Nypd detectives spoke to Evans to detail her allegations. A grand jury indicted Weinstein for a second time in July two thousand eighteen on charges. He forest third woman to have sex with him. One of these charges predatory sexual assaults carries a maximum sentence of life in prison. Weinstein was also accused of forcing this woman to perform oral sex on him in July. Two thousand six Mimi. Khaleej went public in a press conference with her attorney. Gloria allred in October. "Before we begin today's episode. I WanNa make a disclaimer that there will be mentions of sexual violence. Listener discretion is advised during this trial. You are going to learn. The defendant was as savvy New York City businessman. He was a famous and powerful Hollywood producer. Who lived a lavish lifestyle? The evidence will also show that this man was a sexual Predator and rapist. These are the words of Manhattan Assistant District Attorney. Meghan has in her opening statements on January. Twenty second two thousand twenty. She continued on quote different women different places decades apart same crime at the end of this trial. The evidence will be clear that this man it was not just a titan in Hollywood but also a rapist. He stalked women when they didn't comply he used power to ensure silence. You will learn during the course of this trial. These women internalized trauma some even for decades. They will each describe fear. Shame and humiliation following violent encounters each of them struggled but managed to put on a brave face for the world. Each feelings small and insignificant. They were no match for this powerbroker in Hollywood at the same time he was seen for the cameras on red carpets and rubbing elbows with politicians. These women will have their voices heard. They come from different walks in life and only one is still an actress but what they have in common is strength and courage. These sexual assaults are not what you think about when you think of rape not back alley unsuspecting person not date rape scenario here. The rapist was at the pinnacle of the precision that the victim strive to Be Power. Imbalance was professional and physical women. Take the stand keep in mind to the defendant was in the world of these women and the realities of how victims behave. Listen to these women with an open. Mind really listen when you hear anyone in this courtroom talk about consent and what? The defendant thought. Remember the trick. Anyone who consents to being with another person does not have to be. I tricked ultimately. This trial is about the defendants desire to conquest his complete lack of empathy. That he must be held accountable. Attorney Damon shrillness delivered opening statements on behalf of the defense. Good Morning. This is Harvey Weinstein. Right here he's the person that prosecutor Megan has asked called a predator. Trickster rapist this stops now in this courtroom. Would we have just heard was a narrative to explain things that are inexplicable? The evidence about these women is not true. Everything that has just told you is not evidence. She wasn't there. She's relying on what the women told her happened. You will judge what is fact and fiction. The only test that matters for credibility you sit in Judgment Harvey Weinstein says. I didn't do it and I'm going to let twelve people decide. Your job is extremely important. Individuals raised their hands and said I can't be fair. God bless them you all said I can be fair. I can listen to the evidence in drought the noise in this case. Whatever I heard or read about doesn't matter. The only thing is what happens here. The judge told you the importance of that. If you are not the noise you are going to know that. What has told you doesn't hold water because it's not true. We have been waiting patiently to tell the story. It hasn't been easy for Harvey Weinstein to listen to that. If you listen to the state there are themes that are common. The women were weak. Couldn't stand up for themselves. Were lured in by Harvey Weinstein tricked. That's a mirage. And don't take my word for it. The twenty twenty version of Harvey Weinstein Kinda feds. But this happened in two thousand and six in two thousand thirteen. He was a successful producer. The truth that doesn't change when an article comes out in two thousand seventeen. He made all these movies at the Oscars. I'm going to ask you to think about if it's possible that any of these individuals were attracted to him. Evidence will show that he wasn't this master manipulator the seats openings. Were a preview of a movie. You aren't going to see is going to be emotional and it's GonNa be tough to see but be patient. This state knows their story is problematic. You're going to hear about communications. The accusers had with whom they're calling a predator. We are going to show you the truth. We ARE NOT VICTIM. Shaming victim is a conclusion after a trial. These complaining witnesses Harvey Weinstein has a right to say not so fast. No one has questioned anybody yet. Some of these people have gone out and done interviews. No one has asked them questions. We will do it respectfully and ethically as jurors you're going to be shown to realities here. What the witnesses say. They're going to be asked to go back in time and hear what happened at that time. Were you will see is shocking. Based on the opening statement you just heard from the State Weinstein was not a Predator to these women quite the contrary the state knows they have a problem. And it's all the evidence they have to create something you are going to see after. Weinstein allegedly sexually assaulted one of the women. She wanted him to meet her mother that she gave him her new number after she lost her phone and that she asked if he will be around for her birthday at some point. You're going to say oh my God Harvey Weinstein is innocent. Then I'm sure you've heard Harvey Weinstein's name before local national and international media have reported on allegations against him for years now but in this episode. I'm going to take you inside. The courtroom were cameras are not allowed. And thanks to the hard work of reporters and producers bring you the firsthand account of the testimony against one of the biggest media executives and a driving force behind the metoo movement. "Did you do the meeting okay. I didn't immediately after the incident and Weinstein's office in two thousand four Lucia Evans struggled to get through the promised meeting with Weinstein casting director and remember the table feeling so begging meters feeling tiny like tiny tiny person at the other end of it. It's like a little shadow of myself. She never wound up working with Weinstein in fact when she went back to school that fall she only performed in a couple more roles before giving up theater entirely. She says she just couldn't act couldn't access parts of herself. She used to be able to you know after the assault I was so closed off. I struggled with so many things things you know. Let's depressed Iowa substance abuse problems all sorts of eating issues. I actually just saw video. That one of my parents best friends said-made of me and and two other friends when I was eight or something and just playing and acting and performing an ice. I could barely stop. Stop crying when I when I saw that because it was just surreal and I just had so much confidence. I didn't give a shit. You know it was just it was just me. I'm trying to get back to that person and I'm finally starting to but I mean it's it's really took that away from me for so long I remember just thinking. I wish my parents would tell me that it was okay that it happened. Like how are they going to tell. May they didn't even know what happened. But I kept saying when I have kids. I'm going to tell them that if this happens to them. Okay and talk to me about it. I guess what's interesting to me about the dangling. A career help that we see over and over again in these stories is key when he defends himself publicly talks about this. Like it's exculpatory. Sorry like the fact that he offered to help people and use that as an enticement means that those people were then consenting somewhere buying buying into it in some way but of course that's not the case and you were drawn in to the extent that you consented to a business meeting exactly. That's it totally reasonable thing is it. Producer was an aspiring actress. Say someone had other ambitions and met up with him even if it was at a different place in his office and it wasn't consensual. They're not no one's called.

"This alleged behavior behavior of Weinstein's it wasn't just with aspiring actresses. So you're thinking okay well clearly. There's a little interest here that's not professional. But maybe it's not like that. Maybe he really does want to get to know me in two thousand fourteen. Ten years after Lucia Evans alleged assault. Emily Nestor had just finished law school and was working on her. Mba maybe he heard that I have a law degree and an MBA. Maybe he thinks Oh. This is smart Gal. I WANNA get to know who's my front desk. She was thinking about getting into entertainment. Law may be producing when she got an offer from an acquaintance for attempted four or five days working the front desk at the Weinstein Company's La Office. Her first day felt weird almost immediately. I had a few people say you're his physical type. You should watch GONNA try for an assistant or something. What did you make of people saying to you from square one? Oh you're his type. It didn't raise a ton of red flags for me L. as a bizarre bubble and it didn't seem unusual for a man of his stature To want to be surrounded by tall pretty blonde women. It's super common because that is so often the case like all the time. It's like the whole like Leonardo DiCaprio thing. They walk doc in with a group of them. Emily says Weinstein arrived at the office around mid morning. Over the course of the day. She had a couple of strange encounters with him. She says he I saw her and asked her how old she was at one point he referred to her as the pretty girl. I remember thinking like. That's that's weird. It was all a little off off especially for a first day of attempt Gig and as the day was wrapping up. It got even more complicated Weinstein and his assistance for on the ray out of the office US but when they got to the elevator he stopped so he sent his L. His assistance down the elevator. Instead I'll catch up with you later. And he walks up to the front desk. Graham and I start you know like a normal person doing small talk as you would with the CEO of a company and key rips off part of the sign in sheet for guests and and he says right down your number yesterday get drinks with him that evening so I quickly made up an excuse. I've elite dinner with friends. You said no no you. Don't you're having drinks with me and said I don't think so very I've already got plans you know and he said okay. Well you know a message you later and then left later that night. Weinstein texted emily trying again to get her to meet for drinks. And I'm thinking okay. Well I really do want a job and entertainment. It's all about connections. I'll ask him for an early morning. Coffee before work and work started. I think at eight so it was early thinking. There's no way he would agree to it and even if he did it would send a very clear message that this is a professional national meeting. It's for coffee before work. And to my surprise and Chagrin he agreed so you have this dilemma. You have warning sirens going off. And you're headed into breakfast with him and I'm dreading it I I. I wear these kind of loose sand pants that I had That were kind of baggy but dressed up for work And then this sweat dislike it kind of rose colored sweater that also is kind of baggy and I wore my glasses on purpose Because they're Dorky. Emily met Weinstein in the lobby of the peninsula. Slow Hotel about a mile and a half from the hotel where Rosanna arquette met him two decades before they went to the upstairs restaurant. Emily ordered an ice coffee. She tried to talk about her credentials but once didn't seem interested he asked if I had a boyfriend and I said yes I made one off. I didn't have one at the time. And he seemed undeterred by he said. Oh Oh a lot of the girls. I you know have been with have pet boyfriends and and again I'm talking about my credentials and he starts saying. Oh I know this great attorney and you know I could set you up with her. You could talk to her about her career path and later it turned into. You could be my girlfriend. You'd be my assistant in London and be my girlfriend there. In one sentence he covered all the grounds for sexual harassment. I mean literally offering a benefit in your career for sexual favors I I in one sentence. It wasn't even subtle Weinstein. Kept pressing asking me to take my glasses off so that he could see my face better asking to hold my hand. I mean I feel like a fortunate one after reading a lot at the women's experiences that he asked but I said no he even seem seemed to be aware of what was happening. How much of a pattern? This was even you know kind of jokingly talking about how most women say no to begin with and after a couple of beers than they are all over him at one point he said something about bill cosby and how he'd never had to do anything like him which I understood to mean. He'd never had to drug anyone to get them to sleep with him again. I also got the lawyer brain on. That's like how stupid are you to be saying these. I mean these things are so incriminating. And what's going through your mind. Does all this is playing out get out. Just just get through this. Just get through this. Just get through this this one. Is this GONNA end. Just get through this. I mean it was the longest hour of my life. There's something that really haunted me. Later was thinking about how many women he must meet. And how many starving actresses and models that I've met in L. A. or new work and and how desperate they are for work and they're clinging to these dreams that are like one in a million dreams. What if this was my one shot? I mean how different and how vulnerable would I have been. How did the breakfast? And he was going to go to his room and he saw me to the elevator and he said Ed. I'll just shake your hand. I don't WanNa get sued for sexual harassment.

"Ed. WE'RE GONNA get opening statements this week. The revolt ready been two weeks of jury selection Weinstein fish at up on January. The six and there was drama from the minute he arrived aft. He sat down on a matter of minutes of the judge. James Burke turning up at his seat there was a major fight erupted between the judge and Weinstein himself because the judge land that Weinstein had been texting on his cell phone and the judge who is clearly even before the trial began was clearly clearly incensed towards Weinstein and Weinstein's defense team absolutely at Wit's end he. He said to Weinstein if he was spotted using his phone again having been told numerous times not to have it in the courtroom itself he could face a very long or even life prison term and on the back of that again. The defense team immediately filed a motion to have the case dismissed or turned on grounds at the judge himself had tainted the proceedings by making this dramatic matic statement to which a judge said he'd only been trying to to shop Weinstein into stop using his phone so kind of very dramatic from the very first second in in a minute. We're GONNA talk in detail about the women involved in this case. I just remind us. What is he charged with? Harvey Weinstein faces. Five counts to a predatory sexual behavior. This idea of patent going back over years which will be the most serious that he faces in terms of potential prison time came to of rape relating to the anonymous woman from twenty thirteen and one of Criminal Sexual Act relating to do that two thousand and six incident of forcible oral sexual contact. Tell me about his accusers. Well we've ended up with two women who are the main women involved in the prosecution case one of those women as being that all the way from the beginning from May twenty eighteen when the arrest happened I- cheese really interesting testing. Because nobody as far as I know outside the specific legal teams involved. Nobody knows her identity. She's completely anonymous. She's called hold Jane Doe Number One CI alleges that she was raped in the Manhattan Hotel Room in twenty thirteen by Weinstein and that is extremely unusual in itself all key witness to be completely anonymous. Why isn't she using her name? The stakes involved for women coming forward in a criminal. It'll trial like this. They couldn't be high must be absolutely terrifying. That could explain some of it that the the woman wanted to remain anonymous for as long as possible. One has to the presumed that when opening statements begin that she will be named and identity will then fully be out. There was another woman who was due to be cold and isn't the case anymore. What happened to her? Initially when the arrest happened the second woman involved was a warm cold Lucia Evans. And who worked in Weinstein's company Miramax and she alleged that in two thousand and four he full stay into oral sex she. He remained one of the two main witnesses. Involved until a few months off to the arrest her charge was dropped and that caused a huge amount of consternation Russian it transpired that allegedly she had told a friend of hers about the instant soon afterwards but that the friend said to different accounted could be given by higher than the one she was giving prosecutors that must have been a big blow to the prosecution losing key witness. They were forced to assess the situation and come to the conclusion. That Harvey Weinstein's credibly dog-eared attack dog team of lawyers would make Hay with this ask event and would use it to just discredit the entire case against Weinstein so with a heavy heart. I think it's probably fair to say. They dropped Lucia Evans as the the second main witness say they lost leash Athens but then another woman came forward to testify since and they found an alternative one might say and we'll turn to the second woman to be involved as a main witness in this case some outlets have named Ta and not at the moment we're not naming her. She alleges that in two thousand an and sex Weinstein took her back to his apartment. Saying we're going to have a meeting but He forced her to have oral sexual contact..

"Three that a high end by American public media when we left off Lucia Evans criminal charge against her he wants dean had just been dropped where does that leave the case against once okay so remember we're now in the fall of twenty eighteen Lucious out so the prospect of Harvey Weinstein being held criminally accountable seems to now hinge on just two women one woman has a story of sexual assault the other woman has a story of rape the one with the story of sexual assault is Mimi how lady she was added to the case right before the show Evans was dropped and what is her story so many how lady works in the entertainment industry and the early two thousands she's pretty junior and she ends up meeting Harvey Weinstein at the Cannes Film Festival in France and it's exciting she is young she wants opportunity and they continue to keep in touch because she wants work so they have a series of meetings in New York and eventually he invites her to his home and as far as what happens next she actually tells the story in a press conference with Gloria Allred right and what Mimi says happened to her is a question one people a difficult issue for it was not long ago before he was all over me making sexual advances I told him no no no but he insisted and then I said I'm on my period there is no way this is going to happen please stop he wouldn't take no for an answer I'm backs me insurance which was not let it looked like a kid's bedroom with his drawings on the wall he held me down on the bed I try to get away I would have tried to get him off of me I kept asking him to stop but it was impossible enjoy the what's the story of the second accuser remaining in this case so the second woman is anonymous she hasn't talked to journalists as far as we know so we've got kind of a minimal account here but her allegation is the more complicated story also well as soon as it becomes clear that this case is going to be part of the criminal charges Harvey Weinstein says to his attorneys get me my old emails get me my old emails and what the emails show is a kind of warm friendly tone between these two people in the user and once exactly including after the alleged attacks took place in twenty seventeen this is a few years after the alleged attack took place the woman says I love you at least you but I hate feeling like a booty call smiley face emoji in another one that's also from after the alleged attack she talks about introducing wine stained her mother there's a lot of evidence that this is how Harvey Weinstein operated there are a lot of stories in which you know for a long time after a terrible violation he maintained kind of friendly relationships with these women what the women say is that they felt that their careers depended on kind of keeping up these friendly relationships with him afterwards because he was an obsession to.

"And Harrison actually suggested Jane Doe what she should do? She says she doesn't what I typically typically tell clients in a situation like this is that they need to make decisions based on what they think their priorities are and what's in their own personal best interest. They you have to put themselves first. And so I- encouraged her to do that. Typically I proceed by having them outlined. What their immediate goals are and prioritize? Those us so we can make a plan to achieve those goals. How much thought she given a tremendous amount of thought? She really grappled apple with us. She had a lot of internal conflict. So Jane DOE is left to wrestle with this really difficult decision of whether or not she should come forward on the one hand it would put her at great personal and maybe professional risk but on the other hand. If women don't come forward there can be no trial let alone a conviction for Harvey Weinstein. What does Jane Doe Ultimately decide to do in the end? Charges were not filed on her behalf off because she felt that she really could not take the risk she decides not to go through with it. Not Participate in the criminal case. Exactly you look. This is part of the explanation for how we got from eighty plus Weinstein Weinstein allegations to who are at the basis of this criminal trial and there are a lot of different reasons for that right. We've talked about them their questions questions of time and place and whether these criminal acts but there's also the question of the willingness of the women I think probably the core issue who the victims grapple with in sex-abuse cases is whether or not to come forward and if I come forward how do I go with this and sex-abuse views perpetrator the sexual violence perpetrator really benefits from what happens emotionally to the victims. As a result of being victimized which is the internal blame and shame and confusion and dissociation and repression that occurs inside of a victim and to all all of that is. It's like a tornado or a hurricane inside of a victim and having the clarity to somehow put that all aside and say here are the specific actions. I need to take in the deadlines by which I need to take them. It just doesn't work that way emotionally for victims The kind of poll. We heard from Lucia Evans that determination to participate despite the obstacles that that same determination by Mimi highly and this anonymous woman to remain as part of the process. I have to say it's pretty uncommon even After everything we've learned about the Weinstein story even after all of these women coming forward what criminal prosecution requires requires is the willingness of these female victims to participate and there are so many reasons not to it really demands so much at them and what. We've been seeing that there just aren't that many who are willing to do it so there may very well be more women like Jane Doe out there who you might have a strong criminal case against Weinstein who clear all these logistical hurdles and are eligible. But they aren't willing to do this. There may be. We don't know the full picture but this certainly helps explain. How with just a few months to go until trial? The prosecution is in a tough spot. But then there's a development not. The prosecution are also aiming to and hoping to bring in other women who have made accusations brought in witnesses to sort of build. The prosecution has been very concerned with this paucity of women's voices in the trial and they've been seeking seeking to address it through this very particular strategy. They want more women to be able to testify alleged Weinstein victims who who can paint a portrait of his pattern of predation in New York. Beezer called molineaux witnesses you may also see them. Referred to as supporting being witnesses prior bad acts witnesses. If you know this concept it maybe from the cosby trial talk about this. The cosby verdict. Now let's remember remember. That was sort of a similar situation. There were dozens and dozens of women who had come forward against cosby and yet the criminal trial rested basically on one woman so in the first cosby trial in two thousand seventeen. Those additional witnesses are not allowed and it ends in a mistrial. A big chance The bill cosby would walk out of this but the second trial the witnesses are allowed the five prior bad acts witnesses. You know really really made a difference. The jury based certainly upon the facts of the case. But I think the the five accusers and the prior bad acts had a lot to do with his conviction and Cosby's convicted so the prosecution the Weinstein trail really really wants to include these kinds of witnesses but for longtime it's not clear whether or not the judge is going to allow them. And then he rules the Manhattan. DA's office has said it's going to call what we say are three prior bad act witnesses that means other women. More women's voices are going to be heard in the course of this trial..

I've been adding a lot of new services to the practice. I had received my board certification in functional medicine in April and ever since. Then I've been implementing the things that I've been wanting to implement over the three and a half years that I was doing that training through Cleveland Clinic. So we've had a lot of changes, and my staff has been super-duper about hanging in there with accommodating and bringing in all these different new therapies pay. So we just installed a new backtrack table. It's called back on track. And it's very unique. It's one of the only type of decompression tables where the patient is face up, but sort of in a recumbent. You know, so their knees are bent. So they're not like flat out straight. You know? And and it has twenty seven different protocols for stretching out the low back so anybody with spinal stenosis, anybody who has sciatica anybody who's got a disc problem in their back. It's it there's a protocol for for anything and everything to do with the low back, right? And it also the company also produces something called neon track. Like like your knee. Right. So the knee gets strapped onto this kind of like on a forest plate, and it distracts and opens up the knee, and the people that have been using these two products since we just installed it on this past Monday have just been loving it. It just is really changing the dynamic of their healing. Sure. So very exciting. And we also are officially getting going with our regenerative medicine. So the two modalities that just talked about the backtrack shin and the need traction device that we have fits in extremely well with the patients who come in with debilitating the pain. Yeah. These therapies are very gentle and they're adjunctive therapies to the regenerative medicine. Cellular therapy that we're doing to help the tissue regenerate. So you don't want to just go somewhere and just get a shot, and then kind of be left to your own devices to try to figure out how to manage your recovery. These things actually make the shot work better by helping put motion through the tissue. Even though sometimes that tissue is sore, but it's very comfortable for the patient and the outcomes are much much better. So you've got a I I was thinking about this. You've been doing this for a few years. Now, did you ever imagine you've gotten to this point? Oh, I know every time you come in there. Something new you're talk about it. I was just having this conversation with a gentleman this morning about. I'm fifty eight years old. I've been at this thirty four years, and I I have no sign of slowing down because technology is just opening so many doors science and technology for people to live much, happier and healthier lives. You know, pain-free lives maintaining high function well into their eighties. It's it's so exciting. I. Getting the doctor Lucia Evans, she's with Evans chiropractic pain relief laser clinic here in new Berlin. Their phone numbers. Two six two seven eight five zero five four one. Well, you know, the holidays are just round the corner, and you have some specials to pass along. We absolutely do. We are. We have massage therapy in our clinic and are massage therapists name. Greta, she's amazing. And she does all different types of massage. We get every patient that gets a massage with her. I have heard only good things, you know, that people who like it deep tissue. She can accommodate that people who like it a little softer. She helps out a lot with our joint patients because when you haven't moved your knee for a long time. If for example, those tissues need to be massaged out in loosened up, and she's an expert with that. She does a great job. So we all for Christmas for our patients were offering to massages for the price of one. Especially if people mentioned W, I s n you know, we always like to hear that. And so are our massage rate is eighty dollars for one hour. And if they call and mentioned WFAN, they get two for one nice. And I can't think of a better name for somebody to do a massage. Then greta. Perfect is perfect. I had to throw that in exactly this is one of my favorite because you always have some really interesting stories to pass on what happened the last couple of weeks. Oh my goodness. Okay. So we have obviously we treat a lot of people with knee pain, and I've had a a woman, and she came in and she had actually traveled to another state to have stem, cell injections, and she had her stem cell injections in may. And of course, you went to out of state. So all she did there was had these injections, and then she just came back and was kind of just waiting for the results to be that she had no more pain and she had better function internee, right? Yeah. And so her daughter actually called the office and said, you know, this isn't doesn't seem to be working. You know, what can you do to help her and checks he came in? And she was limping quite severely, and she was using a cane, and I you know. Started examining her and stuff. And I was like my goodness. It seems like you have you know, one leg shorter than the other one anatomical labeling difference. Right. And she had never had a surgery. She had had some trauma up broken ankle on the other. You know, the other side not on the bad knee side. But on the other on the on the right ankle and her I'm left knee was what was bothering her. So we worked her up gave her a complete exam like we give to everybody, and she had one and a half inch leg links difference while I know if I'm like holiday, the heck I know is really extreme for somebody to not have caught that for that long. You know, she's sixty seven years old. And so anyway. Is this a case in point where obviously she has a mechanical problems, all knees. Are you know, a mechanical problem, if the if the doctor's office at you're going to his in dealing with that, you know, I don't care what you put in their liquid gold, whatever it's not gonna help. If the patient isn't walking to have the whole life. I don't know. I don't know. So that weird. I don't know. What would cause that is could it be? Well, well, it probably something on the ankle on the right injury. Probably had something to do with it. She may well have just grown differently. She was on the tall side. She's six eleven or five eleven. Five eleven. So sometimes tall people are more prone, not growing symmetrically. But anyway, so we're definitely going to be taking care of that issue. And we've already started, and she's already feeling better been using the laser and doing some of the different massages, and I've been adjusting and working on her ankles in her hips, and you know, she's already feeling better. Sure. But you know, we have to obviously deal with evening are out. So that she bears weight equally on both legs. But when I see stuff like that. And I've seen other people where you know, they go somewhere, you know, for one thing. And they think that one thing is going to help, you know, get rid of their joint pain, and I. Big with you for the last couple of months now talking with you. You're so passionate about this. I mean, you're not trying to throw therapies at people. Let's try to figure something out. Oh, you're an inch and a half era. Well, you know, basic stuff like that you got to figure out. Why is a person sick? Yeah. Why has the joint failed? Why is it worse on one side than the other? You know, it's like doing detective work you really have to figure out the mechanism. If you know, whatever it is. I mean, and then I saw another woman the poor thing as cervical dystopia, and she's been on steroids for asthma for years and steroids are really hard on the brain and the nerve tissue doctors know that. But you know, if somebody can't breathe, right? You gotta do something. But right now, there's so many other things that she can do, and we just we got her on an anti inflammatory diet, and we, you know, giving her some other supportive nutrients for her nervous system. We're using the laser on the muscles over next. She is going to still work with her neurologist, but I'm working closely with her neurologist to just do some more natural things because some of her illness is tied into some of the medications that they've been using. So we're backing off on some of those. You know and just approaching this a little bit differently, and she's already feeling better too. And we've only been working with her for three weeks. Yeah. It's just being willing to do it. But also doing that detective work and saying, you know, because I also see a lot of people who are on different medicines that you know, and people know this, you know, that their side effects to medicine, but sure sometimes they don't realize that there's a better alternative that. They don't have to be suffering. That's good stuff at running out of time here once again because you're going to be back in a couple of weeks. You get the two for one on massages from Greta, exactly she's awesome. She's gonna hate me. I'm sorry. Is that you could check out this website. It's a new Berlin.

"When it comes to show business. So much of the metoo in times up movements have been driven by the stories of women in Hollywood saying powerful men harassed abused them. Six. Additional women are coming forward with allegations against les. Moonves Weinstein has been under investigation stemming from accusations of sexual misconduct by actresses Lucia Evans and pas de LA Puerta will later today. A criminal case will get underway in the far reaches of Massachusetts on tuck it this time the accusations come from young man who says he was abused by the actor Kevin Spacey. ABC's? Erin Katersky is out in front of the courthouse right now. And so I mean have been several accusations leveled at Kevin Spacey. Right. This is the only one that's made its way to a court. What are we talking about though, he's been investigated as far away as the United Kingdom? But Brad he is going to face arraignment on an indecent assault charge for allegedly sexually assaulting a then eighteen year old busboy at a restaurant here. It was the busy summer of twenty six. Eighteen this island, cold and windy now triples in size in terms of population in the summers, and like many restaurants, they're staffed by a high school in college kids. Kevin Spacey was staying here in the summer of two thousand sixteen and was at club car, and that is where according to court records, he encountered this busboy plied him with drink after drink after drink and then invited him repeatedly back to where he had been staying. And eventually these to move near the piano at the bar, and that is where according to court records, the busboy told police Kevin Spacey unzipped his pants and started to grow his genitals the encounter lasted three minutes. And that's a duration of time. That Spacey's attorneys are likely to use to question why the busboy didn't move away. But to hear him tell it he froze it was a crowded bar. And he was stuck. Well, so what are going to be the key issues here? Right because because part of the stems from the fact that this young man videotape this encounter he was snapped. Chatting a short video and ended up sending it to his girlfriend. I it's from what we hear tough to to make out, but the busboy says it is video of the alleged encounter with Kevin Spacey. And it really appeared to to freak him out. He told his family he had been staying here with relatives. He told his younger sister at the time. And eventually he went to police and in that duration is where Kevin Spacey's defense team is planning to pounce. They've already tried to get the case thrown out for lack of evidence. They have also started to question why it took them a year to go to police. What have we heard from Spacey? Because because all I saw was that bizarre video on Christmas Eve, of course, believed everything and it just been waiting with baited breath to him. He confessed all it was a. Strange response to save the least despite all the pumping hawk the animosity the headlines the impeachment without a trial despite everything despite even my own death. I feel surprisingly good. But only his lawyers have been doing the talking. They tried unsuccessfully to get him to waive his appearance here for his arraignment. The judge says he has to be here. And so it's bringing unusual January bustle to this tiny sleepy island and Spacey's indicated he is going to plead not guilty. These charges could leave him facing up to five years in prison. Thank you. Erin. Thank you..

"All right. You know what else? Well, we haven't had any Weinstein news in a while. So what say we do that on Thursday, the judge overseeing Harvey Weinstein's criminal case dropped. One of the six criminal counts levied against the former movie producer that change of committing criminal sex act in the first degree resulted from the allegations of the former actor, Lucia Evans who alleged who alleged that Weinstein had forced her to perform oral sex on him in two thousand four when she was a college student. But according to the times prosecutors acknowledged that they had discovered inconsistencies in statements made by one of the accusers. And what I heard coming in here is she had apparently Evans had admitted to a friend allegedly that she did that willingly, and they didn't want that to come out in the hearings to five down to five. So he could call his wife like Weinstein and can go. Things have been pretty rough, but we're down to just one hand. News hands anymore. Just five with the one gal. Right? And then there's bevy of others. But with the one down on one hand too shabby. Is she the main one, or is there going to be a whole. I mean, I is there a main one. I don't know. "Asia are gento who's in an italian film actress and director said that she didn't speak out until now because weinstein forcibly performed certain acts on her because she feared weinstein would crush her i know he's crushed a lotta people before she said that's why this story in my case twenty years old some of them are older has never come out that's despicable justice pick up oil last week the new york times in a powerful report by jodie kanter in megan to he revealed multiple allegations of sexual harassment against weinstein a story that led to the resignation of four members of his companies all male board and it led to wind steam being fired from his own company stories a lot more complex than that and there is more to know and more to understand and in the course of a ten month investigation apparently thirteen women between the 1990s in two thousand fifteen weinstein had sexually harassed or assaulted there's also allegations that corroborate and overlap with the times revelations this guy is it's not just that he's been fired from his own company and and now the you know the lead his the mask has been torn off his face he could face serious jail time for this three women among them are gentle and a former aspiring actress named lucia evans or lose sia evans said that weinstein actually raked them and then it goes into graphic details of some of the things he did but unwanted touching in all kinds of other assault.
