A Simple Equation to Help Kids Love Math
"We're going to the equivalent of flipping to the back of the book to look right at the answers because we know back by listening to this math, you had to overcome some anxieties I bet of your. Yes. So let's get right to our takeaways and number one. Don't let your math anxiety hold your kids back. Nothing's -iety. As you mentioned is a real phenomenon all over the world and it's pretty clearly related to how we teach math in school things like timed practice and memorization and high stakes testing and oh my gosh, I'm getting. Hot Flashes and sweaty palms, just thinking about tests. Can here's the really upsetting thing that math anxiety it's not equal opportunity. That's right. It's tied to stereotypes race, and especially gender research shows that mothers and Preschool teachers who are overwhelmingly women they can pass that feeling onto their kids especially to their girls but there is some good news children are not born with math anxiety. All right. It's passed onto them. So I think that's why we have to check out selves in when we're talking about math this. was kind of a surprise for me because I thought that you know if my kid had a problem with math I could bond with him by saying, Hey, you know it was tough for me too but actually rose Marie says saying, I. Don't like Math I can't do math that will get conveyed to your children and the solution. Instead we need to reframe math yet rosemary says think about the fun activities that can back up and reinforce what they're learning. In school math is very much an integral part of your life do you love music i? Do I love to sing. All right. If you love music, then you love math do like to cook and Bake I love to cook and be okay. Then you love math because she can't do music and you can't cook and bake without math so I can't cook or bake really and I definitely cannot sing but I love baseball for example, and my boys. And I we talk about baseball statistics all the time. So what's important Rosemary says is recognizing math as part of many things that we like doing together exactly and so to see more about how adults can we've math into our everyday moments of life even with really little kids you and I and our producer Laurent Mickey visited Really Special Preschool new first reported this episode. This is back in two thousand and nineteen when we could freely move throughout the world. Watch US light today. This is the center for Early Childhood Education. It's our research preschool at Eastern Connecticut State University. The lobby has this giant, super, realistic oaktree yet which I climbed inside. Very cool. We should also say about a third of the kids at this school speak Spanish at home. That's right and at the preschool, we sat down with one of the lead researchers. Suda. Swami not done and she helped us understand a lot more about how to grow children who love math the minute we say math with think of the big picture you know Bagel theorems beore geometry concepts instead swimming not says thinks small she's a professor in Early Childhood Education at Eastern Connecticut State and her special focus is on early math learning and Sudha And her colleagues have done lots of research to see what kinds of childhood experiences lead to better performance in math later on and one of their answers makes up our second takeaway take number to talk about math take this really ordinary moment you asked them to put their books away and and say, doesn't fit the shelf. So why disadvantage fit? Maybe it's the book is too tall too big Suda says you're actually talking about math process it's problem solving. Yeah, and we heard lots of this by the way math talk at the preschool. As the duck fit in there too. He did fit when he was standing up. So you decided to lay down does he fit now? That's Amy Lopez the lead teacher for the toddler. It's a sunny room with a cozy reading corner. There's a play kitchen and blocks, and you're the center of the room. There's this table and amy sitting with the children they're building together with magnetized calls, which are these colorful plastic blocks with different shapes that stick together and the little plastic farm animals, and one of the kids is kind of putting together a house. You're using triangles and squares unique. Naming the shapes in both English and in Spanish. When we played this tape for Rosemary she said what I heard. There is the teacher using descriptive math language and that is so key for children to understand math concepts. You can't understand the concepts without the language. Yeah, and aim is not building the box for the kids cheese actually making observations kind of narrating their thoughts in real time the more blocks you on the longer dad's Cohen I notice that when you added more your line got longer and longer when she said Moore blocks to make it longer. Longer is a complex word for children and they need to hear that language and they need to hear that language in a very concrete way. She wasn't even afraid to use really technical words like when this little boy was trying to make a little corral standup. Now you can put them all around the perimeter all around the edge Caribbean or.

Why Your Instagram Account Isn't Generating You Sales
"Committed to your success online. We've worked with them to a special offer just remarking school listeners. All you have to do is go to dream host dot com slash marking school to learn more and get your website online today. Welcome to another episode of Marketing School. I'm Eric. Su and I'm Neil Patel today. We're GONNA talk about why you're instagram account is in entering you any sale. So Neil, how many sales have you gone from INSTAGRAM's probably zero I'm trying to really recall I don't think I've made anything off of inscribe. So the first reason why usually don't generate sales as if you don't try to sell your Park Service, you won't generate any sales I don't ask people to buy from me, and if I did I would generate more sales. No Ma still you never ask you'll never receive and. That's one reason not just instagram. But why a lot of people don't generate sales the other thing too is they don't make their offers relevant to instagram audience like I mainly sell to BB companies. If all selling e commerce goods, it would be way easier to generate sales linked it on the flip side I've generated a ton of income sales from the. Target. Your offerings, maybe instagram isn't the right place is instagram at personal social networking. That's why I love it. I don't really use it to try to generate income from it, but you can. You just got to figure out what products service is right for your audience. Yeah. I think one woman to look at is Vanessa allow. So if you follow her on Instagram I, think it's La US Vanessa L A. U and you'll find that she sells this course called boss Graeme Academy and she integrates everything while everything goes back to that and it goes back to a program signing up for program so she. Sure, get sale sexy shares on her youtube channel as well. So similar to kneel get sales through linked in twitter has done really well for me. Facebook has actually done well for me as well. Youtube has actually done well for me too I'm assuming similar for you. Neil to me I'm like man on my instagram page I'm similar to Neil I, just like re purposing content and just teaching. But like the stuff they do when you look at their stories like these little millimeters, thirty stories, fifty stories today here's a new launch, right here's another lodge sign up for this. Here's a bunch of testimonials unlike. That's too exhausting for me. So I think it works is we aren't doing it because that's not exactly what we are pitching. Neil totally agree with you, and this is like look instagram isn't that hard to monetize. If you look at tight Lopez one of the best tragedies you just go live and then you push your audience to wherever you want and try to get them to buy products or services. So. The way I look at it is just tried the tactics that you already know that we're going live pushing your park services even impose your link url in your bio offering a special discount or promotion look at the proctor services that are appealing to the audience that you have. Make sure you're offering those. Constantly promote on a daily basis. Every time grant Cardona. Has a new fund. He
Max Has NO FEAR FOR THE DEER + Nick Nurse ‘Coaching Clinic’
"That's not a bad shot wasn't a bad shopping to see not it was a bad shot. But how did they beat Philly? Was that a good shot? Just tell me that was was that a Nick nerve-wracking. This is the best coach you can do we need to Coalinga. Is that the best player you go? Okay. So this is what is what I wanted to hear from you mind me getting that. I mean running off the corner going all the way following the way from the three-point line that that was the way you designed. This is where I'm getting that thing. Okay. So then let's talk about that. Then ignorant didn't have a play lined up in that situation or at least we maybe didn't have the the player. Maybe maybe that's it. In my opinion. He said, you know what they figure things out up to this point. I'm going to let them just keep going cuz I have nothing and that's a problem that's off. Can't be that kind of Coach into play. I believe in this situation that Brad Stevens to me and although Nick nurse is the coach of the year. I like Brad Stevens home is a knows better now like next Nur Nick nurses X's and O's I think he is. I think he gets guys in places. They need to be and it has really worked out well for so so I don't I don't necessarily think that yeah, you want some people that call timeout. Okay, you can call timeout but now you give the other team opportunity to self esteem. So if I promise up until you come down to your file before guy gets into the act of shooting Mean there are a bunch of things. You can talk about that. You can't talk about on the flyer. So that's a good point because you if you're Brad Stevens, I'm telling my guys to foul. They needed three follow. Yeah, but they they going to do that. They did not going to do that because they didn't have that opportunity to think about it. They just play what time on the situation you have more time to think about. Absolutely so that maybe it's why Nick nurse doesn't call a time-out init work off. All you were trying to do is get a decent. Look at it three point shot got a decent Loop. Don't miss don't miss out on this one. It's your chance. You know, Cedric Maxwell says go down absolutely had to betonline.ag today and take advantage of all the great signup bonuses betonline.ag your online sportsbooks experts and it now I don't know man. just feel like when it comes down like you say like when it comes out and accessing those late-game situations, I'm taking Brad Stevens over over Nick nurse all day them, but when Nick nurse but some guy told me later on or off. Yeah, some guy told me the other day on the radio from Toronto said Nick nurses by the arrestee was a give him a clinic in coaching. Okay. Oh, I thought that goes but this is my thing with him. This beef with Nick you you played out that situation, right? It didn't pan out obviously depend on welfare. But you know, you played that card whatever it is what it is right off of 20 minutes later. So it was a microphone in your face and you're gonna complain about oh Jason Tatum got their free throw line too many times all the favors. I mean, excuse me, all the referees gave him that one come on and while you're trying to put up there and you're trying to put something in somebody's you're trying to put some because if it's not working you're down to well, you're trying to put your grabbing it whatever you can grab that actually the course of the year. You're trying that your job. Well, you're grabbing it what you can grab it. See I can really hasn't been that guy you know that said, oh my God, there's no way to stop. I'll come David Jaylen Brown has done a nice job. I'm just I sewing being one off. Woman with G acha you gotta yeah, and they haven't really had to double-team. That's true. So, you know what Jaylen brown hair but his defense has been underrated. How about the time that Jaylen Brown? I mean you're talking about quickness thought he ripped off calorie calories was dribbling and it was like stripping. Well, yeah look like look like brown was in The Matrix the way he went across and grabbed the basketball game. Carolina was sent he was going back the other way know when the ball on the floor you you ain't got it no more. I looked at him. Where did it go with so long? I mean, it's been it's been eye-opening to see some of the some of the situations and even now down that bubble people talk about or you know, what's going on with Milwaukee Milwaukee is trademark what they do. They give up three's what does what does Miami like to do? Oh you take the reason you're walking Milwaukee is given that more FAQ. To anybody else. So Miami's Forte there strip is shoot the three. Yeah. So if you ever team does knocking down threes in a regular area off and you you're struggling right now with, you know, Yiannis and Middleton and you know, they play great against the Celtics but they've had a you know, Jonas has been if they use the series honest is going to be exposed again time to time MVP. I agree with that. Well, the biggest reason why I agree with that is because you you got a 27-point performance out of Chris Middleton office and you couldn't make that a win like that's a big. Well somebody else involved in this. Well, that's what I'm saying. You know his Lopez involved. Where is Lopez build out. 1 game? Okay lower game loading again if off on your scores Seventeen eighteen, you're in trouble. Well, we're we're and that's the thing about picking up your teammates like somebody who's like Kimba. Okay. Kimball didn't was barely scored and Marcus fairly score. Yep. You had somebody else that kind of shoulder the load until those guys got it together and you look at blood. So what's blessed done during the series always been a little banged up. So I don't I don't trust them this man. This is obviously I've never been like like that's always in my thing Milwaukee. Yiannis is going to be honest, but I don't trust your boys like your squad is shaky Milton will give you those 30.93 here and there but need to make sure those are wins you can give those up Jerry has travels big man. I really like Miami and new series. I just like their Focus right now, too. Yeah. I totally agree. I think again to see to me, it's Jimmy Butler Factor. Yeah, because they those dudes right now bam alabado guys, like they're they're taking on that same Persona is Jimmy Butler like, you know jumping off. Yeah. I mean Jimmy brother man. I mean he said about when you asked about guests and family come into the bubble was you said he I'm not bringing anybody man. This is a business trip. Wow. Why Philadelphia Phillies should be terrified of prospective New York Mets owner Steve Cohen
"News, it's the news from a couple days ago. That it is. Ah, just ah, matter of crossing some T s and dotting some. I's For major billionaire Steve Cohen to buy the New York Mets. Why is this a problem? All right, let's go, Micro. Then we'll go macro. A micro problem. Is that Jay Serial Muto is a free agent in 30 games, plus the plaice. And the New York Mets need a catcher and Steve Cohen, for those of you don't know who he is and what his deal is Big Box New York to the point that the second he takes over the Mets John he becomes the richest owner in major league baseball. Soon as he takes over. And he's going to take over the Mets. He won the bidding war against Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez and Josh Harris and some others. He's the one who's going to win this which means when Jadiriyah Muto and by the way, really mute tone is agent probably have been aware ofthe. I'm sure his agent part of the reason they haven't signed is a wait, Wait, wait, wait and went to no brainer. Steve Cohen might be taken over the mats. Hold on, Don't sign, and I know yesterday, McClintock talked about the Dave engage in conversation, and that's good. But you know the reality is the The five year $100 million deal right that summer. Free beer first speculating today. Well, maybe it'll be five on 120. He'll get his 23 year because we don't know that it won't be five years and 180 million Well, James, That's a little aggressive. You don't know what you're talking about. A guy here one in New York. I know I want to make yourself something. I agree with that. But I mean, let's not get carried away. 51 80 is is not gonna happen, we'll say but here's what I know. I just got a lot harder for the pills. And by the way, that's just on the real Muto front. In one example. Then there can actually division the macro is this is a division where obviously the Braves in the nationals, and even to an extent, the Marlins has some nice young players. Phillies have some clearly some veterans that are good. But the reality is the Mets, who have ever since the Bernie Madoff disaster for them about 15 years ago have been a joke. As far as being in New York spending money the way a New York team should get ready for that to change this decade. Yeah, that's the issue is that all of a sudden the Mets are gonna be cheap anymore. It's just got hard, man. I mean, the the New York Mets. They shouldn't be cheap, You know, just like the Philly should correct. I agree. So ah. Now, this guy, apparently pretty big ego guy. I'm sure he's going to want to win some some battles against the Yankees. As far as you know, who's got the upper hand in New York and who's controlling the airwaves, the television networks in the radio and conversation and all that stuff and J. T. Real Muto is is like the prize that Mets fans are clamoring for. So just just know as a Phillies fan as we all are. It just got harder. It just got harder for the filles.
Butler Scores 40, Miami Heat Top Bucks 115-104 For 1-0 Series Lead
"The Milwaukee Bucks scored forty points in the first quarter. Last night for an eleven point lead in game one of their second round NBA playoff series with. MIAMI. But things fell apart after that and Jimmy. Butler got hot for the heat solder will work against Middleton. Topped out at eight put the three out Kyrie gotta go Mike Goodness Jimmy Butler second. Of the night. It's Mike English sunset and ninety, the ticket Butler scored fourteen of his career playoff high forty points in the fourth quarter in Miami beat Milwaukee one, fifteen, four mostly credits Jimmy I thought he had several if not all of the shots he may tough shots he's capable given credit you made them but. The defense while we can always be better I. think it was a case and making tough shots. Bucks committed nineteen turnovers miss twelve free throws gave up forty two points in the paint and were out rebounded forty, six, thirty, four, Chris Middleton scored twenty eight before fouling out. Brook. Lopez added twenty four while Janas unto. Kubo didn't play as well as we expect Janas had eighteen points, ten rebounds and nine assists but committed six turnovers and missed eight of twelve free throws I want to be more. Obviously you know when you the game is over and you have the the sheet at, you'll see twelve shots you gotta wonder. Why the issue more could have been more aggressive but I think now just tried to make it up playing style was my whole game. You know whether lose you got two bucks didn't have point guard Bledsoe who sat out with a strained right hamstring status for game two tomorrow night is unclear

Yeah I love that because I think a lot of people making adjustments person with your success could easily be like what from the block? No. Absolutely. Not I'm totally different now. Do. Things are different now but. Who you are inside your mind. You know what I mean never changes you know. Who you are. So, going back to the Bronx, you mentioned the Bronx. You play the series injuries. And it begins yeah. At all, you played sports and you claim that you were a shortstop and you try that claim. Was shortstop. Tell us about your game star shortstop just like you. Like comman. Yeah I started playing softball when I was very I always love sports. I always love sports so I played. It was a big tomboy when I was little. And always had my niece great by the way still do. I just love it. I always loved being active and I played softball started little league probably when I was eight or nine years old and I was yes, I was a shortstop. and. I did have a Nice Bat I. Did I did we girl? We always had wheels I wasn't like the fastest person. But more than I. Think I had the most heart and that's what made me a good player. I'm always curious this someone who has the fame accomplishments that you have when you were a kid did you think to yourself like some day I'm Gonna I'm GonNa do all this yes you did I did think it sounds crazy but I kinda that because it's I feel like there's a lot of people who think that and then it doesn't work out whether it's like when you think In the actually happy and actually have is no I always I always thought that something I was always waiting for something special to happen he no. In my life I grew up in a very regular neighborhood in the Bronx I used to go like Mama. See me five bucks I used to go buy eggs milk and you know what I mean it was just like a very regular upbringing. And I used to play in street and and but like I'd be sitting in Church and then I thought the price was gonNA pick me. To do something for somebody was GonNa talk to me like God. Was GonNa talk to me I don't know and I would have thoughts like that and I always knew from very young to like when I would watch TV or watch movies like that. I wanted to do that. I knew I wanted to do that and I felt like I was going to do that I had no idea what the Path was there. but. I knew somehow someway I was gonNA figure that out. So follow up to that. What was the moment? Can you remember it when you said I've actually achieved US I've made it the quote unquote made it like this is actually my life. Yeah. I think it was different moments different moments but I think probably one of the biggest was when I was. Excuse you. I think the big move I was I had just released my first album. So I had done a few movies already I had was. Traveling in Europe it was the middle of the night I was jetlagged and I was promoting a single I don't know which one it was and we were just over there. And I was in this big beautiful hotel suite. Myself with my girlfriend from the Bronx who was my assistant now and just picked her because not that she knew how to be an assistant, but she was just hanging out with me. And we were both there and she was dead asleep and I'm walking around this hotel room and we were performing at the MTV Europe awards the next day. And so they like all the costumes out in all the shoes and all this stuff. And as I walked through the room. So my bedroom into this big living room into this other room where they had set up like Glam, the table and everything, and all the shoes were there and it was like shoes lining the whole entire room and I looked and I was like. I had I grew up with like holes in my sneakers like. When did this happen and just kind of hit me like Oh. My God like. I have a lot of shoes. And none of them have holes wanted this habit who just like. The symbolism of that because I, remember like my foot always scraping like the ball of your foot, you know when you wear down your sneakers when you're young. Maybe that only having us. It would I would always remember the ball of my foot on the concrete like just as it would breakthrough and and then just standing there in this room full of clothes and shoes and never thinking that would ever be my life but thinking in that moment like, wow, when did my life get to be this?.

Twenty five minutes because each of these is eighty hour. Talk how to do. But I'll just give you one point on each of this specific to shrinking your problem number one. Just ask yourself legit really by this. If you didn't love yourself right down that exact question. Would you really buy this if you didn't love yourself? Because most entrepreneurs love themselves and they love their product so they can't fathom that no one else will the guy who started Fubu Daymond John. He had a great little test and he said when he had a T. Shirt brand he went out and he went to the Baseball Stadium in New York. And when the game get let out. He went and sold this shirts cold market. Walk Up to people that tells the truth because it's not selling. Most people sell to their friends and friends of friends and warm traffic when you convert cold traffic that's product but if you can't imagine I got a few little tests said I wish I had more time but though I called the one million person test doesn't mean you have to have one million customers don't launch businesses that you couldn't see a million people from globally. I'm not saying you have to have a million customers. This start or even ever hit but if your best product is a course on underwater basket weaving the total world known world interested in underwater. Basket weaving is four hundred people and you never get more than even McDonalds only has about ten percent market share in the fast food business. Mcdonald's you can't get dominant shares in markets very easily anymore. Unless you're Goule buber things like that. Have a massive network affect those are harder to do. Most people here are GONNA DO BUSINESSES. That you're you're knocking bill to get fifty percent market. Share you're GONNA be able to get one percent. There's some people you WanNa look straight nigh so I have this system which I don't have time to talk about but the people pick is for practical as for action for Social E is emotional. Eli Moscow I already know going in that. He's an e I've watched you to view that can read him very. It's not that hard. An emotional person is fear based a new person. The second thing on the four is adaptability by the way these are the first three sixty seven steps. That's where I got. The second one's adaptability some people even when you show them that you're right they just don't change. Whoever had somebody like that? No like you're like. Oh you see this. It didn't work. Let's not do it again. No I'm just kind of that person. I had a guy in my training program. I called the business bodyguard. And is dude. One of my trainees was there and he had a pair of sevens here play Poker Para Sevens and he folded before the flop and poker trainer said to him. I think he was right. After the big blind there was only three of us playing the poker dealer who's also trained the top poker players in the world. Said you shouldn't have fold. I never liked that guy. He was out higher. Nobody gets the best poker trainer in the argue with them over. Statistics statistics statistics. The third thing I look for so look for people that when you show them the obvious truth they go change on a dime and I try to put myself through this standard. I went to Oscars this year. When was the moment where you had that breakthrough idea that show Turkey from the couch to what you're doing now on my thought was is this all life has and that's I read Hugh Hefner book recently not that Hugh Hefner is the ideal role model to some guys? He launched the first issue of playboy was an instant hit. So I think that's a good one to have awesome awesome so here in my garage. Yes how did that start? What was inspiration behind? What was the plan? What did you go in your garage and film the video or what happened so I gave you guys. The Bonus Framework. Get paid to do what you were going to do anyway. I was already walking out to the garage literally and I was like mild. Turn on a camera and you own a funny story about that so my friend was in town a few days before. I haven't told many people. This story and this is last. January friend was visiting the same. I was telling you that he's on my snapchat. If you check out my snapchat I won't do. "And now, the low has welcome to the low post podcast live from Milwaukee. Wisconsin where we are thrilled to be joined by a slightly under the weather but coming off a win brook Lopez the new center of the Milwaukee Bucks. How you doing, sir? Well, how about yourself? I'm hanging in. I'm glad to be in Milwaukee. I gotta see the arena for the first time tomorrow and you get to play against Anthony Davis, which I'm sure is a great time just as much of his free just as much. So so let's let's let's keep this quick and go some rapid fire. Your brother had just a patented crazy is Robin. Lopez ejection last night in Oklahoma City. Have you talked to him since then do you do you give him any county? He has one of these year. At least do you offer him any council? Do you do you review the tape to see how you rate his performance? What what did you think of it? You know, I don't I didn't know about this stuff. My teammates were telling me about it after I saw the film. And I watched the film few times. I'm just I'm rarely if ever on his side. I just I don't know. He lost the last night. And I think he deserves everything he gets coming to them. He he really has a he looks like he gets taken over by a trance is is really go crazy. And boy, you gotta give it up for Jim Boylan who's putting them through three hour practices, and you know, suicides. He got in the fray last night that was strong work from a coach. I don't know if bud is doing that. If you guys get an abroad this year. Right. Well, doing it for me in particular that might let someone took a shot at before he got in there. Do you? Do you have my wife is a twin? And she believes in like twin sensory perception when Robin is about to go incredible hulk, do you do you have any does your spine star tingling? Do you sense that something is about that? Something is amiss sorta like spider sense or something like that. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't sense anything last night on us -ly. I feel like normally I get some sort of deal. But that would be completely blindsided me last night. He he was he was fantastic. So so you played for the Lakers last year. And now you now you play for the bucks. What's always been interesting to me? And what I really wanted to ask you about was the moment. Lebron sign with the Lakers and all they also had like no centers for a minute until they signed jail McGee. And now they've obviously got Tyson Chandler there was this idea that well, okay. The Lakers need a center, and they need some size, and they need three point shooting because any team with LeBron needs a lot of three point shooting around him. And I was like, well, I they just had a guy who kind of combines both of those things. So I'm curious from your perspective. Like where were you surprised that they didn't come after you harder? Or maybe they did. And you just decided I mean, it's kind of a circus there with LeBron in Los Angeles. It's like a perfect storm of of drama. Did you just not want any part of it? What was your perspective on on the move from LA to Milwaukee? Well, it was a little surprised adjust. Just in end up working out. You know, kinda went in one direction pretty quickly. And from that point, you know, I was looking at other options. Would you have wanted to play there or do you prefer this? It's it's it's obviously you have a great team. I think a better team than the Lakers, but it it's a quieter. It's quieter here. Let's put it that way. Yeah. I mean, I would have wanted to play there. But you know, that being said I'm happy that this worked out the way it did cause it's the best situation possible, you know, even comparable to playing there this season, you know, barring away this season, Milwaukee has gone, so well, just the group we have here the players staff and the opportunity to do some big things. It's such a great situation to be in. So what's the first meeting with the team? Like, I don't know who you met. If it was John Horster bud or I don't even remember what the exact timetable of buds..

You're selling less say luxury watches online. You want to target people that are interested in luxury items so you can type in. I'm going to remove you for a second here. Tie. I'm going to type in Gucci so you know sixty one million people. And then once I have it, that's been the word vegan. Oh, okay. Yeah, for vegan stuff. Why did you think Gucci would be be I I was talking about, yeah, they're twelve million. People are interested in vegan nutrition. Yeah. Then how many go were hover over recipe again being in recipes, and there's a lot look all the vegans. There's, you know, twenty million people. And if I want to actually. This the way I would do it is that I would create an asset specifically one for vegan nutrition, then I would create another asset. So this is about twelve million people right now. So you can see the top, right? The number of people that he can target between eighteen and sixty five. So right now I have an audience of fifteen million is too big for most people. So one on narrow, narrow it down. So United States I go between eighteen. What do you think is a right age range for this product for vegan? Yeah, we can all age. I would go older sometimes eighteen year olds on much. Yeah, twenty five to forty, I'd say, yeah. So the way to think about it is that you need to have different at sets for different age groups and see which one buys best. So you would go from here from twenty five. Let's say to. Thirty five. That's one thesis vegan nutrition. You can add more. You can add. Let me see if you can break it up by. Let's see what else we have here. What other options we have here we have vegan organic gardening. Those people might buy. They might be growing. They're, they're not. They're like, forget snacks vegan recipes. Definitely a good one because I mean these people are literally interested in vegan recipes. So you know these two right there. I have a good size audience. Now seven million is about right. Feel million. I think five hundred thousand is too small for most products between a million to ten million is about the right dried spot for Nazi. So here we are talking about seven point one million twenty five to thirty five United States. Interesting. These these things, you know, that's a good one. Now I'm not going to publish this because you know my ads are live, but that's how you would do. And then what you do is think of the pizza. So the pizza or the campaign is vegan product. This specific product that you're saying. And now we created once one slice of pizza, which is twenty five to thirty five interested in vegan. So twenty five thirty five interested in vegan. You can create another one which is, let's say, thirty six to forty, five interested in vegan, and you can just create these slices of pizza. Basically each one of them specific asset that you built. So that's how you drive traffic and you basically do a lot of testing and you start out and you know you spend five bucks on a campaign of it's not working. You can usually tell believe it or not. If you alert very quickly..
