"Compatible with under three products thunderbolt four on the other hand is the same protocol as USB for. You're probably already confused so thunder about three different US reform thunderbolt for same. Hundred four years before the same. But. With mandatory support for thunderbolt, three interoperability player that sentence again thunderbolt four on the other hand is the same protocols us before, but with mandatory support for thunderbolt three interoperability, so if you have a thunderbolt four. You know it's compatible with under both three because that's a mandatory interoperable. If you have us before part. You're not sure whether it supports thunderbolt. Three are not anyway. Thunder four uses us before as its primary protocol, but thunderbolt in display port, alternate modes are also required. We will link you to a pdf if you wanted to lead, read more about this. All I can say is expect mark confusion about what the US shaped holes on the sides of your Makhdoom. said in that we talked about last week that they're going to support thunderbolt on the Max, which shouldn't surprise will be thunderball three. We'll be thunderbolt for. If apple ships a USB port that is thunderball four compatible. We can just call it a thunderbolt four port, because if we called it a US before port, we might not know if it has you thunderbolt three compatibility, so they'll call it. It's it's. We'll get on the other side of this eventually. But not for the next. Five years I guess in the meantime. thunderbolt four is still the best because it has is compatible with the most things, but the top speed of thunderbolt four hundred three is exactly the same, so you're not getting a speed manage. I think we'll be revisiting a topic in the future when the arm Max come out, and what the hell the ports actually do, but for now let's move on. Fair enough and speaking of our Max, the rumors haven't mentioned touchscreens yet but there are some other things that have been mentioned including the the thought that the thirteen point three inch macbook pro with a form factor similar to the current thirteen point three inch backward, pro could be the first one to get based chip. That sounds wonderful as someone who just bought one. Well! This is like the last show we were talking about the potential harm. Mac Hardware Casey. You were the lease optimistic that we getting something radically like I think. Maybe we have led eventually, but the first crop of ones will just be look like the current maximum of different things in the inside. There was a little another crop of these rumors like Oh, which ones are going to be the First Armand? Maybe it's going to be a thirteen inch previously rumors about a sixteen inch mini led screens, and all all sorts of hardware rumors, but when these went around again I think because most of the people in the tech sphere had been listening to podcasts like ours where we were discussing the potential. Features of arm MAC hardware. Everyone commented more rumors and still nothing about touchscreens now. Maybe that's because I don't know like the parts leaks or from the panel source, but not the digitization thing at those things can be separate like I. Don't know. Maybe it just hasn't come out yet. But the longer these rumors go on, and we still hear nothing about touchscreens. The more it seems like Casey is right into the first crop of our Max on touchscreens I still don't understand. Like unless it was some kind of emergency, and they just wanted to ship and couldn't somehow couldn't do it. It seems. It seems like it'd be so much cleaner. That's why everyone has been talking about on their progress including so much cleaner to ship the first. Armored Immaculate touchscreens. Because then you have from day one. All those next. They can run iphone and IPAD, APPs. There are all touch, so no problem like there's no confusion about well. How the hell do I use his phone up my Mac? It's a touchscreen. They're all touchscreens. All the screens and the Intel wants don't have to be because they can't run iphone and IPAD APPS like it would just be so clean. Such a clean break of like the old world where Max couldn't do the stuff. And the new world when they can, and for all the other reasons listed, we'll talk about more later maybe. But. These rumors so far in mentioning and it made me rethink something. I said in the last show. Where I said like Oh, these are gonNA come. It's not like they're going to have when we're talking about. Touch Mars like it's not like they're going to have a separate t to running touch bar, and then another arm system on a chip running the rest of the system. Why would they do that? We so wasteful. But. If, they're really shipping align of our Max that are basically just like the Intel. Max. You know, but we swap out. The Intel CPU and maybe the discreet GPO for system on chip, but everything else says the same. Maybe they come touch bar, and maybe that's how bars run by t to for the reasons. I was mentioning last show why they wouldn't do it is. they don't have to architect the to runs this different. That runs touch bar on those separate computer that communicates with the main computer. And you know it's they'd have to reimplement that if they WANNA keep the touch bar because these are the Max that are basically just like the old Max, but different guts on the inside. Would ship. It would be so gross to have an arms and also a t to in there. But if these these rumors the don't mention touch screening, just keep talking about you know sort of model similar to our current metals are true maybe like I don't. Know I I don't want that to be the case, but I'm. It's more of a possibility now than thought it was. The is also mentioned a quilt. All new form factor design which is in the future the twenty twenty one months right? So that would be like the well this first crop or not like that, but the second crop are the ones that have all the rounder screens in the touch screens and all that other stuff. I don't know. These were still far away from ship dates. All we know is that the first arm base maximum ship before the end of the year. Such as assume like December. Or holidays, or whatever, like I, don't know, it'll be a while. Still I'll be keeping on these rumors, but. The fact that the rumor is never mentioned. touchscreens is really dumped bucket a cold water, all my optimism from lascaux. I'm not sure we can actually really read much into that. Because the rumors so far about whatever the future harbor is had been so thin and they're all over the map they've. They predicted like every possible. Mac You can imagine in every size has been predicted at some point. What about IPAD pros becoming like an arm of themselves. So, this is some feedback from remmy vish on since they announced Mac officially I've been thinking about the fact that the IPAD pro with a keyboard mouse is very close to being an arm Mac on the hardware side. This is assuming like I said unless show that they make these are Max that are the have almost all the features of an ipad curve screen at touchscreen all those things or whatever? I'm thinking about the possibility of Apple. Letting users install Mac Os II pets, especially pro ones. Valve releases new arm base Mac with touchscreen round in Colorado Cellular. Antenna CETERA does sound an awful lot like an IPAD. Picture the idea of going to apple store, having the IPAD PRO and the new arm Mac next to each other with almost the exact same hardware feature set the only difference being that apple forbids you from stalling macaroni and the IPAD. But I and you can still ipad on the Mac right we, we think the harbor is going to be simpler. We think that the MAC system on a chip. especially for a low to mid and laptop is going to be based on the same design as the IPAD SYSTEM-ON-CHIP, if not exactly the same, but you know what are the fourteen core that designed we think is going to be using MACs as well. If they all have touch screens. Obviously, the MAC would have. Merimee would have more storage bigger would have an attached keyboard I'll let us stuff, but. Hardware wise..

"Ball for rebounding I mean yeah I mean won't is one a great. What if absolutely last thing? And then you can fire way anymore Observations or questions. You have what I get into these arguments with the few people that remember the bullets like I remember the bullets. I've always thought on these lists. That Elvin Hayes should be ahead of WES unseld. And I think you'd think the opposite which is fine And he is ahead of Wes. Unseld on the list. Elvin Hayes forty four and unsettled as fifty on this list. Do you know that Elvin Hayes and I didn't know this. A caller pointed this out or somebody tweeted it to me. Do you know that on the all time career scoring list for the NBA? That Elvin Hayes is still number ten ahead of him. Moses Malone Shaquille O'Neal Wilt Dirk Jordan. Kobe Lebron Karl Malone and Kareem all nine of those players ahead of him. They're all in the top nineteen on this list. Elvin Hayes is number forty four but let me take it a step. Further on the all time Rebounds List Career Rebounds List Elvin Hayes is still number four behind wilt Russell and Kareem ahead of Moses ahead of Dunkin ahead of Malone while I was shocked by that I knew that Elvin Hayes accumulated unbelievable numbers during the course of his career because he played a long time and my God he played like forty eight minutes a game like he never came out. He was a true ironman but he's the fourth leading rebounder of all time in the tenth score of all time might the criticism of Elvin Hayes. Is that number one. He was not a great teammate. He was definitely a sort of a self involved player but they other criticism which is totally fair. Of Elvin Hayes is that he didn't play his greatest. In the biggest of circumstances he wasn't very good in the seventy five finals against Golden State. Rick Perry completely outplayed him and the bullets. That's one of the biggest upsets in NBA history. They didn't win a game they got swept by the warriors. And Elvin Hayes wasn't very good in seventy eight when they won the title at Seattle in game seven a he didn't have the greatest of series B. Fouled out a game seven. He was on the bench. When the key moments in that game took place or twelve points out twelve points eight rebounds and fouled out of game seven in the postseason that year and so that is legitimate criticism of the big. By the way. You know In this game exists on Youtube he played a game against Makhdoom in the seventy five playoffs before they played the Celtics before they played the warriors and I think mcadoo had fifty. Hayes had forty eight in the game. They beat Buffalo in a seven game series. Beat them in seven. Actually you know. I've got the box score right here. Elvin Hayes in that game. Oh my fault. It was the next game mcadoo. Fifty Elvin Hayes had forty six in this one. But what a match up. That was Makato against as you know in a series yes but L. Elvin Hayes is a top three to five power forward of all time and no one ever talks about talks about him and no interest very gun and in. This list was based in part on numbers. And Elvin Hayes is fourth leading rebounder career all time and tenth leading score which is really blew me away. I mean I knew he had big time numbers. I didn't know that he was still that high up on the list Anyway that's that's all I got. What else you got on this? It's all I got okay. It's always fun to debate this stuff. there will probably be five more lists over the next month that we'll have a chance. Let's talk about You wanted to mention something about Tyson. Well there's been a lot of publicity. Mike Tyson put posting some workout videos. That have impressed. A lot of.

"In nineteen ninety eight felt like it would have been a huge win. Right. We had no history with foreign dudes to for him to be. I think he's one of the best sixteen seventeen players of all time for that. To happen was inconceivable in nineteen ninety eight when did you start to think it was actually potentially maybe going to get there? People. Always that. Did you believe? And I'm like, I didn't believe this. Nobody believed this then Nelson didn't this. Now, I think he was going to be an all star. When I thought him play live in Derm. Remember, they they draft. And then it's the lockout. And then if the temblor of ninety eight and I'm on my annual go watch the trip in England. And I convinced the morning news. Then meted Germany. It's like going from Dallas in New York. So I got so watch play right to league game there. And I was like this dude is like I've never seen a seven footer shoot. Like, a, you know, I'm I'm a Braves fan. So Bob, Matthew was the you know, he was the greatest and Bob Nakajima had range, and he was considered the best base of big man, probably before jerk, but he didn't extend out that kind of ring. There was no three point line for the bulk of his career. I'm sure he would have been great at it. If he made the judge. But you didn't think you start of Makhdoom as for a little bit closer in. I mean, Dirk had this range that we had never seen before. So I thought okay, they'll learn all the physicality stuff. But you if you shoot like that you're gonna be dumping. So I thought all star. But. I remember the top twenty player. I mean, nobody that. Yes. So you mentioned the lockout. We didn't get to see him in Boston that first year. That's what I was going to all the games back then and you know as a fifty game season. So there were the west and the east really didn't play that much. Then the next year he came in. And he was kinda rounding into dirt form at that point. And actually looked it up as you were just talking 'cause I remember he was awesome. And so he he was ten fifteen with twenty six points in his first game in the garden, but Pierce to game too. But I remember leaving that game. And being like, oh, man. I don't I don't know what that is. But that's that's something. And like you I revered macadear on on those buffalo teams because the Celtics had some great series with him that with them. And then ironically, the Celtics traded for him, and he was terrible. I don't know what happened to him in the late seventies. But it was this MAC. It is six foot ten. Center who his game was twenty feet from the basket that he wasn't really a Senator. But that's where they played him in it all kind of worked, and that's what we thought Dirk was going to be for for. I don't know the first couple years of his crews. When are they when do they realize that you actually needed to play him with the center? Well started as a fault word. I mean that how messed up it was because in those days, you know, the the prototypical four with Karl Malone. He was the best four man in the league bread. And you know, Dirk had no chance of of physically matching up with with him. And so they actually started the fall for until they finally realize no he's gotta be a four. We're gonna let him play his way of four. And it was just, but you've got to become a defensive rebound, or we know you're not even gonna be in position to be an offensive rebounder. We know you're gonna be a rim protector, but you have to be a defensive rebound or and he really. Worked on that. You know, he I think it was just the last game or through. He he became what is it five guys with ten thousand defensive rebounds in their career. So right, we'll be in his career average lift under eight for rebounding because the last year's obviously have minutes gone down. But he became in his prime of very serviceable defensive rebound..

"Started crack open our final segment of our six pack tonight. We head out to you Matt radio as they discuss Odell Beckham junior getting traded to the Cleveland Browns. We begin this morning with major breaking news Seth Payne. Odell Beckham has been traded by the giants of the Cleveland Browns. Levian bell has signed with the New York Jets your reaction to these big moves that my late last. I'm going to be completely honest. I don't know if anybody cares about this anymore. But like because I now know Jay Glazer, and I like Jay Glazer, I felt vindicated on behalf of Jay Glazer. Jay Glazer reported at Odell Beckham Mike traded this year and a lot of people. Call them an idiot and a clown in a moron, especially giants fans. Now are those giants fans feeling now that your team this how I feel like I feel like the giants are lost at sea and ally manning is their hapless, captain, this is how I feel about Odell Beckham JR. Getting traded from the giants. You manning doesn't even know or realize that he steering ships in the wrong direction. And he should have been removed from his captaincy long ago. But some Admiral back in old England or something. Thinks that allies the best captain who ever lived. So now that that's ship is headed towards an iceberg. And there's nothing anybody any giants fan can do about it. Your team is a disaster. Your team just your team. Just let one of the three best wide receiver in the league waltz out the door for a second rounder a bust of a first round pick in Djibril peppers and not a whole lot else. This is this is really really bad for the giants. And it's very exciting for the Cleveland Browns. So that's where I am with that. I have a surprising take. The giants made the right move here. The New York Giants made the right move in trading. Odell Beckham I'm actually follow the compensation because they had to move on. They were never actually going to win with Odell Beckham in a giants uniform. They don't have the right quarterback. He's a total pain in the ass. Now, he wants more money in Cleveland. They made the right move. Okay. And trading ODBC. All right. This is like this is like if you married the wrong woman, but she's rich as hell, and you didn't get a pre NUP. And now, you're your divorcing that woman. And maybe that's the right move. But she's still the best looking best thing that ever happened to you. She's loaded and she's leaving in a van down by the river. But that's what I what am I gonna excuse. The giants for starting to try to extricate themselves from this mess that started with hiring Ben mcadoo three years ago. Let's go back through the let's go back through the message. The giants have been just off the top of my head. They hire Ben mcadoo then. Makhdoom benches. Eli manning the team freaks out because oh my gosh. She's Eli manning. He's awesome. Right. And then they fire Ben mcadoo may hire Pat Shurmur, and they're so they're so concerned about you lie Manning's feelings that they pass on Sam darnold and draft a running back. And now the only thing the giants have going for him into two thousand eighteen was that Odell Beckham is one of the very best players know leagues. You gotta lock him up. Right. Sure. Lock him up. But then the problem is at Eli manning continues to not be a good quarterback. Despite like twenty percent of the media trying to come up with hot takes about how he actually is. And then you have this mess here. This is a disaster of an organization, then they have no idea what they're doing zero. Not a clue. I disagree. Come on. They are a disaster of an organization. But this was a good move. I end. Okay. Why did they? All right. This was a good move because they were never gonna win with Odell. Okay. If it's a good move. Why didn't they trade them last year when they wouldn't have had to take a twenty million dollar hit for it? All well that that's what they they paid him twenty million the session million dollar hit on the cap now. So it's like, it's a bad deal. The giants. Here's the thing about the giants. The giants have been a total mess. Don't get it wrong. They have been a total mess and they passed on a quarterback and Sam Donald for saquon Barkley, which to me is complete malfeasance from the GM, Dave gentleman. Don't think is very good at his job. But I'm saying this move this move right here trading. Odell Beckham was a good move because they were never going to actually win big games with Odell Beckham. But the problem getting a New Jersey. The problem is though you're giving them credit for a move that he the Dave gentleman. The GM got themselves into this is like if your doctor botches three nose jobs, and you're like, well, you fixed it on The Fourth Way got this for you. Right. Yeah. I watched that show botched. It's awful you'd never go back to that Brazilian doctor the botched your nose for for twenty seven dollars, right? You cannot you can't give credit. What am I going to say if I'm a giants fan like, hey, hey, gentleman's finally starting to get it? Right. Am I allowed to say giving Odell Beckham with the contract was obviously a bad move was the wrong move. But I think this move I under severe leading this move, right? Right. We can evaluate this move. I Mike is this the right move versus. Okay. Let's say what are the other options higher demand? That'll get rid of Eli manning. Like, what are your options are getting how what are your options in terms of? Wow. Odell Beckham one of the best receivers we've seen in the league in the last decade. What can we do that makes sense? Okay. Let's see we have two players on the team that are up are pretty big deals. Got you. I manning we've got ode L Beckham junior, which one should we care about more. But the you're mixing mixing topics here. You know, I I believe. A disaster disaster. I mean, they're actually they are for some weird reason making this into Willie Mays with the Mets for no apparent reason. I should retire two years ago. Everybody in their grandmother knows. It makes no sense. Why he's still going back to the giants? All I'm saying this morning, Mike and Seth Paul's in the afternoon. The today all I'm saying is this move this shocking. A good move. I understand that. Why are you you you're saying? Wow. Because you disagree with me. You must not understand what I'm saying. I understand what you are saying. I just asked you. Yes. If you have Odell Beckham junior on your team, and he's somewhat disgruntled and probably one of the reasons for that disgruntlement is Eli Manning's your your answer is well, I can get a late first round pick or a mid first round pick and get rid of one of the best players in the league. And hopefully roll the dice on another player and then bring in Djibril peppers too. And I don't even know what the hell position. He should actually be playing. Stick him on offense, ROY care. So like, I don't the maintaining Odell Beckham in fixing that relationship is the best move. So you're asking me ok allies, a disaster. Odell has some issues who shot prioritize on the giants. Well, the answer's Odell. But ultimately, it's neither I prioritize neither Eli nor Odell I move on from both of them. And I build I draft a quarterback this year. And I find a way to move forward. That's what I would do. This is what I would say. I'm the owner of the. Giants. Yes. Hey cattleman. You've got one of the best towns in the NFL a top ten tell in the NFL. Why the hell are you getting rid of him? What have you created in that locker room? What is a mess of this team? No, I'm not going to get rid of one of the very best players in the league. I don't give a damn fix it. I'm pal. How am I that's why the GM getting paid? They gave Odell Beckham a contract last year a big contract. And then he's out with little Wayne during the season doing an interview saying, he's not sure he wants to be in New York. Like, how do you make? Okay. It's the okay move as long as you also fired. They've got on. Good. I'm just saying I think. I'm saying there is no good move here. Because it's such a message disastrous situation. The only good move is the fire, Dave gentleman fire. Pat, Shurmur hire people that know what they're doing. And keep the best player in the league on your team. I don't know what's going on here. I'll say this. It's a repeat of what I said at my postseason pressure. We didn't sign Odell to trade him. Okay. So I know that's all over the place. So understand that. That's all I need say about that. Dave Gettleman mere weeks ago. The GM of the giants he's he's bad at his job. And I think he's way too old school school is thinking and he hasn't adapted with times. I just think I thought about this last night. I mean, I I really did ask a walk last night downtown, and I was thinking about this whole move. And I just came to the conclusion that I just don't think the giants we're gonna win with Dell. And if the compensation they got for Odell Beckham, which was the first round pick, a third round pick and Chipotle peppers was so bad that I would like to know why no other NFL top that pack. It was it was fine compensation. I'm saying look, I've conceited. Okay. If you wanna strictly just put it boiled down to this move, then fine, except that you also have to fire the GM that got you to this point. That's fine. There's not. So it's not a good move. You haven't fixed anything, this is your can't mistake? No your mistake is that you fix something. Because you've gotten why is it a good deal? If you're not fixing any, well, how can you fix anything right now, though, when you trade a player like this for what they got which is basically picks, and it's not fixed yet. It can't be fixed by definition because he picks yet though. Right. So you're saying the best option like this. They pick the best way to die. Yes. They got. They got still it might be the market rate compensation, but it's still inadequate compensation. Then ultimately, you're probably never gonna trade a guy like this for what his true value is going to be because he such a tremendous player. I just think he is such a pain in the ass and a guy that they were never going to win with based on organizational timeline, a complete lack of quarterback all that stuff that I think this is what the giants had to do even on the face for them, it sucks and don't and I hate the giants. I don't like the giants. And I'm annoyed by how the giants are constantly held up as this paragon of virtue in the NFL anymore. Not anymore as as much but the last like ten years the giants minus eight individual playoff games have been basically a five hundred football team. But when it comes to this like, I just have to give my honest opinion. Which is I don't think this team was going to actually win with Odell Beckham. And when you decide as an organization, hey, I've got a star young player, but he's a pain in the butt, and I'm probably not gonna win with him. Then you've got a real choice than and you've got you've got a choice to make as an owner to which is like ever ever since Tom Coughlin completely deep pants and humiliated that organization on his way out the door. Remember, we're Calvin did. I see he's snubbed the owner as he was leaving the podium in his exit press conference, then he stuck around and worked out of the team facility for several months afterwards, but he would walk in the door. Well, his former assistant coach coaching the team in interest in workout at the facility. Just kind of basically ran the show ever since. Then the giants ownership group has been a bunch of betas. Letting other leading basically the wins determine the fate of their organization, and this is the same thing you're gonna sit there and have a GM who sticking by ally. Manning who turned down Sam darnold, apparently just to keep allies feelings and tax turned down your potential franchise quarterback. And now is trading way..

"Eight two. Email elrushbo at eibnet dot US. Look there is no question that we're being invaded by immigration illegal immigration. Donald Trump ran for office building a wall stopping it. It's the reason that he was elected. And I I I'm telling ya everywhere. I I just sense that the natives are getting restless. That Republicans had the House Republicans have the Senate Republicans had the White House in there, isn't any wall. We know that the Republican House and Senate had many people in there too. Didn't wanna wall big fans at Trump Republican party not unified. But that didn't matter. That's why they elected Trump. Trump was going to get that done. Trump was going to be able to overcome that kind of opposition on the basis of being elected alone. These the this look, this is another reason I hate to keep time this Makhdoom Muller. But and this investigation they're trying to nullify everything about that two thousand sixteen election, including the issues, Trump ran on FOX. He was clearly elected to stop illegal immigration to shore up the border to build a wall to stop it. That is the primary reason that people look the other way whenever there are questionable things about Trump's character personality is things that might tend to upset people his tweeting the access Hollywood video people look the other way because of the over arching importance. Shorting up and securing the border, and the fact that there was nobody else in American politics that would get anywhere near talking about it like Trump did people believed him and elected him. And they stand by him to this day. I am convinced because they still hold out hope, and they believe that he meant it that he was going to get a handle on this now along comes Muller manned band of Mary investigators. And then the rest of the Washington establishment never trying to nullify the twenty sixteen election. They're trying to overturn it. They refuse to accept the results. And everything Muller is doing is aimed at disqualifying Trump. They want to write a report alternately that would be subject to him being impeached. Not subject, it, would it would it would lead everybody to conclude that he should be. That's what they're setting up here. The whole thing is bogus. None of this is legal. None of this is Justice. It's all raw, politics and part and parcel of it. Do not doubt me is is disqualifying Trump as president while he is. All of this has been about raising questions regarding his fitness. His temperament his qualifications. And to the extent that they can have people start questioning that then it's not a big leap to questioning his. Opinions on policy his objectives on policy. So there isn't any overwhelmingly loud applause and support in Washington for this economic recovery quite the opposite. There's an attempt to ignore it. Their efforts to sabotage it. Nobody will convince me that General Motors closing plants is not political aimed at Trump. There's no other reason for it. Other than they made some mistakes, assuming that is going to be buying electric cars by now, and they retooled for that. Nobody's buying electric cars at least not enough to sustain General Motors, but they're not closing plants in may cord or China. So there is a lot of pressure on Trump. But at the. Number one. Policy reason Trump is opposed. And by the way. All of this. He's unfit. We don't like his tweets the guys demeanor. He's embarrassing. He's got no class. It's all aimed at disqualifying Trump. On whatever issues he wants, including at the top of the list, illegal immigration. You must realize the entirety of the Washington establishment wants illegal immigration. They want as many people, flooding the borders. They don't think the countries in crisis. They don't think that the country is going gonna go with California's even if it does so what they're still going to be in America. And these people are still going to have their ways of insulating themselves from whatever trash and garbage results from the collapse of American culture. They're not worried about it. They don't think the countries in crisis and all including much of the Republican leadership in the house and Senate. So Trump one we got a humorous name. We've got to make it look like we're on board. When he gets a judge appointed. We like we'll go all the way on that. But when it comes to immigration, he's still a lone wolf. And that's the reason nothing's happened threes that there hasn't been a wall. Now, there is always an end of the year budget deal has to get done lame duck congress every year. Does it we've been dealing with continuing resolutions to fund the government for I don't know how many years now there is money in there? That could be allocated by way of executive order. Just get started on building a wall in five billion ten billion can get started. We've already got a prototype of the wall. That's been built out Santa she'd road their the Mexican border that is proving impossible for the illegals to climb over its. Got a lot of potential. I a lot of people are getting nervous. And wondering why the president isn't moving on, especially. The administration seems to be getting behind the prison reform Bill which may in and of itself be okay. But it's not why he got elected, and it's not going to get him reelected. I mean, people are not gonna race to the polls in twenty twenty. Yeah. We gotta keep trumpeting. She what he did imprison. That's it's immigration and illegal immigration shoring up the border. I can't tell you why the delay. I I can only guess, but I do need to tell you that Trump is still a one man band on this. I mean, he's got some don't there's some members of the Republican House and some members of the Republican Senate who are with Trump on this, but nowhere near a majority of them. And Trump doesn't have a big donors on his a bunch of big donors on your side who are with him on this. The big donors are opposed to him on this. And it could well be that the Trump people are strategic rising that it may be. To their benefit to have immigration is an issue in two thousand twenty. That he tried any struggling and everything, but he needs more support. I can I can see the campaign now got him elected. Once they may be thinking, it could get him elected a second time, and believe me, FOX do not discount that there's some people in politics, very cynical. If you have a problem that's big and you got elected to fix it. If you fix it too soon. It doesn't help you. I e. If you fix the border right now in the next year. Then what are you going to talk about in the final year leading up to reelection look at what I did. A lot of people. Yeah. You fix this and roll? We'll reelect you for as long as you live. But in politics, it's what have you done for me lately? And there is this concept. Dislike in football. You can score too soon. You're gonna leave the other team too much time to come back in a fourth quarter saved thing here. A lot of people in politics. Thank you can fix it too. Soon to suit an issue away from yourself, even though it may be the number one thing your voters want. It's it's kind of luted along these lines. I have my little immigration stack today, and it's maddening it's infuriating. Here's one headline from Fox News one third of migrants in caravan are being treated for health issues. "Look there is no question that we're being invaded by immigration illegal immigration. Donald Trump ran for office building a wall at stopping it. It's the reason he was elected. And I I I'm telling you everywhere. I I the sense that the natives are getting restless. That Republicans had the House Republicans have the Senate Republicans had the White House, and there isn't any wall. Now, we know that the Republican House and Senate had many people in there too didn't wanna wall or not big fans of Trump Republican party not unified. But that doesn't matter. That's why they elected Trump. Trump was going to get that done. Trump is going to be able to overcome that kind of opposition on the basis of being elected alone. The is it look, this is another reason I hate to keep tying this Makhdoom Muller. But and this investigation they're trying to nullify everything about that two thousand sixteen election, including the issues, Trump ran on FOX. He was clearly elected to stop illegal immigration to shore up the border to build a wall to stop it. That is the primary reason that people look the other way whenever there are questionable things about Trump's character personality or things that might tend to upset people his tweeting the access Hollywood people look the other way because of the over arching importance. Of shoring up and securing the border, and the fact that there was nobody else in American politics that would get anywhere near talking about it like Trump did people believed him and elected him. And they stand by him to this day. I am convinced because they still hold out hope, and they believe that he meant it that he was going to get a handle on this now along comes Muller manned Banda, Mary investigators in the rest of the Washington establishment never trying to nullify the two thousand sixteen election. They're trying to overturn it. They refuse to accept the results. And everything Muller is doing is aimed at disqualifying Trump. They want to write a report automatically that would be subject to him being impeached. All of this has been about raising questions regarding his fitness, his temperament, his qualifications. And to the extent that they can have people start questioning that then it's not a big leap to questioning his opinions on policy his objectives on policy. So there isn't any overwhelmingly loud applause and support in Washington for this economic recovery quite the opposite. There's an attempt to ignore it. Their efforts to sabotage it. Nobody will convince me that General Motors closing plants is not political aimed at Trump. There's no other reason for it. Other than they made some mistakes swimming that everybody's going to be buying electric cars by now they retooled for that. And nobody's buying electric cars at least not enough to sustain General Motors, but they're not closing plants in may cord or China. So there is a lot of pressure on Trump. But at the. Number one policy reason Trump is opposed. They don't think the countries of crisis. They don't think that the country is gonna go as California's even if it does. So what there's going to be in America. And these people are still going to have their ways of insulating themselves from whatever trash and garbage results from the collapse of American culture. They're not worried about it. They don't think the country is in crisis and all including much of the Republican leadership in the house and Senate. So Trump one we got a humorous name. But and I heard Pat Shurmur we think he's going to play better. We think everyone's going to play better, man. I'm looking at the giant schedule. I'm looking at what they got the rest of the way, they got San Francisco and Tampa the next two weeks. If you can't find a win, then you can let you can let you light play at Philly. This is it there's a there's a bit of a tragedy in the Eli manning story, which is if in the playoff game the game after the boat trip. Right. The playoff game against the Packers. I don't wish injury on anyone. But this is in the past if allied suffered a significant injury in that game, and they decided after that game to call it quits think about how different his career would be looked at right now. The he would to me be in better position for the hall of fame. Had he not played this last year and a half if been his last season's starter got the team back to the playoffs. They were right, right? Like instead, he obviously doesn't get hurt deals with all the team injuries last year his awful play this year. And now. It's a week by week winter. They pulling the plug on Eli manning. It's a sad ending for either leave the greatest quarterback and giant's history. And yet here New York if the fans love you which is hard to do when you're not playing well, they're not many athletes that they still love. It's really hard to get rid of someone. You saw that like you said happened last year back to the Cowboys. Now, not the season. They were expecting to have at least not up to this point three and five on the air. Coming off a tough loss to the titans on Monday night. Look nobody's sugar coating what's happening in Dallas right now. And that includes Troy Aikman the three times. Super Bowl champs said the whole organization was need of a complete overhaul. I've heard Jerry say, okay. Look we're going to do it differently. I'm going to do it differently. But it's the same nothing changes. And that to me is the bigger issue. Yes. Coaching important personnel. All those reports. But how are you going about valuating? Our you going about running the organization, and whatever that looks like, and everyone has an opinion on what it does look like. But I'm not in the building. I have no idea. I talked to people I talked to people who've been inside the building and have a pretty good understanding of how things are run in a lot of ways there's a lot of dysfunction, and and that has to change if this team is going to be able to compete on a consistent basis. Like the teams that you looked to around the league that seemingly are in the hunt each and every year. See Troy makes it very good point. You may wanna just like scrabble throwing tiles and start over again. But they've got a stud running back. This is a young team. You got your center that's gonna come back is it worth..

"So yes, this sign that paper man, it older New Orleans if they offer him a contract do not care how much money it's for. I don't care for the league minimum of the final eight games. They offer contract, and he does not take it. He doesn't wanna play football. Like, there will be no that debate will then be over like, so I think for him. It's a great fit for New Orleans. I'm a little more skeptical. I know we'll spend more time on it later. But go ahead. Mike, Mike, Mike, Tom. This is a little nickname. Mike might call him and calling on the flip phone time to get there man, you'll help all them on the flipping and finally ally. Manning is still the giants starting quarterback. The fact that that's news probably should tell you something giants fans the team announced he will start this Monday against the Niners quarterback. Nick mullins. Nothing says barn burner like Mullins versus manning. See what do you make this decision? I'm gonna tell you something to cow Shanahan. I said this before last week's game. And we didn't know who was going to be started what Cal Shanahan does weaken week out. But paren- his quarterback, regardless of who it is clearly C J about third, man. Some other guy, I don't even know some guy only Brett farve and his mom would know in southern miss. And then we saw what he did with Jimmy G last year in the five season. The reason why there was such great enthusiasm. So Kyle what he does he's really really special as far as play caller in developing the quarterback and ally Manfred man is like a horse that you used to like and this time his time to do some. We thought they were last year was that. Oh, man. The giants are never in the top five picks lo and behold, meant we six months seven months later, and they are situated to be they might as well take the rest of the season. It does not do them as one of my bosses. Tell me to don't mess this up by winning. That's the only way that the giants can can miss out by win the few as coming down the stretch. Nick, listen, they gotta start you like this week. They guy that eventually might start form back to back days last week. Almost ran a cop over the second day. They actually called him for it. He got arrested for it. I don't know why you didn't get suspended for. But like you can't reward that behavior by hey, you're I start Carlo Letta your. You're you're feel okay. "Like you've got everything. What are you talking about? But he's running around feeling like he's wrong. Now I want you to juxtapose that because I can't believe it all giants management got blown out, clinging blowed out, got clinging to ally manning got blowed out so they were going to bench him and then you can't do that. Get out of here. All of you lose all your power. Your disgrace you're laughing stock are you are is the previous regime working anywhere in sports, ROY smack Reese? Do? Where are these guys right now? Are they working. Did they just get banished from the sport for the for the indignity of discovering that align manning was washed before the rest of us. Did you make Reese Makhdoom one person I did. I met a both the two hundred monster of giants leadership that was in there before because he's not sure if. As if it's Floyd right point, that's Jerry. Okay, good. So you got recent macadear just where are they now? I'd like to know, but so they're replaced. Okay. Because this is funny when you talk about the generational and cultural divides in sports and why it is that everyone in PR is frustrated by Twitter, like we don't want players expressing themselves. We want players sticking to management's line. Whatever that line. So now you got Pat Shurmur and Dave Gettleman, which is a two headed monster of starch stiffness. And what are they dealing with this week? They're dealing with Odell Beckham deciding he wanted to do an ESPN interview outside of their entire structure with Lil Wayne, what the bleep are they going to do with that? Like how in what world are they going to understand that Odell Beckham wants to sit down with low lane and kind trashes quarterback, like how, how, how to get them, where to get them in and Shurmur find the connection points. I'm not even kidding. You like how what? So now he's called into the office and he probably goes in with low wing and he's sits before Gettleman Shurmur and it's like, what? Give me a quarterback like the last guys did the right thing. You got their job because they did the right thing. They got rid of this quarterback. Doing the right thing, and then they stopped around week five. The New York Giants don't have a quarterback Odell Beckham just told you that on television. We've all kind of known that. Yup. I think his teammates agree with him by the way, by the way, Floyd reaches retired. We know about Floyd. Jerry is also networking, nice little parachute, I guess for macadear didn't get a d line job somewhere and Olarn job somewhere were analyst. Jonathan, nothing just vanished right now. He lives with his wife. Toni, they have kid and he lives in Homer city. Let's call them up. I did just in searching for what macadear is doing. I learned that he recently said he wanted the giants, the draft, Patrick Mahomes. Oh, this, he's got the cushy seat there that is, oh, that is good right there. I wanted Kamara and girly and Julio Jones. He could say what everyone I told manager told everybody seeing the team. I was going to build every I wanted was a pro bowler. It's not as gods of retirement right there. What city did you say was in Homer? City it sitting in Homer city on your couch saying, yeah, I would have gotten a home over city sitting in your tiny Whitey. Washing Sunday football Mahomes. Throwing four touchdown pass. I tried. I tried to Benji lie. New York wouldn't let me. New York rose up. You want to get him on the phone though. Macadamia. Talk, just Evan live. Jerry Reese, do you want him know about void? Reas- I'll take anybody just but think about this for a second guy. I'm dead serious about this because there is a disconnect in terms of how one generation uses social media or gets their voice out there and Derek cheater helped lubricate some of this, even though he was the player who never said anything by creating the players Tribune and and giving the guy's an idea that they could come out and tell their story on their own outside of management that these players have become empowered that they don't have to just be labor all the time..

All of us all your power, your disgrace you're laughing stock. Are you are is the previous regime working anywhere in sports, ROY smack Reese? Mcadoo. Where are these guys right now? Are they working. Did they just get banished from the sport for the for the indignity of discovering that ally manning was washed before the rest of us? Did you make Reese Makhdoom one person I did. I met at both the two hundred monster of giants leadership that was in there before because he sound sheriff. It's right point. That's Jerry. Okay, good. So you got recent McIntyre just where are they now? I'd like to know, but so they're replaced. Okay. Because this is funny when you talk about the generational and cultural divides in sports and why it is that everyone in PR is frustrated by Twitter, like we don't want players expressing themselves. We want players sticking to management's line, whatever that line. So now you got Pat Shurmur and Dave Gettleman, which is a two headed monster of starch stiffness. And what are they dealing with this week? They're dealing with Odell Beckham deciding he wanted to do and ESPN interview outside of their entire structure with Lil Wayne, what the bleep are they going to do with that? Like how? What world are they going to understand that Odell Beckham wants to sit down with low lane and kind of tragedies, quarterback, like how, how, how to get them, where to get them in and Shurmur find the connection points. I'm not even kidding. You like how what? So now he's called into the office and he probably goes in with low wing and he sits before Gettleman Shurmur and it's like, what? Give me a quarterback like the last guys did the right thing. You got their job because they did the right thing. They got rid of this quarterback. Doing the right thing, and then they stopped around week five. The New York Giants don't have a quarterback Odell Beckham just told you that on television. We've all kind of known that. Yup. I think his teammates agree with him by the way by the way Floyd Reza's retired. We know about Floyd. Jerry is also not working nights. Oh, parachute, I guess for macadear didn't get a d line job somewhere and old line job somewhere. An analyst job then just vanished right now. He lives with his wife Toni, they have kid and he lives in Homer city. Let's call them up. I did just an searching for what macadear is doing. I learned that he recently said he wanted the giants to draft Patrick Mahomes. Oh, this, he's got the cushy seat there that is, oh, that is good right there. Oh, I wanted Kamara in girly and Julio Jones. He can say, whatever you want. I told management told everybody who's going to see in the team. I was going to build. Every guy I wanted was a pro bowler. Gods of retirement right there. What did you say he was in Homer city sitting in the Homer city on your couch saying, yeah, I would have gotten a home. Sitting in your tiny Whitey. Watching Sunday football Mahomes throwing touchdown pass. I tried. I tried to Benji lie. New York wouldn't let me. New York rose up. You want to get him on the phone though, has talk just Evan live. Jerry Reese? Do you want him now about void res on, think anybody just but think about this for a second guy. I'm dead serious about this because there is a disconnect in terms of how one generation uses social media gets their voice out there and Terek cheater helped lubricate some of this, even though he was the player who never said anything by creating the players Tribune and and giving the guy's an idea that they could come out and tell their story on their own outside of management that these players have become empowered that they don't have to just be labor all the time..

"Dugan and it ran on April first nineteen seventy nine. How explains that when tap communications was considering a wife or Hispanic actor for the role of Mr. Dugan he received a phone call from Derrick Humphries the PR man for the Congressional Black caucus who offered his help in finding the right man for the role. How told Humphries he wasn't sure the character was still going to be black. How then received a call from Bill lane and official of the national association for the advancement of colored people. You know, the NWEA c. p. landed heard about the possibility of Mr. Dugan going from black to white, and he wasn't happy about it. He accused Charlie Hauck of toying with black actors and demanded a black actor be cast. Laying also told this to daily variety. Additionally, lane mentioned that not only would end AA CPI not be happy if a black actor wasn't used, but so with the Congressional Black caucus, this article ran daily variety on February fourteenth. The very same. I'm day leave on little was cast in the role on February twenty. Eighth just two weeks after that. First daily variety article appeared. A new article showed up this one with the cheerful headline of black caucus vows to crush CBS's Mr. Dugan Bill lane of the NWEA CPA and Derek Humphries the PR man for the Congressional Black caucus were ripping Mr. Dugan distress. They call the show trash, and that it was a systematic effort to erode the power of black officials around the country. And if this show should dare to hit the airwaves, the caucus would introduce legislature for government control of television networks, though. I'm not really sure that that would have passed. And if that wasn't enough, the NWC would join the caucus in quote, apt national censure of Mr. Dugan keep in mind that at this point, no one from the Congressional Black caucus or the end of. Fillets EP had even seen Mr. Duga. How says that it was at this point, having not seen the show but publicly condemning it anyway, which may not exactly seem fair was what led to the ill-fated Mr. Dugan screening in Washington DC the caucus invited Norman Lear and Alan horn to common screen the show. Now, Charlie hawk thought this was a terrible idea thinking that since the caucus had already publicly declared it as trash, they weren't likely to change their minds and they didn't. Free episodes of Mr. Dugan that work completed are not available anywhere. No surprise. Courtesy of Richard Irvine's book forgotten laughs, but we do have is the plop synopsis to a couple of the mill person. Episode was called new man in town. It introduces Mr. Dugan Mr. Makhdoom again, a former Heisman Trophy winner who has a successful construction company who gets elected to congress since he's finishing out the term of deceased congressman, he stuck with the staff that's already in place..

"For this. He loves MAC and cheese. All right. Someone else who's anyone will say, this is across the board. This is at a restaurant as a side. The classic like fifty nine cent box of macaroni and cheese, Kraft dinner. Like we call it up in Canada, like encompasses all of it. I think this concept of MAC and cheese. Oh, I've got no problems with it. I mean, I hear you that it might be. Overrated a little. I don't think so though, especially when I look at the crappy cheap box of Kraft dinner. I mean, that's great. Bang for your buck. That's a solid solid quick filling meal. When you're when you have no money. True. And it's good. I mean, you got that gross powder that you're throwing a little bit catch up on that in heaven. So I think that's fine. You know, I don't get it a lot as a side in an interesting when you got like options from like, especially with like barbecue, right? It's cashing, yes. Beans, like colored green, like grades. Grades? I don't know. I think there is a classic overrated because it's had had some kind of moment here where it's like certain foods like bacon, you and there was like three years where like just all anyone talked about was bacon or adding bacon to bake bake and make it was like a like a Chuck Norris joke. And then MAC and cheese had that moment. It's MAC and cheese was important for a long for a while and people became it became overrated. It's just basically one of the worst pastas, if you're going to have it as a side have like a good pasta. I mean, and I also understand maybe this we're talking diner and whatever, but in a diner, it's not gonna be that good. I just feel like we've convinced ourselves that it's the stifling. Ooh, they do a great Makhdoom to the Duke amac juicer. Oh, I'll go to Google for Brunton. Megacities for brunch can get them and you're going to get lunch and we got to go to one and it's like, who cares? Yeah, but it's also not going to be brutal. That's the thing with it. It's going to be a Royal. It's safe. Fair fair. But even at an average level, you're just pounding your body with noodles and wet cheese. Like I think it's got to be pretty good to want to do. Are you eating this package. Your. Tops often not crispy autism, never. You're.

"He only they only put up twenty points like once that year, you know, you can see that Makhdoom was trying to get a mobile quarterback in there because he didn't fit system magnitude, didn't have versatility it'd be able to change his offense to personnel and vie. Of I just feel like some of this is a lot of this is on Gettleman. Right? You hire Gettleman comes from Carolina. That's why Jonathan Stewart comes over, right? And Dave. Like there. He's the one that, hey, man, he was talking about us and and we, you know, but, but you went to Super Bowl with Cam Newton, who who has limitations at quarterback with a great running game and defensive line that gets after people, you kind of control the game. And then of course, you know, you have a couple of super talented, wide receivers, kind of felt like that. That was that was the game plan. All right. So I guess the question becomes, is it going to be you said it's kind of Super Bowl or mistake this year or. Not only has one or two years left. So when that happens, what are you stuck with? So now, so now you want to be stuck with Davis Webb and and and they got the playoffs. They go wild card because you got the defending champions are in their division too because they didn't have to pay their quarterback. They're able to go out and get hired guns. They're able to go out and get been. They're able to get Hello de NADA. So that's the new way of how you win. That's how Seattle one. And then they pay Russell Wilson. They didn't have enough money to go out and get a complex ain't and allies taking a lot of pie right now, you give money back if they believe in align thought they were gonna have a long window. They should get ally extension so that they can take some salary cap. They only have like a nine hundred thousand left in their salary cap, and they're trying to get a stench of Odell Beckham. They're incomplete stick around. We're going to talk about another quarterback in the league coming up contam- Brady, pull off another MVP nineteen. Here. First thing I. Eighty turns forty one on Friday, but he is still expected to light up the league. According to one website, Tom Brady is the favourite to win MVP with Rogers having the second odds. Carson Wentz having the third should Tom Brady be the favourite to win the MVP entering his nineteenth season. But the you'll is voters for tea is just like LeBron bass. While you can technically probably say that he's the most valuable player on the team because you look at how deficient they are. A lot of times he makes a lot of a lot of deficiencies. They don't have great line. They have a crew of running backs running back by committee. He makes seemingly Hct receivers to household names. They go. There have to two years, but simply because most of the defenders in the NFL dome, you know, when I say that you'll you gotta think put a translation, you know. From the college game to the pro game, it's a spread game. You don't really limi- no really know how to fire off the ball. And every year I watch Tom Brady and I watch them make everybody this guy still falls put a banana until pike. I'm watching the Super Bowl against Lanta Saint plate. He ran against be like two thousand five empty backfield comeback is checking the box if you're man or not. If you have a light box, you decide to keep the safety out there and it's a run. And then if if you don't have the safety there, then it's a pass because one on one covers and they continue to fall for it because it's this old trick, but it's a new, a new crop of talent. So they're coming in and it's that fear factor in a lot of times when teams plan, they don't realize that they can beat them or or so much anxiety put so much mental stress because he does all the little things..
