How True the Vote Acquired Dropbox Camera Footage
"And we can watch this together. And Greg, which one would you like us to play? Is that gwinnett county Georgia? Let's play gwinnett Kim. So actually, before we play the video, let's get into actually how you got the video because I'm actually cutting in line here. So in addition to all of the analysis that was happening, we were doing a wide sweep of all kinds of election integrity records or open records. Video was part of that. The federal government had come out and given guidance for all of these new drop boxes saying that their recommendation is that in addition to a number of checkpoints, video surveillance should be among them. And so we began to submit open records to get the video. And these videos are a product of ultimately what came back all what's interesting about what you're going to watch now is that we didn't get this until last month? Yeah, I mean, since the first open records requests went out and probably January, and we've been fighting. So by law and Georgia, they had to have a camera over the Dropbox. Is that correct? But by rule. By rule. I remember they made up they made up the emergency rules that allowed the drop boxes to be there at all. So they had to have rules to go with them. So when raffensperger came in and signed a consent decree with Marc Elias to allow these things to happen, they had to codify some rules internally. So the rules said you have to have these cameras surveillance cameras on the drop boxes. And we almost immediately started as soon as we started asking, they started, well, we don't have it. We can't give you an example or a reason why we don't have it. We just don't have to take 6 months to get it. It'll be including the video you're about to see. I took a year to produce this video and the only reason they produced it at all is because Catherine in true the vote made a complaint to the Secretary of State, which would have been put in place a mechanism for them to get in a lot of trouble. Lo and behold, the next day, I think, all of a sudden the video. Now this is gwinnett county. So before we play the video though, you also suspected that that time place on the video would show you something because you had pings that showed that this individual was doing a route. Is that correct? And in addition to our open records efforts, we had evaluated all of the chain of custody documents. And so you could tell, at this particular location, what a typical day look like, how many ballots they were typically getting. And then a spike. And ballot trafficking by and large. Money laundering works a 100%. When you see the cafe that has the $9000 breakfast, you're like, wait a second. Yeah. Any auditor worked like, why did you have a big, you know, there was no one in the restaurant. There's also no one looking though, Charlie. There's no one looking. They
Why Attorney Marc Elias' Loose Talk of Republican 'Disqualification' Is Dangerous
"The slimy operative has this new story out at democracy docket dot com. Just so we're clear. The chances of the filibuster being lifted for Joe Biden's whatever legislation, very low. Build back better is dead. John Lewis Voting Rights Act not going to happen. This is Mark Elias's website. He goes into great detail by saying it's important how we characterize the events of January 6th. Why? He says, quote, the term insurrection has legal consequences specifically section three of the Fourteenth Amendment, which prohibits people to run for Congress if they were engaged in an insurrection. Quote, it seems quite likely that one or more Republican members of Congress will be subject to this disqualification and it's important that we start to identify them now. Republicans will inevitably argue that enforcing the disqualification provision will harm their chances in the upcoming midterm elections. Preferably the Department of Justice would lead this effort. Nonpartisan career lawyers should evaluate not just the criminal liability of people involved in the insurrection, but constitutional disqualification of the lower civil standard of proof. Oh, so this is why they need to keep on calling it an insurrection. They're going to try to disqualify hundreds of members of Congress that stood up and tried to object to election results. A 147 Republicans Mark Elias trial ballooning, he is trying to move the overton window to say, hey, why don't we disqualify a 147 Republicans ahead of the midterms? This is their current endgame for this calendar year, everybody.
Blaze Media: Marc Elias Predicts 2022 Litigation to Remove Republican House Members
"From the blaze media Company that I helped form a fantastic company where we have Levin TV among others Prominent democratic lawyer predicts 2022 litigation aimed at removing Republican House of representative members from their seats This is also in part with Liz Cheney And Nancy Pelosi are up to Liz Cheney think she has the power of Benito masolino or worse The members of this committee do they think just because they're a committee they can throw around subpoenas They can violate separation of powers They can crush executive privilege because the dingbat in the Oval Office Where's my oatmeal But anyway no Mark Elias that name That name should now ring a bell in all of your minds As a contemptible slip and fall lawyer for the hardcore left Democrat party Mark Elias one of the most prominent Democrat lawyers in the country is predicting Democrats will attempt to prevent some duly elected Republican House members from serving And that they may even attempt the file litigation to prevent some Republican members from serving So you see they don't want to count all the votes They don't want to accept all elections ladies and gentlemen They have strategies for challenging in the 2016 vote of Trump and trying to destroy him in the meantime they have efforts underway to go after their own members of the opposition party in order to prevent them from actually serving No no no no They don't believe in the right to vote Unless you vote for
'Rigged' Author Mollie Hemingway Tells Us What to Expect From Her Latest Book
"The book we're talking to Molly Hemingway author of rigged How the media big tech in our Democrats seized our elections What can we expect in the book Things will learn in there because I think we're all suspicious Molly and it's the most American thing we can do is to ask questions I mean we had an unprecedented at least in modern times pandemic and election with millions of mail in ballots with counties that had very little experience with mass mail in ballots Florida has a lot of experience with that Therefore their election went off pretty well So what can we expect to find in the book Because a lot of people are still really concerned about this given 2022 being right around the corner So I tell a lot of stories detailed substantiated stories mostly focusing on Georgia Wisconsin and Pennsylvania But at heart it really deals with two big issues And the first one which kind of blew me away was the role that Mark Elias played in corrupting our elections I had been following Marc Elias because he was the guy who created the Russia collusion hoax in 2016 He was Hillary Clinton's general counsel He's the one who paid the people to make up the Russia story So I'd already been calling him I couldn't believe what a big role he played in corrupting our 2020 elections by enacting hundreds of changes of important election integrity laws flooding the zone with the mail in ballots We had such a more than threefold increase in the number of mail in ballots And it was just like you said done very sloppily And then the other thing was that I had been led to believe that when Mark Zuckerberg put $419 million of his money into the election system that this was like bipartisan help for COVID relief It wasn't That was a lie It was an overtaking of governmental election offices which are supposed to be preserved from partisan politics to run the democratic get out the vote operation and they focused on blue cities and counties in swing states Philadelphia to turn Pennsylvania and the cities in Wisconsin to turn Wisconsin Atlanta to turn Georgia and it was plotted out very savvy completely wrong I mean they just brought in an army of left wingers to run democratic operations in inside our governmental election offices And it was really effective
Get to Know the Sleaze Marc Elias, Hired by the McAuliffe Campaign
"Done In 2020 Elias led lawsuits all over the country to train state laws to allow for expanding mail in an absentee voting It'll allow the controversial practice of ballot harvesting April of last year the laureate filed more than 20 lawsuits in 14 states and vowed to double that by the end of the election cycle And he's founder of the democracy docket a website devoted to election litigation He began the 2020 election cycle As general counsel for Kamala Harris presidential campaign and he ended the years lead counsel for Biden's presidential campaign fighting lawsuits after of course he had launched so many of them himself In March the 5th U.S. circuit Court of Appeals sanctioned this guy and other lawyers with the Washington based firmer Perkins coie for filing a redundant and misleading motion In a case over a Texas law that scrapped straight ticket voting That's the sleaze That McCullough is
The Daily Signal Exposes Marc Elias as a Curse to the McAuliffe Campaign
"So I should point that out We'll keep an eye on him a mark Elias I think I've talked about him more than anybody else Let me just point out That this is from the daily signal Laura Mark Elias has in some ways been the Democrats Forrest Gump of election controversy showing up in the most high profile election cases of the past two decades His involvement spans the improbable Senate victory at comedian Al Franken in O 8 to litigation both before and after the 2020 election The law is reputation may have been the reason a spokesperson from Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry mcauliffe suggested the campaign try to kill quote unquote a Fox News story that the campaign paid 53 grand a higher Elias I would suspect the reason they wanted to kill the stories that Mark Elias clients are often candidates that lost elections And all candidate wants to give the impression they're worried about losing said our friend Hans von cops key to the daily
How Democrats Rigged a Presidential Election with Mollie Hemingway
"But kind of walk through some of the things that you found in researching this because this is one of the most under research topics in the history of news. You have the entire news media just not just uninterested, but they're invested in making sure you don't talk about it. Exactly right. So one of the things that I think is very interesting is that the same democratic operative who ran the Russia lie. That was the lie that Donald Trump stole the 2016 election by colluding with Russia. His name is Mark Elias. He was at Perkins cooey which is this big democratic firm. He recently left to start his own firm at more money and have more power and control. And he was the one that funneled the secretive Russia lie. That was where Hillary Clinton paid for opposition research. It was just inventions, lies, that Donald Trump was planning to steal the 2016 election and that he did steal the 2016 election. They actually have kept it going, this entire time. His name is Marc Elias. He's also the guy who ran the democratic operation to change all voting laws leading up to the 2020 election. And that meant different things in different states. So that could be about watering down the integrity of mail in balloting, that could be expanding the period of time in which you vote so that you're not really sure how many people voted or when they have to get their ballots in by. And he has this array of different groups that he works with, whether they're democratic operatives or nonprofit nonpartisan groups that are actually just kind of arms of the Democratic Party, who would have them file lawsuits. And so it was just this wide ranging operation to weaken the integrity of the election system. And because of COVID, you know, this is something that he had been wanting to do for decades, but because of COVID, suddenly all these judges or other people were more amenable
Michael Sussmann Met With Clinton Campaign Officials Two Days Before FBI Opened Investigation on Trump
"But folks make no mistake. Michael Sussman was not a low level player here. Michael Sussman was a mid to high level lawyer with deep connections in the DNC to Marc Elias to Jake Sullivan, who is the current national security advisor for Joe Biden used to work with the Clinton campaign. Oh, yeah. And with deep ties to Hillary Clinton herself. It's not a small level player. Yeah, I'd like to see Comey prosecuted. I'd like to see uh, the rest of the liars prosecuted as well. But don't brush this off either. Let's go through some of the take aways the indictment and I have to ask the question again. When does when does this guy flip Sussman and start giving up information on what the Clinton campaign knew? And what Hillary knew ourselves? Because when he does this is going to get grab your partner. Grab your popcorn, popcorn eating guy Giffey on social media. You know the Michael Jackson one they have from the thriller video. They see that you see that if you're on social media No, I'm talking about Let's go to take away number one from this indictment because it's these are some gemstones in here number one from the indictment from yesterday, for example, it says on or about July 29 2016. Sussman, the lawyer and another campaign lawyer from the Clinton campaign, met with personnel from the U. S investigative firm and their office. We're assuming that's fusion GPS. Sussman build this time to the Clinton campaign for this. Why is this interesting? And just said Sussman meant subsequent met on July 29th. With fusion, GPS and Clinton campaign lawyers July 29 2016. Why is that interesting? What about that date is interesting. Oh, yes. That's just two days before the FBI opens up the investigation at the Donald Trump called Crossfire Hurricane, which is open July 31st 2016. Just the just the big quickie dig,

"In that law firm. Why does that law firm matter? Well, let me bring you up to speed on another matter related to that law firm. I've talked about this guy Marc Elias with you before. He was the bag man. They gave the money. Ultimately that led to the dossier, which was a lie. Which the FBI used to try and take out Donald Trump, which the media gladly used to remember all that. This same law firm was they passed through? Poor, effectively laundering the money to try and protect. The Hillary Clinton campaign. So while this lawyer Sussman working for the campaign and the DNC trots in the FBI covers up whose client is tries to plant dirt on Donald Trump to get the FBI to investigate Donald Trump and Russian ties The same law firm with attorney Marc Elias. Gives money to the another firm. Which was involved in the development of the dossier. This was the whole Russia collusion effort to take out Donald Trump candidate Donald Trump president. In addition, I hope well, the 16 30 fund, the new venture fund and the Windward Fun, You need a chart to figure all this out. Now, while the Democratic donors use these funds to pour cash into dozens of initiatives that fall under Arab Bella's umbrella. You have to wonder how much was poured into California. According to the network's most recent tax forms to four funds combined a hole in $715 million in cash from secret donors in 2019 alone. Meanwhile, the Democrats is he will attack Republicans for dark money. The Democrats, you must understand. Are evil. The diabolical 715 million in cash. From secret donors in 2019 alone. The group also pushes money to outside organizations that do not fall under its auspices. In addition to democracy docket, allies created them democracy docket action fun to raise money for voting rights lawsuits. Now, of course, voting rights is a regenerative in this case. They don't mean voting rights. They mean, um, voting fraud. The New York Times reported this last year, according to an act Blue donation Page. The action fund is a project of the North Fund, which also both connections to Arabella Advisors. That's at least five groups now set up front groups. The North and reported 9.3 million in donations. The effect on Money flowing into these Democrat candidates and causes Marc Elias just launched his new firm, but it's not been reported as the funding source for his lawsuits, Americans for Public Trust, executives at executive director Caitlin Sutherland told Fox News. Mr Elias frequently mazes, money raises money for the Democratic docket Action fun, But what he isn't telling his loyal followers is the fun to say Project to the Arabella Connected North fund. So we have the North fund. Connected to the Arabella group. Connected to, uh, this this democracy docket group. Sutherland said. The North Fund is shadowy, even by D. C standards. That's the mothership, apparently. And his other group Democracy Doctor Legal Fund is just a project of the Arabella managed hope. Well, fuck! All of this together means that as Arabella advises dark money attorney, Mr Elias will have access to nearly unlimited funding to file lawsuits across the country. That's how they change the rules in part For the 2020 election, and you have a blowhard like Chris Christie at the Reagan Library. Spewing stupidity and carbon dioxide and methane all over the place. He doesn't have a clue what's taking place. George W. Bush and his cadre. They don't have a clue what's taking place? These never Trumpers, including the clowns in the house, and they said no idea what's taking place. They wonder why Donald Trump tweeted? Why was angry? Why was pushing back We wonder why the rest of them weren't I'm not done. You need to hear more of this America I'll be right back. Mud Lovin.

"Voters in new hampshire. Your people don't know this but ten percent of registered voters in new hampshire are college. It's actually got the percentage of Of a potential of voting age population in the country as a percentage of their total voting population and that was under the state constitution. So we'll continue to see cases under state constitution under federal constitution first amendment fourteenth amendment fifteenth amendment unaffected by section to burn which was a terrible decision. Well let's talk more about democracy docket and you democracy docket action fund in the work. You're doing redistricting. Because i'm very excited. That swing left is supporting. That work are you to right. Are we have our for those of you. Who don't know about blueprinting most of our listeners. Do but we have a really great way to donate now too key campaigns and also organizations on the ground and this quarter we are supporting the action fund democracy doc action fund which is just so important to all the work. We're doing You've talked about a four part litigation strategy for your work on redistricting. Can you describe your strategy. And then of course how. How can we help. Yeah first of all you know. Swing left is an amazing organization. I i actually remember. I think swing was launched on a wednesday or thursday that weekend it just took off. I mean it just exploded. And i actually talked to someone from swing left that following week and it was like whoa this thing is everywhere and since then it has grown into such an important piece of the democratic and progressive ecosystem and infrastructure. That it's hard to believe there was a time before it so it does tremendous work. And the blueprint. Effort is really important to organizations like democracy doc action fund so we talked about democracy doctored the website but separate from that is a fund that people can contribute to That helps support voting rights and we're different litigation right so it helps actually fund the legal cases that that are going forward and in the redistricting arena. People don't don't always because it only comes up every ten years people don't focus on the importance of redistricting and it is critically important. One way you can be undemocratic as you can prevent people from voting right. We're all aware second way. The republican party platform right. Now that's right that would be the only plank of the republican. He second way you can do it which we also see the republican party embracing as you can change the rules of how ballot count. Right are the ballots. Having voted about camping..

"Right now and And despite that we still have the same republicans and more peddling this this big lie. Which is it's gotten worse. So i calculate this every so often And tweet it out in so Hundred and twenty six republicans in the house signed onto the big lie in their brief. The insurrection happens that night. Under and twenty-six jumps to one hundred thirty nine so republicans actually gained thirteen votes after the insurrection. And then of course we just saw. In the january six commissioned one hundred ninety republicans in the house vote against the the january six commission. So think about how that's trending not a good trend line. Now that's frightening. You founded the website democracy docket and twenty twenty which is a great Really credible resource to follow voting rights and election litigation Why did you create it. And and what's what do you want people to take from that site. Yeah so i created for a couple of reasons. One was because i thought that in an age where there is a lack of trust in information that there ought to be a place accessible to everyone for information about a court. What's going on in the courtroom voting rights. You know so rather than there being a dispute between you and some Maga- guy about what a court bitter didn't do. We're gonna be a place where you could go. And you could read the briefs filed by both sides and you can read the court decisions and so that at least we are not you know where we have basic source materials. Now we try to curate those materials so we keep out stuff that will just clutter up but we try to present both sides briefs and then the court decisions in important cases involving voting in democracy. The second reason. Why i i created it was because i thought there there needed to be and i was surprised when i looked around in. There wasn't a place where people who want to read about information just around voting and democracy not around progressive. Politics generally not about electoral politics charlotte. But just around this set of issues could go. And that's what democracy docket is published publishes content every day during the week multiple times. A day will put out alerts on things that are going out and it puts out good thoughtful on pieces by you know people. We've had several. Us senators right pieces. We've had recording artists Give her their perspective. On democracy stacey abrams the secretary of state from From colorado just wrote something out. Oh who is the woman who is the County judge for harris county that as innovative rules around voting. She wrote something so we try to give a perspective. It's all from progressive standpoint the case materials poster not the case materials we posts are just just a mysterious i cy by both sides in the court decisions but we try to be a place where people who want to understand what's going on in voting rights redistricting and democracy can go and and read what different people are saying..

It's a good listen to you that you should still listen to five cats. I like answering questions instead of asking questions. Sometimes the other thing that. I i wanna talk about a little bit is the shootings over the fourth and There were seen in article. At least one hundred and fifty people were killed by gun violence in more than four hundred shootings across the country during the fourth of july weekend. This bit of news popped up on my daughter's feed last night. As we are going to bed she knocked on the door and came in and said I don't. I don't want to go to bed on a sad note. But i just want to let you know. I just saw this news that one hundred and fifty people were killed over the weekend and various shootings and My reaction to it was to immediately look for this new story which i could not find anywhere and this morning. I had to dig into cnn and actually do a search for the headline to find this news story. And what i said to. Lucy was My daughter was yeah. Every fourth of july people are shooting off guns and their drinking too much and there's more violence and people get killed but the fact that this new story was nowhere to be found that over the weekend. One hundred and fifty americans were killed by. Guns is unacceptable The fact that we normalize this kind of gun violence still in our country is absolutely unacceptable. So i want to highlight this. We have so much work to do. There's a lot of important issues but this fight for For commonsense gun reform that ninety percent of americans including republicans are in favor of Needs to be more vocal. We really need this to be in the forefront. We can't just let a hundred and fifty deaths over the weekend Be a footnote in a cnn article. that's heartbreaking. And i can't imagine. I mean the. The statistics are heartbreaking. Every incident is heartbreaking And to have found out about it in the way that you did is You know it's like you said were to use to it like oh yeah. It's the fourth of july. You know every like it gets more violent That that's not acceptable. And i'm really. I'm really sorry that that. "The, you know, someone being voted twice or someone may have been not been a citizen when they voted, but they thought they were, you know, I think there may have been one case in the last ten years like that. You know, the only voter fraud that I've seen are was committed by Republicans, I believe in South Carolina. Yeah, or North Carolina, one of the two and, and it's just not as non-existent issue and it's basically just a way for them, you know, certain, you know, the Republicans that kind of further voter suppression against, you know, people of color. And, and those, you know who believe in, in, in in, in fact, I was having a responsible government answerable to the people. Well, I mean the n-double-acp is does have a lawsuit against Georgia. Did they have a chance? Yeah, I do. Um, I think, you know, obviously you need to be in federal court, you know, and you need to get that before federal judge. And and I think there's a number of lawsuits all over the country challenging. Is insane attempts that, you know, these legal voter suppression activities. Marc Elias, I believe that democracy docket. I believe he, he, he formed, he formed has a team of lawyers basically doing this with, you know, for for I think at the DNC or for some other bodies and they're challenging all these laws. I mean, I think a majority of them are going to get knocked out of the box by Twenty twenty-two. So you know, I think at the end of the day, as long as we keep fighting them, as long as we keep pushing back against them, you know, they'll most of them will get, you know, deemed unconstitutional. Also, you know, the biggest weapon that we have to overcome a lot of these legislators. You know, the thoughts are these. These unlawful actions is by getting out the vote. You know, if we, if we we have 7% turnout, I don't care what voter suppression nonsense. The temp. We're going to overcome it. So, you know, it's just about dead. Get out there. Let's elect more Democrats and let's get it. Let's get it done. So we can get, you know, the laws passed that that we need to. Yeah, I'm convinced that this is going to backfire on them. I think I think the Republican party is fighting a rearguard action at this point. I think, over time next decade or so, you know, we'll be where we need to be. But, you know, these Trappers and these these insane lunatic or are going to go quietly, they're going to make it as difficult as they can, you know, until until they really interesting effective. Yeah. And, you know, you know, one last question and then I'll let you go. In fact, I really appreciate you coming. I think this is the longest you've ever been on. Thanks, man. I have a little bit of time today, but but getting back to gets, I mean, how soon before he's indicted cuz I mean he's on his own friends and now the girls are talking. I mean, like, you know how soon before he's he's indicted. Well, you know, again timing is impossible to know and, you know, we can't know something like that but I'm sure it's coming down. Like you know they wanted what is it Greenberg right? Joel Greenberg you know badly and they and and you know they have these these women also testifying against them. So I would imagine that they you know that fed the feds have the goods on and gets and if there's an indictment I think McCarthy even said that he's going to have to resign r c Orbeez, get kicked off all the you know..
AG Merrick Garland and Democrats Are Fabricating Sytemic Racism in Georgia
"Here's the truth about America. You really have to look hard for systemic racism. And so they concoct it, they manufacture it. As they're doing here. The state of Georgia. Go ahead and by the way before we go ahead notice. It's the Democrats States that can't count the vote. It's New York City that has to wait three weeks until they know who the Democrat Party nominee, it's New York state that tries to stop a Republican from winning a congressional district would repeated recounts. How does that expand the vote? They mean expand the Democrat parties corruption. Go ahead. Among other things, I expressed concern about the dramatic rise in state legislative actions that will make it harder for millions of citizens to cast a vote folks to make it harder for millions of citizens to cast a vote. It doesn't mean you're making it hard. For millions of citizens the cast, But let me repeat this. To make it harder for people to vote doesn't mean you're making it hard for people to vote. It means you're trying to put rational policies in place to ensure the integrity of the franchise. So other people aren't denied their rights. Because people are voting in ways they shouldn't So, basically what's happening here is Merrick Garland. Is doing the bidding of Stacey Abrams. He's doing the bidding of the Democrat Party. He's doing the bidding of Democrat lawyers like Marc Elias. He's doing the bidding of Joe Biden. Nobody is prevented from voting. Since when is it? So difficult to get a voter ID. It's not difficult in the least.

"Was a guy named Marc Elias Marc Elias, Hillary Clinton Campaign lawyer. He was also the guy who arranged for fusion GPS. To write the Russia dossier Back in 2016. He came back in 2020 and started doing all over the place to force. These changes to the rules, which I would agree are unconstitutional. So the same cast of villains Came out again and we were warning about this during the whole election. It's not like it's just sour grapes After the election, you were warning about it. We were warning about it article after article saying, Hey, wake up the guy behind the Russia dossier is also suing all these battleground states. To change their rules and you have the people have nothing to say about it. The problem is is that we can send men to the moon and bring them home. We have all of the other states and they're impacted and frankly disenfranchised, I think would be the right word for it. When other states don't follow either law or constitution or changing the rules after the game has started to be played, or they're making side agreements that are unconstitutional and illegal, and that that is the fundamental legal argument of it. The Supreme Court His petitioned 8000 times a year they take maybe about 80 cases. But when, when an issue of great importance such as this comes up, and and I think they have an obligation to look at it Let's say for a moment that they do. I actually think the odds are pretty decent, they might and if they do on the legal merits, which is the way in the constitutional merits? Any Supreme Court decision on a be made. I think we win the argument. Now. The question is this politics come into John Roberts court yet again because I don't really have a lot of faith and confidence in the chief justice anymore. But we do have a me Cockney Barrett. We do have Clarence Thomas. We do have Sam Alito. We have Neil Gorsuch and Cavanaugh is still open. Question in my mind yet, but I mean, you might have the votes there. If they follow the law and the Constitution. What this case would do, it wouldn't quite overturn the election. What Texas is asking the court to do is to send it back to the state legislatures. Now, those state legislatures could still decide to give the electoral votes. Joe Biden. But at least at some point there would be accountability right now. There's no accountability because these rules were just changed outside of the state legislatures outside of the laws. And there's no accountability and voters are going to lose faith in the system. If if you elect these people, and they write these laws, and they passed these laws, and then the rules change in the middle of the game because the Democrats have a lawyer Who's willing to sue. Or they have interest groups that are able to get these consent decrees, and that's what people are infuriated by, you know, people can actually accept a loss if it's a free and fair election. If there's accountability right now, there isn't any. So I think the Supreme Court has enough justices. Leader, I think wants to take the case. Clarence Thomas wants to take the case. I think you've got enough people there who are at least gonna wanna weigh in on the constitutional issues again. It might not change the result. The election we'll have to see. But I do think that sending it back to the state legislatures where there's accountability. At least you can hold these politicians accountable for what they decide to do. I think that's a step towards restoring public trust. Quick break right back more with Joel Pollack and will preview the top of the hour. Kris Kobach is going to join us. SCOTUS rejects Texas bid to overturn election results in 4 states
"We were expecting tonight's supreme court ruling which as we've been talking about absolutely shut down this effort by the president and a huge chunk of the republican party to throw out the presidential election results and keep trump power even though he lost the election as we've just spoken with marc elias about that has now happened The supreme court firmly closing the door to the president on what on this case that the president had called the big one. This is the one he's been telling. His supporters would be the case by which he overthrew election results. That's not going to happen.
Does Trump have any options after Supreme Court rejects Texas lawsuit?
"Us. Now is marc elias. He's founder of democracy docket. he's a veteran. Democratic voting rights attorney. He has played a key role in the biden campaigns. Legal effort to fight these bogus election challenges and he has been very busy. He's litigated over. Sixty post-election cases thus far mr lyons thank you so much for making time tonight. I know you're probably exhausted. I appreciate you being here. I am exhausted but like all of us also breathing a huge sigh of relief. Not that this was ever redoubt But it's good to have it behind us and rachel. Thank you for everything you've done to keep shining at a light on us. Oh well let me ask you about how the quality of the light the. Because i am not a lawyer and i do know that what happened tonight at the supreme court. I've seen people who are lawyers who are very good at this sort of summarizing it in different ways. Let me just give you a chance to tell me if i said any of that wrong or if you think there's an easier or better way to explain what this court ruling was tonight and how it went down i gotta right. I mean i think the the the takeaway is that the supreme court ruled nine zero against the president against the state of texas which was doing his doing his bidding here Seven at the justices said you. Don't get in the courthouse door to the justices. Say as a matter of of of rule we think any state always gets in the door get said the ability to file this against gets a file a lawsuit of this kind but we wouldn't grant here Your motion for expedited treatment. We wouldn't grant your motion for an injunction. We wouldn grant to your motion for administrative stay so even even if this got the door we wouldn't we wouldn't do anything to advance at any further so to me. It's a clear Nine zero results and mark. Do you think that this is just the first of a whole bunch of cases that they will figure out ways to get to the supreme court. There will be more. Obviously there was the pennsylvania case just a few days ago that supreme court also held the door shut on. There's i don't think anybody thinks there's been any substantive case in any jurisdiction in any court anywhere in the country that's going to get to the supreme court because the courts gonna have a hard time on the merits. But do you think they are going to try to get arizona case or some other case as many cases they can to keep coming up before the courts just sort of indefinitely. Yeah i mean just The last twenty. Four hours we've seen the arizona contests cases case in state court That was filed to contest the election. That The trump trump's team lost at the trial court lost in the arizona supreme court by the way the arizona supreme court not known for its liberal bent And that they now Fashioned an appeal to the us supreme court That they filed today and the cracking conspiracy case out of georgia. I saw they had filed in the spring for block typically filing a lawsuit his Just a matter of filing fee the in the supreme court. It's even less than that. So they can file these cases but they're not going anywhere and i think after today even though many of us predicted that this case wasn't going anywhere i think it's fair to say Al's cracking conspiracy. Nonsense is not gonna Knocking occupied much time with the supreme court. Market is remarkable scene. You and your colleagues basically win sixty straight here It was amazing to see it to be a dozen straight and then twenty then thirty and then forty and it just keeps going. They've just lost at every level and in some cases been really quite chastised by judges hearing these cases about how how bad they aren't how pointless they are they. Just there's they've had no traction whatsoever. And i have to ask you now of landmark moment with the court having made this decision tonight if this is more than just wins and losses if you think the volume and the pace and the unrelenting nature of what they're doing despite consistent rejection says something about our democratic process and the two parties that's different than who we might have thought we were coming into this. Yeah it's a really good question is the thing that troubles me most about where we are you know i was asked a few days ago. How many lawsuits. They're typically filed by a by a cam candidate or money. Can't they lose an election. I said the answer zero like we can't live. This seem more money. The fact is i. I was counsel for john. Kerry is now council hillary clinton's. I've sat in that room with candidates who have lost closer elections than donald trump. Lost here and you weigh those options you you say. Is there something that can be done. But at the end of the day our system relies on the fact that when candidates lose and it is clear they lost that they can see both for the peaceful transition of power which is which is part of it but also for the continuance of democracy of the democratic system is the norm of accepting election results and this was not a close election. I love to say that we won fifty seven lawsuits because me and the other ripple lawyers involved were grave warriors but the fact is we won because joe biden harris one virtually landslides in these states. I mean these were not close elections. And so what i am worried about is that trumpism has so infected the republican party that this is what the republican party is.

"She's gonna be the White House budget director. She played roles. In that and had ties to Christopher Steele. You were going with this. There's a guy named Marc Elias. He was Hillary Clinton's top lawyer. He hired fusion GPS. You come up with the opposition research on Donald Trump, which eventually was the dossier Well, Marc Elias now is the Democrat National Committee's top election lawyer. See how this all ties together. See how it's all about money and power. They don't actually care about you. They pretend they do because you put him in power. Then they're just trying to make money and give themselves power and pats on the back and they run in these circles. You can see how close this is all related. If you look at the pattern between the Obama years, eight years Those very same people who were at the top of the Obama administration are now at the top of the Biden administration. It's all relational. They don't have a deep bench. They don't have a lot of people. They don't care about that. They're just giving themselves Maura of what they want. Power. And money. And now control because they continue to strike fear across American people are falling for it. Anything that they have the answers and they're doing out of the kindness of their own hearts. Or not. They're not at all when we're this close to entering Obama term three Moment. Let's bring it back here to Arizona to talk to a local business owner. Small business owner. He himself got Cove. "Feet from the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick in steel of a nondescript building wave once again made contact with our leader than it's fine. Love them. All right, America I am rich about. They're sitting in for the great one and for too long, the political ruling class in Washington and locally Have you served the political power from we, the people. They've taken over complete institutions like mass media, our government pretty much at every level organized labor and most classrooms. There's little or no independence in these areas. No. Heterodox. He no independent thought. Now. Yes, they possess and exert political influence on lots of people in history has taught us how this ends. Not well, right? We know how that works in this one. Type of hegemonic group. Think thing going on Never a good thing. So again. This particular election is about protecting America safe guarding the electoral process, making it harder to cheat instead of easier to cheat the way that Marc Elias and the Democrats did through multiple lawsuits. We have to hold accountable those that misrepresent the truth in the media in the government and in the classroom because that's where the culture wars And there's several issues that we could talk about. But the biggest issues the election. I mean, there's so many things. I'm just looking at a bunch of headlines. We're gonna get to the mall we've got. We've got four more segments in this house. So we're gonna nail him. Trust me, plus your calls. You got a Pennsylvania poll watcher, a Navy veteran alleging missing USB cards up to 120,000 questionable votes..

"He was hillary clinton campaign lawyer he has spent years since hilary lost going from state to state the battleground states filing lawsuits to change voting procedures and in in to bring in the so called ballot. Harvesting would ballot harvesting is in. It's happening everywhere. It allows it used to be that it had to be a family member. Who brought your ballot in. And you had to prove. It was with ballot. Harvesting party operatives can collect and submit as many ballots as they wish they can go around and we saw. We've seen examples of this sort of coercion in old folks homes. They just come in with the box and there is no process for verifying the ballots or verifying the identity of the person who cast ballots. That's what he's been doing. But guess what talked paul. This same marc elias. He is the individual who hired fusion. Gps to produce the phony russian dossier for the clinton campaign. He's the guy who wrote the check to create the phony russian dossier. He's the one who's been changing the election rules suing to get the election. Rules changed and the one i would say. That's behind what it least appears to us as a serious question about the integrity of voting. And i've really say that as an election monitor. If this were happening overseas i would wrote my arms and say no. This is a failed. Not you know the the whole issue. I think that we're talking about is corruption and governments ten to always move toward corruption. The bigger the government is the more corruption there is in. Most people understand that if the stores are true about what went on with biden taking the money and being involved That's pretty clear cut corruption and And people you know really if they'll say that's true that's wrong. They shouldn't do it but of course if it sort of helps at the polls they don't care too too much but there's there's also the whole system is corrupt. That's what that's what bothers me. Because you know the basciak coined a word to plunder the plunders one group to take care of the other group and his solution to this governments. Can't do anything that you and i can't do. But the whole principle of redistribution of wealth is plunder and so if people get rich by selling and building weapons. We don't need has nothing to do with the national defense than the people who have to pay which is usually the middle class. They're being plundered but that isn't doesn't they. Don't count that corruption. That's that's that's political stuff political shenanigans and it's just a mayor who gets this pass out the money and that's what the whole budget is all about. And that's why budgets get passed by republicans and democrats because they they accept in that sense the plunder of course maybe except what. We're talking about more than i wish they would. Because it's who who's winning accounts you know to to milk these balancing all well. This is good for my candidate. Maybe we can go ahead and do this but In you know when you think about all this can there be another rule pass for this. Now it's not going to happen. This is really a basic analysis of the morality of the people and if the people are immoral you're gonna have these things in spite of the spite of the ways that the founders tried to protect against this You know..

"They're going look the political parties or going to manipulate even if you do get national legislation and with a federal requirement that the Supreme Court sides off on At the consultants that worked for the political parties are going to figure out how to use that situation to the best of their ability to get their people elected. So yeah, that's just the reality of it. All right, and I'm sorry. One more coming to make an Ollie via one. I think my point being is We can't say things like fraud fraud fraud until we actually see what the what we're looking at. And and I hope that's the case for both Democrats and Republicans. Democrats. A trump wins, So you're gonna have to take it. If Trump loses, then fun. Investigate every Vala if you need to, But let's make sure that it was done in the right way. I agree that that list I got a whole list of, Unfortunately, never gonna eliminate. I got a whole list of things that I could do without And its its people screaming fried without being able to tell me what the fraud is right. Prove it to me, or at least convinced me that you're on to something, but I also I think people are more likely to do that when they feel that because it turns into AA one upmanship and, ah Look what the other guy's doing When we had two weeks of narrative that Trump is going to have to be physically drugged by the military from the White House, he's goingto. Here's what he's gonna do. If he loses that guys, he's going to sit in there. He's going to stew about it, and he's going to do it for the entirety. Those nine days, the Marc Elias got born into the law. Just to be a jerk, and the media is going to flip out over it. And at the end of the day, if a transition is necessary, I firmly believe one will take place. They'll just be a lot of hard feelings over it. So I completely agree completely agree, but to your point The same two weeks. We talked about voter fraud, melon fraud in the same way. We've talked about this transition point that. Yeah, I'm glad that we can have a civil conversation on this and not resort to You know? Yeah. Go on home and things like that, don't you? Yeah, well, no. Here's but I'm also going to send Ross over to burn your house down now. So sorry. Yes. Understand? Alright. So grab what every man Thank you. Alright, guys Gonna pay? Now, the in fact in the ditch promise ahead of time they can get it to the paper shredder like nobody's business so fast, so ah, this all coming out at the same time, a woman in Florida Ah Sue Burgess is their name. She had She won the lottery and wasn't a million dollars, but it was $1000, she said. That's like winning a million dollars. To me. That's what she said. But she couldn't claim our winnings because of the pandemic, she had to follow the state's instructions. And go to the post office to send her ticket. Vita certified mail. She did. However, certified mail I mean, Divide. What desert of I mean, really? It never made it to the lottery office in the one week time frame. But it had to go all the way from her home in Hernando County. All the way across the state to Tallahassee. Oh, yeah, you can happen. I mean, seven days and a lot of snow in summer. Her tracking information Last show the ticket in transit, a Tallahassee post office. But ah, they haven't received the ticket. No ticket. No prize is what was saying so You know, I'm crossed to the post office had happened to a ballot, though off quick that can say I'm telling you, they will deliver right to the ditch us. You don't have to worry about that. You do not worry about it. If that's where you want your ballot to go, and you're voting for Trump, Mike and Karin going right, Dagget carried too. Catherine Angle, Breck is ah is whether she's the founder and president of True the vote. This is a I think that's a 501 You Yes See, three voter rights organization that just is trying to true the vote against any kind of cheating on either side. Which I think all Americans are behind. I'll accept the vote. If it is accurate and and nobody has cheated on either side. She is here to talk to us about what is happening in in Harris County here in Texas. Welcome. How are you? I'm I'm doing great in a wild wild ride that it has. I bet it has s O. Can you go through what is happening with Biden's political director? That is implicated in this scheme in Harris County. Yup, sure. I'll be that they are. They are on on video claiming that they have, you know long been been laundering mail in ballots. Among the most vulnerable of communities and long term care facilities and to the homeless populations. And this is just part of a much broader peace playing out across Texas across the nation, as the weaknesses of our process are now being put on full display, and you know it. And the sad truth of it is the frauds been institutionalized in ways that a lot of Americans haven't seen until until now. Yeah, this is the first time that I that I am at least aware of that is has been a nation What seems to be a nationwide push? To institutionalize this. This fraud there in some states there, even suing now to get rid of signature verification. Oh, absolutely. It's engineered chaos and the and then the conductor behind all of those lawsuits, is a lawyer about them of Marc Elias, who cut his teeth in the Al Franken Norm Coleman battle of Ah of 2008 when mail ballots played a pivotal role in securing that election. Ultimately, for Al Franken, who went on to be that filibuster proof vote they needed to get the affordable care act passed. Marc Marc Elias Marc Elias has now grown to great fame. This cycle. He sees Hillary Clinton's attorney in this cycle He has he has been behind over 90 such lawsuits that have removed signature verification that have removed post more wounded than well. Well, well. Well, well, well, What Well Those actually went through. Oh, my gosh. They're going through all over the place. Where you You don't have to have a postmark or a signature verification. Oh, there they are there. This is part of the plan. Glenn is to cause such rampant confusion over standards and they're setting him up to knock him down. So they're setting up all these lawsuits on the front side. Now stick with me here. There set them all up here. Nobody knows what's really where the dust settles Because we're we're battling this out in the courts. Now we get to Election Day and boom November 4th. They have the opportunity to declare all kinds of their own manufacturing of Bush v. Gore legal arguments or disparate impact against minority and protected communities because of what they did on the front side of the election. That's where this is headed. So I knew it was going to be bad with court proceedings. I didn't think that they had gone. I knew that they were trying to. I didn't know that they had gotten the postmark verification. And the signature verification. Through that those don't count anymore. Well, it's different state to state I know. Yeah, different standard state to state, but that has absolutely been part of their grander plan. So where's the Where's the state where they ve made the biggest impact? Gosh, it changes moment to moment. Can you tell me the states? Can you tell me the states you think are the most likely to see problems. Of Nevada, Wisconsin. Um Virginia, Pennsylvania, certainly is under Texas is under an all kind of you know, Texas has never been looked at as a battleground state. But there is a reason that Mark Zuckerberg two weeks ago dropped $35 million into this state into the A local election administrator offices. They are Josh. I'll do better than that, Glenn Tony Pippins Pole who is the election administrator in Dallas County, is on the board of Mark Tucker Bird's center for a tech and civic life that push 15 million into Dallas County. That's the money that's going behind these mail mail drop off boxes and all the things that are brand new popping up here in Texas. It is go time. So, Katherine, I am I am him. I'm not shocked by a lot. Ah, but I I will tell you I am every day. More and more convinced that there is Ah, there is on ly a landslide on the Donald Trump's side that would convince Me. That this Waas a free and fair election, if it's if it's close, and it goes to Biden. I don't think I could accept it. And there are so many people on the left that if it is close, and it goes to Trump They won't accept it. It is. Ah, we are. We are in a very precarious situation. And what we are telling people is is to not just take this on election night. You know, on your couch watching the numbers roll in, and all of the hysteria that is near starting will follow. We're encouraging people to become poll watchers and bear witness to this. We need to learn something from this because we didn't get here overnight and we're not going to get out of it on November 3rd. This is going to play out over over time. And there are there are a lot of A lot of deadlines that we need to be educated about. I mean, if the state can't feel their elections by December, the eighth then there's question as to whether or not the electors from those states could be awarded to the Electoral College when you get to Date certain of January 20th. If there's not been a clear winner from the Electoral College, then the house, the vote goes to the House of representative Nancy Pelosi is Nancy Pelosi has already last week prepared the House and said. Start to prepare for proceedings to select the next president in the House. It's really It's really one thing we know one thing we have all learned. I think, having been on this journey now, for some some number of years is when they when they tell you who they are. Believe them. When they tell you what they intend to do, Believe them and we need to be on the field, working together to make sure their plans don't come to pass and to bear witness. OK, what you said, Catherine, I've gotta have you back early and often I want to have you on it least once a week between now and the and the election. Tell people what they should be doing. First of all, go to the polling booth booth to vote. I don't care if they say you can get leprosy. Ah, go to the polling booth and vote because there's a lot of states you Khun vote right now in Ah Ah! What else should people D'oh Check your registration. "Programme. It is Wednesday and we've got a whole host of topics to get through. Let us dive into it with Lieutenant Governor Dan Forest joining us this morning. Hello, sir. How are you? Hello, Casey. Today I am doing fantastic. How are you? I am all football season football is in the air. It's just not in the stands sits in the air, though it's in some of the stands in a week. Maybe some stands. That's possibly by another study, insisting to see who gets to be among the 7%. Doesn't that sound like a science and number two, doesn't it? 77% not 10% 5%, not 20%, like most of the states around the country started with 77 and ah When? When asked about these numbers, they say, because it feels right. If you know, they said they talked to people Talk to people in the field, right? Yeah. Yeah, They talked to him and then they're like, Yeah, this feels right. And then that's it. You know, I had somebody call in earlier and they were saying why whiteness and Dan hit him back with their own numbers. Because you're not really You know what? I don't want to answer for you. Why don't you break down the numbers they're using to make decisions. So we do it all the time. I mean, pretty much people have to follow us on Facebook and Twitter. Where am I going to get that message out in the media going to cover my break down the numbers, you know that they don't have never have. So you have to do it on social media. And then what? You gonna spend $3 million to purchase commercials. Tio break down their numbers. People are smart people in North Carolina get it. They're getting it Morrell everyday. They understand that if this is politics and not science, and that there's a giant political agenda going on here, it's happening in all the Democrat battleground. States where they have the exact same plan as each other and they're following each other's opinion, science and political science. But yeah, the same thing's happening and all these other states. People are starting to wise up to that. We're seeing it all over the state cases. We as we go around the Carolina so Trust the people of North Carolina. Yeah, and and to be clear when it comes to the reasoning behind that you're not in those meetings. Right? You're not. You're not sitting there listening, breaking them down. What? I just want this about only because people are confused about this, and I had a guy calling so Yeah, I would assume that there's a lot of people that think there's some big government committee out there making these decisions, but obviously not behind closed door decisions on DH. I don't know that anybody knows who is actually in the room when these things are decided, But I don't think there's a whole lot of scientific discussion going on. That's for sure When we When we look at what's going on from a voting standpoint, we have this memorandum of understanding and just again to reiterate for people. I want you to understand how this cake is being baked. Essentially, a group of Democrats is suing a state run in from an executive standpoint by Democrats and their board of elections. And they are there, quote fighting it out. But in reality, they created a memorandum of understanding which would greatly expand the way that we do things surrounding absentee ballots, including Letting absentee ballots both postmarked incent or gathered. To have until the 12th. It would eliminate one of the two witnesses required it would expand the ability to fix it based on the most common air that's made, which is witnessed a testament On bears a few other things in here, boy, I'm sure glad that Governor. The governor was able to get us this great deal, Dan. What do you think of this? And where is this ad from finality standpoint. Well, you have to do is follow Marc Elias around the country and see where Marc Elias, his fingerprints are on all this voter integrity mess that he he tries Tio perpetuate. Uh, you know, he's always the guy behind the scenes when this stuff going on, so he's here in North Carolina in every battleground state. He's He is not doing these lawsuits in all 50 states in America. He's doing it in the places where there are battleground he's doing in the places where he could get a toehold in a stronghold because he was a Democrat governor who's actually in charge of the board of Elections, as you know. And then there's Democrat Attorney general is not going to fight anything. And you have a Republican General assembly. So some of this is contrary to the very laws at the General Assembly, just past, uh, just recently to try to protect our elections, And so now you're opening things up like The ability for fraud, fraudulent activity related signatures on absentee ballots. That is the you know that the witness piece of that really is the protection piece and so now Somebody could come in, and they don't have that signature on there, and all they have to do is sign and after David that you know they are who they are, and still don't have that information so people should be very concerned about this kind of activity. Think You know, you have to do everything you can to fight to protect you Voter integrity. That's what they photo Voter ID, uh, constitutional. And then that was about and the people nor kill Ana voted for that. And the Democrats struck that down on our governor stands against that, too. So Uh, yeah, Here we are. It's not over yet. Phil Berger, president pro TEM of the Senate and more speaker of the house are on that suit as well. And I hope they have a chance for their voice to be heard in this because they obviously do not agree with it. You know, one of the people. I think a lot of people because there's numbers and there's complexity to this. "News reporters at fusion GPS hired by the crooked, Washington. Democrat law firm Perkins Kui with their guy Marc Elias who is back in the mix Suzy repre. He's representing some other crooked democrat now, I I saw recently and the news media care is not about any of this because they're not interested in the truth. They are at an appendage of the Democratic Party. That's what's going on here. That's what these people are. That's what this funny news media. And now the Democrats are abusing their position in control of the house of representatives to bring in convicted liars admitted liars frauds cheats, tax cheats, and they're not gonna say anything about Russia because it's not really about Russia, and they knew Russia was ally all along so today, they're officially trotting out the new packet of democrat party. Slash news media lies, the fabrications coming from convicted liar that nobody trusts who's going to check every box on the democrat party's wishlist. That includes the news media's wishlist, he's a racist. His a misogynist he's he's here to say at all that sound bite. I just played the shorter version where I says he's a racist. He's this of that that is the sound bite of the day for the news media, and they're going to be using it for months, it's going to be saturation coverage with that that sound bite. It's going to be the top of the CBS evening news ABC world news, NBC nightly news. That's their lead sound bite because it is the realization of all of their damp fantasies, and they're going to pretend that this carries weight. When in fact, it does not he's just a sleazy New York fixer who's trying to weasel his way worm out of trouble. He's in trouble. And the reality is he's putting himself in more jeopardy. Lanny Davis put them in more jeopardy today. He could find himself convicted of more crimes that would put him in jail for more years if he is found to lie to congress today and his lawyer put him in that jeopardy knowing that it would serve the interests of the party, but not his client. To stand him up there on Capitol Hill to spew this. These democrat party talking points, obviously has a motive he's bitter. He feels betrayed by President Trump, and in some lovely was betrayed by President Trump, and he's going to feel that for a long long time. But today, he's getting revenge. Long long time as Robert Kraft.
