"I literally, my notes are Sonia entering the Party and going straight to the young guys is why she should never get fired. She's a chameleon that she just adapt to any. She could be an upper east side lady. She could be downtown girl like I just felt like this episode like cemented from me like lady Morgan is a top tier housewife. I felt the same way. I. Felt the same about Lou Ann and I'm feeling certain and said it in this episode, I'm feeling certain that Ramona is. Conic like she just for better or for worse than Lena's said when Ramona was saying something I think Ramona like accidentally insulted Li as mom by saying like she didn't. She wasn't what I expected. Yeah. Hey. Yeah and the. Perfectly what's wrong with from? Ramona has no idea that she is being like the stars fucking rude. But that's Ramona agreed..

"Lou Ann Palmer Eric is in his twenty seventeen year of helping people have remarkable retirement you know the guardrails on a bridge out there for a reason that keep you from tumbling over the edge and then you feel better knowing that they're in place you can cross that bridge with more confidence when you know that there's something to keep you from falling well Eric how do we get that kind of confidence with our retirement plan yes it's definitely tough to do because if you get the money in the market as we all know the market can go up and down a lot and be very volatile in banks don't do anything right yeah you get point whatever her maybe get a whole whopping one percent that's not going to really give you a ton of confidence to have make sure money last so really that that that's where you kind of have to build a full plan and say okay how are we going to make sure this money last and you know we've got some security coming in of course then there's maybe issues in twenty thirty five missile securities that's one little thing to be nervous about and then really how are you gonna get the rest your money home was gonna come from and so lots times kind of buying your own pension there's a lot of products out there to try to be very careful on but there are some really good ones out there and and that's one of things we help people do is help them figure out and identify which ones make sense for their situation but you know the the city's price will give you a guaranteed income for a rest your life and that does give you a lot more confidence and that that does kind of say okay Hey now at least yeah I've got a a flora bottom of of income that I can't go under so it's kind of like a guard rail at that point because you know you're not gonna go that far off the road and so at least you know you're in a state on there now may not be is faster where you want to be but you know at least at least you know you got some some sort of guarantee and and and that's I think one of the biggest things is is looking at that and then just looking at you know also having some stuff that's not in the market that pages good income because retirement money is all about income you know it's no longer about how big is a pile of money get and how big that nest egg gets know how much can I get out of this nest egg and going to my checking account so I can go off and have some fun and live my life I want to do well that's when you need to have some income so we also have a not only just foundational money were Jewish descendants guaranteed often can give you some sort of lifetime income but also having some steady income money in this is stuff that's right now paying five six sometimes seven percent but not in the stock market daily it's usually paying those of that dividend that income on a monthly basis so it really matches your bills in your spending level and the other that's another source of of ways to to can increase your confidence because then you're not worried about having to sell stuff when it's a bad time or anything because you got cash flow coming in and as they say cash flow is king yeah cash is king that's for sure well what are you seeing with your retirees that are some of their concerns you know by being knocked over the edge in their retirement yeah right now it's in a it's always when the next downturn gonna happen you know how much to have that risk and people now have gotten to the point where two thousand eight two thousand nine so far out of memory insistence like L. everything's always going up if it drops ten percent it'll come back the next week or next month or whatever nine doesn't always do that now is that quick and you know we've we've gotten kind of lulled into a false sense of security so one of the big races you know a lot of people around here you know if I work in several apple employees and the apples in such a crazy great stock that's like wow how can you afford to get rid of it but you know the smart ones are realizing that Hey we need to be always diversify and always take out some money and put it someplace else in cases nice ride ends and you know I I think that's one of the big things is so if you have too much of one company which is really more than ten percent of your assets that's kind of how we define too much no one firm so you know if you have that then yeah you really need a star figure out okay what's the what's a good systematic way to start just lowering that that exposure level down and not to worry don't still have good growth but to where at least if the if everything goes the opposite direction you're not gonna get clobbered in terms of losing it all I mean the worst thing a millionaire can ever become as an ex millionaire unfortunately yeah yeah unfortunately after the dot com crash I worked with a lot of ex millionaires and most of them the number one reason why they were ex millionaires and not actual millionaires is because they do not pay taxes well sometimes the okay to pay a tax because that means you get to keep what's left over yeah though yeah so you you might want to be doing that and and so I think just the risks of the portfolios is probably one of the the biggest issues right now is a look at that and saying where am I risk wise and should I be doing something different ten L. what happens if there's another downturn so the neat things are like our software we have can show you actually with what you own today this is what it would look like and say great great you're like twenty thirteen or this is what it would look like if another eight oh nine happens and so then you kind of know like the it's really just I'd like to kind of equated to being on a roller coaster I mean personally I would never get on a roller coaster that I can not the snow anything about early see you know so if you've ever done the US space mountain all my kids in the first exam space now those really freaky aspect in that seat belts because you can see where the track was likely there was not the kind of knew there was and stuff that was spent in the upside down and stuff like that but yeah although those are a lot of free care because you don't know what's going on in and so ideally you want to see how big a roller coaster you sitting down on and getting clipped in and so that one here you can be ready for the but if you think you're on the kiddie roller coaster but you're actually on the one that drops forty stories and does flips and craziness you want to know that before yeah that that starts in before you sit down in that seat so that's that's the that's the big key I think is just knowing what risk level you actually have this is what people say oh you know I'm not that risky are I've got modern portfolio well what is a moderate loss you know health hundred grand five hundred grams I mean was a moderate loss feel like and you know I may not feel some moderate when you find out that number so yeah one of the things that we do is we actually will you know sit down people will will actually go through this whole thing where will will look at your first and foremost how they have that income so they can boost that confidence and and have those guard rails make sure they have the money there then look at their investments and how much risk is there and everything they're doing how much stuff are you buying over and over yeah like Berkshire Hathaway has fourteen percent of their assets in apple so if you have apple and you have been at Berkshire stock you actually a lot more apple stock then you have Berkshire of us the and so you know how many different funds are buying all the same stocks and so how much are you over weighted to one company yes he will learn all that stuff they also the taxes there are huge when you get near retirement expenses in retirement so you know where should we put that money in the secure act as told us one thing that the government is coming after your IRA's and they're coming after him and and much more force now so Roth IRA isn't gonna be so more current so much more critical or even other options have gotten to be more alternatives have got to be more critical so you look at the taxes look at the health care legacy those the five areas the blueprint to worry less wealth and that's how we create a plan that allows you to worry less and and really enjoy life more and so if that's something you want to take advantage of again there's no cost no obligation that will sit down and go through this create that plan for you and that's up to you if you all work with us or not but again all you have to do is text the word visit to.

"Twenty one teeth welcome back jason and alexis in the morning malek says don colin lynch million rallies hanging out and of course we've got elizabeth ries dirt alert friday dirt alert hey navy you know that you have gone astray when your own children have accused of stealing from them morning everybody okay we're talking about luanda's apps who is on the real housewives of new york and she according to her ex husband and her own children she violated her divorce agreement by stealing from her kids this is what the father and the two kids are alleging in a new lawsuit so you'll remember her ex husband this is how she was the countess because he's a count alexander dila step they reportedly had an open marriage for a very long time they were married for sixteen years and then they settled their divorce in two thousand nine now she got a mansion in bridgehampton in the split but what she was supposed to do is set up a trust for their two children victoria and knoll and then that trust would be funded with half of the interest that's in the home okay those are the details confusing right so the story here though according to this lawsuit is that she never did that she sold the home for eight million dollars in two thousand fourteen and then she bought a three point one million dollar property in sag harbor so now she's threatened to either sell or heavily mortgage this harbor house so that she can either buy for herself a luxury home in upstate new york who are adults i mean they're like in their twenties they and their dad are asking a judge to block lou ann from either offloading are getting a loan on the property because i think what they're essentially thinking here is that she sold that house for eight million dollars she pocketed the three point one million dollars and now she is thinking about getting rid of that to get a different she's living off of this home yes she lives quite a lifestyle well hand to think that it's gotten this far that we know about it right money attempts did they make to try to resolve this is like with like over thanksgiving dinner did anybody think to say like hey ma f why we see that you took our money can we have that i i wouldn't graciously go all what's oh i'm so sorry because she's still she's been on the real housewives for how many years she's making money oh yeah clothing line at ivine he's no longer yes she's a sober so you know she has her cabaret show the way that these women live you guys know like living in new york i mean it's insanity it is thinking about living an emmy and if you are like if you aren't bringing in a million a year right he's a real challenge to i mean unless a little one bedroom apartment or a studio that's very true my sister who both my sisters lived in new york for a long time and they were in their early twenties they were certainly not making that much money and my sister my youngest sister always says that when she would walk out the door of her apartment that twenty dollar bills would just start flying out of her wallet sarah but it would just be like twenty dollar bills like it's like a twenty dollars for everything and then all of a sudden hoffy whatever you're absolutely right i went to get a coffee and it was twenty dollars i mean the grey goose and soda is sixteen dollars defensive and then you have to tip on top of that so it's a very expensive place to live these ladies are not living like the might sister in her twenties lifestyle come on these are your kids get it together you would start this trust it's pretty bad when your kids do you view it okay giant beaver.
