"Started with am designing a range of statement necklaces because i always wool and everyone kind of new mean officers while for being quite loud with my know my accessory is always kind of been not notice from fashion and it was. What's the one thing that i absolutely adore not i'm constantly using Looks and my outfits and it was you know statement necklaces and jewellery. That's the thing you can keep switching without having to constantly change outfits So i designed a range of necklaces. Think it was a couple of them. In and i'd at launched delilah stressing rooms in the second of instagram. Paid can have a website. And i built it all myself all from scratch so this is twenty fifteen and my luckily had said that the tech guys at work like helped me do a bit of. It was good that i was kind of in the technology industry at this point because i had help from people too and they were great to be honest So i did this as a side thing to start with. And so i was working on outside of manama workouts but then i found myself thinking about twenty four seven on it was pretty much just taking over my entire brainpower. I was no longer focusing on anything else. So i then made the decision da. It was time to to take the jump on. I said to my husband. Look i might not make any money. Or i don't know how long so are you sure you're able to backwardness. Should i make this decision. Hit and he was like look. This is what you wanna do. This is what your heart is telling. If this is what's gonna make you happy because then it was a case of a had to put my all into otherwise it wouldn't go anywhere an an. I didn't have a job security to full back onto either. So yeah i did. It took the plunge and it was about three months after that..

"Yes for weekly one season. That's that's right. i've split a done. Our projections Both of us and of course flop into tees. Because that's how i dropped draft. Y t is a look at. What's this group that i'm working with. And where do they sit. And where do i really want from this group and potentially who i can get the lightest in that group is usually who go with yep so even though i put this as the god tear because i think you and i both clearly think these are the top three quarterbacks in the fantasy game this season cianci's although we weren't actually end up didn't it on any of those top three actually those interesting. It was actually really interesting. Four and five with set on. Yeah i'll get to that second. But yeah what one-two-three role will be different on. Patrick mahomes column josh allen our god tear. Patrick mahomes is mineable. Went to call amari my number three. But your number one and josh allen manama to in your number three interesting interesting way. That's kind of worked out there I think patrick mahomes the student number one of the things got the best weapons in the game. And he'll and kelsey. Look at that. And i guy he's a guy that's turned four five. Hasn't johnson fifty touchdowns in four. It's a pretty good precedent to set for what you're able to do so i'll bedroom. Homes is my number one yet Not by a long way. Because josh allen and call mary of showing loss that they Absolutely fantastic quarterbacks as well but talk to me w- one. Why column is the best. And to probably why you weren't actually end up with any of these on your teams look Yeah gonna get dropped a daily at night and so i'm happy to take the chance of the high upside water saver Probably win they're going to get drafted But yeah it's it's the rushing for me that the edges e mail over once he's vice behind psychiatric The the rushing touchdowns rushing yards. And but it's just a still gonna throw the bowl like something like ridiculous isn't what did he have. Last year. he and last year he was doing pretty well until the injury. A three for almost four thousand three five hundred sixty. Tom's basically ran for one hundred. Nineteen yards eleven rushing touchdowns and that so that was lost. Year brought rundown more i j grains dangling around the place. He's going to be good for a few But forget out my hopkins luck. They got a good trio of targets for him. And so i think that is just going to have a really take that extra level. Obviously everyone's gotta stay healthy assuming no injuries but yell just think with the rush is just got more rushing up so i and i think with fantasy obviously is not as good a quarterback asthma himes..

"We were talking about Radan and what raid on Wass and what you need to do to remediate Radan. If your property test higher than a raid on level of four. What do you do? Well, first of all, let's check the contract because what did you ask to be done? Are you taking it as is Have you said I can walk away from the from the contract. If the radion level is elevated, Did you say I would accepted? Did you say if the raid on level is above four that the seller must Do the remediation or that the seller could walk away from it again. A raid on test should not be a reason. Do not move forward with the purchase and my estimation, a raid on test is relatively inexpensive anywhere. Maybe, you know less $100. Maybe $125 For the test, and the remediation can always be done for somewhere around 1000 $1500. Unless you've got Ah, house That's so huge. You need more than one system going on. So for that amount of money, I don't think that's a good reason my advice would be habit remediated not give up the house and And a Radan. Elevation can be remediated, at least in my career. I have never seen an elevated rate on that was not able to be remediated and get down below that 0.4. How do you do that? It's really a pretty Simple. It's a clean system. It's usually done in one day. If there's a sump pump, they put a small fan and there they submerge it. They seal it. They run a pipe that goes from the sump, pump it up above the roof line and outside the house. It's about the size of Of a gutter. I guess that piping that goes and it's done that stays on continuously. 24 7 and you have a YouTube Manama TER. I think that's what they call with the colored liquid in it. If the liquid is even in that U shaped Manama, then the fan is not working if it's unequal. It is working. So that's an easy way. If you happen to have a radar system in place, go check that little colored liquid. Manama TER and see if they are equal. That's one of the places you don't want something equal. It should be unequal again. Any questions that you have about Radan? If you're thinking about whether you should or not do your own research there. Some counties now better requiring Reagan's again, I said. Some people have said it's a hopes. I'm not doing Any raid on testing. What's wrong with raid on Wyatt's important Radan is after smoking the leading cause of lung cancer. But if you don't believe it, or if you do believe that you make the choice, at least know whether you wanna have it done or not, And you can also tested yourselves. There are some kits you can purchase. At the various hardware, big big box stores raid on testing, or you can mail away from them. Do your own testing So again, if there's concern, I'm not telling you. You have to do raid on. I'm telling you, I'm not certainly telling you not to do raid on Get yourself educated. If you are concern, go ahead, get it tested. It's not a big deal. So that's my take on a raid on that. Karen, just just ask about and it's interesting with Karen Karen just a few months ago, started talking about the idea of purchasing a house and I said, Let's start looking, and I'm telling you from a couple of months we look for houses. We saw 45 houses, that's all. And we're able to go to settlement within a very short time afterwards. So it wound up being a wonderfully busy day. We ended in the late in the afternoon. We did a safe take out dinner and the new property and I got a bunch of before photos there. And I would just want to congratulate Karin and s e caressed property on your first purchase. I am so glad that I was A part of that, and we will continue to talk about that house for a long, long time. Always driving to a house and I'm about to List and I was thinking I can't hardly see this house. Why not? Well, if you don't use your front door all the time with the way you've lived in the house, you is not the way you sell a house so Most of us may go into the side door of the house. We may go into a Garage. And if so, you may never use your front door. So I suggested that the seller and myself take a walk around the house, which we did. And I suggested, Is it inviting? Can you even see the house? Look at the walkway. Look at the front door. Look. Att the mailbox. Look at the yard..

"But We try to read good books with our kids but some books we read for find but there are some books that I'm just like no absolutely not we're not gonNA that's just junk and so when my oldest daughter was learning how to read and she was just kinda struggling. She really didn't have much of an interest in reading. She somehow came across the diary of a wimpy kid books and I was like now. These are total junk. You cannot Ri those well. Garrett had actually worked on a couple of the movies he worked on. The diarrhea went. Be Kid movies. She really was like daddy worked on these movies and they really WanNa read. You know this book and so Garrett said you know if it will help her to love reading then let her run with it and read it and the great thing was as those books. I mean there's like I think three sentences on each page and so when she first started reading it she was like I just read the whole book in like three days and she was so proud of resolve any of that needed to done confidence to read and then from then on. She was so excited. You know I mean. She still doesn't love to read but she's a very good reader now and and it was just funny that it took that book that I would have been like no never We're not gonNA read that book. But because she had a personal connection with it she was excited about it and so sometimes we have dumaguete willing to bend a little bit and say okay. Well maybe that will be helpful and it worked. You know daddy knew best so sweet. Yes yes okay. You'll have another another question okay. I'm looking at some Boba. Say my five was pushed too early so had to eat my pride and go on the very basics with him read our daily he loves the and that's the other thing is that captain. I know any know what that's the thing is like. I'M VOIMA. Manama girl mom too and so I should say my five kids. I've got three boys and Ben. Two girls I'd be surprised about some of the books that they haven't because their friends will tell them. It looks when their friends are excited books when they talk about books. It's it's really interesting granted like I draw the line at some books and my oldest is a great. He's an avid reader. CanNot I mean he just finished his madness? Massive English classes like this eight week. Condensed College English class and he cracks me up because the first thing he did is just WanNa of right and I just want to read. I was like okay. That's how he's wired Other kids are not like that but he's the one that I can always go to like. Okay you know like. Is this a book that your brother can read? Who's always my standard. I'm like would you give this to your brother to read. I would to my nice so yeah. It is hard to keep up with that in. That's why resources like Sarah Mckenzie's read aloud survival so good. Such great resource in honey for a child's heart resource and plugged in online which is a focus on the family resource. They do have some books on there. I believe I didn't moving so or it's commonsense meaty media was that when I know he's one of those two they have similar things. Now I WANNA look it up. Okay Yeah So. Those are few resources that we use to the years. Yeah that's awesome. I know also for right now.

"I'm john batchelor this john batchelor show jonathan shanzer foundation for the domestic roberson analyze what news we have from two places in the middle east of great interest for the middle east within these last hours i this brain heretofore a kingdom of great shopping subset of saudi arabia where the american counselors are meeting with era equivalents to talk about a peace plan and economic peace plan for the palestinians and then in israel the significant event certainly not they demonstrations in all of the west bank cities against what is happening in bahrain which is great economic promise and stead a meeting of the national security advisers of the united states russia and israel jonathan a very good evening to you first boss ray this is the economic plan associated with the president's counselor mr. kushner the palestinians rejected it one two three however there are states attending what is to watch for in the results from this meeting this workshop good evening to jonathan good evening i think the story out of rain is the attendance of many representatives of the arab world when one watch the livestream over youtube today was hard not to notice that they were a lot of kaffee is in the audience in other words despite all the warnings issued by the palestinians their rejection of the entire initiative there are those from the arab world who are either taken with the trump administration and bought into the trump administration's view of things or alternatively they have grown tired of the palestinian leadership it could be even a bit of both in this in this case and so it will be interesting to see as this conference develops to see what kind of comments we see from the arab world but i would say that at least for now it doesn't seem to be the failure that the palestinians had hoped it would be they story in the middle east is dominated these days by the surrogate war between riyadh and tehran is that influencing the conversation and manama in bahrain one hundred percent i think that the fact that the trump administration right now is facing down ron in the persian gulf that there was the potential for kinetic conflict that there was in fact some cyber attacks that were launched by the united states and that the war of words continues the sanctions continue i think all of these are seen as positive signs by the sunni arab states they want to support the trump administration to the extent that they're able and i think this does explain the large part their participation in the conference in bahrain and perhaps even their support for the broader green black kushner plan whenever that will be rolled out my memory of early days is two thousand and three when our colleague malcolm hoenlein took me to jerusalem for the first time and then immediately thanks to the idea into the siege of bethlehem and i recall seeing this violence and the palestinians on unrelieved violent and aggressive so much so there were snipers sneaking around dressed as nuns didn't fully golani brigade and then afterwards i was at the hotel deserted hotel in jerusalem and i was given documents that demonstrated the funding for all of this bad acting by the palestinians was flowing from the gulf from saudi arabia jonathan you know this very well but i'm reminding the audience that progress has been made in those sixteen years instead of saudi arabia covertly funding the palestinian violence arafat was still with us and he was supervising the fair in the bethlehem siege of bethlehem that the depredation of the people there the driving out of all the non-palestinian voices instead of that sixteen years ago we have saudi arabia voicing its support for u._s. plan to settle the palestinians i mentioned all this jonathan because that sounds like progress to me no matter what we hear from bahrain sounds like the stories changed about oh one hundred seventy nine degrees i would say that's absolutely correct this is a this is a real moment i would say historically that there are israel he's actually covering the event in bahrain this is the first time that israel is have been allowed into the kingdom again in an open fashion this back at the saudis are having quiet conversations with the israelis and that this is extended to the u._a._e. in it includes egypt and of course jordan these this is a thawing of the arab israeli conflict as we know it it is changing before our eyes and one gets a sense now that the palestinian issue even though it's not forgotten and the arabs that are participating in the manama conference have talked about how the palestinian issue is still an important one to the arab world but i think that there is a shift in the priority that they're beginning to realize that the palestinian issue is not a core national interest any longer it's something that they would like to see solved but their relationship with the united states and yes israel will take on a higher priority now given that they have a ron which is their their real enemy that they must face down in the region and that enemy is getting stronger by the day simultaneously john bolton is meeting with national security advisor of israel to baby netanyahu and the national security adviser of russia to putin and the conversation is about serious certainly but it is also about the larger threat of iran what is to be worked out between the u._s. and moscow because moscow has not in any fashion indicated it will back off from support of the tehran regime well this is the real the elephant in the room this is what they're going to be discussing and i think there's one let's call the tactical issue that they could be able to work out and that is a mechanism for stopping the flow of weapons from iran to his vala in lebanon and this is obviously the reason why israel continues to fly in russian control airspace and it has continued to take out iranian targets specifically planeloads worth of weapons or trucks worth of weapons either on the tarmac in damascus airport or on the highway and so if russia wants these things to stop they're going to have to halt the flow of iranian weapons to his blow that's number one i think number two really there is this question about foreign fighters that remain inside syria that have russia wants to remain and it wants to try to keep a lid on possible violence then they're going to have to deal with this because the israelis i think have now made it very clear that they are willing to engage very openly now in attacking ronnie and interest in syria and this is not something that the russians want so our sense right now based on the reporting that we saw earlier today from his rallies is that it's possible that the russians will ask for some concession and we can imagine what that might be something about crimea i it comes to mind but in exchange for forcing foreign fight out of syria it remains to be seen whether that's even on the table but this is what's rumored to have been discussed earlier today there's tension between russia and and iran over syria over there have been incidents these last week says that a larger story or is that just bad boys behaving badly well it's unclear how much tension there is i have to i have to think that iran is a liability for russia if russia is trying to maintain the port of tartus as the place where it will be able to dock and sell weapons around the middle east it needs to have a more quiet syria it cannot have a full blown war launched by the iran regime against against the israelis the israelis we'll have none of that and of course as i mentioned they continue to fly into syrian airspace and challenge the russians very overtly and they're not going to apologize for it so at the end of the day i think that liability is something that they need to address and of course it's not as if the russians and iranians are natural allies in the first place so these stories attentions should not be surprising they don't have much in common other than being a audit critic or perhaps even rogue states jonathan shanzer is senior vice president for the founder -ation for the defense of democracies to moving stories they workshop and powertrain and the confab in israel i'm john bachelor this is the john batchelor show.

"I think the intercontinental in Manama, which is where everyone used to gather on these kinds of occasions. So there are a lot of people a lot of journalists diplomats in this space, and I saw Arias coming towards me. And so I called out to him in Austin a question, and I very clearly remember him stopping looking at me, then reaching out with one hand. Touching my chest and pulling his hand down between my breasts and then saying something like, oh, you're not wearing a bra and then walking off. This was the middle of a hotel lobby surrounded by lots of people. You know, I was so an in the moment. I was so stunned all I could say was yes, I am like as if whether or not I was wearing a bra was really the point. But in the moment, I kind of frozen. That's what I said. And then write off to. It's a woman who I think was a an American journalist. But not somebody that I knew said to me I so what he did to you. You know, if you want to do something I'll back you up old something like that. And I just sort of brushed it off and said, thanks, no. You know, it's fine. And just carried on with whatever I was doing were there any signs with Oscar Arias prior to this incident in the hotel lobby that suggested he might be capable of something like this not that I experienced directly, you know. It's very hard because I don't want to talk about things that was so second or third hand. I mean, some people will say that he had a reputation in that way. But I hadn't witnessed anything. I hadn't experienced anything to make me think that he would treat me in that way. It sounds like you've been replaying the incident in certainly molest. Couple of days, but is this been kind of on your mind ever since then not ever since? Then I mean, I told people at the time I told my then boyfriend who was also a reporter. And I told you know, other friends and colleagues and over the years, I've told other people. My husband says that I tell that story to people whatever Arias is name comes up. And then what happened really it round me two of the Isley? I talked about it again. Because what happened when me to surface was that let's women sat around saying, oh, what what will you will meet to moments, and we traded stories about things that had happened to us while working, and I even in fact, actually posted on on a friend of mine's Facebook page, I made reference to one of mine having involved president and Nobel laureate. So, you know, it's not something that's kind of hung over my life. I mean, I think I thought it was really the price of doing business in a sexist place at a sexist time and in a male dominated profession. The American colleague who came up to you in the hotel lobby right after the sensitive and said, if you need a witness, I'm there for you. What were you really feeling about that? I mean did did a part of you want to pursue some kind of Justice. I think the first part of me thought. Oh, that's right. You're american. They do things differently that I mean, I I didn't even occur to me that you could complain about something like that. Who would I complained to if I had I think they would have just laughed at me. Even now, even now, I think women who got groped find it difficult to complain about it and a lot of times, you know, they'll be a response. That's like, oh, she was just Grote. I remember that happened. When Lara Logan was horrifically horrifically assaulted in two hair square in Egypt. And the first reports where that she'd been grabbed and touched, and, you know, a couple of people responded by saying, you know, she was groped still making such a big deal about it it then turned out that what happened to I was horrifically violent to the pulling. But that was that notion that like, well if she'd just been groped, that's really not a big deal. And if we're still thinking that now I mean back in nineteen ninety. We really didn't feel that..
