"It's all so funny. I'm like, oh my God, I can't wait for the smirk to be permanently wiped off his face, you know, because this is getting trust me less and less funny to him. I think he knows he's in this case. This is I mean, it's not just me. I mean, real legal people, right? Yeah. Yeah. Oh, oh, I like I like the latest. The latest is baby would like to move the trial to somewhere he won by 40 points or you can just I think it was Hugo Lowell said, if you don't want to be tried in D don't commit crime in DC. Exactly. Exactly. I believe I said that yesterday. I think you did, but I never give you credit. Well, yeah, I was being deliberately C worded to yesterday because I felt like it's been quite some time since you've called me a C word and I was kind of missing it. I Did lash out? No, because and I was being both patronizing and condescending. You were, but I need to know the difference. I have built an armor after what? 25 years of working with you. My armor is thick now. I did. I patronized you after a perfectly good joke. There's an object with your body. You made a good joke. I knew you did. See, C worded. Every few years needs to get out of his system. So I spoke with, I did it with the C word. Once I did it once. I know, but you know what? It's this part of the show lore now. And to my credit, you were being a C word. I know, I was. Okay. She's so happy about it. I was totally, I don't even remember what it was about. Minus touch, by the way, since we're focusing on happy, breaking New York attorney general Tisha James has in a new court filing that her civil fraud case against Donald Trump, two of his children in the Trump organization is ready for trial. This whole month is going to be ruthless. It's so exciting. They're all going to get it like backed Oh five. Yes. Yeah. Move it. Okay. Sorry. Oh, right. Oh man. The Californians would, you should have taken Pico this hour. Okay. Franklin all the way. Yeah. Franklin. Do you think, do you think anyone on the right has noticed the judge took him? Is that case you ever noticed black? Oh, they've noticed everything about her. They've already started trapping her. Oh yeah. And she's given tougher, tougher Good for her than, you know, than even asked for in some cases to the January six defendants and good for her because we've been saying all along, we thought like some of the justice department, what they were asking was, you know, was not tough enough. So, and by the way, she's a famous defense attorney. I I know that's a public defender too. Right. I mean, she was, she would think she'd be more biased toward the defense, but she sees is the seriousness and always has of January six. So that I think is really good news, but I think she's going to say, get she also ruled against Trump on executive privilege. Yeah. Right. Okay. Um, all right. So I, yeah, this is, I don't, we will see what happens with all these other co -conspirators named or not so far, but Lindy Lee said Jenny Thomas was the only Supreme Court spouse trying to overthrow the United States. Clarence Thomas was the only justice who voted to protect Trump documents from January six investigators. Both of them are insurrectionists and both of them are still members of the federal government. Um, let's just hope there's really like a lot more shoes to drop. Right. Okay. I know. "Wants us to have nice things because you're here on the morning of the headline Russia claims Ukraine tried to assassinate Putin in drone attack on the Kremlin. Go. I'm always, I'm not sure that's what happened here at all, as a matter of fact, about 15 minutes ago I made a tweet on Twitter and I'm gonna be doing a sub stack later today. This was not an assassination attempt. It's what it's not often you actually get to see what is known as a false flag up operation. Yeah. Yeah, well, of course I tend to disbelieve. It says the Kremlin did not provide evidence, of course, to support the claims, but says it reserves the right to take retaliatory measures where and when it sees fit, there was no reaction from Kyiv. So what is your take on that? And what we're going to hear from Ukraine. Well, first off, if you watch the video that's out on television right now, it's playing all over and over again on MSNBC with Richard Engel giving the color commentary. It apparently is a very small scale device. Drone, which supposedly hits the dome and the Kremlin and explodes in almost a movie set pirate technic red, which that's not how things explode. Okay. Things explode. You don't use fireworks explosions or flares to get this effect. The just happened to be in line with the perfect high definition four K camera that the world can see. Not since you've said on this show that war requires lots of shooty things. Have you made it so understandable to the civilian shooty and explodey thing? This is one of those circumstances where you are likely seeing for the first time in real time a false flag operation. That's where an intelligence agency fakes an attack in order to get a political or some sort of advantage of usually propaganda advantage out of their own people.

"You know, I keep coming back to that word conspiracy. And I believe Malcolm, as usual, I believe you're the first one I heard talk about RICO charges about racketeering. But here we go. It was a criminal conspiracy about Russia. Georgia obviously we're hearing RICO. This January 6th that was not just January 6th. It was the whole fake electors. It was an entire criminal conspiracy, much like what happened in New York. It always is. Well, Donald Trump, and there's always obstruction of involved, right? Yeah. Yeah, November 2016. That's the first time I used that phrase on hardball with Chris Matthews. And I said, I think this is the you have this broader conspiracy that has in park of crimes. And I was just at the very beginning of that. Now you're right with, you know, with the Smith special counsel, he can tie all of this together in a unified field theory. You know, especially with the electors, I'm sorry, the electors issue is them was the Republican Party essentially trying to racketeer the entire election of the United States by putting in fake electors fake people to bamboozle and then attempt to use January 6th to overthrow the government. That is racketeering influence in a corrupt organization. And as we always say, it's all one story. It's all about defrauding the United States of America. It is all deeply un American. And I think we keep saying, now you look at the whole Mueller report and you're like, yeah, and Bill Barr blocked that fright and made sure that, you know, that came to me and now we see that's exactly what happened in the stormy Daniels case. I keep thinking, was it about Al Capone, where they said it seems like justice is never going to come and then it comes all at once. I mean, that's what it feels like. Is starting to happen.

"Guns planners. One of the right wing gun spleens that oh little lady. You don't understand. I Malcolm is someone who has shot weapons of war, has been in war zones, your whole family has served for years and years. You have just been in Ukraine, putting your money where your mouth is. Is there a way I'm not explaining why civilians don't need weapons of war? Yeah. Well, you know, I'm a gun collector, too. I collect historic firearms, including my great, great grand pappy's rifles. From the Civil War in the Indian War, but let's talk about what's happened with the NRA. Starting in the 1970s, the NRA went from this platform of training people for marksmanship for sport to switching to anti government rhetoric, almost overnight. Yeah. And they went from, you know, let's teach your kids how to shoot for the Boy Scouts to start preparing yourself to shoot the government when they come to you. So that's where all of this occurred where the NRA suddenly became a militant organization with insanely screechy flyers. I used to be a member of the NRA, and I used to remember they would have gun competitions. They've gone away from that. So they started pushing in the 1980s and the 1990s to start stockpiling weapons and keeping military grade weapons in your home. Then, after the election of Barack Obama, it was insane. It was the AR-15 is the minuteman rifle for the modern American. And as we saw after January 6th, the stock prices of ammunition, I always talk about this, went from 30 cents per bullet to 100, to $1, 25 cents per bullet for AR-15 ammunition because they started stockpiling for what they thought was the second American Civil War. Do they need these weapons? No, they don't need these weapons. Do they have a right to them? Well, unless the constitution has changed, yes.

"So eat into a crisis that let's be quite honest. He wants. Yeah. Once spectacle. And he's going to get a spectacle. Wow. I love you, retweeted Andy Biggs. Whack a doodle from Arizona representative Andy Biggs, who said they can come for Trump. They will come for you. This type is tough only happens in third world authoritarian nations, and you just said you break the law, they come for you. That's called the law, and it's done every day. That is the rules dumbass. Thank you for that last part. But you know, this is what he's trying to sell. This is absolute, you know, I'm going to quote Michael Harriet, the great African American writer. This is the whitest thing in America. It's believing that laws do not apply to you. You know, I mean, you try to solicit men in a bathroom at an airport and the guy is a cop. You shouldn't be arrested. You try to do break laws, commit crimes. They were showing this morning on MSNBC. Felonies related to business crimes. A couple that charged 200 overcharged $250 on a fire. A woman who at, you know, had made some small mistake in her business. They filed and convicted them on felonies. Yeah. We're talking a 130 $1000 to shut up a woman that he, you know, never mind. I don't want to know the rest of that story. But he gave up. You know, we keep talking about threats of Civil War. I know Alison gill said they want to have their scooters charged in time. We've stolen your lines about navy seal, gravy seals, meal team 6. Vanilla ISIS. But somebody tweeted to you respectfully, I think being worried about mass violence after what happened on January 6th is pretty reasonable. I hope I'm wrong. I mean, the only thing I would say is based on what we think is the amount of indictments coming there's not a what's the word I'm looking for centralized thing like January 6th, like the certification of the votes, right? An actual target. I'm going, they're going to be pretty busy. There's going to be a lot of jurisdiction in a lot of, I mean, is that isn't that helpful? I mean, in terms of a terrorism threat, is that there's not one centralized place or action that's happening. Right. You know, the diversified, you know, platforms that he's going to be indicted in. Georgia, U.S. district courthouse in Washington, Washington, D.C.. U.S. court in New York City, federal laws, right? I mean, these things are taking place. They would have to start a Trump caravan with the flags and start driving all over the United States. Again, this is why I think it will be very decentralized. And maybe they will start their rebellion, you know, outside of Mar-a-Lago. And we're just going to have to see the level of their commitment. I'm going to be watching, you know, a lot of people will watch what will this person say on television. What will Marjorie retailer green say on television? Yeah. "And I'm armed with a bottle of French wine. Oh, now we're talking. Now we're talking. Hello? You know, you gotta do indictment date right, baby. Well, you retweeted someone said the real threat will be from the Saint Patrick's Day level of celebration going down when it happens. There'll be a run on Prosecco beer, spirit, stock up now, because there'll be a run at the liquor store like nor'easter is about to bear down. Call your four 20 guy before he's dry. That's my favorite part. You just said Trump indictment day that resistance logistic officer would like a word with y'all. God before he runs. We told you before the break that there were literally 5. Trump supporters in front of Trump Tower yesterday outnumbered a course by media. But you just said, you tweeted because, you know, you know something about this kind of thing. You wrote the book literally on it, the Trump insurgency. But you said fact, nothing is going to happen in New York City, except a few fat disgruntled Staten islanders who were forced to pay $13 for the pleasure of taking the tunnel into midtown and then $90 to park in a show of solidarity with a criminal. All I hope is that Trump shows up in a bathrobe. There is reporting, you know, for the spectacle, Malcolm that he wants to be handcuffed, that he wants a perp walk. I'm like, well, finally, a common national purpose. We'd all like to see that. You can finally agree with Donald Trump about something. Right. But the funny thing is the mafia chieftain who came in with a bathrobe, somebody corrected me and said, he didn't start wearing a bathrobe till his trial. But with Donald Trump, I've actually heard speculation that he wants a confrontation. You know, there are ways that the judges and I'm sure Joe wide banks will clear this up later. The judges can be quite lenient about the presence of a person, but he will have to surrender somewhere. Yeah. Whether he is coming to New York, I think he has to be inside the jurisdiction. But they don't necessarily have to photograph them. They don't necessarily have to handcuff them. It's according to the procedure of the court and the judge's permission. Every other person that comes into that court gets handcuffed, photographed and read their Miranda rights. And I think Trump is looking forward to that. Either that, he's going to barricade himself in Florida, dare to stand this to allow U.S. Marshals to come and take him out. That would be more interesting. Dog day. Well, I mean, it's not lost on you. His first rally is planned for Waco. I'm sure. But you know, let me just say, you made a good point though, when you said what's going to happen in New York, someone else mentioned this, but of course it's like the intelligence expert you are, you said, here's a fact every vehicle that comes into New York City through a

Won't call desantis or Trump out by name. I mean, Marco Rubio was on. Was that your chicken impression? That's good. Okay. Oh, we have a course of chickens for Lindsay and Marco and Marco Rubio said he disagree with his state's governor Ron DeSantis over his characterization of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Rubio was on with Hugh Hewitt, who began by noting to Santa's just broke with much of the Republican Party with his announced stance on the war in Ukraine in his statement desantis referred to Russia's invasion as a territorial dispute said that helping Ukraine is not a vital national interest for the United States. Rubio said, I think we do have an interest in Ukraine, even if I don't think it's the number one interest in the world. He laid out how the war in Ukraine represents a national security interest for the U.S.. But again, timid, weak, right? This kind of statement just you know what, Joe Biden's got to respond to this because you saw Tucker Carlson was putting out there that this show's Biden's weak and said desantis is strong. We literally invaded Europe in 1944 on this very principle. The principle that autocrats dictators can not invade Europe and take over and subjugate people, right? Without the collective world coming to their defense of democracy. Somebody should ask them. Every journalist should say that was the United States wrong to engage Adolf Hitler in World War II. Yeah. Yeah? Yeah. How come it's the same if we were right then? How come we're wrong now? Was he actually a lawyer? I'm really starting to wonder about that. How was he a military judge advocate general? The same people that tried the Nazis for all of these exact same crimes. This you know what? I don't think he's ruined it. I think he's, you know, he's so desperate to go after Trump that, you know, he's willing to say Trump words. Yeah. Exactly. "So let's talk about you tweeted about a few things. You said I want to put some focus on a fact about Ukrainian casualties out of my 20 men platoon, a 100% have been injured, 90% were small shrapnel. They were back in operation in two weeks, but the Ukrainian medevac system puts them in the hospital to heal, then two weeks convalescent leave. Because there's obviously a lot of, I mean, I don't know if the Russians invented disinformation, but it's their bag. To a Washington Post article that said, the Ukrainian army was short of skilled soldiers? And we're saying that they had no guys left who were actual combat experience and that everybody was dead. And I read that article. First off, lead writer for that article was The Washington Post East Africa bureau chief who is an Irish woman and who lived in South Africa, who apparently has never seen a war. And she quoted one officer in two anonymous sources. And I thought, that's crazy. Did you not everyone in the Ukrainian army is combat experience? Who do you think is decimating the Russians right now? But you wrote this doom and gloom article that the Ukrainian army is like one minute away from breaking. Then she chose this number from a German source that said, the Ukrainians have lost 120,000 men. While I estimated that the Ukrainians have lost 17,000 dead. And that's extrapolating up from their declared numbers in December, which was 14,000. But for every man that gets wounded in Ukraine, maybe 20% of them are permanently taken out of combat. But the Ukrainian medical vaccine system takes you out. You get a little piece of shrapnel in your hand. You're out. Yeah. But your return. Sometimes two and three times to the battlefield. So every time you're wounded, that number of wounded goes up each time you're wounded. So if it's a 120,000 wounded, that means that there's a 100,000 guys who were wounded, you multiply that by 1.5, the real number of guys who are seriously injured and out of the fight is somewhere around 20 30,000. But the Russians, when we say 160,000 dead, we mean dead. Never returning. And their casualty numbers are probably closer to 400,000, but the Russians never take wounded people off the battlefield so they die. So the article is completely disingenuous dude mcclean, the Russian Ukrainians are going to lose. Oh my God. So where have these people been for the last year? Yeah, let's talk about Ron DeSantis. He established his position that helping Ukraine fend off Russia's invasion is not a significant interest for the United States. He said we should, you know, the isolationist position we focus on our own borders. It's a territorial dispute between Ukraine and Russia. Oh my God, Russian talking point, right?

"Right. He's just, I don't think it'll be a viable platform by the end of the year. It started hiccuping this week. Yeah. Oh, yeah. You know, I mean, serious hiccups. You know, I'm preparing, that's why I'm at Malcolm dance dot substack dot com, right? Because another thing I learned, I was at the Tucson festival of books this week. And I found that people really want to hear from me more than 32nd blurbs. I mean, so many people and shout out to all you stuff heads I met in Tucson. They were, I love you almost Stephanie Miller. These people were my age or older, you know? And mid 60s, 70s. And I was like, wow, she's got a big following. Yeah. But you know what? They want to hear the truth. They want to hear the alternative to the crazy out there. And you know, you know, me, David corn, Mark leverage, Philip bump. Both rooms for both sessions were fully sold out. Great. And I mean, Linda Ronstadt next door and Bernie Sanders coming up after us. So we just got to overflow. I don't know. I doubt that as well. Well, we have some great listeners in Tucson. Thanks to our well, we had an affiliate there for quite a long time. So there's hundreds of steppers. I sold out all of my books there and signed the awesome. And I even got to go on C span and call the guy asked me. He's like, what do you think about Republicans? And so

"You wanting us to subscribe to your awesome ass newsletter and your black man's 5 podcast? Because I'm going to explain this in detail. House 5 put out a myriad of fake stories. Well, actually create fake resistance groups, you know, in order to catch unwitting Ukrainians or unwitting westerners and then take claim for things they've never had to take. Look, this bull started with Seymour hersh, a down and out journalist and old guy who said that the United States Navy blew up my ships that were nowhere near it. Now, two weeks ago, a Ukrainian group shows up in Russia perfect equipment supposedly now doing battle in Russia. Then disappeared. Everybody said, oh, look, Ukrainians are up there. You know who said they weren't? But Ukrainians. Right. Now it's a shadowy group, all right? Of amateur divers dive 80 meters down to the bottom of this pipeline and make precision cuts that only military grade weapons using military grade systems with nobody seeing a bunch of amateur divers down there. All right, look, if you go 200 kilometers to the east, there is a Russian commando base full of mini submarines that go into Swedish finished Danish waters all the time and do nefarious acts. Now could it be them or could it be a bunch of amateur Ukrainian divers who don't know anything about fight flies? Or explosives. Oh, the media is gonna go, hey, we're gonna go with them. That's because The New York Times is full of idiots. And what they did was thinly sourced. It's like they want to be ahead of a story. That's breaking news. Okay? Get your butts over to that Russian commando face that has been operating there forever. And maybe you'll find out who actually did it. I mean, this is like chasing OJ. It just they did it. You know, the Russians gonna put that book out. Oh yeah, they are. You're absolutely right. I loved your tweet about Tim Scott. Why? Why do you play me so? I'm trying, I'm sorry. I'm pushing your buttons. I'm riling you up. Okay, now back to domestic American policy. There we go, yeah. Read the tweet. He tweeted out the secret sauce of the next great American century ain't a secret. We need a leader who believes in America's story of faith and perseverance. Tim Scott, who was that all the way up to that point. Donald Trump, that's what Tim Scott was backing. All the way up here. Him Scott. Quote unquote, Ken studies running towards the presidential candidacy. Is nothing more than I believe I called it a step in fetching. Yes, you did. You did. You did. Yeah, well, let me explain something to you. Back in the old days, when slave hunters were out trying to catch runaway slaves. One of the little techniques they bought was also sort of like the Russians, a false flag. You would bring a very Soviet slave. You would feed him better.

"Kim dot com, that big fat. Grits eating mug. Right? This is his idea of where he gets me. He goes, Ukraine should be on that absolute defensive. Huge Russian offensive coming. Look, okay, I am in full contact with my units and other units in Ukraine. Here's what's happening. Russians are getting killed. But you know what? If you go on to that threat and you see the responses, here's my favorite, okay? Now I've got a new strategy. I don't know if you're going to touch on it. I just bet people, right? Just straight up. I had a guy come up to me the other day, and you never fired a shot in Ukraine. You never did anything in your crib. You're my favorite one. You're uniform is clean, right? It's like, what? And I go, okay, you got $10,000? Let's go. That's the bet now. Yeah. I'm not accepting any more discussion. You put your money where your mouth is. If you don't pony up to this bet and you don't bring documentable proof, or you don't fly with me to Kyiv and go through my uniforms and underwear, to see whether they've been used over the last year, you lose the bet. Listen, I know a lot of women that would like to take that offer up to go through your underwear, but that's an entirely different story. Hey. What? This is like a don't worry, babe. It's like a Japanese vending machine for you. But my point was you can't lose these people. I had three major non takers. One had 300,000 followers. They blocked me. Yeah. Yeah. No, I know. Exactly. Now available on Apple podcasts, stitcher, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hello, Glenn kirschner here. Please stay safe. Please stay tuned. And I look forward to talking with you all again soon. And Malcolm, can you talk about the true danger as an intelligence expert? The true danger of releasing this J 6 footage only to Tucker Carlson and I don't Travis what the timeline. Is it sometime this week? We're going to start seeing whatever Tucker's going to do with it. I don't know. There hasn't been a timeline established. So editing as long as they want. Yeah. Go ahead. Kevin McCarthy said yesterday and he goes, oh, well, we had an agreement with him that they wouldn't show pictures of the exits and how people move in the building. You gave him the property of the people of the United States, which shows all the security protocols. The security response in detail. Not just, you know, officer Eugene Goodman coming out with his baton and steering people up the wrong steps and showing there were cops at the top of the steps. No, every cop. Every S.W.A.T. team, where they respond from, which hallways they use. How they clear hallways and buildings. How they secure people, how they evacuated individuals. You're giving away the whole farm. In terms of the security of the United States Capitol. How he can be allowed to do that is Speaker of the House should be criminal, right? And then again, you want to flood it every news organization should be allowed to do this. And legal experts at the same time we're talking about it fox can be held criminally criminally liable for J 6. There is this just boatload of evidence that they knew they were telling the same lie and inciting violence, right? How is the cyclic family not file charges yet? But the family of those officers who were injured, you know, not filed civil liability against not only the president of the United States. You know, but against Fox News for stoking and encouraging this is attack. And then lying about it. Consciously, knowingly lying about it. Now, I leave this Glenn kirshner to define what really is criminally liable. But I would be filing a $1 billion lawsuit. Maybe they need maybe they need the full new town treatment where every family member files up $1 billion lawsuit. Yep, yep. Thank you. It strikes me as I'm looking at your brilliant book entitled they want to kill Americans about the ongoing Trump insurgency. Your thoughts on Marjorie Taylor Greene openly calling basically for Civil War, for a national divorce. How is someone not moved in the Congress to call for her expulsion? Yeah. Right? And citing the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States that you can not carry out citizens. Often talk of treason of sedition in the Congress for the first time since 1860. Someone has called for the United States government to be overthrown in there. For the United States to split between red states and blue states. I mean, she's no better than Scott Adams, Dilbert. Cartoonist, calling for whites to stay away from blacks. This is racism on a macro level. What kind of person, first off, we already know what kind of person it says, right? She is trying to beat Donald Trump's running mate. We all know that. And she could most likely succeed in being his running mate. But we shouldn't have to tolerate open racism like that. Remember what one of the strategy documents said. In the school debate, let them call racism until it becomes whitewashed and the word loses its meaning. No, not when you say it the way I say it, you're a raised debt. Yeah. Right? Everybody else was like, oh my God, that's racism. You guys need to learn how to talk about these things and be just this shouty as I am. Yes. What it means? Alpha liberals. That's a t-shirts available. It's Stephanie Miller dot com. It's the way you take on people that come at you, you know, over Ukraine and Russia. I don't know who this is somebody said I'll introduce an American troll and opportunist Jason hinkle, hinkle is best known for his pro Russian and pro Putin views for his feeble attempts at getting attention for his monetization of the Russo Ukrainian war, and you said this mug is a Putin ally right up here with other heroic Friends of Russia, Steven Seagal and Edward Snowden, he's a military aged male that won't volunteer to it for an extended combat visit in Ukraine with the awesome Russian army. Hashtag cowards going to cow. You know that's not the best tweet. That's the best tweet has a PAB reference in there. That's right. So yeah, Jason hinkle. You know what? I fought and defended my entire life for the right for chasing hinkle to be a traitor to the United States in word, not indeed. He works for Russian today. He's this young guy. He's the Nick Fuentes. You know, neo Nazi clean shaven clone, who is espoused as nothing but Russian propaganda. He wears a black Z T-shirt, right? You know, somebody made a very cellular comment about that. And I'm sure someday somebody will try to engineer this. They said, don't say this in front of Malcolm's face. Just don't. Okay, there are people that take the mass murders of civilian and Ukraine very seriously. I have lost friends. I have lost coworkers in Ukraine now, men that have fought with me. Sorry. I'm not going to accept that. Like they said, you know, the same thing that they say about Nazis. There's never a bad time to recalibrate them. Physically. Very elegantly put, sir. Yeah, Elon Musk is one of them. Here he is doing this whole military analysis of what's happening in Ukraine, which it sounds like a Putin talking point. And you said, instead of being ignorant to war, Elon Musk could fly me first class to his island lair and let me explain with maps and experience to his face why he's absolutely wrong, but relies on idiots like Joe Rogan for intelligence.

Yeah, I don't care either way that this goes. Let the Proud Boys hang because Donald Trump will not assist them. Let him come in and confess. And let them all hang because Donald Trump, his hubris can't take it. Let him come in and plead the 5th. Somebody's going down in this particular one. And I think it's great that the Proud Boys are willing to believe so fervently that he would help them that they will go to prison, subpoenaing him. I love it. What is your take on the chatty jury four woman? From Georgia, that's been talking about the Georgia grand jury. Well, apparently, it's law. In Georgia, the grand jury once they've been released like that that they can say anything that they want except. I mean, she's been very careful not to name names. Right. But you know, she just has so much glee in her eye that, you know, it's like, I've just done something fun and interesting. The only thing I'm worried about is someone can make well, the funny thing is, you can't argue against a grand jury, right? Right. You know, there's nothing you can do about them once they hand down and indictment, except for go to trial. But you know her wanting to meet Rudy Giuliani? She clearly has never been around, you know, her image of Giuliani was as American as America's mayor on 9 11. And hasn't heard anything else until the tapes were played. Right, yeah. Question, why are Ukrainian troops always in such a hurry to evacuate freshly deceased bodies from the front line? Answer organ harvesting for wealthy western clients, and you just said you are an idiot. Russia leaves tens of thousands of corpses in Ukraine has to clean up the battlefield. Ukraine removes KIA warriors of victims of aggression with dignity and you think, oh, organ harvest see us shrinking, utter. You know, and I encourage everyone who listens to Stephanie Miller show. Well, by the way, you said official ruling, Elon Musk is clearly clearly an official winning asset of a Russian dictator for all his billions. He doesn't seem to understand how the world works. He thinks he's saving the world by sacrificing Ukraine. Because you always answer these questions in your book. Putin's useful idiot or willing partner, right? Yeah. Yeah, well, you know, there's that whole chain ladder of how you work for Russia. You start off as a youthful idiot, then you go into an fellow traveler, an unwitting asset, a wedding asset, and then an agent. And we've done this for Donald Trump, right? He's moved all the way up that chain. Elon Musk really thinks that he's the glass onion genius. And that he saving the world by proposing Ukraine give up 20% of its nation after, you know, what could be as many as 50,000 dead people, you know, dead Ukrainians. In bus thinks he believes the Kremlin propaganda that if they lose, they're going to nuke the world. Okay, do you know what that means, nuke the world? I worked at a national nuclear command post. Everyone, your children in Russia, your mother, your grandmother, and must seem to think this is serious that he by turning off parts of Starlink for the Ukrainians and allowing them to lose parts of the battlefield communication structure that he saving the world. This was literally the don't look up Elon Musk. He's an idiot. This yesterday on the show. And I just did so important to talk about again. Steve Schmidt tweeted, I've been saying for almost a year, this is an espionage story. Jared Kushner advanced the interests of the Saudis and got paid $2 billion for it, read my thoughts too on the travesty that is LI V golf, and you said I believe I said this on hardball with Chris Matthews in early 2017, nothing this White House did was for the good of the nation who was always for money. And I said it yesterday, Malcolm, you always say it first. You know, and I have to ask you, why we all know this hunter story, Hunter Biden story is BS. This is a real story. Jared Kushner actually was involved in our government, right? And it made this amount of money. Why do you and I always talk about this alpha liberals? Why do Democrats play different? Let me just get your reaction on this. Some Democrats in U.S. senator complaining that Biden's administration is setting up roadblocks for them as they try to gather more information about Jared Kushner's deal with Saudi Arabia. Senator Ron wyden said the Biden administration has not been handing over documents that are requested to examine the lucrative deals Kushner has cut with the Saudi since Trump left office. Why didn't call the lack of cooperation on acceptable added that the Biden team has only been slightly more helpful than Trump's own administration and responding to inquiries. I mean, I get trying to be above the fray and don't go after the families, but Jared and Ivanka were in the government. Making 600 and something $1 million, right? Well, absolutely. I mean, they are the definition of nepotism. You know, release the docs. We don't do these campaigns the Republicans do. They concentrate. All of their effort on their constituents go right to their congressmen and they stop this deal and all these ridiculous things. Well, release the Kushner docs. Why don't we do that? Kushner, you know how I feel about this? When I make that statement on hardball in 2017, it was about Jared Kushner setting up a secret line of communications to Moscow in the Russian embassy in 2016 right after they want. Yes. Right? Trump administration is an espionage act violation in the making. How many hundreds of times does that have? Yeah. What happened with Qatar and the blockade and the money he needed to bail out 6 6 6. What about how many trademarks of Anka got? I mean, whatever, 600 million, they made Hunter Biden is a private citizen was a private citizen, had nothing to do with running of the government. I mean, corrupt kids investigation is in order, Ivanka, Jared Donald junior, Eric, all, you know, wherever that crazy chick that dated Newsom. All of them. They're all implicated here. They made money done. While employees of the United States government done investigate recover money and find out whether they did corruption with official instruments of the United States. The 11th Hour with Brian Williams
Trump re-election campaign targeted by Iran-linked hackers
"Our committee issued a report in insight on saying that Russian active measures are growing with frequency and intensity and these groups pose a significant threat to the United States and our allies in upcoming elections. Would you agree with that in fact one of the areas that we have to look at it and many more companies companies many more countries are developing capability to replicate what the Russians had done the New York Times reports that indeed Iranian hackers have targeted the trump reelection campaign quote Microsoft said hackers with apparent backing from Iran's government had made more than twenty seven hundred attempts to identify the email accounts of current and former United States government officials journalists covering political campaigns lanes and accounts associated with the presidential campaign. It was not clear what information if any had been taken in the attack on the trump campaign tonight the campaign says has it has no indication that any infrastructure was hit with US tonight the man to see on these matters Malcolm Nance he's a veteran of naval intelligence special OPS and homeland security with thirty five years working in counterterrorism and intelligence and is our analyst in this area his forthcoming book one of many relevant to this discussion is the plot to betray America. How team trump embraced our enemies compromised our security and how we can fix it Malcolm. What is the lesson in this lesson in this is that the two thousand sixteen election opened the floodgates for all types of non-state and state actors to try to influence the United States elections and with the president and many of his followers not believing that there is an intrinsic Nick cyberthreat in this world that will attempt to influence our electoral process. Everyone's going to dry so a sub lesson of that. I'm guessing assing in a democracy when we have a boisterous debate on this or any other network and Moscow Mitch is a name that is hatched because the Senate majority leader's unwillingness for the longest time to get funding approved to harden our elections people can hear us when when we say that people can see our coverage in a free society in a as they say a malign actor would be foolish not to try it ten years ago. The United States had a mindset in which the defense of the nation on all sides sides was paramount and that no one would ever be allowed to come after the United States on any platform anywhere in the world even if we weren't the greatest greatest and cyber cyber hygiene that has since changed and as you say the world can hear us when the world believes the United States will no no longer defend itself you know malignant players such as Iran North Korea China you know could be anybody as far away as Zimbabwe understands that America's information sphere can be weaponized against itself and that you can go after individuals or organizations or entire countries and have the ability to change their mindset or to hack their mindset so apparently Iran is touching base on this and are trying to get the basic steps to rudimentary hack certain people or individuals around around the campaign and perhaps influence it or carry out a false flag operation making it look like someone else's trying to influence. Dan Coats once said and I'll paraphrase phrase that what kept him up at night was the rumored Russian ability to turn off the power in New England in the middle of of winter. Tell the folks watching. Chang tonight at the risk of scaring them to death before bet on a Friday evening. How bad could it get. What could someone do it could get very bad and granted this report in The New York Times about very rudimentary things right about spearfishing people clicking on the wrong Lincoln downloading malware into their computer but that's the first step in going after turning off. Oh a hydroelectric plant or shorting out a substation and plunging a million people into darkness. These are infrastructure attacks which are very hard to do because we have such a large civilian infrastructure which is not protected at a governmental level the way many other countries around the world are so you know when you turn off power. You kill people respirators. Go off until the batteries come on or a generators. Come on. It can be very difficult. People lose their air conditioning so these are the sort of things that are the far far end of the black operations and cyber warfare. Iran for example destroyed every computer in Aramco the Saudi Arabian Oil Company a few years ago using malicious malware and knocking down their systems that was not as bad as if they say shut off Wichita Talk Kansas from having any electricity all of these are within the realm of that and if we are not defending ourselves our opponents will figure out ways as to use it.

Trump says white nationalism is not a rising threat
"More details. Have emerged since the terrorist attack in New Zealand in which Australia national opened fire inside two months during Friday prayers in Christ Church, killing forty nine people and injuring dozens more in his apparent manifesto, the killer made it clear that he carried out the attack in the name of white supremacy and praised Donald Trump as a quote symbol of renewed white identity. And common purpose. Trump did condemn the violence which is supposed to do as president. But he refused to admit what everyone else can see the explosion of far, right? White nationalist extremism at home and abroad. White nationalist rising threat around the world. I don't really I think it's a small group of people that have very very serious problems. I guess if you look at what happened in New Zealand for half sets a case, I don't know enough about it yet. They're just learning about the person and the people, but it's certainly a terrible thing. Terrible thing Trump's bland response to the slaughter of Muslim men women and children in New Zealand early. Reminiscent of his remarks after an outbreak of white nationalist violence here in the US. Very big that group, but you also had people that were very fine. People on both sides to me now to discuss is Malcolm Nance MSNBC contributor, author of the plot to destroy democracy. Dahlia Moga director of research for the institute of social policy and understanding and Brian Levin director of the center for the study of hate and extremism at California State University. Thank you from me here, Malcolm the inability of people to just identify this terrorism because it isn't what we typically identifies terrorism. Why is it so difficult for people to just make that straight on equivalents when it's white nationalism because we have now been conditioned since nine eleven to believe that terrorists only come in one flavor, and that's Muslim extremists from the Middle East where people in the United States who have been radicalized online, and they can only be Muslim. This is a huge fallacy, I trained law enforcement and intelligence all the time in this country. And I constantly warn them the. I people that will go to guns with you are going to be a white extremist militiamen posse Comitatus person in the United States. They are armed. They are motivated, and they have a history that goes back decades in this country. They are a threat that act in New Zealand was a terrorist attack. It was designed to impact an audience beyond the victims and show an ideology as viable, and that is this white supremacist Internationale that appear it doesn't appear it exist fall throughout Europe. And Charlottesville was the coming out party for that type of extremism in the United States. One of the thing that made. This particularly scary is that you have this merger now and a lot of different ways of social media, which which can be used to radicalize people. But also now we're learning to spread the the mayhem. This was live streamed by this Jared. It was livestream because he wanted to also show his added here in. And you know, people who are out there who could be radicalized by this that this is how it's done. It was a message not just to the greater world in general and to put fear into the hearts of the Muslim world, which is what it was about. But it was also really to people were saying this was trolling some of the things that he put out in his manifesto.
