The Mystery Of Houska Castle
"The most famous legend about host castle says it was built over a gateway to hell if that's true. Unfortunately there's no way to prove it. The question of whether a fiery afterlife exists is better left to theologians and philosophers but host gay isn't the only place that allegedly hides a portal to the underworld take for example. The stole cemetery. Otherwise known as america's most evil graveyard. It's a burial plot in remote. Kansas on the surface it's a bleak creepy looking necropolis. But according to legend it's much more just beyond the graveyard an abandoned church looms over the headstones and grassy walkways. Perhaps at one time it was elegant and beautiful but any hints of its old majesty have long since faded away by the nineteen nineties all that remained or a few crumbling brick walls without a roof. The church is significant because it supposedly sits atop a gateway to hell local legends says that in eighteen fifty lucifer himself emerged from the underworld afterward. Rumors suggested satan would rise in the graveyard twice a year. Once at midnight on the spring equinox and again on halloween and for decades locals apparently gathered for parties to watch the devils entrance only to be disappointed year after year when he never showed but while there may not be any satanic sightings inexplicable events have happened around stole cemetery in. It's church for example even though it doesn't have a roof the house of worship is said to always stay dry. Even when it rains people have reported seeing floating lights shadowy figures that vanish into nothing in rings of flame that appear out of nowhere these fires hovering the air. Even though there's no visible fuel source to keep them let you may be tempted to visit stole and see these phenomena for yourself if so you're out of luck rowdy. Crowds in supernatural enthusiasts. Repeatedly caused property damage forcing the owners to close the cemetery to the public in two thousand and two. The property managers demolished the church. It wasn't structurally sound and as far as we can tell. This destruction didn't unleash any demons upon the world which suggests the stories were just add stories but stole cemetery isn't the only alleged portal to the underworld in sunny southern california the la suburb of pasadena secret that surprisingly dark. The aptly named devil's gate dam was constructed in nineteen twenty two control flood waters coming down from the san gabriel mountains. The structure was named after a nearby odd-looking rock formation that vaguely resembles a horned devil face but before the dam was even built dark myths and legends suggested this stony shapes weren't the only demonic influence in the region in the nineteen forties. A man named jack. Parsons became convinced. That the devil's gate dam held other worldly power today. Corson's is famous for being one of the founders of the jet propulsion laboratory but he was also an occultist who belonged to alastair crawley's mystical secret society or does temporally orientalists. If you're interested we've covered croly and order tempe oriented extensively in our show secret societies but for our purposes. Here all you need to know is crowley was an extremely controversial occultist and magician once labelled the wickedest man in the world and he allegedly referred to the devil's gate dam as one of the seven gates of hell giving cronies association with the area. It comes as no surprise that parsons is said to have performed magic rituals at the devil's gate but some believe persons may have opened a portal to another dimension or to the afterlife itself. This sounds difficult to believe. But there's evidence to suggest that something strange was happening in around the dam in nineteen fifty-six a thirteen year old boy and an year old girl both went missing while biking through the area.

Even used stevens last name though they were not legally married. Despite her protestations barbara was arrested and police began their investigation. But perhaps barbara's protests weren't as far fetched as police had assumed a cursory internet search revealed. That barbour stephen were active members of an online cult. Wherever you're listening it really does help. This is our first and only episode on sherry schreiner. The woman behind a virtual reptilian kalt will explore her troubled childhood as well as how schreiner used the internet to cultivate her following sherry. J. schreiner was born on december eleventh. Nineteen sixty five in cleveland. Ohio into a devout god fearing christian family. She attended private christian schools and went to church every sunday. Surrounded by discussions of jesus and religion. Schreiner never remembered a time when she wasn't thinking about discussing reading the bible while sherry was a very private person of the information that's known about our comes from her self published books in one titled bible codes revealed the coming. Ufo invasion sherry claimed that she was proclaiming. God's name by the age of two and she was reborn by the age of five however also at that time she developed horrific haunting night terrors which she described in vivid detail sherry wrote. A figure would stand at the foot of my bed and stare at me as i lay trying to sleep. Fear and sheer terror with grip every muscle and bone. I had it was at least seven feet tall dark and evil. I would shrivel under my blankets and pray for it to go away. I did not know what it was other than feeling it was some evil being straight from hell and i certainly did not know what it wanted. Vanessa's going to take over on the psychology here and throughout the episode please note. Vanessa is not a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. But she has done a lot of research for this show. thanks greg. The national sleep foundation explained that night terrors can have several causes including extreme tiredness lack of sleep or stress. It is quite possible that stress of her family's devout contributed to share his night terrors. As a child though. We don't know the specifics of the situation. Perhaps sheri's family put pressure on her to adhere to a specific code of conduct prescribed by their faith sheri's terrors continued to haunt her well into her adolescence as the years passed. She had a revelation. These visions were not some anonymous shadowy figures but evil demons sent by lucifer to kill her. She proclaimed herself lucifer's arch enemy. Though she hid this title from those around her by the age of twelve sherry had read the bible from front to back and was particularly interested. In the book of revelation the final book of the christian bible known for its strange imagery and apocalyptic predictions schreiner was fascinated by the concepts of the end of days and the arrival of the anti christ but despite shriners deep immersion in biblical studies. She hated her religion. She disagreed with much of christianity and brandon herself a nonconformist becoming the black sheep of her family but sherry shifted her biblical prophecy studies to the side while she focused on higher education she dreamed of pursuing a career in television news broadcasting
How Aimee Garcia Took Charge of Her Hollywood Career
"Amy thanks for doing this. Thank you for helping me. I want to start with Scrappy heart Productions because while I am sure that we have some listeners in our midst who are aspiring actors says I'm going to guess that more are trying to figure out how to go from worker to owner from performer to Creator. So take me back to the moment where you decided that you wanted to have your own production company. It kind of happened organically with glow so they asked my writing partner and I who's also bodiqua. She's Puerto Rican and wrote A New York Times bestseller called crazy is my superpower. We were talking. We love superheroes and we love comics and we never saw ourselves represented and they asked us to write glow the comic based on the Netflix series wage. And that was the first time that we thought let's highlight the Mexican character in there that we felt could have been more mature dived into during the series. What if we pitched that relationship between Yolanda's character and the Muslim character and we pitched it to Netflix and they loved it off and they got their own covers on the comics. And that was the first time I thought oh my goodness. This is so cool that I was able to with my writing partner highlight a Mexican carrier. And have her be the center of the story even though she's a peripheral character on the show. So I have been following your writing partner and now your production company. Mendez for years because she and I both grew up in Union City, New Jersey and so years ago when she was in the WWE. My mom was like my mom's always on the lookout for Union City kids. So she was like a Union City kid in the WWE and it's like oh and she's Latina like this is amazing. We're so you guys were writing Partners before you were producing Partners, correct? We were writing Partners, we wrote Globe which we love doing and then we started writing Dungeons and Dragons and she's like, hey, I found this article on this badass female viking who had a hero's burial and we were like, let's highlight her and she had like this huge scar on her face. And then we did this Disney writers program and they said you should start a production company because you guys have so many ideas and you guys run off. Dammit with comedy and drama and T and you guys should create your original material and then we were like, yeah, we we should do that and then the kicker was really the, Khan's that is when our fans I would go around for Lucifer and she would go around for WWE and they'd ask us what's next like what are you doing? Next? We love your character and we thought well, let's check them an answer. Let's say we're creating our own characters and making these peripheral diverse characters the centers of their own stories. And then we just did it. I think this was all the love in my life, which is I am genuinely surprised that it took that long for you to realize that you wanted and needed a production company. I know, you know what it is. I've been really lucky as an actor. I recorded Modoc while I was shooting Lucifer and I filmed El Chicano while I was shooting Lucifer and I've always worked as an actor. I've had a bunch of failed pilots and I've had success with Dexter and shows that were supposed to be big and only lasts a year like rush hour and Trauma and I just throw myself all in and I think I didn't have the bandwidth to think outside of that kind of singular horse race track. I wish I would have done this sooner. I write 8 hours a day. I just dedicated myself for the past three years to writing every day. I have off and any time I finish a take I'll just run to my computer and right. So what was the first thing you did once you in a j decided that you wanted to start a production company content content is King whether it's you getting the rights to an article or writing it yourself off. Of or putting together a pitch for an existing IP like a j did with crazy as my superpower IP is everything and if you can have original Ip, that's the most important thing. So I really think putting pen-to-paper is the first step whether it's an article a book a script. I mean a g and I both wrote Our Own scripts and then with my show I was looking for a showrunner to help me write this pilot for a family Latino comedy that I want to write. I just ended writing it myself life. That's why we call the scrappy heart cuz we when we got the job for glow we didn't even know how to write a comic book. We literally YouTube how to write a comic book and like DIY like we're total DIY.

Temple time last week, we left off with Lucifer's amazing staring at the screen up monologue I want to do it again. So good when I did it last week really that's how we ended it. Well, we actually ended it with the cutting off of an arm and having grow back. That's how you prove that whatever minister is claiming to be what are they supposed to be claiming to be to have the True Gospel? Okay. They are representing the true. Gospel, they should be able to cut off an arm or something else bob it and be able to grow it back. Yeah. Yeah. Tell you for sure otherwise you should be a mormon. Yeah. "Our next episode, it is our Mojo. It's Oh you are or. What I, what I I'm going to guess. That the way that we arrive at Mo-jo is they're interviewing a suspect. and. And maybe they've had to try to explain to Dan. I haven't decided that yet. Maybe they've tried to explain to Dan but I doubt it. So they're interviewing suspects and then and Lucifer is all about proving that he can be generous partner that he can be in a relationship. So close like your your Joe and he says Oh, it's not my mo Jo detective. It's our Mojo. THAT'S MY S. O Marcus is I don't think they all know that Dan knows and I concur. So I assume you stay in calling her at the end of the episode. Yeah and then and then she doesn't pick up and when she does call him back, he backs away from it. or He hears Lucifer in the background of the phone or whatever, and so then he doesn't. anyways. Knoll any guesses. On. Do you like the idea that the or merger thing is attached to cloud we an Lucifer in some some capacity? I also want to predict that the reason that the chandelier is important is because that's Michael just living up there. A Tree House. the There's a fun setting for part of this that I found out about from looking for pictures that I'm looking forward to Is this a small part of the episode? DOJ won't reveal congressional candidate who asked for, received hacked info on their opponent
"With less than 100 days before the presidential election. U. S intelligence officials are warning that Russia and other adversaries are once again interfering in our democratic process. In 2016, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered his intelligence agencies to create chaos in our system, using a combination of social media manipulation, propaganda and other dirty tricks. President. Trump's Justice Department currently has at least two open cases against Russian citizens for disrupting the 2016 presidential and congressional elections. As we first reported last November, 12 Russian military officers are still at large, charged with breaking into the Democratic Party's computers in 2016. Stealing compromising information and selectively releasing it to undermine specific candidates. There's no evidence of similar operations against Republicans in 2016. With the 2020 election's just around the corner. Ah cautionary tale, the Russian hack. The Russians never left. I can guarantee you in 2016. After this all into news. They never left. They didn't stop doing what they're doing. This wasn't just a one time thing. No way. Russia doesn't do it that way. Robert Anderson should know. He spent 21 years inside the cloak and dagger world of spies and hackers overseeing the FBI's counterintelligence and cyber divisions. And tracking Moscow spy agencies, an alphabet of artifice, the FSB S V, R, and especially the G R U G. RU is military intelligence. So when we look at the attacks that happened during a presidential Races in 2016. You had military organisations inside of Russia attacking our infrastructure. So are the hackers or are the soldiers? So they're both on in most cases in most these units or not just hackers. They're probably some of the best mathematical minds in Russia. These air seasoned professionals that have worked away up the ranks to be in these units. To carry out the strategic attacks on behalf of that country. These are the hacker soldiers from G R U unit 26165, who, according to the Justice Department were responsible for breaking and entering into the Democratic Party's computers remotely from Moscow. Their names, ranks and faces are now on the FBI's most wanted list for stealing, among other things, the Democrats, strategic plans detailed targeting data and internal polling. G R U Colonel Alexander also joke commanded a separate unit. 744551 of his officers was in charge of spreading this stolen material to political operatives, bloggers and the media. Another hack state election boards. It wasn't some £400 guy in his parents Basement. No, this was a well choreographed military operation. With units that not only were set up specifically to hack into obtain information, but other units that were used for psychological warfare or weaponizing that this is not an operation that was just put together haphazardly. So that was the 26165 unit. The Justice Department's National security division is overseeing the Russian hacking case once they're doing that keystroke monitoring, Assistant Attorney General John Dimmers runs the division. Along with the deputies, Adam Hickey and Sean knew DOJ attorney Heather Al Pino worked with special counsel Mueller on the Russian indictments all have access to the underlying intelligence and have no doubt the rush. Shins interfered in the 2016 election. This really happened. Yes, that really happened. And we believe that if we had to, we could prove that in court tomorrow, using only admissible non classified evidence to 12 jurors. You ever expect to get the 12 Russian officials The trial. I would be surprised, But the purpose of the indictment isn't just that, although that's certainly one of the purposes, the purposes of this kind of indictment is even, uh, to educate the public. For a legal document. The 29 page indictment is a page Turner It. Details how U. S intelligence agencies tracked each defendant's actions, sometimes by the keystroke, revealing the fictitious names and phony emails used to infiltrate the Democrats, computers. And tracing the stolen data on its circuitous route from Washington, D. C. To Moscow. The information in the indictment is very detailed. You have descriptions of the Russian agents. Typing. Into their computers. Obviously, I can't go into too much detail because I don't want to reveal investigative methods. But the inside here is that behind every one of those Keyboard's is not night P address. It's a human being those indicted G R U agents. The U. S. Says one team, working out of a building in Moscow called the Tower created a website and a provocative character to disseminate this stolen material. Lucifer 2.0 So goose over 2.0 is a fictional online persona. It's all an effort. The Russian side to hide their involvement. And these guys are pretending to be one lone hacker. Correct, and that works. What it gives them is plausible deniability. Right. They don't need to work 100% as long as the Russians, Khun say. Wasn't us. Posing as goose A for 2.0. The Russians offered up stolen documents to Julian Assange, Jas wiki leaks and self proclaimed dirty trickster Roger Stone. It was all part of a broad campaign to disrupt the presidential election. But there was another less well known part of the Russian operation to undermine Democrats running for Congress. It started as large document dumps where goose for 2.0 was kind of taunting and saying, I have more Kelli Ward Burton was executive director of the D. Triple C. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. When the Russians hacked the committee's computers, these bullet points at the top are the summary for how we need to win. They swiped and dumped on the Internet material, she told us cost millions of dollars to produce. Battle plans for congressional races, demographic research on voters and extensive dossiers on the weaknesses of their own candidates. So when we deliberate internally about anything, you know that's not intended to be made public, and that's what makes this so important to understand these as stolen documents. It's not different than Watergate. It's not different than When Republicans came into the DNC and stole documents from the file cabinets. It's the cyber version of that they came into our office and they stole Our documents. Documents were never intended to be public. And then they used that in the election, even Democrat party bosses or questioning his character. Ward was shocked when Republicans used the stolen internal materials in this negative ad. We reach out to them and ask them, you know, we way, said We've been the victims of a cyber attack by a foreign adversary. Will you make a commitment not to use any of these stolen materials in In the campaigner in the 2016 election, and they wouldn't make a commitment to do so, she says. In the months leading up to the elections, Russian tactics evolved, the indiscriminate document dumps became more frequent and strategic. There would be thousands of documents that would show up on one day and then they got smarter and he started to really specific documents. Related to our specific races or documents that were in art most targeted states and are most targeted areas.

"Fans of Netflix Ticha Lucifer have been waiting for the arrival of season five to see exactly what Lucifer Morningstar's evil twin brother Michael is up to it's a fun story line for fans but it creates incredibly challenging job for lead actor Tom Ellis who somehow seamlessly plays both characters and Lucifer show runner ill the motors says Tom deserves all the praise in the World pulling it off. She tells et in the table rates when Tom Master Polite Lucifer and Michael. It's amazing. You're staying with them because he grounds both performances. Lucifer suspects. the partner whereas Khloe who is now making all of the cases about her. thinks that he is he's being misguided in assuming that the person who's being. Cheated on is automatically guilty. Because obviously, there is deception and something like that. That's my guess is a love triangle. Case that Khloe Lucifer will fight about in some way. I <Speech_Male> spent all day <Speech_Male> yesterday watching <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Male> the screeners for <Speech_Music_Male> the second season <Speech_Female> of dirty <SpeakerChange> John. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> So I'm <Silence> a little bit. <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Female> <hes> over <Speech_Female> my Max Capacity <Speech_Music_Male> for <Speech_Music_Male> women being <Speech_Music_Male> <hes> Gas <Speech_Male> let and convinced <Speech_Male> that they're <Speech_Music_Male> crazy when they're not <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Male> which <Speech_Female> is always upsetting <Speech_Female> in this case <Speech_Female> there is there is a <Speech_Male> good reason for <Speech_Male> it right like <Speech_Female> it's not. <Speech_Female> This is the <Speech_Female> kind of thing that <Speech_Female> could break anybody, <Speech_Female> so <Speech_Male> there is good <Speech_Female> reason that they <Speech_Music_Male> did not tell her the whole <Speech_Music_Male> truth, but I think <Speech_Male> once <Speech_Male> the <Speech_Male> you know. The tiger <Speech_Male> is out of the cage. <Speech_Male> They did the right <Speech_Male> thing and just sort of <Speech_Music_Female> disclosing fully, <Speech_Music_Male> and <Silence> was so good <SpeakerChange> in that final <Speech_Female> moment, yeah! <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> Any final thoughts <Speech_Female> on this episode. <Speech_Female> We haven't <Speech_Female> talked about the case of the week <Speech_Female> much I like. <Speech_Female> Enjoyed <Speech_Female> Ellis. <Speech_Female> With Lucifer <Speech_Female> even if I don't <Speech_Female> buy for a second, <Speech_Female> they're trying to <Speech_Female> push the all <Speech_Female> the the <Speech_Female> chemistry. Right <Speech_Female> clothing bland, <Speech_Female> and they're using to <Speech_Female> do it. They don't buy for <Speech_Female> a second, but I. <Speech_Female> enjoyed <Speech_Female> the the <Speech_Female> the <SpeakerChange> the <Speech_Female> L. Part of <Speech_Female> that like if I were <Speech_Female> to buy into the stuff, <Speech_Female> that's not in that scene <Speech_Female> like so if I <Speech_Female> just look at that scene I <Speech_Female> enjoyed her in <Speech_Female> that <hes> <Speech_Female> and I did really <Speech_Female> like the notion <Speech_Female> like my mom cackled <Speech_Female> I did really like <Speech_Female> the notion of <Speech_Female> Lucifer as <Speech_Female> close cat. <Speech_Female> <SpeakerChange> I think <Speech_Female> that that does work. <Silence> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> I wanted <Speech_Male> to shout out of <Speech_Female> like a very good. <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> Prop Gag, <Speech_Female> which is <Speech_Music_Female> after Lucifer <Speech_Female> is finally convinced <Speech_Female> that may is did not <Speech_Female> in fact, do it, <Speech_Male> and he immediately goes <Speech_Female> to what we have to get her out. We <Speech_Female> have to find her something. She can <Speech_Female> use to escape and <Speech_Female> I. he grabs a stapler, <Speech_Female> and then he grabs <Speech_Female> a sandwich. <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> which is like <Speech_Female> I, it's just <Speech_Female> the first things he sees <Speech_Female> and second I <Speech_Female> one hundred percent by <Speech_Female> that maze could escape with <Speech_Female> either a stapler <Speech_Music_Female> or a sandwich <Speech_Music_Male> <hes> so <Speech_Music_Male> considering she escapes <Speech_Music_Male> with a hug. <Speech_Female> Odds <Speech_Female> really <Speech_Music_Male> so <Speech_Music_Male> Yeah! I thought <Speech_Female> that was I <Speech_Female> I <SpeakerChange> literally <Speech_Music_Male> laws at <Speech_Music_Male> the sandwich in <Speech_Male> particular <SpeakerChange> very satisfying <Speech_Female> psychic, whereas for <Speech_Male> me, <Speech_Male> you best psychic <Speech_Male> was completely <Speech_Male> unintentional with <Speech_Male> which is how well <Speech_Male> that lady <SpeakerChange> that <Speech_Male> ran the vineyard through <Speech_Male> <Advertisement> that wine bottle. <Speech_Music_Male> <Advertisement> <Speech_Music_Male> <Advertisement> Because it was <Speech_Music_Male> <Advertisement> a ensure <Speech_Music_Male> <Advertisement> can. <Speech_Male> Overthrow <Speech_Male> Right, <SpeakerChange> and like <Speech_Male> the CG for <Speech_Music_Male> for like just <Speech_Male> whip <SpeakerChange> pass, <Speech_Music_Male> Leslie and brands head <Speech_Music_Male> is great, <Speech_Music_Male> but at the same time <Speech_Music_Male> there's a little too much <Speech_Music_Male> muster on that wine <Speech_Male> bottle. <Speech_Male> And <Speech_Male> it's just spinning <Silence> as opposed to like. <Speech_Music_Male> A <Speech_Music_Male> person throwing <Speech_Male> that <SpeakerChange> shouldn't <Speech_Music_Male> it shouldn't be sitting? <Laughter> <Speech_Music_Female> Up. <Speech_Music_Female> <Speech_Female> Leg

"Welcome to the television streaming. Well hello everyone and welcome back streaming place. Today we are talking about Lucifer season three episode fifteen highschool poppycock. And I do think this is one of the better titles not necessarily because all that invested in the title because I think it really capsulated this episode really well and the things I like about it and the things that I don't like about it So I'm curious how you guys felt about it a normal you know me. I'd WanNa start with like our brief trixie content or with maize. But I feel like for this on. We should instead start with called ish. 'cause both called ish a did get a call dish each of us. I'm still disappointed that it wasn't one of her. Main characters is reunion but whatever. Yeah me too but I feel like like it qualifies as a call dish because Khloe didn't have a high school experience and then projected her high school experience on this Yeah I almost texted the to review when she mentioned that she didn't go to prom and listeners. Like hunt to be like by the end of the episode. Louis Rollet don't call net but I'm not sure that would have been a great accomplishment. That was that was pretty obvious. That was going to happen And he'd even like for good prob he just dimmed the lights and play the song. Have Confetti fall down from he could drilling way hard? Yeah it was a very low key. Oh I just closed Lux for this one. Dance type of problems. Why figure still under renovations and I will say that Lucifer probably rightly. Surmised that him wearing a Tuxedo counted times. One thousand so you could eliminate the PUNCHBOWL. You could eliminate the disco ball. You didn't need a chaperone. Didn't need to take photos. There are just some other like clearly there needed to be a flask and he obviously had one so I'm not sure why he out right. The corsage definitely counts but Lucifer in a tux. Especially that tux which was very nice Many many many bonus points see. I like this prom more than say the grey's anatomy from and some of the other problems that we've seen over over TV in the past several years. So I was all for this from I was just watching this. Going like yeah. Yeah this is really lovely. I really liked I ship it of course so. I'm really here for this but let's remember 'cause you know this is clearly a capital eb moment for Lucifer And this is equivalent to that conversation. That Khloe had with pierce that one time 'cause that was also a moment show. What are you doing? What are you doing? Pierce's not in this episode. So let's not get to that. Let's conversation with Land and you know what I didn't notice that he wasn't in the episode which I think is sort of a perfect encapsulation of my general feelings about Pierce. I just didn't notice that he wasn't their entire deals. Boyfriend was not well. What did you guys think of Oliver? Chloe enlists for stuff this episode I. It sounds like I might have liked the prom. The best What did you guys think of? You know the the pivot in their dynamic him being the responsible on VAT. I was actually really curious to hear what you all thought about that. Because I felt like Khloe got really into those books really really fast and I think that the conceptualization of I never really had high school experience provides cover for how just excited and fan girl she gets about meeting. The inspirations for these inside bar. I just really appreciate that Julian. Gonzalo was not trying to indoctrinate everyone into That would have been a hard pivot for the show to make but also now I have questioned multi-diverse questions That it just kind of read like again. Like this kind of suddenness that we've been kind of discussing this season with some of the characters but we've seen aspects of Khloe just kind of clicking into things. It's just never been to this extent before so I really enjoyed it. Overall it just. I wanted to know how you both felt as folks who had been a little more like lower about the broadening the season so far for me it worked alright mainly because we got the juxtaposition of Lucifer being the responsible one and constantly complaining about it which is also very lucifer So I think it worked pretty well Even if I was also very much like no it's the editor the entire time I was just like. It's the editor. Why why are we having a? Why are we doing this discussion? I don't even recognize the editor. Show I appreciate you casting a bunch of semi recognizable people's my red herrings. But it's the editor I you know. I had some broadens issues. But they were actually mostly with the prom which I mostly really liked even if I wish lists for had just a little bit harder Because there was a point during the prom When I said to my partner await he's fantasizing this. This is imagined Because the way that Khloe was reacting with so I don't know like not grounded in anything resembling reality like it didn't feel usually when clothing loose for those big moments. They feel very human to me. Lay feel very grounded in real and a lot of it is her sort of processing. Whatever it is that he is putting out because he so Changeable isn't the right word but because these moments of clarity where he sort of reveals the best parts of his nature can be sort of stunning. And I've really enjoyed seeing learn German process those And this felt a little bit lake I don't know Surreal in a way. I'm not sure the show necessarily intended. It came down to Earth again at the end. There was a chunk in the middle there. I wish I quoted exactly but it was like she was leaning her head back and saying things whereas like what what are you talking about. I'm not sure what's happening here So I thought it was a fantasy sequence for a minute However I actually really bought all of the Khloe gets obsessed with the book stuff because to use a common parlance it me like that. I related to it really hard. I have spent many nights especially I guess like at the peak of.

"I'm just very here for all these characters and impersonating their friends. Yeah I am. I really enjoyed lose for as Linda it. I would be curious to know how long after spotting the glasses on. The posture took everybody to figure out that that was what was happening for me. It was basically instantan- saw the glasses. I was like Oh Linda Great. Let's do this. I think it's an interesting if we want to probe a little deeper it's an interesting reflection on what Lucifer takes out of his sessions with Linda. Because as always he's just taking the stuff that useful to him and parroting it in a way that's not actually productive as always so. I made me Giggle a lot So I really enjoyed that. Yes thumbs up? Yeah yeah no any other thoughts on on this for his no. I agree with Allison. Like sort of channeling is real good and again it just becomes a mirror like this is what I actually get out of. Linda and I saw I really liked happen. Also liked him just tossing the box of tissues at Canaan and canceling bounce off his chest and I just went. That's very good he. He didn't catch it because he superman. And you don't catch things that are thrown at you when you're superman or when you're an immortal who can't die even from demons. They immediately like go right to that. They're like okay. This is what everyone's GonNa of so let's just address that right off the top that little seen we get with a maze in Lucifer. She's like you couldn't let because I I put all I pulled all of this out of the basement of the storage unit. I mean come on. Can we just lake? I know everybody on. This show is hot and everything but like I just had a kid. She looks amazing in this Obviously that is only happens. Lots and lots of hard work so props to her for her hard work and personal trainer which and her personal. Yeah lurker says. Omg Mazes Gorge here. And yeah absolutely Says they could've gone for more lethal stab with a deal. Still that would definitely but like just even getting nicked by. It isn't enough to to kill Angel. Is that my understanding at least Lurker says about Doctor Linda Lucifer melges Linda's approach as valuable. Even if he still has a skewed view of it and yeah it just shows that he is listening in most of the time when he's messing with her He's doing it. At any of the Kayak moments he knows what he's doing he's just you know taking what he wants to from it. In the moment and being very very keen in says up between Lucifer as therapists and Lucifer as bad neighbor Tom. Ellis generated multiple actual. Ira giggles for me and I'm GonNa need to know Because he had to take off but you need to know Keenan's thoughts on his speedo that he was wearing his. It's not actually a lingerie. It's looks like it's a swimsuit but still I'm GonNa need to know her thoughts on that. What did you guys think of him as a bad like the welding at four? Am Zabid over the top. I thought the rest back. It's not it is legitimately the worst thing that he could have done. I know but like that feels is a bit try. Heart is what I'm saying which makes sense for Lucifer right but like I'm Melissa. Thank you have actually done. Neighbors have actually done to to make your life difficult. I don't know how people actually have never welding at four in the morning but seriously I'm raising my hand not for the morning. But we've had people like using like a buzzsaw or that kind of like welding thing at like nine o'clock ten o'clock at night. No just no like as soon as I heard that noise. I had a role angry reaction that I did not half the whole like pool party in the front yard thing with the sprinkler. End The really bad DJ. Like that stuff. I was that felt. Try hard the whole thing with the buzzsaw. No that was the thing to do. They should've just lead with that. Even even Marcus was upset about it. Elson where you follow this You Know I. I thought that the welding was pretty funny If only because it seems like the kind of thing that a very self absorbed person would do and not think it was a big deal so I actually didn't think it seemed that type. Try Hard as much as I enjoyed that. Montage I really did. My big objection is that it was nowhere near enough Like like if you if you are doing a staying as a gay couple and you WANNA piss off a bunch of white middle aged suburbanites. Do exactly what he did only way more gay week gay. Throw yourself a mini pride parade in your yard like Champagne slushy and lots of men in speed does and like hire a drag queen. Do Lake bully butter ads projected on the side of the House. Like all kinds i. It should have been wake air. I I just want to point out this little suburban communities actually very like ethnically diverse based on the party. The they have a shirt but the rest of it is absolutely correct. It was did seem otherwise very straight. So everything else is much scare. I also I feel like this is probably the appropriate point to to shout out Paul Fitzgerald. Who Played Brian? Who I think was really funny and then absolutely delivered in that final scene Which was more affecting than I expected. usually the case of the week. I'm not like wait. The EMOTIONAL BEADS. But in this case like it really resolved. Well I think But when he's being interrogated and talking about buying adderall or whatever he goes. I learned Mandarin. I built a porch. Got Really like sharp timing really funny and precise and I was very impressed. I also really enjoyed the Cluster adderall like is. You're saying that he's snorted evidence. No I'm just very very focused on this case. Yeah very focused. Yeah yes provide. Did you guys have other airports trying to are there other any other parts of the episode if he was mostly case the week and Lucifer Cain Steph and that's that's kind of why I think that works really well since really tight bomb? There's a really solid. Every plot through the good be plot that has like a couple of layers to it That doesn't feel like it's sort of rehashing black the previous scene which is sometimes what happens with. Bse plots like the doesn't feel like there's a lot of development and here everything like everyone in that plot with maize. Dan and it feels like there's something there for each of them really. I really really liked that and worker does. This is actually what I was about to transition to is that the cloudy stuff in this episode is also pretty good. She's bad going undercover. But she's actually a good running an undercover sting operation of. Why won't anyone listen to me? I know what I'm doing how we're both like Lucifer. Anne Pierce good to very good at their jobs when they're working with me but the instant are together they are useless. They keep turning off their Mike's Bickering. Which makes them great for this undercovers thing but yeah I. I liked like her patients Lucifer when he starts out of there like from her perspective for no reason. was very impressive. I I agree I think putting Khloe sort of like as not the like a meteor mediator in between sort of space works really really well especially given the fact that they've pulled Lucifer in her part so putting her in this space where she's pushing Lucifer and came slash reconcile Is it an interesting dynamic but it works well to Wallace? Still just makes me sad. They've kind of Split Lucifer. Khloe kind of apart a little bit as well. Well that's easy the last thing I feel. I don't really WanNa talk about it. I feel like we should you? Y'All know I don't ship it even a little bit So they're trying to tell us that. Khloe en pierce talking in the car. The previous episode was a capital moment. Lose the for and Khloe on the beach or a Lutheran Khloe before this the the Air Airlines flight attendant showed up or that and show no no show. No I wasn't that's how I feel about this What do you guys you go ahead no? It's it's not. It's very sweet. The show keeps trying but it's not so it no. It's it's super cute. It's just super cute. The show wants us to buy into this But it doesn't work so you know. I think Ed's charming that Lauren German Very obviously knows this and is working so hard so hard to try to sell it otherwise right like she's just like. Please look how convincing I am like. Oh God oh you poor thing. But she's really working overtime. She's trying she's trying her best. She really is trying. Her Best. Bless their hearts anyways and then future efforts great. Can't way let's go but that will wrap up our conversation for for till death do us part. So if if anybody in the has any final thoughts and drop them in there. I cannot end this Memorial Day. I feel like I cannot forget. That lurker did mentioned earlier. That Lucifer's Speedo is like the only thing that can make us feel patriotic today. So yeah well done lurker. Good Life. I approve kid approved so our episode tomorrow is going to be episode fourteen. Which is called my brother's keeper thoughts? I mean it's either going to be in a minute you'll heavy episode or we're GonNa find out about you know. Cain and Abel. I don't know I do WanNa do a quick shout out to the show's music supervisor. For Finding Actual K pop song with the Word Lucifer in it from twenty ten to use for their Korean Karaoke bar. A hallway fight because that's an actual song. That was a major single for that band and I just went that music supervisor. My partner said that music supervisor so good that they found this song that actually already existed and fit. The descriptive seem really well. I can't believe that I was forgot. I did enjoy the holy fight and like you go in there and be like hey drug dealers offer. Hey Dry and then he does. Yeah but he doesn't Korean so doesn't count. It doesn't count Yeah that whole I will up but like when you're just comes it is like yeah. We deal all drugs so many drugs that we deal now associate to Well then Yeah we'll have more to say tomorrow on the episode for those at home everyone in the chat has seen everything and so everyone has always that episode or no. It's not that episode. It's not success. It's a different episode. That is called my brother's keeper and you'll see what that means later in the season but yes it's going to be it's to be fun so more on that tomorrow until thank you for listening. Thank you to Keenan lurker. Marcus for hanging out doesn't chat today and we'll see you tomorrow bye.

"Come Lucifer. So well and he keeps being like. Here's my quickey wedding. And then he's still back playing monopoly right like he keeps saying that it's not what he wants and then returning to it which I think is what makes it sort of fun and interesting to me. I don't know I don't know how I wound up defending this episode. When I did not care for it I like that scene. Margaret says brothers can be Dixon. Yeah I've got two of them. Yeah that that definitely tracked The the other thing I didn't get a sense. They're hanging out doing domestic things very often. I got the sense of this was a rarity rather than what the what's starting to become a new norm. So maybe that's the larger issue. Like how long have you been going from in Board Games? Yeah that was really unclear. Yeah also the Some of the threatening the episode was worked. Well and the like the shoe at the end with Sweden the different things but The thought he was Lucifer was way too much of a Dick to Khloe throughout the episode as well. Oh yeah and that also felt like it was out of character In that she was also out of character for her not stand up for herself a little bit or cut out So there's a lot that fell off about that part of the episode so yeah okay. Let's talk about a part of the epic more which is stuck with And Dr Linda we wait. Wait before I forget trixie contents. I love how into messing with Lucifer. Trixie as I also love. How like. Oh Mama's GonNa have to try to be undercover. I'M GONNA WATCH THIS LIKE. She used to go get mazes popcorn and get in. I Subaru enjoyed that little like those little moments that we got I. I really appreciate her like even before the game starts trying to extort money out of Lucifer to be the game. Pc WANTS TO BE LIKE. Let's just talk to your monopoly. Play right there. Marcus wants to know what is everyone's to monopoly piece. I've got my will have the new edition that has a Ping went in it. So that's the one I play upping being wins but in like old school monopoly. I went with the shot class slash symbol. Oh yeah I like the thimble. I usually go the ship. Marcus says I usually go ship How about how about you? Allison well I hate monopoly but win. I have played when I played as a kid. I loved the top hat which now has new meaning for me. I guess just stare Ginger Rogers so I liked the top hat. He this is. I haven't played in twenty plus years. But I- thimble yeah I would do simple symptoms too. Yeah definitely I was be like None of these The ship okay. 'cause because it moved because I'm the person who also when you play cards against Matty's like well which one of these cards fits the dramatic structure of the sentence and ad from the ones that fit the graddick structure. We can choose right. I'm I'm also you know. This guy says is their dog. I think I picked the dog because Scotty Dr Scotty Yeah Before we move onto Dr Linda can we talk about how Lucifer throws pretend parties at his house to deter burglars when he's not home? Yeah by it because I love that because I do I put on. Wgn When we leave the house so that a just cause then there's noise for the cat but also because you know I've city theft is a problem and so we have noise on when I remember to do it I love that. Lucifer's version is that he would be like Siri play Party bump playlist and go to my light precepts then it would just be like for like three hours while he's just running an errand market says my God my series just talked. Sorry woops Marcus. I think lock would greatly help him. Yeah there's no security to his penthouse which is weird abors. They're the only doors an elevator that gets to his place right. So who is he deterring? I guess is downstairs. Neighbor cat burglars. Yeah I guess I don't know people who are the side of the building. Yes Spiderman. Yeah I just like that. He that he said it worked for that home alone. Kid that magical because then I was picturing Lucifer Pulling Gird Board. Cut Out the strings rag on the street. Heat the change you filthy animal. All that stuff okay. So let's talk about Dr Linda and and her like existential crisis slash freak out. She's having in this episode in how it is overdue but appreciate you not everything in those scenes. Super-duper worked for me. Some of it felt just a little bit rush but it was so nice to see her. Have a reasonable reaction to everything. That's going on with her again that I really appreciate it. I also Lake I. I guess I just love Dr Linda. An ideal scenes whether or not we're supposed to be shipping them as a question that I have for Y'all but I just like the two of them together and I like the different tenor of their conversations I also enjoyed her scene with Lucifer in this episode in turn the Bat took And the fact that they didn't ignore the previous episode which is Gr- literally promised us But mostly I just think it was a terrific acting showcase for both of them really really well done and Marcus says I think some of the cinematography on the beach was really well done. I agree it was lovely to look at like when they shoot on location and take advantage of that. It's pretty nice. I'm not did you think no I think it is really good I do think that the showed kind of nudges us into. Hey y'all the TV screen kiss real loud a couple of times. They're just kind of actively trying to encourage. You just did. Yeah I did too. I did too. I think it's really good. I think one of the reasons it works as well as it does here is that it's really kind of quiet. Type stuff considering how the rest of the is with the whole dating APP comes shouting a lot and then the broadening of the comedy with Elliott Charlotte that's happening around or precinct for reasons to solve the plot. So I think all of that is really nice but again going back to like Theological concern of what's GonNa Happen to me? Well is there any point doing anything? Because I'm just GonNa go to hell and that kind of thing which is a nice kind of counter to a lot of Charlotte's doing like starting to do So I appreciate that working in tandem with one another if going through it in different ways. I don't like the implication that the standards today Oh Christian approach to religion is correct now doesn't like offer correction yet. No you can't come back as a Chameleon. I'm like this. This is this is not a great look chauffeur show. The kind of just doesn't acknowledge Jesus. But that's another watchable issue that I have at show anyway. I say it's the atheist while the they haven't with Linda in the now they come they come up with a few questions and like make it appear that these are all questions that are in conversations that are happening offscreen. But we don't WanNa tell you so. Just fill in the blanks with whatever they're very. They're very intentional. Specific on all of that. And Yeah if they're trying to have their cake and eat it and It would be nice if they would either commit or or be like do like a good. Pull a good place like well. Everybody got about experts and forsyth got eighty four. And it's just it makes sense number thinking no don't worry about it but I don't think about it. Yeah Yeah but but Yeah those I thought there was a like a saying that quietness stillness. In the reflection to those things that I thought was necessary with everything else. Going on and with tones of the rest of the parts of the episode Yeah so it's just especially because they were on a beach so you'd expect you're just be one set of footprints the entire time listener's.

"A very sort of visceral sense that I really really I I liked. It looked like it had a smell. Yes did look like a smell. Allison that's such a good description. I like that a lot It definitely will collected how to smell. How long do you take to figure out that something's going on and not just that Ignoring him I feel like it has to be like next week like I say next week but I mean like tomorrow rum within the next episode. I feel like he has to figuring out because I do like those jokes about him trying to call him and no-one picking up but I like that. We also then get like a muffled voiceover transition into the next scene where we can sort of hear. Lucifer while immunity deal is going through like texts. Stop before Dr. Linda interrupts him Which both of their scenes are really really good. I was a little hurt. Everyone I was a little hurt. That when she's listing all these like other occupations that he can maybe try out that they did not mention high school principal. We have bunch of inner textual references for House. Org locks Haven't managed one buffy reference yet. I feel like that's a significant failing on the shows part will I don't know what sides experience was like on buffy. I know he's gotten more acting to do in this episode then. He didn't his season super accurate. But we've collectively sort of blocked out his role as principal would Yeah YEP EXCEPT LESSON JCU. 'cause 'cause those things were actually good Let me see in him was fun. He had some stuff in him anyways. I'm getting distracted. Marquez I liked the Psychic Virgil standing in the corner praying. It was well. I've got a call and then goes into the corner starts praying 'cause that's his call because he does not have a phone right. He's still doesn't have a phone. No that's sort of like the joke. I made my partners now. The midday deal has to actually get a job and pay for things. Yeah we'll see. We'll see what happens with that. I liked that the surprise that we actually saw his office again. Did you think we were not going to see the office again? Surprised when my partner and I were watching the I went. Oh there's no reason for me to be that excited we've assigned meaning to that office that it doesn't warrant but it's still delighted me. Yeah it's pretty fun. Well I if anybody who is hanging out in chat wants to have any hesitant questions for us or anything they want they want to touch on. Go ahead and drop that in the chat. A lurker says doctrine. Linda was surprised by the office. Yes yes indeed. Though you know I'm I'm all for any of like anyone interact with Dr. Linda is GONNA my book. 'cause again she doesn't have enough to play yet That's GonNa Change soon not this this week next week. I don't know that's GONNA change before too long but right now she's not getting enough to do because there's a lot going on I'm looking forward. Do you think like what? What can you guys imagine what you know how they could interact with Dr Linda and Lucifer and Charlotte slash mom like waiting for Dr? Linda has now met a managerial and maize and chloe but and taken like the brother thing in stride. Taken all the. How do you think we're GONNA get to you? This is mom and she's you know that that much older moves so far is going to go. I'm just imagining all through them. Sitting on that Tiny Sofa together. And I'm enjoying that. Gag A lot Yeah with Tricia Helfer in the Middle Taller than both of them. Yes yeah it just sort of imperious and confused. Yeah Yeah I. I don't know Lucifer doesn't seem to have a problem or I guess this is interesting up until this point did not seem to have a problem with just being like know what this is. This is my actual reality. I'm terribly sorry that you don't believe it. I know it seems weird but this is real. This is what my deal is in this one though he because he does. The Moat were established with the screwdriver. He seems very conscious of the fact that he has to explain this woman's presence to everyone right like he needs to find a way to get her and identity and the reason to be on the planet and a relationship to him to make sure that neither of them looks like they killed anybody and sort of interesting to see I guess interesting to see what happens with Dr Linda. But I'm also interested to see what happens with Chloe is also fun to things that are different than what we've been seeing recently from this I. It's also just fun to watch him half to corral like this is our second week in a row where he's trying to shut down potentially suggestive situations and oranges closeness. Let's be like please. I need you to get away. Mom and disturbingly hot body needs to go change please. Why are you naked? And just putting him in that context much more than they've done really anything suggestive with him so far. This season get really deliberate choice. Yeah that's a good point but I'm curious to see the show continued on back. We will see here here Yeah Well THAT IS GONNA. I think unless there's anything guys had on this episode this GonNa Wrap Up Liar. Liar slutty on fire. I do enjoy these titles quite a bit and tomorrow we're going to be back to talk about season two episode three which is your sin eater. Yes yes okay So this is said knowingly. Steepling her fingers. Yes yes fine. There's there's a later thing that we're senator comes back. But they don't remember that we use that as an title in season two. It's not just because it's not related but anyway so I look for tales thoughts about this one tomorrow vis. Thank you to lurker and to Marcus. Enter Tanya for hanging out in the chat today and we'll be back tomorrow by guys..

"Are seeing more of change. I think in response to books like Hell Boyer Black Hammer. Where because there is a firm time line and things are happening characters have to react to the things that are happening even if they don't have full context for what's happening so that's what you like about hell boy be. Pr General. Think helpful like you said Houston's Gone Yeah Houston's gone what are you GonNa do hell boy died? What are we going to do? And that's another thing stopped me please. If I'm going off the rails in the world of hell boy. Bpd WHAT HAVE YOU? Death is final unless it isn't and what I mean by that is when like okay but speculate for just a second over. I'm going to spoil recent events in Batman that's okay. I'll put spoiler at the beginning. The Alfred was killed by Bain in Batman a couple months ago Alfred. Dying is a huge deal. It's a very good story. I'll be really hard pressed to say in five years. We're not going to have comics with Alfred. M I think we'll see Alfred Comeback in the hell boy world if there was a a character analogous to Alfred. If he died he'd be dead. There's only been three characters I can think of who haven't stayed dead One of them is Huma Hunky list which is hard work as say I can read it forever. A monkey lists named Roger. Who's liveability is questionable? At best the other two and I could be wrong as well like I'm not concrete giving you information but This based off the best of my recollection the the other two characters would be Rasputin. Who is the main villain and Hell boy himself and when hell boy is brought back it's not his choice. There was There was a thing that I want to say. Scott Allie who was an editor and a writer on BP said is If he said death is final and things will break and if things are repaired they will still remain broken. So if you like break glass table you can put that glass table back together. It's not going to be as strong as it was. And that's kind of a tenant and B P R D if we're gonNA break it we can put it back together but it's not gonna be the same as a storyteller in a fan of of character the way hell boy and it's related books handle stakes is so it's so unlike anything else you're gonNA find in modern pop culture and he loves. Mike loves the supernatural world. Because I hadn't read hell boy before but I read Joe Gholam which is one of my aches works and it has a very supernatural tinder taste to it for lack of a better word but he really loves that supernatural world when I was reading up about how he came up with hell boy and the Supernatural. In general he started. Reading Brahms stroker's Dracula and just got sucked into the all. The supernatural world and missed. Go along with that and even see that. In Gotham by gaslight. Yeah I think that's where he got a lot of this inspiration because like you said. Eprdf just kind of a supernatural monster story arc on each in how he tries to solve this mystery so to speak. But I really like those like you said the BP because they're short. In general. At least the ones I read are fairly short. They're kind of wins a call because they take place in the past share. Well it's it's interesting because Mike men ULA has trusted so many people with his world. Geoff Johns has written for PR. D- we've got Chris. Roberson does a lot of stuff Scott. Allie Gabriel Bah and Fabio Moon. Who ARE TWINS? They've done some work on a book called. B P R D vampire. Let's just phenomenal. It's so good Abe Sapien had his own series for awhile and there were another set of twins that were working on the art in that and their names escape me off hand but pitch perfect. They're wonderful the those twin they're now working on Lucifer for DC like the the Black Label Sandman books but It's just so good There's a horror comic called Herro county that's written by. Cullen Bunn the art and that is done by Tyler Crook and there was a tiny little bit of animosity because Tyler Crook was the second main artists on E. P. R. D. And when he went over to do Harrow County kind of left He left the crew in a bit of a bind and everybody was a little upset but also he's doing the work of his career on. Harrow. County That's how we got Lawrence Campbell as the main artist on be prd through throughout the run of like hell boy traditionally the art in that is either Mike Minneola or Mike. Minneola esque yes. There's a there's a very good so pretty still pretty rough so to speak but it I think it fits in his universe. Yeah it absolutely does. If we're not getting Mike Manolo. We're getting somebody like Dunkin for Griego who has a very manolas style over. Mvp what we got was a completely different visual. Take and we had guy. Davis was the main artist for play frogs. Hell on earth. We saw Tyler Crook and then going into the devil you know we had Lawrence Campbell. And they bright. They brought a very interesting like real world. Visual take on what Mike Minneola drew as more than esoteric stylized monster world and just like injected it with like this fierce ground level realistic take in it so to to see how Lake Dunkin for draws Abe sapien versus how Mike Minneola draws EP and versus. How Tyler Crook Draws Abe sapien versus? It's so it should not narrative Lee speaking work. It shouldn't do it Michael did a whole issue of of that. We have a painted issues that are done by just masters of their art. And it's it's so wonderful and and just the fact that you can have these visual styles who divorced from divorce from the words divorce from the writing you would never know that just because this character looks a little more cheesy in. This character. Looks a little more realistic. There is no. There's no what if in the hell boy universe whenever you read a story As far as the comics the short stories are a little different. There's pros and all that but we're talking about the comics there's not Lak- what if Abe Sapien was fighting in World War. Two like it's there's none of that every everything you read actually happens To those characters in the world of hell boy and having such unique creative voices all working in tandem to tell this one epic it should not by any right work and if it does work it should not work nearly as well as this does and it is so much fun it does. It's a fun a fun book. Speaking of you talked about Abe Sapien. What is your favorite character from hell boy? Do you bomb or is it a cop out answer cop out answer and then maybe might cop out. Answer is Every every major comic book company I believe has a trinity of some kind so. Dc Has Batman. Wonder Woman Superman Marvel's got Captain America. Thor and iron man You could argue. That image has spawned in which blade and someone else that I can't think of offhand For Hell boy it's definitely you've got an expansive universe of characters but it comes down to Abe Liz in hell boy and if I get one of those three I'm going to have a good time and be in for completely different reasons there so three very different characters In the in the Gemmell del Toro movies. They had a romance between. Liz and hell boy does not exist in the comics. That's not a thing If anything Liz and Abe kind of have an unspoken thing that nobody ever acts on and that's kind of cool because you've got fire and water and that's like a neat neat thing like that. Yeah it's really fun. But if you were like gun to my head me pick a character man. It's GonNa be a tie between it's GonNa be a tie between Captain Daimyo from be PRD. Who is in the newest? Hell boy movie. He's the the wear Jaguar. I love him or Johann Johann Krauss whose an echo plasma ghost in a in a sealed suit don't make can't choose between those two a close honorable mention would be roger but I can live without roger it's fine but But no I love and that goes to the military guy in me I love. Diageo is a traditional military guy and he is just he's hired basically to militarize the PRD and get them to work as a cohesive unit and he just comes in and he's like all right. Look I'm done I'm done like I cannot handle. Whatever it is you guys are doing. I need you all. Just cut your drama. And let's do this. And he just has no time for any of the. He's he's not ignorant to the fact that he's working with monsters he's he gets to the point where he's like. I don't care that you're monsters. We have work to do. And I absolutely love that. And then Johann who was voiced by Seth McFarland and the second held boy movie the The Golden Army In the comics he is so flawed that he is. He's the most fun to read. Because you you just like him you just like him and he makes some really dumb stupid mistakes but they're mistakes that you could see yourself making and you see some emphasis me speaking of myself when I say you but I see so much of myself in him that when he makes a mistake. I'm like own own. No real world content is one hundred percent what I would do and we would all be in so much trouble So I absolutely adore the dichotomy of those two and they don't get a wall but No it's my it's A. It's a complete cop-out I answered it twice with no actual answer. That's okay. I like the fact that like you said it is kind of whimsical. Boys Got A. Would you say it dry sense of humor? I would say Ri- I think is is not so much dry it's like. He knows he knows what he's just so he's just kind of he's perpetually forty and he could you imagine being being against. I'm in my late thirties. Man If you just I would be unstoppable if I had energy and I see hell boy as just perpetually old enough to know better young enough to not care and he kind of can get away with
The Devil's Chord: Satanism in Music
"A look into my eyes. You will see who are my name is Lucifer. Please take my hand. Those lyrics from a song called neighb- recorded by Black Sabbath in one thousand nine hundred seventy hi I'm FAO Hsun and today. We'll talk about satanism. In Popular American Music Wikipedia Satanism page states the following prior to the public practice satanism existed primarily as an accusation by various Christian groups toward perceived ideological opponents rather than a self identity religious studies scholars say that the very definition initiative the term has a history of being designation made by people against those whom they dislike. It is a term used for uttering and in the Bible Satan and the word was used as an ordinary noun. Meaning the adversary the terms satanism and Satanist I appear in English and French during the sixteenth century and Satanism didn't become an official religion until nineteen sixty six when the Church of Satan was established by Anton Levay besides being being a philosopher and occultist Levy was a musician who played multiple instruments including the Oregon in addition to his infamous satanic mass album. Other other albums would be released by levay in the nineties. This leveraging of music by the very person who established the Church of Satan made historical sense in context particularly Italy regarding art and entertainment where the concept of Satan has long been used as a symbol of expression. Many classical compositions were said to be vehicle for the the devil particularly due to the use of a specific combination of notes. A unique cord within music itself that was associated with evil. Known as the Devil's record the notes when played together has many other names including Diablo's in New Jersey. GotTa Latin for Devil and music or the devil's interval. The Tri tone the tree and the Flathead v basically. It's a combination of notes that when played together in accord become the musical equivalent of the Hebrew. GBD'S ABC's the court can be found in compositions from Beethoven and Wagner and even jazz composition such as the girl from EPA Nima and the Song Maria from West aside story fender dot com actually gives budding guitarists a tutorial on how to create the devils cord and it serves as a great description of what it is so our read it quote in simple terms tripod or yod is a fifth played. One Fret down to play of latiff with a G.. Power Cord place so your first finger on the third fred of the low e string. That's the root note or the G.. Now put your third finger to frets up on the fifth fret of with the a string. That's the fifth in this case the D. to complete the power cord placed your fourth finger next to your third finger on the next ring over the the destroying. That's the octave of the root note. Another G. strummed together. These three strings create a pleasant sounding. Chord G. D. G.. But but if you take your second finger and played a frat down as a D. Flatt instead of a d. it creates a flat. V when played after the I G or plucked slowly in a g root note G Octave d flat flat v Progression. It creates a dissonant or ugly tone especially with distortion and that that is the devils cord in their infancy. The genres of Blues and Jazz were routinely referred to as the Devil's music partially due to the innate rebellion within the sound and the lyrics themselves but also partially due to an institutionally dehumanized regard of black musicians and black people. In general neural. The devils cord first appeared in rock music when Jimi Hendrix used it in the opening of his classic Song Purple Haze it would later become a staple in the repertoire are black Sabbath. Who are cited as one of the pioneering bands of the heavy metal genre and it would be heavy metal that took the devils cord and ran like a bat out of hell? Oh with it with numerous metal bands. Such as Metallica slipknot and slayer who even named their nineteen ninety eight album. Diab Bula Sin Musica but it was black black Sabbath perhaps more than any other modern band that may the devils core part of American mainstream music the band which like every rock band at at the time was originally rooted in Blues. They first called themselves the Polka Tall Blues Band and then later they call themselves earth it was the latter name Earth Earth that presented a challenge as it was being used by another English group at the same time they were also inspired by nine hundred sixty three horror film called black Sabbath. That started the legendary Boris Karloff. They saw that a local horror movie. Theatre had a line of people waiting to buy tickets and intrigued by the appeal of this type of content. They went ahead head and wrote a song also titled Black Sabbath. The lyrics were based on a horror story and a nightmare. One of the members of the band had these horror movie lyrics combined with the foreboding introduced by the devils core helped the band create an unprecedented experience in music. According to Wikipedia the new sound was a a quote stark contrast to the popular music of the late nineteen sixties which was dominated by a flower power folk music and Hippie culture and an attempt at creating the musical equivalent of horror films and quote the commercial success of this new sound came despite being initially critically panned hand along with marketing stunts such as releasing titles on Friday the thirteen and recording music in dungeons it was clear. The dark side and music was connecting connecting with audiences it would be black Sabbath commercial embrace of the devils cord along with horror and demonic symbolism and themes that influenced every metal act that followed and laid the groundwork for every sub genre from the blackest and truly demonic to grunge to popular bands such as Nirvana van Halen soundgarden and Marilyn Manson

"And don't just watch Tom Darrow. Here's my wife. Karen hosted awesome. What are we doing here podcasts? The podcast that seeks the answer the question that we all asked. What are we even doing here? We cover topics such as marriage family life life and living a Christian life in this crazy world. We don't have all the answers but we know where to look. Subscribe to us on Itunes following on soundcloud as we seek the Kingdom of God and find find out what we are even doing here. Welcome back. Everybody aren't now. The the reason why this became a topic for me is that interests me is because a wild bag that I was with either. He was either an agnostic or atheist as I can remember honestly But he tried to tell me that it was a contradiction in scripture that in the Bible Jesus is also called Lucifer and I was like what you gotta be kidding me. Give me scripture verse please. And so he took me or he sent me revelation the book revelation and it was revelation. Twenty two verse sixteen and is Jesus Speaking being in revelation. Twenty two sixteen and I Jesus have sit mine angel to testify until you these things in the churches. Yes I am the root and the offspring of David and the bright and Morning Star now at this point guys when I encountered this individual I to believe that Lucifer was the other name of Satan. I believe that Lucifer was his name. Prior to being cast down and his name became Satan. That's something that was taught me long ago and I never kinda never reconciled because it never came up but this was an instance where it was brought to my attention so a push me to study all right and so when as I studied and I went back to Isaiah fourteen twelve and studied what Descriptions are saying Lucifer for does mean Morningstar so it seemed to be that the atheist agnostic had a point that Jesus is called Lucifer. Like if you were Oh speaking. If you speaking in Latin calling him the morning star Lucifer being called the morning star so it may say the logic fit but was Jesus being called Satan or like the same person saying no. We know that was false. Yes I knew that was false. Even drawing the connections that I did with Lucifer I knew that accusation hat to be false but there has has to be explanation to to to get rid of the confusion concerning Jesus being called the Morning Star and Lucifer Meaning Morning Star so as as I began to read Isaiah. And just like I do it with you guys here beginning to see the context that this this was actually dealing with a fallen angel. It wasn't this contest dealing with a person who was given a nickname Lucifer being the nickname old lucifer son of the morning. Oh morning joining star. How Art Thou cut down to the ground? Speaking of someone who wants to exalt themselves. This isn't this was a term trying to WHO Endear the person this isn't God saying Oh you're such a bright person. That's such a wonderful individual late. They know this is. This is actually mocking to the person because they've fallen down and they wanted to exalt themselves but a call them the morning star son of the morning gene and then talk about how they're being cut down so this wasn't the same thing but Jesus he uses of himself to say that he is it's a bright morning star he is sovereign he supreme so he's not fallen in revelation. Twenty two sixteen all right so now I have this book. I mentioned on my Youtube Channel Charts of Christian Theology and doctrine by h Wayne House which is very very helpful source. Our I do recommend that people. Purchase this paperback book. I mean it is also if you WANNA get into doctrine and seeing what people will leave the arguments for and other kinds of is really good so they have a page in here just for the names say and I turned to it. I just WANNA see if it Mr House agreed with my take on these things and though it doesn't say that he agrees with me he has a list of the names of say and the names of say. Hey in are as follows say in Devil Evil One great red dragon serpent of old Abadan. apollon adversary be eligible. Bellio God of this world ruler of this world prince of the power of the air enemy temperature murderer liar accuser and he gives scripture references for all these citations of where say it's referred to by these titles but not one of them is Lucifer. It's always seemed to me that I'm not the only one who understands that say that Lucifer was never a name for Satan. Never was a case all right and so if we was to say that Lucifer is Satan will also have to say that Jesus calls himself Lucifer in the in revelation. If he was speaking it was beginning. Latin once again remember speaking in Latin because Lucifer rented a Hebrew is hollow. And that's what that's what would be in the Hebrew for Morningstar star all right. So yeah so how we got AKS was the context. I mean if you disagree with this you know what is the context. What would be your a pushback on to this discussion if you have any at all or maybe you haven't thought about this at all? Or maybe he just don't think he's big deal to deal with honestly. I don't think this is one of the things that's going to send people to hell. If they believe that Lucifer was once a nameless say in but just like all things guys truth matters. You know and we're studying scripture upturn. We're dealing with scripture truth matters. And so that's what I seek to prescribe truth is to diagnose errors and then to distribute the the truth and the prescribes. So that's what I seek to do and so. I hope that this has been helpful for you to do further study. Just like your help me back then and remember number in a world full of errors. The only thing doctor prescribes is truth. Always in his context blessings..

"This podcast gets driven to get distributed across house various platforms and also the website that we have everything else supported by patrons so greatly appreciate that I like to take the time. Also you too thank the listeners. To the PODCAST. Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedules to hear what I have to say. Because in these various topics that Discuss I thank you for the download and everything else. Just thank you so much. You guys are awesome. I can't thank you enough please. If you think about it just Li reviewed let me know what you guys think about the The content of the show things areas where I can improve and so and so forth and so with that being said this week given that this is weak is Thanksgiving Week I wanted to keep this short and sweet for you guys and so this episode dealing with a topic Dhabi one discuss for. Wow how And I know I'm not the only one who's come across this information but I wanted to share with you guys my thoughts on this subject and the subject is As you see them as you see in the title is dealing with Lucifer the title is Lucifer are not Lucifer. And the reason why I want to bring that up is this is a common name given to Satan and I get though I can understand the reason why people call Satan Lucifer. It is false it is false. Satan's name is it Lucifer. That's why when they came out with a TV show Lucifer. I wasn't bothered at all the ignorance of those in Hollywood. Just don't get it. He knowing so they painted out this died to be Lucifer who's nice looking and everything and represent Satan all right so it's just a ignorance of Hollywood but not just Hollywood there are some. Christians is true believing Christians who love the Lord. Who have this misunderstanding? And I want to look to the verse by which we get Lucifer and do a simple context deconstruction of of that verse surrounding it and then Guess implications as to why important we refrain from referring to say in as Lucifer all right so now the contests Harte's comes from Isaiah Fourteen twelve as they are fourteen twelve and the issue here. Is that the reason why we have Lucifer in the taste. And it's only president in the King James Version. And because the King James Translators they used a Latin rendering of the Hebrew were for morning star and so therefore it res Lucifer versus the Hebrew Word Hallal. I've are even pronounced correctly so recovery this verse for you guys. Isaiah fourteen twelve. How Art Thou fallen from Heaven O Lucifer Son of the morning? How Art Thou cut down to the ground which this wake weaken the nations are so this? This prophecy prophecy is dealing with a king. A king and a wicked king at that Most believe that this king referring to is never CANESSA. You're seeing as he was brought low being to the point that WHO's eating grass and everything else. If you look at the Daniel and look at the story in Daniel Dan you you'll see the connection there but even if we take out the fact that we got an idea who the king is this furniture. Let's look at the problems. Atoms in thinking that this is referring to Satan. Most people would think to say because it says how art thou fallen from Heaven knowing that Satan was cast down out of heaven. I mean it's a true fact Satan in this angels and third angels who follow him were cast cast out of heaven and so this references how art thou fallen from Heaven and says Oh Lucifer giving a name and saying that also is the person that's the son of the morning how cut down to the ground which this weaken the nations and so I can understand why someone would believe this is speaking of saying but there stands to be some problems here now as people also know prophecy Z.. Can Dylan to fourth in have to fulfillment or more than one fulfilment. I should say the problem. Is We believe that this is dealing with saying this because Satan being cast down out of heaven wasn't a future at this point. It was something that already happened so then I already took place at the garden before the garden. You you know so to say that here is no Isaiah Prophesying Concern Satan is saying is if Satan had not yet been cast down and that is not the case. This whole chapter in their fourteen is guys speaking prophetically to a particular people people all right. I'm not GonNa Start always in the first verse but let's look implications as to This is as to why this is not dealing with Satan so start of our standard says all they all they shall speak essay into the art thou also become week as we are become like unto us they pump die pomp is brought down to the grave and the noise of dive voles vials. The worm for is spread under the and the worms cover the then verse twelve lease how Art Thou fallen from Heaven Lucifer Son of the morning. How are thou cut down to the ground which this weakened the nation's for Dow has set in Don Heart? I will ascend into heaven. I will exalt my throne above the stars stars of God. I was also upon the Mount of the congregation in the size of the north. Now look at this verse verse. Thirteen I will. He has said on harp. I will ascend into heaven. Well Satan was already in heaven. He's already in heavy. He was cast down so that we don't need to say I will ascend into heaven. He already were. It says I will exalt my throne above the stars of God now. Some people may look at this as me speaking of Anton well he was cast down and now he said that that now he's going to go back up but see the problem. Here is the context in verse. Twelve says there are falling from heaven and and then in verse. Thirteen says four Dow has said in John Hart so the reason why this person was cast down because they said in a heart I will send it to heaven. I was out my thrown over the stars Guide and I was sit also on the Mount of the congregation while saying was already cast down four trying to for trying to take over for trying to war against God and his angels. That already happened happened so this isn't the reason this isn't a reason. Why for a future event? This is how this is. I'm sorry this is something that has already taken place all right in history but this is this prophecies of this talk muscle the of a future event all right so as I said in a heart I will send it to heaven. Having I will exalt my throne above the stars of God. I was also upon them out of the congregation in the size of the North Aisle ascend upon the heights of the clouds. I will be like the most high yet. Thou shalt be brought down to hell to the size of the pit now reading the King James version also once again. I can see why someone would like to say because it says you shall be brought down to hail to the size of the pit but we have to remember. Is that the King James version. When it renders the word Hell it gives us hail as English translation the underlying Hebrew and Greek words not always with hail the actual word there for Hale is actually actually? She'll and she'll base the place of the dead or Hades in Greek aren't so this isn't that isn't hail Hell in the New Testament or hell as we would know what as far as eternal like a fire punishment is rendered Gehenna. That'd be the word used there in the Greek and I think does word he wrote us A link to that will be as that was a place in In assessment where people would burn their trash and burn all the debris kind of like a dumping ground and it will and he was always burning and it it was called Gehenna all right so something keep in mind there were here is actually. She'll place of the dead grave all right so So yeah so that's that should clear some confusion in Verse Sixteen They they see. The show narrowly look upon the and considered the saying. Is this the man that made the earth to tremble that dish shake kingdoms so here we see this people going to look at this individuals. Say Is this the man who did these things prior to being cast down all right. That's the point we gotta look at. The context is showing that this is something that's going to happen later. And that people are GonNa look this individual who is brought low for wanting to Exalt Szott himself and then people are GonNa look at them and say is this the man all right now that will fit nezar definitely fit. Never concern has a and what happened to him he built his head is going and statue of himself wanted people to worship the statue of himself he wanted to exalt his throne throne above God he wanted to be like the most high so he was a fulfillment of that him being brought lows fulfillment of that on which was spoken by Zahra. You know saying so. This is all this is context guys context now real quick. I want to take this moment it to listen to a couple commercials from the Christian. podcasts community.

"Like if you were Oh speaking. This is actually mocking to the person because they've fallen down and they wanted to exalt themselves but a call them the morning star son of the morning gene and then talk about how they're being cut down so this wasn't the same thing but Jesus he uses of himself to say that he is bright and morning star he is sovereign he supreme so he's not fallen in revelation. So yeah so how we got to ask ourselves context. I mean if you disagree with this you know what is the context. What would be your a pushback on to this discussion if you have any at all or maybe you haven't thought about this at all? Or maybe he just don't think he's big deal to deal with honestly. I don't think this is one of the things that's going to send people to hell. If they believe that Lucifer was wants to name was say in. But just like all things guys truth matters. You know and we're studying scripture upturn. We're dealing with scripture truth matters and so that's what I seek to do them for scrap truth is to diagnose errors and then to distribute the the truth and the prescribes. So that's what I seek to do and so I hope that this has been helpful for you to do further study just like your help me back then and remember number in a world full of errors. The only thing doctor prescribes is truth. Always in his context blessings..

Also you too thank the listeners. To the PODCAST. Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedules to hear what I have to say. Because in these various topics that Discuss I thank you for the download and everything else. Just thank you so much. You guys are awesome. I can't thank you enough please. If you think about it just Li reviewed let me know what you guys think about the The content of the show things areas where I can improve and so on and so forth and so with that being said this week given that this is weak is Thanksgiving Week I wanted to keep this short and sweet for you guys and so this episode dealing with a topic Dhabi one discuss for. Just don't get it knowing. So they painted out this died to be Lucifer who's nice looking and everything and represent Satan all right so it's just a ignorance of Hollywood but not just Hollywood. There are some. Is We believe this is dealing with saying this because Satan being cast down out of heaven wasn't a future at this point. Netflix, CBS And Sony discussed on The Frame
"One day at a time the Latin x centered remake of Norman Lear nineteen seventies TV show of the same name is back for another season. Netflix canceled the series back in March. But yesterday pop TV CBS owned cable network. Announce that will pick up the show for a fourth season. Lesley Goldberg is the west coast, TV editor at the Hollywood reporter, and she joined me talk about the deal and told me, why Netflix canceled a series to begin with Netflix. Like many of the other streamers and the upcoming ones will not and do not, and will not ever release exact viewership data. So it's very hard to measure shows or movies success. But, you know, we'll look, I interviewed Netflix, head of original Cindy Holland back in April. And one of the things that she said was that didn't make economic sense to bring back one day to time for a fourth season part of what how networks does make its decisions is. They look at how much they're spending on a show and how many new subscribers. It's bringing, which of course, we don't really know either way. I mean that's looks reports. It's quarterly subscriber gains and losses. But you have no idea, how much of that is tributed to their decision to renew, or cancel the new show. But with their with the billions of dollars that they're spending on original programming every year. It's the, the decisions that they're forced to make our will fourth season of show like a of a show. One day time bring in new subscribers. Or would we best be us using the millions that we're spending on that show to do a new show that could bring in more, one company did feel the economics made sense, and that is pop TV so who is pop TV? And why did a show like this make as much sense to them as it didn't make to Netflix? Well, we should before we even talk about pop TV we should give credit to the producers of one day to time. And that's Sony Pictures television. The independent. Studio and they were successful able to save this show. This was their business dealing, and this is look this is ground. This is TV history. This is the first time that you're seeing a scripted original show that was picked up and aired originally on a streaming platform, moved to a linear network like pop TV pop TV originally known as the TV guide network. It used to be co owned by Lionsgate television and CBS about a year ago CBS wanna buying full control. So this is a niche, basic cable network, that is owned by CBS, and, you know, look, CBS, digital platform all access what really express a lot of interest in picking up one day at time, but because of the original clauses in Netflix contract it prohibited. Any other streaming platform aka any Netflix competitor from picking up this show within a few years, and nobody's gonna wanna wait multiple years to pick to revive a show that winds up. Being expensive. You have to re promote it people have lost interest. You know you you strike, while the iron is hot. And that's exactly what pop TV did as for why they picked it up. I spoke with pop TV president Brad Schwartz yesterday on Thursday, and one of the things that he mentioned is, this is a very, very small network. They have only a handful of originals shows what be it scripted and unscripted. That's largely network that is home to repeats of some big pop culture, syndicated shows, like Buffy the vampire slayer Dawson's creek the original Beverly Hills nine oh, two one. Oh, charmed. And the reason this was interesting to them is first and foremost. Everyone CBS from Brad Schwartz to the executives like Joe Iannello and David Nevins over at CBS creatively. Loved the show, and it made sense for pop because this isn't network that as I mentioned is very big on the stall. And they looked. They're sweet spot. Viewers are people who love stuff from the eighties nineties, look, no further than what their syndication, their syndicated content is ROY. Right. That's the sweet spot Dawson's creek. You don't get much more nineties, and that Buffy the same thing. And the fact that, that this what they picked up is actually a reboot of show, that, that many of its viewers already have an awareness of because of the original from forty years prior it really hit the sweet spot, so creatively. It's an IP. It's, it's intellectual property that it's audience already knows said that. It's, it's unprecedented for a show to go from a streaming service to a cable network. Does that mean it was legally difficult to unwind the deal at flex and get it on this new platform? So in terms of setting, you know, the legal precedent. This really was a business it move. So because Sony owns the rights to the show it become becomes there to figure out what they wanna do it. However, I will say that Netflix does own because they paid for and have a contract to keep those first three seasons. Netflix will remain the exclusive home streaming home to the first three seasons of one day at a time. But in the new deal Sony gets a whole lot of rights back from Netflix. Because of their pass on season four. So that means that Sony will now be able to sell the show internationally which it never did with Netflix because Netflix is in many international markets and Sony. Also in a couple of years we'll have a streaming library starting with season four. And if the show goes five six seven through ten like producer, Mike, Royce told me he wants it to they're going to have a streaming library to sell. So, you know, in APR twister fate one thing that could happen later down the line is Sony could say, hey, we've got you know, seven more seasons of this show net. Flicks, do you want buy the library to go with the first three? And even if the one day at a time fan base didn't have a lot to do with coming back on pop TV are they at least happy now that it is coming back overjoyed? I mean, it's, it's like Christmas in June. This is this is a deal. It's never been like I said, it's never been done. A streaming show has never moved off of that to find another home. Usually, it's the other way around where Netflix has been heralded as, as the save our. Show champion because they've revived so many other shows in recent memory. I mean designated survivor was canceled at ABC and moved to net flix, FOX cancel Lucifer, and Netflix picked it up. I mean, there's so many shows that Netflix has done that with. And now this is the very first time. Netflix said, nah, no will pass and left it to the studio to find a new home for it
Michael Jackson's daughter Paris breaks silence on trearment reports
"And drunk drunk and. Macaulay Culkin has opened up about his much speculated friendship with Michael Jackson. I wonder if he embarrassed everybody's there. Well, he said it was very normal. Yeah. He was ten years old Michael reached out to him. Michael just was this huge thing. That would defame quickly was. Yeah. Macaulay Caughlin and his dad, you know, his dad he doesn't mean bastards. A father. He was from a big Catholic family. Yeah. He said, he was just hilarious. And it was just a normal friendship brain. People thought he was unusual. It was unusual. But MacAulay Culkin hasn't spoken to his father in twenty three years, although his dad tried to twenty years ago, but all of his kids, he's a strange apparently is really bad. But anyway, MacAulay Culkin is going to be back on the big screen who Seth green again wasn't the end. SNL? He's going to do something with. Yeah. It's called change land. And it was filmed in Thailand and putting it out. So we're going to see him in that. Yes. That's green does one of the voices on family guy. Yeah. Yeah. He's been around a long time has. All right. Pit bull makes more money than Connie that made me so happy today just knowing that he's living up to his nickname of Mr. worldwide. He made thirty two million dollars. Sure he made more than a canyon. I'm just so happy about that in music. Yeah. But I am happy. Of course. What what would where would you be earning money, easy, Laura? Sneakers shoes. Yeah. He's a fantastic clothing line. Pippo wants you to still dance farm. Larry. I feel it and collar cap capper Nick said he did not talk to Travis Scott service Scotland. Yeah. Because you get that idea mothers Jenner, but when someone think to follow through on it. Talking about 'cause Colin cap 'cause Travis Scott was invited by maroon five to be at the halftime show. But he didn't wanna do it. And he was getting too much flat. Kaz too many other artists had turned it down which is a year late, by the way, they should've turned it down last year. And so he wants to see I think he wants to perform it's a big audience for him. And he said that he got the NFL to donate five hundred thousand dollars to this charity is true that is happening. But he said he called Colin Kaepernick up, and they had a discussion on said, no, not I just know Lucifer's homegirl, go ahead and say that they probably won't say anything won't get back to you. Don't worry about it. You can say it was a misunderstanding. They're all out to get. By the way, the New Orleans jazz and heritage festival dropped its lineup. It's epic. Yeah. We're looking into tickets right now Rolling Stones. It's going to be. Sponsored Katy Perry. I mean, there's Gladys Knight. Shocker Kanban Reyat, Alanis Morissette. It's really some big rig. Name's Dave Matthews. Gone to that all the time in its by the same people who did the new Newport jazz festival that people have raised about as well. It'd be fun fun. All right. Well, something to think about April twenty fifth to twenty eighth and may second to fifth that's your concert lineup. When we come back. We're going to Hollywood theatre lineup. Week two

"Out the little TV Netflix to be exact daredevil season three's already come out. I'm sure a lot of you have binge watched it. And if you did you probably heard a little x. men reference and it didn't register with you because there's a little obscure. So let me tell you there may be some spoilers for season three here if you haven't watched it yet. So if you don't want spoilers zipped past this part toward the end of season three FBI agent, Benjamin Poindexter who has bullseye is undergoing redistricted surgery for his spine. You might notice the doctor's name in there that their consulting with Dr Yama who is Lord dark wind, who is one of the doctors who was the pioneer for fusing adamantine him to bones. They couldn't mention adamant him yet because the FOX Disney merger isn't quite done yet. So they didn't actually say. Demand him. This may be a lead in from the bringing more x. men related characters. We don't know. But the doctor or Yama reference was a nice, subtle little nod. A lot of people probably didn't catch another little nugget of knowledge for you. Doctor or Yama is also the father of lady death strike, let's move onto some other Netflix marvel series, NAS, oh, great news. You've probably heard by now. Iron fist is done after season two. There will not be a season three as of now for iron. Fist. That's really a shame. The first season was a little slow. The second really picked up in added a lot of depth to the character was looking forward to third season, but net Netflix has not picked up the option. A lot of fans were happy that got cancelled and I say, shame on you guys just because you don't like it. Why do you wanna take away from someone else? I actually enjoyed iron-fist both seasons and I know a lot of other people did also. So if you don't like it, hey. Don't watch it. It's really simple. Another marvel Netflix shows cancelled was Luke cage. The cancellation of Luke cage was a little disappointing. First season was really good. Second season picked up a lot introduction. Bushmaster great villain much better than the villains from season. One. Netflix says, decided that Luke cage will not get third season. That's not to say that Luke cage and iron fist won't be teamed up together for a defense heroes for hire or another. Defenders. Both of those I think would be a great idea if we don't get single seasons from those guys, this Nick shows some you may not have seen because it is exclusive DC universe, streaming service, titans. Watching the previous retains. I was a little skeptical, but after the first couple episodes, I'm a believer. Titans is a good show. In fact, rotten tomatoes gave an eighty four percent on its tomato meter with a twenty six positive reviews and only five negative ones as of time of. This filming. So if you have a subscriber DC universe streaming tines might be the show that gives you to find a crack, open that wallet and give DC some more of your money. Let's talk about his show that got canceled, but picked back up by Netflix. That's right. Lucifer. FOX originally candidate. It wasn't due to ratings spots is starting to cut ties with all the stuff that they don't really own a big percentage in. So they let Lucifer go, Netflix swooped in picked up Lucifer. They have leaked that they are going to have reveal in this season re meal is one of the brother. I believe in this when they're gonna make an assistant angel. Her and Duma are the ones who took over hell when Lucifer locked the doors in. Let's and come to earth. No word yet at this is going to be a binge watch on Netflix or if they're gonna raise it serially. Let's hope it's a binge-watch so we can watch all of Lucifer at once in two thousand nineteen.
