Show me well just when you guys start eating outside of like your eight year old diet. Then you guys will. Starting to come around with Hamas. Now. Don't look at the guy who went all seafood on appetizer board. When you say that my back was, thank you. white SOX, Dave. I'm going with I'm going with Budweiser just straight. Bud. What heavy I think it's. Probably. The most popular heavy beer, right? On the planet I mean Wha- Miller White. You Got Highlife and what else? Have you I would say is definitively. No one else thinking Americans to toossion right like you like red and white, so if you can name the beer without naming the beer, it's the most popular right. Away and also literally called the bud heavy. Though goes right in the category, yeah! Actually really like category was inspired by the spirit could say yeah. I guess, but I don't think. Anyone has anything to say. It's about heavy. Carl to Real Benedict. Arnold moved from Dave there. Abby very like I'm extremely uncomfortable with that. I haven't touched out of respect in two years. COULDA had an Mgd, but yeah. Budweiser? Kind of scum moved. Go ahead is semi I may take my heavy. Take a Guinness. Bit Get to me. Before you John Only. I was GonNa let I'm in between my craft in between a Guinness for my heavy, and I'm thinking to myself. There's no way Guinness survives although I probably want my craft to to show higher on the draft boards. This a little bit of a strategic move on my part, I'm GonNa Take Guinness in the second round I happen to love Guinness Mrs Carl. When we go to the Barn, we order beers and we slam him. We Slam Guinness's like. Go, get fears..

We have a great show today. We have two guys. We have Brennan Tolman and Nick Krone and we actually interviewed them. This interview that you're about to listen to was from pre pandemic another one that we shot just before the pandemic started and we held onto. Because we've had a lot more topical and timely issues to broadcast the last few weeks but this was a great episode. Brennan and Nick started a basically just a wedding photography business back in. I think it was like two thousand thirteen and they grew that Business Brennan grew his his wedding photography business pretty quickly and pretty well but they weren't happy with just growing their business and getting more wedding photography business. They wanted to do something different. They wanted to to scale even more so ultimately that business evolved into essentially an online wedding photography marketplace where they helped other wedding photographers get business and scale their businesses as well but then even that wasn't enough for them. They wanted to scale even more and they wanted to grow even bigger so they fell into licensing. And when this episode they tell us all about what licensing their business entails. And how did that long story short over the past couple of years? They have grown their business to a multi-million dollar licensing business they have people licensing the business model and their name all around the country and now all around the world an awesome episode for anybody. That's looking to grow or expand their business in ways other than the business was originally intended for between the marketplace between the licensing basically they have a business that it still essentially their core business of wedding photography marketplace. But it's become so much more and they're just killing it so fantastic episode today before we jump in for anybody that wants to learn more.

"You are you what the Democrats walking I the impeachment articles over to the Senate they they did yesterday but certainly not busy were busy I it was I don't want to sign for anything right now you know just to send the PS got back tomorrow right so that's what they're gonna do the articles will be sent over and we're gonna see a trial next week in man this thing could go on for for every bar for ever and this is a statement from the White House the only things bigger plus he's achieved with the sham illegitimate impeachment process is the proof she is focused on politics instead of the American people the speaker lied when she claimed this is urgent and vital to national security because when the articles past she held them for an entire month and agree just effort to garner political support she failed and the naming of these managers does not change a single thing president trump has done nothing wrong he looks forward to having the due process rights in the Senate and speaker blows in house Democrats denied to him and expect to be fully exonerated in the meantime after president trump signs a star trade China China trade deal greatly benefitting the people of this country he will continue working in winning for all Americans well the Democrats will continue only working against the president that's from a study Gresham the White House press secretary look I am a only aware of a few things and while I'm aware of many things let's talk about impeachment where a few things the Democrats don't have the people they don't they certainly don't have the middle the country they don't have us even the people don't like trump they don't have money each month if they had censured the president this would be over and you would have gotten Republicans in the house and Republicans in the Senate it would have been a no brainer you have it you know you would have gotten people who listen to this station people across central Indiana people across Michigan and Wisconsin you would have gone on center aisle it's it's not even our debate you what you what you would have gotten but they didn't do that so you don't have America on this you look completely and totally ray even in doing this you look awful do they not know how bad this looks for them how ugly they look how inept and how gross they look because they look awful and they're not to be able to run away from that when twenty twenty twenty twenty here when the election comes they're not gonna be able to run away from it I so I I can't I still cannot believe they're here but I've written about it we've talked about they couldn't do anything else this is who they are they couldn't escape their party that couldn't escape the real leaders of the party representing a consequent test and she could sleep in Hamar some of those managers shift and now more they want to look good to the new leadership because they know they can be on the outs at any moment the water so they go to work for a living so you had was he didn't want impeachment back in March a year later he's smiling as she signs it and of course there were the gift pens she had pens that all were inscribed with Nancy Pelosi I need to get some pens I need to get some tiny cats bands yeah I was I was while we were doing the show I was on fox and friends and some of you caught that we we do that from time to time and I said well well she's got victory pens and we've got big three cigars and we're gonna smoke them in November when trump wins reelection that's what America's gonna deal here this is ugly ugly scene really yes and America is not there at all she had victory pens does that sound like someone who sorrowful to you does that sound like someone who thinks that this is a a sad moment for for the country I'm "Noticed Carlson. Go Wayne stern at Carl's wife. Sinister. Sweet Carl said musing allowable leaning back in front of an empty plate. But she's mine leaves such thoughts and drink your wine night. You will not have her Guedes face lit up with shame. Oh, no. No, no. It wasn't like that. But she was beautiful, of course. But he wasn't thinking Carl slapped on the back. Of course, he wasn't. And of course, he wasn't. He turned to the door and bellowed music now, a younger girl, probably around seventeen or eighteen arrived in the room and bowed to Carl and the nights. She looked a lot like Carl's wife, but younger she began plucking harp. And singing a song about the glory of king Arthur's court and the five dinner attendees, listen, dawn, K was the first one. Mr. ninety Naf, and then Baldwin it might have been the meal or the wine or the music, but it was time for bed in Carl stood. He helped booth men to their feet and love the visitors down the long corridor came Baldwin walked straight into their small simple rooms, thank you about nothing. But collapsing on the soft beds going, however, was weary. This house was stranger than ever. And this Carl he was monstrous as he walked deeper into the castle. Go Wayne wondered, what horrors this night held wait. This is my room going asked studying the massive golden crested, suite with tapestries and rape before the bed was a couch draped with a gold cloth. Carl laughed as he pushed go Wayne in. No, this was Carl's room the door closed behind him going looked at Carl nervously. What was going on Karl didn't look back but instead stood smiling? He nodded toward the bed to his wife lane. There waiting going reiterated. Seriously, what was going on to Squires came from a hidden side room and wordlessly unday goings armor when it was off. They also took off his clothes standing there. And whatever the medieval equivalent of underwear was he asked Carl for third time. What was going on Karl said simply that he wanted to go in and take his wife into his arms and kiss her now while he watched going looked at Karl who was quite serious. He looked at MRs Carl who with a nod was beckoning him to bed g- Wayne had expected. A medieval house of horrors, not a couple who is into you know, whatever this was he pretty much expected. He might have to fight Carl before the night was through anyway. So we might as well spend some time in the arms of beautiful woman before he had to do. So with a nod Gohain bow before Carl saying that his bidding would be done have no fear. Go Wayne dropped the rest of his clothes and. Jumped into bed. We usually don't get graphic with these sorts of scenes, and this is no exception. But the story informs us that go Wayne and MRs Carl kissed for a long time when things were about to get well more intimate Carl stood from the gold clothe couch making a timeout tea with his hands. All right. All right. Good game guys Carl's wife immediately rap sheets around her body and sat up in bed with her husband going sat up to wait. What they were just about to. Yup. Carl said Gwen looked at MRs Carl who does not a plainly, and they weren't going to. Nope. Carl said going looked at both of them. Okay. So what should he do? Now, Carl rose and immediately went all Gandalf, filling the room with his back to the fire. So we seem to glow like a demon. What should go Wayne do? Now, go Wayne should die. But then Carl burst out laughing. That just getting they Honey you ready..

"Can the Bishop both awake? After having the taste slapped out of their mouth by burly commoner had a couple of different takes on what happened. The Bishop used the helpful instruction by means. The back of the Carl's hand to rethink some of his preconceived notions on class. K however yawned after a long day of rioting and the equivalent of a couple of bottles of wine from the VAT, he said, he just took an impromptu nap because tina's he was king Arthur's cynical and a famous Knight. No other explanation really made sense to him certainly not that he had been knocked out cold in one punch from a commoner though. Hey dinner as k wiggle the tooth in his mouth and staggered to the table. He took a seat next to one of the most beautiful woman hit ever seen. He introduced himself as Circe the Senate show king. Arthur the king who ruled over these lands, she introduced herself as MRs Carl now if I had just woken up after being hit by twelve foot tall guy. I would probably not hit on his wife. Or insult him, especially as he sat across the table from me but Kay had another idea. He was going to do both of those things at once. He said it was too bad. That this lovely lady was shackled such a fiend going face pond from the edge of the room and Carl stood ominously. Why was going not coming to dinner? Did he like his two friends think that he was too good for Carl's table going side? It wasn't that. He didn't take a seat because he couldn't he hadn't been asked to the table by the law by the master of the house, Carl smiled, always with courtesy. This one Carlton follow it. But he knew it as the commoner strode over to Wayne he asked about courtesy if the master of the house asked you to do something you had to do it. Correct. Going looked at K and Bishop Baldwin who despite their splitting headaches were digging into an awesome meal and barely paying attention. Gwen look back to. Carl. Yeah. That was the rule Carl snap is fingers. And the porter came in with a spear and placed it in goings hands Carl going to hit him stem back by the door that led to the buttery and throw the spiritus face with that came Baldwin stopped eating, and they were now paying close attention to go Wayne and Carl with his black guy and fat lip K was egging going on Bishop Baldwin though, we have been hit was a man of God, it wouldn't condone such wanton violence. But yeah, yeah. Going should totally do it. Choline nodded. He was a guest in this man's house. So logic, obviously, followed that he should throw a spirit the man's face. Still after K Baldwin's treatment up to this point going. Couldn't imagine what was in store for him. After throwing a spear through Carl's face. He stood his back to the buttery door, which by the way was door to the room rumor they kept food for guests and not a buttery door going. On Carl's grinning face poise the spear and through stories conflict on what exactly happened next some say that the spear stuck in Carl's face, but he just pulled it out. It was fine. Others say that he dodged the spear and shattered on the wall. The main text following doesn't explicitly say anything it says that goin- accurately through the spirit Carl said and the spear shattered on the stones behind him given that a shatters. I don't think it makes sense to have it sticking Carl's headed all. And I don't want Wayne K to think he some sort of allusion. So we're just going to go with him dodging the spirit at the last possible moment so Cam Baldwin a bit disappointed. Not to see a man impelled by a spear to the face of her dinner went back to their food. Carl snapped his fingers and several servants immediately appeared to click the spirits, the host finally invited going dinner asking him to sit down next to him and across from his wife going was a more tactful night than K, but he also shared the man's feelings toward the woman. She was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. He was so enraptured by her beauty that he blinked and the servants were clearing the table. Guedes? Cheeks grew read a square.

"You know they're you know they're people sometimes things happen with people but i'd say that we have a lot of kanu in the coaching staff and our goal is to create you know we we don't you know the way we approach this as we think longevity is a worthwhile goal we think people working together and developing partnerships is a goal so i think that so far there's been a little bit of turnover at that position you know we're looking for mr and mrs carl new beckwith philly boys right here this is for either one of you said the draft is within the next couple of weeks here i know brett is the gm on an interim basis are we to believe that on draft night that means bret has final say like i know there's obviously is that going to be the scouting department is leading that or who is to be culpable ultimately for those decisions the way we've run the draft process and the free agency crosses pretty much forever since we've on the team is is that we hire really good people and that we allow them to voice their opinions and then we almost have like what we in my day job would be an investment committee where you know there's a lot of dialogue and debate around the table and there's consensus that that that we try to develop him all ultimately you know the the gm is given a large vote right but olds me it's not you know we're not on board for it doesn't happen so and truthfully like when brett was the coach and there was a separate gm you know you know we would spend a lotta time forming consensus is very rare that and even within the context of the staff below the gm and the coach level you try to create consensus around what you're gonna do is something that we spent a lot of time we think we get better results in better thinking and better decisions when we do that and.

"Went to get his blood type tested. Now he paid for this procedure off campus when it sounds like it was a free procedure on campus and how to I'm gonna ask for a lot of this because a lot of things in this case just stated, is it just a generally accepted fact that that was free or do we know that fit was free? Okay. Okay. Is reported that it was free and we also know that he did go off and did pay for it because the coroner did the testing, right. I knew about the new about the actual test. It was the free portion that I could never really pin partisan. It was part of student health service. Okay. Because you can also go to the Red Cross and donate blood, and they'll type people that for free to even at that day and age that the Red Cross is around fifty, three wasn't it was, but actually one of the. You often had to get your blood typed first before you could go donate it. And that was one of the reasons that people suggested he might have gotten his blood typed. It doesn't necessarily explain why he would have gone and paid for it because it was twenty dollars to have the corner do it versus free in twenty dollars back in fifty. Three was kind of a lot of money wasn't like buco bucks, but it was not today is decent. Yeah, it's not something that normal college kid would be like, oh yeah, I can throw that away on this thing through over one hundred bucks to the know. I'm sorry, I interrupted you. So he went and got his blood type done off campus. So like I said, a lot of people find this to be kind of suspicious like he was planning something and to be totally honest with you, it does confuse me the motives behind going to spend what is essentially more than one hundred dollars something that you could get done for free. But we'll dig into that a little more. When we start talking about theories, it's just something that you should know about background wise nineteenth of April in Ohio was reportedly very cold outside like record-setting cold in Columbus, which is only seventy eighty miles away from Miami Ohio. In fact, the coldest April nineteenth on record is nineteen Fifty-three this same year. Good idea. What was I think it was nineteen degrees outside Fahrenheit or something like that. It was frigid people. They're all it does. It's not. Usually that's that's record. Usually it's kind of pheno in the six. Twenty. Seven? No, it's usually a night, like kind of like it is Portland voter rolls, at least in the fifties. This was this was extremely abnormal, which is why we even bring it up because he did go disappearing on a night that go disappearing, did disappear on a night where it was abnormally cold. It wasn't like an Woody being inclined to go out in that kind of weather actually, especially in his state. So as far as we know, this is how things went at about eight pm on April nineteenth, Ron called the house mom, which is a bit tricky for me because he was the RA in a dorm, and usually I associate house moms with like fraternities and sororities, but a guest, that was the thing that existed back then I go now. Yeah, I know. No, it's like, well, I think the difference is in it was kind of a, even though you were young adult, you were not smart enough to take care of yourself, and therefore there had to be a woman around help you take care of those things that you couldn't figure out how to do because it's a fifties mentality. But well, also in those days, colleges were expected to look after you not just physically, but also you're more morally speaking. They were adults living in the dorms to make sure that nobody was like hanky-panky boozing it up having sex, etcetera, etcetera. Yeah, especially the Heke fancy part Hanky panky was the biggest offense section. The booze were bad, but the Hanky panky terrible and I can totally. I can totally see to same thing supervision. You'd have the house mother there to dole out the sheets and the pillow cases so that all the kids don't take them and like ghost costumes out of them banner. Yeah. When I mean when I went to college, not so long ago, two years ago, you provided your own. You got your own show. This is totally different to me, but I, I understand it was totally different. So there was a there was a house mom. The reason that Ron called the house mom in fact was because his sheets were soiled, and he needed a new set of sheets, soil sheets duty. Why were they soiled? You may ask there was a dead fish in his bed when he got back to his dorm room. Oh, you see a dead fish. You see, I'm going to teach you. That's that's. That's what it was. Right? Yeah. Okay. There was actually dead fish. I don't. I don't think it was actual all the blather that I just did bad accent. Yeah. Okay. Let's put this on hold while I go to read it started. Reddit thread on. How did the fish get? Let's see series. We get. Yeah, so actually at eight thirty, it took about a half hour for his new sheets to arrive. It sounds like he somehow cleans up after the fish. I don't know if he sends the soiled fishy mess with the house. Mom, I don't know whose responsibility it was to clean up after soccer lives out that he would hand her. The did fish. I bet he disposed of that himself. He sounds like a nice boy. I would also say that wherever the new sheets were picked up from or delivered by would also be worthy. Smelly fishy sheets would have been left at or handed over to well, but the the, the house mom broth sheets to him, which means I would guess he gave her his soil today. Main to the laundry? Yeah, that's the only way it makes sense. Like he's just going to hang them up in his room to air dry on, probably at Ardy moved the did fish in somebody else's bed or hopefully a trash can or flower bed maybe outside. Yeah, yeah. I don't know how dorms worked in those days. Really, to be honest, don't understand it. He said that the dead fish was a prank played on him by another student or fraternity member. Maybe other people on the internet. Again, we'll get into this a little bit later, but some people think that he was lying about the purpose behind the dead fish remind me we get theories and I'll talk about the dead fish in the bed thing. I really don't wanna talk about that story again, but. Okay. Do you think maybe he merged the fish? No, no, no. The story that Steve wants to tell him, I don't feel like I need to hear it again, but it's never been on recording, so we'll do it again. It's go. Yeah. It's also said that he was planning on studying for the rest of the night, a low. I don't really know. I don't know how we get a lot of this information. The house mom had been talking to the friend and so the I gotta go study. I gotta test tomorrow and it's and it's different. You know, sometimes it says he's studying history, and sometimes it said he's studying psychology really know, which is correct. It has psychology Fifty-three. They did all the same holidays been around for a long time. Okay. Yeah, it was just under a different name. I just didn't think anybody took it back in those days. I don't know. Yeah, he was business major, so I don't really know what it was that he was taking, but it is also reported that around nine, Ron heard something outside his dorm room that disturbed him. But again, I don't know how the heck we would know that. Is such a leading statement that drives me bunkers because it is copy and pasted everywhere on the internet. There's nothing they'll, but it could have known that. But I was thinking about that too. And the explanation I could come up with that is that people heard annoys like more than one person heard a noise coming from somewhere and they soon you know, well, somebody he must have gotten up to investigate the noise didn't bother to investigate. Well, he was RA. Yeah, maybe more his. So that's what I'm thinking. People other people hurt annoys of some sort. I mean, that would be the only that would that was kind of my assumption is that a bunch of people heard it and poke their heads out and he said, okay, everybody, you know, get back to your rooms. I'm gonna go check it out. I'll give you that. That's not the I have no idea, but that's not how it's reported. It's reported that you heard. He went to investigate a dead noise disturbing noise. I think the problem is when the story was originally reported, they only had four lines to put it into a lot of this country. About ten pm. His roommate, Charles Finley, came home and found Ron's desk light on his physiology, psychology history, whatever it was. He was studying book, open radio on, and his belongings including keys to the dorm and his car wallet money all in their usual spot in their dorm room. But Ron was gone. His roommate said that he thought maybe Ron had gone to spend the night at the frat house or something, which I don't know why he would have left all his stuff, but. Okay, says including left his coat, right? Yeah, he left all of his stuff. Yeah. But Charles went to bed anyway because I guess he just assumed Ron's deal. It's not nothing I need to really worry about. And then he woke the next morning and run was still gone. So they notified the authorities. What did they find? Nothing. Nothing actually. Sorry. Actually, yes. Kind of spoiler alert Steve was being a smart ass, but it's true that police found bronze green car. It was like a nineteen thirty nine something or other nineteen thirty eight nineteen thirties, car parked in its normal spot with his base in it still. That's one thing I find is that you would leave your musical instrument in the back of your car. When it's like nineteen degrees out this, I would not do that with like Mike ATar well, and that's the thing is that he was what was it a bass controller was I thought it was a bass, upright bass, yeah. Okay. Which is a big instrument. Yeah, but even that, I mean they have. It's not. They don't use steel strings. I'm guessing they would use your normal natural filament strings. Whatever it is that is that does not do well in a very cold environment from long. Yeah, no, no. Wouldn't instrument really don't want to subject it to a lot of extremes in temperature, which leaving in a car would seem to do whether or hot. So the I agree. Yeah, really odd thing, kind of odd to maybe it was planning leaving town or what I mean. I mean, he played a gig that day had me. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, maybe he was thinking he was going to go back out and get it later on. And yeah, that could have been, I don't know, but maybe, yeah, I don't really know why he would have left it and his car, but he did. And you know, nothing else really was missing. I mean, nothing really at all of Ron's was missing, and that's the last that we presumably the clothes that he had been wearing tickets to rush. Yeah, nothing. Nothing was really missing and that's it. That's all we've ever heard of run. Yeah, allowed there. There's more stuff on here. You're not just ending us there. Yeah, end of episode that the just kidding. We've got one final note here before we move onto theories because there's just like nothing to this story. Unfortunately, is that the summer after Ron disappeared, a citizen witness named MRs Carl spiv e so shouldn't have a first name. She didn't. She belongs to her husband or whatever. Go kind of a nearby resident told police officers that somebody matching Tom's description had come to her door around midnight on April nineteen. She said that the man looked shoveled. He was wearing only a t shirt and pants wits seem strange for the freezing temperatures which is true. And then she said that the man was looking for a bus stop. But further investigation found that the Oxford bus lines had been suspended for the night, so he would have been impossible for him to take the bus. I heard that she said he was polite and then thanked her and all that stuff, but sure that it was wrong. I mean, she was other people are not so sure everyone else is not sure. Okay. So let me ask clarifying detail because I remember seeing the data and this is this summer after Cording you've got here is that months later wars that a year and months later on played. So it's okay. Okay. So that's still to three months later on. His stuff has been all over the newspaper. Again, these are that we always complain about these these later secondhand accounts of him. After I was informed by the newspapers, it had to remember that specific night for sure. Yeah. Yeah. Diary. That was the one night that it was nineteen degrees outside and the rest of the nights around it could have been not as cold could have been much warmer. I mean, you know, the weather we're having here in Portland rate. It's seventy seventy seven like high seventies, and then we've got two days coming up. They're supposed to be in the fifties supposed to be back up to the seventies and eighties. So I didn't manage to find out a lot of information about the weather surrounding this day, but it costs, but it's possible that it was like kind of normal, April weather. And then this one freezing cold day for whatever reason or the other isn't. It could have been what anniversary birthday something. I mean, I did read it or she could just be full of. I did read a small little interview with purse son who had been home at the time because she had passed away by the time this this guy was dating and he said, he remembered the guy coming, but he also remembered that one of the reasons that it stood out to him was because it was one of the only nights that his father was. Gone. So have been something like that as well. That sheen remembered the strange main came to the door while her husband was gone, and that was the night that he was working and. And it was the vacuum salesman in mysteriously nine months later is little brother was born. That's how it happened. Okay. But investigators are pretty sure that that was actually not Ron. Yeah. I mean, there is some stuff but we'll talk about it. Yeah. Yeah. The current guide that I was just talking about his name is detective Smith because that's easy enough to remember. So with that twenty minutes in, you have heard our entire story. So you guys wanna talk about his sure. Well, I guess we should take a break. I.
