5 are upswing while the other two are corrective periods and looking at credible chart, the analyst appears to be predicting the Bitcoin will begin at steep rally next month, October, let's go, and according to credible, he expects Bitcoin to skyrocket to around a $150,000 next year, I can not wait incredible also says that the current sentiment is reminiscent of how traders and investors felt during the pandemic, quitting him here, heard almost exactly the same thing during the no bit crash in March of 2020, and we went 20 X soon after, so in the short term, the crypto strategist sees Bitcoin rallying above $22,000 and quitting him again here, more chop more sweeps of our local lows, liquidity continues to build to the upside and inefficiency still looms most logical move is still up. In my opinion, maybe we take June Lowe's first, maybe we don't, but regardless, we're going to rip up to fill this void sooner or later and back to credible's chart right here where you can see us starting to move back up and October, which is the month following the most bearish month of the year, which we are in, which is September, so I can not wait for us to start to go parabolic as this chart suggests, and what are your thoughts surrounding his $150,000 Bitcoin price prediction by next year. Let me know in the comments right down below. Now for a quick recap, we're going to cover with you here in today's show. Bitcoin price stays under 19,000 amid hopes that Q four will end the Bitcoin bear market, also share that Jack Mueller's crypto payments firm strike raises yet another $80 million as well as the next Bitcoin bull run to be half story and half utility, says Mike novogratz, as well as analysts who call the May 2021 Bitcoin crash, predicts a major shift for the world's largest crypto asset and I also shared with you crypto analyst predicts a parabolic rally for Bitcoin with a $150,000 target, but next year where do you feel the Bitcoin price is likely to go next? "Director Lorie Brooks, who works tirelessly. So what are you working on this hour? Well, there is a cat that has been adopted that they are calling this cat hero. He's a very special cat. He's got four of something. He's only supposed to have two of four uh because of this cat's uniqueness. He brought so many people into the shelter. All of these other animals found homes. Oh, that's cool. Okay, That's on the way with Ms Lorie Brooks. First we're going to go to the phones for your calls from the free animal radio app for iPhone and Android, a great app to have by the way, because if there's any recalls, or news that affects your animals you'll know immediately. Don't forget just a few minutes. Francesco Martinelli, Martina Marchi. Him? Yeah, we'll be on the author of the Sally Forth cartoon, also the author of the book I could pee on this, too. And this is the second time here so I got to get a second time. He's been on three or four times. Yeah, I did not know that. Yeah, let's go to Jeff. Hey, Jeff, How are you doing? Not too bad. Not too bad. Pretty good. Where you calling from today? Right now? I'm in Brooksville, Florida. Florida. Okay, what's going on? I have the entire dream team here for you. Well, I have a domestic short hair. She's about £2021 Holy cow. She's always been a healthy cat and Hello, Mother. Her mother, My wife. She, uh, has the open buffet, which you can open for the open football. She just forced the bag of loot in and the cat eats insatiably. Stop. I mean, we come home and she hops down off the table and went to the football. We come out of the back of the head out of the back of the house, and he hops down off the table onto the football and she stays indoors or does she go outside? No. She's an indoor cat. So and then. So what's prompting you to call Because you said she's always been big? Is there some change in her health or something that has you concerned? Curious is the insatiable appetite or is it just that the foods there and I'm going to eat it? So that the truth is that for dogs and cats, I mean, just like people. Everybody has a kind of a different hunger set point. When we feel like we're hungry. Some of that set up on the type of food we eat some of its genetic. Some of it's based on your activity level. Um, so for a kitty, that is, I'm going to presume that at 22 £21 week for her is excessive that she's overweight. If I had a picture of her and I could see her, you know, for cats that are you generally that big Unless there are mean coon. They're generally kind of potato shaped and they got a little ahead. So if that's kind of what her physique looks like, then she's going to fit into the obese category and The sad truth is about 35% of US. Cats are actually obese, overweight babies, So it is a huge amount in some of this is we're learning. Is there some strategies and changes that we can actually adapt to different things to help? And I think it's really important to recognize first that cats in the wild whatever kind of candidate is a tiger Domestic cat that's outside. Um they are actually hunters, so they basically are going to go out chase their prey, eat it and consume it. That prey is actually very high in protein and fat. But it isn't so high in carbohydrate and then and in fact, if you look at what you know, a mouse is made up of, um, I was just like, uh, only maybe one or 2% carbohydrate. And the reason this is interesting is when we look at dry food kibble that you pour in the bowl that is generally around 40% carbohydrate. So the difference is, if we know cats are meant to be carnivores, but we pour this kibble in the ball that is essentially Carbohydrate is energy. And if she's putting on weight, she doesn't need that love. Energy. But the unfortunate thing, so the unfortunate thing is a lot of these high carbohydrate diets. Actually, they actually want to keep eating it. So we know that if we switch cats that are having this type of problem to a higher protein and limited carbohydrate diet actually kind of resets their hunger level because protein and fat have the benefit of Um, affecting the speed at which the stomach empty, So it makes them feel fuller longer than if they get a lot of carbohydrates. Kind of like if I sit down with the baggage ships, you know, I feel satisfied. I love to eat them. I'm going to keep eating them. But you know, next I'm gonna say Okay. Where's my dessert? Now? I want more. Whereas if you eat a good protein meal, you feel a bit more satisfied for some time. So, um, for cats. We just have to think little bit differently. So what this means is that if we're thinking about what's the best food for some cats, um it may be best to go to a camp food. Because canned foods are actually much lower in the carbohydrates. There's a lot more moisture in there, which is good for their kidneys as well. So that would be one strategy that we can look at doing. Now and now That's that's That sounds good, but we've tried every capturing. That's come out just about she won't touch any of them. But she likes She likes chicken. I mean, we did my She cooked it in the microwave because she doesn't want to add anything to it. Um and gives it straight up dessert. Chicken chops. It all up makes it almost GE and You know, is it? I guess, but she She's very finicky. If she don't like it, she'll scratch the blue ball all day. Okay. All right. We have to dispel something right here. Fat cats are not finicky. They are masters at manipulating. They are not finicky. I've She just knows how to ring your bell, man. That's all this is so I ring her bell on the one that wants to put the lid on the open, but very at least, you know, eight hours. Yeah. Okay. So I understand what you're saying is that if I do something like that, I need to make sure that The protein and the fat content is going to have to look at the food now. Yeah, if she isn't she's in the category of an obese cat. This is really something that I would suggest some veterinary direction for a couple reasons. One is that to help you pick the right food, and there are some great different strategies that we can go with diet, whether you do a dry food or canned food because there are some other even dry foods. That are high in protein, low in carbohydrates. And in fact, we use them all the time with diabetic cats, and they're very successful, sometimes putting diabetic cats in remission. So that's one thing. There's also really wonderful weight loss food that I used from hills called metabolic diet, and I really love it. I've had some cats lose tremendous amount of weight on that so That's another thing your veterinarian may help you with. But the other reason that it's so important not to try to handle this yourself and to change foods and be real strict..

"Because that receiving corps without Michael Thomas. Is one of the worst in the NFL, regardless of Al Calloway. Look this preaching. Yeah, well, let's get inside the f C North. You write that buffalo of Baltimore. I'm sorry. Baltimore secondary too deep to keep Around at promising young prospect in Sean Way they wound up trading him to the Patriots. But that's secondary. Maybe the best in football. There will be others. Obviously, that would give them a run for it. But when you're talking about Marlon Humphrey, Marcus Peters Trayvon young Jimmy Smith Anthony average. I mean that that might be as good as it gets in the NFL. Would you agree? Yeah, absolutely. And they get tavon young back or at least they should healthy, which he missed the last two years. They gave him a pretty big contract a couple years ago to play in the flight, and that's forced Marlon Humphrey to play inside a lot more, and he's been good in that role. He can bounce between the outside and slot. But being able to get in back outside a little bit more. It's arguably the best secondary NFL. I think it is. What do you think about the front Seven, though with Baltimore? I mean, if that secondary is that strong, it's only as good as the front seven. It's rush. Plus coverage. What of that defense in Baltimore? Yes, I think they're run defenses fine. Their interior trio of Derek Wolfe Place Campbell, Brandon Williams that that's a pretty stout group upfront second that can two gap that can control the line of scrimmage. And a lot of their pressure is it's sort of scheme based with with wink Martindale defense, the blitzing that they do. So That's why they let him Doc Way and let Judean walk who looks really good in New England this preseason. Um so so they're gonna try to replicate a little bit of that with Bowser. With a dolphin a away they draft in the first round, and I think they'll be all right there. The Browns completely well, not completely but they they address their defense in the off season. Their defense last year was Not good, but but I'm wondering about their defense this year and whether or not they did enough to not put so much pressure on May feel they have to throw the ball all over the place and put pressure on that offense to have to try and outscore out track meet at whatever the other guy. Did they do enough on defense? Did you see enough from that? Brown's defense in the preseason to lead you to believe that all the hype around them is right? Yeah, For the Browns. It looks great on paper, right? They bring in a lot of talented guys meet them in the first round of northwestern. J. O Cain. Second round. John Johnson, Troy Hill. They really addressed that secondary dating Clowney. The thing is, we kind of get caught up in free agency on the names. And they don't always they don't always jail together. They don't fit well together. Um so they're one of those teams who right now as of right now? Yes, I believe that that defense should be a lot better next year. But it's another wait and see situation. I didn't see a lot of Pittsburgh in the preseason. You get the NFL network. They hop around. They put some of these games up, and I watched a little bit of Pittsburgh in the preseason, but I saw nothing That would lead me to believe that their offensive line is any better than what it was supposedly going into the preseason. They still have moving parts. They're starting right tackle is going to miss some playing time at the beginning of the year. You write that one of the guys that really stuck out for you was Kevin Dotson. Um, but the I think I think he's now achieve the starting spot at left guard. But the rest of that offensive line It's just it's moving parts is far too fluid. I think for me to be comfortable in Pittsburgh, Wien Being able to a lot offensively this year that my over selling the fact they have a problem there. Do you think they're going to be okay? No, I'm with you. I think Dotson is going to be that sort of next Great Steelers offensive line on material. He looked really good at the rookie last year. He look good again the preseason, but the thing with the offensive line is it's all about the weak links. So They have a lot of them on paper right now. Kendrick Green to complete unknown at center as a rookie, even though we like him coming out of Illinois trade. Turner really struggled last year and in the tackle situation is the real issue. Um, with that banner missing time at the beginning of the season, it might be banned more on the right diet. 1/4 round rookie. It might be Joe. Hey, they signed from the Buccaneers and not necessarily The guys that you want starting out there along the off of the blind. So even though Dr has been impressive, I'm still hesitant to call that group improved overall. Yeah, I I mean, they're trying to talk a good game out there. I I just I'll believe it. When I see it. We're chatting with Ben Lindsey. Pro football focus dot com He's got a terrific story up takeaways from the 2021 NFL preseason every team. Let's get to the Bengals. It was a rough camp for Jamaar Chase dropped far too many passes both in practice and in games. Uh Joseph aside, who I think was going to be a terrific player. Still still maybe Has gone for the year with an injury and Jackson Carmen, their second round pick the guard. The local kid, uh, struggled during the preseason, couldn't win an open roster spot. Open starting roster spot. I'm just wondering how much you over sell the preseason How much you over by the preseason? I just I mean, I looked at I looked at chase and it's a concern. We'll see if it happens when they start keeping score. But your headline here is several Bengo rookies likely won't be As big contributors is hope for. That's a problem, particularly if it's Jamaar chase. Because we all know the dilemma the Bengals head with that first round pick, would it be peninsula? Would it be Jamaar Chase they took chase. Are you concerned about Chase and the drops his head? I mean, he dropped four of the first five passes thrown this way his way this preseason. Are you concerned about him? I think a little bit, But the interesting thing about that Ricky crack is that chases is this drop issues are the least worried. I am with us. I'm missing time and with Corinne starting the year on IR That that hurts their depth on the edge. Jackson Carmen didn't come in. And when that right guard job that was wide open, which I think is is more concerning necessarily. Then chase. It drops business thing. Where? Yeah, it might be mental right now, but we've seen rookies in the past. Trouble with drought and then go on to this sort of work their way out of it. We saw it with the Mark Cooper coming out of Alabama. I wouldn't be. I wouldn't be pushing the panic button yet. Orange Marchi. Especially if you're doing the straight comparison to do, uh, who for us had the worst pass blocking creative. Any right tackle in the NFL this preseason? Yeah. Yeah, I got about 30. Seconds left, Ben. 1234 in the NFC North. Conventional wisdom has Cleveland, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati. You go with that. Do you go with what seems to be chalk right now? How do you see the A F C north? I think Cleveland Baltimore at the top of I'm I'm gonna stick. Chalk. I I had the Bangles at three. Um, for a lot of pre season, I think Some of how they've looked. Some of those injuries that talked about it was really close between them. And Pittsburgh. I just think Pittsburgh has a little bit more talent this year, even if they're trending in the wrong direction, and Cincinnati trending in the right direction. Yeah, well, see, they start keeping score Thursday night. Good stuff. Love the article. Love your work as you Well know, Ben lindsey profootballfocus dot com. Stay Well, we'll talk down the road. Borough was still be my guy but just a herbert. Dang store closed the gal. I'm gonna take the guy who won. Mvp lamar jackson is little technicality. Because it's getting just pay based on his rookie. There i'm going with joe borough but i gotta tell you guys this is like splitting hairs for me actually between borough and just in her because i love justin herbert too. But there's something about borough in just the mental capacity the way that he leads an obviously the talent is there. I think especially if you put them on a team with a slightly better align even. Joe borough in cincinnati chased like soule also opted out of the two thousand twenty college. Football season has struggled a bit. This preseason it's not been pretty for jimmer cheesy. He's got three drops on just five targets. That's tied the most drops by any player. This preseason the most by any receiver you concerned about all the drops well laura. I think it's notable that this was not an issue for marchi said llc specifically. I don't think there's anything wrong with his hands watching them. Replayed it looks to me more like an adjustment to nfl. Speed specifically the speed of the defenders playing the one with landon collins jumps out where he is gonna get used to the physicality of the league and sort of the way in which. He adjusts. His body responds to do that. Speed physicality and i think he'll make that adjustment your three together for clip kingsbury cuyler murray the duo yet to lead the cardinals to play off. I they've added weapons to the offense each year de'andre hopkins joining last season. Aj green this off season but the offense has yet to achieve consistency. Amazonas offense dig it off to a hot start. Last season ranking top seven. The league in points per game yards per game and epa game through the first eight games but they fell off the cliff in the second half ranking twenty second worse than all those same categories while finishing with an eight eight record. We're when your three of this cuyler kingsbury marriage immune. How concerned are you at this point about this offense. I am not smiling because often struggling. I'm smiling because falling off a cliff and it's really if your name is cliff a lot of pressure on you because you're setting up headlines for struggles. Here's the thing. Laura the air dolphins which is sort of what we're saying or its version of that. It's predicated on winning with tempo and talent. They're fast they're getting to the line not waiting the clock to run out and they're hoping to win with the talent of their wide receivers just beating their guys and while it does work in college and occasionally works in the nf. Pardon me in the nfl. Eh requires more to succeed consistently in the national football league. It's about scheme it's about misdirection more than ever and it's about getting his mental advantages so for example look at this cardinals ranked last in the lead in pre snap motion which is watching. He likes to call it a cheat code for offenses. Because there's you an advantage. Dad of hoover defense's both in the ron and the past and gives your quarterback information. Why would you not take that. Chico that's available to you again. it's about finding edges. That are different from the ones you have in college. And we haven't really seen the arizona offense. Lean into those edges. Mk i love you respectfully. I know that you handled that situation with delicacy. When you were talking about this situation in arizona cliff cliff kingsbury. Better stop being drunk. Moore's ability and start building offense around all of this other talent that you have on this football team. You and i talked about last season. Mk about not using the andris hopkins to move him around and get him matched up in different situations. As opposed to say the andre hopkins is good. Let's him out lineup to the left. And we're gonna throw the ball to him and then we'll see if he can make play the bottom line. Is this column. Murray got injured last year in this offense fell off a cliff to me. That tells me that you're thinking that your quarterback is overcoming and doing all the things that you lacking from play call standpoint. I will give him credit for this. He did try to assert himself in the run game a little bit towards the end of the season but the bottom line is you have all of this talent. You drafted well. This roster is currently construct a with a lot of really good football players cliff. Kingsbury is going to have to expand beyond what column murray allen's are and allow him to facilitate sometimes and just be a straight point. Go as opposed to saying go out there every sunday. Runaround figure out how to improv and help us win football games. it's gotta be more than that. And i expect to see their from cliff this year by the way that's cliff with a k. Let's see how many times we can talk about falling off clip. One thing to guys that division is so tough and despite all the moves in addition season. Espn still.

"Mike thomas in trenton. Irwin give you on. Offense just was more valuable than what a fourth running back in jaquez patrick trayvon williams whom ever could give you a on offense at that point. It just seemed to me that their roles were going to You know the just was there was more value there while now little bit interesting. The wide receivers are now higgins chase boy tate thomas Excuse me in morgan You've got evans's kinda that dual threat kinda guy but they're pretty light wide receiver that move today. Surprise me of it. Yeah and even if they had kept seven think realistically there will only be activated on game days. That's really all you'll see around the nfl. Only five that address on sundays. But thomas i think did enough to earn spots on the initial team like erwin. He had a rough think second week. Preseason bud kind of established himself as that six receiver during training camp really did everything right in practices in have really good games in the first and third week of the preseason. So that was that was one that a lot of fans figured that he was going to make it through and sure enough that he did. And i think thomas was designated as this. You know this primary reserve for the boundary position along with tate and he didn't do a lot in the preseason but he also did some work on specialty figure that he would be making the team. It'd be active so to see both of them. Kinda go to make room for some of these some of these acquisitions. That will talk about a minute. It was interesting but it was the deep position group that they add on the initial eighty three and they. They have their five. Now they're all going to be activated so long as they're healthy so we'll see if that i guess position. has any further movement as we progress towards one though so one other thought and you know this is probably a reach on my on my end. A little bit was maybe seven wide. Receivers means they're gonna initially be go a little just because of some of the issues we've seen from jomar chase early on. Maybe there's gonna be a not so much a heavy workload on. Just him into higgins and taylor maybe they were gonna make some of these guys in there obviously mike. Thomas was a guy. That zack taylor trusted that seems to have gone out the window. john If there was any kind of validity to that and there probably wasn't but it was just one of my little reaches in terms of theory but it seems to in not only. Does it seem that jomar chase is going to be a a heavy focus of this offense as you know we thought just i guess it gave us the struggles recently gave us maybe a little bit of pause but the other thing is i think i mean there may be another move here by the way we just. We just updated that for since jungle theirself. You're watching that we've got. We got the record there The the other thing is is this in your eyes. Push a more high profile role for auden tate in the offense this year with this light group. I don't know to be honest with you like even if they kept six like just the standard number i think tabled would see the same amount of opportunities as you would if there is now only five again. I don't think this necessarily changes what they do. On game days. I think you have tate as your primary backup to mark face. Not a you have morgan. That can come in emergencies. And also back of taliban the slide. I i think if injuries occurred than obviously there's no other option than to throw take out there and see what he can do but yeah i think it's it is a little weird team. That's going to use three receivers for eighty percent of their snaps. Only just two backups. But in reality that's really all that they were going to use on game days unless there was just a rash of injuries that we haven't necessarily seen yet and this is not the more lewis as like even if marchi's has struggle which he has like. We never really got the indication. That zack taylor was gonna put him in the doghouse. And give right right against chance. So i guess that is kind of looking back ed They're gonna give Chase every chance to fail or succeed as a rookie. So i think until his role remains if anything like it probably does increase his chances of producing above his expectation. But i think it's still depends on how many people get injured in front of them. I mean again. Unsee unsubstantiated theory on my part on that and it wasn't it wasn't necessarily Is going to be in the doghouse. It was more you know. Let's let's take a little bit of pressure off him early with some of these struggles. We're seeing just just cafod. I had on it with how many bodies they had in that position group off all of a sudden a day later. It's it's completely changed. Their so tight ends moving on their Really the only the only kind of surprise. I almost didn't sound bite of the week. Where i said mitchell. Wilcox last year was going to be a breakout player. I didn't do it. Because i don't like to pat himself on the back but I was a little surprised that he made over that mosses year. I mean it's not like that muslim world on fire in the preseason games but he did have five catches for forty four yards against the dolphins in the finale. You've got the report. Obviously with joe borough We'll talk about the practice squad demand. He did make it back there. But are you a little surprised. That wilcox made it over that moss. I i assume special teams played a major role in that as far as victory laps. Go that that was pretty weak man. I expected something a little more. But yeah special teams as the exact reason why ms wilcox made it over a thousand mosques. And that's i looked into before final cuts to see. How many opportunities was moss getting on pump teams kickoff teams and he was getting like the same amount of snaps as wilcox. They gave him every chance to kind of match. What they saw from wilcox. But in the end i think daring simmons just more comfortable with using him in in his units compared to that mosque but that mosques word is back on the practice squad so he'll still be with the team working as receiver in maybe ev- injuries occur. Moss will get elevated replace one a cg zoema or drew sample but again thinking about. Who's going to be on the field for we guan. And for sunday's general mitchell wilcox is going to make an impact the special teams one of their better special teamers. This preseason and you're right man he he is town enough athletic enough in e did the most with his opportunity. And he's going to be the main back. Now he had a believe six touchdown receptions in his final year at south florida. I mean that's not astronomical numbers but when you're playing a limited amount of college games you know eleven twelve. Thirteen college games University south florida. They put up points and whatnot but You know he may or may not have been the absolute primary target in that..

"Jamie Marchi. David van Camp Scott Roberts. Dave, Is there any update? Bc, alright uh on the truck bomb? Yes, I have not seen anything. As of yet there are portions of the capital. That are on lockdown and some other areas nearby buildings that have been evacuated because there is a dude in a pickup truck that he says is loaded with explosives. Snipers have been called in. However, he's doing a live stream or he did a live stream at one point online and said, uh, that he basically has a dead man switch, So if they take him out, the whole thing goes up in flames, he said. He's prepared to die for the cause. But I don't know what the cause is. Haven't seen anything on that. Police have not commented on the statements that he made publicly. So I mean, this is just kind of up in the air right now. Okay, we'll keep you up to date. These Fox was not going live with that. So it's just a little blurb earlier, But then it was back to Afghanistan. Yeah, which there's news coming out of our relationship with the UK dude. Okay. There are a couple of reports from one is the Times in the U. K and the Daily Telegraph. Uh, they are reporting that senior military commanders have not been party to key discussions between the US and the Taliban. You know, UK forces are at the airport right now trying to facilitate some evacuations and what not they are supporting us, and there is Apparently no communication. Between the U. K government and the higher ups in our military. So there's been some friction there that's been reported off and on. There's a lot of rumors going around about what has really happened what the level of friction is on the ground. Even But evidently they were left in the dark about when they could be forced to pull out. Oh, my. They didn't know what the timeline was. Okay, Here comes the broken record. I'm sorry. Can you imagine if this is Trump? Oh, my gosh. He's they have already started an impeachment inquiry. If this is Donald Trump. Oh, sure. Yeah. And I think this is one that maybe Republicans would get on board with Oh, all the talk of our allies and being in contact with our allies plans together with our allies, blah blah. The other report in the telegraph is that Boris Johnson, the prime minister of the UK had been trying to get in touch with Joe Biden. Trying to call him. For 36 hours, Nothing. Well, he's on vacation. Cell phones turned off that guy's gotta go. He can't be president. He is incapable of doing this. Yes. It's I mean, it's been obvious for a long time, but it's never been in the spotlight. Was it He's going to strengthen the ties with our allies that Donald Trump Trump had severed. Yes. Gave respect his recklessness. Yes, on the world stage again. Very It's so interesting. Yeah. Well, I mean, Our idiot Reporters in the United States are still trying in some ways to further that. Don't know if you've heard any of that. Mean we pay her salary. Center. Oh, yeah. Amish Amish. Yeah. Did you hear what she said? No, I'm afraid I missed this 11. Oh, my gosh. Oh, dude, it's going to take me a second to find it. I do have it. I I promise you Um, it was an interview. They put her on. Oh, shoot. What show? Was it? Maybe MSNBC. It has to be MSNBC, right? Yeah, asking her. You know what she thought about, you know, the president's speech. You know how he is handling everything? Yeah. And I think this is her response right here. "Protection. Wow. The singers from Gus for rock today. I love it. You're in pro ball form. What was that story? You just with a little fire under me today? So what? Do you know what? You should appreciate it. I'm trying to get you back to your level of greatness. So I understand how you quarterbacks work. You guys are a little sensitive. So if I criticize you a little bit, maybe you'll start picking winners again. I think you should thank me not be upset with May Oh, my gosh. I should have been doing that to you the whole season, then. Yeah, I guess I would have picked a whole lot better. I have to go back there. I think I may have jumped you, though. On the season standings, Even though I lost the regular season. That was the better for people that don't know what we're talking about. I put out a social media video this morning to find that secular that CBS sports radio Where we record something of myself, smashing my head through a wall, saying that I would run through a wall to beat Gus for rock this year, and we don't need to rehash what you did. But the one thing I do I do want to ask the only thing I want to ask, because mental health is such a big part of it. How did you deal with that? Because you had a good career. You were a pro bowler and for you know, people always remember people's worst moments instead of the good moments. How'd you eventually deal with it? And now we're having fun, But you you sit back in your point and laugh at it all these years later. Well, it really has to do with my dad Just Teaching me how to deal with adversity, how to be stronger through bad times. When I was in eighth grade. I broke my foot playing football, and he basically said, Look, I bought you a brand new cleats. You're not quitting and you're not not playing. So I played the whole year in eighth grade with a broken foot and a really tight shoe. And then the next year. I, um I actually in ninth grade, I tackled somebody with my head down and crushed the fourth vertebrae in my in my neck and and never wanted to play any sports again. If it would have been for him, And you know, it's just that old school mentality you've is a mill guy. You work for PPG and Fort City, and he he was one of 15 kids, and he'd been through it all and he said Look. This isn't the end like you just kid healthy. You get better and you move on, and you let it roll off your back, and that's kind of what I've done my whole career with anything that's bad or anything that's happened and I love telling that story to people because We all have crazy stuff happened to us. We've all been through this, whether it's a new illness or an injury or something or somebody passes our family and you have to get through it and you got to keep your head up and you've got to keep fighting, And that's the way that's the only reason I've been able to play in the NFL for 15 years and also to defend you guys for up before we get to the pics. You scored a touchdown. Pumped up. And you were celebrating. You know you're in a state of euphoria. Look, I don't think it's the like the most terrible thing of people Look back at it, you know? Well, you know, I always say there's been a lot worse done in the NFL hunter, bro. If you wanna look at that is like something awful. It wasn't and you know, that's how I get through it. And plus I've had incredible support from my wife. And family for all these years, so that's always helped me get through all this just for right here with us. What's cooking by the way, and how to love bug us this week. This week we had you know, we had a great attorney on Jeremy Do Rou. You know, he helped write the Rooney rule really into, uh, you know, equality and social justice. So it was a great conversation. Next week. We got a short clip coming up of an old sports writer from U. S A. Today. Rudy Marchi interviewed Rudy for about a half hour. Rudy was USA today for 23 years and he used to critique All the announcers and every Monday so he would critique these guys like Jim Nance and Joe Buck and Jack Buck and all these guys and talk about them and every Monday that's what they went to find out if they did a good job or not. Us for out here with us. Set up a gust. Make sure you check out his podcast wherever you can get wherever you do. Download your podcasts. All right, Gus, let's get to the NFC Championship game First. No one has to picket underdog this week. He just go with whatever your heart tells you. I'll start with you first. My friend Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They're going to the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field to square off against the M V P of the guy, I think well when the M V p this year and and Rogers in the Green Bay Packers The Packers are 3.5 point favorite for this three or 5 P.m. Eastern time game on Fox, 11, 5, Bucks 13 and three Packers in the regular season. Both these teams met up in week six. Hackers are up 10 knots in early then Roger's through two picks, and the Buccaneers ended up scoring 38 unanswered points and round number two. Who do you go with on the 3.5 point spread in favor of the Packers? What's funny? I remember back to the day when the Bucks used to go up to the Packers all the time, and they never played well right, And neither did the Packers when they went down to the buck, and it's just that hot and cold thing. But you know, we Tom Brady is used to playing in New England for years. Nothing effects. That guy, but he's only one out of many. And I see Aaron Rodgers continued his hot streak and that team playing like they're on fired the last few weeks, So I'm gonna take the Green Bay Packers in this game. So you take the Packers minus 3.5. I know you like when I picked the scores of the game, too. I'm going to go Green Bay 31. I take Tampa Bay 27. So I like the Packers by four points to just cover that 3.5 point number. I ultimately think that this Packers offense I know the Bucks last week, they had a really good defensive performance picked off breeze three times also forced the fumble on the tight end Cook Just trust this Packers offense way too much right now. I think they're going to the Super Bowl. I think Garage is gonna play in the second Super Bowl already won one. I think it's time that he gets that second ring that I don't know if he's gonna win that second ring this year, but I think I'll have the opportunity and two weeks down in Tampa, so I do take the Packers. Minus the 3.5 points. So in agreement there and then I loved start off first with Game number two. We got bills. My field, led by Josh Alan going up to Arrowhead. Kansas City Chiefs. They're gonna have their third straight home F C title Game one on one in the last two..
