"Involve you. Just just leave it alone. Leave people alone if you can go. I'm so jealous of people that can go to the movies by themselves. It's amazing and i just i think about it all. I think these are the most beautiful people in the world people who can go to restaurants by themselves and sit there and genuinely enjoy themselves and then not bothering any. That is the i look at them. Like i'm i'm looking at. I don't know magara falls. Where the pyramids i look at them. Incomplete astonishment and i go this is like the highest form of living to be able to go out to dinner by yourself and which brings me to my next point of that is is not only the people own. Leave yourself alone. Sometimes we have this voice in our heads that does not leave us alone and sometimes you can train that. It's very difficult to do when you can train that voice to shut the fuck up. Stay out of your own shit beyond the things you have to do in a day and stay out of other people's shit very bad at scrolling and seeing what other people up to people. I don't even really know what's going on here. What the fuck do i care. I don't care. I'm trying to distract from my own reality. Which is really pathetic and sad when you put it into those terms so if i can leave other people alone i'm forced to live with myself and then after i take care of what i have to take care of. I can leave myself along. Which would be fucking amazing. Which i guess would be the backwards buddhist way of saint. Just be i will be leaving myself alone to just main. Wouldn't that be lovely and wonderful. I encourage you all today this week. Go out into the world and practiced leaving each other alone and finally the third piece of life advice. My third of the top three life lessons is that death is okay. I know that horrible. You know the instinct is. That's very morose and dark and weird. It's not necessarily what i mean. I mean this is inevitable so we must be okay with it. And when i talk about death i don't just talk about you know like you know human life ending. Which certainly it's inevitable but can also be tragic and before its time and come with a lot of sadness and grief which is normal. That in itself is okay but also the death of things like everything has its. It's time the death of of. I don't know if you're living in an apartment and you have you know at some point that might end while it will end at some point if you have to move for your in high school and then it's over or you're watching. Tv show and it ends with the death of an idea. The death of relationships. The death of friendships as i get older. I realized my friendships are changing those people. I want in my life these people i don't want in my life and that's not bad. That's not a tragedy. That's inevitable navigable. And i have to be able to make peace with that because we knew. Resist it for example. It's just stick with the friendships. When you resist something like that and you hold onto it then you just inviting the bed shit that you don't want into your life and why are you doing that to deny yourself the realization that things and things die you know. Death is not even. Obviously you know bad things happen but death happens like the end of things things and and this in the past two years i've dealt with a slew of people in my lives slow. You know dying. As i'm sure everyone has and and deteriorating and i think about it a lot and i go we'll death is the thing that makes everything in life special right it makes moments. We didn't have death and we just kept going around and around around moments wouldn't really be considered moments. So you know be be happy in one sense because it's what gives everything importance and meaning not that you have to be happy. Sorry being happy i. I don't want you whistling at people's funeral unless it was a guy who was a professional whistler and it's in his will and the eulogy says let's all stand up and whistle. If that's the case credit. Enjoy his house. Wet your whistle but just be okay with it. Take time to think about it. I think we often forget that. We're going to die. And i feel like if i remembered that i was going to die more if i woke up and on my mirrored said you know you're going to die at some point. I think i would be living my life better show because i realize these things have important sometimes. Feel things. don't feel important. You don't realize it's all going to end so maybe sometime this week when you're realizing that life itself is a work i mean that's that's the ultimate work is that at all in the end it all and remember that life is work at that that everything's org leave people alone and take some time if you're in the park feeding the ducks to meditate. Perhaps on your own dash not even on your own death just into death in general dump personalize it. It might get too weird. Just think about it and keep thinking about it. I'm not there yet. It terrifies me. It should tear. It's a lot to grasp. But i feel like the more we do it. The closer we get to living better lives so in conclusion. Top-three life lessons one. It's all a work to leave. People alone and three death is okay. And you thought i was going to end with something funny and sardonic. But i didn't and now. I left you with all these emotions and things to think about. Good luck with all that this has been more content with rj setting..

"Whatever's due for a law Skelton three we'll see I'm always open minded about about three. But we're excited about the blue ran they it's gonna look phenomenal. So that's good. Congratulations. Thank you. That's very exciting. I I loved you know, some of the against some of the the lines in. Both the original law Skelton and the sequel returns again, we're just great. I love the when they were out in the woods and fame Astor's catcher. Here's some noise. And as the ranger what what it could be. And he says, oh that sounds like something from the monster family that whole little section right there. I really feel Blake should be using the intro of this show. And. To ask for permission to use it. Because you've what? Yeah. If you if you do wanna go that route pleased. Yes. And you know, mentioning Las go returns again. That is more of a monster movie done the first one it it. I didn't wanna do, you know, a sequel it was more of the first one. So it's very different wits a jungle adventure, basically. And of course, it, and it turns into color art, which the film, which was which was a fun thing to do. But the monsters in that the two main monsters in that are the ground Noppadon and the Magara club. And they are each one one of them is named in the scientific matter in the other one is named in the in the more mythological matter gave Nagara club sounds more MS logical ground up. Don, I think is sort of, you know, semi scientific sounding name restored Nantel. Yeah. And again that was the guy didn't like intentionally do. I always thought about that. After the fact that the name sort of made one science based in the other this Allah based. But, but I I was very I was very pleased with that movie. And I think. I think it was. I'm glad we did something that was that different from the first one, you know, because I not not crazy about sequels general everytime. Goodwin comes out for like, I'll look a good sequel so rare, and then every time Ababba cubs out there with sequels are never good. So I I don't really actually what the stats. But it's clear you at least love vintage movies, these old movies and that fifty south. But how do you feel about modern movies are their movies? You really enjoy these days. I don't see everything comes out. I mean, I don't see a whole lot. If something interests me, I go check it out. I think my favorite movie in recent years was a film called triangle, which is truly strange and. I'm interested in films that really go somewhere different in in our afraid to do that. Triangle was one of them. It's about five six years old now maybe and gonna blank on the filmmakers name, it's British filmmaker. And I'm sorry. I can't remember his name. Triangle is a two thousand nine film directed by Christopher Smith. No relation a link to it will be in the show notes that was that really. Stuck out from me? There's another film called coherence, which is really strange. I just I'm intrigued by high strangeness. Yes..

"Level interface improvements to make side-by-side apps better, multiple windows are and I'm not sure windows seems like the wrong word because we'll window to me is specifically a rectangle what doesn't have to be erectile. I guess if we go back to the those music player days audion, and and sound Jada. We a lot of windows that weren't rectangles, but it's a floating rectangle that you can drag around the screen and stack them in an overlapping fashion and possibly resized them. Yeah. I mean, like the videos lane window, right? Yeah. Yeah. So like the video player the heads up display is a window, but most of what like like in safari those tabs aren't windows. So I'm not quite sure. And it doesn't seem clear from this leak, whether their windows windows, still seems wrong on the ipad. It seems like they should all be tiled and in fixed rectangular full height space. But anyway, some kind of way though, that system wide, you know, I abs- we'll be able to have multiple things open at once. So you'll be able to have. I presume, for example, to emails open at once that you're writing like, that's it is the thing. I'm you know, I don't want to go on a whole MAC versus I've had ramp. But there's an awful lot of times where I have to have written emails open on my MAC more than two. Unfortunately. It's weird to me that something that some people can use guide. Not sure how people some people do it like if your ipad journey device, and I know that there's drafts. But and you can do the thing in mail where you can flip it down to the bottom. But none of it seems as elegant to me is just having a couple of emails open at once. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Anyway, seems like some thinking along those lines has been which was rumored for last year, and seemingly according to rumors, which I believe was punted for not being ready. So that stuff is coming the lots of marzipan stuff, the one that I forgotten about was there's the the watch. Athena -cation. Yeah. What's different with that? See I've lost forgotten that for these things. Well, it's just it's about using the watch in order to do more stuff on right, right things. Right. Right. Right. Right. That that your MAC will be able to trust your watch for more things, and you'll be able to use it for things that that the the modern MAC books that have the touch ID system can use the touch ID center for you'll just be able to use your watch. Instead. Yeah. Which which I didn't can't useful. Because I often use my Magara pro when it's closed and connected to a monitor, and that's always annoying. When you can't do that touch ID thing to use passwords..

"So it's clearly not or wasn't or maybe it was maybe he got treatment for a week or two. I don't know. Well treatment for depression. Just means you're seeing a therapist. That's an hour a day. I wish Justin Bieber. Well, at least, you know, he he he's still with his wife, and he's still in. This pastor my saw him and both of them in New York City. I also saw him hitting the gym. He went to some boxing UFC facility. So it's good that he's focusing on his health. And and that's all I will say about that speaking of health and receiving treatment. Ronnie Ortiz Magara from jersey shore recently went to rehab for alcohol addiction, and what was interesting about the Bieber story is that. That story. First broke a lot of people on social media were skeptical Bieber was receiving treatment for depression because at first we thought that he was in an inpatient program. And then it turned out he was not an inpatient program or if he was it was not a long-term one. And I believe that he was seeking help for depression. I don't think it was drug related. I think he's past that stage. Ronnie Ortiz Magara from jersey shore sang it was just alcohol that one I don't believe. Okay. That would skeptical of that's fine. But I'm glad that he focused on himself as well and has gotten better what's bizarre to me, though. Is that now that he's done with rehab? He's planning to move from Las Vegas, which on papers. Probably a good thing for his sobriety. But that dysfunctional relationship that he was in with that baby mama of his that woman lives in Vegas with his child. This dude is a reality TV star and makes a good living. I don't know. I would not wanna live in a city other than the city that my child lives in if you could live anywhere. Wouldn't you want to live for your child lives? I would imagine you know, what I think that Ronnie should call the psychic source because they may tell. Him if moving from Las Vegas is a good decision or Negga help out. Sure, I know let me tell you. The psychic source is the best psychic hotline out there. "There's something going on here. Right. So when the maquis when the modest side gets out and differentiates become the macrophage goes to this now poorly differentiated cell. Why doesn't it just kill that cell non specifically because this is just a macrophage? And how does that will Magara Fash aren't designed to kill cells designed to kill bacteria that may be in the micro environment Belva got their wound healing cell, but going back to the bruise example. Right. So you get a contusion in your the macrophage does play a role in clearing that cellular debris. Yes yet. A why doesn't it just affectively? Do the same thing with the cancer with the soon to be cancer because to sell is not recognized this being looks looks like as a part of the local normal epithelial. Okay. It's just it's not. It's a it's not looking as if this is a foreign invader. This cell has all of the it looks like a regular epithelial cell. That's proliferating because don't forget we replace ourselves by proliferation, but the lactate secretion, which is what got it there in the first place wouldn't that tell the macrophage? Hey, something so wrong here. Yes. To sell his hard wired to do what it's supposed to do. It's not like thinking, let me let me problem solve that problem solving. Sal is hard wired to respond to a particular environmental issue. I see. So you're using the lactate is the is the fire alarm that got it there. But then when it gets there, it doesn't see the fire. No well tries to put out the fire. But the problem is the molecules that are used to put out the fire actually stimulating the growth of the salvage shouldn't be grown. So it's out of context. Okay. So how does this facilitate metastasis rather than just local advancement? Right. So so at what point in this protracted process does this now spring to become a metastatic? Lesion over over a controlled polyphony of abnormality. That's not yet breaking through the basement, membrane or doing this. Right. So we don't know sometimes this can happen. Very fast. Sometimes it takes a long period of time because we have these certain cancer cells called cancer of unknown primary. They're highly Mets then when they came from. All right. We don't know what's. But they're very highly invasive, then we have other cells that will will he had a lesion air longtime for several years distinct, never healed. It was always oozing. It was an eventual explode into a metastatic lesion, we don't know at what point and device from one person to the next when now what happens is when the macrophage we know biology their future genyk sells massive amounts of biology to show that macrophages are very few genyk cells. They can fuse with themselves or with other fiber plastic infused with a variety of different cells, usually that's part of the wound healing process the facilitate wound healing. But if you fuse. A stem cell that has already defective respond to resistance. You would. Then dilute the side of plaza of the cell that you use it with and have fuses again. And again, it's a process that takes place you eventually dilute the normal might Akande in the macrophage and replace it with the abnormal might oh Qendra from the cells that you're using with then leading to a cell with this regulated growth growth properties. How much how much of the mutation how many mutations would it take to do that? We don't know because there's some metastatic cells that don't have any mutations. If you can believe it deep sequencing, they haven't found any mutations and some of these cells, so but they're they're fermenting. And they're spreading they have their growth this regulates. So wait, how are they growth dysregulates without a mutation? You have cells that are carcinogenic that are two Mirjanic that have no mutations Baker pointed this out, it's like people can't believe this on the other hand, we have skin cells loaded with so-called driver mutations that never formed tumor. So this linkage between the number of mutations, and the type of cancer is just too so many flaws in this. So there are there are cancer cells that have been looked at that have highly invasive metastatic, and they can't find the mutations in there. That's not common, but it happens. So it throws it. It's violation to the whole concept in globe last alma. There are some tumors that have been found that have none of the driver mutations. None of them. None of the abnormalities that you would have expected that are found in others..

"Data these data tagged yeah the coaches are will i think that's the the top of the tree from which all the cliches fall right bill bellichik who has mastered the one word onto cincinnati it's pretty alien similar pop jaba here's it here's the different a loved that you great yeah gunes is where the spurs out by the way diehards versatile the giants birth these are at magara get it but they are similar only in that they really don't have time for media yup kate but it stops there because pop is a citizen of the world he's very much in tune with what's going on yeah liddick leave government took it when he speaks about it he just he cares he's a curious human being which is what you want in any one that you are a fan of bella check probably doesn't and i'm not even an attack on him because i know a lot of people his age that don't know anything about anything that's going on but that's just what he's chosen he just wants to just do football and as a person who's very curious about a lot of things like that so gross to me i mean how do you especially today like how do you not broach of tension and care in even if it's a hail you don't look occupied yet but i guess weren't even if you don't care belgium you obviously have the camera equipment in on how to use it have somebody tape somebody who cares and watched him talk about it then as you're working out you can have or the the the videos of him on the treadmill like going over game film crew in march right that's the difference yes hop lives his life interested in everything and i think belch at truly just likes football yeah.

"That the least polls but i'm more concerned more interested in the platform there proposing the reason i started raise the math is in the first place his draw awareness to injustices in this country disenfranchise people of color i wanted to draw wearing his and so i think with the league's propose in his platform in a campaign similar to what they've dumber breast cancer awareness michaels my cleats salute to service but hopefully inundated even bigger manner and if we're able to amplify the voices to showcase those causes those issues to highlight grassroots organisations were doing the work in need support to tell the stories of the people who have been wrong a left out i think that's even more valuable than the cash amount so hopefully in good faith that gets built out all of this is really in good faith and i think at the league continues to come through a deliver on their word than i see no need to go back to what i was doing so basically what he is offering here is it has been written that is not supposed to be just a simple quidproquo about you give us his money it will stop protesting dr the national anthem but he does sound like somebody told democracy jenkins and was like hey you think you're gonna like stop protest in dar the national anthem we would really appreciate that has got a bad for business and michael jenkins does this now magam ging is i don't know him i've talked to him we did interview with him would hq about some of these things you talked about going all right of laws or the police and stuff like that but the problem is managing is right now look like police anatomy a in order to me when i say he literally police iligan police speedwise you look at my police to people dare reveal put it out there today to magara jiang has opened his all poppa john's french i became apologize franchise e this year now you have magma jacobs's the guy that's the front of this operation talk to the owners you've got air agreed saying the managing its is not is cooperating are talking with the league without talking to the rest of the coalition and then you have malcolm jenkins saying that he is going to stop protest shannon you understand what i'm saying when sa he looked like he police.

"This is in bold at this point is not duran's like out widow rago dead do there's a long line of people that say they don't rogge would do that look all kinds of ways bowed waited a long line of people who say that they don't rock dead do you know what i actually thought was more impactful that have been the aol yesterday to kevin durant doing that chris lost at a nest malcolm jiang is what magara jake stood fist up that was a very interesting moment there because with chris's said is look out i am an ally in this and i want to stand in solidarity with you but i understand this is not necessarily my fight which is difficult balance to try to pull off because i do think on matters of right and wrong injustice as released race that there's a me for white people to step up right it gets a little awkward white people get to the front but as a neave white people step up if for no other reason than people listen to why folks right will stop people far more likely to listen so like i saw the n dot com story about longstanding were malcolm jenkins as story went about magara jenkins astros about chris law now part of the reason why the story was about khris long's because chris long grew up his shortest bill he went to university of virginia so yet is going to be a level there where it's going to be about chris law but magara jinx has been doing this jiang has been out here grinding on this matter addle thing most people know to malcolm jinx been out here grounded on does matter ripe but i think the long doing that isn't impactful thing i also make the argument though that if you saw long do that he like it good for chris law after saying governor chris longo's automatically jiang's in as have some more questions go read up on the work the malcolm jenkins has been doing out even necessarily agree with everything amac predicts madonna during the rod law with police because everybody seems to be under this mistaken believe the nobody thinks it's hard be a cop.

"What you got a sample there was the current travis character which is big time travis let's get a city travis so here's the thing whenever we go on a tour and i don't have an explanation for this because it doesn't happen at the holidays when they visit whenever we go on a tour we knew drivas character and kind of like dr who except played by the same actor every time and usually the performance leave something to be here so the characters we have gotten previously one is mordechai travis which is not mordechai the johnny depp character but rather a character obsessed with the film mordechai while lacking any sort of contacts are insight into what the film might actually be about so just basically saying mordechai alive now says bay of the buzzer what i think the movie the it's a very flesh out character there's big snapple who you only get a new york city and the again sort of the depth of character is what they called it the big snapple i ask for because i wanted a reprieve from big time travis magara was like please give me big snapple and he said no that's the new york boy you don't get him here we did get a brief reprieve from big time travis mcelroy who also is my city mcelroy so we get a lot of well that's how we do it in my city san diego because he got here a day before we did.
