"Has this idea about how he thinks he's supposed to be. Yeah and it's like Bro. It's the you know for whatever reason I personally I would have ch- he was the first winter so if you could get him I would have gotten him There's also twenty years of whatever rank going on between people and I would imagine that history there between him on the show between him and the show between him and CBS lawsuits lawsuits. Yeah right so I mean it you you can choose those things and then you can be taken out of the pool right like so his behavior or his decisions ensuing. Cbs ensuing and having things you make those choices and then those choices there's consequences and the consequences of those joy destroy because of him and yet we don't want you on the show with you. Save me their choices and consequences. I lay into Jeff Fucking Yelich Jeff by fucking screaming Jeff like fucking call Jeff out the consequences of those actions that I'd get called in. I am not going to give me a second chance. Whatever is going to like you have to live with the consequences of of your choices. And I don't think that rich has a very good understanding of there's a certain amount of self aggrandizement in his brain were because he bags packed bullshit. Here's villains correct and I was literally call me twenty four hours before we're like you're out and that was like. I think one of the hardest things Lynn ever had to do. "Promo Code Wrestle going to get that cotton meet super super hard for you next up. We've got the undertaker working with. I R S. Yeah it's a real thing there's GONNA it'll be druids involved here shake the ropes when undertaker's going for a rope walk is GonNa fall in and immediately set up This is interesting. I suppose eventually. IRS steals the earn pallbearer King Kong. Bundy comes out. Does a lame run in with an elbow drop. Drop me dropping splash on undertaker. Bundy leaves them laying and without the magic. Earn undertaker selling the baiting and he's shaken up badly so star in a quarter but undertaker gets the win twelve minutes twenty one seconds. Why are these to put together feel SORTA? I don't left field. There's only two things you can count on in this world. That's death and taxes. So what just when we made that correlation longtime ago though if they were attacked tape sort will be called. I can't believe he just decided that off today. That's because that's what it was ause. I was to thank gene. Count on and so obviously they were at odds and I don't think undertaker is forgiven me to this day to Go to the Bundy Story Wrestlemainia it does feel like you guys made him draw the short Straw many years in a around because he could handle it. Yeah you know what the confidence in him. That's the shitty deal you now with like You know being talk about as we know twenty years later undertaker would defeat the IRS is Sullen. Bray Wyatt Wrestlemainia tells you how long this has been around carrying the heavy water for generations next up man one of the better matches have bret. Hart certainly diesels career four and a quarter stars. This is their second pay per view match King of the Ring Ninety Four. They also wrestled so for the world title with diesel winning by Q.. Jim Nine Hart who is in Brett's corner would interfere and hit diesel. Brett would end up defeating diesel for that title later in the year survivor series. I think probably the best of the three but this is a really good one and even plenty a Tom. Twenty seven minutes and nineteen eighteen seconds. Heart's GONNA come out lying unaggressive subtle he'll wrapping diesels leg around. The ring boasts and using figure for at the start of this thing Shawn Michaels is going to be involved. These retains goes to a no decision. I like the storytelling got plenty of time. At the end. We showcase a lot of other talents Shawn Michaels Owen. Hart Bob Back Lynn. Jeff Jarrett the Rhody. Everybody's doing running on it's chaos. I wish we had a client finish on the pay per view but the match on the way. They're pretty good stuff. Yeah you didn't need a finish on this and it was so damn good including the promos backstage leading up to from earlier in the day with pettingill trying to get a word from diesel who was nonchalant earlier in the day and laughing and joking and now he was all into the match and and didn't feel like talking doc into todd then you go to Brett who was just Brett and it was sold the match is like hey you know what I mean. I like diesel. He's our guide but I'm going to beat him. I'm going to beat him may not I don't care one way or another. I'm GonNa beat him for the championship. Because that's what it's all about. It made this match important Gordon and it made it real in. You felt both sides of it and Brett. Didn't you know Brett didn't go full on heel. Brett went in there as has countered the underdog to the giant diesel. They told a tremendous story in. We told a lot of stories around it. Based on what we wanted to goat wrestlemainia with Sean and diesel I just enjoy Ice Sattar in watched it twice. I coming in its entirety both times when it came on thinking Holy Shit. I think that the matches Brought out the best in diesel in all their matches this one in particular or some of the best shit that diesel ever did. In my opinion I don't know how you can argue that really really great performance as far Brett These one of the best matches he ever had next up. We've got three and three quarter mats. It say Tag Team Tournament. Finale crowns some new champions in round one as recap we saw bigalow into Talka- beat Minnesota mission head shrinkers. We'll get a win over Owen. Nine heart the heavenly bodies would beat the bush-whackers one-two-three kid Bob Hollywood well done and the semi finals bigalow and talk over the head triggers and and Bob Holly and one-two-three kid over the heavenly bodies. Now here we are. It's the finale. It's one two three kid. Bob Holly winning the tag titles Obama the TACO. They got plenty of time. Fifteen minutes and thirty seconds the really pushing just just based on size along that the one two three kid bob. Holly are the underdogs and they've done it so hard commentary that meltzer would say the effectively leave little out. There are going to be anything other than the winners. And the announcers are sailing. The idea that bigalow is going to be laughed at by everyone because he was pinned by the one two three kid and bigalow was running around Ringside Lawrence. Taylor's laughing at him than bigalow. Gave Taylor a great shove and this builds their wrestlemania confrontation three and three quarter stars. What'd you think of the match? And what did you think of the decision to Put The straps on the one two three kid head and Bob Holly. We're going to lose them the very next night on a live raw smoking guns. So is this simply done as a way to establish bigalow and Lawrence Taylor exactly the the whole match everything about it was to get to Bam Bam and lt the going back and watching this match gotta I marveled at just the agility and athleticism of Bam Bam in bigalow. You forget he was a big bastard and he could move lightweight Sold everything. It was just a a really really good match. Maybe a little bit too long now. Can I could have gone few minutes shorter but it it was a means to an end. And at the end the stuff with lt a thought was played to perfection specially on. Lt's Bart laughing at it bigalow and then being being real like hey man come on you know professionals and put her here that I'm just I'm just fucking with you appreciate your shit in shove Bam shoved the living shit him and he went through dino and everybody in the in all the way back to the third row It was great shit. I mean and lt especially in that market where Hartford and worrying. Yeah we're in Harford. Not with warm. Wear fucking tamp. I'm thinking we're in Hartford for pay per view for Wrestlemania Tampa. Yeah but lt had just retired and he was still a a big name in football and everybody knew who the fuck lt was and it was gonna be a big deal that New York market when we replayed that everywhere but We'd gotten down. We stayed at Saddlebrook in the Tampa area. And I remember that was so that we could be close to Lt. Spent spend some time with him because all lt wanted to do he didn't give a shit. How many hours he had to work out? He didn't give a shit. What what you wanted wanted him to do just wanted to be able to play eighteen holes golf every day? So got him SADDLEBROOK. We stayed at the resort and he got his eighteen holes golf in and then he was happy man he would do whatever you wanted him to do. Just had to get that Golfing I. How did you guys choose bigalow for his opponent? Somebody that was big and impressive that you could put in the press and be able to hold his own with the New York press and a formidable opponent someone that would look big a nasty look. The part the deal in a fight with lt would probably kill tease his assets. He had a reputation for being a bad ass and so did bigalow It was he looked part a different different local the bald head in flames and everything. So the New York media's GONNA eat that shit up and it just it worked and also felt the Bam Bam was a good enough worker that he can carry lt to a good match in those guys again. I think of the the talent and the outsiders that have come into our world and been able to adapt. Lt was one that First Time you see somebody array if they're comfortable in. Lt rolled into the ring and laid on the Mat in in got up and just kind of played and it was like Holy Shit. He's home he. He felt at home in the rain. The very first time he ever got in in. That's when you know okay. He's going to be okay. How's Sir how does the deal come together? Who Contacts who we contacted them? We add some some connections at the time Actually Lisa Wall food worked with the NFL and we use those connections. Reached out to Lt and it was it was all timing and it was looking for something because Hartford so close to New York that you wanted to make it a local event and a lot of respects and have him it home were we knew he would be cheered in you. Get the press. God Man we did the the workout in Times Square square literally set a ring up in Times Square and Shut Down Times Square at noon on the middle of the day Eh and had a public workout with Lt and drew an unbelievable crowds. Those kind of stunts that because Lt was local title live there again. All you want to do is play golf man. Give me my eighteen holes and I'll do an area on get me on a get me on a course I can't get on which he could get on any course he wanted but He was happy to do whatever you needed him to do. And we started out this promotion Russian having him for X. Amount of dates like a few dates you had this she had Tampa had A press conference and then a few more dates leading up to Wrestlemainia and as we got into this after Tampa it was like shit he loved it so much we fell in love with him was like hey man. You're all in your with us for the next three months and he was like cool. Won't play Golf. Who will help train him Russell It was those Bam Bam pat and by the time we see him here. Royal Rumble had already started training..

"It's Regime is a bank in Singapore It's originally stood for Development Development Bank of Singapore People knew it It say whereas damn bloody slow. That's what it went because their customer service was terrible and and What they have done is really changed directions? And when you're a big financial institution it's pretty hard to change direction But they were really committed to it and because they have done that because they said goodbye to a whole bunch of people and because they've just been so clear you're consistent about saying in the financial room we are very vulnerable to disruption so we actually need to start operating at much greater agility. We actually need operate as a startup culture and they've they've perpetuated that and reinforce that was trying to say signals across the fight frequencies what gets rewarded with tolerated. How leader show eleven? Forty million leaders are really gone. There to showing up informally That and that consistent messaging on the fifth frequency formal communication. They've gone from worst to first in an and a ten year period on a lot of customer satisfaction measures. They're widely seen as Asia's Asia's Best Bank and it required making some hard choices required sticking to those hard choices and again like you said staying saying saying goodbye to some people who probably spent fifteen or twenty years. They're helping to create this sort of the the the old culture that they had. And but it's amazing. Kawachi the payoff. It's amazing to see what they've been able to do because they took it seriously and stuck with it even when it was tough. And and that's the thing that I I love to celebrate the most is when an organization who has been viewed or has behaved a certain way. And you'll had that Unfortunate nickname of from their customer base to turn things around to be viewed as you know one of the top financial institutions Let's not an easy thing to do. But with consistency in the right direction in the focus and and making the right choices. You set yourself self up for success Both in the short term and the long term you know by focusing on what is the right thing to do and and sometimes those are popular Bula choices. YOU'RE GONNA upset a lot of people but at the end of the day you have to realize okay. Who who do we serve you? Know what is the environment that we want to have and we have to do everything possible to make sure that that happens. Yeah absolutely I was at DB S in December over in Singapore and it was amazing to go walk through there. And you see all these young people in in You know Khakis season t-shirts and They have Beer on tap in their break room. which nobody's drinking because they're all at whiteboards in group settings things working really hard doing really cool stuff creating great new financial products and APPS that they're pushing out into the marketplace and some of them are going great and some of them aren't but truly if if you know if if you know if you've been in finance in the eighties or the nineties and when you walk there you it's very surprising to think that this is that that that you're in a you're in a big bank but that is an organization at that said if we are we're we're subject to disruption we're vulnerable to disruption we're GonNa make our culture source of competitive advantage and it means got do some things different and they were bold enough to make it happen? And that's that's awesome so Lynn Lynn. "Helps the organization pivot quicker Deseo cat while or for some reason. This employs having difficulty with this in its due to this particular module in the system that we're using okay. What can we do about that to make it easier? You make that change all of a sudden you've made their life a little bit easier because now they can do something a little bit easier or more efficient or whatever the case may be in your pivoting. You're doing it now because otherwise if you don't communicate with them that might go on for weeks months years who knows and and all of a sudden it's like we've been struggling with us for how long now and in link wedding anybody say anything while we didn't know how to approach you on it okay. That's something that we need to Address right away as well so now. That's that's spot got on Ya In in every every annual view is always that okay. What have you done now in? We've seen it. There's there's a way to game by that as well because employs no. Okay okay bye reviews coming up a couple of months okay. Let's crank it up a little bit. Let's get my numbers up. Hey your numbers look great. Here's your bonus and then they revert back to whatever workload that they were doing because there's a lack of relationship there's a lack of You know desire to make the culture of place that is is beneficial for everybody and it's like you said this is not something we just say. Okay this is our culture for organization and it sits Donald Bookshelf. Like the mission vision values poster in the boardroom. It's this is a living breathing entity at it has to constantly be nurtured watered and dealt with constantly and that's how you can maintain and grow organizations yeah And just go back so you know we call it. The the the negative case study of what happened Goldman Sachs where they misaligned rewards awards but a better story. A positive example is what Alan Mulally did when he took over at four he said I want there to be honesty and transparency and everybody said sure. That's what we've been talking about forever. But it's not what they rewarded. So he set up a metric system reset. I'm going to have all my vp's come in and tell me. Are things red yellow green across Russell performance metrics and everybody kept bringing him these green scorecards and he said I don't get it. How do we losing billions of dollars and yet oliver scorecards agreeing? Well well because what got rewarded. Historically afford was saying things were good when they weren't so finally some one grave. BP Guy named Mark Fields. Who would eventually succeed? Beat Alan Mulally shows up with a green on his scorecard. I'm sorry I read on this. Are you had a problem and Alex. Everyone's surprise started applauding plotting instead of in the room and started applauding. So that was the and and later he would say that was sort of the epicenter of the culture. Change that Alan Mulally Lawley made it for the turn them around from losing money to making my interest because he was lining up 'cause warm signals. He was lining up for awards with what he wanted to. I've seen more of honesty and transparency because when VP's like mark fields would actually come up. Come through and put the reds on their scorecards now they can actually focus problem solving attention on issues and challenges instead of ignoring them. And it took two more sessions before Everybody finally caught on and Malala said later. Looked like a damn crime scene because now there were so many red cards but now that he had realigned awards with what the honesty and the transparency wanted to see more of he actually felt giddy because now could actually do something about the problems. were out in the NOPE. That's half the battle of is knowing he'll wear those those issues you can address them fix them and move on from them and they all had the pleasure to meet Allan late last year and Yeah I what he did at Ford and I was in that area the at that time during the economic recession and saw what happened with GM and Chrysler and Ford and also in in the United States and in Canada and his his leadership and how he was able to navigate that very very rigid big machine sheen in change the culture the save that organization and saved countless jobs worldwide Is something that you know. Should I know it is celebrated in and looked upon going. Okay you know what what was done. that organizations innovations could follow if they find themselves in a similar situation challenging to put leaders on pedestals because they end up disappointing us. But Allan Mulally I think is in our book you know as pretty good too perfect again. I mean just really top notch performance and culture and of course those things relate sorry storyline interrupted you know nor is it was just going to say. What are the things that he did so masterfully is he really understood how he had to sort of over toggle right as a leader sometimes times leaders give up a little too quickly right? I've sent a message. I've said what I think is important. And he realized that he had to say it again and again and again and he had to sort of ramp up his warm signals as soon as he realized that the people around him didn't really believe that the warm so that those you know honesty and transparency really what he was rewarding right. And so he had had to overcompensate you know to send that message and he did he was successful but Not Not every leader understands you have to over toggle for the things message really WanNa send thing so many things about Alan that jumped out at me. was you know. He took that role role and he knew it was a mess but he didn't know how big of a mess it was. You know he could have chosen to stay day where he was at and owing fine and you know he didn't he didn't turn away from it. He realized okay well now and he made the necessary adjustments himself in order to create eight the opportunity for the culture To change their and linear right on the head. It's like okay. We need to remind people will stay the same thing. It's GonNa be like a broken record but I'm going to say the same thing again and again until everyone gets and angry over a conversation he had you know with somebody the said you know. If if you're not in alignment with you know where we're going with this. Okay that's fine. We can still be friends. You won't work here but we'll still be friends and ill those one of those things where his his approach on things. I I think you made a really big difference. In how how that organization was able to turn it around and and be able to grow grow and thrive again when his leadership we talk about something on frequency five which is form of communication and we call it the in quotes the the puke principle and basically the ideas as a leader. You have to be willing to say something so many times that literally think if I say this one more time I'm GONNA lose my lunch. I can't even stand stand to hear myself. Say it again because just about the time you're at that point is is is the time that the folks around you are just beginning to either believe it or internalize the messaging and it's true although we say that in frequency five it's true across the frequencies right I'm even for something like creaky four frequency to your word recognition. Laurie you know that was about sending that message so many times. He was probably sick during himself. Stay up but he had to keep saying until the people around him believed an example. You gave a to about in the meeting. When he finally started to see if the crime scene reports he had to remind and everybody and sometimes again when when especially when you go in as a leader in its organization? It's been around for a while. And they they have pretty much been stuck in their ways. I say that tongue in cheek of course. But that's how they've operated and when you bring somebody in That is definitely an outsider in his situation. He wasn't in the automotive industry. And I know many sectors like to keep people that have ben in the sector To run things and sometimes it makes a lot of sense lease from my observation to bring in an outsider. Because they're gonNA see some things that other other people won't and the key is okay. And how do we convince them that going in this direction which could be a hard left or a hard right for the organization is the right thing to do Because Many times you run into a lot of resistance and and the example I gave again. We okay if you're not aligned with us that's fine where we still be friends. You just won't work here and and that's a difficult discussion to have especially if that employee or that. VP ear whomever is an all star type of employee. But if it's not in alignment with the direction of where you want the organization ago from a workplace culture standpoint in a leadership leadership standpoint. You have to make those difficult decisions. Yeah one of the case studies that we've got in the introduction of the book. Oh sure shameless plug that on our website. Five frequencies dot com any. Any of your listeners can go download the book's introduction for Free we we talk about DDS and their cultural transformation of DBS. it's Regime is a bank in Singapore It's originally stood for Development Development Bank of Singapore People knew it It say whereas damn bloody slow. We actually need operate. As a startup culture and they've they've perpetuated that and reinforce that was trying to say signals across the fight frequencies what gets rewarded with pollinated. How leader show eleven? Forty million leaders are really gone. There to showing up informally That and that consistent messaging on the fifth frequency formal communication. They've gone from worst to first in an and a ten year period on a lot of customer satisfaction measures they're widely seen as Asia's ages best bank and it required making some hard choices required sticking to those hard choices and again like you said staying saying saying goodbye to some people who probably spent fifteen or twenty years. And you see all these young people in in You know Khakis. He's in t shirts and They have Beer on tap in their break room. which nobody's drinking because they're all at whiteboards in group settings things working really hard doing really cool stuff creating great new financial products and APPS that they're pushing out into the marketplace and some of them are going great and some of them aren't but truly if if you know if if you know if you've been in finance in the eighties or the nineties and when you walk there you it's very surprising to think that this is that that that you're in a you're in a big bank but that is an organization at that said if we are we're we're subject to disruption we're vulnerable to disruption we're GonNa make our culture source of competitive advantage and it means got do some things different and they were bold enough to make it happen? And that's that's awesome so Lynn Lynn. Jeff appreciate our conversation today We could probably talk for about twenty five hours straight without missing a beat but occasionally we need need to sleep and eat and do other things. "Brought to you by Burnsville heating and air conditioning. Partly cloudy Fifty-three tonight tomorrow partly sunny, but maybe some showers later in the day, seventy for the bar science. I very nice right now. It's partly sunny and sixty seven. In. And like you kneel Justin from the starch view Neo. How are you? Thanks for being with us. Barn. How are you? We're good. Finally, getting around to reading your thoughts about the game of thrones finale, 'cause I was wondering if you were a lover a hater in between her. I, I mean what did you think? Well, I've thought it was fine. I mean, I'm not a huge fan of the show. I've compared to an engaging Gema Denison dragon. You know, there's really that a lot of depth to but it was well done. Good acting grad special facts, it wasn't gauging and, and that's about it. I mean it certainly not gonna make my list of, of top shows the history of television. So for that matter, I wouldn't you know bother by this last season. They're really worried. Look. It's great that people are enthusiastic and passionate about. Yeah. Television. That's not crap. But I thought all got a little bit silly. Don't you think we have something there? The dragon it, okay? Let let's con down. I know we loved him for the boobs in dragon spectacles. I mean that's all. I really I, I didn't care what was happening. I didn't care that I didn't always know what was going on. Yeah. You know, and the writer ticket some heads, maybe this last season was sped up maybe things happen too quickly. But you know what? It was. Yeah. It was. Fine. All right. Yeah. I agree with you. So what are you watching right now that you're loving Neil? Y tell you something I'm really into about that starts airing Friday, and that when they feel or until they see us, I can't remember the exact name of it, but it's a diversion as miniseries on the central park five. On netflix. If that's terrific, it for parts of the last part is almost two hours long. So it's, it's a five hour investment, but it's one of the best thing, just the television this year really looking at that case, reminding us of how harrowing that was and what an injustice, it was, but the performances are absolutely terrific. If a diverse really proves that she's one of our great directors, and it's very powerful television. I encourage people to just stick with it to the very end. The last episode is as good a two hour, you're going to see this. Felicity. Huffman is in with the Hoffman is, she's really only in the first couple the first episode it's not, you know, familiar actress, you're in there, niece Nash up and is absolutely terrific. John Leguizamo is in it. So you've got some big names in there, but it's the kids that are really outstanding and we'll be seared into your memory and you won't necessarily recognize any of them. But most of them are unknown. But you won't forget them after you sit through this thing. It's, it's really quite powerful. We gonna see any of the actors or Dubernard they going to be on any of the shows to this week promoting it. We probably. I don't think lifting Huffman will be. No, she. I think she still probably Anglo I haven't seen Abe is named pop up on the talk show circuit. A lot of the talk shows are in hiatus in June. She'd probably the best promoter Ford. Of course. John Leguizamo is going to be here in the twin cities in late June doing his one man show, and I encourage people to, to check that out. He's going to be part of the. Minneapolis comedy festival, and but he's all terrific. If you have a chance to go see his one man show do it. And he's got a small role in this mini series. But it it he's very good. So, yeah, you might see a few these people pop up be covering that Minneapolis comedy show because I know we did that story couple of weeks ago where you wrote about the comedy, you know. You know, seen I guess, in LA in some the comics and stuff we covering that here. Oh, absolutely. I mean the difference with this right now. It doesn't look like it's going to be still catching local comics almost all national names. I'm not even sure of local comics gonna get a chance open or the folks, I'm looking at it, but I'll definitely be out and enjoying the talent Bob Newhart. It's gonna be or hires lots of big names. And we've never had a civil like this before. So I'm eager to check it out and, and see what they have to offer, but it should be a fun week for sure you guys should follow kneel at Neal. Justin on Twitter because I'm sure redoing, some trees himself deadwood, the movie, I think that's HP on Friday night. What is that worth? It. If you're dead band, you're gonna love it. Okay. If you never quite understood that would then you're gonna hate it. Okay. It, it feels like a just another up sewed, you know, David milch, creator of the series seems to believe that they talked like Shakespeare in the old west and some people that I, I find it a bit disturbing. But that's how he does it. It's a sort of a anti western a lot of the Staples of westerns that I loved the shootout, and, you know, the language and, and the black, hats and white hats, all those are sort of just guarded, and it's much more of a meta exercise. But Ian McShane is still, he's fabulous terrific, and fun to see the cast reunited boys been ten twelve years. So people been waiting for this for long time going to happen, and it's really not a disappointment, but it's not going to revert. I it's not going to change anybody's mind. Whatever pass feelings. They had about the show watching the hot zone mini series on National Geographic, Neil. I watched the first couple of episodes. It's a little hard to get into a show where most of the action takes place in a lab. Okay. I get. Twidle to they try to heighten the action with. Margaret lease making their own, but I couldn't get interested in it. You know, she makes it work because she's such a grip protagonist. She's, she's got a fierceness and determination. When she acts and then it's a true story, right? I mean, I think it's a little more dramatic than it probably really was like I said, most of the action takes place in laboratories. But you know, it's, it's engaging if, if you like a little bit more of a brainy thriller, and, and Margulis is always fun to watch. You know, I'd love to see her in, like just an old fashioned action movie, you know, 'cause she's, she's that kind of person that you kind of feel like you go into battle with and, and you'd be in fairly safe safe arms. But it's okay. It's not a musty, but it's I limit engaged. You know, if you're looking for bringing thriller about the possible end of the world, sure, noble on HBO probably better bad. Is that good? Yeah. Dark and it so Russian right? I'm surprised at some of the people are talking about it pleasantly surprised, but it's really getting a great buys people seem that have given a chance to really be into it. Also kind of I just watched the first episode. But, you know, you forget because the Americans has been off the air and I always like, encourage people like you should watch the Americans because Russia has been our friend ever, you know, for a long time. And when you watch first episode of Chernobyl, the absolute shutdown of that. Hey, we know this is going to be bad. We need to evacuate and no, the, the party will decide, you know, the, the these little people, whose lives are on the date on need to decide. I mean it's that, that, that thought process that is just like it's astonishing to Americans and the fear that they would look bowl noble. Yes, you're still prevailing in the movie, and I think it does give you that understanding of Russia's attitude and pride and need to not look like this -ceptable. So yeah, that that one. Through the entire movie. And I think makes it more believable as to how they reacted to this disaster and the gray. I mean, it's but it's very dark. Is big little is gonna live up to expectation. Have you seen a episode of that yet? I haven't they just sent it and I interviewed the cast a couple months ago, the toba tough to do before you see something, but when Meryl Streep's available, you talk to her. And, you know, look, I'll watch just for her scenes it's, it's a little tricky, because there was kind of an ending in the first one and beyond the original source material. We'll see these things are tricky. Sometimes you feel like they're just capitalizing on, on their success, and they can't possibly keep it engaging tale going, but there's a lot of people involved and again, Meryl Streep doesn't sign up for something unless she believes did what suit he was involved was involved. Your interview with him run yet. Or is that going to be close no-no? We'll run it in conjunction with premier, which is still a couple of weeks. So I it is all good. And do you like the shy Neil Lennon ways? Lean awaits us sh- show on Showtime. It's called the shy C H. I don't ever want the second season. I mean, I'm a I'm a big Jason Mitchell fan who's great. Knit. I see he's he's in trouble in some trouble right now. Yeah. And, you know, I, I had a chance to spend some time with him when the CHAI debut and really liked him. Very sorry to hear about this. You know, I didn't continue to watch it. Okay. I think there are other series that have dealt with that issue, and had that setting that I've liked better. But that doesn't mean it, it hasn't held up. I haven't watched it beyond the first four of the procedure. But she's Lynn Jeff talent to keep an eye on for sure. Renee, zellweger. What if or what's it called? What if it's? Okay. I mean I it's fun to see so she plays. It's sort of like indecent proposal. People remember that movie where rob Redford pays to have a night with Demi Moore. Woody Harrelson fumes fumes this time Renee Zellweger kind of playing the Redford PA. But because it's a serious ago. It's a little bit deeper, and she odyssey has some other votives in trying to put a wedge between this couple, you know, it's, it's fun to see when bigger back, you know, she took a long break did. She's, we'd haven't really seen her as the cold manipulator before..
