"T. Dot L. R. N. Jonathan I. Think you'll like it. We have some good news, the indictments against Russell Brockton the district of Maryland were dismissed with prejudice meaning. They can never be refiled. This is especially good because those indictments contain the only charge ever made that Ross engaged murder-for-hire. This was a serious allegation at roles off-break. Denies it was never prosecuted or rolled on by a jury, but was trumpeted by the federal government and the media as if it were proven fact the Maryland Court held these indictments for almost five years poisoning. Ross's case leaving him under a cloud of unpreventable allegations as explained in Ross's appealed to the Supreme Court the fact that the judge used these allegations to give her all say draconian. Sentence of life without parole violated his sixth amendment right to a jury trial judges are required to issue sentences based on convictions decided by a jury, not unproven allegations never even charged at trial although this is a positive development that dropped indictment will not set Ross free. Discussion here with we have Osa radical agenda, Chris Cantwell. So I know you said you're unable to talk of most about the the civil. Civil case but is this the same one that's involving Jason Kessler Mikey knock the well. Actually, no longer defended he was dismissed from the thing. Okay. But the name of the case is sci-fi Kessler I can talk about the civil suit. There are individuals who are not party to the suit, but are very much part of the conspiracy that I allege. I cannot talk about on the radio. Okay. So I if I don't name names if I'd say like or like I can't even do like they've said I can't even talk about like their demographics it's insane but you know basically, I mean the long and short of it is people fucking people people set us up you know the whole thing was the whole thing was they plan this from the beginning and they have alleged of US precisely what they did it's like it's completely nuts and what has happened since then is that Like if you get sued if people have never been sued before, I, hope you never have to go through this people who have been sued. You know what I'm talking about but even you didn't go through it as bad as we do. It's a process called discovery right? People get people who understand the law from the perspective of the criminal justice system. They think they have a right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure. They think they have a right not to be a witness against themselves don't have. Any of that shit in civil court somebody comes in alleges that you did something and if it survives a motion to dismiss, then they can ask you a question want under any question they want. But like they could ask you questions under oath if you if you lie, you're committing a felony if you they can demand your records, they demand your communications, they demand your financial records and all this stuff right? Well, we know that this lawsuit has no legitimacy, the people who are suing us like the lawyers and. Stuff. These people like connected to the Obama Administration and stuff. These are Democrat power people, and so they come after US and they start demanding access to emails and phone records and finance records and stuff like this, and understandably people are kind of hesitant to give them all of this stuff because they are not look they don't believe they're going to find evidence of this Nazi conspiracy to kill fat girl. They don't believe that. Okay. What they're looking for is information to use for other purposes. They WANNA tie the. Republican Party right. So like they say, give us all your emails about Charlottesville and if somebody goes in it, just as a random example, I'm definitely not I definitely have no reason to believe anybody does but they find out that you were emailing devin nunes about it. Then they you use it to destroy unions, right? That's the whole idea they want to tie the Republican, Party and terrify and make other people terrified to be anywhere near us. You know that's the idea and so the the trial is set for. The October and November in Charlottesville, and yet you're not. You're you're part of your other court cases at you're not allowed to go into states or we're GonNa make a special exemption. I. I. Am Not Allowed to go to Virginia except for compulsory legal process. So I have to be subpoenaed to go to Virginia which will definitely happen if there's a trial. The court will not say well, you know Sorry Mall County told you to stay the hell away from this place I. Guess You're done with this Mr game well, now, the federal court will figure out a way to get there for a trial..

"Are back into. We're GONNA be talking just a couple minutes to Steven Portnoy. Cbs News in a little bit later to three people from the Memorial County area. There's a nasty situation. There were a fellow from the Johnson. Area has been plaguing local businesses with shoplifting and petty crimes. And we folks up there telling us. They can't seem to get the attention required to stop this from happening from the court system. And we'RE GONNA be talking with Roger Marku Little Mall County Sheriff Allen and Lynn. Louis they are owners of the Johnson hardware and rental shop. And we also have a Tommy Gardner on longtime voice on. Wd He is a reporter and editor for the news and citizen in. Morsel has been covering this story. It's pretty interesting case and I think is illustrative of some longtime struggles in the justice system. That I've really been laid bare recently by the COVID nineteen crisis. But I believe we If I'm lucky and understanding what's going on now I'm actually told Steven Portnoy is not quite with us yet. I did get an email a couple of minutes ago from a listener. Who was asking me where I had seen. Reports of Donald trump the president threatening to withhold Funding from states. That were doing things that he didn't like politically something just from. Cbs News in the last Within the last twenty four hours a headline of which is trump threaten states over expanded access to mail in voting and says okay. We'll talk with Stephen about all this Steven Portnoy. Cbs News joins me. Good Morning Stephen. And wondering the check in with you about a story that actually has gotten a little bit of discussion on the show so far today and which it has to do with. I was asking a couple of senior legislators here whether they were worried about Vermont. Possibly seeing some of the funding has been getting into Kobe. Nineteen crisis from the federal government being threatened to because the president of the United States might be annoyed with Vermont if we really push mail in voting or if we are too friendly to immigrants or any of the other sort of or non involved political issues at least not involved in the nineteen crisis. And I'm wondering I`ve. Cbs actually just had a story about. I think it was a couple of States Michigan and Nevada I believe were getting worried about possible cuts in federal funding. What did he tell us about this? these are. The president is in sales making mainly on twitter talking about seeking a cut in federal funding. Or at least asking about one. I don't know whether he would ask. Congress somehow pare back funding for for certain states or whether he would seek to do something administratively. Yesterday the press secretary in the White House talked about alerting the head of be to the president's concerns with suggests that maybe some kind of maneuvering might be done within the administration but Ah Time was. Republicans used to talk about states rights and the ability the state to do charts path. And do its own thing that particular concern the president had is these state of Michigan. Nevada led by at least in the case of Michigan the Democratic Secretary of state which control over who controls the elections sending out applications for absentee ballots to all of the voters in the State of Michigan Republicans are arguing that absentee balloting voting by mail offers the potential for abuse even though the White House defending the president's views on this doesn't pointed to any specific incidents of this occurring to a significant degree And simply suggested it's it's there's the potential for fraud that any evidence of fraud has occurred on wide scale. Yeah and they've they've looked pretty hard for fraud of course so there was a special panel appointed by. The president headed up by Chris. Kobe of Kansas couple of years ago to try to examine possible Nefarious dealings in the twenty sixteen election and Actually gave it up after some period of time of of investigating is and I think the the upshot was there was really nothing there to investigate. Is that right? Well sure you remember when the president took office. He was In not of the mind that he did lose the popular vote. The sum total. Was I think something? Like three million people three million more people in the country from Donald Trump and instead voted for Hillary Clinton. Of course. That's an Meteo. When it comes to the Electoral College. The president believed and argued that it was illegal immigrants who were voting and were were not for that he says He would've won the popular vote. So that's why. He appointed that Voter Fraud Commission. Which as you note expanded without finding any fraud at all. Yeah I guess An and this this difference in strategy or policy over whether mail in voting is a good way to go i. I'm wondering if there's a if there's a here at all with economic relief funding tied to the covert nineteen crisis. Well it's good question. I mean this is the president's raised. I can't think of any circumstance in which the congress would appropriate funding With the House in democratic hands without money going to all of the states. I can't see a circumstance. The House of Representatives pass a relief fill the carve out states let Democrats with policies. The president objected to I don't know whether the president believes he has it within his power to Prevent maybe grant money or some kind of aid money from going to certain states. He does have the ability for example to the sign when and when not to declare federal emergencies or disasters in certain states but that affects the who live in those states. Much more so than And much more directly you'd imagine than the bureaucrats legislators you craft policies the president. Mike Disagree. Yeah you know I I guess I remember when I sort of I became aware of of the federal government tighting funding to state State policy was back in the days. When there was debate about raising the age for consumption of alcohol it had been lowered at a lot of states from twenty one to eighteen in the seventies and there was a push. led by groups like mothers against drunk driving and so on to raise it back up to twenty one in the federal government and finally said we're GONNA raise this back up to twenty one in the states. Don't follow our lead. They're going to risk losing transportation funding. And at least there was a nexus. There you could. You could say okay. Well this has to do with driving drunk driving in Hesse case may be but but and driving of course occurs on our roadways and transportation funding pays for our roadways. So you can sort of see. There is some tie between transportation funding and an policy. You know the age of of of alcohol consumption. I am struggling I really. I'm having a tough time figuring out. How mail in voting effects anybody's eligibility or not for Or or how immigration policy. Frankly you know how hard or how closely do your your police. Departments cooperate with ice. That's another another one stuck in the president is You know how how those things are tied to economic relief on covert Nineteen It's kind of a mystery and so I don't know if folks out there any thoughts any possible answers to this one Welcome to call the day craft show here. Wd FM and am Steven Portnoy. I really appreciate you joining us in and and digging a little bit on the CBS News. Story that we saw. It's always good talking with you. You better we want to bring in some folks from Loyal County. We're GONNA be talking with us about a situation Difficult situation up there in which There are folks who are in they. They are In in a real quandary. Because they've had a young man who has been doing repeated petty crimes. You might call them in the is alleged to have been doing these. I should Should preface always use the word alleged? Winter has been a finding of guilty as yet but And the several businesses in Johnson have been have been plagued by this guy the local hardware store Johnson hardware and an rental. He's hit them three times and finally a couple of weeks ago. The store owner chased him down the street and tackled him after he was trying to make off with couple to wheelbarrows one wheelbarrow stacked on top of another. And I think if you're trying to get away with stealing something and you're actually hoping you going to run off with things that's probably not a good luck to be trying to push to wheelbarrows at the same time anyway. Wanted to bring in a couple of folks here. We're hoping to get a hold of hoping to get a hold of Allen Llahu who your and his wife Lynn. Who are the proprietors at the at the store at Johnson and Working on making that connection And the also have on the line with us the sheriff of the county Roger Marcu and the reporter at the news and citizen has been covering this story. That's Tommy Gardner. Of course Tommy's a longtime boise you're on. Wd previously was editor of the water. We record and he's moved north recently. So I wanNa say good morning and thanks for joining me I to Sheriff Roger Mark who into Tommy Gardner morning gave This Roger Coup in. I also have with me our state's attorney from the oil county who has been good enough to come and meet with me or my office. Is that todd shove it? Good Morning. Good morning thank you for joining us as well. We got a little surprise here. So gentlemen let me actually start with the to law enforcement folks here because I gathered that. Tell me if I've got this right but the basic narrative here is some of the problems that are reflected in in this series of cases involving this one young twenty five year old man. These kinds of problems have been going on for a while. We'll talk show. I'll start with you fair to say that they maybe even exacerbated now by the fact that the court system is largely shut down and it's really hard to get the wheels of justice turning in a case of say this the theft of a couple wheelbarrows. Yeah I would say that. That's fair to say Unfortunately the courts have essentially been shut down with the exception of The most egregious types of cases You know administrative order forty nine which was administered by the Supreme Court Directing our Superior Court how they're going to respond to certain kinds of cases is basically said that misdemeanor cases are being hurt at this time. We're gearing up to get back into court starting June third So unfortunately for this person although he's committed a number of crimes who's been charged with a number of crimes just haven't heard them yet and they will start hearing them starting June third. I understand three. These crimes are at the hardware store in a a number of others also. Johnson is that right Yes that is correct a me. Essentially he he got into the hardware store Johnson and he's pretty much gone into every convenience store in and around Mooresville Johnson In his you know stealing items out of the stores And I and and is it your understanding sheriff. Marku that This is all in support of drug habit. Well it appears that way and as you said before these. These crimes are alleged. We have to be careful about that but it certainly Appears to us that he has an issue that We'd like to you know. Get them some help for but He has to be on board with up. Yeah and so far. I'm thinking that you I don't know if I mean I'm sure you've had encounters with him and talk to him about Can we get you into some some drug counseling or know? Get you onto onto a better path. Here so far those efforts have been rebuffed..

lot everyone so you know I'm good I'm I want to help the will change for the better full this is all about so yeah they can they can they can see there are much cool cute dot com and it covers every area of life so from the moment you Paul everything education the school teachers a well meaning I'm not saying that that they consciously upon the mind control process but now without knowing it because at the end of the day they can only teach student the child what they seem to call the teacher because Goldman's lay down the national curriculum all the syllabus of what should be Tolchin skills I'm not changing you know decade to decade based on more than he did the gender race right and you don't care of the error of them the error of omission sort of the era it is not clear I mean if it wasn't for a prime example the word history is his story they say that the victims of the winner of a wall waiting and I got to ride the title when you and you got told not in school to make your particular government local but when you take these are you know in England for example I know it's the same in America for in England the gone all we will no longer just a terrible wall the **** did in Germany you know the English woman were responsible for so many atrocities themselves while the shift to keep quiet about it and the crime the story the makes them local because they want to be perceived as the crossword the vehicle right I mean every sure every country has you know dark secrets but I think the advantage that a you know a liberal democracy has is that there is often well there's an opportunity for you know for researchers and sort of alternative historians to dig a little deeper and and and eventually the truth the truth comes out of that does not often happen let's say in a totalitarian regime but it does in places like American Eagle but I I want to circle back to the Britney spears you mentioned her earlier and these these pop stars and and celebrities that exhibit at times very odd behavior you mention Britney spears shaving her head in seeming to have a mental break down in front of millions of people on you know on the mainstream media what what what is three why would someone like that be ensnared in some sort of a mind control program why do they need to mind control pop stars find out hot ning age when the program into breaking down in this this coming fall chelation a break open the mind whereas this is south of a realization coming through of something's not quite right now trying to right now why did they get into a situation in the first place wanted me to do it well we have controlled you know education you yeah I call it the indoctrination system that they're dropping this messaging to politics since the illusion of choice date the whole thing about voting and political campaigns is to get the most popular solution of choice the idea that they've got some kind of site when he really doesn't not true cat said that they'll end up getting control by the you know the doctor governments that any use you know the really controlled but nobody ever see single a lot of the the banksters the banking cartels it was one of the rough trails on fast and I can know who appears to run the country as long as I control the mommy on the charge type of thing now every element of life is about programming you keeping your under control subservient and they have to give you an illusion a pleasure as well otherwise it's too obvious the controlling do so that is why the route the life and apparently and to take TV shows and films and pop concerts and music is a great way of controlling people you know people will listen to music and think wow what I'm gonna take pop music cuttlefish job on all this heavy metal was all different types this is wild caught this different heights because by by giving people so much choice isn't a case of giving them a freedom of choice it's a case that they want people to not so great it's all about getting people to disagree so politics is about people argue we know I believe it's possible to battle not good news you know some newspapers will go down a certain agenda over the were called the story in a way that gives different information so that people on the street arguing all disagreeing with the cobra music people can disagree about sounds horrible all that sounds great all the things that you actually all the while and keep them busy with saying well it I altered so that they don't actually spend any time on even the full potential of human being right breads "We're talking pound. We're talking Keillor tuck in hundred methamphetamine a real danger. Fenton one that demand. I mean, people are probably saying, okay, mighty one is not quite good enough for me. I won a bigger longer stronger high. So they're going into just about everything they're going into fellow meth cocaine heroin and mighty one. Of course, we've got legalize money one and a lot of places in Arizona, obviously looking at that as well. So would a wall do anything to stop that from from coming over not unless you put a wall at the ports of entry. And you don't let anything come through. And of course, everything dies on both sides of the motor border. So it it's a ridiculous attempt to try to convince people that that is going to stop drugs from coming into the United States. It is not going to stop unless you address the demand on this side, and you address the supply wishes coming through Mexico for a long time told people the United States took their eye off Mexico for too long friendly little nation. And all of a sudden, look what we have. We have a nation where he most of the drugs and people are coming. Through their border into the United States. So we we took our alpha Mexico now we've took our I F Central America as well. And this is what we're facing right now. Sure seems like the eye of America is on Mexico and on Central America now. So clearly that has shifted quite a bit. And it has for years. I mean, I was in Arizona in two thousand and ten living here as a journalist we were covering immigration, we recovering Mexico extensively. What do you think is changed? Well, I, you know, obviously, Mexico has changed sometime for the better. Sometimes for the worse, obviously, there's a lot of corruption government corruption as well. The United States obviously had to get more involved to be more diplomacy has to be more assistant to keep in mind that Mexico is a friendly nation has bite of all the problem at has still a primary nation. President Trump is talking about five point seven billion dollars for this wall. Sounds like you're making the point that a wall is not what we should be focusing on. But if. If law enforcement if the federal government did have five point seven billion dollars extra to spend on border security. What should they spend it on? Definitely not on the wall. Obviously, you can see we have a bullet fantastic strength miles and miles east and mild amount west of the ports of entry here. So we do have some new hero ready or you don't have something in the real remote area, which is very dangerous, and very, you know, rural what you need and to start with. There's about a hundred bacon sees at the ports of entry of offers. If you're going to vet people in droves coming across the border, you need more people at the ports of entry. That's what you need you need, maybe more boots on the ground. Maybe more technology. We've got all technology. Here got got floodlights. You've got censored you've got cameras you've got boots on the ground. You got air support you have everything in this mall county. And I think it taking care of the problem. We're not having a crisis here. He you go downtown you buy the boreal find out that everything. Normal..
