The antibody tests designed to see if you've ever been exposed to cover 19. The second test is a diagnostic test for people who have symptoms of covert or know of a direct, unprotected exposure to someone who has had covert 19. Testing is critical for not only knowing if you were positive, but also going into quarantine. If you are remember, a bit of discomfort is well worth protecting others. There are now 166 FDA approved tests on the market. That's the good news, But due to a shortage of material like swabs and re agents, it could take anywhere from 2 to 10 days to get results back. Rapid turnaround time is essential to slow spread. I'm Dr Brian McDonald KOW news radio. Postmaster General Louis de Joy testified to the Senate that it's his sacred duty to ensure election mail delivery. CBS's CAMI McCormick reports. Much of the questioning was along partisan lines. Democratic Senator Gary Peters, the Postal Service has always delivered, Mr Enjoy. I don't think you have you have not delivered in this brief tenure so far did, Joyce said. The process of moving around mailboxes has been going on for decades, and machines have recently been moved. Process more packages as letter volume has dropped. Regardless, he said, the Postal Service is ready for mail in voting. If everyone complies with the male process that we've been identifying, they're will be absolutely no issue, but he's also suspended all mail service changes for now. The postmaster general called Philadelphia one of the trouble spots because of Corona virus concerns as he was testifying. Democrats, including Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, filed a lawsuit against the joy and the Postal Service, claiming the changes will undermine mail in voting. This November. "Based on the former post office inspector general's testimony name's David. Williams. I can see how Louis de joy in incompetent person who has no expertise whatsoever in regard to the post office would need help and some coaching in the middle of his confirmation hearing. Because he's not the smartest guy and clearly doesn't have data doesn't know what he's doing. But only has one interest in mind and that's his own self interest. And Helping Donald Trump essentially rig this election. If, you're wondering at home. Well, you know he doesn't sound too bright I could see with my own eyes whether I agree or disagree with you guys politically honey get all that money. Casey remembered the number one trade to especially when you're doing government capturing crony capitalism is shamelessness. You don't need to be smart. You just Greece a couple of politicians and they give you positions where you can make tens of millions of dollars. It's really sick system, but I'll tell you Anna the one silver lining here is there overreaching and is this is a mistake not not on the election per se. The trump cult like, oh, Brazilian allergic. That's a great idea. Could steal an election on several. So supportive, we don't need to stick a democracy anyway. So I'm not talking about that I'm talking about even those guys. They like the post office and they don't WanNa pay nine dollars to send a letter they don't. So you know there's a story in the La Times about how now the post office can't keep up the did so many cuts of males piling up for the first time ever been able to deliver it on time and then sometimes there's life things in the mail like six and then and And Food and then surrounding etc, and those aren't just going down rest they're going to Republicans to, in fact I even see it in my quitter feet normally you know there are serene. Hey tweet, right but even some of them like. I do Kinda want my mail though. And now they can see slowing down, it's slowing down and they want the post office. So there you remember Joe Rogan clouding Game Rueben on this right this is the thing that even right-wingers you're scared like I. Don't WanNa pay ten bucks for every letter and I, want my mail on time this is. Oh that guy's making tons of money often and that's Crazy.

Pelosi calls on House to return to vote on bill that would stop changes at Postal Service
"Nancy Pelosi said yesterday she'd call members back from their August recess to try and pass legislation as soon as this weekend to block what they allege is the Trump Administration sabotage of the Postal Service in the run up to the election. Even the pandemic. It's expected that millions more Americans will try and vote by mail rather than go in person to their polling places. When you do all mail in voting ballots, you're asking for fraud. President Trump consistently makes false claims about voting by mail and has threatened to block any bill that contains emergency funds for the post office. Newly appointed postmaster General Louis de Joy will testify before the House next week. Prior to his appointment to Joy was a major fundraiser for the Republican Party and has a multimillion dollar stake in a company that contracts with the Postal Service.

Not sure whether or not they accomplished that mutt. They were there to offer their own. Wake up call to him because of what's happening at the post office. Bottom line. They just wanted him to hear them their message. Resign. There's no safer way for people to vote, then devote my bail. And this administration is actively Trying to dismantle that system so that people cannot vote and that flies in the face of democracy. President disagrees. The Post office says it is unable to guarantee all ballots that are mailed in will arrive on time to be counted. This protester said that she's not alone in just wondering whether or not her voters going account I've seen Tens of activity under discussion on my neighborhood Lister of actually about neighbors who have been affected and the protest this morning, the pots and pans and all banging well. It comes as the U. S. Postal Service has warned at least 46 states and the district of Columbia where that protest this morning happened. Of significant delays that could impact the 2020 election. In addition to losing money, the Postal Service saw its expenses increase during the pandemic to purchase personal protective equipment. P p Ease for Employees and replace workers who got sick. F. C. east but Josh out I think right now the jets have a better not to make the jump higher than the bills because I I I I just like Sam Donald better I think it's going to be a much better in year two anything at Sam gays or Adam gaze working with them at quarterback as a cat as a head coach I think they they'll they'll have a chance to maybe get the six or seven when the bills have a chance obviously to get a little bit better again we will see how it all comes together with Josh and go the dolphins are just do yeah I I don't really agree to be honest I mean I agree with the part of the dolphins are doomed Josh Rosen was my least favorite quarterback of that twenty eighteen class it was Donald I get it like Donald was the higher pick the jets have levy on by older in a bigger market to just in general but yeah we talk about Josh owns inaccuracies and how that was an issue last year it was the highest percentage of un casual passes on targets one to twenty yards down the field last year Elmo's fourth at twenty three point eight percent Darryl the wasn't that far behind he was eighth at twenty percent so you know that the amount of one casual passes along through yards one through twenty twenty three point eight percent Arnold twenty point I mean I it is you will get the jets to I'm not an Adam gase guy all I just don't think you prioritize talent you prioritize his scheme in his culture over anything else and the way he rotates running backs to how he under utilized Kenyan Drake last year with levy on bell there surely he's got targets Robbie Anderson I really like him on the outside they have a great defense the Williams brothers they're not actually brothers a defensive tackle Leonard Williams and Quinton Williams with Jamal Adams I mean that that is a very good defense to don't get me wrong I just the jets seemingly are the favorite over the bills and that's the consensus across the national media and I just I don't agree I think you know I'll take the ravens I like the ravens by the buffalo right now in the AFC I like Cleveland too but awful to me is right there with New York and I guess it really comes down to do you like and one do you like it Arnold I'm more of an ailing guy for sure I bowl I like that both of them have mobility that's kind of quarterback but I want someone that even without great weapons can still make things happen that's why I didn't like Rosen I guess it is your preference I'm more of an ailing guy over Donald and I think the bills roster is very much aren't even strength without with the jets wants to get to a caller here real quick we got Greg in Georgia joining the night cap would be I'll see what's UP Greg Hey a few minutes ago you were talking about the channels that were playing them the end of the year and I can remember back and I'm I don't know exactly but it was in the seventies and maybe early eighties when it was the A. F. C. that was the on NBC and the was on CBS because I can remember that if you turn to the west as a bills fan if you turned on the TV and Dick Enberg and Maryland open were your broadcasters you knew this was a big game for the bill because they were like the two pre near broadcasters and Bob Costas within their that's where he got his start on the NBC thought look at that yeah Hey Greg what's your if you had to choose one favorite theme of all these networks on game day which one would you go with favorite theme yeah leave a favorite theme song of all on CBS fox Sunday football Monday Night Football which one got you most you stop for football I probably have to say that Hank Williams junior seems junior Monday Night Football theme art thanks for the call Greg I could not I don't do yeah that that will never really got me that hyped up on a Monday Night Football I I'm more so with the jingles I don't like the I mean I should say I don't like about the Kerry under one son and I seem I'm more so the the jingle after that that's that's what really I associate football with not Carrie Underwood not that actually you know not the actual performances from singers the songs that really that really carry my night through not the ones that get it started yeah exactly so let's get to some audio here Paul Hamilton down at the field during the blue and red practice at new airfield for the bills he talked with Josh and one this is the night cap on WGR let's get to Josh chiller now down the field Paul Hamilton how does.

"Dave, thanks for taking some time today. Man, we really appreciate it. Plus your husband, going Brian, doing well, doing well, so explain this to me. Why can't the blues who have been a great team, obviously in this postseason one win away from winning the Stanley Cup final? Why can't they win a game on their home ice? Yeah. That was the opportunity and it kinda just hearken back to the first round for me. I'm based in Toronto and I was fully aware of an opponent having an opportunity to knock out the Boston. Bruins in game six of a playoff series on whole nice and missing the chance to get it done and seeing what happened. And obviously, the, the Bruins were down three two to the Maple Leafs there in the first round Toronto had an opportunity on whole nights in game six. They even went up one nothing in that game. And then they couldn't close the deal in Boston went onto win game seven and I just wonder if we're gonna see a similar story line play out here in the Stanley Cup finals to me when you have an opportunity to close out on home ice. That's when you wanna see a team get it done. You never wanna go back to the other teams building, especially it seemed like Boston. That is playoff tested. They've got experienced they're very good in game seven especially on. I think you're playing with dynamite when you do that. But, you know, give give boss credits. The way they played in game six. They looked a lot better than they didn't game five it put a good push on the I ten minutes, they got the first goal and then they pretty well Klug things up and didn't really let to say Lewis get to too many opportunities to get it to harass Rasmus, good. But I don't think he had to be spectacular really. And we're gonna see now if, if say Louis kind of away their opportunity when they get together for game seven on Wednesday night in Boston. Dave, what have you made of to grasp performance in this postseason because that was one of the question marks fair unfair that people that were pulling for the Bruins head heading into this postseason is what to go where you're going to get what have you made of his performance where it seems like the Bruins win this thing he's going to win, the Conn, Smyth think that's fair to say, I think, in terms of what could have we got. I think we've gotten the best to of all time. I think he's playing his best hockey that he's ever played the National Hockey League really since game three of the Toronto series. He wasn't real good in the first two three games. But since then he's been he's been tremendous and he was very good last night. I mean he just the trans at Saint Louis God. To me to just had that look of goalie where the puck is nothing to go in the net like it just doesn't matter what kind of a chance, you have gonna go in that even even at Saint Louis did get really tacky. We go into net. It went like an inch over the line, but he's still need to save this to have with was was an issue to into the net. So that's how dialed in. To get has been and it goes back to, I guess the way they approach the goaltending in the regular season he only played forty five forty six games in the regular season. They really split the deal with your whole life, especially earlier in the year when he played well too, and people were wondering. Well, what's the deal is to loss? Step is is is game gone away from a little bit figured it out. And now we're seeing to good is best. And I think at his best in terms of energy level as well because they didn't wear him down in in the regular season. So I think it boss and goes on to win to me to the, the unquestionable cons might winter rechannel, Jay McCarthy from siriusxm NHL radio. You can fall much wetter at David McCarthy. Okay. So we saw the game five where Bruce Cassidy had the weird lineup because of the fact that char was coming off the jaw injury. And they had the seven defensemen now lesson that he goes back to the traditional alignments with the twelve words. And he decided to go with Carson Coleman. The rookie over the veteran assistant captain David Backes, the former blue for that storyline on and on and on. But what is it that Carson Cooman? And of course he scored to make it three one. What is it that Carson Coleman gave that Bruins offense of force? If you will, what is hit that he brought to the series, that nobody else has been able to give to this Bruins team so far like playing alongside crazy. We saw. Yeah. It was an interesting decision. He hadn't played since April the thirtieth alarm I'm well over a month. And kumons the guy that they went with early in the playoffs. He was played on that crazy line with the broad in the Toronto series. And then he kind of spell out a favorite baggage worked his way in, and then we didn't hear him. I got set for over a month. I, I like the fact that he went back to twelve and six that's never a big fan of eleven seventy. I think you essentially rendered three guys moot senior lineup. You can't really use the fourth line because he got two guys, you're trying to make somebody in and just get them a shift here. And there and you've got seven defenseman. This kind of just sitting there gathering dust. I see why did kids Charleston get through the game. He didn't want to be down to five percents, but it's just it's not a recipe that I like so I think was smart and Kuhlman. He brings an element of, of speed and skill that, that maybe back at stuff necessarily have, and I guess he tried to, to fight. I guess fire with water is to use the to use a metaphor as opposed to fire with fire bags got that likes to play top, and gritty and heavy, and that's the way Saint Louis de likes to play too well in Kuhlman you got, you got a guy who's a little bit more speedy a little bit more skilled, and he is going to try to engage in St Louis, physically to the same extent that back is what he's going to look for his lanes. He's gonna look for opportune. Unity's togethers and speed. And he's gonna look for some open areas. Get shots a little bit farther out what he did last night, and work. I don't know. I wouldn't say cooling dominated the game, but he was able to make an impact. And you know, one of the things that Boston's been looking for over the course of the playoffs is a right winger to play with crazy and abreast. And if, if they found out about say cool, then it'd be gets the opportunity to get in game seven good for them because I didn't balk biggest issue Brian in the Stanley Cup, final specifically is that they haven't been able to get anything done it even strength. The power plays been tremendous, but they haven't been able to get anything done at even strength the pasternack. Oh last night. The perfection line is we refer to as the version of marshawn pasternack unit pasteurize goal was only the second point that those three guys that got out even straight combine this series. The first one was marshawn empty net goal in game one. So it's shows you that really the biggest thing to me that I think bosses lacking right now is production. And even straighten that falls on the personal unit that falls on the credit union to me. Yeah, that's interesting because I even felt like during that first period after the Bruins Marshon has the goal to put them up one thing and that was a five on three opportunity to. So after that felt like the second half of the first period and almost felt like the dam was going to break because the blues were putting pressure on the Bruins, and the Bruins weren't able to keep up and we've seen throughout the series that you just alluded to the blues have been the better team and even strength situation. So I almost feel like people are going to look at this game last night. Thank all the Bruins are going home. They're in good shape, but it still feels like to me. And maybe I'm off base made it, they found something in third period. But even that Carlo goal was kind of a cheap. That was a weird situation hit off the gate and whatnot. I almost feel like the blues in even strength situations in the blues going into Boston, where they've already been good this series. I still feel like the blues and the better team the series despite to win last night for the Bruins you agree or disagree with that. No, I agree one hundred percent. And you know it was funny out through game five. All I thought of the local Boston media and really don't get me started on that was winding complaining and moaning. I mean, this team doesn't need a PR stuff. They've got dozens working in the local media, but it was all about. Oh, how can you not call a penalty on the Bose trip Atari got got tripped? And they went and score. Okay. Well, that's nice but you know what you scored one goal in the game. Right. And you're not getting anything done at even strength all series long. So if Bershad marshawn Pasternak had been performing at the level that, that they had earlier in the playoffs and intro to regular season, worried about a missed call because, you know, you're, you're producing you're you're getting stuff done your score and three four times a night when you're scoring one goal. It's pretty difficult to win hockey. And so to me, that's the biggest issue was has been Boston's inability to get into done at even strength. And it's a big big concern going into. To game seven that you're essentially relying on the power play. So if I'm Saint Louis of I'm Craig Baru bay ill option. Number one edict number one is stay out of the penalty box. Do not give them an opportunity with the man advantage. And if they can do that, if they can, you know, stay out of the box. I, I like St Louis chance because I think it even strenght guys. I think they have been maybe not even just slightly. But I think significantly better than the Bruins rechannel j McCarthy from Sirius XM NHL radio. Follow Dave on Twitter at David McCarthy. Dave. Why do you think that's been because I look at it maybe it's just the defense of the blues has been that outstanding like, for whatever reason, and we heard the rumors about Marcia, maybe a hand injury, whatever it may be looked fine on that reshot shot last night on the power. So I don't know how much of that Colin Perico. I just feel like the Bruins cannot answer that riddle. They cannot figure that riddle out where Marshon really up until so that goal is not even relevant for most of the series is just that the blues defence is that good. That's what we're seeing in the series. That's why they're struggling so much. Look, look at if you look tactically, what marshawn has to deal with it even straight. He's coming down the left wing most of the time. See what he looks up. He's seeing other, Colton parade or Alex Betrand slow in both those guys are essentially playing half the game. So one of the other is usually on the ice. And they're both monsters of men, right there shooting people they've got reaches like you wouldn't believe, and they can both move around. They can get up and down the ice. It's not like and, and this is not a slight on char because I really respect type of player that he is at his age and what he's going through with a broken jaw. But the way you expose v at this point is career is your dump it into his corner, and you make him move, and that's where you can get out of it's not the most fleet of foot guy anymore, that's where you can really expose them a little bit on. Especially if you can run some, you know, accidentally on purpose interference on Charlie McEvoy to prevent him from helping out, but, but, but Perico and potential can both move so that, that's not an option to try to to get at them. It's difficult. If you're marshawn to contend with those guys, I think that's why he's had a hard time at at. Strength. I think if the blues were to win Stanley Cup, I think portraying slow to me would be. Probably one on my list of candidates. I think rhino Riley would be right there as well. But I think portrayal has been under underrated for the type of impact that he's had on this series because it's not all points in production oh to him. But the, the impact that he has a game that doesn't show up on the score sheet. I think is what we're talking about. It's, it's completely rendering. That perfection line imperfect so to speak, and that's Boston's bread and butter. All right day before I let you go, I got about thirty seconds. So your prediction game seven blues. Bruins. But besides that yawn is a podcasting consultant speaker, and really awesome, dude, very knowledgeable guy, and we dive into all things podcast growth related. We tackle this at the very beginning. Listen in for that makes you not making those mistakes number two the three t's principal. That's yawn explains. And this is basically a way that you can analyze what you're doing fix it tweak, its modify it's and it's definitely really want to implement. Right at this episode and last but not least topic upgrade strategy that he has used his clients. I have also use my clients. I didn't know exactly what it was. So he explained it. And then I was like oh crap. I use that too. And it's really awesome and actually works. And basically, it helps you grow your Email lists. So I'm actually going to start using it a lot more. Now that I spoke with on about it. So enjoy the episode. Take knows listen and be sure to text three four five three four five. And when you text number you're gonna techs, though, three letters F P S F in FOX P as in purple S as in Sarah techs, f PS two three four five three four five, and you're gonna get the link to jahns private Facebook groups called the podcast growth mastermind. Really awesome group that I'm part of joint yawn and there, and if you're not in the US or Canada, you can just go to Facebook dot com and type in podcast growth mastermind and. Check it out there. Either way getting the group share your thoughts and feedback on the podcast. And we'll talk to you later piece. All right. So what is going on welcome back? This is Lewis, and I'm joined today by a guy I've been following online for a few years, but never got never got a chance to connect with them until a few weeks ago. And it was a very pleasant surprise. Sometimes you meet people, and they're not what they seem to be a light. But that definitely wasn't the case here with with young Eluned yon. How're you doing my friend Lewis? I'm pompton. I'm happy. I pass the test. I heard some things about you before. And I was like even met you through some Utah friends, and they're like yawns awesome. I'm like, okay. Great. So is not there's no from there. So you pass testing before you even met you kind of because a good reviews from natural friends so to here. Yeah. Always good yet. You don't wanna hit the opposite? Right. All right. So before I'm sure not everyone on this. Call or listening to this podcast is familiar with your work you on. So I'd love to dive in. But I want to give some just some background context about you. And kind of what you you do. I the first cool thing that I learned about you yawn is that you are a polyglot if I'm saying that rights, and you speak Italian English, French German and some finish. So I feel really barest like one and a half language. That's awesome. I really wanna we just before we go on. How did how long did it? Take you to learn all those languages. Yeah. That's a great question. Well, how people may gas from my accent English is not my mother tongue. And that's because I'm originally from the Italian speaking part of Switzerland. And I had the Lockhart surely of being born in Switzerland, which is a country that has four national languages, so Italian French and German come from there. So they weren't really a choices while Italy's my mother tongue and then French and German. We turn it at school used German. When I was in the in the Swiss army as well. And I've started learning French on. I think it's maybe third grade or even second grade, and we have five grades in a mentor school for of secondaries. Cool, and then I went to high school university. So it's four of high school three of undergrad, and I also did graduate. So that's two additional years. And so it's many grades. So French in second grade German I think it's likes maybe seventh grade or something like that. And English I think was eight or nine grade something like that. So I've been kind of learning those languages for years and English have been using it both your in my studies. So for example, my masters or graduate program here, I did at the university of else can feel it was all in English English is the language I use for my profession. So I've been using those languages for years. Finish is the one I learned the last simply because our believing in Finland now for a few years. So it made sense to learn it. It's quite a difficult language, and you can't really connected. To anything. So that's also what is difficult, for example, languages like Italian enfranchised are some similarities or Italian Spanish, for example, finish is kind of its own entity. So I've been learning now all those languages for several years. Even though I've taught me that French and German arbitrage St. because I don't really get to use them here in Phelan, but especially French, which I know better than German. If a word to watch a movie in French, for example, I would understand probably like ninety percent of what you're saying. Gotcha. Yeah. That's definitely if you podcast in a few different nationalities. Awesome. So just a little bit more about yawn. So you were dubbed the podcast advocate by Forbes, which is pretty damn cool at say, I know you're works featured in ink Huffington Post entrepeneurship, founder magazine. So you've been kinda anywhere everywhere. Man. I mean. And so right now, the prefaces this podcast interview were mainly what I want to bring you on your for yon was to just dive into how you help people, especially, you know, small businesses entrepreneurs successfully launch and plan and really grow their podcasts audience. And it's a huge question that I get all the time. I have I've coaching calls with my clients once a month. And this is always the biggest question. So I figured like, I have some strategies and tactics. But it's always awesome to get some someone who's ahead of the game was been there and done that way more than me to expand the topic. So so I guess let's before we dive into the meat of this sort of get a little bit more about your background, and we touched on the the whole language aspect of things. But I guess a little take a few minutes to learn about you and just share more about your journey podcasting. Yeah. Sure. Absolutely. So my academic background is actually in communications. So that's what I studied at both bachelor or undergraduate if you're in the US master's and graduate level. So that's what I studied at university. That's what kind of my core expertise. I worked as a journalist for some years. And then I decided to start my own online venture or line project, my own business and initially I was focusing on digital marketing. And I started my first podcast digest bought lies almost five years ago. And I realized that people kept asking me podcasting related questions from the microphone was using to that technical side of podcasting to how I got to interview at different types of people because I host several podcasts. My second podcast, which is now finished his call three six enterpreneur is two hundred and three episodes still available. On the major podcasting platforms. And people would ask me.

My good friend, Tom Schwab? Awesome. So welcome everyone to the podcast domination show. I'm Louis the as your host and join with today is a good friend guy recently got to meets actually in person. But he's quite the quite a gentleman online as well. Mr. Tom Schwab from interview valet, Tom how're you doing today? I thrilled to be here. The only thing better if we were hanging out, I think it was podcast movement there in July got to talk in real life. Yes. Exactly. And the only thing I don't it's funny with this interview. It's obviously a distance interview. And there's no video. Unfortunately, there's no my my caller quarter actually kinda got messed up bit. So I wanted to play it safe and using castor today. Zella dowdy. The only thing that makes us better or obviously in person, but thanks so much for for being here today, Tom and specifically with you, you know, when I first met you were like, you were the go to guy for interviewing guesting for getting people on awesome shows. And I thought no one else better to to talk about the subject within you. So I really want to dive in today on how people can get on good shows best practice for guesting and really the power of getting on a good podcast and really being able to deliver value to the audience solo is jump off into there. And then also just first of all before we jump into that. Let's just take a minute to share with the audience kind of who you are you do. And and we'll catch up from there. Sure. What I'm I'm calling in here from Kalamazoo, Michigan, which I guess proves that you could do podcast interviews. You can do podcasting from any place in the world. And my claim to fame as I've done over twelve hundred podcast interviews, so a lot of what we learned has come from. My interviews. We've worked with hundreds of clients on tens of thousands of podcast interview. So anything I say here is not just my opinion. But really backed up in fact to and really my experience comes more from inbound marketing using content to attract engage into light customers, and that used to be blogs and about five years ago, we saw that the blogs weren't working nearly as well as they used to. But one of the hacks. We used to use was guest blogging, you know, instead of writing a blog and having it on your site and getting a scene by three people one of being your mother, go out and guest blog on Huffington Post, Wall Street Journal, whatever it is get that know like and trust and high Papa sized that you could do the same thing with podcast interviews, and we started test it refined the system, and we found out just how powerful it is. It's a great way to turn passive listeners into active visitors to your site, and ultimately, engage leads. Absolutely absolutely people. It's funny. I get people ask me all the time. I should've thought a podcast might well. Have you been on one? And, you know, have you like just explored that realm before even start a podcast like maybe just gone a bunch of podcast and do it that way. It's a lot easier. So, you know, it's it's it's there's there's arguments both sides. But but off me, I didn't know you did twelve hundred interviews. I got a lot of catching up to do. Why would have to say there's probably six hundred of them. The did nothing. Right. Maybe they aren't live interviews anymore. But I'm an engineer by degree and one of the things I've always learned his return on investment that means you can either invest less or get more out of it or do both. And really, that's the reasons I focus on podcast guesting is because the return on investment with it. People say have your own podcast yet. And I'm like, no because it's hard work. You know, anybody that says doing your own podcast is easy as either never done it or never done it. Well, and I don't think it's a one one or the other. I think you can do both being a host and guest. But especially to get started with it. There's no long term commitment. You know, if I if I take a month off as a guest, nobody notices take office oast, everybody notices. Yep. Very very true. And doing it. Well is very hard. I've learn. By yourself with the team. I have a team of people help me. And you know, it's not easy work. I did it on my own when I was first starting out and that was not easy. So you're definitely right there. So to jump off a little bit into guesting.
