"It makes no sense, but that's the point. They're trying to weaponize the justice system against their political enemies. Not only are they doing it to Trump, Charlie, they're trying to make sure and send a clear message that you can never step up against their insanity, no matter how ludicrous it is. Remember, the people that are robbing Philadelphia blind, the people that are causing the major retail outlets in cities across America to shut down because of rampant looting, stealing, theft, we're not going to go after those people. They're doing it in the name of social justice, because a Gucci purse really screams social justice, so you should go steal one. It's absolutely insane where the Democrat party today is spending their resources, but they're getting away with it. The Biden DOJ is functioning as his de facto attack dog, as well as his defense agency for some of the most outrageous fraud we've ever seen in this country. When people who with Trump said Merry Christmas during the Trump presidency, Bob Woodward, it's bigger than Watergate. Everything was bigger than Watergate. All those people are strangely silent that this stuff's going on. Hunter Biden, a crackhead, is making millions from China because obviously they have some sort of diversity, equity, and inclusion program. They need to diversify their crackheads. Crackheads are greatly underrepresented apparently in Chinese portfolio management, Charlie, so they're going to give a billion dollars to Hunter Biden. It had nothing to do with influence. That's totally normal. This is what's going on in our country, and of course, the second another wire drops to Hunter from China that happens to have Joe Biden's home address on the bank receipts, they drop another charge, another claim against Trump, and it's another story to distract from what's really going on with the supposed leader of the world. We learned yesterday, we haven't covered this yet, a $250,000 wire, which was the address they said the due to address was to was to Joe Biden's home address. Let's just imagine Donald Trump, President Trump gets a $250,000 wire, and the address was Mar-a-Lago from a foreign government. Don, how do you think the media would cover that? We'd be in Gitmo. And by the way, rightfully so, but it doesn't matter. I mean, we got senators taking gold bars and we got, I mean, you know, I love seeing the media outrage about Bob Menendez, but no one's talking about what Hunter and Joe Biden did together is literally perhaps hundreds of times the same thing with undue influence a hundred thousand times more than whatever Bob Menendez could do, even from a powerful position. And yet they're silent about that because they understand systematic corruption in our government, in the Washington, D.C. swamp. That's why they're all trying to get Trump because he's the only guy that will actually expose these things. You know, I was going to go out to the debates tonight and, you know, talk about it and counter, like I'm saying, like at this point, when we see what's going on, when we see how, like, I'm not even going to pay any attention to it because that aspect is over to me. I mean, the billionaire donor class, I get that the big Fox News of the world, they still want to choose their candidate to do their bidding for them eventually and make them billions. But I think the American people understand that this thing's over. And they also understand, Charlie, what is at stake if they can do this to Trump, they can do it to anyone. But more importantly, if they will do it to Trump, who won't they do it to if they can do it with a guy with means following a soapbox like you've never seen before? I mean, they'll destroy everyone. And I think that's the good guy. There's like opposite of buzz heading into the thing tonight. Like I see no chatter. By the way, I'm hearing more buzz. Your father's going to the UAW circuit tonight. That's really exciting. You know, I think that'll be great. I mean, these are people that voted for Trump. You know, these are Trump voters. And what's interesting and I mean, it's sort of indicative of sort of the D.C. swamp itself is, you know, the head of the UAW, the union guys, right? Not the workers, not that like the like the difference between FBI leadership and FBI door kickers. You know, the door kickers are for Trump. They're conservatives. They're this just like the workers are for Trump. But union leadership will take their dues. They'll fund the Biden administration. They'll give it to Democrats while shipping their jobs abroad for electric vehicle plants in China. And the union dues that the actual workers are paying for their ultimate demise when they try to turn away Trump, who's taking the side of the autoworkers. We don't want that because you're so tied in with the Democrat Party and Democrat leadership that you're going to continue to under represent your people and push them away. That's the kind of representation we're getting out of D.C. And that's the kind of representation, unfortunately, those workers are getting from their leaders. Yep. Don Junior, thanks so much.

"Cash, walk us through this New York ruling. They could potentially confiscate Trump Tower and take all of Trump's assets. This is not a covered enough story. They could just take all the wealth from Donald Trump. It's unbelievable. Yeah, it's another example of lawfare now at the state civil level. They've done it at the federal criminal, state criminal, and now a judge who has unilaterally decided without a jury that, one, Donald Trump's establishment in Mar-a-Lago is worth a few pennies rather than what its actual value is, is using lawfare to nique Donald Trump. And it's not surprising, but essentially he could go in there and just take away his licenses and his properties and his ability to do business. This is going to get appealed. Of course, it's going to get appealed, but this shows you the level they're willing to go to and the radical left and the extremes that they have and how far away we, Republicans, are utilizing our law authority. No, we don't do it at all. So, Cash, why don't we have the Arkansas Attorney General sue for fraud for the Clinton Foundation? Why haven't we done that? Or after Biden, his mistress was there at some point. You know, you and I have led the effort about having state attorney generals in Arkansas or anywhere, Missouri, elsewhere, come in and battle the Biden administration and battle for Republicans, and nobody wants to do it. And not one single state attorney general, and we've got, I think, 26 of them at my last count, Charlie, that could bring crimes, that could bring civil actions, that could bring so much criminality to the forefront. They don't want to do it, and they have a lawful basis of doing it. They're just like, nah, I don't want to do it. DC will do it. And I think they're all part of the con job and part of the rig job, in my opinion. That certainly seems to be the case. Very, very little fight, and just a lot of complacency as the country's taken over. Yeah, we have zero, to my understanding, DAs or Republicans that are actively investigating or suing Joe Biden. Okay, I want to talk about the Hunter Biden investigation. What is the latest here, Cash? Well, we've talked about how he got that sweetheart deal, but what people are overlooking is that to get that deal, and I know this having handled about a thousand gun cases as a public defender and prosecutor, you have to get the specific permission of the attorney general to get diversion in a gun case. That obliterates the narrative that Merrick Garland said, I'm not having any say in this matter whatsoever. We are letting career prosecutors execute this. The reason I bring that up is because he's lied about the Biden administration's involvement in the prosecution of Donald Trump, when Donald Trump was being prosecuted because Joe Biden waived executive privilege. Of course, Merrick Garland talked to the White House, and they were in on it together. What should happen when a plea deal explodes, implodes, whatever word you want to use, like the Hunter Biden case, is you bring the full suite of charges. That's what happens when you prosecute people and they don't accept a plea. That's what happens in a hundred of a hundred cases, but for some reason we let the statute of limitations lapse because Merrick Garland is a two-tier system of justice, and we also failed to bring FARA charges, bribery charges, fraud charges. All of these things have been worked on for five years, and they got buried by Bill Barr. Bill Barr is the number one government gangster that could have brought these charges and sat on them, and sat on justice, and is out there running around in the lethargic manner blaming Donald Trump for everything because the RINO entrenchment class will pay him to do so. These people are all government gangsters. It's not a Republican or Democrat thing. That's a theme in my book, and they're doing nothing, and our Congress is doing not enough to expose that grub. Check it out, government gangsters. Great work, Cash. Congratulations. Thanks so much. Thank you. I want to talk about ReliefFactor.com. Joining us now is Senator Rand Paul, who is doing a heroic and important job in the U.S. Senate, holding the line the best he can against sending more money to Ukraine. Senator, thank you so much for joining the program. Senator, tell us the latest in the U.S. Senate. How much money have we sent to Ukraine and what are you doing to try to stop the funding of this proxy war? You know, a little over 113 billion dollars. We know where at least some of it went, but we haven't been able to get an inspector general. The Democrats refuse, and many Republicans complicit, refuse to hire an inspector general. I've suggested that the inspector general that's been overseeing Afghan aid and military payments in Afghanistan for about a decade has got a team of hundreds of accountants and economists and lawyers. They know what they're doing in a war zone. They actually have a budget. We could actually transfer them over to Ukraine. The Democrats and the pro-war Republicans all have rejected this. They don't want us to look and see where the money is spent, but even 60 Minutes revealed recently that about a third of the money is going to pay government salaries and government pensions. Quite a bit of it's going in grants to small businesses to keep small businesses afloat, but this is just a crazy notion. Now this week, they're saying that they will close our government down if we don't give them more money for Ukraine, and the Biden administration has said, you know what, we consider the Ukraine government to be essential, so those government workers in Ukraine will be paid, but U.S. government orders will not be paid during during a shutdown. That is just, I think, the the height of gall and something we should all reject. There's so much to unpack here, Senator, but let's really focus on the money, and I just want to compliment you, Senator. When we were doing all this nation rebuilding in Afghanistan, you were one of the few people in the U.S. Senate that asked the question, why do we have electric vehicle charging stations in Afghanistan? Why are we building hundreds of millions of dollars for this hotel just to then, you know, torpedo it? I mean, the amount of waste that happens with our foreign adventures, it blows the mind. So 113 billion dollars that we know of, I just want to make sure that I understood you correctly. We don't have an inspector general or an auditor understanding the details of where this money is going. I mean, that's that's really shocking, to be honest. It's appalling. I, for the last over a year, I've been asking for an inspector general, and I've told them the one we should use already exists, already has a budget. I didn't even propose any more money. I just said, take the money he's using for Afghanistan and change his mission to Ukraine, and they reject it. Really, it's both parties, though. It's the pro-war Republicans and all of the Democrats reject it. So some of the Democrats put forward, well, let's let Biden pick an inspector general, and the problem with that is they'd have to go through background checks. It might take him four months to find the right person, four months for background checks. It could be a year from now. You know, who knows where the war will be at that point, so it'll take a while. But even that was rejected. So mine was rejected by like 60 or 70 to 30, and then that one was rejected. It needed 60 votes, and I think got 52 votes instead. So yeah, it's amazing. These people are ready to shovel the money and even more money out the door. They're ready to fund all these government workers in Ukraine, defend Ukraine's border, pay for 56,000 firemen and policemen in Ukraine, and yet they're not even willing to have an inspector general. They ought to all be fired and sent home for this kind of oversight or lack of oversight. So is there any evidence to suggest that American contractors or crony insiders are making off on this, Senator? I mean, we know this in previous kind of foreign war gaming, right? Afghanistan, Iraq. Is there any evidence to suggest that the insiders in DC are making a lot of money off of this? We know that there is still some semblance of media in Ukraine. We know Zelensky's banned a lot of media, but we also know that the media over there has discovered people on the take, Ukrainians on the take, and that they've been forced to fire 24 people two weeks ago, a general a month ago. I mean, there have been people fired, but only under duress and only under pressure from what remains of scrutiny over there.

"Ignore it entirely just because that doesn't get you to the narrative that you want. Again, they're saying they defrauded the banks. Well, please like name a bank, Charlie, that's been defrauded. Deutsche Bank got paid back in full with interest. They're, you know, probably pushing a trillion dollar company. Any one of your listeners who ever got a home loan, did you not get an independent appraisal? I believe you did. You paid for it. You think that a bank financing hundreds of millions of dollars, they're not doing the same thing? Of course they are. They're pretending like that Deutsche Bank is some sort of, you know, babe in the woods or one of the other major banks out there is a babe in the woods. They didn't do any diligence on their own, even though, by the way, Charlie, there's sworn testimony from the executives who handled the loans that, of course, they do their own independent appraisal. Of course, they understand that there's disclaimer language written on all of these financial statements, et cetera, et cetera. It never ends. So they're cherry picking it. When I did my testimony, Charlie, in front of the attorney general, you know, on this case, they would talk about, say, Trump Doral. It's a golf course. It's a couple hundred acres in Miami. Right near the airport. It's a property. They have a binder. You've been there. Yeah. I mean, they have a binder that's four inches thick of questions they were going to ask me in 12 hours of testimony. And it was, well, our expert says that Doral is only worth X because this is the number of rounds of golf played and this is how much you charge for rounds of golf. And I'm like, OK, so what's your point? Well, it can only be worth that. Well, what do you think? I don't know. Like 600 acres of developable land is worth in Miami. Like, it's not just a golf course. It could also be condos. It could be home. And I mean, you just saw they took the binder like, OK, next line of questioning. They didn't even understand the basics of how evaluation would work. But the second they were like, oh, God, that guy's shooting holes through my thing. Let's put it off to the side and we'll start questioning on some other asinine things. So they're not even trying to work within the realms of reality of real estate. And by the way, if this is the precedent, God forbid you own real estate in New York because they could go in there, they could confiscate all of your real estate, they could shut down your businesses. I mean, they're trying to say theoretically, if you read the thing, if I own my cabin upstate in an LLC because that's a corporation, that's just voided. So I don't know who owns my cabin that's paid for and full and whatever it is. If you had a loan documents, if you had a loan or a mortgage on that apartment, theoretically, you'd automatically be in default of those mortgages because the entity that is making the loan no longer or is taking the loan no longer exists. So it's continued lawfare. They're trying to destroy you. They're not trying to be reasonable. They're trying to destroy you through any ways possible. And if there's a component of that that doesn't work for their narrative, they're just going to ignore that. And they know that they can have a judge that will not just do the bidding of Letitia James and the lunacy that you've seen probably a thousand times per campaign videos and this, but who actually took what they did and gave them actually more than they were asking for on his own volition to try to punish Trump. I mean, I've never seen anything like this before in 25 years of doing real estate. It's truly mind boggling. But but yeah, they're also saying Trump, your father did the valuations. Don't you have independent assessors? I mean, this is what I understand. Of course you do. And that's the point. So you gave a valuation, but each one of the people who are on the other side of the transaction are on the record saying, of course, we do our own trade. Like, of course, we do our own valuations. Of course, we do this. When you get a loan, you pay for the appraisal for the bank. So that's an independent third party appraiser. So they're doing all of these things on their own. They're going through various committees to make sure that everything's right. They don't just say, oh, you said something, you know, the tic tac, you know, on the floor, that's worth one hundred million dollars. Oh, here's one hundred million. They don't do that. These are big boys, you know, and they're doing this under the guise that they're pretending they're not. It's it's truly outstanding. I've never seen anything like it. But if you're a real estate owner in New York based on this, you have a lot to worry about, especially since they don't understand the difference between, you know, assessment based on taxes and actual valuation. It's pretty scary. Yeah. And just just to reiterate, so this is a judge that can come in and say that there was an overvalued overvaluation of assets. But also, Don, you know this, that depending on the market, depending on the season, depending on the quarter, depending on the month, depending on the day, valuations are awfully they fluctuate by the hour when it comes to real estate. I mean, in real estate, Charlie, it's also sort of beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right? Like, yeah, someone may need something or wants something, they may overpay drastically for something. You know, there there are things in the statement of financial condition where we literally sold the assets for significantly like hundreds of millions of dollars more than they were valued on that statement of financial condition. They don't give you credit for that, because something changed in the market, it made it go more or made it go whatever it may be. This changes, you're right on an hourly basis, or based on demand, or someone looking, you know, someone's doing a 1031 exchange, they can save taxes, so they'll overpay for something now to be able to not have to pay tax on it then. There are so many variables or nuances that can go into this that some judge at some point in time can decide, this is the value, that's it. You know, summary judgment, no jury, I'm going to decide that, I'm going to disregard all the experts, I'm going to take, this is what the judge essentially did, I'm going to take literally everything the attorney general said, and just say that is the gospel, that is fact, there's no there's no disputing that at this point, case closed. That's literally what happened. Who's the victim? All the loans were paid off, who's the victim? It's like this new thing where we create a crime and there is no victim. Hey, Charlie Kirk here. Don, so tell us, usually when there's a fraud case, there's a victim, who here is the victim in this case? Yeah, I'm actually trying to figure that one out myself, Charlie. The free market's somehow the victim, even though the biggest institutions in the world were paid back, no one was left out any money, they actually got paid with interest, so they all made a sizable profit.

"And one judge came along yesterday in New York and said, I'm all in. We don't even need a jury trial, he said. Forget a jury of his peers. I, the judge, whatever this whack job judge's name is, I don't even care. He's decided that Trump is guilty of fraud, OK, because, for example, Mar-a-Lago isn't worth hundreds of millions of dollars. It's only worth between 18 and 27.6 million dollars. Mar-a-Lago is on 17 acres of waterfront on both sides, as somebody pointed out on Twitter last night. A nearby vacant lot near Mar-a-Lago that sits on two point three acres is on sale right now for Zillow for two hundred million dollars. Two hundred million dollars. But Mar-a-Lago, which sits on 17 acres, this judge has decided because this judge knows the real value of a luxury resort in Florida, sitting there in his, you know, Manhattan office. He sits around and he knows the valuation of real estate in Florida. And, of course, not to bury the lead, the biggest event, the biggest news story of the week, the second GOP presidential debate from Simi Valley, California, at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum. It was a train wreck. It was a disaster. Pick your descriptor. It was awful. Take a gander, check out and listen to just how bad it got at times in this week's presidential debate of the seven Republicans on that stage. Yep, that's the winner. No question about it. Everybody's reluctantly agreeing. Doesn't it feel like we're sort of just going through the motions now? And I know you're going to call me and yell at me and you're going to be mad at me because, oh, you're just a Trumper, you're a Trumpist, you're MAGA, you're just a delusional Trump supporter. Did you see that mess last night? Did you see those petulant, arguing folks on that stage and the horrible moderators and the terrible execution of one of the worst debates in television history? I am thinking about going back to when I before was born with the Kennedy-Nixon debate, the famous debate that Nixon won on radio, but Kennedy won on television because he was the one guy on that on. And Nixon didn't look good. He looked bad, but he sounded great on radio to people who just heard it. I mean, I just think about the great historic debates of our time, the moments of clarity when somebody said, gosh, that's my guy, where the viewers said this was a moment. Well, the only moment last night was like Don Rickles over at Chuckles Comedy Club in Poughkeepsie, Chris Christie, making an absolute fool of himself. Can you imagine thinking that calling Donald Trump, Donald Duck, because he ducked the debate last night? Can you imagine thinking that's a good idea? I mean, I don't even want to play the clip. I was going to play the clip. I don't even want to play it. Plus, Fox has given us all these restrictions on how much, you know, because we don't want to put too much of that television gold over our airwaves. So we're going to absolutely adhere to their limitations and their restrictions on how much of the debate we're allowed to air on our network. So don't worry. I don't want to waste the good stuff. What would the good stuff be? I'm talking to my team today. I'm like, well, what in the world do you want to play? You want to hear a taste of it? You want to see a little bit of it? You want to get a snippet of what we're talking about today? Let's just pull, oh, I don't know, kind of a random 46 second clip from last night's debate at the Ronald Reagan presidential library and museum in California.

"Eco map technology stands against systemic racism, bigotry and a police state that criminalizes black bodies. Now, obviously, BLM doesn't openly advocate for raping, but they do advocate for getting rapists out of jail quicker, as evidenced by this thug that killed a white liberal who she thought we're going to be allies with black America really messed up. So check it out. Pax FG dot com slash Charlie. Joining us now is Donald Trump Jr. Don, thanks for taking the time. You and I were texting last night. This is an outrageous ruling. Leticia James just appoints a judge, not even a jury, who comes in and tries to basically close down all the Trump businesses. Don, take as much time as you need to walk us through it. I've never seen anything like this. Yeah, honestly, Charlie, you know, I've been in real estate for a long time. I've never seen anything even like it. I mean, this is sort of like the start of the Bolshevik Revolution. We don't just we don't like you. So we're going to confiscate property. We're going to do these things. We're going to throw numbers and valuations on things based on what a judge in New York thinks. Disregarding, by the way, Charlie, disregarding like the biggest brokers in like Florida and the Palm Beach market. We're not going to take what they say. We're going to put a number on it. So you can take Mar-a-Lago and say you overstated the value of it. We think it's worth 18 million dollars. Mar-a-Lago is 20 acres. You've been there. It's a pretty spectacular place, probably one of the finest homes anywhere in the world. And there's a lot within half a mile that's 2.2 acres, not on the ocean with nothing on it, just jungle. It's on the market for 150 million dollars. But Mar-a-Lago is worth 18. We're going to go to summary judgment, Charlie. We don't want a jury to be involved in that because, you know, that that doesn't fulfill the narrative. We're going to disregard expert testimony. We're going to disregard the witness. We're going to bring Don Jr. and Eric Trump into it, even though all of the witnesses who have testified said, hey, we had nothing to do with the statement of financial condition. But hey, our last name is Trump. So we have to be punished. It's the opposite of Hunter Biden, who can take millions from China and be doing this. We can conduct regular business where not a single bank wasn't paid back in full and with interest. And yet somehow they're still magically a victim here. No one knows who it is. No one can actually explain that. But this is the tyranny that's going on. You have a judge, frankly, Charlie, that that took what the attorney general in New York who campaigned on a campaign of I'm going to get Trump, I'm going to make the MF, you know, pay all these kind of crazy things before she was ever in office. He actually gave her significantly more than she was even trying to get on his own volition. Again, bypassing a jury, bypassing the basics. And again, total disregard for the experts or anything that's in there. It's absolute lunacy. And again, going through it last night, I'm like, explain it to me, because I don't even understand. I've in business, in law, in lawsuits, it's like they're trying novel ideas, because they know they can get away with it in a place like New York. Yes, it's no different than what you see going on for the J sixers in Washington, DC. You know, they can't get a fair trial. Everyone understands that, which is why those venues are going to be pushed. It's why they tried getting Trump with a DC grand jury for stuff in Florida. It's the same in Atlanta. It never ends. They're weaponizing this under the guise of, of course, you can get a fair trial. We're going to believe that a person in New York is going to tell us everything that they're going to be fair. Just the social pressure alone for someone, even if they probably realized that it's all nonsense on that jury, they wouldn't be able to walk the streets of New York if they're the one that said, hey, this is nonsense. This is unfair. It's designed to continue and persecute their political enemies because Trump had the goal of taking on the establishment and actually winning. That that's right. And Don, I just want to go through the facts here. And I mean, I've spent a lot of time in Palm Beach, as you all know, I've raised a lot of money in Palm Beach, done right. And you know, it's kind of running joke that if you get a shed on the island, right, on one of the, on one of the streets, you know, jungle El Brio or whatever, like a little shack, it's a $30 million shot. I mean, that's not an exaggeration, right? I mean, it is, let's just say, uh, there's funny money valuations in Palm Beach. And so this judge says that Mar-a-Lago is worth 18 to 30 million. I guess the only benefit is that, you know, your father's real estate bill, a tax bill property tax bill is going down big time. That's a minimum multi-billion dollar property. I mean, it's well known. This is not private that, that Ken Griffin bought like $400 million of lots right next to Mar-a-Lago right next to the bath and tennis club for 400 million bucks. And Mar-a-Lago is like triple the size of that. I mean, how does, where does this judge get off? He calls himself Mr. Zillow, you know, you know, valuing properties. I don't understand. No, that's what I'm saying. I mean, ignoring Larry Mowins, who does all of the large transactions, I believe he put together the Ken Griffin. I know him. That's right.

"Those white nationalists at it again. White supremacy is such a big threat to America. I don't know what to tell you. Chaos is part of the plan. It is by design. They use ideological movements like BLM and these hyper academic journals for catch and release at the border in our cities. Of course, white liberals will never be impacted by this. They won't. White liberals will never be impacted by the looting, the murder. Who will be impacted is working-class Hispanics and blacks, but they're expendable in the eyes of white liberals. The white liberals in Highland Park, Illinois, and Highland Park, Dallas, Texas. They never, they support a set of policies that will never impact their life. And black police officers, they know the truth, but they are being muzzled, many of whom are resigning because they're exhausted. Listen to this. This is back from the spring. Cut 115, police chief in DC telling the truth about crime in America, Robert J. Conte III, chief of DC Metropolitan Police. But of course, he was muzzled and retired in May. Probably quietly just said, hey, you know, take an early retirement and who can blame him? He's surrounded by a bunch of criminal sympathizers in City Hall. Play cut 115. Guns off the street. What we got to do if we really want to see homicides go down is keep bad guys with guns in jail because when they're in jail, they can't be in community shooting people. So when people talk about what we're going to do different or what we should do different, what we need to do different, that's the thing that we need to do different. We need to keep violent people in jail right now. The average homicide suspect, the average homicide suspect has been arrested 11 times prior to them committing a homicide. That is a problem. That is a problem. A tech entrepreneur recently tried to run her company from Baltimore. Her reward was being murdered by a random black criminal. Police had a suspect almost immediately, a man sentenced to 30 years in 2011 for rape and multiple other felonies, but who was released in 2022 after just serving one third of his sentence. He was already wanted for other crimes at the time of the killing. This is a tech CEO. The Baltimore mayor says there's no way in hell he should have been out on the street, but he was. Why? Because the left is obsessed with keeping dangerous criminals on the street to terrorize the public. Can we put that please up? So this is a young lady. What was her name? She was on the 30 under 30 list. I'm on the 30 under 30 list too from Forbes, a young white CEO. She's a BLM supporter. She was really sad. I don't rejoice in that. She got killed by her own poisonous ideology. Her name is Pava Marie LaPaire. That's a French name. It's really sad. And she ran a, she was 26 year old tech CEO. And yeah, so she said, yeah, she was a BLM supporter. She advocated for her own death unintentionally. It's really sad. She said, eco map technology stands against systemic racism, bigotry, and a police state that criminalizes black bodies. Well, a black body murdered you. We stand in support of the Black Lives Matter movement now and always. We commit to being anti-racist in all aspects of what we do. From the team members we hired, the customers we serve. We are proud to have a team of over 30% black and we commit to improving diverse representation in our company. In addition to donations, we'll commit our community service hours to organizations that promote and support black entrepreneurship. We're a small and young company and we're still committing to take action. We encourage all of the startups to speak out and do the same. And then she was murdered by the very same group that she was trying to pander to. Now these are white liberals, right? Happens unfortunately more times than you might believe. Remember that video in Georgia where the guy called the police on the black homeless guy and then he said, please, please, please, I don't want him arrested. It's a tragic story out of Baltimore. Unlike the left, I'm not obviously celebrating. It's so sad. Someone should have told this young white girl like, hey, you know, BLM is basically a terrorist organization movement that justifies raping and murdering and they might actually hunt you down eventually. But she's so blinded by her white guilt ideology that she ended up getting murdered by the very same ideology that she supported. One example of many. It's tragic. It's not funny. It's not. Oh, look at that. It's tragic. And there are so many white liberals that are now suffering under that. And we're seeing the looting and the burning of our cities.

"Boy is that a powerful paragraph written by Sam Francis. You could be... that was written 25 years ago. It's as if he was just writing it today. So our politicians do not want to speak out against the mass of looting because they don't want to be called a racist. They say, oh it's just BLM being BLM blowing off some steam. You know that Target, we are no fans of Target, but Target has now closed nine department stores because they said their anti-theft measures were unsuccessful. Now understand in most police states at least the streets are safe. In most police states they don't put up looting. This is a... this is new territory where the police state is nakedly political against anyone that speaks out against the regime. But BLM is helpful to the regime. Same thing with the border. If we wanted to secure the border we absolutely could. If we wanted to stop the looting we absolutely could. But our leaders are unwilling to do that and this goes to show the power, the absolute impact that the R-word has on our entire society. I said this previously, we posted an Instagram video that said this, there is black privilege in America, not white privilege. They disproportionately are on TV commercials. Blacks get into colleges despite having lower standards. The R-word of course is being afraid of being called a racist. They have weaponized the R-word to not even allow us to enforce our laws. If this video in cut 111 of what we saw here, and I'll play another one, was a bunch of MAGA hat wearing Christians, they would all be arrested and face decades in prison. What they have been able to design in society is certain groups get special privileges. They get certain preference. They look at this as their form of reparations. I'm just asking for a friend, was there a single white person that was looting these stores? I'm just wondering, was there? It's because we've created a set of laws, a set of enforcement of laws and cultural standards, where urban black America they feel as if they are untouchable and they're right. None of those people are likely going to be arrested. None of those people are going to be tracked down. None of those people are going to be held accountable. They are actually above the law. But you out there, if you are a Christian, a conservative, living in rural America, well then they're going to find you. Now some people say, but Charlie there were 20 arrests last night. Well if history is any guide, they'll be let off and be paid reparations by the city council. You know what happened in New York recently and in Portland and other cities? The BLM rioters and looters that were arrested during Floyd-a-palooza were actually paid cash as an apology that they were ever arrested at all. The city of Denver agreed to pay 4.7 million dollars to 300 BLM rioters. Philadelphia paid out more than 9 million. New York is doling out more than 13 million. Overall more than 80 million dollars is being paid out to BLM rioters. They burned our police stations, looted our stores, and now they're looting our public coffers. We have subsidized criminality and therefore you get more of it. And it's only going to continue because they're trying to create a state of absolute chaos that then can grow the the federal government, the leviathan, and give them more control over our society.

"Breaking the last 24 hours, we are seeing massive looting, chaos, and discord in the streets of Philadelphia. This is happening because of some recent news that a police officer was let off by a judge for a very very controversial situation that happened six months ago. Now you see these this looting, it is happening all over the streets of Philadelphia. Now we're told by our leaders the greatest threat to our civilization is white nationalism and white supremacy. So here's a little bit of a piece of tape, play cut 111. Look at all these white nationalists looting stores last night in Philadelphia, play cut 111. Everybody must eat! Yes! Everybody must eat! Everybody must eat! That's what I'm talking about. Rush well, Eddie! Rush well, Eddie! Uh oh, look, here come more people. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go! Those pesky white nationalists always getting in the way. She's cheering it on and this is not some isolated incident. They started looting liquor stores, footlocker, the Apple store, because obviously when you're upset about a police shooting, which again, they are completely misunderstanding the facts. It's completely justified. It was a heated situation. Cops have a very very hard job and this person was committing crimes, but of course the BLM base of Philadelphia, they look for an excuse to loot, to steal, to create anarchy in the streets. Now it's not a question of whether or not our leaders can stop this. We could stop all of this immediately. We don't want to stop it. Understand that the goal is temporary and strategic chaos, which will eventually be followed by a true police state. They want to have a national federal police force come in eventually, a national woke police force. Now remember, after January 6, we hunted down, we being the federal government, hunted down every single person, tracked across the country, a dragnet unlike anything we've ever seen for old women that were waving flags, people that waltzed on the Capitol steps, and it's actually ongoing. Of course we could find every single one of the hoodlums and the thugs that are going and stealing merchandise from Apple and Footlocker, but we don't because no one wants to be called a racist. It's just black America, you know, blowing off some steam. Nah, just whatever. Just let it be. It's very obvious they just want free stuff. They don't want to work for it, so they just go and steal stuff. The academics say, well, there's a lot more at play here. You know, there's systemic injustice and they're growing up in poverty. It's all a bunch of trash. There's a bunch of nonsense. These are criminals. They should all be arrested, put at least a decade in prison, period. But we don't have the willingness to do that. We have the willingness to go after conservatives, alternate electors in Michigan, like Rose Rook from Pawpaw, Michigan, who signed a piece of paper. The Michigan Attorney General is excited to go after her. People waving flags that are on fixed incomes that on January 6th were peacefully petitioning their government. Boom. Gestapo. Federal government comes after you with the full force imaginable. But in the streets of Philadelphia, it's the Wild West. This could be best described by an essay written, a series of essays written by Sam Francis in Chronicles magazine all the way back in the 1990s. I'm going to read this one paragraph. It's incredible. It's as if he wrote it yesterday. In the United States today, the government performs many of its functions more or less effectively. The mail is delivered sometimes. The population, or at least part of it, is counted, sort of. And the taxes are collected. You bet. You can accuse the federal leviathan of many things. Corruption, incompetence, waste, bureaucratic strangulation. But mere anarchy, the lack of effective government, is not one of them. Yet at the same at the exact same time, the state does not perform effectively or justly its basic duty of enforcing order and punishing criminals. And in this respect, its failures to do so bring the country or parts of it close to a state of anarchy. It's exactly what we're seeing on the border. But that semblance of anarchy is coupled with many of the characteristics of tyranny under which innocent and law-abiding citizens are punished by the state or suffer gross violations of their rights and liberty at the hands of the state. The result is what seems to be the first society in history in which elements of both anarchy and tyranny pertain at the same time and seem to be closely connected with one another and to constitute more or less opposite sides of the same coin.

Joining us now is Julie Kelly, who has had some exceptional commentary on all of this in real time. Julie, welcome back to the program. You said here in a tweet, the outrage is not allegations of attempts to delete video. The outrage is a D.C. federal judge, Obama, working hand in glove with Biden, Garland, Monaco D.O.J. and Democrat D.C. grand jury authorized a subpoena to get camera footage from inside Donald Trump's home. What do you mean by that? So this was related to the superseding indictment that was handed down last night against this low level Trump organization, this poor man who's now been ensnared in Jack Smith, D.O.J.'s dirty prosecution of Donald Trump. But to my point, it's not the outrage is not allegedly that Donald Trump instructed or suggested someone should delete the video. The outrage is that a D.C. judge, Beryl House, was the chief judge at the time, Joe Biden's D.O.J. This preceded Jack Smith, by the way. So this is Biden, Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco's D.O.J., who sought a subpoena to get security footage from inside the former president's home. This is unprecedented. Not only was the raid of his privacy, so too is a subpoena trying to get security footage so they could see who was moving what boxes around Mar-a-Lago between the storage room and Donald Trump's office. This is why Charlie, D.O.J., and Jack Smith conducted the entire investigation in Washington, D.C., and then at the last minute moved it to southern Florida for the actual indictment. This venue, proper jurisdiction, has always been southern Florida because that's the scene of the alleged crime, Palm Beach, Florida. But they kept it in Washington, D.C., because the judges there are nothing more than a rubber stamp. Beryl held the chief judge and Obama appointee, who also oversaw special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation. She is the one making all of these decisions, allowing D.O.J. to get away with whatever they want to. And so the outrage is that now Jack Smith has nine months of security footage from inside Mar-a-Lago. For what? And then he told Trump's defense team last week in a hearing, oh, by the way, you don't need to look at nine months of security footage. You only need to look at 10 days. Well, why didn't they just get the 10 days then? So this is what so egregious, so unprecedented, so dirty. The outrage isn't what Donald Trump allegedly said about the video. The outrage is that Joe Biden's D.O.J., Merrick Garland's handpicked special prosecutor has that much footage of the inside of Donald Trump's home. So let's just kind of focus. Julie, I believe that they're going after the maintenance man because for two reasons to try to get him to sing against Trump, but also show they're willing to go after the rank and file, the muscular class, the ordinary people. I think it's legal leverage. But I also think that there is an example here, almost a Soviet style show trial. I'm going to go after the lowest level, bottom up, top down. Julie Kelly, your reaction. Well, Charlie, this is exactly what's been happening to January six defendants for two and a half years. That's right. This is I mean, it's not even low level employees. And I'm not saying low level like he's I mean, this is just a poor like a maintenance guy. That's what I'm getting at. Exactly. Yes. So but they've rounded up eleven hundred Trump supporters. Exactly. On on concocted charges, Charlie. And not only that, I'll tell you what, I get alerts every single day of new arrests being made in the January 6th prosecution, more than two and a half years later. Matthew Graves, the D.C.O.S. attorney, Joe Biden's handpicked prosecutor is continuing to round up J sixers. And Matthew Graves has promised to double this caseload before he's done. So this is all part and parcel to what began in Biden's DOJ in January of 2021. This is the authoritarian template. The dragnet is is as deep as it is wide. They don't want to just take out Trump. They want to prevent anybody from being involved in America first politics. They want you to be afraid to go to rallies. They want you to be afraid to donate. They want you to be afraid to speak your mind. They want you to be afraid to run a business. This is this is all part of a plan of shilling and chilling speech. And so, Julie, the significance of this, what I'm trying to understand, though, is now that they've added superseding indictment, this could now make the timeline post November of 2024. Is that correct? You're absolutely right, Charlie. So the the trial date is now set for May 20th of 2024, a superseding indictment. And I've watched this happen over and over in January, six cases, a superseding indictment bringing new charges and a new codefending kind of resets the clock, basically. And so the May 2024 date, to the extent that it was ever feasible, given all the restrictions for the handling of these alleged classified documents, now will set the clock back. And that may trial date definitely will not go forward. So there's a very good chance, yes, this could be extended past the election. But I'll tell you, Charlie, I've said this over and over, the last person who wants this case to go to trial is Jack Smith and the DOJ. They have no case, because they are going to have to argue, number one, that these actually were classified documents. Number two, that he, as president, had no authority to keep them. Number three, that he didn't cooperate and willfully retained national defense information, when all evidence to the contrary, he over cooperated, if anything, Charlie, he never should have. But the biggest issue here is that DOJ conducted this investigation in the wrong venue, that all of the grand jury proceedings, including the decisions made by the chief judge in D.C., never should have been handled there. And one defense attorney suggested they're going to file a motion for abuse of the grand jury process. And I think that will be the biggest to the extent it ever goes to trial. Jack Smith doesn't want to. The whole thing could be dismissed because of venue issues. Yeah. And so we're also now waiting simultaneously, Julie, for the January 6th indictments. And so why? So this is what I can't understand. All the hype this week is January 6th, January 6th, January 6th, seditious conspiracy rebellion, all that stuff. And then we have the Fulton County barricades. And then we get this extra document to go after the maintenance man, obstruction of justice, the Iran document thing. And then at the same week, Hunter Biden's investigations are ongoing. Jack Smith just launches another legal torpedo at Trump. Why now? It's very strange. Well, I think it's twofold to your point there. It is to pivot away from all the attention to what happened in court yesterday with Hunter Biden and the sweetheart plea deal and the immunity agreement that basically all of this was an immunity agreement to shield him from future prosecution for violating Farah and other matters. But look, this is death by a thousand cuts, Charlie. And this is the DOJ and the Biden regime intentionally inflaming half of the country. They are just an accelerant to continue to destroy our country, to criminalize political dissent. You are going to have indictments from Fannie Willis to D.A. in Fulton County. But the big bombshell, of course, will be next week, criminal indictments against Donald Trump for January 6th. And Charlie, the first indictment won't be the last. The superseding indictment in the classified documents case is only an example of how many times Jack Smith will supersede an initial indictment against Donald Trump, adding charges, adding defendants and marquee defendants could be John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Mark Meadows. It could be a few Republican House members. I mean, this is going to be nonstop lawfare against Trump, his associates, White House aides, congressional Republicans, and of course, as we just said, his voters and supporters. So, Julie, what do you anticipate out of Georgia? That one's kind of just been waiting in the wings. I think we might see something in the next couple of weeks. Yes, it looks like it because to your point, they have been erecting barricades outside of the Fulton County courthouse. Again, more optics suggesting that Trump supporters are going to, what, are they going to commit another insurrection at the Fulton County courthouse after these charges are announced? And it looks like these are going to be fraud, election fraud related, which is so just deliciously ironic, not really deliciously, but it will be conspiring to interfere in an election or commit some sort of election fraud. That's what looks like will be coming out of Fannie Willis's office. But of course, we could have two major indictments next week. We definitely will have January 6th. I believe that that will be announced on Tuesday. The grand jury for Jack Smith meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There was some rumor speculation that it would have been announced yesterday, but it looked like that didn't happen, even though Trump's attorneys were meeting with Jack Smith's team yesterday. So, it could come Tuesday and Fannie Willis's, maybe her announcement will be Monday. Maybe it'll be Wednesday. I mean, next week is going to be an explosive week. Yes, it will be. And they're trying to normalize this, aren't they? Julie, they're just trying to make it seem as if this is no big deal. You know, just kind of roll your eyes. It's fine. How should we respond to this? How do we respond to this? It's such a good question, Charlie. I mean, we're really limited. I do hope when these Republican senators and House members go home, they get an earful from their constituents that they're not doing enough. I mean, obviously the Senate is pretty limited, but House Republicans are not. It would be nice if they had the backing of Republicans in the Senate, but they really don't. They've been AWOL for the most part. But cutting off funding, you know, using the power of the purse, going forward with some impeachment inquiry, I am not supportive of impeaching Joe Biden because we would be doing the Democrats a favor. Poll after poll shows that the majority of Democrats do not want Joe Biden to be the nominee. He should be forced to run on his record and not just his record as president, but his record of corruption and selling out this country to enrich his family. I would like to see impeachment proceedings either against the former chief judge of the DC District Court, Beryl Howell, because she has been the biggest enabler in all of this, or Christopher Wray, because that will touch on both January 6 classified documents, the rate of Mar-a-Lago, and of course, the Hunter Biden investigation, Hunter Biden matter. But look, we are limited in what we can do. But the danger here, to your point, is not just silencing what we're doing now. It is setting extremely destructive, dangerous precedents, case law, where a nonviolent felony count of obstruction of an official proceeding that was passed in the wake of the Enron scandal that has to do with tampering with witnesses and evidence can be distorted and used as a felony applied to political protesters and a felony that not only result in 20 years in prison, but also be used as justification, Charlie, to deny release of defendants accused of that nonviolent, basically processed crime. So that's the dangerous precedent too for Donald Trump. If he is charged with obstruction, which he will be, I think that'll be the first count. If he's charged with something like seditious conspiracy, we now have precedents in multiple courthouses, by the way, Trump and Obama judges who have denied relief of defendants charged with obstruction of official proceeding. Hold on. This is the biggest hold on thing. I'm just time out. You're trying to say that Donald Trump might not be granted bail.

"Typically Fridays in late July are not the sexiest news cycles. That is not the case. There is no lack of stories. As we have said, this week has been one of the strangest news weeks we have ever seen. We have dead chefs in Martha's Vineyard. Mitch McConnell is short-circuiting. Hunter Biden's plea deal has fallen apart. We have Vivek Ramaswamy now in second place in the Republican primary, which we did predict and we'll talk more about that. Donald Trump with a superseding indictment. Other indictments that might be coming down. We have UFO hearings. It is not a boring time to be alive, that is for sure. And we are here to offer you clarity and truth, not the typical pandering from corporate mockingbird media. Okay, so last evening the news came down. We have another Trump indictment. This is not Georgia. That's still coming. Almost guaranteed. Not the January 6th indictment. That's still coming and that one's going to be vicious. But this one is what's called a superseding indictment. A ginormous indictment. Not really. Or a MAGA indictment. Where they come down and they add another layer on top of indictment that already exists. That's what a superseding indictment is. Now, interestingly enough, when they do a superseding indictment and it pairs with a previous one, this could delay when this trial is actually going to occur. Because now the Trump attorneys can say, whoa, whoa, whoa, we need more time. Like this is all new stuff, new charges, new witnesses. So this could potentially delay this trial post-election of 2024. So why they're doing this, I have my own personal theory and we'll get to that. So we have a new indictment and around this indictment is obstruction of justice. Now, the last indictment pointed towards basically character assassinating Trump by talking about him supposedly waiving this classified Iran memo. But then the indictment wasn't actually about the memo. Well, this Department of Justice superseding ultra MAGA indictment is now explicitly charging Trump with a crime for allegedly possessing a classified war plan at Mar-a-Lago. So what, look, if we're looking at charging people on this sort of topic, maybe we should charge the Pentagon leaders with crimes against the American people for trying to start a war with Iran, or at least we could fire them or take their pensions away. No, instead they're richer, literally fatter than ever. The charging documents accused Donald Trump of conspiring to delete the security footage at Mar-a-Lago after the FBI asked for it. And as part of that, they are now bringing criminal charges against an entirely new person. This is what I really want to focus on. This is a guy by the name of Carlos de Oliveira. I probably have met this guy before. He's a maintenance man at Mar-a-Lago. This is so important. In order to remove Trump, in order to destroy his legacy in the history books so that populist nationalism, pro-American political forces are destroyed, it's not enough to just go after Trump. They must go after the ordinary man. You know, on this program, we have frequently said it is the Skype, Zoom and laptop class versus the muscular class. That it's ordinary plumbers, electricians, welders, veterans, police officers, firefighters that make this country work. It's the truck drivers that are the heart of MAGA. It's the people that are going to Sturgis. It's the pheasant hunters. It's the fishermen. It's the anglers. It is the farmers. And as if they're trying to prove our point that they have contempt for the working class, they have now indicted a maintenance man. Carlos de Oliveira on federal charges. A guy that works at Mar-a-Lago, I don't know much about him. We're going to probably learn. He's probably worked there for quite some time. He probably considered it the honor of his life to work at Mar-a-Lago is now facing federal charges. De Oliveira told the boss one wanted the server deleted, the server referring to the computer server holding Mar-a-Lago camera footage on it. Now, is that true? Well, the Department of Justice certainly has made a lot of false allegations over the last few years. What we can definitely say is that Trump would be faring better if, like Joe Biden, he had his spokesperson and legal advisor working directly for Jack Smith's team. But I want to just focus on the cruelty here. They're going to destroy, they're going to try to destroy this man's life. I will personally donate to Carlos de Oliveira's legal fund. I don't know who's setting it up. This is the same thing they're doing with the Michigan electors. It's top down, bottom up. It's called a squeeze operation. It's a pincer operation. Two separate, seemingly independent movements that are coordinated at a single target because it's not enough just to destroy the symbol of the MAGA movement, Donald Trump himself. They must start taking metaphorical legal scalps of people like you. Going after Trump should infuriate you, but they also want you to be fearful. And that's what the indictment of Carlos de Oliveira is all about. It's not about justice. It's not about what he did or did not do, of which I'm real, I'm rather honestly uninterested in a conversation about deletion of footage when Hillary Clinton bleached bit emails and smashed phones and walked away freely, when Lois Lerner's IRS emails poof, magically disappeared. I roll my eyes at this idea that now Carlos de Oliveira has to defend himself with hundreds of thousands of dollars. However, we know what this is. This is how they went after the Gambino crime family. It's how they go after cartels because they want Carlos de Oliveira to take the stand with a plea deal to say, yes, President Trump told me to delete the footage because he was afraid the FBI was going to come and get it. That's why they're going after him, but it is actually deeper than that. And just remember, remember when the Mueller team accidentally deleted all their phones by putting in the wrong password repeatedly in violation of federal law. They were never held accountable. Andrew Weissman goes on television. Nobody got prosecuted for it. They're all CNN contributors. They accidentally wiped their cell phone data. So. Can't say that I was about to say something you can't say at VC. Blank you government for going after Carlos de Oliveira. What we can definitely say, I'm not even going to say that I'm not going to say it. I'm not you guys know what I'm saying, but I'm not saying it, but I'm definitely saying, but I'm not saying these are bad people. When you when you go after the rank and file, the ordinary class, the muscular class, they're making a Soviet show trial example. They want you to be fearful that anybody in Trump's orbit, anybody that is supportive. And by the way, it continues from the Michigan electors to the indictments of the We Build the Wall folks of going after Steve Bannon, top down, bottom up, go after Trump, go after the ordinary man, take scalps. It's not enough just to get the mascot. You must get the ordinary folk because Carlos de Oliveira will receive zero sympathy from the Department of Justice unless he sings. Unless Carlos de Oliveira's memory sharpens to such a great extent where he all of a sudden says Donald Trump was saying repeatedly how he wanted footage to go away in time. Then all of a sudden, Carlos de Oliveira will get a plea deal and will not serve prison time. But if Carlos de Oliveira fights the charges, they're going to crush this guy's life. I will personally donate to his legal fund. I will personally donate to the Michigan elector legal fund. And I have so many takeaways with this. And I have to be very honest with you. I'd be very transparent with you. The bad guys are winning. You know why? When I was prepping the show, I'm desensitized to this crap. I'm desensitized to this. I'm not proud of that. I'm not saying it's a good thing. But even I am kind of like, oh, another indictment. Here we go. Man, that is so bad that they have been able to move the Overton window that significantly where we kind of just say, oh, there's another one. I guess you're indicting the opposition leader, the political candidate who could displace the regime. What's on Netflix? Do you know the average American spends about 20 years in retirement? That's a long time to live without a steady income. And we want to make sure you enjoy every moment of it and don't outlive your money. Retirement is about more than just investments. It's about living your best life. Let's not retire. Let's pivot. My friends at Pax Financial, who I use for my wealth management future, develop a course for the sole purpose of helping you pivot. If you want your own free guide to pivoting into the new chapter of life with purpose, visit paxfg.com slash Charlie. That is paxfg.com slash Charlie, paxfg.com slash Charlie. Okay, I have several points I want to make. We have only a couple moments here before we welcome Julie Kelly. So number one, I have to catch myself and I think you do too. The left, again, if you understand Hegelian dialectic and the perpetual revolution, look how much they've moved the Overton window. A year ago, approximately, they raided Mar-a-Lago. Now there's indictments all over the place and people yawn and roll their eyes. For 250 years, no former president had ever been indicted. Not Bill Clinton for flying on private jets underage girls, not war crimes, not anything. But now we just kind of roll our eyes and I am guilty of this. I'm getting too used to it. That's how tricky these people are. Do not allow yourself to act as if this is normal. This is absolutely not normal. Nothing about this is normal. Nothing about this is ordinary. Nothing about this is acceptable. I have to go through the daily disciplines of reminding myself and basically going through a cold shower moment where you're like, oh my gosh, this is the death of the country. A slow motion demise of our nation. They're just going slow and slow and slow. Mark Levin says, in 250 years, no former president has ever been indicted. Not even one count. Now Democrats and their hack prosecutors have thrown open the door. Every imaginable so-called crime could be thought of to use to bring charges. I'll be honest, a majority of Republicans I talk to now are kind of like, eh, what's another one? What's another one? The left is winning. The left is winning, everybody, if that is our attitude. And I find myself just as guilty as most others on this. Nothing about this can be normalized.

We have and will continue to have that economic strength to give people the cash they need to get through this energy crisis that has been caused by Putin's vicious war. And I know that Liz trust and this compassionate conservative government will do everything we can to get people through this crisis. Prime minister Boris Johnson spoke from 10 Downing Street today, sources tell us Liz truss is drafted a plan worth 130 billion pounds to avert a massive spike in energy bills. Thank you in the U.S. care and a federal judge has granted former president Trump's request for a third party known as a special master to review records seized by the FBI at his Mar-a-Lago home. Former assistant U.S. attorney Jeff Robbins says this means a significant delay for the DoJ's investigation. That special master that individual is going to have to take a very long time reviewing documents and essentially doing what the Department of Justice has already done, making its own report to the federal court and then we may be in a dickensian kind of a situation where litigation is spawned, which will keep this investigation on ice. The former federal prosecutor Jeff Robbins says the judge in the case was appointed by former president Trump. On to the economy now in Nathan, we were watching a few economic ratings this week, including the ISM service industry index today, the fed's beige book tomorrow, and jobless claims Thursday. "How are we going to survive? Let's get to NBC radio National correspondent Mike Power to find out You know what's that? What's in store for us without a trump? Well, and I guess in New York, you'd be able to move around a little bit better because they're going to start to get the security released around the Trump tower there and and things are going to shift and change. But, yeah, you're going to see President Trump making his way off with what he's hoping is going to be a military style. Send off from joint base. Andrews complete with a military band Red carpet walk, flanked by troops possible flyover by Air Force fighter jets. According to what we're hearing White House reporters, saying that Trump's plans may include plotting revenge against Republicans who supported his impeachment and possibly a brand new party that I think he at least according to some reports. They're pointing to registering something on Twitter for the Patriot Party, and whether or not that's something president Trump will be moving towards eyes a question here. But beginning today, he's just hours before Biden supposed to swear in and technically movin down Pennsylvania Avenue, President Trump will be leaving to go to what is believed at this point in time, our Lago he definitely, according to the one listing on his schedule. Today, he and the first lady are leaving for West Palm Beach, Florida, So that would be an indication that that's where he's headed towards. But from there, there's gonna be a big question as to whether or not he can stay at Mar a Lago and for how long because there have been people talking. Out how in agreement going back to 1993 the president Trump made with the town. It turned Mar a lago from a home into a private club and that unless as a member, you're only allowed to stay there for 21 days of the time, so there's all kinds of questions as to whether or not he's going to be able to stay there long term, how he'll be able to do that, And then from there did he turn his attention to television. That's one thing that he's been talking about is having his own media network on some level this while he's coming up with what his defense will be for his Like an impeachment trial in the Senate, and if he is going to be able to pull together what he's calling this new party, this Patriot Party, which I have done a little research on and joke. Interestingly enough, there was a Patriot Party formed back in the 19 sixties that lasted all the way through the eighties, when an American Socialist Party was running. They were part of these Social, the Socialist Party as well as the Rainbow Coalition, and it was formed. After the United Front against Fascism. In other words, something today you might refer to as an antifa type group is what started off the Patriot Party back in the sixties. So President Trump may be trying to take that over and create a whole new party to show GOP members. They shouldn't go against the guy that was president when they came down to what happened two weeks ago in Washington, D. C. All right, thank you. Mike, NBC radio national.
