good appear Wranglers all right we have another probably the most important person in the captain's life ladies and gentlemen it's Doug Hopkins mom Robert and reverting do I get paid for the hi mom hi Derek yes he should birthday sweetheart thank you thank you him on here too but thank you I love you and then what about its Kevin to know she's only well your friend yes they're awesome Doug's birthday we gotta talk about duck thing we've got is a mom on the phone you have to tell was also and we've known that since high school all of us have begin to tell us something about Doug that none of us now oh boy arm I don't think they can on the air that's a great answer Moffett said if you intend to cancer there was no story of him as a kid doing something crazy he told the bicycle yes members said that he was going to write that into it yeah you read it over because he on accident but it was Carmen it taught him about karma yeah and also the rocks that magically broke the garage window it just yes I want to tell you something else it was in the living room playing with another football and I heard the crash and I heard this little sound they go to your room and and he went around do you see yourself here myself to my room yeah why yeah that's a lot of discipline I wish he still had that unfortunately Riverdale if you're not going to tell us things about Doug that we don't know we're gonna tell you some things about dug big you don't owe that I don't want exact mom I love you I'll see you tonight all right Roberta hanging here since you have one of the coolest moms at everybody's awesome event tests she's been like a den mother for all of us as well and and she's been there through thick and thin enormous Olson five school absolutely one thing I can say is ran under a I love all of you I don't I don't know if I'm taking the same thing right now mom but for the most part I write boarded me even though I'm a Die Hard Dodgers fan she still loves me for it I will love you but I hate to break through I remember the way we want the Diamondbacks we took the whole yeah yep you got it way to go okay all right let me lay there there that probably was the most important one doing cost absolutely yeah yeah great man and great day they're both they're both pretty fantastic what did you pick up from your mom and dad the you've tried to do as a parent integrity integrity you know they're there they've always do the right thing and you know when it comes to business they they they had some some pretty hard hard times when when it came to business from people that that stole from them and they paid back every single dollar from other people that they put the bus stuff on consignment and they had stuff in the store consignment and somebody went and sold it but while they were out here someone sold all their stuff and pocketed the money my mom my parents paid every single one of the back of their own pocket almost put in bankruptcy but they made sure to and that's that's all that's stories always stuck with me you know my favorite part about that was there was zero pots when you ask that question no you didn't have to think about it did they didn't even have to think about it yeah it was right there and we've had a conversation a couple times before just just in talking about your business Doug and Doug Hopkins dot com I in you know you talk about branding and what are we in everything in the very first thing that I ask Doug is what are the words that describe what you want this company to mean and integrity is the number one thing that comes up that you have to be in business there's so many people that that come and go in this business since and if you if you lie to one person if you try to cheat one person that person's gonna tells you know another person and another and another and another and so if that's where I've had longevity in this business for twenty five plus years is because you know I do things the right way I don't cheat people and you know if you give people what they want in return you get what you what you want so you know it's just a live by that creed and and you know it's got my parents taught me very well and one of the things that you make sure never to do in different wouldn't when you buy wholesale houses are you make an offer you sign a contract you don't come back to people right down the road and say well we do we got to lower the price here we're gonna have to do this server you have to do that happens all the time and in most of my competitors to do that they use it as a tool and and I just refused to do it all right great okay go ahead I was just gonna say that I love going out on all these appointments and meeting the sellers that need to sell their home and coming from a place of integrity and saying Hey we have all these options for you let's go over your situation and pick the best one for you more often than not the cash offers the best way to go but like we mentioned multiple times on the radio maybe it's time to turn this into a rental maybe it's time to list it right there so many choices there's not a one size fits all solution and that's what you get here at the dock often seem it's coming from a place of integrity it's coming.

Hey good morning morning I also think that they should start executing people for treatment at the clinic let's start off with the F. B. out of the water for the Clinton that all the other people are doing all this stuff for the last what three years and more do you know you know what Sir this unit is being on popular opinion I think that we have gone so far over the edge and you're sure partisan nature with the with coupled with the ability to they have enough people in place to gum up and screw with evidence I think you go down a dangerous path executing people for treason in this country right now well I agree it's just completely ridiculous and Joe Biden started to look like a grandfather from South Park it's just ridiculous now that's it we got a lot to some way too much of this to go I think that's where most of us are out. we got a whole bunch of this all right coming up well you know we talk about courts here in the U. S. Lisa German courts getting stuff done and FIFA they had to pick the women's World Cup player of the year you expected that it would likely come from the U. S. team but you also likely expected that it would be I don't know based on stats and stuff and you my friend would be wrong I'll explain coming up..

"Host TJ how talking today about my wife's company cece's loving care here in Tucson Arizona and pretty much cover all of two sons so by the way that's the next topic I want to mention is. we have care givers we I should say she my wife has care givers in all areas of town so if you have a family member or you are the family member the needs the help and you live south side we've got you covered north side northwest side you know Moran area or thorny Dale aina area covered no problem we're still looking for some help in oral valley area we don't we have someone that would travel but they would prefer not to so we are still looking for a helper or two in the oral valley area so if you live up north valley area and your semi retired or retired you just need something to do for a little extra time and money again give my wife a call and visit with her about the if you are a care giver or have been a care giver in your past life okay five two zero four four zero five one six zero but basically east side mid town. northeast side south decide breeder ranch area you name it but for the most part we have care givers all over town okay. so you're good to go there that so the only geography be an issue now if you your loved one lives in Sonora or your loved one lives in Sierra Vista you know and and like I said or valley we're looking for right now then again that may be a discussion that you'll have with Christina about Hey could you find me someone to help me or good when your staff members you know come down and help my mom or dad there whoever it is that lives in Bensonhurst Sierra Vista or Herford or green valley sorry to somewhere like that. okay so anyway but it's worth asking but for the most part all of Tucson proper is covered. we got you covered okay. so there you have it we talked about the eighty day deals activities of daily living I'm gonna say this I've had to clients referred to my wife for care and both of them had some cognitive issues. so there mental capacity had greatly diminished and I don't know if you've been around someone who's got the onset of Alzheimer's or dementia but usually they don't believe their capacity has diminished one iota in fact they'll start getting feisty idea and fighting yet to to know you know to prove to you there's nothing wrong with them and they're not forgetting where they put their keys and they're not forgetting how they got home and so on you know that just remember that when you're dealing with someone with a mental issues they're not gonna accept in most cases that they've got a problem there's no problem here I'm just fine what's wrong with you so what if I haven't showered in three weeks I feel like showering right I mean you get the picture but their tell tale signs Lisa German to be looking out for what so the you know credit I probably need to get some extra help so that's another question we need to talk about when do you know how do you know when it's time right that it's like going from. in on him or her once a awhile once in awhile verses seven someone sit there next to him the whole time right. there's still feel sites when it comes to mental capacity issues well you you start paying some attention to him if you're not around a very much you need to hang around them a little more often your family member or loved ones and you'll instantly begin to notice that you know. they'll start to forget this and that and so forth and you can tell you just use your your listener got on this one okay and yet but that's when you would think sit down with your other loved ones so how do you make these decisions well if you have multiple siblings are gonna sit down this may siblings as you can get the others on the phone and discuss mom and mom situation well we got a problem mom has the beginnings phases of dementia cut set and she can't take care of herself anymore she has a shower in three weeks. like she thinks she showered yesterday right so and by the way she's not eaten to regular anymore we're seeing a lot of the food go bad in a refrigerator stuff like that leave things out on the counter for gets to put them away so telltale signs but after you sit down with your siblings your loved ones your family and you make some decisions again that's it what kind of care he's got three types of care out there you got the heavy duty full time nursing facility care which is where that a loved one or or you are going to be watched around the clock twenty four seven you're basically in a facility that has doctor stop in and out you know twenty they call twenty four seven nursing home nursing homes nursing care facilities that then you've got that's probably on the top and that's that's definitely where someone has has two or more it activities day living it disappeared on them and up or they don't remember how to get to the bathroom in their own house okay so that's probably when you're talking about moving him to a facility like that but. if you want that loved one to stay home but they need that kind of care again my wife and her company cece's loving care they can handle that so they can handle that sort of care nursing care if if you want them your loved one to remain in their home or if they say Hey I'm not leaving I want to stay in my house until I quit breathing and there's a lot of people they demand that then that's where again Christine enter company cece's loving care would come into play. but back to my examples the second style of living is is the in homes assisted living facility assisted living is where you move into an apartment complex like fellowship square or the really fancy one there on speed wind Wilmont speed when mama you know I'm talking about it's a I got a fancy name lock Colinas a lot las las Colinas or something is nature anyway but they're pretty high end apartments but you're moving in with your independent still intact so you can still be the neat toilet and get around and you're not forget where you left your keys and you know how to get home from your bridge after playing bridge you know how to get home from the doctor's office you know I get to the doctor okay they have assisted living facilities where you pay three four five six seven eight ten thousand all I know what the cost is low this specifically but you spend a cost per month and you get a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment with inside the facility but you've got a button on your. wall there near the front door that a big red button or if you're in that situation boom you press it within a few minutes you have the assistance. no one call assistance there at the facility there right there at your doorstep to help you out whatever it is so if you slipped and fell you need to get up you know you could have one of those buttons like Loctite buttons where you can push it ring someone bring him right over and if it's something really serious like your like your passing away you know hit the button and they call the ambulance and off to the hospital you go and then the third style of care is in home care and again. believe it or not my wife and her staff cease at cece's loving care they'll actually come into the facility if you want their families that have said Hey I know my mom's in the hospital for the next few days. then she's going to be moved to this hand maker facility which is kind of rehab center but we want you there making sure that everybody's treat mom correctly and the nurses are giving her the meds when they're supposed to and so on and so my wife actually will act as an advocate she staff can act as advocates for you and your family when you're not allowed to be there or you can't be there you're busy you got to go to work okay let's talk price we haven't talked price let's talk price the price varies now you may ask yourself what what he meant why well what's because every situation depends but I will tell you she is much less expensive than most other firms here in town specifically visiting angels okay we've checked on their prices and yikes they're a little high. but give you a quick example again depending on the severity of the care okay it will range between twenty five and thirty dollars per hour okay twenty five on the low end up to thirty dollars per hour for care depending on what type of care how long is the care is it respite care is it full time care is it twenty four seven care right we don't need to charge she doesn't need to charge as much. or night time care when that individual sleeping if all we're doing is having someone sleeping near them so if they wake up in the middle of the night need help to get to the restroom or what or whatever it is they need that get their medicines there someone there watching over them right well you get the idea but the Rangers twenty five to thirty dollars and each situation is independent of another so each individual will have their own price range quoted to them and she'll give you a flat out price per hour and she'll let you know it's a two hour minimum you know and so forth right she'll explain all the details to you on the workforce and what nots but she can again she inter company can provide respite care she and her company love cece's loving care can provide part time care so you've got the family member that's living with you part time someone it comes for the winter visitor like a Snowbird they're here from November through April so you could have one of Christina staff members come out let's say you only need care from two thirty in the afternoon to five in the afternoon.

Arizona Tucson Moran thirty dollars three weeks eighty day two hour

"Spread office north Carmen to Falco on ESPN one thousand couple here on ESPN a one thousand Freddie opener filling in for Carmen default you will my guy Mike north we talked a little bit about baseball we are going to get to Mike's picks a little bit later on I got some pics he's gonna tell me how good or how bad they are a little bit later on the show don't forget if you ever miss if you ever miss the odd couple we replayed on Saturday after sports collecting with Tom Morgan NB former Somerford flood shell they try every is Saturday morning she Murphy is doing great he's a you're telling my son alone yes I've been radio made basically because of Murphy helped me on the show all I'll never forget him I love all my god I got to take up for ridicule street or softball god does your mom to take them out I'll tell him definitely the NBA now Mike I don't know if you know this when you and I work together I'm not the biggest NBA fit all I watch the bulls all the time and everybody here all the youngsters telling me you got to watch the NBA is the best thing going but it seems like there are even more worked up for the NBA offseason than they are for the NBA on the court and there's a reason why I mean even yesterday it just keeps on going Russell Westbrook goes to Houston where they're good at I don't know how they're going to do it with the James harden Russell Westbrook on the same team how to going to handle it but he goes in exchange for Chris Paul is an amazing movie and now may be a little bit of parity in the NBA after what for five years were you pretty much knew was going to be in the finals this has to be good for the league isn't all it's good for the league and the odds are going to change a gold state was once boss you know it's not going to be elevated down or are not elevated but they'll be subtracted down I believe you know you got a great topic that going to be around next year late you've got to rant out you've got a great guide stuff curry I think the best player in the game that just by opinion so they're gonna be down but now that the west brook thing to me was special and I wanted to pull together I heard if this is how brainwashed people are with these rebuilt would rebuild seven with the bulls right now ladies and gentlemen and don't worry about it will get done by two thousand twenty six star perhaps why have it all figured out but you know what I I could not understand bulls fans that don't want to see Russell Westbrook here who by the way with nobody okay yet Paul George but after that it was a fresh ways when they won over fifty games that got into the playoffs yeah yeah yeah you don't even get to the playoffs would be great and given what sport for three four years and wanted thirty one years old become believe me when I tell you this fall thirty one not old sixty six is all okay here's what I do now when I was thirty one I didn't get tired for weeks okay and I'll take your did not set that he yeah he's already won he is in the best shape of anybody in the league he's a guy that plays harder than anybody in the league from the front the front to offer to that is your fault yeah but if you've got a strong shoulder with him all your let's say he would have gone to Miami with Jimmy Butler at Pat Riley that Riley would tell woman and so would their culture Hey get it differed about look I think that's going to happen with harden it's going to take some pressure off of what you shooting percentage will get better and I'm very very happy for the fact that the Houston Rockets I couldn't stand with Chris Paul have improved immensely with the over rated Chris Paul guard indeed very very under appreciated Russell Westbrook as the new point guard well just think about it too in the west I mean for the last couple years everyone's okay as the warriors who are they going to battle and I used it for a long time lebron was in Cleveland you knew was gonna be Cleveland and Golden State you played the whole season just to get down to those two teams now you've got the Lakers with lebron you got kawaii going over to the clippers you got Golden State trying to hang on they like you said they're not going to have Klay Thompson for the for the year and now you have Houston who makes this movie and it gets to the point where okay Houston's had enough for the last couple years that they said okay well maybe Houston could take that next that maybe well now they've got to the best scorers in the NBA and two guys who I guess usage numbers is a big thing you know these analytics they're all out of place and Steve as per exit Toronto wanted at all I know I know probably none not by the you know he said that the usage rate these two guys one into and usage rate meaning they handle the ball the most I can't wait to see what they're going to do because you know they can score they just got to get together and say listen it's not about us individually it's about us as a team we want a ring and that's what for the most part it seems like most of the players in the NBA are concentrating on now the lingering as opposed they're all making the money I don't want to hear about how players in the NFL are treated unfairly because they don't have our guaranteed contracts because would you give up after ball player Garrity contract they shove it to the team I'm very disappointed in quite water yeah Toronto believed in you Toronto now wait a draft picks Toronto's in in a rock for the rule for the next five years because you just one of the championship I give you credit but did not come back after they were the team that believed in you I don't want to hear about how the NFL players are you know due to order a part timer gear can catch it because now your secure players like Chris Paul I didn't like harden so I want out that's what you got out you know they got rid your tired but but gearing key topics make it a hundred forty three million and they want to just fall time Alderson teams that believe that when you look at it and this was obviously before the deal and that this was from earlier in the week the clippers were three to one favorite for the RP a championship Milwaukee four to one the Lakers sixty one and Houston was ten to one that's got a change you would think with your Westbrook owner right it's going to go to five or six to one right now but still there are very deep sea you just brought up earlier Fred it's very very deep with up with lebron with with you get you Golden State still gonna make noise they're still going to win fifty games with they got three migraine right they got curry you know they got they got all the players that can play they're not going to win it I don't believe even if they get tops and bad but I mean that is a strong strong league it and here's what I'm mad about with the bulls if the bulls would have picked up Kimball Walker because flood the bulls have that's a veteran to guide this team are they don't there's no that's why pay action sales because he fails to realize you have to have leadership on the floor not only off the floor but I'm on the floor well I'm not sure about forty one I am not sure about that the kids but Kimball Walker would have been perfect for this team or somebody else would have been perfect for this thing to go bare chested ed with no experience guys tell me I don't know I'm just I absolutely not a war I don't know why we are the ones that have decided why use a Jerry Reinsdorf born after Kimball Walker the pair with the thing that yes young why is it Jerry Reinsdorf go after Westbrook I mean why yeah I was gonna say there's only so much that that he is young can do you know right from that kind of he's he's like I told like I told Carmen last week the NDS young it's a short order cook and heat that wanted Dick dad wanted to go straight tried to please his wife and that's up getting killed in the shootout that's what he's going to do everything you can write but it got to got to just our top athletes my and NBA futures I mean that the they're gonna change I can't wait to see them we as they get up get up right now hold on okay because I I you know what I got the black box and who does a lot of talk at the plant NBA futures teams right now is used in a changing they had to change from from ten to one they had to be moved up a little bit and not here it is okay what I got right now Lisa German this is why you listen to Jack couple not only because of by the White Carmen is seven and five over the last ones yet at all want to are you guys really screwed by the World Cup yet the over to win it all this right it was an absolute shame I thought that they were going to be able to do what he had to get there but he still very consistent I am right now seventy two with the odd couple three of three work by the way I gave out I feel the Philadelphia today right it's so you got it yep it's a little like birth so if you miss a lot but we got out and by the way here's a podcast today right after this because we're gonna have some games that are start right after the the yachts couple was over so stay tuned for that and by the way the Accor shows kid getting outside CRT call your loved ones call your family call your relative to call your enemies yeah get reappointed savers a damn good show on cars yachts couple Los Angeles Clippers seven to two right now okay what quite letter the walkie box eleven to two socket wow Los Angeles Lakers with lebron six to one Houston nine the one now Freddy and only one from the from ten to one night that given time yep and overnight sure what's the money starts coming in you know bookmakers panic till get all no yes Hey Tigers when he dropped the Dutch one twenty to one to one the night you know what I mean so they got it our goal state yeah our it twelve the one how the Chicago Bulls ladies and gentleman how many hundreds all my god I don't even think they listed on to be honest okay three hundred to five believed until now we're not even going to give you what's on the ball three hundred to what.

"But what does the Jewish viewpoint on end times the end of the world. So there there's a lot of just like everything else that you'd use them. A lot of argument over what happens at in the end times. I tend to hold by my monitoring perspective that in the end times, basically, a political revolution will take place in which. The Jewish state is recognized in which peace becomes a the natural state of the world certain extent in which the Jews are left alone and respected in which monotheism becomes the dominant way of life. And that nothing else will really change. And it's my Mondays there other views that suggest that miracles will take place in that things will change radically. And that in the end, the Mokaba Listrik view is that human beings will there's sort of a spiritual spiritual end of the world in which human beings reunite with God in a spiritual way, and that sort of the end of the physical world, but that one is Wade the one, okay? One more question. Let's see. Well, here here's a okay. So I'll do two more in two more in distinction to my producers wanted to do. So John says in a recent episode you said he believed Jimmy Carter's an extra human being wide. You believe that I believe the next couple human being because he travels over to the Middle East hangs out with terrorist groups and blames the Jews for their own existence. That's why I think he's an extra Bill human being even though they're certain parts of his record that are wonderful like helping homeless people and habitat for humanity. I think that he is self absorbed. I think he is terrorist friendly, and I think that his perspective on on politics is infused with a a deep seated level of anti-semitism, Lisa's German last semester. I took a course in body image detailing the problems with beauty sexualization in ideal appearance in American western culture, predictably promoted body, positively disown white privilege, beauty and somehow insinuate insinuated in our material that the rise of the late eighty s and ninety strict beauty, trends stemmed from conservatism. Of course. I personally believe that trends promoting body parts..

"I was so taken by how moved Ellen was. Chatting with Lisa German again. And how Ellen kept referring to Lisa as part of the family a little bit too, which which we have all believed and Ellen hasn't seen her in a number of years, and they just sort of fell back into this lovely little friendship that they've that. They've had all these years. One of the things that's amazing to watch producing the show is to watch the way Ellen is inspired by regular people who overcome adversity. Yeah. Versus really really moves Ellen. And that's really meaningful to us. Yeah. I think that's what's meaningful to our view. I mean, I don't know. See what drives through to do the show now. But yeah. Yeah. Fuel as loves to be funny. She loves to be entertaining. She also loves to be inspired and introduce all of us to people that inspire her and she really found Lisa's tackling her health issues inspiring. You know, as executive producers, we all know, everything that's going to happen in the show, we planet. We talk about it, except when it involves scaring one of us or something that's going to humiliate one of us, usually me.
