"Went on Twitter. During the game as the Cowboys were just getting eviscerated. Here's what he tweeted. I remember whenever Chicago came to Dallas and smashed us I'm talking about they beat the brakes off of us, 2012 or 2013. Peanut Tillman had a day on us. That's how I feel watching this game. Advice from this correct the mistakes and move on from this game with a fresh mind. Yeah, pretty good. Go ahead. What do you remember that game with the Bears did that Bear's going down? Bears memory lane? Very few. That's a That's a good one, though. Is that the game? We're peanut force, like four fumbles or something? So the A peanut punch was potent full. Throated lunch that day. Holy smokes back to the phones. Go to bottom. Agree, Bob. What's up, Sparky? Gentlemen. First of all they're looking for Melanie. She was three times visible government period. If you know, tell it. Yes, he is. Okay, So that's your best rings only five. Nobody missed by fast you run or whatever. He just go to the hole and get he's he's 5 10 on a milk crate. Yeah, 12. Yeah. That's for them, okay? Now stop disrespected on their morning. He's out of Tulane, saying place must net fortune from he concert up cast of all He may be the best receiver on the best hands left. You know that anything communities of fifth round so what he could catch the ball and has speed So maybe don't want to stand and give a lot of money, but he he's he's. He's really who's disrespecting. Don't know Mooney. Nobody's not live round round. So what he just about Is he the second receiver. He's better Miller period in the conversation. I think that too. Okay. So now the best received was come out to stop. Come the mark Chase out Unless you've been played this year. The Bordeaux Marshall is just good Jefferson over Green Bay. How you missed all the guys at L s U Come on. We'll have a coach Orgeron will be in the studio later. We'll ask him. Okay. Have fun. That was more than a fund that 7 272,006 yards. And three years seven cats at the back. There's 25 years old mad man. Don't have any history of being bad. We don't know if we should get it. Capa base. They come with us guy and then Levin. They're the last I can see the world the world ship come out of the bed. I like out back. I don't know if you want to go with this guy that night. The ballplayer country. I got you. Thanks. That's all right. He brought his a game. I like to call again. Man. That's good staff was really good. Let's go to events on the North side events. Morning, boy. Good morning. All right, so I know we're talking a lot about expectations. All right, We've got four more games until you go into the Bible and three of those four games against legitimate opponents, right? We got the Rams saint and the Titans all in a row. That device. I want to know what you guys expect from those four games. And what record would you be happy with? Going into the bye week? Because then we come back and then we're at Lambeau. Yes. I don't know how he's going to answer this. Appreciate your call. I don't look for games down the road. I just worry about find a way to beat the Rams and get the six in one Because if you start thinking, but we've got to be two on two out of these four loved to be three and won, But Oh, God. What if we're old? Can't worry, Moe, Man, if we lose to the Rams, and we get the same someone of the same to speak the brakes officers are really were down. And the next thing you know, we got to play the Vikings and they're going I just go one game at a time. Yeah. Um, listen, hey, asked a question, So I'm gonna give him an answer. So just based on the Evan floor of the season so far, I would say that it's likely the bears that can beat the Vikings as a tough Titans team. Especially the running game with Henry. That's there, right? Yes, there. That's it's in Nashville with fans. The the Saints. You know, the saints is the wild card for me on November 1st. I don't know what to expect there in that game. I don't know what to expect. I'm not sure about that game Just as of yet the Rams. It seems winnable, but you never know. 5 15 start out their specific time Monday night football. I think it's it's likely because I watched that Rams game on Sunday night. I think it's likely but you never know. It's it feels like three and one, but I'm not sure. At all about the Saints game just as I watched the interview yesterday, Michael straight hands sitting like in a theater room, interviewing Patrick Mahomes on A screen and he said, Do you like playing on Monday night because a lot of players that disrupts their routine, he said, Man I'd play on Monday night every week. If I could. I love being on this stage. It was an interesting perspective. You tell me when it is and let's go that like he loves being on that stage. You love guys like that. He's a winner, 3123323776. Let's go to rob the Eastside. Hey, Rob, What's up, man? Hey, I was wondering what you guys think about this because we put a lot of emphasis on Maggie. Maggie was somebody's choice. I'm wondering if you think maybe front office. Ownership. I think they may carry a little more blame the Maggie because they pick Maggie. If you go back through Ah, throughout history, a lot of the Bears choices have not been in their best interest. Think about Marc Trestman. They pick Marc Trestman instead of maybe going after Bill Coward. You know, I mean, that collar was now They made a call to him. He was never coming back, and he never has. So Bill car was off the table. Okay, okay. And then we go down to the to the quarterback. Maybe you'd pass up on my homes in lots in for for for Verbinski, who didn't even have half of that river. May I mean Any given to Maggie. Didn't expect you to make a miracle out of this, You know, I mean, that's what coaches are supposed to do that miracle, but just want to make him a viable quarterback for sure, Rob. So, you're saying that you So you're saying that the decision makers of general managers and have been very few for the Bears? By the way, you think that that's the problem with the bears, right? I think it's I think it's ownership. Just like with the Bulls. I mean they're not committed to having a winning team. I think they were trying to maximize profit. Maybe maybe I'm wrong about well, if that's the case that we have stopped watching them that it's only the bottom line that we need to stop watching the games. And I'll never stop watching the games either. But do you believe like the Bulls just spent in the face of a pandemic? Unfortunate clean everything on a lot of people. Rightly so would say it took too long. But if the point is it got done. See that Rob is a lot like a lot of guys. At the lounge is on the south side that I've hung with, like they know they've seen Chicago sports for a long time. And whatever the perception is that.

Retirement game plan is brought to you by Marc Trustman and the team at Platinum Retirement Solutions were cruising down the home stretch this week here on the program, the retirement game plan with Marc Trestman special thanks to our guests being here with us talking about Reality and all that good stuff we appreciate Rambis is time on the show was a good guy. Yeah, Nice guy, And he said he's pastor. He was sharing some nice words with us in between the break so very cool Chatto have with him. We appreciate his time. So what we're going to do is take email questions, as we usually do to wrap up the program. Submit your own a platinum retirement solutions dot com at his platinum retirement solutions dot com, or just call to get him answer directly in a 4499975 to 6 Day for four triple 975 26, all right, got a question for you from Judy and the pleasant in area, she says. Mark. I got remarried last month. Both of us are actually are late sixties and lost our prior spouses due to cancer over the last five years, and we both have three kids. Now we do bring her own assets to this marriage. He's got more than I do. Our question is, how do we make sure that his kids get the the wealth that he built through the years with his wife, while also making sure that I am financially OK after he's gone? You know what? That's this is a very common issue. A lot of remarriages. Yeah. Oh, yeah. I just spoke to a full body mine. I mic'd him before things Mike, and he has a girlfriend. Who entered their relationship quite some time ago. They've been together quite awhile and she has a daughter. I know Mike has no Children. I know off, and, um, I know his trust. I know what it does. I've done all of his finances. I know who's had been officially on his accounts. I know who's going to inherit what I know. I know, because I mean, I'm in the know because I'm this guy. I mean, it's Donnelly, my friend that I've made sure that he's well taken care of financially. I know that. You know he's his ass. It's going to pass on to who he chooses to exactly now. One of things came up about about this very same topic is funny us because he was asking about the very same thing. You know? How do I know that song So it's going to get the house and so such going to get this? What's going on, right? Exactly What did you trust say? Okay, You're living trust say, didn't you And Judy hasn't mentioned to me whether she had a trust prior to their husband's death. Now has she had a trust with herself? Well, they've only been married a month. So my guess is they probably haven't had time to get some. I would guess that too. But it's something you're at the question becomes. How do we fix this? Get true. So the question is is modified The trust you have have it amended. Okay. I'm both both both accounts on because the trust is gold. Okay, if the trust says, you know, Uncle Sam gets a dollar An anti Sam gets $5 and right. Yeah, that's the way it's gonna be. You can't change that your beneficiary list on the life insurance policies your IRAs and knew these things like that. That's cast in stone also, so those people are going to hear it that money. But the living trust is the key here. So have your trust amended. Haven't reviewed by a qualified, prepare legal or qualified affirm that does trust not Don't take it to your family log. I and don't take it to a criminal lawyer. Don't take it to to to somebody that has nothing to do with living for us. Okay? Go to the right person. Go to the right trust attorney. Okay, Andi, I see so many people telling me I'm going to do a trust and have a trust done by. You know the guy down the street who chases taxicab or something? I don't know. But the point is, go to the professional. Do you seek the service? If that's what you need to do is break it down on and legal binding. So you know what? I don't care if your kids argue Over Who gets what if the trust says your kid gets this and the kid gets it? It's that simple. Okay, There is no argument there. Make the argument why you're still alive. So get your trust, modify the men and corrected to make sure all the beneficiaries established that created the way you two want them to be done. Okay, because it's about Mom and Dad is what it's about. And if they've Dad decides of past assets onto the kids in bypasses wife that's between the two of them, But the truth is, get it down on paper. If you don't have a downy trust, it's not notarized. That's all so far. It's not. It's not going well with them only being married a month. You know, to your point they may have both had prior. Maybe some financial plans prior to this new marriage. So plan is one thing. They need to come it right. But you need to come in together. Maybe and then do this for business. That's there. But the fact of the matter is is the question is back to am I gonna be financially? Okay? Well, they have to. They have to outline what they want, meaning he machine and in the trust If the kids were involved, great if they're not involved, that's great. Also The fact is, is that the trust is not to be argued, and they can argue all they want what they don't have a trust. That's what I'm talking about. Get one That's right. Come in what they have or have one put together one of the other exactly, so actually, so that's where it's going to get together. You know, Judy, have this car, You know, Maybe you guys already had that conversation. If not, and you need some help getting that all pointed out and lined out, then reach out to mark Let him know and help you all those aspects really can And we can help Judy with our trust people. I mean, they're not my people per se. They don't work for me. But they are credible Trust attorney that I work with. With my clients and I've been using for a long time and you know they cross your t's and dot your I's and everything's why we're supposed to be so again. I feel good about it. They've actually put my stuff together. So if they've put myself together, I feel I'm good enough to put your stuff together. Well, and then you can offer some support. If need be financial planning as well to make sure she wants to know there is going to be okay. So all right. 844 triple 975 to 6. Judy ate for 49997526. All right. We've got an a in Dublin. And she says, I have a nice pension, marking a sizable social security benefit. So don't really feel like I got to take money out of my IRAs. But the account's jumping up and down with the market does make me nervous. So my question is, Should I just ignore it? Since I don't need it for regular income. And let it be what it's gonna be, or there's some other options to think of. Well, you know, Anna, we don't want to be in Austria is doing. You know, we don't want to stick her head in sand. Forget these things are happening. Okay? You know, in his ironic that I just here it is on Saturday. You're here in the show, and then I just talked to a woman on Tuesday last week about this very same matter that she's had this account for so long, and it's going up and down. I don't really need it out of the holster. The whole scenario count about we have to first established what this is for..

"Of the retirement game plan with Marc Trestman, retirement planner. And certified senior advisor at Platinum Retirement Solutions. 844999 Plan. It's a 44 Triple nine plan. So what? The prior second we're talking about getting lost its easy first all do. We've all been there before, whether we're not paying attention and miss a turn. Or wonder off the path or gets a bad directions or bad tools or one of the cases. We've all been there. So if you're talking financially getting lost, how do you get back on track? And I've been using this analogy market I've been saying is like if you ever go to one of those giant mall's Right. And you go in there. You're looking for a certain store. You go to those big directory things they have everywhere and stepped a little sign on this as you are here, right? It's ah. Guess. Well, that again. Just trust me on this s O. That's kind of my thought is that's the first step into figuring how to get where you want to go financially is determine where you are. That's the first step. Where are you? And then where do you want to go? You know, it's funny there. My dad got arrested. So my dad used to preach to us, meaning his five sons answer three questions. Boy, this aunty said was all right. Who are you where you're going? How you going to get there? And of course, when your kids are great questions. They are great questions. If you really look at yourself in the mirror and say, really get deep into your soul and ask those questions and hey, who are you where you're going? I'm going to get there. They're tough questions Answer. I know a grown man and grown when you can answer this question that laughing or trying to make a joke out because they don't know the answer. And you know it's a tough one. But the same thing happens here. In terms of, you know, paying attention if you will. Or bad directions like you were talking about earlier or whatever the case may be, you know? How do you get back on track from from making a mistake? Well, that's my job. If you really want to know the truth is, this is why your adviser, if you wherever you're working with is not talking to you every.

the joy of a winning locker because there's nothing like it towards watch football so I don't you're going to enjoy that Hey hi I just read through his second brick wall we should really enjoy this you know there's nothing you can't be accept NFL players oh man you know only one thing more exciting the birth of your first child and you'll love it so much you know Marc Trestman was calling plays the first week after week one he the link which those duties a play call he gave somebody else gives you an idea of how bad is the calling they were all runs up the middle with their full back naked they knocked off the defenders are yesterday I'm a lifelong defenders man as you know yeah with who they from either DC defender DC defenders yeah lifelong fan over here so that's a tough one to watch I thought there was a TV show the defenders with with with colors are beautiful reddit yeah I seem to be acted as a mentor I'm actually very impressive he has done much XFL okay I have I have added the thing isn't able to you know that was pretty bad but it's football so it's better than most states he played in a tiny little stadium not really I mean some of them do and it looks better when the plane in the smaller stadium but they can New York they're playing about which is a massive so looks for books to be sold twenty thousand seats it is nobody in there but someone they played soccer stadiums just looks better visually on TV but yeah it's bad football but it's football so men okay all right if you say so right now Kim Gordon's got the weather okay now I have a question for you three one two nine eight one seventy two hundred again our news from northwestern medicine isn't coming away the top of the hour the paper tells me to tell you that okay here's my question have you been going out and trying to find coronavirus Hanneke supplies because I started that this weekend technically I didn't start it technically I sent my daughter and son in law to do it but I sent them out to I I called a family meeting we sat down I told him here's what we need we need water we need bandaids I'm I'm sure what we need band aids for so they went out I need some food supply and we just just in case I don't want to panic them even though I was shaking when I was telling them this anyone panicking but it was an interesting it's not so much the virus itself as the there may be some shutdowns of things in other countries they've done that now the estates is far better prepared than most these other nations have banned because we are the ones who put out the scary movies by contagion an outbreak movies like it so we were told monkeys were familiar with this kind of a situation at least from the movies so we know what to do it at ten cities in the US people and the full hazmat suit and we're better when the organized in the United States and most of the countries are right we got that system where your phone goes off and tells you what's happening you got the emergency broadcast system which of which annoys you at least once a week here on this program so I believe that it's not so much the virus but there will be at some point the potential for store shelves to be empty for stores to be closed for people to be told I got to stay inside which I don't even know how that Skaggs act we gonna work because you can't shut down these in Tarragona means but you could see it happening there they're trying that right now and it up in Seattle they got a community there they're trying to keep everybody inside they're trying to move they're buying a motel to try to move people into a their quarantine they're sick with those are quarantined into a motel to be treated I mean so there's there's there's some wacky things that can happen here so is he sent my pilot fish out to go get supplies here's the one thing that they noticed know your route zero your Ralph available if I water they found rubber gloves I know what I'm gonna do with rubber gloves we got rubber gloves they found no masks although I had wet weather masks at the jewel I mean is it that day I don't recall that ever but you got to like Walgreens or you go to CVS they don't have it they're out because they do you they generally have those things I had them get me diapers just in case too because you never now what if the you know but if the water goes completely out you might have to have diverse I built a shelter underground my backyard this weekend that's what I did over the last two days we need to add tobacco that we advertise during hockey games that got to come over Sir digging holes around our houses I'm I really did that sell I mean really did send them out and with a list of things that we should have in the compound so that we're ready in case you know something should occur and I'm just wondering about the people to talk is anyone else not worried at all about this like me me three one two nine eight one seventy two hundred are you worried like me or are you not worried like the kids you're falling or ansible role with you this morning that's what it is it's like even if they were around here I think I'd be relatively healthy that's very confident I feel I can survive I think that's very confident I that's it yes in general in general the the people who have been felled by this our older would you include to make I mean we've had a number of people fifties died from this thing so that gag that gets my attention yeah if I heard millennials are going to yeah right evolves in her twenty nine year olds would were dropping like what's he right and you're like oh this is no big deal flow which you can be like the flow unless you have an underlying situation and you may not even know if you have an underlying situation until it's too late I might have it I've been sick for ten days and I don't know if I'm supposed to stay here not stay here I don't know I don't I don't that I just I'm just doing it anyway I mean people are worried about it my sister's work completely keep shut down all international travel they've business all throughout the the world and and then sending nobody out of the country they said even if people don't wanna fly locally they can cancel any trips they've had scheduled that's interesting yeah they're yeah they're long people stay home if they want so this particular company is very worried about it now this particular company doesn't seem particularly worried about at the moment although they don't encourage us to travel internationally I've I've heard that by the way because there is the I don't get into the businesses specifically here because everybody we get mad at me but I a family in the restaurant industry and with that has a large chain of restaurants and they're going into a very special protocol at these restaurants what the protocol where there were they were white being down tables after every like with anti bacterial stuff it's not just a guy comes by with a rag you know it which I I never like that anyway when it comes to the table early right right you see the diner and then there you sit down because you you you want to see it before anybody else as a senior sitting in a booth and there's crumbs everywhere and then a guy shows up is moderately interested in English Annies Annies he's got the rag there anything has smell or ask you like I don't know is it clean that's close enough they're not doing that anymore have a very specific product that they're using in there going through this and every surface every service has to be cleaned every thirty minutes or when a client or customer I guess moves through here's a look at your place I know you're halfway through never did get a quick wipe down in skews me ma'am can you provide your hands for me I just need a wash these for you Carl here on WG and three one two ninety one seventy two hundred go head Carl so yeah I I'm a registered nurse I work in a critical care environment and I can tell you that right now one of our concerns is that we've seen an uptick in Malaysia and now people with respiratory failure based on viral illness here recently and the thing that kind of concerns us is that a lot of people that are coming in sick in their hands has been a huge a large uptick I've been in that environment for at least five years now and that the concern that we have is that they're not even screen people and I predict that if they if they did the numbers will probably be a lot more prevalent than the hand that you don't hear on the news there's one or two or five or six I feel like it's gonna be a lot larger than that by the time if they ever do actually screen and right now they're simply not well that's what they're saying in the northwest coast up in Seattle they're saying that they believe that this virus has been in the environment for two months and that many of the cases that are presented they weren't tested for in hospitals or doctors offices with high fever respiratory difficulty or failure those that those may have been coronavirus but now they're looking at now is just within the last two weeks they're looking at anybody who actually passes away from that in the testing right in there ten or the people are super sick whether they're able to get the test apps because it really tests weren't available and it until the last couple of weeks because they had to develop a test for this particular virus and then they're doing a test yeah you'll understand more of this and I certainly will Carl there is that there's a test for a corona virus which could be a lot of different things here right there's four different there's four major strains of coronavirus and there's a test for a specific type of strain of the coronavirus which not necessarily covert nineteen but it it's a but it's still a it's it would be in that family and that's what they're assuming here that's why the one of the cases here in Illinois is considered to be a presumptive test because they need to send that sample to Atlanta for the CDC to confirm yeah well I can just say from a lot of my colleagues perspective we look at it you know when people are are are it is an unusual age brackets and they're going into respiratory failure you know some of them a lot of my going to have that pre existing conditions COPD it cetera but our concern is yeah were were exposed to that then you get colleagues that are getting sick and having these symptoms that last for a month you just wondering you know is it says we're not testing it for it how how do we know how we how do we distinguish who's being admitted for us there include day includes a B. or is it actually a coronavirus now I know they do will sometimes screen for the flu but but not always and so they're not casting these folks how do you know how many are actually out there I have a feeling like that again and I'm pretty sure it's going to be a lot larger than what people think it's not five or six cases there's probably thousands so Carl what you're saying is you're seeing younger people showing up with respiratory is it would be a new that yes yes yes and I've been in that environment now five years and this year I know that the food's been kind of tough this year but yeah I'm seeing more and they're in their fifties in their fifties so while we pay attention to it especially in this environment right now is that something that you got from you know and and then you can you do kind of worried because they're not they're not screening for it so I'll you know I'll so I have a feeling when it's all said and done there the numbers will be larger than now.

"Some more direction in regards to the process and and and and when I say that is under that he's you know he's he is young still I know we keep saying that but he but he is but we also now you give direction and now he's a follower and and that's going to be what what we're really focused on is is making sure that he does that and don't worry about results who cares more about the process and if he does that we'll be in good shape confined itself somewhere Marc Trestman comment isn't it Matt Nagy out of context don't worry about results who cares about the process that's a drop is in it we're gonna have a team that selfish and undisciplined that's the ultimate well yes every day he completely was telling the truth yeah right like I understand what Nagy saying right he's saying that in preparation don't worry about throwing for three hundred yards or four touchdowns do every day as every day and that will eventually take care of the results yes isn't that what he's saying that don't worry if you're the top fifteen quarterback don't worry about throwing for thirty touchdowns don't worry about going if you throw three picks in your first fourteen passes in practice don't worry about results who cares more about the process I have a team that's selfish and discipline I can't tell him it's like listen this is what J. D. and then we do our work on this from the jump last year transaction yes that's it so I mean we can have that approach but if we get to training camp again this year this time in and Lake Forest and you're seeing some of the same struggles I can't buy into the don't worry about this don't worry about results who cares what about the process but if the results again are an interception every three passes in practice I'm concerned about that people blew that off last year well not now not everyone in the majority of folks there I don't know how you can especially when you're not playing preseason football listen I think every raptors import I think we spent a lot of time in the off season not only talking about the quarter the kicker but also talking about an offense to trailed off in the second half the year before and a nonsense that was going to need to pick it up and carry the load even more so knowing that the defense was going to come back to earth a little bit with regard to their explosive place it was all it's possible for a kind of a bad camp in a good year like when we you should not have been surprised at opening night win in Green Bay when the offense did nothing because that's everything that those were that was yeah again scream and scream back yeah you can't you know Jediism the corona hotline he joins us from the combine right now Judy did you have an issue with that ninety saying don't worry about results worry about the process take your lead I mean I thought when he said it was a little a little unusual but I think that's basically like the offseason like like what's happening now like if we start going through training camp in the work out with your best he's healthy enough to come back from a shoulder surgery I I don't think he meant that as in don't worry about the results when the regular season gets here I didn't take it like that I thought from my recollection he was just kind of going through like what there were going to work with him on now like in the immediate future but if they're not worrying about results well what what are we doing that I mean I mean I think they're very worried about results I also think Sylvia if you listen to what he said maybe a little earlier he admitted that I mean there is a big sense of urgency to figure things out and get that identity on offense can't wait five or six weeks into the regular season expected no kind of what you are I think that's really been a big effort here is to try to figure out what these new coaches well more experience you know a little more comfort level with Nagy what in the world they are on offense because last year through sixteen games there was no identity identity to speak up whatsoever with that group what jadis we were talking just before you came on you and Dan waiter we're two guys that were on this this issue something to be worried about from day one of training camp my guess is is if you guys see similar performance of performances day in and day out from Mitch you are going to worry about the results on on a day in and day out and you're not going to stress the process you're going to say to yourselves boy this looks a lot like last year at this time and we all know how that translated in the regular season all other legal question and again I don't I don't I think he was just saying like as they're going through it Trubisky needs to just work on what they're telling him to work on and maybe some things are gonna happen the way it's supposed to happen right away I didn't view it now maybe I just missed it and I was standing there right next I didn't view that as like him swap in the stop and be a lie you know we don't care about their you know the results we just you know care about other things no I mean guys you know this is not been an easy off season for Nagy and pace you know there were a lot of expectations last year and it goes a lot deeper than just the fans being disappointed you know they spend a lot of money as a franchise they re did that whole building Thomas been there yeah it's unbelievable I'm a little bit and so you know the bears and that's not breaking news here but you know they've been a little reluctant in the past this baby spend lavishly on certain things but now you you know the family spending money and they're given the players and the coaches like all the creature comforts you can imagine it you know it wasn't that long ago well there but the dining room at Halas hall was like like like one little room and they would bring in chipotle on Friday I was full of your own but now it's like they've got this new state of the art cafeteria professional chefs I mean there's everything you can imagine so when the bears pay that money guys they look set to see results you know all they thought they were back they jumped the gun it's not a we win twelve games but again doesn't that just kind of show you that yeah the twelve wins was nice but it was still a first round home playoff loss so what's the likely had arrived or anything but that was kind of a little bit of the feelings right last year and I really think this this back to back down and and now they know that they don't have a lot of time to get this right I mean if they have another bad year in two thousand twenty guys but this regime it would now be looking very good G. D. does Ryan pace keep backing up Mitch Trubisky because he still totally believes in I'm and he's not lying to us and he's telling us the truth or is it because he's the only quarterback and he doesn't have to say anything different until the water back yeah well I mean look at look at I believe that he believes that they can still salvage this with Comiskey I think Nagy has to just go with it you know I think that he's I think what's going to really happen this year guises they're gonna you know and you started here today they're changing what they're doing offense of late I mean they're going to totally change maybe that everything but there's no way they're gonna put him in a position where they want him throw the ball fifty two times a game you can't do it they got a run we got to set up some play action and they have the old guys that when the plays are there one like it's set up with the play action that he can make the throws look like sometimes he did but we saw a lot of games last year were you missed those gross so wasn't that the place was barely would totally out of whack last year it's just that when they had it set up yeah you miss J. that's a killer did you hear any I I mean I read the quote that he said to me it was it was like just as you just described to me it's a grand transformation from it Hey this kid's gonna have to play in my system because this is my system too it's not fair to everybody to do that we're gonna have to tailor what we do to the talents of our guys and that would be a huge change each year I like what what he said was that you said about I agree he read it and just how you know what you read is reinvented himself over and over again and you know that he's like Hey Philadelphia we ran a true west coast you know we're one of the government in the city and he said the deal two years ago right but often now in case the is vastly different than it was just two years ago when he was there sold that to me is encouraging he understands I I think he really does you know hopefully the new coaches he had a little more on the comfort level with with like a bill Lazor you know he he liked people that fall if they kind of go way back and close together before but they were friends for a long time you know they put regarding his role in the passing game coordinator to bring unwanted studio I Nagy notes will be welcome to come together to Philadelphia I think you get enough of those coaches together with experience right and they're gonna tell you flat out we can't do what we did last year and expect to win now are they going to become like the Titans with Derrick Henry I would say probably not you know that every year but you gotta change your style where you're asking less of the court her back but you're still setting up the big plays right and he's got a hit those plays and I think that's what we're looking at well what's the quarterback position in mind they they cuts Taylor Gabriel the conference a mocha more they've created some some cap space do you expect them to spend the majority of their currency on upgrading the positions around minutes or more what do you believe they'll do at the quarterback position this offseason they're gonna have to get somebody in here I mean they can't go into the season they can't re sign chase Daniel and say here we go I mean it's it's not that that's not realistic I don't believe I think the tape Daniel has no value you certainly god he's really smart guy any help there's no question but you need someone that's gonna be a Lisa correct could take over if it's goes off the tracks who is entering the regular season so I think I I think they will they were absolutely acquire somebody either in free agency trade or something and then they should look hard to it if somebody's developmental guys in the draft I mean this is not a bad draft for quarterbacks what what will be interesting as you know thank god do I think they'll take but it'll take a quarterback in the top fifty well I don't know I mean that's a little bit lower rich you know you could pick second overall just four years ago so you got you know you got two second round picks you take a quarterback there and I'm not so sure about that but I think at some point you got to really think about it I mean if I could get one purchase for example you know around in the fourth row fifth round out of the project had eight picks Cole and out if you're gonna get one compensatory because of the able signing with the Packers last year right now people know first topic of course also the missions around but they will have eight total so I I think I think what really you know Tom what they really should do quite frankly is they get out some sort of respected guy in here to be number two and then draft a developmental back what they really should do I don't know if they will but that's what I would do but either way that this would have to be addressed as for the other spots so guys I am not no hyper definitely not but this is a great rapper wide receivers okay and you got a current as I'm sure a bunch of people out there are so many wide receivers here if I give you missed on a wide receiver in this draft you know if your call what's uniquely hit this year Kevin one hundred trouble trouble and I think they got to get a receiver they will they need help the corner course they need offensive line issues as a right guard opening right now with our other office to find out what the last year I gotta get it tight in the probably have to buy a car that is my gas because I am not a great tight end class for drafting we'll have to spend money on a tight end they they brought in Harris who goes backward Nagy but he's more of a life of dignity you they say Trey Burton's ready by training camp guys will believe when we see it so there's a lot to get done and we haven't even gotten to the defense where they could lose quite deck will probably have to resign quick how ski get electric bass in goal you know there's there's a lot you know there's a lot going on here so so yes I I I think a lot of those resources would have to be spent you know helping not just giving them what should be a few weapons but giving them the type of players being need to be successful in this new altered skin that they're going to run this year Katie great stuff enjoy the rest of the combine okay thank you guys great content up boys yeah I can hear there's JD Jeff Dickerson all right Waddell's world is coming up next and why he is Dick pound it transmitting "And it's in their cars on Dale Maybury highway in Tampa leaving Raymond James stadium saying to themselves how did it get to this point the Tampa Bay vipers of the XFL were favored to be one of the best teams in the XFL this year instead with head coach Marc Trestman at B. I guess I'll say hell their own three they lose to Houston this afternoon here was a very sad Marc Trestman after the game with our Tom Luginbill coach a lot of positives but you just want to take away from today better today but we did make enough plays to make it happen and in all three phases really we we just didn't have enough form at the end we had a chance to score and tie the game we didn't have enough to get it done credit goes to junior staff and we're closer the much better team this week when they were a week ago we got some work to do improved quarterback play but what these juices when you decide to make a change either between series within plays will lead you to stick with Taylor at the end there you know I just thought he had a he finished well and we're going to give him a shot in the in the second half to say always he was going to do with the ball disappointed that it gives you a little bit more I would like to do that it didn't work out that way and you know for a team of six thirteen they continue to work they they were to get a better word as I said we're a better team than we were the last couple weeks and and we just gotta stick together and and keep working it'll come out the other end for us simply coming out the other end that is what they could do the vipers and it's only three white bird with Marc Trestman your yeah Hey you know in a brown van a Browns fan I can't get it you know the Browns were supposed to be really good last year and you know then you turn around you go what in the world happens so yes the vipers thought they were gonna do pretty well when they start off one three I don't know about you Jeff but I really enjoy watching the XFL that's a lot of fun and I'm a football junkie so I just need some type of football watch and I'm I'm locked in every weekend watching the XFL yeah people dressed up as snakes in the stadium precedent and your own three I mean there are people literally literally invite for costumes like these are grown people these are adults walking into Raymond James looking like a snake for your vipers and their and three this is an XFL UT so you think he's done I mean it is the the first head coach to get fired in the XFL well I mean he he definitely is is though if there was a gift could you can you can you wait around that does the XFL I'll wager like I said nope what's on the screen like we'll trust men get fired plus eight hundred I hope they do would be given the right to do that they don't show you on the screen here's the money coming elsewhere Diana hi Diana waters body parts being fired you have to may I ask you about I had marked by the way the over under right now on you making it out a week for the money's only under what do you think that I don't gamble but hello mark the sharks are staying in Vegas that the U. R. Duffy on the hot seat I believe this before which has been in Chicago with the bears and it is a very unfortunate but look I mean it's still weak three right of the XFL and we're still going strong and we're talking about it we want it to succeed but I think the problem again is like that today's game was pretty interesting it came down to the end when the vipers of course the one interception to seal the win for Houston but as long as the football remains decent and it like you said you just want to watch football in the non NFL season was one of the giving you something decent to watch the practice okay I think most people will still have little interest in what's going on with the XFL yes and there is it's different enough from the N. F. failed to hold your attention for the sheer sheer novelty of some of the things like the kick off of the last two minutes of the half in the game like those changes are extremely you know they're interesting they they if it gives you another reason to watch I love the interaction that you gave me access that you get from you know the officials the read the guide the replay booth that the coaches and coordinators calling plays I really like it and it the football in the bath but it ain't the worst and if you want to see some football the XFL the good place there at least during the off season the fight it's the grass that are heard on ESPN radio I also like the just see like who's in the XFL Mike June Jones wait a minute June Jones your June Jones had the greatest job in the world he was the head coach at Hawaii but how can you just coachable why and then he laughed I believe for SMU I think and then it's been wherever it is and now he's coaching Houston in the XFL but I like just kind of see like oh yeah number that guy there is just there's a there's a guy named Scooby Wright that I believe he was the sixth round pick for the Browns or something like that obviously he didn't make it right he got cut and I never heard from again I'm watching the XFL to DC defenders and like Scooby Wright on the tackle I got excited like that was my cousin or something and I've never met the guy I wonder what happened to him so that is phone hearing familiar names and you always wonder what happened to you could have all former Browns coaches head coach is coaching the except now you could say it allows for in the last six years where all the ex Browns coach is Hey this guy's available those guys available is god's will this value Jackson though Freddie kitchens Pat Shurmur yeah the list goes on it should be in there yeah you little kids if you go in plenty of opportunities for coaches to jump on and then the XFL from the Cleveland Browns still the Browns Johnny men's cell tweets Dolliver locked the commissioner of the XFL and also the father Andrew luck that he would help the ratings as someone that had first hand knowledge of the Johnny Manziel experience in Cleveland do you think he would help ratings if the XFL signs bands out I actually think he would delegitimize the XFL if you went there because first of all Johnny Manziel was terrible all right and quarterback he's not any good is not good this is not good at all the eggs to fill their biggest problem right now is probably finding quality quarterbacks in Johnny Manziel is not that so would more people tune in for the first drive sure but then he did pulled any probably never play again because I don't think he's good enough to start for any of the eight teams that are in the XFL right now so if they want to continue to be a legitimate football league you don't want the size shows like Johnny Manziel being a part of that is such a great great point I mean I think Johnny Manziel would have been perfect for the XFL in two thousand one but like yeah the first yes this XFL it's like they're trying to be a legitimate football operation in this guy is not a legitimate quarterback at any level right now I'm with you I think you would actually hurt the XFL if they sign Johnny Manziel yeah I wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole you know if you if you want to go all right here we go Vince McMahon with the wrestling stuff did you ever think Vance and you haven't seen any mentions of W. W. we it's for reason is because they want to be known for it being a football league Johnny would destroy that and last point here hood I had Kevin Gilbride on the show like two weeks ago the head coach of of New York he said that the reason they had to convince him to take before you would take the job at the convincing him that this would not be like the XFL in two thousand one so men's I'll definitely wouldn't fit that profile right Wilder fury is almost here we'll.

"When you look up. I'm just starting to crack up a lot of people on Twitter already given Aaron a hard time for saying he'd take his coach and quarterback over Matt Nagy. I've met Nagy. I'm not I don't know that I'm taking many over Matt Nagy right now. Matt Nagy proved a lot to me through his first year in kitchens, call plays and did well nineteen forty eight last year that. Forty. Fifty thousand nine hundred forty over nineteen twenty in one thousand nine hundred forty eight longer than I thought I would not take Freddie kitchens over Matt Nagy. I could engage in an interesting debate. If we just put allegiances aside, Chicago Cleveland, I could get into an interesting debate about Baker Mayfield and Mitchell Trubisky. Look their stats were very comparable last year. They were both right around two to one touchdown quarterback. Excuse me. Touchdown interception ratio. They had very similar quarterback passer rating, very similar. They're both right around ninety five. Baker obviously, only has one year mitch's played a little bit more. But because he played so little in college. I mean, it's you know, you kind of looked at last year's like really Mitchell's first air at what point do we stop done? It's over. I mean, it's over. That's absolutely over getting getting gauge in that debate a little bit. You know? And but the problem is doing it here. You're just gonna get your rally behind Mitchell Trubisky 93.7 four quarterback rating four for. Baker mayfield. Either mitch's was. Ninety four ninety five four. I got Mayfield. I had fourteen games sorted Mitchell. Because he missed to all right. He started thirteen Mitchell started off fourteen six and seven in. It was his cute quarterback record eleven three for Mitch sixty three and a half. Completion percentage. Sixty six point six for Mitchell. How many yards three thousand two hundred twenty three three thousand seven hundred and five in one less game while and how many attempts from four eighty six. So they're about the same in yards per tempt to that. It sounds like. Four thirty four for Mitch. So you seven average yards per attempt seven five seven seven seven seven so a little bit better than Mitch there. Okay. There you go just a little three tenths of a point. Mitch was twenty four to twelve. Touchdown interception. What was Mayfield? I am looking twenty seven fourteen. I mean, they were really close game. One less started game. That's started game. Boy, they were awfully close in a lot of statistics. But I'm not taking Freddie kitchens over Matt Nagy not yet. No, I'm not either. I'm I'm content as a bears fan not. I'm not only content. I'm happy with Maggie. I think the bears finally got it right after all these years of. You know, Marc Trestman was finally going to be the guy that brings him into a new era of offensive football foxy. And then well that blew up in our face, and let's go get the old grizzled vet who knows how to play defense run the football. Let's go get John FOX. A lot of a lot over the years. And it looks like they finally struck gold with Matt Nagy and as a bears fan, I'll happily keep them three one two three three two three seven seven six is the phone number. "Will be there. So from noon to six you can come hang with us and be there to try to win. Some tickets inside Soldier Field on the Miller lite, loft. Don't miss the football Friday schoneman Yana to wrap the week. Get ready for bears eagles and wild card weekend. Mitchell's indisp- lanes on ESPN one thousand immature. Hey, first of all, I know that people get Trestman a hard time. But I like to bring your attention that Josh mccown did a retrospective in New York Times or New York Post recently, and he listed all the players, and coaches that influenced the most now I like to remind you that he actually listed lovey Smith and talking in Tuesday's most impressionable coaches was lovey Smith, Marc Trestman, of course, two thousand thirteen year where he did really well and John FOX not because he played with John because he played with Johnny. Carolina. Not in Chicago when it came to his most impressive quarterbacks. He talks about one that had the strongest arm was color, inter Marcus Russell. But he says the color was unbelievable. The most accurate quarterback. He ever saw. Detroit in Kurt Warner. Yeah. Are we talking about Josh mccown retrospective, though, exactly? Because. This hatred torch Trestman, and I get on those older veterans and like him. But there are some people on that team like to bring to your point. All right. He was terrible Mitchell. I mean what what's the point of bringing it to our attention that people liked him. I mean or or. I wanted to make a point of that we all like John FOX to John FOX of Helvin nice guy. John FOX one. How many games here in three years? We watched last year's draft with them. Did they did they win more games this year than John FOX one and three years? We did. I what Taylor that bears. Schedule five five hundred thirteen five five and three. Is that what? Yeah. I think it is. You're thirteen games. Yeah. Listen, I, you know, nice guy. Okay. Doesn't matter. Marc Trestman couldn't coach in wasted two years of our time is bears fans. You most certainly did Camille, ma'am, Bob's and dairy and on ESPN thousand. Hey, bob. I can't be New York. You'll hear about sweet beans. I appreciate it. Thanks very kindly. Yes. Go back to all shine. You know, when he was playing opposite Marshall on the other end, they're giving Jay and all of that. I just think maybe he turned them into a bitter person with those guys. Maybe. He left. I didn't care for him so much. So I'd like to put a bounty out on him all bounties stopping Obama. He's. Can't put a bounty on a man's head. This is like slapshot fifty dollars stood up. I got it takes. Fifty dollars to the first guy for mailman. Bob puts a shot in. I'm can't put a bounty alshon Jeffery. Don't do that in jump joining mailman. Don't do we don't condone that you just said, no violence. Didn't you just say no violence outside that in the stadium outside not on the field? It's a violent game Carmen McCracken. All we're doing is repeating what mailman. We don't need. They'd be come on. We don't need to be doing what I'm not doing anything. You're condoning it. No. I'm not doubling it up. I'm not saying, hey, I'll add to it. That would be condoning and endorsing at karma. Tony, it would be your closing. That's a great idea. Just send alshon home of the law says that that's all the matters. I said eagles. Helping for the winter help it's fog Hance who could ever forget the fog bowl, December thirty first nineteen Eighty-eight. I watched. I watched it. I was at home. I watched in Arizona as it festival is that right? Yeah. Was that windows. The next day. It'd be West Virginia. That's right. That's right. I saw that whole moves New Year's Eve. I was a kid. I was like how I just turned twelve people thought we are lunatics out there swimming in the pool like sixty degrees. You guys for us. Are you kidding me? That's we're in a poll frolic and drinking cold ones. That's one of the crazier games in NFL history in Chicago sports history. That's the only playoff game in which the bears have ever beaten the eagles. This'll be the fourth all time playoff game between the bears and the eagles bears are just one and two. This rivalry goes back all the way to nineteen thirty three or the bears have actually dominated this series. And it's his fourteen in one how about in the playoffs. So just one and two in the fog bowl was the only win right? And remember in two thousand one the eagles came here with a young Donovan McNabb young. Andy Reid is that coaching clock the bears and the other one was to Harold Carmichael lead ranch warshafsky lead Philadelphia Eagles. Yeah. Back in seventy or another, right? Yes. Absolutely. Remember Miller got hurt early by Hugh, Douglas. Wasn't that it. Yes. It wasn't. That game was never the same. Never close to do a quick trending anything. Good runway fourteen victories for your guy fourteen. Who will weigh Nagy's first year? Yeah. Anything? Good training, Danny? Yeah. Lots of good stuff both baseball and NFL. Let's start with baseball. Manny Machado is training. And that's because Bob Nightingale is tweeted out that the White Sox have made an official offer on Manny Machado. Just wondering what it is. You're thinks seven to ten I think it's gotta be more than seven to ten. You of originally had seven years three hundred no to eighty forty seven to baby. Think it's crazy to think that's the one of these guys could get forty. I omitted I'll say of room between thirty and forty kid lottery room. Thirty three percent go up that many millions of dollars a lot of room. You're right. I'll say to fifty. It's a lot of money. God bless also trending and our buddy Jeff passan who will join us in thirty five minutes tweeted out, the Dave Robertson has a deal with the Phillies. Two years guaranteed. Twenty three million fills he up with the Phillies, and that in some now on Twitter signifying that means they're gonna go really hard now for hyper Harper Machado, kind of make that big push. All right to win. It all also trade. This is interesting Caesar's is trending. And that is because Caesars entertainment has become the official casino sponsor of the NFL..

"It does. It's boring as hell to the point. You know, we install goal we do seven hundred seven today, we do the four minute drill today. Our red zone today. You know, all types out of your end zone today. And you got eight plays. We're coming out of your own end zone. But that's why it's fun. It's been a change of pace. It's good. The story's really good. I would encourage everybody son change chain before you ever go on the field. Your offense fumbles the ball on the fifteenth taking a sudden change they want. Nobody running out onto the field. Right. Don't want. Everybody to come in and say, all right. This is what we're looking to do. We can turn the ball over. Great. We have to hold them to a field goal try. That's it after field. Trout can launder the end zone. So you got there were specific purpose before you head out there helter skelter panicked like that. So I've really enjoyed the back stories the background pieces on Matt Nagy. Now, look we sat here a year ago. And we were trying to figure out which candidates now that Ryan pace should interview. And then fast forward to now we're on the precipice of wild card weekend into the biggest favourite going into that. But to hear how Nagy in ten years in a profession that usually a life for you gotta work up. We talk about Fritz Shurmur. It's it's it's the good old boys network. A ton on that. I mean. Nepotism, and for for Matt Nagy ten years ago, selling custom home navy, and like how he brokered that deal to get a hundred grand in a business that he had no business being in quite frankly because of his, but his communication skills got match up, and he was actually doing a good job at it. During a tough time in the economy. He obviously knows how to deal with people which. In trade for an NFL head coach or really any have professional head coach. He's he's obviously good at that. And whether it's all just comes naturally to him or he's learned some of it for Mandy read over the years and the guys he's been around. Like, we've always said this Andy's coaches by and large have done. Well, none of Belgium guys, do well, maybe the exception of Bill O rien Andy Reid, it seems like all his guys do. Well. So I don't know what it is the way he's teaching it what he's teaching them. But. Nagy looks like the right choice for sure and that is a beautiful thing because it's been far too long. And everything we thought Trestman was going to be it was a big dodger with Marc Trestman Nagy is he's turning out like, it's two coaches later. But this is everything we thought we were getting years ago with like a young not that trust. When was young. But just like a creative, bright offensive mind. It didn't work. Nagy watch the press conferences, and then talk to guys that had been coached by both Truman you knew. The first has got one good when we started calling Tim Brown and Jeremiah who got the job Mark trust. Telling me. Getting me. He's got no all their reactions were the same. They're like, wait what Marc Trestman Lanny's, Lance Briggs said that one of the coaches on that staff was the worst coach he's ever had at any level of football in his career, including high school or high school. Yeah. I mean like it was biolog- a lot of them clueless. Yeah. This is so much better. So enjoyable it is thank goodness. We get to watch a playoff game on Sunday. And I think they're gonna win. And I think they're going L A in defense travels. They could win there. Can't. I mean, listen, they can't tell me that the Rams won't remember the bears can get through this weekend. Yeah. You're going on the road. But the Rams will remember. Let's upset New Orleans. That'd be pretty great to and we're playing here to go to the Super Bowl. Whoa. Yes. But let's win this one this one I and I think they've roller Cal to six the lines out to sit. I know I know Sam penny out of it was on yesterday from visa in studio. He thinks that it will close at seven. I'll go all the way to a touchdown crazy. The eagles have had twelve games this year decided by seven points or less equally twelve well. So they've been a of tight ones. Holy cow. Look, I have a feeling, and I think listening to the good kid here that special teams is gonna play a vital role. People keep asking about Cody park, close your eyes across your fingers nothing else. You can do share the lazy partner doesn't stand on the white line. That's true to sideline I mean. Geez. Given. Well, we get them a nice may maybe a nice little chase lounge chair. Maybe with some drinks that he could sit on the sideline and watch everything. There's no excuse for that. When I know I know. But on the band won't happen when when Cody parkey lines up Sunday afternoon into the evening. Cross your fingers there won't be Cyrus the field. That's silence in every bears fans. Head every. Down. I'd be going after it you every four and you remember the old commercial for tvos and Tibo. I came were the guys watching his kickers about kick he paused at random church came back and pause live TV laws, your DVD, if you know, Venus they could assigned Jake Elliott a couple of years ago. Caught the Bengals think the Bengals Cottam seventy Cottam. Okay. Goes very proud of western springs. Illinois question, do they sign Robbie golden the AUSSIE? You can't because this guy's making another three million next year. What are you going to eat three million on your cap? It costs you a game in the playoffs. How do you eat three million dollars against your cat for a kicker? You can't do that. Can you bring a crappy kicker back? Listen to your guy. I mean, he signed me kicker. This is your kicker for the next guy for next year. And then maybe after the last year because everything would it'd be more than three million against the cap. Wouldn't it? So you can't do that. Look, what was the signing bonus time guarantee. Well, guess what? I can guarantee you got your dead. Money's even more than that. No, this is I if you claim with two years. Four years fifteen million. He gets two point two five signing bonus nine million guaranteed. He gets an average annual of three point seven Jaren teeing kickers contract for if you want you can cut him after next year. Doing. There's no way. Ezeiza damn car. That's what they caused fantasy. It's the only time when I'll say real football should be like fantasy. I'm with you there. Two things you're going. I agree on in life don't ever draft the running back in the first round and don't ever draft long-term deals that kickers when he. Kickers on you pick up. The best kicker. Stay with the same teams county. New England, Terry switch. He'll be here next year for sure because his cap hit next year is four million dollars the potential out is twenty twenty because at that point nine millions paid off. Right. You can't do it next year. It'd be way too much money. You're eating a kicker, and then you're going to sign Robbie to there's no way they're doing that next year. Cool kickers the first team ever to. You.
