"Their families was so in jeopardy. This should not have been hard to predict this outcome with our command with our commanders and our air force we had they were the fighters. Do you? Do you see the parallel? That the parallels exactly right and I don't think enough people are making a point. You just made Brian I mean, a lot of people were willing to throw the Afghans on the bus, and I think we have to separate two things here. There was absolutely as you say, a failure in the Afghan leadership absolutely corrupt. Incompetent leaders on the Afghan part who nobody can really voucher. At this point, however, you know an estimated 66,000 Afghans died as foot soldiers for the U. S led war war since 2014 and we've documented that 1000 died. Many thousands died over the last year before even the final blitzkrieg by the Taliban. They were fighting on the ground. The Afghans were for themselves and for their country, they just lack their own Afghan leadership to keep them going in the fight the Americans as you said, for all the problems on the U. S military leadership side, I'm very critical of how the generals have mishandled this war and the Pentagon to stand on this war, but a lot of our guys and gals in the field where did exemplary work to stand up the Afghans and keep them fighting? To prevent the jihadist and taking over the country and absolutely that once you rip that away, once you took that away, the whole thing crumble and that's one of the key aspects and why it did crumble. You know, there were plenty of Afghans who fought and died in this war. Many more Afghans and Americans, and certainly many more. Many, many more multiples, you know, exponentially more Afghan sense. 2014 Americans. And yet, you know that that seems to be lost in the story. True, so give me the situation on the ground right now. Americans cannot get to the airport or the these veterans groups have give providing logistical advice to get them to the airport by sending satellite photos, which is pathetic. But yet as so admirable and inspiring It's pathetic. They have to do it outside the government. But right now, if I'm an American outside Kabul, can I get to the airport? Thomas Jocelyn? Not without a lot of difficulty and what you're seeing, or some indications that some of our folks are saying, you know, go in basically the backdoor through back alleys and try and get in don't go through the Taliban checkpoints. And one of the reasons for that, Brian, this is a point. I think a lot of people are missing just over the last 24 to 48 hours. The Taliban accounts have shared images. Of their special forces, known as the Badr E 3 13 special forces manning checkpoints and providing quote unquote security outside the airport in Kabul. Brian, We suspect that this is what is known as the Badri Army. This is an Akani Special forces outfit. That means it's an Al Qaeda Special forces outfit and look out because these guys are known for complex suicide missions. They're known for brutal assaults. They help the Taliban win the war and the idea that they're stationed right out by the Kabul airport right now spooks me a little bit. Yeah. Hakani is going to be part of this new government. I understand. Karzai is also trying to play a role in Abdullah Abdullah. What can you tell me about these negotiations? So now Karzai and Abdullah Abdullah, they're just being cajoled into submission by the Haqqanis. Does everybody understand here? One of the major foundational failures in this war was that the Pentagon and a lot of people in the U. S government Didn't really understand who they were fighting the economy really were Al Qaeda before Al Qaeda with Al Qaeda. They incubated they built Al Qaeda. The founder of the so called The County Network is a guy named Jalaluddin Haqqani. He was Assam been lanes, first benefactor and, in fact help been lying escape from the Tora Bora Mountains in 2000 and one Today. His son, Sir Juda, Nikon E is the number two of the Taliban, but he's also the warlord. He's the muscle Brian. He's the guy who actually controls the armed forces. What they're doing politically is they are cajoling Abdullah, Abdullah, Karzai and others and saying, Submit now don't fight it out, because if you do, you're going to pay. And so they're playing a sophisticated diplomatic game in Kabul right now basically quash any potential opposition in or around Kabul politically or otherwise, so that they can consolidate the Islamic emirate. Johnny. So Ghani leaves. He's a coward, and he's corrupt. He leaves And if the reports are true from Al Jazeera, he left with cars of cash and a chopper in a chopper and called for cars full of cash. We know that he was stealing in front of us when he was when he was leading Afghanistan. But why does he run? And why does Abdullah Abdullah stay? Why does Karzai come back? Well, you know, cars. I always had better relations with the Taliban, then Ghani or anybody else, and he was always much more duplicitous, figuring all this. That's not a defensive Ghani. However, Ghani was the wrong guy to try and lead this war and he's a you know, Western educated academic The idea that you're going to have a guy like that in place to try and lead. This fight against a bunch of barbarians is quite frankly absurd. But the US stood him up and supported him for years, even as American leaders privately admitted that he was not the right guy for the fight. And they didn't allow him to basically be toppled. I kind of think that basically what better policy would have been for the Americans to say a couple years ago? Hey, let's let the Afghan sort this out and fight they may lose, but let them have a shot at figuring out who their best leader is. And standing up this guy instead of standing up this guy who was a known it was definitely a loser, And instead they choose, chose his path of standing by guiding all these years and just didn't make any sense. I want you to hear what the president said, Because no one knows how wrong he is. Like you do. Tom cut five. What interest do we have in Afghanistan? At this point with Al Qaeda gone? We went to Afghanistan for the express purpose of getting rid of Al Qaeda in Afghanistan as well as as well as getting Osama bin Laden. And we did. So kinda gone from Afghanistan. Not even close. Um, you know, Look, this isn't a defense of the war effort to point, Brian because we've been covering this for so many years. Now we realized the U. S government wasn't going to produce an accurate assessment..

Do you see that as well? I think it's highly likely that we will see money laundering charges brought at some point it, um Prosecutors are going to bring the case that works and that they can win. Not necessarily the kitchen sink case that some of us might like to see and the things that Donald is most vulnerable onto a New York state level prosecution. This is not a federal to New York state prosecution. Our bank fraud, insurance fraud, property, tax fraud, income tax fraud and very importantly. Falsification of business records because New York is the business Center of America. Falsification of business records is a serious crime. You can get 25 years of Attica for falsifying business records. And, uh, there are hints in this indictment of other things to come. There is an unnamed unindicted co conspirator likely Jeff Makani, who works right under Alan Wisenberg because he testified to the grand jury and under New York law. This is not true in other jurisdictions in California, not in the federal system. But under the York law, if you testify before a grand jury, you have transactional immunity. That is what you tell the grand jury cannot ever be used against you in court, so they clearly decided they needed Jeff's testimony to make this case. There's a hint of other people who could be charged for also receiving benefits like an apartment. A car, Uh, etcetera who are not named, and those people will almost certainly include Don Jr Eric, maybe Ivanka before she got married, but that may be too far back to making an issue. And Barry Weiss, Alberg Alan Wisenberg son manages the ice skating rink across from the Plaza Hotel and the carousel. That's next to it. It wasn't the Bari Weiss Tilburg divorce one of the ways that they got this treasure trove of information about the organization. Yeah. When Barry Wisenberg decided it was time to dump his wife, the documents that she got in their huge fight became very important to the prosecutors in establishing fraud. Attorneys in Manhattan at one time for the district attorney's office and in private practice as a criminal defense lawyer developed the best arguments about Racketeering cases, and I ultimately expect marks that you will see what's called an article for 60 prosecution here in New York. Um, that is a racketeering charge that the Trump Organization is really a criminal enterprise posing as a legitimate business without Alan Wisenberg hard to make that case because Donald Trump doesn't deal an email. He tears up his calendars at the end of every month. So it's much more difficult, so I think you're going to see further efforts to squeeze Alan Wisenberg. On the other hand, he's been with the trumps for 48 years. He is a wholly owned psychological subsidiary of Donald Trump's criminal mind. Yeah. What a great way to say it. Even Trump himself said that a rally over the weekend just frame that for us for a second. The spin is coming fast and Hard. Well, this tells you that, in fact in Donald Trump's family Uh, the law is for other people. It is not for them. And Donald's gotten away with this whole life violating the law. I mean, I've shown him bilingual on many times over the last 33 years and little or nothing happens. And they're following their father's playbook. Always attack law enforcement. Any time law enforcement comes after you. They're illegitimate, attack them as one of the little point mark. Keep in mind here.
