And I want to share that with you because it really moves my heart and I think it'll move yours as well. But Mike is ah has recovered from throat cancer. So you might hear a little strain in his voice. But actually, this is about the best. It's been a long time. So welcome to KMOX. Mike Duke. How are you, sir? I'm doing rather well, How are you? I'm good. Did you get your store back Open the one that was broken, too way had to clean up the mess and replace all the windows. But we opened back up. And what the price of gold and silver right now we are extremely good for you. Good for me because it allows me to work on my rescue and let's talk about that's we are officially a five, a 13 C organization with Max's second Chance Express and Rescue And this is something that you've been doing. Ah, for a while now, but I want to go back to the the original thought you have in your head You shared with me a couple of weeks back of why you started this. Tell me the conversation you had with God. Well, I went I was sick. I was diagnosed with stage four cancer. I am a gentleman who never used a tobacco product in my life. I had a drink in 20 something years. I went to the doctor thinking I had strep throughout. And I had stage four Tillman's well cancer. I spent over 42 days and the ice who I was actually dying about Trish because a cooking it nutrients because of my damage to my tongue. But by that time that I was in there as I tell people you don't You don't you're not sick. As long as I was as bad I was without having a couple conversations with Jesus. But in one of those conversations I thought to myself that you know, I've been pretty plus that business. I'm very blessed with my sham. They have a wonderful family. And the one thing I realized I was slacking was giving back and I made about a God that if I got through this if you help me do it because I only added 20% chance to live. And if you help me get through it. I promised him that I would give it back. But I made do it, You know, help. I was looking for stuff to help the community and what I did was, I went down to chair ST Louis, which is pretty much the same Polis animal control and I started volunteering there walking the dogs taking care of the dogs in the cages and like that. To give back and Bo I swear you God showed me what my true calling is. I've never had anything Make me still is because I do. When I take a stray dog who's been abused. Oh, who's been neglected and show it love and training, and by the time we're finished? They are a pack that that is a would be adopted and have you up in that community. Capture that had problems with the number one problem for rescues his transportation. You know what I mean by that? If you go to southern Missouri, and you go to these dog pounds like popular Bluff and Sykes and Daphne, they have Children that are 65. 70% you said, kill rates. That means that if they can't find a home or getting adopted, they've gotta put it down. Yet. So for a while you've been running Max is second chance Express and rescue and you physically you're personally running around and picking up these dogs to the tune of how many a week so far. Somewhere between 30 and 40. And what I'm doing is taking up these dogs from these actual shelters, and I'm bringing him back to ST Louis to the know Choe Rescue's out in a 60 rescues and samples. I probably deal with 25 to 30 of them, right. I bring them the dogs. That we're going to be Children and southern Missouri. And I bring him up here so they can get him adopted. And they have they have a knack to do that. They have a way to find out people that are looking for dogs. So you're doing that. And now Max is second chance Express and Rescue is legitimate. You're a 513 C organization so people can now financially help you in this progress. Yes, at this moment for the last year. I have been driving my own personal and I'm putting probably $2500 a week on it or something of that sort. And I pay for the gas. I paid for everything. When I'm looking at doing is getting a I would love to be able to get a Yeah, absolutely it up with metal changes, and you know it, then that small bus You know, one of those like they use at the airport? Yeah, the cell boss's yet and I pulled all the sheets out and I put Medicaid jizz. It allows me to do a couple things that way. So what I need is a bus with chicks with those cages, And I could say more because at this point I'm limited Mommy Dog in my Escalade. Dragon, $18. Where can people get ahold of you? At this moment, you can use my email. My personally Amy looks upsetting on my website. I'm setting up my Facebook page. It should be done by this weekend. He centralized the French state. He tried to eliminate feudalism completely. He built palaces like Versailles and retreats like me and they're still there for you. You to see, and they are own inspiring. He managed to survive fron rebellion when he was a child, and that informed him in a very direct way about his hatred of Paris, he tried to uniformly gathered the French Catholic Church as a kind of religion for everybody and revoked the Edict of Nantes which abolished the rights of huguenots. Louis the thirteenth who will probably from the three musketeers. And his mother was of Australia. Apparently very beautiful, very vivacious and quite power hungry woman. His father died when he was four or five, so he didn't really have a lot of time to get to know his dad and his dad tried to make. A rule that there would be a regency council, so he wouldn't just hand part it. His wife King Louis the fourteenth. She just overturned. The will she was that path made a self. When people came to the court when he was young when he's a ten years old, impeccable manners so well brought up, there was same priest by him a radio, very young age that is such an interesting thing to bring up at the beginning, because that was really the hallmark of his age, he made France the center of Manas of etiquette of respectability of art of culture of language of performance, and his whole life was a performance from the moment he was born until the day he died, he was putting on a show of. Of what he thought kingship should be and everything he built, was there to enhance his kingship, and his glory war was for him just an instrument, and ons his glory, and he lived eight breathed and slipped kingship. He was famously quoted. Perhaps Apocryphal saying Litas Wa which means I, am the state. And he believed that and lived publicly Oh everything. Everything woke up in the morning. There were people around him direct. When he went to sleep at night, there were people around him when he had sex with his wife. There were people around wrecked when his children were born. There were people around him. There was no such thing as privacy. He was the first Kardashian. It's very much. except I think he had slightly better, manage them the actions, but when he was very very young, their rebellion that you talked about a little bit earlier witnessed it. You're the front. They mooted Henry, the fourth and Henry the third. and the billion founded immune is bad, and that just left it when he was a little child, and apparently this mob of Parisian's broke into the palace. They found him sleeping. He pretended to be asleep because he never forgot about. And then they looked at this child, and so we kind moated this kid they lift, but he never forgot and as a result, he never wanted to live in Paris exhibited it. Went to gave the Louvre away and turned it into a museum. That's why it's a museum today because they used to live there, and he said I don't WanNa live in the face with his mad Parisian mob, maybe saw the revolution fair enough because it wasn't long often rain. And he went and built Versailles, which used to be a hunting lodge for his father, and it was a small. You know very pretty, but not particularly grand`place, and he turned it into this absolute monstrosity, and I mean monstrosity in terms of size because it was beautiful from into end. The Biggest Palace in Europe with gardens that I don't think anyone has ever been able to rival, he had complete command. He wanted to rule of a nature and buildings. He was obsessed with architecture. He's obsessed with plants. He was obsessed with water. He loved fountains and he would walk through the gardens of SL the whole time and they'd switch on fountains as he walked because they didn't have enough pressure. Make all the fountains good. Once a he always thought everything was working at once little did he know that they were actually as he moved, there were people shouting at each other in the Bushes Sing Tao now. Turned it on and move postulates which it often go to the next one, but you know that everybody wanted to be like him so even jolly monarch Charles a second and Catherine the great and I mean they wanted to make court slack resign. Ludwik of Bavaria was so obsessed with King Louis the fourteenth that he built palaces all over noise. Von Stein Castle built. Hang him share which he also built in replication, really of a small version of Versailles, but that place was just absolutely astonishing that anyone could pull off something of that magnitude, those rooms which are painted by Lebron and have guilt everything marble floors, fireplaces. The Hall of mirrors you know mirrors were really hard to make in those days and really expensive. Expensive and no expense was sped. He wants advice I to be the jewel, but united something interesting in terms of what we do, we make shelters, and that people talk about this being the start of wish, shatters have come from because he had shatters inva-. Yeah, and he still see them even in the hall of Mirrors and he would open the Chattan peek through there because there was lots of beautiful women that used to pay in the little that you fan. And, I used to bathe in that, but he says that he was more concerned of the cards, not concentrate on guarding, but looking at the woman. Would Pekan them invest them, but also many of the fortresses he built around northern France and northern. An and Francis were still using the second world. War Yeah, said says you what he did, and also the other thing from Louis. Let's be frank. You wanted to take over the world. Lonzo he was definitely one of those. Well, he did take over Spain effectively he put his own family and control of Spain, and he eclipsed the holy Roman Empire. From the point of view of being the most powerful Empire in Europe, and made a difference, and.

"I hate how these like like people believing in magic adjective dragging science down into it. It's magic let it be magic. Stop Stop Ruining Albert Einstein. Those fake Einstein quotes all that Shit. I hate it. I really can't stand like when I Stein said if you can't take me at my those guys did barely even even say that. I don't think she did either. I don't even I don't so Picasso never said Good Autism Bar. Great tells you steal really being his thing I've seen attributed to Picasso normally comes through whenever there's another story about some instagram joke thief Someone Always Will Picasso. Says everything isn't even what expression means what do you. What do you mean what does it mean so that expression gets used by people to me like? Oh so the better you are the more you steal. But that's like Picasso used to go round and find other people's all to scratch out the signature signature at a funny caption. I don't understand what you think. The saying actually sang actually means at it predates because is the the differs between a borrower and a thief is a borough uses someone else's thing a thief takes almost thing and makes it their own like that. So that's what that not express saying every artist is is using stuff from their predecessors but the really great toughtest ton it into just something that's them and not like their own thing they've like re- the Franklin didn't cover song. She stole them like like. Oh it's like she's completely changed because she's such unique hottest. It makes sense. I never thought I I really thought of as very surface level. I don't even know what I thought of it. It's one of the most misuse quotations because people whenever any plagiarism story comes like Barak I mean everything I know about Picasso. I learned from Nenet. And if that wasn't in there I don't think that's that's that's all I'm saying I've got. Should we get straight at the store because does he got doozy's WanNa do that. "The road. which is the best place to get them? You have twice on the road because he mean big I wake up I get bit by them. I can see the marks like I I can tell them. It's like women more than men Tasty now and I get I get the three the three bites in a row and I wake cup just like covered in welts and it'll be like and it's like my hotel room twice. It was my hotel room. It's the blaze best place for it to happen though because you can like you tell the hotel you man you gave me these bedbugs. You could put all your stuff in their giant dryers. You can put your luggage in the giant dryers. You Dry it enough. There kills them all the heavy to another room. You're good instead of taking back home right but it was route. I mean man they bit. Let me those three in a row like right across my bald spot like just to rub it in. It was like it was a horrible both those times so you didn't take apartment. I didn't take your apartment. You try to sell me. Several several people have tried to sell me on a story and I'm just not. I prefer Brooklyn. Leo Leo Allen ended up living there for years so yeah yeah I don't even if he still lives there he might all I know. Is that the you know. I just held on to that place and eventually the guy on the building sold the building and the new guy came up to Leo. Instead of you you mark in Lagos. Now he's not here all right. You're the guy now and that was actually You're the guy now. It's so funny so funny but like fuck. Yeah man I mean eventually you gotta let go. You didn't like historian. Well I just I just felt everyone's like it's fifty minutes in. You're in New York. Yeah you're on the upper east side. That's not exactly what I'm trying to go. I'm trying to get to downtown town. So why not get it. But you're not in the upper east side midtown like he'd go over on the end in the end up where you can just say Dr. I'm saying the first stop off the L. is first avenue in Fort. Okay right once again like fifty whatever you don't get all the great weird ethnic food. Well that's I mean. I think the food is just surrounded by you. Know who seat him I can story. It's like a multicultural. Paradise of Weird. Shopping hours yeah. Well I still have like. It's very Puerto Rican and Dominican right where I live in Brooklyn Right now so I get all kinds of different people. I mean the also thing is like when when your New York and really working standup. It's really just like I don't hang out in my neighborhood. I'm out every day and night. You're you're just wandering around a little bit during the day and then you're out to two in the morning morning and you got to figure out whether you're gonNA take a cab or take a train exactly so it's easier to be closer to sure when you go to New York you say that. That's when everything sort of shifted in in terms of your perception of what you can do with comedy and you know the way people act and uh I mean how long were you in the bay or doing what made you move. I moved from the bay. 'cause I felt like I I was I was done with their and I always thought it was a small town. I grew up in La. So I'm used to being in big cities sure wasn't that enough outlets really yeah Yeah I mean eventually. You're just doing all this time cannons times I go. Yeah there's the punchline whoever's little room how many times can you do roosters. Yeah J. J. what's the other one that weird one was like sort of a sports sports bar. You know. Big Time T- Tommy's. Yeah but yeah there's not money there now. There's actually a lot of local shows but this was a different time. There was like you know certain. Turn on stage. I'm married as much like in whose time to go. I went to La. Because that's where I went home to L. A. and it was fine and it was good but I decided I needed to get some heat and went to New York so went to new ORC. I got the heat. I got a half hour special. I did an album for comedy central records and then I stayed and maybe that was a mistake to stay there after. I got the heat that I want to. I don't no you are not a punch. It's a good place to perform when I was before all rooms really. I mean Luna happened when I was there but still it's like I still think that you're figuring out how to perform I'm at the seller is like a huge victory. Yeah right of passage totally and it it. It really is a great room and it's also something that I really. It's a hard room but when you master it. It's a great room. That's funny because you go up the store and I'm just hanging out the store and I'm like this is a tough room and people after every comic twenty people get up and leave and that's the stage time I'm fighting for. This is ridiculous. It's a four hour show and make sure they put me on. You'll be four ten okay third or fourth out there you go but but it was a hard room to. It was hard to figure out though as well sure. Yeah but you don't. It's it's different now. It's like it's this thing it's like it's a thing to do when you go to New York now the Rob Reid late no no. It wasn't always that it was just that you know it wasn't that wasn't the reason. It was just sort of a and I think a lot of New York that you can't and you can't be indulgent like you can't be in San Francisco. I mean you can't noodle around there I mean you've got to be as efficient and you punch lines have got to land. Yes you you can't like I mean I spent two years in San Francisco kind of noodling really. Well I mean I. The way I work is improvised so like if I can just get up there and start running through shit until it sticks. It's great you know. Whereas in New York you'd better have someplace to land in San Francisco? They'll indulge you. You don't have to have a landing pad really i. GUESS THAT'S I. That's funny because of what I was gonNA say within generally internalize the Lesson York. Because what I really love about you and like you and like patent and you like the vanguard of original comedies like got get these clot club chops that you bring an all. That's why we started in clubs. I mean that's why I mean. Both him and I started in clubs as the difference difference between people who started a few years later. All of us. That did all comedy or whatever the fuck it wasn't New York were club Comex. Yeah I mean I have the sensibility. But I'm saying that in you get to a certain place with you who you are. You can take risks onstage. I just felt that when I got when I left New York and went to San Francisco that that it was a little you could be a little more indulgent. You know I guess I'm saying I don't I really hate the indulgence like I used to think. I just like tighter jokester and now a really fingle. It's a level these comics are like I feel like there's entitlement to you and it's not funny. Why am I listening to you but the I you know I I was trying? I was always pretty funny when I was indulging. That's what I'm saying only You know how to put it in there how you build it. But I'm saying like I think of you was the exact opposite of us like somehow like you really disguise the jokes and they're coming but they're coming at you pretty fucking frequent right and your even using using little turns of phrase to get through like exposition or narrative. That are still funny within that part right well I guess the bigger point. I guess I'm trying to make is that. It's it's hard to build build long form material in New York. Yes yes that's true whereas in in San Francisco it was fairly you know they. Would I hear you a dude I tried I had to do I did. The story for this is not happening which ended up being like sixteen or seventeen minutes long in New York and it was like kill and me too. Because like you're you're you're like four minutes in and you're like God and it's not working laugh got booed off stage at the fat pussy cat. I'm opening opening my heart and they're like be funny and I'm like this is not. It's going to be funny but it's also that's exactly the difference. Yeah like in terms of vulnerability you know San San Francisco. They'll carry you. You're like what are you gonNA cry. Exactly exactly yeah. It was it. It was it was really hard to work that out to just in general because the other thing of New York because there's all the storytelling shows and you go to those so I do. I do different than stand up man exactly so i. I tried to stand up rooms. They're like why are you making a sad and I go to the storytelling rooms. Like why are you making a laugh. And they were both mad at me. Like why is there a Dick joke in the middle of your being. Funny Yeah the EH Eh. This joke so the emotion. That'll yeah exactly. I mean like I also did it through a very like jokey but still storytelling way. What was it about about that was a member that was about This So after I have like all these misadventures with women after the Brazilian girl and for a while I was dating this. This met a gutter punk in Portland. It's only lived in a squatter cut. She was in and out of the squatting thing and it was about a rash rush like he sends biggest thinking of a specific girl. And you wondering remember seeing in New York into the end they saw. Aw Skin problems in a grimy nece yeah I mean I think in Portland. It's a little more of a lifestyle somewhat clean. But she was a mess. An amazing winging it was It was real mess. Yeah and So Yeah I did it about that. It was A. That's a whole that's the whole story. I mean her and and all that stuff and how long were you with her Maybe a year or two. It was a pretty heartbreaking. She had a really bad alcohol and drug problems and it was And I had a bad her problem and I walk away from her. Yeah that's that's a classic situation. Yeah it's called CODEPENDENCY. Yeah yes in this story go. Did you try to get help for that. What do you mean myself for her? No for yeah for knowing that you can't control somebody else in that you have to detach attach somehow because there's nothing you can do necessarily that's going to change them and and eventually you just get exhausted yes well. I mean strangely enough even though I look like the kind of person who's going to therapy since I was twelve I only started seeing a therapist about two years ago. Yeah in New York and it's fucking helped. A lot really took you that long I am in. I wasn't going and my last girlfriend. The one that just happened. Yes the one. That's how long. How long have we four years with her? Yeah that one was. That's yeah she was she. Alright what do you mean. It wasn't a gutter punk kid. She what do you mean wishy. Alright what are you know. It wasn't it wasn't the same problems with her. But I had my own problems I think with her. It was like shooting myself in the foot foot because I really didn't I was really scared of fucking it up. I thought she was so good friends. I guess you kind of wasn't also over time. But she wasn't good. I mean the way she's been since the break-up has been kind appalling and she also changed over the course of the four years as we both did when we met we bought. I thought we both.

"What does the hillman have to do with running sprints. What does the he'll have to do. We're running routes and catching passes by derek hough but this brother took his old helmet at went home but still expected his paycheck and mike may the raiders nah you want here. Who the hell you think you all to just disappear. Don't show up to work and expect to get paid this. This is what i'm talking about so every time we condone something like that rick and don't catch on a come up to act that way whereas let's get you get you know where this is the reality of the situation. This is what antonio brown. I have not recalled. The only complaint ain't tonio brown had against the oakland raiders was the letter announcing his fine prior to that he didn't have of any issue with the raiders yet. He's been causing him trouble since he arrived so they finally said you owe us money. 'cause you haven't showed up to work and if anybody else ended showed up to work would have had to find them so we can find you and this brother was like nah. It ain't going down like that. Well yes the hell it is. I promise you he lose even more money now. This is the reality so for me. Here's my deal we. We don't want to go as far as saying cut tonio brown. Let's not be stupid. The brothers all world wanna greatest wide receivers in the history of the national. The football league clearly wanted grace in the game today kate he be cancerous to a locker room evidently so we got to address that we can't have up antonio brown acted away that he's been acting but real world talk to greatness greatness comes tolerance those who are great tolerate it a little bit more than those who are not and so we we wanna tolerate antonio brown with the oakland raiders but only to a point to me. The oakland raiders have been handed an absolute blue gift. Here's why before you had to worry about losing him having to pay thirty million dollars and still leaving him to end up on the patriots or somebody else who you know pick them up on a cheap because he's phenomenal dramatic. Tom brady having him to throw the football to me and my god what in this way in this way all you have to do. You got to remember see under that scenario. Antonio antonio brown's still gets his thirty million. He just gets to go elsewhere on the this scenario where you suspend him but you keep him. Oh he's in danger. Having this whole thirty million dollar deal void how about y'all wanna make betty behaves now now if y'all recall oh if you recall antonio brown was heard a few months ago talking talking about he don't need the money is not that important. Y'all see play law. Sometimes you'll see those. There's lots. We tell you i bet you. He ain't saying that today. Lesson learned lesson learn and at eight say e._s._p._n. E._s._p._n. eight eight seven nine three.

"And the one thing the one provision that would eradicate the guarantee is that you act like you have some damn sense and you can't even do that. There's nothing to talk about. I if i am the oakland raiders antonio brown suspended right now now because guess what i'm gonna pay you week to week seventeen if you act up if you act right. I'm a pay you you only. Are you gonna miss one game pay and but i have the freedom to get rid of you. I have the freedom to cut you now. Everybody wanna talk about mike. Mayock doc mike mayock is the general manager for the oakland raiders. Mike mayock is an individual that used to work in television doing doing what i'm doing matter of fact. Mike may have me ask an m._b._a. Why the hell do not have a president of basketball operations job. I mean then we give and television commentators and analysts g._m. Jobs in the n._f._l. Hockey get one in the n._b._a. That's our sticking our thinking but i knock in may opt for taking that deal and i'm certainly not questioning his football accurate. What i'm saying is talk about nepotism at its height. The the only thing i said about that is that don't have it for the brothers. I say it again. It don't happen for the brothers john lynch san francisco even though he played mike mayock media do don't happen for the brothers like that but that's neither here nor there. The bottom line is this. Mike mayock hasn't done a bad a job since he arrived in oakland and i find nothing wrong that he did hear the oakland raiders. Ah antonio brown no problem with them. Antonio wanted to forces way out of pittsburgh he did that. He wanted to do so so he could get his money money he did that. He showed up on a shot with lebron. James maverick caught in the crew brother got paid right or is about to get paid. This is what he was talking about right. What oakland raiders gave you your money guarantee. You show up in oakland. You got jacked up feet like a layover. Yellow stuff under your feet look like code. You have this nasty god. Okay you try some cryotherapy ropy treatment in france and forgot to put on your damn socks that was it. The rate is fault then you turn around and what did you do you then have a problem with the helmet now the n._f._l. Has been sued sue for billions. They fixate themselves on addressing safety issues in the national football league. That's what they did so they come not only did they come up with new hill ladies and gentlemen that obviously tested and are considered to be considerably safer safer rather and they've been certified lied etc which leaves antonio brown's film. It's outdated. They informed the players five years years in advance. This was coming for the last five years. They said changes coming this year. Here's what we're going to to prepare yourself and in training camp with eighty nine players on a roster at least over two thousand players in the national football league. Antonio brown is the lone player the low player their father grievance events about what what two thousand plus people played in the n._f._l. Guy what complained about the helmet antonio brown. He was also the one guy that flew in on air balloon right. He was the one guy that missed practice bansi. Oh by the way people usually hide their feet when it looked like that this brother showed it on his great okay then not not only that you go against football league. You're on the phone with the national football league trying to plead your case to wear hillman. That's been outdated because it's over over ten years old and you tell n._f._l. Go f themselves. I'm telling you what i know. Okay so not only did you do that. Then then you fall a second grievance against them uh second grievance against and then in a process because your helmet you didn't like your helmet. Let me ask the question..

Brown star receiver are now for the oakland raiders formally the pittsburgh steelers who got himself in a hot water because after the oakland raiders led by g._m. Might find him. I tell you that i'm an expert on that but i cannot tell you what to see me. Somebody white coming from a black man. What everyone can deduce based on antonio brown's ir based on his discuss based on a confrontation tation that he ultimately is that he clearly wasn't happy and didn't mean to see were an flattery katamon. We could say that a right that profanities tyree wasn't con flattering words and as a result the oakland raiders news the oakland raiders are contemplating whether or not to suspend him now in the last hour it was reported reported ladies and gentlemen that antonio brown officially apologized in front of the t. you and to the team with the captains of the oakland raiders standing by his side. That is the story. Here's my take. I don't give a damn about that apology not a day. Let me tell you something right right now. Number one on my list and i say this out of affection for who i'm about to bring up because i'm cool with him. He is now an analyst believe on fox. I think he's done a great job but at the time that michael convict got himself in trouble and a whole dogfighting scandal. I called it the stupidest move i've ever seen about from from a professional athlete because his actions cost him over one hundred million dollars and you you you all of that away for a few thousand dollars alice by sponsoring dogfight in you know steve's this ranks number two now. Let me explain ninety. "He's he's working on his Louis C K level that he was on. And then like halfway through. It's like just quits. It's like he just decides fuck everything I'm going to say offensive stereotype based not funny. Get off my lawn comedy as not even is not even. Polished zaidan. It's weird. And it's it's just how about don't, you You know? know? Why weird? Agreed. I mean, I think in in some ways he has to he doesn't seem to be considering this a PR exercise. He seems about it sort of just reinvigorating his career in the perception of this is really bad. This is it I honestly when I say I want to forgive him. I he just hasn't given me the basis to justify yet. And these kinds of shows where he just shows up. And he does these things it it doesn't. I if I were his PR adviser. I would say don't do that. Because it looks like you haven't learned your lesson. You've hit on the head. He just doesn't these not doing that? He doesn't care. He's not. He's it's a we're in it's disappointing. But I think he must think there might be a certain part of him. That's like well. And here's the fact about Louis CK. He's always had those fans, you know, he's always had a bit of crossover with the with the, you know, the idiots who think it's funny to be offense. Always said these words that are offensive, and that's awesome on opus. And Andy wasn't he though in opioid? Yeah. Opening Opie and Anthony, I think yeah. That was the the racist TV show back or radio show back from the nineteen thirties. Amos, and Andy or something I think confusing it I knew. Yeah. And it's like he's always had a segment of Ozzy his audience that is that. And he may be already. Yeah. I don't know if it's conscious or not. But like, maybe he's going to be like, well, here's what I can get away with I can do this. And not I I think he's right now, my guess is that he thinks he doesn't or doesn't need to or doesn't want to or we'll never put in the work. And so he's just moving on. It's like all right. Well, then to the people are saying wins it going to be enough. When are you gonna move on Thomas from what he did? Well, he did never did anything. He didn't you know? He didn't try. So never would be the answer for me. So that's my final word any an closing dots. I need some help because I'm not Marica. So I know him, but I don't know his name. I think it's Michael he's one of he's the black news reporter on the L day. Yes. Michael J? Thank you. I watched his stand up the other night. It's New Year's like what are you doing New Year's? I don't think I've seen standups great for like New Year's day eve for you have to go to work the next day or Newsday night anyway. So I knew of him, but I didn't connect some of the controversies he's been involved in because of things he said in his comedy. This is watching his comedy because I recognize him from L, and I also wanted I also tried to make an effort to I'm not making an effort. I'm just seeking out people of color and women comedians because on Netflix, it's actually really easy in commercial media. It's not and there's so much enjoyable comedy that be from a different perspective. So it's new and fresh, and so I've been really open to hearing from a lot of different comedians lately. But in his set, he talks about learning and having dialogues and being open being honest, and he talked about when he he messed up sounds like about a couple times from. In his in his standup. But one of the one I'm thinking of in particular is adding an interview how would he feel his son was gay and his sponsors? He's I answered honestly because the world's really homophobic, and it's hard..
