Masters Chairman Sends Strong Message About Potential Boycott
"League baseball last week, pulling the All Star Game out of Atlanta this summer. That was in response to the new Georgia voting law. They have been business is speaking out against it as well. Delta Coca Cola among them couple couple of Georgia heavyweights This week in Georgia, there's the Masters. Masters Chairman Fred Ridley is part of his annual pre tournament news conference, noting He's not necessarily in favor of the boycotts that have been talked about, I believe, and I confident that every member of this club believes that voting is an essential Fundamental right in our society. As I stated that any anything that disadvantages anyone to vote is wrong and should be addressed. I'm not going to speak to the specifics of the law, but I do know that I think there's a resolution and I think that resolution is gonna be based on people working together and talking. And having constructive dialogue because that's the way our democratic society works. And while I know you would like to for us to make a proclamation on this, I just don't think that is going to be helpful. To ultimately reboot reaching a resolution. So we would like to encourage people to talk to communicate to let the democratic process work and hopefully these fundamentals and I've stated are so important to us, and I think everyone in this room could be achieved. Houston Texans president Jamey Rootes resigning after 20 years with franchise
"Lot of focus on what's been going on in Houston this off season. Wednesday. We learned team President James Roots, resigns ESPN Insider Adam Schefter today their president, Jamie Roots, resigned, effective immediately, and I think any time there's any news with the Houston Texans People want to know. How does this impact or read out with two Shaun watching, and I think the issue here is that there are people in that organization in and around the league who have questions about the direction of that franchise. Jamie Roots clearly was one of them. He was a part of the search process that basically blacked him out. Discounted and ignored the words of the search firm that the organization paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for and in the end, when with Nicolas Ariel, who obviously is a qualified candidate, no issue with Nick Osario, it's the way the organization ran the search and ultimately moved in the end. I think Jamie roots is uncomfortable with that he was uncomfortable with the direction of the franchise. Ultimately, after 20 years with the organization in which he made all their big business decisions, he decided to resign from his post, which I think is a reflection off the way that some people in that organization and some people around the league view that spot right now,

The Ivy League's decision to cancel the basketball tournaments was unfair to athletes
"Yeah I believe straight up cancelled its men's and women's tournaments the automatic berths going to the regular season champs which is what the I really did until four years ago so that means the Yale man and the Princeton women are given the automatic berths to the NC WRAL to around the horn yeah this is an interesting decision by the I really I really feel for these other teams you know you mentioned Princeton they're started by the way is bell Allori market Valerie's daughter they only lost one right I am over time so they're all they're all set for the women but Harvard can you imagine the beef they have they beat this team twice they were hosting the tournament Tony so you can I can't even imagine as a student athlete preparing all week or for however long fourteen and then the calls come in saying yeah I never mind us seniors you're done it's over that's just heartbreaking I had to have been a better way a lot of complete people are playing without fans maybe I really should consider a good soul yeah I am happy for James Jones I've known since he was in junior high so I'm happy for you know that he's going to the tournament I'm not happy for anybody else on the women's side or the men's side because just play the tournament in an empty gym why are we going to this extreme measure and the coach of Penn bring up a great point you have across teams are going on the road wrestlers are going on the road right now for matches why would you have to cancel this stuff the gala trouble you yeah I mean the first one I want to say anybody in any this is making a terrible decision because there's no easy play book there's no easy guide to know what to do here but I will say like like Frank just and Frank and Jackie just said there's other sports going on and they're allowing those to continue now there's gonna be other conference tournaments going on the pac twelve just said they're playing in Las Vegas that's a lot bigger crowd ostensibly more dangerous health situation I would guess so it you know it's it's a tough call I don't know I don't know why they don't play it you know without fans and I think we are going to get to that point in some sports we just don't know how soon bill clashes I think it's a total panic move I mean so Yellen Princeton can play this week if they can play next week in March madness the play other teams are from the fan housing health risks the any different if we can is this week it doesn't make any sense and there's no health official in this country nobody has said that they should have athletic events now keeping the fans out that's the way to go I think that's probably probably is a pretty smart way to do it I don't think these games need fans but these games the players ready to play and there there's no significant health risk I don't know why they do it again it seems like a panic move to me it should be said on many of these universities Harvard for one and many universities across the country are now in a new online classes pretty good so you can address something else be like well what was interesting you know the bill we're talking about the pac twelve the fact that their plan why is that because we know they're gonna get a lot of fans are the same thing with the biggest tournament here Madison Square Garden the Ivy League they'll give fans but it's not the money maker that some of these bigger conferences are so I think that's probably one of the reasons why the bigger conference center we're having the tournament and maybe that's why it made it easier for the Ivy League but they should be a little more considerate to those other players like the coach talked about seniors and you're telling them today by the way your career is over after mac yeah you know the other thing too is keep in mind that the I really didn't even start a post season tournament two thousand seventeen so I think that maybe they feel like well you know we've always put academics above all the rest is here's just a total conjecture on my part you mention Harvard they've already told their students were on break you're not going to come back after a break your to do online courses so obviously Harvard that university in particular is taking a very conservative approach and they were the ones hosting cal OSHA you know plasti said something a minute ago that a week ago it is sounded just absurd these games they'll need fans and realistically it's probably the the safest way to go and I think we'll eventually get to that in some sports when you think about putting twenty thousand people on top of each other you know in a congested arena that may be the way the the easiest way to spread the virus and they may you know we do have televisions we can't watch these games from home so for a short period of time that may be the way we have to guess what's what we're seeing worldwide right and the arenas and that's what we're seeing with some conferences the Ivy League co opting to cancel there's other conferences opting for not crowded or empty arenas

V. O. way yeah I'm not gonna get too much into the woods in that but it it it it seems to be a good metric OR stat for saying how good is this team's offense how good is this team's defense and when you look at the disparity in D. V. O. way between the chiefs and the Niners defensively the Niners have a big edge there and traditionally teams that have a big edge in that stat in the Super Bowl those teams traditionally not only win but cover the spread on average at you know also that that's it but what I would say to come there and they don't always win but what I would say is that I think bedroom homes is such a historically great quarterback and as I said before well I think the Niners defense is very very good I don't think it's historically great I expect this game to be very close the odds makers have a close I expected to be very close the the the nerd part of me that loves these of that van stats is telling me to pick the Niners the old school got football guy in the which usually wins is telling me to pick the chiefs I'm a little torn but I am going with the chiefs but I think I'd be surprised if this game more one sided I see this ending with Patrick mom's school get a game winning touchdown when it and that's that's how I see it.

We're going to send to the Christmas second week of April April next year. Where you on the only reason I thought comfortable that I was able to ask? Is He talk specifically about these issues on this exact podcast. That's that's the other reason. Why listening well one thing I wanted to inquiry? We've you and I have spent the prior today. We did some work today. Cameron was nice enough to spend some time working on my swing but some some of the ways you talked to me in the past corey about the golf swing at how you approach drilling things in very interesting to me is the way I've never really thought about it. Before in the the process of calling plays in my interpretation of that was you weren't trying necessarily just come in and fix my swings. Do this to do this. It was like hey. Let's try this to get this activated. Can you explain that concept of like of calling plays and the context of that. Is that all four. You guys came in in an hour and we're like hey could you send. Yeah okay. That's a lot to think it was an hour so I've got because you guys are going to go places. I had fifteen minutes with each of you like speed dating. That's really well. You didn't even get a lesson that day. I think I hit two balls. Well I thought I was just that was just being. You're thinking of the Church Richard Westlake. That's right I wanNA have you know I I completely refuted again. 'cause the last guys can't possibly. I got to go down this road. I got cory immediately after. They don't let a mess with that trail arms. A bit before Koreans is that you said the church at Westlake. Yeah what's ultras here. What's let's turn farcical then? This is the sanction. Put me on the spot Let me think about that okay. It's Kinda shrine. It's much much more Schreiner than the church. It's just absolutely beautiful. Clearly this whole place feels like thinking that Mecca Austin the magazine and I was GonNa say like starting out like this whole thing feels like such a such a commercial for Altus but when you come here and you see this is really freaking cool. I think we're trying to convey here is like boy. You guys have built here and I don't know if you can describe it because it probably not a lot of people seen it or seen video of it or whatever but like describe. I've we're where we're at here. What what this facility is like what it looks like all of that cameras really good because Cameron really had a lot to do with why we're here and I mean everything to do with why we're here and then also what this place looked like designing at the way that it is okay? We're sitting on an old landfill from the nineteen sixties in down. Well six six miles five miles south of Dallas and not to get too long winded. Because we're probably press corps definitely needs to answer the question about place but we're we're sitting in a ten thousand square foot teaching center that has putting lab for hitting bays is home to both altus and also SMU men's and women's golf tools and technology out the wild zoo. We've got years years. We got swing car. We've got Sam Pot lab got capped out list goes on. We've got all the tools and resources but more than that is we've got the right people here an array of professional and amateur players. That are all kind of contributing to rising. Everyone's but right rising tides float floats all boats. We're sitting on sixty thirty four acres of just practice space so to put it into context. I think Marion is built on one hundred eight ridiculous so we got three course called the horse. Course we've got a driving range. That's four hundred yards end to end We've got all the right things to make players better Just as long as the coaching coming out of it is good so corey. So that's why we call A.. Place so you're right in that you picked up on the fact that we're not just going to direct you and say. Hey you need to do this. You have to do it this way. What we've found? Is that really good. Coaches have the deepest playbook meaning we identify something that we know that needs to change. And there's not just one way to do that and because everyone's a little bit different. They're going to respond to different things right. So the best coaches have the deepest playbook also call the right play. I most of the time. And that's what really separates good coaches from. Maybe not so good coaches and so when you guys ran it's like we identified something that we need to do and I told you. Look there's a bunch of ways we can do this. We're going to call a couple of plays and we're GONNA see if we can score the touchdown with one of them and I think think another thing that it does is it takes a little bit of the pressure off of you the student to to perform perfectly right away because it can be a little bit intimidating intimidating to walk into a golf lesson especially as you said the the shrine here I mean I can see how it could be a little bit much especially when you're signing up to be evaluated in and judged by us and so we want to ease that a little bit and say Cameron's really good at when he starts with someone and it's something that I've stolen from him so he says I'm GonNA recall this play in every bad shot that you hit right now is on me because I'm the one who called this place. Don't worry about any bad shots. We're going to find the right play that works for you. So there's multiple reasons why why we kind of frame it like that With Collin Place. That's how I took it to what I what again we spend five minutes so you said I go practice this on the ranger dry. Put a put a tour striker between your elbows. Work on that square up your Your trail arm your right arm to keep it from flaring and then you gotTa work on the swing guide. which is something strip restricted? My backswing and keep going that but like what I took away from. That was. Are these things for the rains like. You're going to go practice on the ranger going to drill but when you go out to play golf you're not thinking about your trail arm. You've practiced it. That's what the range time was. Four how do you is. Is that a common lesson that you've you're teaching. You know your players in that. Hey Hey this is what we're working on here but when you go play golf. Don't don't be thinking specifically you're going to work on it here so it works out there. Yeah so the. And that's the maybe bigger different than coaching you. Recreational player and the reality is is that you're not going to put the same amount of hours into making that change as the professional the competitive players here and so. That's one huge obstacle that we're up against with these players that we've got here. We know that they're efficient. They're smart with how they're practicing and so there certainly is a separation in between what practice mode is and then what performance motives and so a lot of times that we've got to assign what the performance or what we call form work Sorry the the practice of form work what that looks like here. The task that you're going to do and now here are a couple tasks that help you blend in what it's actually going to be on the golf off worse and I think when we're on the golf course on a Monday through Wednesday at a tournament hopefully were in that performance mode the whole time. We're working on skills but the reality is sometimes we've got and actually do some form work and we're trying to make it as mentally minimally invasive as possible so then it actually does show up when they're out there. Playing the expression use often is shift to play. I think it's a great way to express it. You wanted to so we'll we'll do some drills where I really like to use like three or four sets to where I've got three balls in front review and we're going full form owed like you're thinking about all the internal technical accused that I've given you and then the next three ball set. We're going to kind of shift shift a little bit. We're going to shift our focus more external to where finally the last three or trying to be as target oriented as we can. I think that a lot of players We have this argument a lot. They expect to be able to play their best golf without any technical us. And Yeah that's true for about two point. Five percent of the rounds that they'll play for the rest of their life that they're not gonNa have any technical thoughts and that's not my opinion that stuff that we've talked to the best players in the world that have informed that opinion that we have and so. It's okay if you have some kind of a a cue that you're paying attention to I think completely reasonable but we want you to be able to perform those changes that we've prescribed and away where you can instill like play golf. You're not playing golf. Swing as it said so many times so there. There's I don't know who asked this question but there's so much out there about the golf swing right like there's there is there's so so much that's been written. There's so many improvement articles are set. Like sure you guys disagree on some things about the golf swing at times badly. And that's what I was gonNA Kinda get like. How do you inform your opinions of of the golf swing thing is you can have an opinion but then you can road test that country? Yeah you can road test if it's effective and it's one I guess there's something to be said for what's the timeline for effectiveness and that's where we go back and almost make the request in advance of like. Hey we're going to try these things. If option a or play doesn't work go play. And eventually we're going to get to the end of scoring a touchdown on for you hitting better shots so give me five swings. Give me ten swings because after that most definitely you're gonNa have what you need so going back to the question. How do you differentiate? It's it's the ball the balls of the barometer and the fire too often like me as a rookie coach I remember my first year and a half two years of coaching. It was garbage it was because I was the one standing there saying you. I didn't do it correctly. That's what the ball didn't move correctly. Yeah I was a very form and then method based coach and then shifted. I shifted because I traveled around the country. I watched the best coaches do it from butch Hamas Dave leadbetter Desha Cook and the list goes on and I recognize they. Did it dramatically different than I do it. You look at a rookie coach. And they're very a prescriptive. Here are the positions or the that you need hit in your swing in order to play better whatever that standard of better is for that player player but yet the best coach K.. We're going to do this. Try this a little bit more this all with the end of just controlling the ball and not being quite so an elaborate and prescriptive and what they're describing. I don't know if if Jordan is the direct correlation to that but the question I had my mind is like what's the the way that he's changed you as instructor structure the most do you think yeah he was reinforcement when I was going through that learning reinforcement that all my gosh you can do it in a multitude of ways and still give the instructions action to that little white thing that sitting on the ground has no concern for what your size is what your gender is and what your net worth is. Yeah he was only reinforcement to that and he was was also not a nudge but heavy push in the direction of let dosing crecy flourish. I would agree. I think that more than anything I mean. The lesson that I learned is is from their work together. Is that skills always trump style. And so not only. Are we trying to get you to swing it really really good but we're also trying to reinforce that with like skilfulness like can you hit different types of shots can you adapt to different environments. Can you when you have your C.. Game can you figure out a way to have good days million dollar golf swings and missing the cut out. No doubt right. Yeah it's GONNA ask so non altus players. WHO's your favorite player to watch the such? He's an ultra player. I always find myself on the range really close to Alex Norton earn like on the practice range. Heavy man just love it so your thoughts. My boy it goes against everything that I just said unskilled trump style. Because I just love the way that I mean. He's a technician and so it goes against what I said. But he just grinds he's doing idiosyncratic way. Exactly exactly yeah that's true. There's no other player on the European or a PGA tour out there practicing what he's practice those maneuvers. I watched at the players this year for twenty twenty minutes thirty minutes. I watched him cut chip shots. Oh for sure have video and Andrea. I felt like I was stoned. Just sitting there right right. This is the most amazing get really wide. INGLES when I'm videoing Andrea when he's aired you saw this video of the cut Wedge Dry Spinning. He knows that's to verify. That was actually seeing absolute favorite part of these guys. Stories is how exaggerated the timeframe skit. We watched him do it for like four minutes right there with twenty living thirty minutes spent watching back after you a I want to know. We talked about the golf swing to this point but where your guys responsibilities for coaching players stops and I don't think it really does. The pointed question and that coaching.

The recession that wasnt (yet)
"We begin today with the word a word we were hearing a lot of say five maybe six months ago now not so much recession. The recession warning signals economy goes into a recession the recession back in August when recession prognostications these were all the rage. We Got Neil Irwin from the New York Times on the phone to Chat Sunia. Listen let me let me start with a question that I get all the time. I'm sure you do too. When's when's the recession going to start? Maybe never maybe Maybe maybe we already in one. That's the thing about recessions you you don't know in real time with any great certainty that intercession so that was August. We called Neil back this morning with recession prognostications now very much faded to ask what's changed so the biggest. I single trigger to that. Entire flurry of recession fears was what's called an inverted yield curve. We've talked about this before you and the idea that longer term bond yields interest rates had had fallen below short-term interest rates that's called an inverted yield curve in the important thing. Is it for a lot of economy watchers. A lot of them by which I mean almost just all of them in a yield curve inversion means a recession is common eventually to that side of one item to reminded us this morning was the actual economic doc news back then we had a global manufacturing slowdown. We had the trade wars escalating we had brexit hanging over everything. And so you had this world where it looked like the world economy might be slipping slipping into recession and that seemed to be what financial markets were signaling hence recession that word now though not August but November so it looks like we dodged a bullet. Well it looks like that did not materialize do not seem to be in recession the US economy seems to be growing at a nice steady rate. Yes sure there are some problems in the factory sector in the. US really did enter contraction. It may still be there. But manufacturing's a small piece of the overall economy only about twelve percent of total employment. So if we focus too much on what's happening in manufacturing and don't realize that you know the service economy is chugging along pretty well also chugging along the American labor market job growth is mostly steady consumers. Rumors are still spending. Oh yeah a guy by the name of j Powell and his merry band at the Federal Reserve. I do think it's an interaction between monetary monetary policy and trade policy. That's terrorists in Clare. She's at George Washington University There's this sense that With lower interest rates rates from the Fed there might be more room for the economy to accommodate that trade policy and a trade war and the economic stresses presses. The trade war has brought to be fair. There is news a trade deal could be on the rise in. Maybe I don't mean to be funded out it but it is true that I haven't checked twitter in the last five minutes and therefore I might not know what's going to happen next with trade policy which is fair recessions not the word of the economic moment anymore because the economy is chugging chugging along just not as fast as it had been terracing Claire One more time the numbers that we're seeing they do look like a slowdown that is not bad. News in the cyclical sentence. Like this isn't suggesting that we're seeing a clear. Recession so those are the recession indicators. That have changed the past six months. The context if you will and that's all well and good save for this fact it's people who make this economy go round people and businesses who have to figure out what what decisions they are gonNa make based on what the indicators are marketplace's Mitchell Hartman checked in with some business owners and consumers that he's been keeping up with lately to see what their personal recession gauges ages are telling them right. Now here's an economic signal that doesn't sound anything like a recession is upon us or coming soon. New Construction Randy Delo is a small business owner from Bend Oregon and when he travels for his company selling scientific instruments he hears the same thing almost every city. I go you see cranes and building and neighborhoods popping up all over overall. The economy. I think is holding fairly steady. dellwo is worried about the ongoing going trade war. When I spoke to him back in August he was losing export sales because of Chinese tariffs? I called him today with news of possible progress us. And we've seen this pattern for some time where there's They're supposedly progress on the trade war and then nothing happens or maybe it escalates. Were trying to grow. But it's I difficult to do with these headwinds of losing a portion of your sales. Tim Reynolds runs in Ohio software company that serves manufacturing customers. We're I'm having a good year. Not Quite as good as last year but even with signs of manufacturing slowdown nationwide. He's not worried what is slowing down. News portrayed in catastrophic terms when to slowdown in growth not necessarily a recession consumers have been getting a little more positive about the the Economy Sam Lundberg and his wife or government workers in New Mexico and when I talked to him last spring he was feeling nervous lately. Though I've had a couple of minor pay bums we're starting to buy furniture starting to talk to a real chore. Look at houses feeling. Okay about dropping money here and there for something. We're going to be able to hold onto. Of course the economy economy could still fall apart and deliver up a recession next year. Just saying it's the future full of unknown unknowns. "I remembered -cations access real time transports us the cart acronym. Yes. Remember? Cool. So so some of your you said profoundly deaf consumers use both captions and signers guess is that because they can generally consume one faster than another or you'd have to ask each each individual. But personally, everybody has different preferences. And maybe some of it's easier to understand with the signer. And then, but then I also get the notes from the verbatim notes. Because like you said, maybe citing isn't I'm not I'm not I don't do sign language. But I've what I understand is that its interpretive at times. Whereas I'm trying to be rate for them. So that you know for med school. They can have the crazy words of everything. All right. That makes sense because who knows if there's actually signed for like pro. Exactly for those who don't know. That's like the chemic-. That's like the the generic term for privacy. I know that because my wife and my mother-in-law both nurses and heartburn. You should get members. And I'm like what in the world. To make a note of that. Yeah. That's interesting. Right. Because it signed I assume can be or like I've seen the I've seen like spell out longer words right until probably easier to read that than watch every single letter get signed or something like that. So. Yeah. That's super interesting. Cool. So for plans for the future. I want to ask what are your specific plans for the future as far as like do you plan on continuing down the road of doing more events. Or is there some other branch of this that you'd like to do? And and do you see any big breakthroughs in captioning technology coming through in the next few years? Well, I hope to continue doing actually more events as much as I love working one on. What was Cedeno things. It's nice to get out of the house. Sometimes. And maybe eventually I'll grow my own business. But for now, I am enjoying working with other companies in helping them fulfill. They're captioning needs. Breakthroughs there could be breakthroughs, but I've talked at length about this was several people in our industry are very smarter than I am. We kinda feel like even if we feel like computers right now. Can kick out captions that are as good as the worst court reporters out there. And when I'm saying court reporter that somebody anywhere from somebody who does work that I do which is all live all the time to somebody who's just getting out of school in his working in deposition going back and having listened to the audio and transcribe everything because they didn't quite get it. The first time. So at this point, we we feel like the computers are there where they could easily take that person out where we try to stand apart where we always plan to stand apart is human factor. Can't beat that. Ross right. But it's also computers. I don't know the ever going to get every single accent. And I don't know the ever gonna get every single thing. When people started making up words like I saw student corn S O N C U C O R. I think those student unicorn I don't I don't even know capture captured was like for this word, but how are? I don't know the technology's ever gonna get to the point where it I mean, if it ever gets the point where it's moving faster than we can like make up weird stuff. Maybe, but it will probably have, you know, computer bosses and things. Live in a very different. Yes. And I feel like there's always gonna be a place for good captures. That's really like that. I mean, you know, kinda like you can't teach a computer. Well, you can't teach computer context, but not the same level that you or I inherently understand context. Right. It's gonna take stuttering person. It's gonna stutter everything may say exactly so cool. I really liked that. And then the the accents as well. I'm sure I can talk to you for like another twenty minutes on how you prepare for if you know somebody's gonna have an accent..

"Thanks so much to pantheon for their support of this episode and this season of how I built it. Let's let's kind of get away from the live event when it comes to to the research part and talk a little bit more about like how you got into captioning. What made you want to become a capture? And what research you did to actually get into that field? Well, I discovered this career in two thousand nine when in back to two thousand seven it went back to school and take some classes for business courses and things and the guy was like court reporting, but it was fulltime days. So a bunch of things fell into place in between two thousand seven two thousand nine when I started school. I did do a lottery. Search and I looked at the other court reporting field. If I if I just got into like, working depositions working the courts or something like that. It would have had a similar income starting out as was working in banking. But I looked in the captioning. And I was like ooh is that it's not like you're gonna get rich and captioning. But it seemed like that would be something that would be way more interesting for me personally. Because like I said, I'm a little lazy. So I don't wanna go back and read through your entire transcript. Sorry. I'll listen to you talk L, listen to the talk as many times as possible. But so I went to actually went to court reporting school, which is what you don't have to go to court reporting school do court reporter. But for somebody like me who needs love structure and things that was the path that I took and my program actually offered a captioning program. So I went ahead and. Went on that route is as soon as I could it was year into school and I- branched off into that. And I started network network was school because I wanted to work for Vitek the biggest company in the world now. But it with the time is just in the country and sign networked. And then I got hired they're right after school because apparently they were desperate for people. They helped me train. So they did have me I was on in training sitting in a room by myself for eight hours a day, captioning CNN. Yes. Long day. No, not C span. C-span is the hitter mess. Yes. Season could get kind of exciting sometimes and that would be the one time on TV captioning. When you get to like swear if they start swearing. It's not sense C-SPAN is not censor now. C Span's not censored. Yeah. Everything else. Like is a judgment call. I usually judge live for TD captioning safety. I because I'm on a delay. So they might have beefed it before we got it. Yeah. Gotcha. Gotcha. So so your captaining. Okay. So I'm sorry. This is so interesting to me. So your are your captioning a life feed. Yes. For the tape delay. Yes. That makes sense, right? Because people wanna read things as happening. So you don't actually know if they bleep something or not, right? I won't know. So I just I always just leave it myself. Are you like really familiar with the F FCC the FCC rules? I'm not super familiar, but basically, I just felt the big ones, which are don't swear on a network television. Emmy, if it's cable, maybe maybe like, you can say like, Well, I I like to keep this sensor. I want to but the S word on south park. Right. Exactly. But only let but before certain time of day, they'll still be out. Last. I checked it was like ten pm after ten pm. You could swear I believe so. Yeah. But yeah, it's it's pretty fun. It's a good time. Absolutely. So so you so, you know, working, and you got a job Vitek is that what you said yes by tactic located just south of Pittsburgh, which is how I ended up out here because I started working in their offices..

I'm looking very forward to taking a few days off before we start December. So. Yes. And even though we met I feel you live near Pittsburgh we were talking about. And so I have to bring up I brought this up on another show. There's like a weird rival, I'm from New York, but I live in Philly or near Philly, and there's a weird rivalry between wa wa and sheets here in the state of Pennsylvania. There's a very decisive line, right? Like once you get to a certain point in the state like she takes over. So I've got to say I didn't see I didn't see what all the fuss about wa wa was until I started living near Philadelphia. And now I live for their coffee. But I, but I got to see that the sheets Schmeichel's specifically write these like bagel like these monstrosities, I think those are better than at Walla. See I have not had those before buds the burritos at Walla our first failure to anything sheets, and I have to travel a long way to WaWa is the closest thing to me as sheets. Yeah. I bet. I like I I've gotten the best of both worlds because other sheets in Scranton. And that's where I went to college. So I'm I'm within two hours of either sheets or wa wa right?
