"He has to navigate those circles as the character. You know but this is something that you know. This is kevin conroy. Siri batman is the real guy. And bruce wayne is the mask so he does it to to as a means to an end but he has to play the playboy part of him to To keep that mask without any cracks or people don't suspect he's really batman interesting way to approach it in your in your book by the way i really like thank you. I really appreciate that. You know. I think it was. Joel's pfeiffer who. I made that that batman is the real person. Bruce wayne is the character and then he said in contrast clark kent is. The real person at superman is the performance. That's he's got a really interesting book. She was fight for about how. Here's amazing superheroes but I i think i say this. Maybe i just imply in the book. I've thought so many times batman should not work you know. Beth mentioned not work as popular character for american audiences. Because what we keep telling ourselves now whether this is true or not is for debate. But what we've been telling ourselves for a couple of hundred years now is that we don't want delete writing in from their mansions to fix things for us. What we want is to be. Self reliant. We want to be one of the people where it's the working class person who support. It's a death salesman right. Yeah dead not death of some magnificent prince or something like that tragedy. that's right we're interested in willy. loman literally low man so Baton shouldn't work as idea that the working class gets saved by a rich guy who doesn't even live in the town full of the people he saving he just rides in on his black stallion. Beatson people up and then leaves. That shouldn't work. And i think that this show will and so. That's a problem throughout batmans history from the very first favors stories. But i think that this show deals with that problem. In a head-on way that most batman stories don't most batmans reaches kind of try to slide over the fact that it's a rich guy coming to save the working class. And this show says you know. Here's the thing. There are good rich people in their bad rich people. Most rich people are really not very good human beings but reuss is and we're going to figure out why and that's that's one of the central question i think of this whole animated series is so wide. Is bruce get to be a rich personnel. What even makes a good rich person. Yeah fascinating stuff really fascinating..

"The thing is if you keep looking backwards. You're gonna fall over because you can't go forwards or backwards at the same time but if we start focusing on where you want to go back is going to make a big difference because you want to make your home at vision board for your future for what it is that he wanted to call in for where you're going so allowing yourself to take on the ideas and concepts of minimalism in terms of the practicality what you love and allow it to then see each piece doesn't line up where i'm going with what i want to call in with with my sense of personal growth and development might vision for the future so. Here's how to embrace minimalism practice. Bunks way how you key pieces that intentionally. That make you feel really good. Get rid of artificial plants. So artificial plans say basically allow the energy to come in and kind of create stagnant energy. Because they were not alive and they're not breathing so wanna clear those out. Get rid of hair down. What is in excess so like lows of books for example now you may be a big avid reader and that could be really difficult one for you and that's where you have to go like amazon and read books again. Do i love them. And if you're not gonna read them again perhaps somebody out. There would just love the wisdom from that book so start to see how you could release. Some of those things a paradox. Some of the excess and it doesn't mean a full clear out of everything the next place for funkaway to make sure that she is moving and the energy is not getting stagnant and stuck is to clean out the cupboards that have been touched in months. So just think about even we think of the idea of like you have a beautiful moving little pond and then the stops moving so the pump breaks and stops moving and this pong it all like grimy in green and growth and the energy becomes stagnant. That's the same kind of idea of all happened in a covered they. You haven't touched for months. That has all of these like paperwork and stuff. That's that's just not being used or required the belinda cleared apps so we should use things in our homes as much as possible. Make sure it's being used and that will then make sure that the energy is going to to answer case because stay energy blocks the flow of energy which is what we want in our homes and it will be back from moving and calling in what it is that we want as easily as we can have is. I said i'm not saying you have to get rid of everything. An empty house could actually have really bad folks way because when my work with people client clients were working with oche way is acupuncture for the home. So it's like the invisible energy. Well we can talk about. Today's what's on the visible like on the aesthetic. So i have a fun exercise for you. I want you to move around your house and look at everything and see if it resonates number one and then use the power folks way number twenty seven to change the energy of your home move twenty seven things. This may be a little bit like what move twenty-seven things just one thing twenty seven or even just one thing twenty seven times. But i think i would love you to just move around and see if he can move. And then ask you move those items. Maybe some of them need to be let go. And maybe you could dive to the place of letting go twenty-seven items now i want you to reflect on a higher feels after this exercise do you like you have more energy in your home and you feel good about the things in your house as you move the twenty seven things common. Let me know. I would love to hear the comments. Has this resonated with you. And what are you going to take action on one piece in your house that you're like oh man that has to go. I know exactly that thing. Oh that cupboard is the one that has stagnant she in that needs to be cleared because when we reflect about how feels has feels. After this exercise. I wanted to feel really really. Great now. minimalism ambush way can cohabitate in your home. If that's what works for you now just remember. Make your home and energetic place that is like magnetic verde is that you want is so so potent. When we have a little checklist now. I would like to invite you to check out my checklist. So this checklist gives you basically step by step everything that you can move around your has not even move but things that you can look at it identified your home that could be blocking the chee and how to improve it. So even go to patricia dot com slash checklist. And so that is patricia. Loman dot com slash checklist to get access to my ultimate functionally checklist guide. You got a Facebook after let me see her Amazon app G. Why is Jeff Bezos worth 200 Billion? It's you, John and Ken weekdays it too Well, they've got your money because you willingly gave it to them. You don't on K f I forever remember Sunday Brian suits in here until 10 like you say lots of local May him yesterday early in the morning. In downtown L. A. A car jacking led to a hit and run of a 47 year old man of father of several hit run on his bike. The the individual who stole the white Toyota pickup was later in an accident down my skid row. He ran No one knows who he is on. Guess what police. You're asking for Muir Information. Also Panorama City man shot in his car. My individual man loan loan. Uh, kind of a car found dead behind the wheel. Very similar thing in walnut. Um, if you're missing the boat on this one, this is a signature gang hit. Last time we saw this was during the reign of Chief Bill Bratton. Remember Bill Bill Bratton from Bastion. Where? Where? Ah, where? Oh, who? Who was it? Who went gay Lindsay Loman. That's right, because, he said he said L a was coming down with the paparazzi because during his reign paparazzi with the biggest problem He came out of the gym one day and talked Tombo c four and said, Well, yeah, things have calmed down. Now that Lindsay Long has gone gay, he couldn't say Lohan. No, I guess you're Irish. You can say Lohan. Lindsay Lohan's gone gay and Britney Spears has moved or whatever. Well, what was happening during his reign was that black motorists during the early hour early hours of the morning we're being found dead behind the wheel at the bottom of all France. Because other gangs a sort of a blood in initiation were executing is solo. Black motorist, perhaps driving home from a job are driving to a job. They were found dead in on the harbor Freeway and one off the 2 10 on. But that's where the gang experts said the person was a family person, working person. No debts, Whatever. This is probably a random killing as the initiation by a gang. And you didn't hear about that because Bratton didn't want you to hear about that. But that's what was going on. Well, anyway, I be I'm the canary in the coal mine. There's something like this has been going on for last couple months. Oddly enough, that coincides with The release of prisoners from California Department of Corrections. Back to their original county of adjudication. That's the law in California, and what county is responsible for one third of all inmates and the Cal duct system. You're correct. If you said Los Angeles County and so oddly enough instead of vaccinating and I gotta tell you if the alternative is leading violent people out to do violence and look at the solace sheep Versus them getting a vaccine before me because I've already had it. And I'm not gonna take it any way I say, vaccinate the prisoners if the alternative is let them out. Freaking vaccinate him. Not a problem. But that's not who runs the prison system. The people who run the prison or the people who make the decisions about the prison system never interact with the people in the prison system. On dear, letting them out amongst us. And you know what happens when you When you go to California state prisons you really are asking for you deserve it. It's really hard to get to prison in California. These days, they'll feel generally Had that 364 days sentence work that you can do it. Twin towers in downtown L A. If you go up To the state. Then you are a bad guy, and when you come out of there even on early release because of the cove IDs, you have scores to settle and that's what's happening. From L A right now. Yes, There's an increase in violence wiser, an increase in violence because we've brought more violent people out to the streets anyway. Esso their resent, and that has nothing to do with the hit and run. You know that we've had this hit and run disease in the L. A area in Southern California for the 19 million of us live south of Santa Barbara. Um, this'll is an issue but anyway So this is the San Francisco Chronicle today. I you know, in the last break out, read you that great up retweeted it from a man in Santa Barbara, who nails not just how Gavin Newsom has failed. The fact that recalling him in electing another incompetent person may not help today. This Francisco Chronicle story you start to feel stupid tech workers can't leave San Francisco fast enough. The Bay Area struck a hard bargain with its tech workers. Rent was astronomical taxes were high. Your neighbors didn't like you. If you lived in San Francisco, you might have commuted an hour South, your job and Apple or Google or Facebook. Or if your office was in the city. Maybe it was in the neighborhood with too much street crime, open drug use and $5 coffees. But it was worth it. Living in the epicenter of boom that was changing the world was what mattered. The city gave us workers a choice of interesting jobs. That chance that the brass ring that is until the pandemic remote work offered a chance at residing for a few months in towns were life felt easier. Tech workers and the bosses realized they might not need all the perks and afterwards schmooze events. But maybe they needed elbow room and a yard for the new puppy. Ah, place to put the pellet on a top public school. They fled. They fled to tropical Beach towns. They fled to more affordable places like Georgia. They fled to states without income taxes like Texas and Florida. That's where the story of the Bay Area's latest tech era is ending for a growing crowd of tech workers and their companies. They have suddenly movable jobs and money in the bank money that will go plenty further somewhere else. Let me break away for a second. What California seems to have forgotten our two things. The majority of the tech workers aren't from California. They're outstanding graduates from other universities around the world around the country. California also forgets thing too. They forgot to build a moat. And so these are people that don't have ties here, but they make a lot of money when they pay the freight for most of our state income tax. Now they're leaving. Do I have to pencil this out for you? There's one analogy, but we'll get to here in just a second, a guy who moved to Austin after 10 years in Cupertino, and I swear he you could probably speak the words that he told the San Francisco Chronicle. But anyway, this is the canary in the coal mine. And if you plan on staying in California You're going to be paying the freight for this back in the second Super hyper local Sunday can if I am 6 40 live if we're on the radio app Danny Max of the news U. Nick Bosa Urban Meyer Ohio State new age player power
"Drop out of school. And prepare for the NFL draft. He's not going to make an effort to come back this season. He's not going to try to get back in time for the bowl game or anything like that. He's going to he's not only quitting the team. He's dropping out of school altogether. And he's just going to prepare for the draft. And his coaches fine with it. Urban Meyer who also let him sit out a bowl game last year to protect himself because he didn't want to injure himself for the NFL draft was cool with that too. So are we reaching a new level here in college football in particular, where not only are they playing college football to get to the NFL? But now in some cases, they're not playing college football in order to get to the NFL new Loman creeping to that point. I remember miss year ago two years ago, Leonard fournette and McCaffrey to running back from Sanford didn't play in their bowl game to protect their draft. As remember these guys were big. Didn't last right. But these guys like they just made your bullets if they were the first ones to do it. Then both did it last year. So that was a creep in a little bit. Now. Now, you got creep, and I can see a guy leaving if the team is to in eight or whatever, and you know, why come back. I'll just get ready stations continue for national championship there. Right in the mix. This team could be ready to go. Download school. He's people to game the scholarship. He's lend down. He's letting everybody down and the coaches lesson go away. I don't think. That's right. Well, this right, depending on who you believe this comes from his father. So I don't know. He's saying that his recovery would take so long that he wouldn't be back in time for the bowl game. Anyhow, I don't know if that's true or not his father is a former player in the NFL who had his career ended after three years because knee injuries. So he's obviously very sensitive to this. And he wants to get his kids into the NFL and get paid before an injury might happen. And here an injury has already happened to Nick Bosa to me the other part of this. You didn't even mention Kenny is that he just dropped out of school. So I mean how obviously he could care less about going to college. There's nothing nothing in his core injury. That would keep them from getting to class, right, buddy. Say well, what's the point of being in school? If I'm not gonna play football. It is October. Okay. The draft isn't until April. But I just think that this is more and more just becoming glaringly obvious point that college topnotch college players are only there. There to get an NFL career. And now, they don't even have to play pretty soon. Kenny, it's going to get to the point. They're already missed the bowl games. If injured I'm not gonna go. What happens if you're you're really great all American player. But for whatever reason your team is foreign foreign. You say, you know, what we're not going anywhere. We're gonna get in some crap bowl game that I don't care if I go to or not I'm not playing the last two games of the season. I'm just gonna sit it out. Right. I don't need to give back from some urban Meyer, probably fine with that. Because what is urban Meyer ultimately interested in next year's he's already paying. And if he if he looks like the kind of guy who will get you to the NFL, no matter what he's gonna get that five star recruit. So that's why he's cool
