Loudoun County Parents Continue to Fight for Quality Education

"Loudoun county Virginia as you know is ground zero For this parents rights movement that is spread across the country I could not be prouder of you parents out there Now you might think the parents have gone underground they have not gone underground There was just a huge event Outside of the loudon county public school building The headquarters of the educational bureaucrats There are largely two camps if I might call it that One that believes in quality education for their children and other that believes in indoctrinating the children of parents without parents knowing with sexuality racism and the like And at first hand witness who was there my wife And she spoke there briefly I was did others And the pro quality education group was about twice the size as the other group it had come No doubt at the instigation of the school district and the union So there were twice as many There were speakers there And I understand it was very enthusiastic very vigorous Very civil And though they're going to join at the school board meeting they go into the meeting And they are continuing their battle against critical race theory Now something is happening out there the renaming critical race theory Cultural something or other because they think you're stupid And this is what marxists do

Why Xi Van Fleet Stood Up to the Loudoun County School Board

"See, we opened our discussion with the clip of you addressing the loudon county, a school board. Tell us why you did that. Why did you feel that you had to go there and give a speech? Yeah, I just wanted to tell people, I was not politically active. Politically involved at all. I think here more than 30 years. Most of the time, I'm just my own business, achieve my American Dream in terms of material. Just get a job buy a house, build a family. And it was about ten years ago. I started to see troubling signs. And that remind me of cultural revolution, started with political correctness. The phrase political correctness was familiar to you. Yeah. Why? Because we were told, what is correct? What is not? If you don't follow the correct prescription of way of talking, you will end up in jail. Or death. So there are words that you can not say in China. And the ones that are approved by the party are politically correct. So this wasn't new to you. No. And it's not only that, with the slip of town, you might just lose your life. It's just all this is nothing new. I want people to know this microaggression, nothing new. Council culture, nothing you. All this, but I have to say, it is 2020. When I saw what's happening on American streets. So there's American red guards burning our cities. So BLM antifa. Yes. That is what they are saying at the lobbying center. Now what are the richest counties in America? And what used to be the wealthiest counties in America? The wealthiest county in America is loudon county, Virginia. What do you use on a daily basis? That is made in loudoun county, Virginia. Anything? What are they known for? Governor Glenn Youngkin Signs 11 Day One Executive Actions in Virginia

"I've been in kind of a wait and see approach to kind of see what is young and going to do when he actually takes office. Well, on Saturday, Glenn youngkin was sworn in as governor of Virginia. Immediately, Glenn youngkin went to signing executive orders, aimed at keeping key campaign pledges on reading from Charlie Kirk dot com. To push back on highly divisive critical race theory and to investigate loudon county public school members and officials. Glenn youngkin within minutes of becoming governor, he decided to do what so Republicans hesitate to do. Which is to fulfill on your campaign promises. Number one, Glenn youngkin has banned all uses of critical race theory and public education in Virginia. To restore excellence in education Glenn youngkin, signs an executive order ending the use of divisive concepts, including critical race theory and public education. Number two Glenn youngkin is said to empower Virginia parents against this kind of theme of the parents party. In their kids education, it is now the rule in Virginia to allow parents to make decisions on whether their kids should wear a mask in schools. Mask mandates for children are dead in Virginia. To restore confidence and integrity in the parole, board of the Virginia comment on the come of Virginia, not exactly sure who that one is relevant to the theme we're talking about, but it sounds interesting. The next one to investigate wrongdoing in loudon county. Remember the covering up of the father who came and complained about his daughter that was raped, the 14 year old daughter, and then they reassigned the male student who raped again. Glenn youngkin is wasting no time. He is doing a full investigation into that. Now, maybe someone could explain to me why Glenn youngkin decided to dress like Leonardo DiCaprio from Django Unchained. I don't quite understand the wardrobe selection. I don't have Twitter any of that. Maybe the Internet has already figured that out, but it's a spitting image, almost identical. Next Glenn youngkin is saying Virginia's open for business, no more lockdowns, and now than a couple to prevent human trafficking and support provide support for survivors. And then finally, there is a commission to combat anti semitism and then finally, to withdraw from regional greenhouse gas

Sen. Doug Mastriano Talks About the Importance of Local Politics

"And so that's why it's important that we have more diligence and that we have more people active politically and running for office what have you and every position support. We saw this past year in Pennsylvania and across a nation that school boards are important. The county commissioner's important, even state senators are important. And so we can't stand aside now. Yeah, yeah. I know. And I've said this on the program before, it's one of the things I knew growing up that phrase that said, all politics are local. And it does start right with your local school board. That's the basis and you go up from there. Yeah, you really can't make this stuff up. I mean, obviously loudon counties put an exclamation point on a whole point of view there and how important even school boards are. But, you know, around my state here, thankfully, a lot of people instead of just standing aside and here's one thing out, but that really strikes me. American Christians, we have to be careful about, I guess passivity is maybe not the right word. But just I guess lack of care, you know, hey, things are going terrible in our country and then Christians will often say they'll throw their hands up and say, oh, it's God's will. Speaker Newt Gingrich Pinpoints the Watershed Moment in Glenn Youngkin's Campaign

"Speaking English as a resident of Virginia, I am, of course, buoyed. I am very excited by the recent victory of Glenn young of his lieutenant governor of his attorney general. What is, can we read a broader significance into this for next year and for 2024 or is it rather sui generous as a resident of the Commonwealth, I look at what happened here. And I see a businessman not unlike president Trump with no political background. He brought a business like attitude to the campaign, talked about getting Virginia back to work. But in the last few weeks, because of those mothers you mentioned at the school boards, he very adroitly pivoted to this culture war issue of fighting critical race theory and vowed to ban it on his first day in office. Is that a model or should Virginia be dealt with this as something unique? No, I think I watched lens campaign closely and talked frequently with his campaign manager. And I believe that the turning point of the campaign actually was when he went to a loudon county rally of a thousand people who were upset about the schools, and then in the debate when former governor Terry mcauliffe said that there was no place for parents in schools, and that was electrifying and as you pointed out Glen is a businessman and built a good campaign team and they actually had something up on the air. By the next morning. And just throw home for everybody in Virginia, the term of thought that there was no place for parents and schools. And that, I think became the signal moment that began to change everything. No, young can also did a very adroit job of having Trump's help in rural and southern Virginia where he's extraordinarily popular without having Trump campaign in Arlington and fairfax county where he's unpopular. And so junkin was able to pick up all the support in the suburban counties from people who were upset about the schools while picking up all the support in rural and small town Virginia from everybody who was pro

Creepy Dossier Rocks Scottsdale Unified School District

"If you think what happened in loudon county was just an isolated incident, wait till I tell you what's happening in Scottsdale unified school district. So this guy, Jan Michael Greenberg had emailed one of the parents about some sort of back and forth calling a parent antisemitic over her comments she made about billionaire George Soros, like give me a break. But in the screenshot was a link to his private Google Drive account. Now that private Google Drive account then, the parent had the wisdom and the wherewithal to actually go see what does he have in the private Google Drive account. Well, in the private drive account, he had a dossier. Of parents private information, pictures of 8 and ten year old blogging and collecting information on parents and the stock still unified school district that might speak against his regime as governing board of the stock so unified school district. He said, we've identified in there were 47 people who he hired private investigators to check their backgrounds, their divorce decrees, he had social security numbers, property records, and mortgages of parents who have just come and spoke at the Scottsdale unified school district. In Arizona, I hope you're listening very closely. Your taxpayer dollars when you pay money, I pay Scottsdale taxes, by the way, hello, this includes me. When I pay Scottsdale, unified school district, money, I am paying for this creep to go spy on parents. Meanwhile, Scottsdale unified school district enrollment is going down, they're masking children against state law and what is he focused on, oh, he's creating dossiers. With different labels and different folders, one that was labeled anti mask lunatics, or press conference psychos, or parents showing signs that say CRT is racist, or S USD we demand transparency.

"You. But. Just to just to make sure we're clear, you do believe that saying you're a Christian and practicing homosexual lifestyles incompatible. Yes, of course. I've been very clear about that. And starting as a campus organization, you know, we have people that are gay that work for us. And that is something that has been part of what we've done since the beginning of not saying that I'm morally acceptable of that in the individual lifestyle. And so being a secular organization, that is a balance that we must strike. And I'm very clear when I'm in churches as right now, and I also live it out. I'm married. That marriage is between one man and one woman. That's what the scripture is clearly say. All right, I think we have time for one more question. So when you said that the people are saying that the constitution doesn't matter, does that mean that the saying, all people created equal don't matter? I didn't quite hear the first part of your question. So you said that all the people like the constitution doesn't matter. People are saying that oh yeah, that's right, yeah. Yeah. And so does that mean those saying all people are created equal, don't matter? Well, so yeah, I said other people are saying the constitution doesn't matter. I don't, I think the constitution is the greatest political document ever written. Yeah, I think I got what we were saying at, which is what is human equality. It means that all people are created equal in the image of God. And all people are the same type of thing. We are all human beings. I think what you're getting at is kind of the exceptionalism of the constitution, which really allows the separation of powers consent to the govern independent judiciary and decentralization of power, but it also is a document that protects your natural rights that are given to you by God and not by government. And that is a very important thing. Most people in the left are secular society, do not recognize that, and they say that your rights come from government, and there is no God. Thank you. Appreciate it. All right, I said the last one, but yeah, let's go last last. Yes. I'm a student in the public school system here. And we're really struggling at the moment because even though stuff from the school board hasn't been passed, there's already been CRT and feminist movements integrated into our curriculum. So how can I practically fight that in the classroom when there's not really a lot of support from teachers and other adults? What school do you go to?.

Let's say everybody is that all right? So. And if you know, if you have to leave, we're not mandating you to stay. All right, go ahead. For me, it is hard to stand up for myself for people who are older than me. So how do us kids stand up for Jesus more and for America and all these mandates? How old are you? I turned 14 today 14. Well, first of all, thank you for being here tonight. And so I'm going to tell you something that's true, but that's hard to hear, but I think it'll bless you. I don't do hope I am everybody, which is hope and opium mixed together, which is things you want to hear, but are actually really bad for you. I tell you what is true and that will actually benefit your life. You're going to have to make a decision that you want to be a tough person. And that will be hard at first because you might lose friends and people call your names and you get mocked and you'll get ridiculed. But it will bless you beyond you could ever imagine in the years to come. That at a young age at 14, you say, you know what? I'm going to say what is true and I'm not going to back down from it. I'm going to do it with a smile. I'm going to do it with the grace of the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ. But I'm not going to back away from it. Now, this is hard, because I'm telling you it's a 14 year old, you will be called names. You will lose Friends, and you will be kicked out of social circles. You'll make new friends. You'll be stronger because of it. And you will then go on a journey that you'll be truly free. And I know people here and I know people watching at home and people say this, they say, man, I might have a good job. I might have a good income, but I'm not free. I have to be somebody different at work. And that is the ultimate form of torture that I see in America today. I see a form of torture. And I'm not accusing, by the way, I want to be very clear. If you are the breadwinner in your house, there's a moral argument to be said you're going to keep your mouth shut at home to get the paycheck to feed your family. I get it. I'm not accusing you. But it's torture for a lot of people. I know there's people here tonight. You're like, I can't say anything at work or else I would just get completely obliterated. And also I want to say this that I have been more outspoken though about social conservatism. And someone asked me said Charlie, why is that? I say, you know what? Getting married is a great thing for a young man. Yeah. I say as soon as I got married, my wonderful wife here, all of a sudden you realize that we as conservatives need to protect the true, the good and the beautiful. That we as Christians and conservatives need to be called to try to tell young people to get married to be in relationships, loyally and make God number one and also we should be advocates for having big families. And for having lots of children, that that is a moral good for society. And I just want to say this that we as conservatives and Christians should reject people in the conservative movement that do not want to talk about social issues. People say, oh, I don't want to talk about pro life stuff. I don't want to talk about the transgender stuff. I don't want to talk. No, we must understand that the most important things are making sure that we defend laws and we defend ideas that are consistent with the natural law that are consistent with a transcendent order. These are things that are so critically important for all of us. And let me say this for the young people in this room, which is reject the lies of secular culture. But they're like, oh, you know, go make your job first, or, you know, go into society and go hook up with as many people as you can. That's all a bunch of garbage. "Yeah. So. Someone asks, why do you think what do you think? What do you think of the growing number of Americans willing to become more convinced that communism is better than capitalism? There's a rising trend, especially among millennials and gen X and gen zers that socialism and communism is better than what we have in America. Yeah, I'm going to give the non politically correct answer, which by the way, if you want the definition of politically correct, that what's the left pace? Is that simple? So it's very simple, which is the less secular, the more secular America becomes the less free we are. The less people that go to church, the more people need a replacement for church. And they need a secular religion, and that secular religion might be deifying Anthony Fauci. It might be trying to believe in the government being the center of all community. It might be in a heavy hand social programs. And so yes, as America becomes less religious, America is the least religious it has ever been at this very moment. There are more people that are a religious and non religious in America than our religious. And we have always been told to believe that religion is the source of all of our problems. It's the opposite of the truth. It's that as we get away from the church as we get away from community, as we get away from objective morality and a transcendent order, we become significantly less free. You look at every country as soon as you abolish Christianity, the Bible as people stop going to church, all of a sudden they're gonna need to replacement for that. Oh yeah, why don't we just give that guy all the power? Why does the left hate the church? Because when you guys did worship for 15 minutes here, all of you are acknowledging something politically without you realizing it. That the ultimate authority in America is God not government. "Speech was with God. This is why the founding fathers understood the first thing they must protect is what our ability to talk. Our ability to talk is what makes us fully human. And our ability to be able to look at who we, oh, wow, that's an interesting point. And actually it makes us more moderate. It makes us less radical. It makes us more prudent. This is how we learn. And this is exactly why they want to have a stop talking. The less we talk, it goes back to Aristotle book chapter 5, book ten of the politics. Tyrants want to make you unfamiliar with one another. It wants you to stop talking as soon as you stop talking to your fellow countrymen, your sister, your brother, your mom, your dad. Even someone who disagrees with, well, then you're gonna start to think things that might not be true. Oh, they believe this. Have you talked to them recently? We had dialog. You want to be fully human. You want to live out how God is, remember, we're made in the image of God. Got to keep talking. We have to keep on trying to pursue what is truth through our conversations. And that's a gift that God has given us. It truly is. Jesus himself, he was the ultimate communicator. He went into places where he was hated at an absolute core and proclaimed truth and no matter what they were never able to trip them up. And so I just want to encourage you and all of you that might have liberals in your life for people on the others, might be liberals here tonight. By the way, glad you're here. And my people on the other side don't stop talking. Bring them towards truth. Ask questions. It was the greatest way that Jesus communicated by asking, who do men say that I am? What's the right way for man to live? This is the fundamental way of how we communicate and how we're able to use God's greatest gift to us, which is in the beginning was the word and God spoken into existence. We need to keep talking and with that, we'll bring people the truth. Yeah. So. Someone asks, why do you.

"These devices. You know that treat your children like lab rats. They know if they can get your kids staring at an iPad at a restaurant. I say this lovingly and Gary, you know that I say this. If you are the family that goes out to the restaurant and you handle iPad to your child, stop doing that please. I say that, please stop doing that. And I'm telling you, you have no idea the damage it's doing to your children. It is making them tech obsessed. Screen dependent, less likely to be able to communicate with their fellow citizen or their fellow peer to their generation. And so all that put together, what do we do about it? Well, the biggest thing we can do is stop using them as much, right? But we should sue them our elected officials need to go after them. We need to break up these companies. We need to go after them with antitrust lawsuits and more than anything else. I think we need to have a total step back of, do we actually want this tech tyranny of staring at our phone all day long, being constantly anxious? I don't know about you but 99% of my interactions with this thing is anxiety driven. It is. It's the next feed. It's the next thing. I deleted all my social media apps off my phone. It's one of the most freeing and amazing things that I did. And these people, they have a different vision for our country. It's a godless country. It's a technocracy where the tech companies control everything. And so there's a variety of things we can do about it, including using political power to restrain their influence over American society. Well, now I know why you rarely text me back. Yeah. All right. Next question. My question is, have you always been a strong Christian and conservative? And how do you speak to your family and friends who disagree with your beliefs? It's a great question. Thank you for that. Thanks for being here. I've always been a Christian, but I was afraid to speak out for my faith. Not afraid, but hesitant, the first couple years at turning point USA because I believed that they were at odds with one another. And now I'm open about everything. And I try in some ways to hopefully show you guys it's okay to do that. And for some people, it's hard to be a Christian for other people. It's hard to be a conservative. It depends on kind of your environment of where you are. The answer is no. And when I was first, when I was in the couple early the early stages of starting turning point USA, I was like, man, I don't want to offend people by sharing my faith and maybe we could be conservative first and Christian second. That was a mistake that we should we should always proclaim ultimate truth that there is a creator in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth that were made in his image. Mind body spirit that we are here to try to connect people back with the ultimate promise, which is Jesus Christ as our lord and savior. How do we talk to our families and friends? Well, the first way is by first and foremost talking, which is dialog comes from two Greek words, which means through log, which is logos, which means rational speech. The moment we stop having dialog or having rational speech, we stop being fully human. Now, this is a very interesting question, which is what makes a human being different than a French bulldog. Now, some of you will laugh. If you have a baby and you have a French bulldog, they actually behave kind of the same for the first 6 months. They're on the floor a lot. They need a lot. They need to be attended after. But then after 6, 8, 12 months, one of them starts talking. And the other one never will. Now, I want you to think about this. There's two creation stories, and they both say the exact same thing. In genesis and in John. In the beginning was the word and the word was God and the word was with God. In the beginning, God created the heavens the earth and God spoke it into existence. That's interesting. In John one, it says rational speech was there was with God. In genesis one, it says he spoke it into existence. We are the speaking beings, everybody. Our ability to speak is what makes us fully human. Aristotle called us the speaking beings. What does that mean? That means we're able to make sense of a chaotic world using rational speech. If I asked one of you to go in the other room, I say, hey, can you go grab me a pencil? Even if you're 5 years old, you'd say, oh, that's a pencil, I can grab it. You may have never seen that pencil before, but you know the type of thing that is. That is called the common noun miracle. Only human beings can do that. No other being on this planet can make sense of the world and all of a sudden you bring in a three year old to a farm. So that's a cow. That's a pig. That's a horse. You bring it back three weeks later. They'll say, oh, that's a cow that's paid that's a horse, even though it might look a little bit different. For human beings, this is light work. This is called organizing things in common. It's how we're able to call what is good and what is evil through speech. And so when it says in the beginning was the word the word was God, the word was with God that word word was logos in the beginning was rational speech. In rational speech was God. And rational speech was with God. This is why the founding fathers understood the first thing they must protect is what our ability to talk. Our ability.

"Will. It's very simple. And I just want to add one thing more. That I think one of the greatest injustices in American society has been the suppression of treatments that are proving to be rather compelling. And regardless of your stance on the vaccine, the fact we're not even allowed to talk about Ivermectin hydroxychloroquine azithromycin, vitamin D, aspirin, monoclonal antibodies. I think has been one of the great injustice. Even a discussion about it, it gets clamped down on social media news media. It's a total it's a total travesty. And so for federal workers, I'm afraid to say there really is not much hope in sight minus some judges intervening, which I do hope happen sometimes soon. And it's been a real learning lesson to see how few conservatives have stood up at this moment for people that are forced to get the vaccine against their will. Yeah. So many people in the U.S. Senate and Congress say, what's the big deal? Why don't you just go get it? And they really don't first understand the overwhelming tyranny that's embedded in this. They don't understand the truth of why so many of us are trying to reject it. I don't think they've ever heard about natural immunity before. Which is a major issue. And so as long as I have a platform, I'm going to continue to advocate for this and make no mistake everybody. A lot of people on the conservative side, they're getting paid off by Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson and Moderna and AstraZeneca. This has been, in my opinion, a refiner's fire. We have seen who on the conservative side really cares about individual sovereignty, the rights of the individual and also pushing back against this overwhelming Leviathan that is trying to force you to get vaccines against your will. And let me just say this with the children. I think it is immoral, and it is evil to force children to get this vaccine. And.

Should Church and Politics Mix?

"Sometimes the accusation against Christians who are politically savvy and culturally involved is that you guys are crossing the line and, you know, keep church in the church. Keep hops out of the church. And you guys shouldn't mix the two. I mean, you know, we had candidate junkin came by last Sunday. And, you know, we welcomed him the sheriff was here. And it was faith in blue week. And I brought him up and honored him. And the sheriff's Facebook page lit up because people said, how dare he go into a church? He's an elected official, and the separation of church and state. Speak to that nonsense. Yeah. Sure. I injected my opinion there. No. No, I'm sorry. You let the questioner Gary, how are you? You love me in the right direction. So yeah, let's start with this. First of all, any Christian that says, you should not comment on politics. You shouldn't care what happens in government. They got to get a pair of scissors and cut out a lot of parts of their Bible. They have to cut out the parts of the Bible where God's people were trying to influence their secular government for his purpose. How about Esther, mordecai? Jeremiah. Joseph, just to name a few. Daniel that we're trying to influence secular government for God's purpose. It's all throughout the Old Testament that the people of God were trying to be counselors to the king.

Why the US Constitution Is More Relevant Than Ever Before

"The history of the 1920s 30s and 40s, they say, oh, it's repeating itself. But why? Because human nature doesn't change. That's why. We know this. Anyone who reads the Bible and gets past genesis three realizes that we are broken by nature. You don't have to overly complicate this. But the left in this country, they believe human nature is malleable. It is changeable. We believe that there is a default coding within of who we are as human beings as broken, sinful, nasty, brutish, short. Now this is why the constitution is just as relevant. In fact, more relevant today than it was in the 1780s. And there's an accusation that is commonly thrown at the founding fathers. Oh, what are you going to honor a document? That's 240 years old. And now we as Christians should take offense to this, because you know what they're going to say next. What are you reading a book that's 2000 years old? Now why should we honor old things? What those old things are full of wisdom and they are true, it's because the constitution was not written for the time. It was written to stand the test of time. Because it was an observation of how human beings are in their state of nature. And so then we can all of a sudden say, oh, how we're tyrants. How do they operate? Well, they do a couple of things Aristotle said there is an amazing book in book 5 of the politics of Aristotle, 2500 years ago. Book 5 chapter ten, he said tyrants make people unfamiliar to one another. I wonder what they did in the last year to make us unfamiliar to one another. They keep the schools in gymnasiums closed. 2500 years ago, he wrote this. Because it is the habit of a tyrant to make sure that you distrust your fellow citizen that dialog communication and community disappears. And one person is able to have a say over the collective. Now why is that justice true today as it was 2500 years ago? Because not only are we able to say how human nature was 2500 years ago, but we know how dictators tyrants, tsars and Caesars operate. They try to make you distrust your

"And rising up. And we prayed about this and we said, is it time for all the work we've been doing on college campuses to continue, but now grow and see where we can be helpful in the church space and to find pastors like you and Jack Gibbs and rob McCoy and Greg farrington and so many others and to support them and assist them and try to be a part of a coalition to try to have the American church take its rightful place as counselor to the king as it tells us in the scripture. So we launched turning point faith. It's still in its infancy. We are having events like this all across the country or doing this monthly in Phoenix, Arizona, we're doing freedom night in America, dream city church, where we're doing everything we can to try to turn Arizona back to its rightful place as a moral and righteous place. And our biggest contribution is we want to be part of a team that realizes men. It's not going to be secular society that saves us. It has to be the gospel of Jesus Christ. It has to be faith filled Christians. And I just want to give some examples of this, though, that when we travel the country, we start to see the people that are showing up at school board meetings. The people that are showing up and calling what is good good and what is evil evil. It's Christians. People pouring into the word. And if we're honest about our history, every single awakening and revival in America is always led by people from the church for the betterment of their nation, their community and their families. And Jeremiah 29 7, one of my favorite scriptures. It says so clearly, demand, which is the Hebrew word bad Raj the welfare of the shalom of the welfare or the peace of the nation you are in. Because your welfare is tied to your nation's welfare. That's the lord speaking in Jeremiah 29 7. We are called to care about what's happening in the nation that we are in. And we have been given a gift everybody. The greatest nation ever to exist in the history of the planet. And we, as Christians must realize how good we have it. And then if we do nothing, it's going to collapse around us. And if we do something, not only can we save it, we can bring it to a level better.

Charlie Describes His Journey of Fighting for Liberty Through Faith

"Look, we're all in the fight for liberty and liberty is not man's idea. It's God's idea. And we as Christians, we are, we are called to do more. And I gave my life to Christ, and I was in 5th grade. Sony 5th graders out there. I encourage you to give your life to Christ. All right, there you go. Good year. That was the year 2005 when I was in 5th grade, by the way. And it was a good year. Are you serious? Yeah, that's right. Oh man. And I say it was the most important in my life when you enter into God's eternal family. And you answer into the kingdom of God. As you get older, that means more and more to you. And you realize, really, what grace is and what your relationship with Jesus Christ is. And I was raised in a Bible believing church in the suburbs of Chicago. And I was always taught that we as Christians in the church should never comment on what's happening in the news. Never comments on what's happening outside of the walls of the church. We just do the gospel. You know, we try to increase our budget, build bigger buildings and do more baptisms. That's it. And don't question it. And I bought into it. And as I started turning point USA, I always felt that had to be outside of the church, never talk about the church. And then I met my now pastor rob McCoy, who's an amazing American a great man. And calvary chapel Thousand Oaks, California. So Charlie, you're looking at this wrong. He said, you're trying to set the captives free. You're trying to fight for liberty and try to make people live virtuous and moralize. You're trying to fight for a constitutional republic that is a gift from God and try to motivate God's church to do more in that regard. And he made a very compelling argument on how the American church founded this country. How the American church was the leading force for defeating communism internationally and also some of the Marxist forces here domestically in the 1950s and 60s. And so he was kind enough to have me speak at his church, and then I went and spoke at Jack hibb's church, another great American and dear friend of mine. And I thought to myself, wow, what if the church really stood up and proclaimed with courage the way that Jesus told us to in a time where everything seems to be falling apart, the church can be the leader at

Why Virginia's Election Has Huge National Implications

"Joe Biden's numbers are upside down, and it is heavily impacting the now battleground state of Virginia. Tomorrow voters head to the polls. Well, I think they vote early in Virginia. I don't know how they do, but I still think they have in person voting in Virginia more than other states. According to RealClearPolitics dot com, Joe Biden's favorable rating is 44 unfavorable rating is 50 6 points in the deficit 6 points. 50% of the country as an unfavorable view of Joe Biden and the latest polls out of Virginia everybody, which can be a bellwether state in ways that are very significant. Virginia governor, according to the Trafalgar group, young Ken up two points, Fox 5 D.C. insider, which I trust local polls a lot with this up two points. Term mcauliffe is going on a press campaign, play cut it. They're talking about this critical race theory. And as I said before, and I'll say it again, it's never been taught in Virginia. And I really hate it because it's a racist dog whistle obtained from the loudoun county school board and invoice from that firm, the equity showing a charge for coaching and meetings focused on CRT. And excerpt of an email from former school superintendent states that while loudon county has not officially adopted CRT, some of its teachings align with the CRT ideology. That's pretty straightforward. Now, the polls are all over the place. So I don't want to say that it's guaranteed that junk and is going to win. The recent polls show him up, but there is a pall over the weekend by Roanoke college at mcauliffe one. There is another one from Washington Post that in the cauliflower up one, and you better believe that fairfax county and in loudon county, they're gonna pull out every type of shenanigans and tomfoolery and shadiness that they can concoct everybody. That is a real thing and it's going they are going to pull it all out. But I just want to make sure that everyone understands the significance of what is happening in Virginia right now is that you have a candidate that was not polling well. You've a candidate that in the Virginia race was down significantly. If you look to the RealClearPolitics average polls in Virginia. Mcauliffe was down in the average. I mean, I'm sorry, junkin was down 6 points. 6 points at the beginning of September. He was down in the average by 6 points. Now the average has him up two

"Let's talk about what's happening in Virginia. The incredible meeting at loudon county. I just want to play one more cut. We've been playing them all afternoon. Let's go to cut 5 another father, the loudon counting meeting, a year last night, play cuts. There's also word of a freedom high school teacher who's been transferred to Belmont ridge three weeks ago after sexual impropriety with a student. It's been learned 5 years ago. There was yet another sexual assault on a freshman girl at tuskegee wear high school, with someone this boy covered up. Scott, why are you so close to the Commonwealth attorney? It seems like our kids are being used as pawns in some social reform game. Scott, why did you have a private non foible meeting with the Commonwealth attorney, on October 15th, at that fundraising that you and I both attended? We witnessed it. Why am I still waiting on the page that was missing from the foia results on how you plan to spend the 11 hours tied to your masking and testing mandates? Resigned tonight, all of you, and in the mockery you've all brought in this great county. Resign tonight. Why are schoolboard members having none the foible meetings with other offices in the state? Are these stories are these visible at all? Do they resonate in California or are there analogs? Is anything happening at California school board meetings, Jennifer? Well, I think there's something that's replicating on the West Coast, just like on the east coast and everywhere parents are waking up. I think COVID did it. I think it was an unintended consequence of the left shutting everything down and fear mongering. Everyone home for a year and a half, parents realized what the curriculum was in school and just what is really happening and they're starting to push back. But I think there's two things going on here. First, you've got people pushing back against curriculum and critical race theory. Attorney general Merrick Garland was testifying today about about his memo in which he's completely, it got a conflict of interest. He's earning money about from critical race theory, or at least his son in law is, while he's trying to call parents, domestic

"Some sort of abstract, transgender agenda than defending young girls who are being raped by men. Was it that the whole point of the me too movement? The whole point of the me too moment was protect our women believe, no, no not anymore. The exception is if the attacker, the perpetrator is actually a man pretend to be the woman, that person is higher in the victim hierarchy. We must feel their pain. We must empathize with them. I guess it's a loophole for all the rapists we must have willingness to stand up against this type of chaos and this evil. And what is this father now called by Joe Biden and his regime, Merrick Garland is calling this father who's daughter was raped, a domestic terrorist. And we don't even know who the rapist is, isn't that the type of question like well, who's the one doing this? Oh, no. No, it's the father that comes to the school board meeting. He's the put him in line. You know what? Use the Patriot Act against him. Listen to his phone calls, and if needed, you know what? Send him to gitmo. We need to send that father to gitmo, because how dare he complain his daughter gets raped. There is no reason why this father should be in the limelight and not this transgender boy who's a rapist. And he was charged criminally, and it's amazing, loudon county, denying all of it. What's the latest from that, though? It seems like this is really gaining traction though. The school board of loudon county, they are now co-conspirators in the criminality and the danger of young women in loudoun county. Now, they're really is. Credible damage. Latest out of loudon county news loudon now, I haven't read the story. I'm sure it's pathetic. Parents, students press for reform in schools, handling of sexual assaults. That's the headline? You read this story it really goes to show the arrogance the pride. That the school boards have for those of you that are thinking of saying, what do I do? Show up to every school board meeting across the country and start speaking out louder, do not be intimidated by Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice trying to chill your speech and you know, we've taken a very strong stance against. These transgender bathrooms, of course, you come under. Anti trans he's all these sorts of things we don't care obviously, and you shouldn't care what they call you, we've always cared about protecting children so do you get it now? How about some arrests? How about we start getting some perp walks going to the people that knew about this rape and didn't say anything about it? And the worst part about it after another sexual assault was reported last week there was a report on the incident. And you know what they did? They quietly transferred the rapist to another school. And he did it again. They've put the loudon county public school school board, transferred the rapist from one school to the other and now another person is raped. And so the parents are the terrorists? I'm telling you everybody. It's time to get to a whole nother level of outrage about this stuff. If your school district was probably does as transgender bathrooms, your children are at risk. Just read the stories happen twice in loudoun county schools. We need every parent to get engaged and involved now. We're gonna post the story at Charlie Kirk dot com. We also had Monica gill from loudon county schools on where they're trying they're going after her because she refused to call kids that have mental illnesses that think there are different gender by their preferred gender, even though she's like the sweetest person from a lion's defending freedom. You guys should go to Charlie Kirk dot com click on the alliance defending freedom banner and support them their doing phenomenal work, Charlie Kirk dot com, check it out. And yeah, this fires me up. Maybe this is what it will take. Maybe it's gonna take a bunch of high school girls being raped and bathrooms. For moms and dads to realize, wow. This is not the contra I thought that we were living in. And what's amazing is the school board keeps uncovering it up. District spokesperson weighed Bard, said that neither he, nor the school board members could comment on the alleged assaults, although doing so would not risk revealing any student identities bayard also said the district could not confirm or deny that the assailant was the same student in both incidents. That's totally the same student. They couldn't confirm it tonight. They would have denied it. And there's really no good answer either you keep on transporting the rapist the different schools so you can keep on going into women's restrooms and raping young girls, in Virginia, or they got a much bigger problem in their hands than just one person in Virginia. No good answer. Moms and dads do something about this. It's worse than we ever thought. "No, it was the parents of Loudon County. They needed to take out the parents and one of those parents is a guy who decided no, I'll fight back. His name is Ian Prior. He's apparent in Loudon County Fight for schools, executive director and founder of daily malarkey dot com. Ian Nice to chat with you against her. Good. Yeah, you to Vince? The, uh, The school board is assembling today and they're set to, um, vote on some resolutions. What are those resolutions again? Yeah. So you've got a couple of resolutions. The first one is Professional code of conduct for staffers, which I've read a headline today were. It said that Loudon County public schools is going to codify free speech, which you know that's amazing. They're going to codify the first Amendment. We really appreciate that. Um, the second one is a dress code. Which prevents kids from wearing anything that could be deemed offensive or considered hate speech. I'm not really sure what the definitions are because they're not available in this policy. But as you know that's going to run into some First Amendment Vague and over over breath problems. Um and I could certainly see that becoming an issue down the road. I'm sure the school board will vote for it. Just the same. Voted for everything else that, you know. Runs afoul of the Constitution. Yes. Okay, So let me let's start with the first one. They're going to create a resolution to govern the professional code of conduct. And they're going to codify free speech. And that that sounds to me is a euphemism for tell teachers and staff. What the restraints on free speech are here are the limits. Yeah. And what? The way they structured it is that you know, teachers have nothing in this policy policy shall a bridge teachers First Amendment rights except as provided by law. Which makes no sense, because if the law is violating the first Amendment right, then it's invalid Law and also, what you have is whatever law comes down from Richmond, which you know, if you challenge that law, it would be a violation of the First Amendment. But because it's not challenged. Does that mean that if you speak out against it, or if you do for your rights that somehow you could be disciplined by the school? So you know they changed it from last year where they basically wanted to punish anybody. Outside of work. Um, spoke about the you know, culturally responsive learning, aka critical race theory, the change that they watered it down significantly, but of course, still has problems. Yes. If you think a law supersedes the Constitution, you probably should not be treated teaching government classes in Latin County at the very least, but I guess you can write school board policy. They let you do that. All right. So the other part about the First Amendment you just mentioned is they wanna start regulating speech on clothing. They say they don't want any hate speech on clothing, but we don't know at this point. What a mega hat qualify as hate speech in Loudon County under this directive. The exactly you don't know. And look, schools have certain rights that they can regulate. Um you know, clothing and dress codes more than, say, university so they can prohibit, you know, lewd, um, content pornography, things that are going to be bullying to somebody calls for violence. Illegal activity, right so you can't have Jesus with bomb hits. We've seen that case before. But what the what the actual policy says here is Can't wear anything that includes language, language slogan, symbols or images that are reasonably foreseeable to cause the material and substantial disruption or invade the rights of others, and that amount to hate speech. Comma are highly offensive or threatening to others comma or impede or distract from the board's mission of instilling values necessary for polite civil discourse. Uh, school context, social tolerance, self awareness and sensitivity to the feelings of others. So basically, it's what do you consider offensive? And if you considered offensive, then we're going to say it's not protected Speech. Yes, if you were a shirt that said boys shouldn't participate in girls' sports. I bet you it would violate the very policy you're talking about. I bet you that would absolutely would it And as I said, you know, I've got a shirt that says, um, proud to be a Yankee hair. Is that hate speech? I mean, it is right. I hate the ex explicitly. Yes. Yeah, right. And then the other question I had is, you know we got the fight for schools shirts and it says, Recall the school board on the back. We did a parade on the fourth of July and Leesburg and the kids were wearing them. If one of those kids wore those more that shirt into class, doesn't that go against the school board's mission? Could they be punished for wearing that? Oh, yes, Probably. Yes, That's exactly right. If you offend the school board, you have committed hate speech. Okay, so then also I know that the school board members because they're crazy. They deserve to be recalled. I know you've been working to do that. But the problem in Virginia Is that corrupt commonwealth attorneys by and large get to control the game here. So, although you want to recall school board members in Loudon County, unless you can get assistance from elected Democrats, your chances of doing that are very slim. But you've been trying to work around that. Give us an update on that. Yeah, So you know, yesterday there was a show cause hearing for Beth bark and the first judge on it recused and he said, you know, I have kids in the school system. I have other relationships, so it's best practice for me to recuse now, if it's best practice for the judge to recuse based on that. You would think that the Commonwealth attorney bribery Who was in this private Facebook group that gave rise to the removal actions who herself is being, um they're going after her to remove her for her participation in this group. If she's not Alive. She's allowed to proceed in this case. She's essentially going against her own interests right because she would be prosecuting the case against this school board member for actions in a group. And that would then hurt food a bit awry. In the owner Movil action against her. It was a huge conflict of interest. She's been tweeting out articles that basically, you know, say that our our mission is filled with lies and made up stuff. So, look we're going to we're going to call on her to refuse. We're going to continue to highlight the fact that This is a rigged system if she does not recused and you know we'll go right back at it. If you want to dismiss the case against death bars will run a new petition and we'll get more signatures and we'll file it again..
