"When i do it's four important things One thing that we found in discussions with people is that experience for the user the consumer is episodic but at every single institution that issues these forms to be filled out. There's a poor person sitting there gathering documents and then reading those dot than typing into salesforce and then like typing into their banking system is just a painful experience for them. And the bottleneck is really this person having to do all this manual tedious work. And so that's when we thought. Hey we have an idea here. We think it's pretty good. I think there's an opportunity and people pay for it. This episode is brought to you by restrict content pro. That's how i built dot it slash our. Cpi pete thanks to restrict content pro for supporting the show. And now let's get back to it. It's funny that you mentioned the The fundraising part. Because i've always. I not that i have ever had ninety that i felt i needed to go. Fundraise but I've always like i've always wondered. I would look for vc funding but this this interaction major major business better. I think i think that A of people probably don't realize that you haven't invested and they kind of become a partner who are literally invested in the success of the business. Yeah also you know. San francisco's and expensive place to live so happens. Yeah yeah for sure you know. It's it's different. I'm on the on the east coast. My wife is gainfully employed as a nurse in we do have two kids and things are going well. But i i've never i've never felt like man. I need to get like a lot of money really fast to make sure i survive So so this so this is interesting. You you look at a few ideas. But it was a convergence of ben working on something you going through the pain of a mortgage and i totally get where you're coming from. What the security stuff like anytime. I have to send sensitive information. I always password. Protect it. And then i have to like give the person sending a clue without putting the password in the email. Yeah and it's just like it's a weird dance. All of those games you play as a kindergartener where you you try to teach deductive reasoning right and transfer this information to the other party. Yeah totally Who knew yeah and then the other parties probably like this guy such a pain in the neck all my other. I asked one of my contractors for a w. nine former whatever and he just sent it to me his social security number at all like in the email and i didn't. I don't want to lecture people. Were doing me favors. But don't you shouldn't do that. Yeah totally that is. Not that is not proper security etiquette. Yeah so so. Let's get to the title question before we kind of get into The if if i want to start digitizing or automating process How did you build and envelope. Like what did it look. Like if i did people send you documents and you scan them or whatever or were you building a better process. Yeah One of the key insights we had for en ville is that the processes that exist today are not necessarily bad. I think people like to talk about the bureaucracy and how bad the processes and how terrible it is but the processes were established To oftentimes to guard against something right guard against data errors guard against Having random data that you didn't have to have a person reconcile And so i would say the the process itself oftentimes for paperwork is necessarily bad. There's always room for improvement. I think the big challenge with this is really the underlying technology that is paper that is. Pdf's is antiquated and there's better ways better technology today in. how do you take that process. An adapted to use the new technology. So that was one of our key insights Win when we built en ville we were very keen on making it extremely easy for somebody to take their existing paper process. How they do things today. The steps that they have today and oftentimes they don't even have control over that. Just government forms a small business like yourself. You can't tell the government. I'm not feeling out w right. No no no you have to fill out my version of w nine right now. So a lotta times. There's there there's no control over it. So what apple does is we make it extremely easy for you to take your existing process and replicated online in a sense but instead of sending around pdf's and paper forms you're sending out modern web forums. You know modern modern forms with you know. Google location services built in validation building. All of the things that.

"Those fantastic companies later on in the episode right now. I want to introduce our guest. His name is mangan. He is the ceo and founder of and bill and he reached out and wants to talk about automation and gave. What i think was one of the best responses to like my canned kind of prescreened questions. specifically Mango before i let you talk. I you mentioned like digitizing mortgage papers. And i bought a house a little over a year ago and i just remember the insane fourth with all the pdf's and stuff like that so i'm excited to dive into that But before we do. I do want to welcome mango-eating from end. Bill how are you. i'm doing well. Thanks joe for having me on the show. Thanks so much for coming on the show. Now your company en ville is essentially a. I don't want just call it. Like a digitizing service but you You kind of but that's kind of what you do right you take paper processes and then you turn them into digital processes. Is that right. Yeah i mean. I think that's a very good high-level description of all be do one of the things that we noticed and you alluded to this which is with mortgages is that the way information is gathered today especially for kind of very important life events or very important services is pretty broken. It's not digital. i. It's not remote i and that's what an age solve as to make it more modern and more digital i. Yeah and i mean so. I mean i've been in technology since i was like twelve Like i fixed people's computers and then like made mix cds and stuff like that so the fact that like anything is not digital. Kills me But this this particular thing i feel has been accelerated of a little bit more since let's say march of two thousand twenty or february of twenty twenty But you got you guys have been around before that. Yeah that's correct. We were around Before that we started in two teen There were honestly a lot of ideas. At my co-founder an i explored before. Finally settling on this idea but we we had set out set thinking we want we want to create something together and then we kind of you know survey the market to try to figure out. What was the right thing developed. Gotcha gotcha end So you and your partner. What what are your background were. Were you intact before this a resume business for this. Yeah both of us have been in tech for the majority of our career ben. Ogle my co-founder. He is a cto. I also have a technical background. But he's much more technical than i am so he he's the cto the ceo And we both have been working in start ups and also high growth companies for the past decade decade and a half i previously worked at dropbox flex flexible and ben had gone through y c Which has company was acquired by get hub and he also worked at admiral. So we're really pretty steeped in the technology industry here in san francisco But yeah most of our experience. Our all of our experience has been in technology awesome. And so you mentioned that you are in san francisco in the members only episode like to talk a little bit about that the effects of kind of the pandemic on the tech industry in san francisco. That's very interesting to me so If you are a member you'll catch that part of the conversation over if you're not you can sign up over a build. Something dot club Oh and we didn't talk about this beforehand so obviously you know if If there are things you don't want to say you know it's I don't wanna put you on the spot or anything like that. But i'm just generally interested in that sort of thing and the greater moves to remote work. Which i suspect en ville helps a lot with right so The first question around this is you mentioned that you and Ben ben right. Yes i like just had a moment where i forgot where you in band hard name right between the two of us you and ben wanted to start a company together And looked at a few ideas so what. What was the research process like. What made you settle on on and bill. Yeah so like many technologists many startup people. We both had a lot of ideas. and we started by writing them down and sharing them. Ben and i actually met at the gym of all places where we rock. Climb together well and so. If if anybody's a rock climber you know. There's a lot of downtime in between routes and so there's a lot of conversation happening is very social in that sense. And so that was where a lot of our discussion happened You know once we both were kind of in a position to look for something new kind of what we wanna to do next. We started really digging into ideas in the first thing we did was take our ideas and go out and ask people questions asked them. If they thought it was useful they would pay for it And the idea for an ville is was really kind of a combination combination of a lot of things. Ben had been working on this online web form for lead gathering It's this little tool that he created for. I believe wordpress in stuff. Like that. And i was actually in the process of buying a house up in seattle and my my wife and i we do investment properties and this was not my first time getting a mortgage. But i don't know maybe it's like a third time around you're like why is this so broken. Finally the pain settles in. You know you're like oh man. This is so terrible. I'm sending my social security number in account numbers over and i've tried to get them to use my dropbox link or some other thing and the just won't bend And i want a good rate. So yeah i'm kind of at this. Impasse where okay. While i guess. I will sacrifice my beliefs around security and what i know is good security and just trying to get this done because it's so painful So that was kind of how we got idea But we really came at it from a consumer perspective as consumer. This is really painful. And when we went to go fundraise we had a very insightful question from our one of our current investors at menlo. She asked us. How do you make this big. If form-filling is episodic episodic for people that are filling out forms every day..

Myanmar faces more protests after U.N. envoy urges action
"Protests continue across Myanmar more than a month after the military took control there. The military has responded to those protests with tear gas, rubber bullets, stun grenades and live bullets more than 50 people have died. Reuters reports that protesters have begun to string up women's clothing on lines across the streets to try to slow down police and soldiers. Security forces have arrested more than 1000 people. Including man Marsh, civilian leader on some sushi she has had to trial appearances. Both have been closed to the public and Attorney has not been able to meet with her since her arrest. That attorney is Ken Mang Jaw. He joins us now from Myanmar. Thanks so much for being with us. Yes, Yes. Thanks. How do you represent a client that you haven't been able to meet with? It's a must that I have to meet with her because we're doing that client and the lawyer. There must be a private meeting to give constructions like this. If the intensity my clan doesn't have that chance, there will be injustice. What do you make of the charges? Because I read them through. And they seem to boil down to the fact that she had six walkie talkies. Yes, we'll lose six walkie doggies found in our residents when the police raided there she was charged for illegally in boarding those six countries. And this again charge is for breaching the instructions on the communications concerning with those six walkie talkies. Why is it against the law to use the walkie talkie in Myanmar? This new specific regulations about rocky doggies? But if someone use and Elektronik applies is that bus and must apply for that instrument? As I'm sure I don't have to tell you on some sushi has been under a lot of criticism, of course in the West and at home because of her silence on the massacre of the Rohingya people. How is she viewed in Myanmar today? At this moment, she is the victim off the middle. She use a vision off power. That's why I have to stand for her. And moved off the people in a country stand for her. I understand. You served nine years in prison under the previous military regime. Yes. May I ask, sir? Do you feel safe now? I don't feel safe. But it's my duty to stand for dogs and city and also for the students and demonstrators that has bean put on trial representing for them. Yeah. Do you believe that Anson Souci can receive a fair trial? On Santa Jesus. No chance Fed fire. He cannot get legal assistance hey, is now kept in communicator. He can not get open trial. But as a lawyer I have to trust that judicially so I am hoping for the best, but I prepare for the worst. And the worst would be more violence. Maybe maybe Do you think the trial will bring more people out in public to protest in the military will crack down again. There's a possibility for this. What would you like people in the United States to know. Today the United States is in the full friend off liberty and democracy. Then government of the United States, together with its people help and assist in always, it means to regain our democratic ways and it was elected the government. In Monk's are is the attorney representing Myanmar civilian leader Ahn sang sushi or trial is scheduled to resume March 15 Qinglong, Joe. Thanks very much for being with us.

Nurses, doctors feel strain as virus races through Arizona
"Well, it's a well known now nurses and doctors and everybody's feeling the strain as Thie Corona virus races through the state of Arizona. We got crowded hospitals, exhausted nurses, bodies piling up in morgues. It was a faraway concept when we started hearing about that, in New York and northern Italy and other distant places, will now after three months of anxiously waiting and preparing Arizona nurses and doctors are on the front lines of the Corona virus. As it rips through the state, making it Right here where we're at one of the world's hot spots. That's not a good distinction, either. And so we've asked A researcher physician author to Join US. Dr Cast I groom is joining us. He is a nutritional physician author of 24 books on health and wellness. Some of the titles include respiratory Solution, Natural Cures to Killer Germs, How to Eat Right and Live Longer. The cure is in the covered just to name a few. And I'm excited to have you back on the program today because we've got some exciting news about a study that he was involved in. That just came out that is showing some very important promise. And with that, let us welcome back to the program. Dr. CASS, I groom. Welcome to the program again. Hi. Great timing, I guess for the state and for all your Your loving and desirous listeners We've can We have some breaking news for them and let's get right into that. The's the wild spice oil therapy preventing Cova 19 case transmission in 50 healthcare words phenomenal. Take it from there. Well, we have Dunn the study before on active cases of covert, But this was the concern was the physical therapists and the nurses who did not get it and did not want to get it, but yet are on the front line in Chicago. So what we did Wass We did some novelty things. We've recommended the Sinus oregano spray, which is clothed but oil, regular oil Bailey oil, and I think sage oil It's in a sailing base, but they would inject that directly up each nostril several times a day, You know, because they've got all the P P E on by the way on the shields as well. Right, But you can't. You can't viruses. They're so small or whatever these passages have been a bacteria easily. It could slip through the cracks, you know? And they also used another novelty, which was a wild oregano Bailey spray, which is extremely virus idol, extremely bacteria, Seidel and that is my saliva spray that they would, they would missed over there pp. Either math or plexiglass shield their chest. And they would inhale that also buy and the second thing they did with it. If they got a scratchy throat or a dry cough, which are passed eggnog Mang of Na ge Catholic magmatic of this disease, they would spray the back of their throat multiple times. So they're getting direct contact in the mice allies form that's direct absorption through the membranes, and there's no way these passages could survive. With those kinds of spices. An immediate immediate absorption through the milk goes up. Uh, so I'm not taking any chances at all with these practitioner with these health, health care workers. The third thing they did was there was there's a novel supplement with oregano, cumin on DH, sage and cinnamon oils, and that's called a rigorous You and I are fans of that They actually took that product by mouth. Twice a day. Most of them. But the biggest thing was the Sinus spray and the use of Ah sterilizing missed. Kind of opposite of what we do. We take our things. We take our vitamins C. We take our regular They did it differently. 50 health care workers did not get sick, and some of them were Permanently exposed to covert 19 and tested negative because of this protective gear. We gave them right. And you know that some of the thing I've been reading about, you know, just even with the protective gear. Weatherby. The mask shield. Whatever. Just being around somebody is somebody talking to you. You can get into your system pretty quickly. 100 model you know, 100 different Viruses. And then, of course, a cough. Even Maura, I think it goes up to 500 then up over 1000 of somebody sneezes in that same area. The amount of viral load is just exponential at that point in time, and course the health care workers have the greatest exposure, as you well know is everybody recognizes the greatest exposure because they're around sick people all day every day and are in the trenches trying to help people out. We need to do something to protect them and at the same time This is a beautiful thing learning about it. We can protect the general

Yes so I was actually traveling with my boyfriend. Slash unofficial photographer Jonathan. We put our apartment up for after wrench for the majority of spring. He took a hiatus from works to finish his master's program. I'm a travel writer editor for my work. So we were basically had no plans and we're just kind of bopping around and and seeing where felt right so we were actually in India. We are in Delhi win. I The Danish borders were shutting in mere hours. Of course Jonathan could get back but his girlfriend's in American could not that came right before at the American borders shots and I could get back. Jonathan could not so with with literally five hours at in India to choose. We found a cheap flight from Delhi to Bangkok. And we said you know what will be together. This is. There's Kobe it can't destroy a beautiful weather and Delicious Pad Thai at we will will take easy here and just see what comes next. Your tribal rod is not a lot of commissioning going on. So what have you been doing? Well I'm the kind of person that always needs to keep myself busy. And just in order to stay sane also because I really do love what I do. So as a travel writer and editor. I've pivoted a lot of my messages to stay home but in the future blank blank would be the optimal you know post pandemic vacation so I helped launch L. A. Style magazines travel sector which has been a lot of learning. Seo on the back end and kind of looking for new talent new writers at the same time I also am the executive producer. A PBS show so public television show that's streaming across all the United States. It's funny I don't even have a TV here in my bungalow. But I'm getting all of these pictures of friends who are saying. Hey live is not your shown that I see when I turn on the television. So yes it is hand. It's been a lot of fun. You kind of show people that the idea of friendship connection when travelling which is what the message of fly brother. The show is about Still remains true even during a global worldwide pandemic so it in fact it's been it's been more meaningful than ever because it just shows us the importance of the people that we meet when we travel not just the place as a little bit of a pivot from my normal everyday because those things are are a little bit in line with you know my career and might suggest. I've met a really wonderful group of experts from all over the world theory We joke that were a bit of United Nations of of Thailand at and we of course in in a socially distant manner have this rocketed to really help the street dogs and the elephants year in in crabby because at the street dogs really rely on the scraps of the hotels and the restaurants tourist just leaving McDonald's hamburger in a garbage near the beach but with legitimately notorious. These dogs are are starving and in Near Jack. So what we do. Is We go on our on our motorbikes early in the mornings I'm we collect food. We have you know a donation site available or use our own funds And then we have about eighty five street dogs in different packs that we ride our bikes to which is a new phenomenon for me. Because I've I've never been exactly the most graceful human being so Doing that on a motorbike is is definitely stepping out of comfort zone. I never had thought really how much a pandemic would affect you know with this chain of events how it would affect the animals and in turn affects the humans because now a lot of times people like culturally are are more frightened of the street dogs but if the dogs aren't having to you know come up in bag and really show their show their strength in order to just survive if they can be fed and we feed them food. We feed them vitamins. We've gotten We've taken some to the vets just to make sure they're all right you know they're manged there for Then everyone kind of lives in harmony so that people generally have been very very open and welcoming to to the group of ex stats riding around in helping the the dogs.

Canada's ambassador to China retracts controversial remarks on Huawei case
"Now to get the latest on the case of men win ju the who way ex executive who's currently being held in Vancouver. Awaiting the result of an extradition request by the US, while miss men sits in ponders her future cases caused a row between Canada's ambassador to China and the prime minister Justin Trudeau Tomas. What's happened? Well to sort of a long story short Emma Mangone Zhou was arrested in Vancouver on the first of December. And she's sort of put Canada if you like kind of at the center of the ongoing standoff between the United States and Canada, the US wants extradited to stand trial in the US for allegedly breaching it sanctions with Iran. Now, the reason this is a difficult position for Canada is that it has just come out to the very rancorous process of renegotiating NAFTA treaty which really saw US Canada relations, which is very historically sort of important one economically undiplomatically sink to its lowest levels for a time. That many can really remember also since Justin Trudeau came into office in two thousand fifteen he's really gone very hard on trying to forge closer relations with China specifically in sort of free trade context this case ridi house puts it in. Very difficult position bit with both parties. Now, what we saw this week for latest chapter of this was that Beijing came out and called directly on the US to withdraw its extradition request for Mang wrong shoe now, I think many commentators here in Canada felt that that was sort of taking the heat off Canada. Also, a slightly in that now is sort of a direct sort of game that it sort of, you know, could sort of step back a little bit in this very delicate diplomatic don's that it was affecting the middleman then step in China's sorry, Canada's ambassador to China, Jon McCullum, he on Wednesday gave this rather extraordinary press conference to exclusively to the Chinese speaking press in Beijing, where he effectively seemed to side with China's sort of calls that he said that he thought that monks. You had a very strong case in fate in fighting this extradition request this caused a huge flurry. Of commentary and kind of diplomatic Pammy, greedy in Canada. Because it wasn't clear whether he was acting on a request from Ottawa or whether he was affectively going rogue now the leader of opposition here in Canada. He came out very forcefully and said, well, if I was prime minister, I would suck John McCollum on the spot. Prime minister Justin Trudeau sort of pooh-poohed that kind of suggestion tried to quell it. However, John McCollum the ambassador to China did eventually apologize for his remarks saying there were slightly miscalculated. But all this comes in the context of a very Phibro environment. And we do of course, have a Canadian citizen. Robert John Schellenberg who is facing the death penalty in China, which also is kind of brought out in the context of this while way extradition request. So really it couldn't be a more fraught diplomatic situation here, the only got more. So this week thanks to candidate is on Basseterre in Beijing. Is this an astonishing esscalation, isn't it now milk con-? But we we've heard all that to inferring internally between the Canadian ambassador and the Canadian Prime Minister. But was Thomas just mentioned this becomes an issue of whether it's all right to travel freely. The Canadians of offered have warned their residents that if they go to China, they could be subject, what was described as arbitrary detainment. It really does suddenly start to change the way that people can move around the world, doesn't it? Yes. Canada sits very highly up on the suit of possible freedom index, and I think that's embedded. It's expected part of the culture of being Canadian that you move around the world Freeland same in Europe. I think. Yeah. Canadian nationals would be very upset to fund themselves detained or questioned that policy withheld to be spied on. So of course, this is. Yeah, it's it's it's an it's a very pressing matter. It's it's a it's a real worry as well. If you something like at a journalist, I mean, the the people have been arrested and held in China at the moment, the Canadians one of them is is a diplomat the page. I know of at least one person who's been warned the next time. They go in a professional capacity to Hong Kong the last sprinkling of western western culture in in in China. They've been told in the next couple of weeks. They will be having the phone tap.
‘Good Arguments’? Canadian Ambassador Criticized Over Huawei Remarks

The case that has Canada caught in the middle between China and the United States took a turn Wednesday. With remarks from Canada's ambassador to China ambassador. And what can we do about the takeover of the neighborhoods? You really those? Yeah. Yeah. And you can just look at. Our Facebook comments home when someone calls. I mean, honestly, it's by staff that we'd politely we represent everyone, regardless of their political viewpoints. And we don't believe there's an active takeover going on. But beyond that, we we tell all our staff, you know, just you know, respect everyone's opinion, we write it down. So yeah, we get everything congresswoman Mang was born in elmhurst corona today. It is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in queens. But in nineteen sixty it was ninety eight percent white the of long term residents at the changes in their neighborhood and the rest of the country were embodied by one of the boroughs most famous fictional residents. Archie bunker, the bombastic blue collar patriarch of the sitcom all in the family. You don't own about lady liberty stand hop to watch on high screaming out the wall. A while me a poor. You're dead beach. Your filthy. That's what. Let me regional tension. I don't want to say, it's it's you know in any serious. Shape reform locally. But but there is and it's part of our responsibility to try to bring people together. I think even when I first ran for congress. Actually, I remember at one of my debates, and this was one of those debates where you have like twenty different candidates from three different races, not super deepen substantive one and a half minute tops and afterwards. Someone ran up to me and tears in her eyes said that she was so proud of me, and that she was so glad that she came to meet me, and I was so eloquent. And I was really they said, oh, I'm surprised I really didn't see that much today. And she said, I didn't know you spoke English. So this isn't in Glendale, Ridgewood, queens. So that is one sort of funny example, but one example of how people view a lot of their neighbors like me and still think of them as foreigners not truly American. You know, I'm not someone that people thought of as someone who would look like they're congressperson even in my head. I realized quickly your first inclination is let's talk about what we have in common with each other. So you'll like me and you want to vote for me. But oftentimes, I realize like our backgrounds might not have much in common. And so I quickly came to the conclusion that I was just gonna tell my life story about how I was brought up what my family's like and then realize in in a different way that people even though they had different backgrounds for me were able to find common themes with our lives and try to Bill. Ridges like that. And that's it's a constant struggle for the different communities of we have many differing viewpoints in the district. But we keep trying food is always a big draw here. They might not know queens. There who made dumplings there..

Canada, Justin Trudeau And Beijing discussed on Monocle 24: Midori House
"Let's look now at Canada, which has been presented with a possible diplomatic pickle by the diligence of its police Mang run jail chief financial officer of mobile fund, coons Phob mobile phone concern who runs this way and daughter of the company's founder walls detained at Vancouver airport on Saturday on an extradition request issued by the United States who want to word on charges as yet unknown. Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has today insisted that his government had no involvement in the arrest though. It's difficult to imagine Beijing replying along the lines of. Well, that's okay. Then Thomas in Toronto. How big thing has this been in Canada? She was arrested on Saturday. The story came out on Wednesday. It's been a huge story here. I'm in Canada wa way has been at the center of a lot of media coverage here for some time. Now. In terms of its ambitions and nefarious or otherwise, frankly about what's it kind of once from having this kind of big presence logically and economically in Canada. I think the relationship between China and Canada has also been a raw the big topic for Justin Trudeau for some time as well. He has risen tire premiership pretty much being trying to forge a trade deal directly with Beijing, which is hit several hurdles from Beijing sites. So this whole recent stories the arrest on Saturday, as you say is really a pretty complicated situation for Justin Trudeau it was revealed yesterday in a press conference that he was made aware that this arrest is imminent. I'm he has been forced to to make pretty clear. However, there was no political involvement from Canada in anything to do with. We are of course, looking at the US Canada relationship in a kind of new. Era phebus. Well, we saw G twenty summit Aries recently, the signing of the the new NAFTA trade deal, and that was such a fraught process that it really did sort of take US Canada relations to something of the brink as well. So there's really a lot at play here. And the Canadian media is doing his best. I think it's fair to say to try and pick as unpick any of those as many as those strands as possible Thomas, do you think Beijing or does it seem like Beijing is going to be much mollified? Boy, Justin Trudeau's Ernest invocations of the separation between the executive and the judiciary. I don't think. So actually, I think, you know, Beijing, of course, I think you're seeing this as a as a fight with the US predominantly, and whether it wants to characterize Canada's involvement in this is kind of being a bit the puppet as opposed in some ways to the US demands, given the fight between the US and China is so. Cute right now, I think that will do no favours Canada. Really if it wants to pursue a closer relationship in terms of trade, given the especially we're looking at economic forecast for Canada. And it's expected to slows the national economy in the year to come at the moment. It is the second fastest growing economy in the g seven, but it's been hit pretty hard by I'm oil prices and ongoing economic insurgency in outburts, which is the oil and gas straighter are producing heartland here in Canada.

We went and had her arrested. Now, you know, what's interesting. You've heard a lot of these phones where they talk about. They're not secure there's potential spying that can take place and even on military installations, there was concerns about why phones. The reason why she was arrested though was because the company violated American trade controls and exported the technology in the phones to Cuba, Iran, Sudan and Syria. That way phone working for you. That's working just great. Just everything we talk about goes right to Beijing. You know, just keep that in mind. That's great. Because I I can't even make
