"Of. Things just blowing up at the end of the season because you're. He Lou Romano out of the. Closer. Maybe as bad outing. Giles there. He blows the Save, and then it's like, why don't you just leave? Romano just leave well, enough on. Yeah exactly. Exactly. It's not I. Don't envy managers having to figure that out because like you said Giles didn't lose the job he simply got hurt. And he's working. It's way back. Guarantee that'll be back on the timetable early to mid September that's. mid-september that's still plenty of time for Amano. To collect a bunch of saves their quality team to they are going to have opportunities I. Think he's still the Guy Roster get rid of Anthony Bass yet though I would I would still maintain my anthony. Anthony Bass shares and just. Ride. It out and see where we go from there. Let's move away from 'cause. There's a little bit here. Talk about a couple other factors while we wrap up in Anderson debuted yesterday for the braves. Pitching prospect. One of their more heralded ones we ranked him third on our list here. On, the braves list, Eric Long them there as a fifty five with a fifty grade fastball fifty curveball fifty, five changing you love to see three bids fifty or better, and the change of being the best of the bunch that was on display yesterday it was really getting a lot of swings and misses now he was taken on a decimated. Yankees lineup, but it was it was the B squad. You know in a doubleheader, you usually see one of the lineups that isn't as good as the other. This happened to be the first one time. It's the second game. Where they kind of secondary players come in and all that it happened to be the first game here and I don't want to denigrate what what Anderson did, but it has to be put into the proper context that it wasn't the full scale. Yankees. Still he crushed it goes six one hit innings one run it was a luke void homer because he's an awesome stood to walk six strikeouts. You still had Voi- shallows quality. Hitter I know he's not playing well, but Gary Sanchez mytalk meant but that's that's about it. You Know Stanton's on the I, L. Judge was a back debuted in the second game. But where do you come out on Ian Anderson's debut here when he throws six strong against the Yankees Squad and flashes that brilliant change up he's somebody that you think can stabilize their rotation of it because they've dealt with injuries left and right in Atlanta. I think just because it's only. Another month there is possible. Young Guy who? Can stabilize pitching staff because you know if it was over a longer period two or three months I, look at Aleki Anderson and go he's going to have some ups and downs. He's GonNa have games were really bad. He's going to have games where he dominates. And I could still be the. Case. But there's a better chance that he can keep this up for three, four, five starts. And it's it's really hard to predict because really we get sick to get to. All these guys in the minors itching every every every five days and I think you get A. Sense hitter temperature's relievers stars when it's time when the you got these guys are just. They're just a too good for AAA any this they've earned the shot and they come up and I think the teams are really careful about bringing. The top prospects at a time where. We're pretty sure this guy is gonna stay because he's doing all the right things. We don't think it's fluky. You don't WanNa, send them back and forth and I think I think it's hard to get a get a feel for it. Now 'cause they're not no I guess the team could still get a decent field because he's been throwing editors and they've been playing these. Games of the alternate side. but it's harder to get an idea. Ready. To. Z. is year is here for good does he could just New. Terrible. In the next start and then they're gonNA give them another start because they don't have anybody else can keep. You starts to Robbie early. Just Hammond. Yeah. It's crazy how? quickly, a a tease rotation depth can be just decimated by. Injuries and because you can't I think the same thing with with Toronto. They stack the rotation with veteran guys it now have have have attracted throwing a hundred fifty hundred sixteen is okay. So even you know. Nate Pearson. Isn't GonNa be on the opening day roster we don't have to Russian is we got all these other guys that have no they're not. They're good mid rotation aback rotation guys they're steady. Reliable and then you start slowly mixing in the young guys once they with the ready. and. So we look at the braves had a couple years ago. Wow they have so many pitching prospects. And none of them worked out and you finally get. Out. ZANDER's some of the younger guys and but you might as well give them. Shock is none of the other guys that working out and unfortunately for them it worked out so far. But I think based on his talent. That's not a surprise that he pits well, I think it's more of. Is He really ready to do this every single time because. The biggest factor for major league players. For for a week. The. Next step is, can you do this over over two months or three months and how do they adjust when the league justice because there's going to be an adjustment period? Right they're going to get the book on You. You'RE GONNA have that I rough start. How do you counter that same on the hitter end you know you can have those those four games where you go like. You get one hit across four or five games. How do you adjust back and so we'll see that the interesting part here that you mentioned this could basically run out before that happens to Anderson. He could. He could get to the finish line here with five six starts of quality work before they really figure it out and hey, we're already in. The playoffs, he did it. So he's definitely the kind of guy who has that capability he is legitimate prospect, and so I'm eager to see where he goes from here because he was he was passed over a bit with the cow right getting an opportunity about this year and last last year Bryce, Wilson God opportunity they were just kind of look at. Sean new comeback into the notation and finally they were just laughed it's like hey. They had to they had to finally give Anderson and opportunity. He meets the challenge on the first start. We'll see where it goes from here, but I'm eager to kind of followed this. This trajectory. I. Mentioned Aaron Judge Was Not in that lineup he was in the game to lineup but then left, he left his first game back with calf tightness now I wonder. How much of your eraser resourcing is automated Or how much of it is you have to do it manually but could you write a macro that you just press like control? H. and it automatically takes Aaron judge out of the lineup because he has to leave the lineup every single day it seems like. I mean to make light of his injuries 'cause it really sucks. He's one of the brightest players in the game as far as talent in watching him play. But my guy cannot stay healthy and it's an absolute bomber. Where do we go from here with Aaron judge you know because he's not young either he's not the old but when when you think of a guy who won rookie of the year so recently you're like, oh, he's you know he's an up and comer now he was a late bloomer. So He's already twenty eight is just GonNa be what we deal with where he's not going to be a guy who can play even a buck fifty let alone. Anywhere close to one, sixty, two I mean is he is he on one Thirty, five, one, forty, two games, a year type guy just because of the health concerns. Yeah I think he's such a young age. If you look at Stanton's to fear we, we had gone already gotten to this point five years ago where you go this guy has never gonna stay healthy. Then of course, he gets out, you know what you see him healthy for. A couple years they had to backtrack super healthy ears. Yeah. Contractor and then but now it's back to that again it's just. You know I it's hard to. Make, a preseason projections with with certain guys, certain teams but you know there's guys that you pencil in for ninety eight percent starts Manny Machado. Freeman typically like those kind of guys. Goldschmidt that no, they're always going to be in there. They.
