Yeah, like everything else since then, as much as we all like the acclaimed, putting them with the Gun Club did them no favors. It didn't make them better. It didn't make the tag division better. So now here we are. The Gun Club gets the titles. They get the titles and they're not over when they get the titles. They don't get over until they cough them up with the many men insurance. Like that's backwards. Jungle Boy Luchasaurus. Oh, yeah. That match was fucking great. Was the other tag team. Like Gun Club gets the titles. Nobody gives a shit. And then they do the many men entrance and we're like, yo, and then we don't see them for weeks. Oh, God. So now we get to this match where it's like FTR, they're back and we're excited because we haven't seen them in a while. And it's just like Jared and Lethal. They were free agents. They played that up a ton. All this. But Jared and Lethal. And I have nothing against Jared and Lethal as a tag team because. They've done well with their spot. They have. But this is double or nothing. This is the match I asked for. This isn't. You have the best tag division in the world. Right. Stack it. Like this, this isn't the match you bring FTR back when you have the best tag division in the world, like Bucks. Cool. They're into something. The Lucha Bros really aren't doing a damn thing. You had Ozzy. They're always champions. They're always champions. Where do people watch? Where is this air? How can I see this shit? I don't know. Stu Grayson did fucking. I mean, those are moments that you're like, yo, this feels like a go home show. This was like, what are we doing? Like this whole go home show, Jade and Taya. Jade's at the top of the ramp. Taya and Lady Frost, they had a good match. Yeah, they had a good match. It was like two weeks ago. Yeah, they just came out and stared at her. Just looked at her. What? Yeah, Cole had the contract signing, which is all right. I mean, it's always a good contract signing. That's cool. Sabu came out. It was like a quick cheap pop. Yeah, like, hey, Sabu. And if you really think about it, I think this is pop Tony more than anything else, because Tony always talks about when he went to ECW with his dad, the first person they saw was Sabu. And his dad was very, I think I've talked about this with Tony before. I can't remember if it was on this show or somewhere else. But his dad was like, is he Middle Eastern? And they found out later. The the women's match, you know, they announced Jamie Hader versus Tony Storm, which kind of comes out of nowhere because you thought she was hurt. Whether she was hurt or not. Good angle. You didn't really do anything to set up Tony Storm versus Jamie Hader because you never separated Tony Storm from the rest of the outcast to be the one to challenge Jamie Hader. So when they announced the match, because all this time I'm thinking it's going to be a six woman tag. Yeah, because I was like, I guess they're not doing a title switch and a title match at all. I thought they were doing the six woman tag on Dynamite. They were supposed to, but that's when Jamie Hader got hurt. OK, so they've announced it. So I'm assuming she's cleared because they have the graphic of Jamie Hader versus Tony Storm. But OK, if she's hurt, tell me the story of how we got to Tony pushing, you know, getting pushed out like, hey, Saraya's like, yo, go get that title because you were interim champ. Fuck that. Get the real title. Something. They gave me nothing. Yeah. So there's nothing there. Orange Cassie is going to work 21 other people at the Battle Royale, which this only pisses me off because a lot of those people in there had other programs that could have been matches. Well, again, another issue, right? Jay White's in there. Who? I've seen a few of the names. Ricky Starks is in there. I'm trying to find the full line. They don't have the full lineup yet. We don't know who's all in this match, which means everybody else is losing. If they're not announced, they're losing. So you have Orange Cassie about to whoop 21 other people. Now, if you're a big guy, you're like, this is fun. Yeah. If you if you're going to establish a feud within that battle, it makes sense. But for the most part, it's like, well, everybody else could be doing something else. Half of that match is going to be my popcorn break. Yeah. You know, oh, shit, it's not at the MGM. I had the most delicious popcorn at the MGM. But no T -Mobile. It's going to be a T -Mobile. I'll be at Shake Shack. Shake Shack. So there's that match. We haven't gotten into predictions, but I'm going to explain what I'm doing. This is very long winter. I'm sorry, but I'm explaining what I'm doing in a second. Then you announce Christian versus Wardlow. And in my head, I go, I just saw that motherfucker get buried alive. Yes. Why is he in the title match? Well, because he wants to be. "Christian may have come out of that few better, even though he got buried. Which is where you get buried alive. You come out and he's like, I'm challenging for the TNT title. We'll talk about that in a second. Sammy Guevara, is he with JS? They don't even acknowledge this anymore. Right. But his character has been missing something for so long. The weird two week narrative of him becoming buddy, buddy with MJF to then not be friends and impossibly laying down like that didn't follow. That didn't go over at all. Actually, I think it actually worked to a degree because what it ends up setting up for the Four Pillars matches, there's an alliance between the three of them where they're like anybody with MJF. And that's what it's leading to. I'm fine with that. Sammy and Guevara Jungle Boys promos have been so bad for different reasons. Jungle Boys has just been bad. Right. He can't keep up with MJF on the mic. Sammy Guevara has been like teetering between babyface and heel. And it's like, what are you? And without the JS and without Jericho, like they don't even again, they don't acknowledge him. They act like he don't even exist. Where does he go after this? Exactly. Do you just go back to JS and act like nothing happened? They're not helping you. Nobody from there. Your crew hasn't said a fucking word. It's weird and disjointed. But then you have MJF, who obviously cooks everybody every week. But then you have Darby, who's a true star of this feud. He is the one that's actually kept this thing together. But is he in line with resume to be a main title challenger? No, he's been with Sting for so long, he's had a run, but he's done nothing to say he's in the top 10 challengers of this time. They don't do rankings anymore. No, just challengers. Like if you be like, who has a legit shot to challenge MJF? He's like number 11. If they would have did what I thought and say they had MJF work Sting and destroy Sting, then you could have built to something. He could have. I'm going to stay on that shit for like ever. Like MJF and Sting should have headlined Double or Nothing. It's grown on me a lot this week. But if you would have announced MJF versus Sting and Double or Nothing about a month and a half ago, I bet you they would have sold at least 2000 more tickets. I bet you. This show would have been because you don't know if Sting's going to retire. Exactly. So it's that thing of like, yo, is this his last shot at holding a title? Is this the last hurrah? MJF could have cut promos and retire in his old ass. And you're a relic from the 90s on the new thing. There's so much there. I was just thinking about this. I was like, damn, that would have been like good. You could have hit Sting's limitations by making it a no DQ, a no holds barred, whatever you want to do. You could have hit his limitations, had him jump off some crazy shit, and the fans would have been all in because maybe you put Sting's career on the line. Maybe you don't. But whatever it is, MJF cutting promos on Sting is like grandpa and all this shit. Sting don't even got to fucking be there every week. He shows up and it means something. You know what you should do? You put him in the rafters, watching everyone. You go back to that. Oh, shit. There was so much in the match itself, because what AEW doesn't realize and Tony Khan in particular is like, even though that match, if you put it on paper, there's going to be some people like, that's not going to slap. Make sure everything else slaps. Because if you go back to Hogan and Rock, that was a very limited move set between two wrestlers at WrestleMania. But if the fans were so invested in it, it didn't matter. The build matters sometimes. The build matters. People remember the build more than the match. And they're going to love Sting. Sting getting MJF in the Scorpion Deathlock. Oh, my God. And the fans going nuts. I mean, there would have been so much there. Now, MJF cheating with the bats. Whatever you got to do. But if you completely annihilate Sting at the end of that, one, I say this all the time, MJF is a clear heel now, not like, oh, we kind of like him. Ironic heel. He's an asshole. That's a legend. Darby crying over Sting's body. Now you set up Darby versus MJF and now it means something. Now it's not just about that title. It's about Darby getting revenge. Like, if you're not too late for that. Well, to do it? No. But this is your this is supposed to be a WrestleMania. You should have announced this in like the end of February or the middle of March. That way you can sell tickets to a marquee match really without announcing the rest of the card. You have a match that people are going to like. I want to see that because not only do you get the A .W. fans, you get the old heads. Oh, Sting's in a title match. Yeah, Sting's in a title match. Who wouldn't want to see that? We're putting that on SportsCenter IG, like 100 percent, like on some real that does crazy numbers. It's nuts because it's Sting's last ride. You know what I have to cover this weekend for SportsCenter IG? What? WWE. Of course. Cristiano Ronaldo is giving out the trophy. Yes. Or giving out the new title. Yeah. At least with Sting, there's like a nostalgia element. But this doesn't do anything for anybody. The other match that was announced, FTR versus Jared Lethal, it's the same thing. It was like, yo, they just signed it. Aussie Open. Yes. Granted, one of them is hurt. Sure. Who cares when they come back and the tag division is loaded. And when I say the tag division is loaded, this is a fucking loaded. Someone it's been a loaded division since the day they launched. Yes. And they fucked up L .A .X. Whatever they did. But now they have Aussie Open. Cool. You put that in there. And then FTR, when you have FTR, Young Bucks and Lucha Bros at the top, it's going to be a loaded division forever. You got so many people. But now the possibility of Red Dragon coming back, right. The possibility of. Just House of Black separating and being a tag team and Malachi Black going up like that them to as a tag team is fucking insane. Like you have a division that goes eight, nine, ten deep of really good tag teams. And they've done poorly with there's no other way to hide. They've done poorly with this division the past two years, not that Swerve and Keith Lee weren't good. I wouldn't say two years. I think Swerve and Keith Lee just wasn't a tag team. No, but but that those masses were really good. I would say after Swerve and Keith, they fumbled. But they didn't give Swerve and Keith the Young Bucks. They didn't give them the Lucha Bros in a program. They didn't give them FTR. So I'm not saying they messed up by putting the belts on them, but they never wrestled the other established top five tag teams you have. Well, I think they're in the issue is I'll say it was good until, like, sadly, the acclaim getting the titles was kind of like the beginning of the end of what was going on because the acclaim was super over. Great. But the reason why they got over it, I think it was an ironic like, oh, we really like them today. And they got really hot. And then it was like, all right, we're going to put the titles on Arthur Ash Stadium. And it changed the trajectory of the division to where it was like, OK, well, who's going to take the titles off of them? The Gun Club. That's when the division took a shit, in my opinion. Yeah, because Lucha Bros easily could have came. Anybody, anybody, anybody. It would have been OK. Anybody. But the Gun Club.

That's cool Hall of Fame ceremony all got there. So the weird thing is the Hall of Fame is scheduled for four 45. It's not gonna be a 15 minute Hall of Fame. No. So that means it's like half a SmackDown gonna be the Hall of Fame. That is a, 'cause SmackDown's 5 p.m. Pacific. Yeah. Which is 7 eastern, 8 Easter, which is the normal time. Wait, they're doing the Hall of Fame before, SmackDown? I just got my calls. Maybe I shouldn't share that. Yeah, they got a list of four 45 and I was like, I don't want to see the Hall of Fame. It's SmackDown just gonna be promos and hall of fames. I would assume yes, 'cause usually like the go home show, like, you know, everybody's trying to save themselves for WrestleMania, which this raw was not like a great go home. I feel like we're already there. There's not much more you need to do. The only thing left to do is tell us what night is what? That's it. That's the only thing I care about. And I like the main event of raw this week. Yeah, it was fine. Solo and some good matches. But other than that, what else is there to do? Old Cody and Roman will have a face to face. Okay. Yeah. But I will honestly say, I've seen the kingdom when the tag team or a ladder match before, I need no more of the kingdom. I'm not the biggest fan of the kingdom. So no, anyone but them. And I won't riot. But I'm going to give my prediction. One, this match is going to be incredible. I don't see how it isn't. But top flight, man. Understand they are a WW town. But the way we've been crushing it on AW and it kind of lose a lot of those matches and everything. I think there are a team where if you want to add some credibility to them, while they're on that roster and it's not like it's pre taped, so it's not like taking away from their travel schedule, make them win this. So I'm going to pick top flight because I think they get the most out of it. Sure, Cole. I would selfishly love to see Ozzy open win, but I know that based off like the travel obligations that they have with new Japan, that's just probably not possible, but it gets us more Aussie open in AW and Ring of Honor programming. "Is, he doesn't have to put on 5, 6 stars, 7 star matches to get paid. He could be the guy without that. And he puts on great matches. I think he has too far star matches by my scale. Him and Jay match phenomenal. I think that's a 5 star match by my scale. That's something people are going to watch forever. And him and Sammy is probably the same. Yeah, I saw people debating. It was like, is this better than Sammy? I was like, these are two very different matches. Oh, that's MJF. Yeah. That's better than Sammy Roman. I agree. But I don't want to melt her this. But yeah, they're both 5 star matches. If my scale goes higher, this is a 6, the other one's a 5. You want to do that. But I just thought it was like, this was a different company that focuses on between the bills and he knows it. And MJF delivered. He delivered and then he won and then it's like he's loading and now he's going to the dynamite on bicycle. Face somebody from Winnipeg, who is going to be, it's not going to be who we think it is. A lot of people are like, is it going to be omega? No, he's going to find some. He's going to find some scrub. He's going to find himself a screw up. But this pay per view had three matches that were must watch. Like go out of your way to watch these matches. And they're every match in this car was completely different. This was an a pay per view. It was. This was a tremendous and the best part about it, the pacing was fucking on point because you had an hour match. Yeah, but I'm just saying like you went through matches and there was no like the crowd didn't have a time to die. 'cause even the 60 minute Iron Man match, it was not a boring spot in that match. But they could have died the tag team match? They could, but it was a good enough. So everything was like, but this comes down to because I agreed to a match or a event, maybe a plus. That main event. I feel like you got a grade on the main event, and then you create the whole thing, you give extra points for how good your main event was. And to a pay per view, that main event was an a plus. It's probably 8 plus pay per view. I don't know how you really get better. This was not bad. There was nothing bad here. Everything was really fucking. It just comes out to you how much is that an expectation? Well, that's because it didn't have a chance to die because the expectation for someone to match was so low that those overachieving were like, oh, well, this is great. So the build for some of them, not even in ring wide. The bill for someone was so poor. I was like, I don't really care about this. And then the match was good to great to above that. And I was like, well, now I can't like, cool. I like this because the build was so shitty. Yeah. And then some of the people right back on dining room, I was like, well, build a shitty again. Well, I mean, Keith Lee and swear. As we briefly touch on NXT and WWE, because we do got to get out of here. But I'll leave it at this is like AW has to figure this part out because now they're the new Japan company, where it's like when you're big events happen, I can't miss them because I don't care what your build is. I know these matches are going to deliver, but you got weekly television you got to get better at. Because I don't want to DVR. I already DVR Friday. I don't want to DVR Wednesdays. Yeah, like I want to feel like I need to watch it and enjoy it. But right now, watching this dynamite was a big letdown. Yeah. I watch dynamites at this point. The same reason I watched a pay per views. And that's if you promote a match that I know is going to be a banger in ring. I will tune in to dynamite. I will tune into rampage because I can't miss that match. I'm not tuning in just off rip. For the storylines. I'm really only going to tune it. If I was without the show. If I was super casual, I'd be like, oh, nope, that matches on demo. I got to tune in for that match. Lucha Bros versus you name it. But any of the FTR attitude in for that, them versus dark order for any reason. I got to watch that. Omega versus anybody? Cool. I'm tuning in, but yeah, without that. I'm not tuning in for storylines. And they have to change that. MJF's next view, hopefully. And this one was great. But in the main event storylines have been really good. When those families overseas, who that's a good guy to bring back now, pay per view's done, we're gearing up for full gear. Him versus jungle boy, full gear could really be a double or nothing. Double or not. Yes. I would love that match for that pay per view. So hopefully they go that way, not in some stupid shit. I do not need him for Sami Guevara. No, no, please got no. It could go or big Bill. They have a heel problem. They don't have enough heels that you're like, that's a good they don't. It's a lot of baby faces right now. It's a ton. We didn't know what Danielson MJF, and then the other match we'll talk about in a minute, that might be match tonight. It was like holy fuck. What is this? But these two, it was a different match. And they, man, when buddy Matthews killed was a Nick Jackson with a knee off the mountain. Oh my God. Perfect finish. These guys work their asses off. The right team won, again, it's time for Kenny Omega to go on a solo mission, but I don't know who he wrestles. There goes a good heel. Is that he should be a heel? Yes. I still got down callous. The books could be heels, too. I think callus tweeted, like, oh, we're back. We're back to our mission. Yeah, it's like, you got to go back in pursuit of what you want. He could be a heel and he could work his way because we don't need to see him and MJF right now. No. But it's funny because it's like as much as I want to see Kenny Omega his heels like, damn, he's about to fuck everybody up because if you put like Darby alligators, and he'll make a candy, maybe he's gonna win, but it's gonna be a great bag. I need him to get back to the best bout machine. I need him actually be the cleaner. Yes. But this match was, it was tremendous to write team one. They have to position more trios teams to keep House of black busy. Yeah, 'cause it could be the best Friends in orange chassis, right? They could do something in the interim before double or nothing. I've seen enough of tough lighting here on Fox for a minute. We can find us another trios. But House of black, first of all, the repackaging of House of black, which wasn't much, but those fucking masks. Yeah. I feel like they were leaning that way anyway. They never had enough TV talk. Yeah, but now they do and the fast forward to dynamite. And Alistair black basically cutting a promo on the Titan strong and then throwing to himself and he's on the ramp. I was like, yo, this is it. These guys are perfect. The only problem with House of black is the three heels and all three of them can have solo missions. I like that. Which they should, like, malachi black should be like pick somebody. Titles. Then they go tag team titles and then malachi black goes for one of the major two. And then after that, maybe they do. Because now there's multiple ones where you can have buddy Murphy down the line, become international champion. Dude. And then a house too. Yeah. You can have them hold international TNT malakai black going for the main title. It's kind of like the new day. Yeah. And I didn't know until I saw it. I got black and Kenny Omega in the ring. I was like, I want this match. I want a singles match. That was like these two, wow. I'm perfectly fine with that being the next match. If Kenny Omega stays faced and it's cool, it's great. But I also want Kenny Omega versus Adam Cole. Cole gets hurt. For omega then gets hurt hurry up. This was this was where they were going. Yeah. I mean, Cole had back up at the time. No, I'm just going to erase no more. But it was supposed to be them versus the box. And House of black was supposed to get the titles, but they were supposed to have their own program. "What up everybody. Welcome to another episode of the corner podcast, kell dansby here. What the old man Andreas hell, we are talking wrestling. I can't believe we left it to the last show of the week. We were really been like stretching it, but it led us to having so much more to talk about because we got to watch NXT. We watched some of the build even in the storytelling on raw, which was great for WWE. In my opinion, one of their best roles of the road to WrestleMania build. SmackDown, I think, has been crushed in a raw has been lord knows. So I can't wait to talk about that here in a second. But most importantly, AW had revolution. It feels like it had been so long ago. It was just last weekend. So we did a great preview of it. We're going to talk about the entire card. We're going to talk about what happened on dynamite, which had a couple of fallouts from this. So we get to put all that together, all pro wrestling today. If you guys haven't, by the way, check out our boxing and our MMA episodes from earlier in the week. You have the return of John Jones, recap all UFC two 85. We also talked about javonte Davis and Ryan García. They had their press conferences. Talked about everything around javonte Davis. It was a great conversation. Make sure you guys check that out. Pro wrestling, Dre. Yeah. We in here. AW revolution. We're jumping right into it. Usually we say the pay per view stuff for the end. We're getting to the meat of it right now. One match I want to mention because now with some announcement, it kind of holds weight. The only match on the pre show. Mark Briscoe and the lucha Bros versus Ari daivari and the varsity athletes, Tony nese Josh Woods. Poor Tony nese. He just can't catch a break. But Briscoe and lucha Bros win Lucia Bros are great. Briscoe's getting some good TV time, AW, obviously. ROH all the way. And he's going to be a guy I expect to get a great push of the card in ROH very soon. They announced a tag team match for ROH in LA. The reach for the sky ladder match. The Crown knew ROH champions. Dedicated, of course, to Jay Briscoe. And Mark had the belts and worked, just had the belts with him. Everywhere he went. Lucha Bros are in that match. I think the match is going to be phenomenal. I don't know any of those are teams yet. Is lucha Bros winning a real possibility there? 'cause they teamed with Mark here. I don't think so. It seems like a passing of the torch. Yeah, I don't think so. I think they just, me personally, I think that Tony Khan is trying to make the best matches he can at rig of otter, because SmackDown's the same night. It's weird 'cause AW's essentially on WrestleMania territory, but they're not because it's Ring of Honor. But the sending everybody out there, but I think, I don't think Lucifer is getting relegated to ROH. And then there's a part of me that says, even if they do win, 'cause I always don't have a TV deal and honor club is $10 a month and I don't know who's really paying for that. There's a couple of people, obviously, on my Twitter, but it would be a vast majority. No, but if lucio's word when there are way titles, they show up with them on dynamite. So there's a possibility, I don't think they're going to completely divorce our ways from dynamite. I think there's some people that will still show up. So I guess it's like 30% possible. I think the lucid rules are in there because as soon as you put them in the match, you go, this is going to be fucking nuts. I love that you did 30% possible. It's like Steiner math. And I was like, yeah, that's going to be 33 in the third. 33. It's possible. There's only three teams. They get in this match. So it's exactly 33% possible that they would. Next up, Ricky Starks versus Chris Jericho. That's a good over. It was a good opener. He starts wins clean as a sheep. He needed, he was supposed to. Shenanigans. I feel like he already won before. I know, but I think this was a match. All right, first and foremost, I told about this build sucked to this whole card. This bill was like, this isn't great. A few of them were great, but this wasn't great. But when you sit down, boy, don't even matter. Like, this match happened and I was like, well, that was a lot better than I anticipated. And then I'm like, it got kind of Ricky over. Then dynamite, they transitioned to who attacked him? Oh my God. As soon as something good happens. Something bad happens. It's like held the build with shit, the match was great. Ricky's gonna be positioned in something great. You know, I feel about juice Robinson. Yeah, no. Fuck it. I'm not even getting there. It's not even the worst part. The worst part, Ricky Starks get through Jericho. It's prominent. That's above mid card. Yes. When you with Jericho? A 100%. So it's like, yo, he's getting pushed upper mid card. You're in the hangman page range of shit. You were going to get another title shot soon. Amazing. He's in the ring, cutting the promo I won. It's great.

"It doesn't, it doesn't stop the Judas pop. So, and yeah, I've also got a really bad feeling that Chris Jericho is going to win this match and Ricky Starks is going to be stuck in this feud. So that's what I'm going with. Ricky, you ready one once? Really bad gut feeling. Really? That wouldn't have this one. Samoa Joe versus wardlow. It feels like war low supposed to win. Yeah, he has to win this, right? I hope he doesn't. I know you do. You don't want to see him. I feel like there's so much more. And I know everybody's going to disagree with this. And probably the booking is going to disagree. I feel like there's much more fun to have with powerhouse albums and Samoa Joe than wardlow and powerhouse house. Because that's it feels like this direction you're going to eventually go. But I want small Joe to win. Because he's been the one consistent thing in terms of promos being on the mic when he did commentary. He was great in all facets of it. I feel like not outgrown this situation, but he's cooled off. And I don't even see him with the TNT title again. I want small Joe to win. I'm just going off what I want. So I want that. That's what I'm going to pick. I got to make sense. I think wardlow will win because ROH is picking up. Joe. I know. Joe, go home. Go to our wage, do your thing. But I don't know. You make a compelling argument for Joe Joe can come show up the next night, choke out powerhouse Hobbes, caused him that title match with the stupid sonic ring, and there goes their feud right into it. I just need this match to be good. That's it. That's all I care about. Yeah. Let me warn those pretty damn. Yeah, but I mean, Joe and Darby was really fucking good. It was. So they gotta figure this out. Cole? Yeah, I do hope that this match ends up being one of those that I feel like on paper we look at it and because wardlow's cooled off, we might not think of it as like a, oh, this is like a match that could be like one of the best of the night, but it totally absolutely could be because we know Joe can go and wardlow is a crazy fucking athlete. So build aside for wardlow, however anyone's feeling about his story cooled off or not. I think both of them have a chance to really kind of showcase and be really good in the ring. Who wins this? This is tough. And the face of the revolution not being a revolution is kind of weird. Also, powerhouse Hobbes, in his hometown, not being on the pay per view. Also weird. Why couldn't the sonic ring give him the chaos emerald to get him into the pay per view and make it a triple threat, big meeting men slap a mate, I wouldn't have hated that. I did. They did. Yeah, I mind it again. And that crowd would have been hot for it because Hobbes. I mean, they were going crazy for Hobbs, the second the latter match started. So I too, I too want to see simo win. Because I do want to see Joe and Hobbes one on one the next week. That interests me more than wardlow and powerhouse Hobbs. Unless war lows go to win and quickly drop at the Hobbs. Yeah. We shall say this quick hot potato. Next belt to talk about tag team belts. Again, the division AEW had the best of in the world when they started. This is the pay per view tag team match. The guns, aka ass boys, who are the champions, the claimed scissor me, daddy ass. Jay lethal and Jeff Jarrett, orange Cassidy and danhausen. Four tag teams vying for these belts that were all mid a couple of years, like mid years ago. What I'm saying? Months ago. What I'm saying, including the claim they're really good. But they got really good. Yes, yes. You have 6 months ago. None of these people were thought about in the tag team division. You have had lucha Bros, tough flight, LAX, like you run down the list, we were like, oh my God, this tag team is stacked. And this is what you're giving me at the pay per view. Look at the best Friends, two. There's other teeth. If you need four teams in your company, there's other teams you can still put in here. Lucha Bros and there's so many teams that could have been in here to make this a banger, so I give a fuck about this match. I'm gonna pick the gun club to win because I feel like if it ain't now, FTR is coming back and they have to face them to get the bills 'cause that's where they left off a lot. It's only just completely forgets it. Like she does Kendall stick and they just move the fuck on. I feel like they asked boys they just won the titles. They gotta win. The other two teams will stand a fucking chance. It's either they claim to the ass boys and I feel like you might as well just go with them since you started with them. And maybe finally missed, you know, daddy has turned, I don't know, but that's why it should retain their titles. I'm picking the ass, boys, too, if it matters, but that doesn't matter. "To say I quit AEW as when you were white. I mean, they can always bring them back. Yeah. But this has been, this has been a butt fumble, right? Ain't no tuck rule. This is a butt fumble of booking because as I've talked about in the show before, I don't like Tony Khan's inability to commit to something. Like he rotates, like, where's the Harvey Allen? Where's thing? They're gone. And I know you got a lot of talent, but it gives me the feeling as we get closer to these pay per views that Tony is not the boss in a way that says somebody calls and says, hey, Tony, I haven't been on for a few weeks until he's like, you're not going to be on for a few weeks more because I don't have anything for you and I got to get through this story. Instead, Tony's like, well, let me figure out how to get you on the show. And then we get a random match, and then we're like, why is this match happening? And I feel like that's why. Eddie Kingston thing, there was no reason to pull him out off a television. And now you run into this random ass fu with Ortiz. Now he's, I guess he's challenging Claudio, a Ring of Honor. Yep. And I guess there's a belt for him to win. That's not the same. Is Eddie Kingston was one of your, there was nowhere you could go. Think about this. Almost a year ago, the most iconic image to come out of double or nothing was the bloody Eddie Kingston coming down the ramp. Oh, yeah. I mean, we were there. We watched that shit happen. And at that moment, we all said, that dude's a fucking star. Some people said he might win a Grand Prix. Like that title's like right around the corner. Not only is he out of the title please, she's out of the fucking company on some quick shit? I don't understand the start and stop with so much talent. I brought up sting and Darby Allen because they're doing nothing for this pay per view. If you want to build momentum on somebody, they need to be visible. As much, I feel like it got to the point where we talk about bloated rosters, like WWE would do something where they would have a bloated roster, and they would ignore half of them. They would just be like, fuck it. None of you guys are getting on TV. AW Tony's too nice. He's not going to ignore this blow to what roster. He's going to say, you need time. He was booking dynamite and was like, I have real. I forgot all about it. Real versus Tony storm, and it's like, great. But why? Nobody knows nobody cares. Only first array interfere anyway and take up after that. But you got to build momentum for the next pay per view. You only do them quarterly now outside of life forbidden door and whatever are always things you have going on. But you have to build the next because orange Cassidy is all Atlantic. All American champion. There's nobody in the pipeline from right now. Shouldn't you be working on maybe a Darby Allen or a Lee Moriarty or somebody that can build women into that, even if it's on TV. You have Samoa Joe and wardlow, but shouldn't you build somebody to be the next to them? Because even in WWE, Cody was always waiting in the wings. Yeah. Like Gunther's got the title, they're in a weird spot, but it feels like they're going with Drew McIntyre. But some of these, they have nothing, the lucha Bros lose. Death triangle loses, where's PacMan? He just disappears from television. There is no consistency and no ability to commit, and you have these big pay per views and they don't feel big because I'm not invested in what you're building towards. And some people used to be like, you're a AW Homer, and I was like, no, bro, I like good wrestling. Like right now, I look like WWE is doing the right thing. And the AW shaky. And again, we're going to have Tony on this show. Can't wait to talk to him because he's going to get really defensive when I ask some questions. They were excuses that you had built in before. But now it's just like strange booking. Yeah. Honeymoon phase is kind of old. It's been over. You know what it feels like just a quickly, I'm trying to think of a good analogy for this because I really do feel like what's happening here is it's now there were already these issues with two varying degrees, these issues with one promotion. And now it's two, because now a Ring of Honor is going to be this, you know, weekly thing that needs to be needs to have characters and needs to have story, it needs to have production, right? It almost feels like if you like, your big video game nerd and you've had one console this whole time. And you have a PlayStation and the next thing you know, you suddenly have been gifted an Xbox randomly. And now it's like, well, now I don't know what to do with either of these do I buy this game for this console? Do I play on this? Is it better here? Is it better there? Is it the Internet work better on this? Is the hardware better on this? And it was already confusing enough to do that with a roster in one promotion. And now I'm concerned that the two of them together is going to be too much for Tony. And I know Tony is, has especially since brawl out has definitely made efforts to hire people a little bit higher up to try to make those decisions a little bit less just all on him and trying to help him out. But that process, I feel like is going to have to be accelerated even more. And once you start getting there, then comes the questions of we're already dealing with this in WWE is Triple H booking it or is Vince back, like you get into all that shit and it starts getting it can be really confusing. And for us who love wrestling, that's not the audience they need to worry about because again, we're going to show up one way or another because we like the bell to bell action. We love the pro wrestling aspect of pro wrestling.

Before we jump into WWE Elimination Chamber, which is a ton to talk about AW dynamite happened last night. Again, I've been telling you how much I've enjoyed the product lately. They've been riding their ship. This might be the worst dynamite I saw in a year, it was a weird show. It's like, yo, revolution is a week away. So not a good time to have your worst show. And we know we're getting MJF and Danielson. MJF, with another good promo. It's definitely not the problem was last week. We're still a good promo. You can't do that again. No, you can't kill people twice. But then the hangman moxie stuff is weird, how it shook out, dark water coming out. It's like, where the fuck are you guys been? That was strange. We got this really long 6 man tag where my sleep bleeding becoming is like this regular. He's gotta stop bleeding. I don't even know if he can. I don't know if Moxley can show up anywhere not bleed up. He probably believes when he goes to sleep with her name. It's like Nate Diaz car tissue. Yeah, it's absurd. So that the women's match was, this is all very strange with ruby Soho and saraya and Britt baker. This is weird. The warlord promo was like, all right, that's cool. I'm interested in the match with him and Joe because Joe has been hot, but I don't know, this dynamite was strange. Lucha Bros come back out of nowhere. I was like, where the hell have y'all been? That was weird. So yeah, I lost the feels titles and they come back and they just jump in randomly and it was like, all right, this is a weird dynamite, man. I'm looking forward to revolution, but man, that was a weird dynamite. Yeah, you look at it and they're booking rampage super strong this week kind of trying to lead into it. Which usually isn't the case. But it's on a random time. It's not their usual time slot. So you're putting all this on an hour of rampage, it's like four good matches, but how much time are they going to get? Does anyone going to see it? It's damn near our right before they go home show, I think. It's right before SmackDown. So it's one of those things where it's like, it's hard enough to give views on Friday anyway, then you should have just booked dynamite heavy and kind of have rampage to be what it normally is. I understand you have two more before it's your go home show. But it just left like a weird weird taste in my mouth and then I like the elite trios thing and of course running that back. On rampage. But now we're getting the vignettes and they did the cut in for malachi black and the house of black. And I was like, dope, but that exact structure you for Bray Wyatt like two months ago. I was like, it's not that you can't do those similar things, like it's been happening in pro wrestling forever. But if there's anyone malachi black has been so closely compared to and attached to as a character has been Bray Wyatt, I would say don't do anything brave just did. It's an awkward position for that. Greta, it should be their belts. It should be for the taking. Hopefully it's here in Vegas, and it's that nice slow build. Because you don't want to build that in a week. But I like to tease. I like how that went down. Yeah, everything just seems like a little disjointed, which is odd when you have such a good feud at the top. Usually a few at the top carries everything, but even this week I've just made an appearance, Daniel sin, it's just something is off there. And I don't know why.
