"This offer is valid until the end of October. Let's bring it now back to Bitcoin. Like, what is the connection for you in this? What does this mean? What does this make it interesting for you? Well, because nuclear reactors are optimal economics when they can run at full capacity at their maximum capacity factor. And when they aren't, when they don't have the demand to justify that, they the economics don't really justify building nuclear reactors. Like if you're running it at half capacity, the economics just don't make sense. Because of the operational costs. It's mostly the initial capital expenditure in the cost of capital. That is the biggest economic issue. Once it's built, once it's built, what are your input costs, I guess staff running operations and maintenance and fuel is fuel expensive. Is the uranium expensive? Relative to the cost of the reactor, not really. So the majority of the cost is the upfront cost. Absolutely. Whereas I would guess something like natural gas and coal, you actually have a higher, much higher potential cost is the cost of the actual material. Yeah, especially when they're highly variable markets. And so the price of energy from nuclear is a lot more stable. Yes. So does mining is the option here with mining is that it makes the capital outlay, it's going to offset the capsule out there. Yeah, it'll offset a lot of the economic liabilities that reactors are subject to. When they're over generating either they just curtail it and earn nothing for it or they pay other jurisdictions to take that electricity away. So if they were to plug in Bitcoin miners to capture that, they could turn a liability into a revenue stream. This is like right now in a regulated grid like Ontario. The reactors are paid. They get, I think, 8.7 cents per kilowatt hour regardless of what the market cost of electricity is in the demand is. So when they have to curtail or sell at negative prices, they that ends up getting put on the taxpayer because it's government subsidized. So it's interesting what you're saying about New York last night. Yeah, because one of the reasons that New York was able to get away with shutting down the Indian point is because they buy lots of electricity from Ontario and Quebec. Really? Yeah. We'll come back a few decades ago. They overbuilt the crap out of their hydroelectric infrastructure and that part of the economic profiles that they sell that to some of the northeastern states, Maine New Hampshire. Huh, I didn't know about that at all. And Neil really weird with some of their policy decisions. They seem to be anti everything.

"The problem is that the headwinds for joe biden continued to blow even stronger and it takes awhile for people once. They've digested the good news to rationalize that the good news is not just for them before their neighbors this is what are the things i have learned over the years about economic news when you cover it particularly win i i definitely have a partisan been to how i see things. This is something. I have had to learn over the years of the we all need to remember. It takes about a year after good news for people to embrace it. Why because americans tend off the internet at least to love their neighbor. What does that mean. Well when you realize the news good you still perceive the news to not be good for your neighbors and until you feel like your neighbors. Themselves have benefited. You don't believe the economy is good. It may be good for you but you presume that your neighbor is bad off until your neighbor himself confirms that he is well off and it takes a while for that to happen so even if let's say dramatically that the headwinds shifted it would take a little while for joe biden to be able to recover from this It takes about a year for economic news to release seep into the consciousness at the same time it doesn't on the other side When things get bad for you you presume it's just you. It takes you a while to realize that your neighbors well it it can be. It's like turning a big ship and it takes some time concurrent to all of that happening. "On Friday, September 10th and it's 5 53. We go to the roads, the Subaru retailers of New England all wheel drive traffic on the threes, Things seem to be somewhat winding down on this end of the third day weekend, Let's get an update. From my king at the worst of it. Madison out of Maine and New Hampshire. 95 was backed up about 25 miles earlier this afternoon. Now that's not the case. Right now. 95 is a lot better coming out of Ogunquit in New York. There is some stop and go through Kittery as you come over the Maine New Hampshire line, But the real backup is in New Hampshire, basically from Portsmouth to the Hampton tools. It's about eight miles worth of stop and go. That will take at least 20. Maybe 25 minutes to get through. Now Things are better on 93 south coming out of Concord. It is slow for a little while through hooks it through the toll plaza. They're a little stop and go, uh, down after the 2 93 interchange as well and delays Exit one down to the New Hampshire Mass line. We may have a new issue there are going to look into that. Let's see how we're doing with the upper end of 1 28. With the need and bank traffic copter. Certainly hasn't been a typical Monday afternoon on 1 28 mostly light traffic just about end to end between Cape and and the mass pike. However, a slight pocket of congestion at times are slight pocket of volume. I should say barely reduced speeds. 1 28 South Beach Town in Lynnfield in Wakefield, at times, David stuff, Alino Needham Bank Copter. I'm looking downtown and Boy. Can't we have one day without a crash on the liver? It down ramp left lane just before the garden. Yep. That's the case. We've got it right now. Now. Okay? Some good news. You're ready for this off the cape of the born and Sagamore Bridges are both wide open along the canal sandwich Road and scenic highway are the same way. They're good Route three north. Yeah, a little slow coming up pass through 53. Nothing you'd need to avoid 4 95 is clear. Coming up through Middleborough A problem on the Mass Pike East. It's jammed up two miles. It's a crash through Warren. My king WBC's traffic on the threes and with the four day forecast, we go to AccuWeather's Brian Thompson, we will see some clouds that even a shower in a few spots and early on this evening otherwise will be a clear and comfortable night Tonight. Low down to 63 downtown.

The Subaru retailers of New England all wheel drive traffic on the freeze is brought to you by the M B t A. And here is my king with the update. We have. Finally some improvements up to the North here, Madison. I'm talking about 95 South, the main turnpike. It's finally eased out through York, and it's starting to loosen up through Kittery. But once you get over that Mass. Excuse me Maine New Hampshire line. It is tough from basically Portsmouth down to the Hampton Tolls. This is about eight, maybe nine miles worth of stop and go. So yeah, even though we're eased out of the main turn back, it's still tough coming out of New Hampshire. Now 93 South is back to for about a mile or so, maybe a little over a mile at the hooks at tolls and more delays after that to 93 exits, So we're not completely out of the woods there. There was a little stop and go down towards the The state line as well. So, uh, that's the issue up to the north. Let's see our route ones doing here is we turned to the need and bank traffic copter. Nothing to ruin your day on everyone North on heading pass Route 60 or Essex Street or Walnut Street, Traffic lights and Peabody are clear and self sounds not bad getting off in 95. David Straka, Lino Needham Bank Copter All right out to the West. We've got troubles with the mass Pike East. It's jammed up for a couple of miles with a crash through Warren and then more delays after 84 in through Charlton. The odor ridge of 4 95 is nice and quiet, and so are the Cape Highways. Finally, the born and Sagamore bridges have eased out along the canal. The the scenic highway and Sandwich Road are doing much better. 4 90 five's all clear coming up through Middleborough, but Route three is still pretty tough from route 53 up into Rockland.
