So there is a chance for a little bit of a slowdown in the main lanes, but your lanes are open from Fredericksburg, headed into Springfield. Running up onto three 95, you're good to go early, leaving the beltway north up toward the 14th street bridge, crash, clean up, 66 going eastbound so far so good at a Gainesville, but be aware out in your not least street near mile post 61 over 6, crash clean up there, takes the far right lane. The always good between Alexandria and mcclain, no early issues on the George Washington Parkway, looking good on the greenway and the dulles toll road. All right, in Maryland, the beltway is fine through Montgomery and prince George's counties, no early issues, as of yet. Good to go out of Frederick, run in two 70 south. We're still quiet between the beltways, both 95 and the Baltimore Washington Parkway. 50s even looking good between northeast and the bay bridge, no worries yet early at a southern Maryland. Pretty quiet downtown so far. We are a little bit heavier going in bed on suitland Parkway riding toward fourth Sterling. Freeway looks good. No issues in the third street tunnel along New York avenue you're fine. Utility work in northwest had blocked eastbound Decatur place, which is one way between Massachusetts avenue in 22nd street, hoping they're wrapping up. Jack Taylor, WTO P traffic. Over on Prince William county on old bridge road, the closer remains a place westbound between one 23 and medieval road, the earlier crash brought down the utility pole there. We had utility issues and fair based counting on Fox mill road between the Ferris county Parkway and Reston Parkway, the pole itself was leaning and cruiser there to direct. If you're on the beltway you're in good shape through Virginia as well as in Maryland, elsewhere in Maryland the reports of any issues on two 70, 95 of the Baltimore Parkway on this New Year's Day, 50 is also good between the bay bridge and the beltway. On the stretch of the district of the district, let's go on to the stretch of three 95 and 6 95 moving well, no reports of any problems either way. If you're on canal road, you've got issues, there was a problem over on the capital Crescent trail, and as a result, they staged on canal road to deal with that they say that the issue has been dealt with apparently somebody stuck over there, but meanwhile, you've still got fire and rescue on canal road, you'll be directed into stretch essentially between Fletcher's boathouse and Fox hall road while they get things cleared up. Meanwhile, in northwest D.C., we've got a road race a 5 K race taking place just to the east of freedom Plaza in The White House along Pennsylvania avenue over toward the capitol, closures in place across the national mall, including on third street, as well as on independence avenue between 7th and third for the duration of the race. So the seriousness is on the southbound side on the Virginia side of I 95 and it is delays and issues. Watch out traveling southbound on the GW Parkway through Rosalind place are still with the crash after the key bridge, involving three vehicles one into the Woods and two were in the right lane. And that's where it stands right now through the district with volume westbound on this freeway from after main avenue toward the outbound case and west Potomac park northeast, police are still with the crash, clean up along the southbound side of D.C. two 95 after kennel worth avenue. At last check, the left lane was getting by and that may have been shouldered by now so we'll have more for you on that in our next report. Had some police activity in northwest long-standing along the northbound side of rock creek Parkway before Massachusetts avenue had the right lane blocked. And in northwest, we had a crash reported on the key bridge, had an inbound near M street that could be in the right lane with double checking that as we speak. Head over to Maryland to route 50 still quite long both sides inside and outside the beltway. The only mishap on 50 was a crash affecting the on ramp from cape saint Clair to eastbound 50. That's it. Across the bay bridge are good. We had some wind warnings for part of the afternoon for high level vehicles, but everyone else is riding nicely in both directions, three lanes, west, two lanes east across the bay. BW Parkway, you're good, just a little volume southbound after route 32, had a crash reported inside the beltway through Riverdale, headed north near route four 50 with checking on what lane is affected if it's there. And the bellway still moving nicely all the way around through Maryland and Virginia. Amtrak curtails service for some Virginia lines ahead of Inauguration Day
"That extra security also impacting the rail roads in and out of D. C. All Marc train routes into the district have been suspended beginning today. Marylin Department of Transportation says right now, I'd expect service on the pen, Camden and Brunswick lines to resume this Thursday. But for now, again no Mark service until after the inauguration. Amtrak says it's also going to suspend all Northeast regional service south of D. C on Tuesday and Wednesday. No Amtrak trains in Virginia except the auto train, which leaves from Lorton and won't be affected.

Wine windows were a thing in Italy back in the day in the Tuscan region Now you went to Italy for a wedding a couple of years ago. Do you remember seeing these wine windows on buildings? Yes, we took a tour of the walled city of Sienna, right, And that was one of the things that the Tour guide first pointed out to us as we were walking down. Stan medieval streets because this city is like a city frozen in time within its city walls. I mean, it's exactly the way it was during the time of the bubonic plague, I believe right, and so they have these little cutouts in houses. We're like, what are those, and she's like, Well, that is where you would knock and the residents would serve the wine. That was a thing. Wine was a universal human rights in Italy back in the day when they were trying to get through that playing well. Now these wine windows air, actually making a comeback. A lot of restaurants and bars are using them again because of Corona virus, and it's a great way to Show up with an empty bottle. Have someone's hand pop out of the wine window and Philip your bottle with Savino. They're also doing gelato this way and coffee this way, and the pictures are fantastic. I wish we had some around here. We do need to get some around here. So how can we make this a thing? Say in Potomac or Great falls, or perhaps maybe out in Lorton? How could we make this a thing?
