"The reason. Maybe she wants to finally put all this shit behind her. But, you know, it was a two year old RICO suit, which would have been a very different way to try to convict Weinstein in the RICO suit. That's reserved for mobsters. And she was leveling it against him. The lawyer David boys, Lisa bloom, and the Israeli private security company, black cube, who was following roles everywhere. It's a difficult case to discuss because people were told by the media what to believe and they were manipulated. A lot of people still think Harvey might be released from prison in 2022. If you ask me the case looks bad because of the noise that was made by the number of accusations, but if you look at the individual accusations, Harvey actually did pretty well. The longer people look at this, more and more cracks appear in accuses accounts. And I was the first one dare I say the only one who was pointing out cracks and holes in accuses accounts. I was calling girls flat out liars from day one. I see argenta liar. I didn't even believe Rose McGowan. I've come to believe some of what you said. But I don't believe all these allegations, but again, as I said, if he didn't want, if he raped the chick once, he should be in prison. But a lot of stories on the heels of one real one or two real ones are nonsense. Because on one hand, how could you explain if you're looking for Harvey Weinstein to stay away forever and die in prison? Then you'd probably think like, how do you explain identical accounts of over 80 women in the entertainment industry? They confirmed the pattern of predatory moves made by this monster. And it was an open secret in Hollywood in the industry apparently. People thought it was just a casting couch manner. But most of his crimes were beyond the statute of limitations. But then, because even 15 years earlier, another journalist was trying to break this story and failed, then another journalist tried and they failed, et cetera,

That's fine. Don't worry about it. I don't even remember what I just said. I know it's fine. I definitely don't. Yeah, we're we're barely hear. What are you a moron? Yes, Dr Phil. I am. Yes. Yes, I am. Yeah. Anyway. Tan Mom, How do you think? How do you think the show is going? Quite frankly, I don't give a damn Okay. It's just just just just asking. What's the latest on Brit Brit? They're done. Okay. This is big news. She was in court again yesterday and she, as you know, has been fighting to enter conservative ship that's been dominated her life for the last 13 years. While she scored a big victory because the judge ruled that she can hire her own counsel. She can hire her own lawyer now because before she had a public defender named Samuel Ingram, the third and he has since asked to resign from the case because whenever she appeared in court a couple weeks ago, she said that she did not know that she had the option. To end the conservatorship. And he was like I told her she could a lot of times and we're like, Okay, Well, maybe she didn't get that. Whatever that conversation is, we don't know. Yeah, but it's great because the judge signed off to change it up. And she has hired a lawyer name Matthew Rosengarten. He has represented other celebrities like Sean Penn, Steven Spielberg, Julia Louise Dreyfus and Piano Reeves in the past, Um and he plans to file a motion ending the conservatorship for good. So that has been filed already by him. And the free Britney movement is really excited. They're also excited that she named them on, Um She actually thanked them. She put Hashtag free Britney, she said. Thank you for your support. It's because of you that I am here today. So, she says, because of them. Noticing that she wasn't okay. That she That is the reason why she got the courage to do this, which is so validating for all of those people who thought there was some conspiracy about her instagram and all of that. Well, I wondered. I wondered if this news was his revelatory as the headlines. Made me think, because I I wondered why yesterday, you know, I saw it even on our social pages. I thought why? Why? Why is free Britney popping back up today? Right? And then when I heard Oh, it's a new lawyer. Honestly, my initial reaction was. Is that going to make that big of a difference? And why is this big? Why is this as I said, revelatory. Knowing his pedigree and his past work. Now I understand why the fans are excited. I mean, this guy obviously knows his way around the courtroom as they say, right? I was hoping your Gloria Allred would step in our daughter, Lisa Bloom because they Famously represented a lot of people that have not been treated well, and you know, whatever. All of their cases are. I don't know, but she seemed to be the right person. But This one looks pretty good as well. If you've represented Steven Spielberg. Um yeah, I am. Just look and I said it kind of in an anecdotal way and in a funny way when I was telling stories from the trip the last few days But I no jokes. No kidding. Uh, I every time I wore my little Britney T shirt during vacation. People of all ages. Sizes, colors, demographics, Everybody, men, women, dolphins, everybody sea creatures that people would see the T shirt would go free. Britney Free Britney. That's love your shirt. That's right. We got to help Brittany like I said, and it wasn't a joke. The s a guy it Honolulu's airport. Uh, you thought you were in trouble? Yeah, and he he goes, he goes. It's Britney bitch. And he goes free Brittany. Everybody. Everybody, whether they're a big fan of her or not, or even purchased one CD of her, uh, sees what this is and wants her free. I I just don't understand how that judge hasn't ruled in her favor yet. I mean, my good, I just I I was shocked by that. I thought for sure not not that a judge should be swayed by public sentiment. And a polling. But my goodness, I just don't get it moving in that direction because the actual um decision on that won't come about until Because they just filed to officially have her removed from the conservative ship. She also filed abuse charges against her dad, Jeannie. For conservative ship. Oh, yes. So you know, those are two separate issues and you know, those will go through a process. You know how it is to get something to, you know, not a trial, but there won't be a trial. In this case. I don't think But there's a lot of stuff in a hearing, you know, has to take place for people to gather evidence, you know. We watch all the crime shows Listen to crime podcast. It's just it can take, like a year or even more sometimes so, and I watch the good wife and the good fight. That's right to wear experts on where experts in law I don't know all the terms, obviously, but where is her mom? She down at the Legion. Where is she? You know, she's not. She hasn't spoken up a lot. But I did see something That was interesting. That, um her little sister Jamie Lynn posted something that says Here I am with my sister. I'm the only one in our family that isn't on her payroll. Oh, so I know that Lynn is against Jamie. They are divorced, and she does not like what's happening. But, um You know, to my knowledge, She hasn't made a big like I'm an advocate for This. You know who knows? I'm not sure because she doesn't speak a lot about it. No, I know she did like a tweet one time that was supporting Britney. I just I'm so glad Kenny. You asked because all of you moms out there. Can you imagine not speaking up for your child? If you believe I I If this was Dar Dar would be in front of every camera losing her mind. Like just, uh, so there has to be something there there in their relationship with Mom and Brittany something something's askew. The elevator isn't stopping on that top floor for whatever reason, you know, and it looks like Oh, that's Jamie Lynn. I'm sorry. Lynne Spears. Oh, she'll you know what she has a brother named Brian. But he does. Yeah. Um, so her father, Jamie Spears, her mother, Lynn and her brother, Brian. Have been paid by Brittany for years. Yeah, Yeah, They're all making money off of her. Yep. Wow, That's that's the bad thing. That's the tricky thing. Uh,.

Yeah. Everything about it is how about the bodyguard? What? You know what? That's what? Hold on. That's with Whitney Houston. It is. Yes. Yeah, I actually think of culture. Yeah, you do. I actually think of it as a horror film. Yeah, yes, instead of a love story, because that guy who's stalking her, he is so creepy and then you see him making his little note. Cutting out the letters in the newspaper. And like, Oh, head into his little rubber cement, like, uh, sounds like I do right now. So here's your traffic. Yeah. Can you need to do some voice overs this week? Should moist bunch paranormal show? Oh, yeah. No, no more moist Bundt cake. Todd, please. Is good. It's delicious. It is. That's the way to have your bundt. Alright. Okay. What about Benny? Let's get to Brady Co conspirators are fighting. We saw this coming right? So her dad Jamie and Jodi Montgomery. They're both co conservators. The dad takes over the estate and the money and Jody in charge of her wellbeing. Doctor's appointments, etcetera. Well, now, Jodi Montgomery is going Oh, no, no, You're not going to throw me under the bus. Now you're saying that you care about your daughter and her well being well, you have spent more than $2 million of your daughter's money. To defend yourself in an attempt to remain conservator of her estate. So what does that mean? Papa Spears. Wow. Oh, Yep, so because he tried to blame her. For a lot of things that Britney said in that statement to the judge. Yes, because it was a lot of her Well being. It was. Yeah, you deed having that not wanting it and and enjoy. He's like, Wait a second. You're the one who controls the money. So and you're her dad to also on top of that, so we had to get permission for a lot of things. Ah, And she also is saying that she wouldn't allow him to communicate with her daughter or be involved in decisions related to her because that's what Jamie claimed that she that Jodi wouldn't let her dad Communicate. But it might have also just been that Britney didn't want to because she was like I know what you often is. She didn't have an opportunity to communicate with Britney is what she's saying. He is saying That's part of what she's saying. Yes, and that he demanded that yes, because but what he's saying to is, is that she kept him. From communicating with Brittany. So it's kind of they're both saying, Well, we didn't I know. Right? This is this is why we believe ready. Yes, it is. Let them fight because then it makes them look bad. And hopefully her case will be pushed through. Yes, yes. And now finally Jody just last Wednesday file that petition. Four to have a third party advocate to come in, which is what she wanted. And then hopefully that will result in nothing because this week is there back in court on the 14th on the 14th will know just in a couple days a couple day, so there's that will that be. I'm sorry to ask. Follow up questions. What will that be? The ruling There will be more after that. They're now we're going to hear from the dad and, uh and Jody Conservative side. Yeah, they're not never follow up to who could possibly be trusted with her money, if not, obviously not the dad. But who else is there? Oh, Britney. That's what she's saying She wants. I want out of the conservatives. Yeah, completely. She's like, Look, I've made all this money. Don't I can perform on stage run a tour. I am. Yeah. Kenny was gone for that. I think so. Yeah, it's been going on forever. But she came out and said, I don't want this anymore. They've treated me terribly and I want to. So she made another. She made another public or in court announcement. It was because I'm aware of that statement. No, that was from that. First one, The earlier one of Yeah. Yeah. Okay, good. I heard that one because at first we thought she was just going to come out and say, Hey, I just don't want my dad on this anymore, but she just went for the whole thing. Look, I they work for me. Why am I Well, it's and if she wanted to get another lawyer or private lawyer she couldn't because she had to get Permission from the conservatorship. So it's just so are you guys down with that? Brittany Controlling everything? Oh, yeah. Oh, yes, yes, This is so wrong their time a bunch of politicians have even approached her and said, We want you to speak before Congress about your experience because we need to change these laws. Either that or let's put other people who have had a moment. Of trauma and stress. Then we need to put them on Conservatorships were either going to take her off or have all these other people who You just imagine what it must have been like with the paparazzi Following you the way your your marriage is breaking up. You're not performing like you did. You're tired. You know, there's just all of these things. Yeah. I mean, anybody can have a moment. Yeah, and I also think it was also because she's she's a young woman. And she grew up in the spotlight. Uh huh. Yeah, yes. A whole whole bunch of reasons. Well, Britney Spears also has another advocate in Madonna. You know, they worked on together on me against the music. Britney know Madonna went on her Instagram story and basically compared her conservatorship to slavery. Sure, so she's all in to help her. Try to get that conservatorship 13 years long. It's been going on. Slavery might be a bit over the top as far as that word goes, but it certainly has been in place for her entire life. What other people have been completely controlling her? Yep, exactly. Yep. She goes on about the violation of human rights. Britney, We're coming to get you out of jail. Give this woman her life back. And you know Madonna must have. She has some good lawyers and good people behind her. So one, Gloria gigs up everybody. Who are you all red and her daughter, Lisa Bloom. They worked for people, they they support people who are disenfranchised or have had some type of a violation..

"Anyway. Lisa bloom who you may know is harvey weinstein's former attorney who actively tried to protect him from rape allegations. She bought the house. Lisa bloom proceeded to gut the house for a complete overhaul renovation. That means all of the beautiful historic detail is gone and look. I'm no architect but it seems to me if you buy a gorgeous spanish revival from the nineteen twenties that probably doesn't need much more than some cosmetic work and a lot of saging you want to keep the historical integrity of the house. Not lisa bloom. Lisa was like get rid of all of it. But then oopsy. After stripping the whole house basically down to its foundation bloom claims she then found out that bringing the house up to code would be too expensive cool. Maybe next time check with the city before taking sledgehammer to a one hundred year old house anyway in twenty nineteen. The house was bought again by some people who began to chronicle their renovation journey on instagram. It was pretty cool to follow while it lasted. Their last post was on february eighth. Twenty twenty one rumor has it. Someone bought the rights to the story. Which i guess belonged to the new owners of the house. Who knew that buying an old house. Granted you ownership to all the things that may have happened inside it over the years. The good news is whoever bought. The rights will probably have a platform longer than a half hour podcasts. To tell the story. So maybe we'll finally find out all the nitty gritty details. The weird time capsule the house at twenty four. Seventy five glendower's became though something tells me the audience that goes to see a movie about a gruesome murder. Slash suicide is more interested in the gruesome murder slash suicide then in a multimillion dollar house in one of the nicest neighborhoods in los angeles sat empty collecting memories that we may never know the stories behind. Leave it to people like me and hopefully you to be like no no. No this is a story about a creepy house. And the two generations of a family who sat on riches and let them crumble and collect dust at the end of the day for people like us a man murdering his wife and killing himself is unfortunately.

"My plan. That's my Ken Barlow. Five. Eyewitness used forecast this hour sponsored by Guns, Ryan becoming partly sunny. Cool behind near 70 today. And for tomorrow. It looks like a little bit warmer. 78. It is 57 right now. Life was all going to bend right to your win. Okay, we're back. Thank you, Donna And Steve on my talk. 171 everything entertainment. Oh, my gosh. This Britney Spears story is getting just Crazier and crazier by the day every day. Something new? Yeah. So last night, I was reading that So first of all, her manager, First of all best summer trust, backed out of, you know, managing her money. Then Larry Rudolph, her longtime manager. Like Like 25, years long time he resigned, Uh, saying that she hasn't been working And there's nothing to represent, and he went so far as to say that she had been on this indefinite leave from music, but he had recently learned it sounds like in the last few days that her plan is to formally retire. That's what he said. But he also was involved in taking a lot of money while she wasn't performing from Jamie, so Wow. Oh, but wait. There's more. Then. Last night, I read that her court appointed lawyer, uh, that Britney was upset that he had not yet filed the paperwork to end the conservatorship after she made her plea to the judge. This morning. I see that he resigned. His name is Samuel de Bingum. The third And he, um, is base he basically resigned. He wishes to step down upon the appointment of a new court appointed counsel, the law firm Loeb and Loeb, Loeb and Loeb, which had recently been brought onto the case to assist this guy in his duties. They're seeking to resign. Gloria Allred, come to the rescue robo. Nowhere earlier. You or her daughter? Yeah. Lisa Bloom. Yes. So then, um, so he's saying he came to this decision after being extremely upset over Britney Spears claims in her court hearing on June 23rd when she said, ma'am, I didn't know I could petition the conservatorship to end. I honestly didn't know that. His peeps are saying that he regularly gave her options including requesting that the conservatorship should end. However, some of the insiders say that She had only ever expressed her desire to move her remove her father. As one of her conservators and not to terminate the arrangement together. I bet she just didn't have a great understanding of what her possibilities were right. Nobody wants to look bad. So they like I don't want to be a part of this right? Or maybe this is a really This is a cobra theory. What if The other side to make Britney look bad because everybody's dropping like flies offered this guy money to remove himself. Because they're all trying to discredit her before this decision happens next week, but Yeah, I get and they're probably doing with her money. Yeah, it's all her money. And this is the guy who previously said in November of 2020 in a court hearing that Britney is afraid of her father. And that she will not perform again as long as her father is in charge of her career. And then he filed a petition to make that Jodi Montgomery Britney's permanent conservator. Hmm of the person, not the career. They are very confusing. Yeah, it is. You just I don't know. I'm telling you think he's a lawyer. He would have Mm hmm. You feel like he would have had longer conversations with Brittany about what? Her options were so to hear that she didn't know. That that was an option is very surprising. Yeah, it's kind of It's difficult to wrap your head around that this is why it's always good to have a person with you. Whether you're at the doctor's office or dealing with something important like this, like maybe she could have had Her boyfriend with her taking notes. And then they could have gone over it. She would have known that she could end the conservatorship, right? I feel bad for her. I really do. And like you know what the manager Him, saying that she's retiring. That wasn't his place to say that if she wants to announce that herself good, but This That's wrong to come out and say that He hasn't made that decision to us publicly, So they just want to try to discredit her. I think as much as possible, because there I think you're right. Very sad. And you know what Good make have some other manager makes some great money because we're all going to buy that album. I haven't bought an album and a very long time You're going to buy it like a go fund me, I will. I mean, I think everyone will support Britney so more money for another manager. That's what I say. Yeah. Anyway to be continued. How get a load of this story? Bill Cosby. Um, first of all, is now working on a dock E series about himself, and he also plans to return to stand up comedy. At 83 coming off of this. He's planning to go back out and tour some clubs. He's up. He's planning on hitting the road. Um it looks like his His rap is saying that there are some people interested. He's also like, seriously Excuse me seriously working on this five part Doc you series covering his life, his legacy, his trial his prison experience. He's going to be sitting down soon to interview for the project. They've already shot interviews with Cosby's family, friends, celebs As you know, his, uh Sexual assault conviction has been overturned by the Supreme Court wonder what celebrities Have sat down to being believe she was shot. Yeah, I wonder if any outside of her Um, And so this also says that he wants to go around the country wants to make appearances in prisons in schools, neighborhoods talking to folks about becoming better citizens. And curbing violence. And he says that you know that the speaking tour idea comes from his own experiences that he's had behind bars. And then he's been sitting down and talking with a lot of inmates, apparently. Including a father and son who are serving time together, and I don't know if he's trying to, you know, talk with him about breaking the cycle of violence or the you know, family history goes to talk to prisons. Will there be somebody in the crowd that raises their hand and goes, so don't rape people. Right. You could be in that crowd, Don, I'd have to go to prison. I could give it time. Yeah. Thank you. Good time. Yeah, I don't know. I think you know. Honestly, I think that sounds like a very It's worthwhile project just not with Cosby attached to it. You know, like, I think it would be important to Hear people's stories from prison and like how they ended up down the road they ended up in usually requires some type of admission of guilt and then some type of turnaround in their life, though Yeah, That is what gives things like that real crease. You know is when somebody says I've been there. I made some awful mistakes and have done my best to make those right with the people that I've hurt. Yep. And you know, then you because otherwise there is a real I didn't do it, man. Yeah. Big disconnect. Yes, If that is the case, I've been wrong as opposed to a big, uh, Harry public apology. For all of the many things you've done, not to mention him, You know, private apologies to the people and I get it. Like even just saying apology with some of these accusations feels like a thin out of whack. Exchange, You know, life. Hey, sorry about that. Yeah. I mean, I just.

"Cosby is out of prison. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has overturned his sexual assault convictions and also said there will be no retrial. Here's Jim Rupe as Cosby accuser Victoria Valentine expresses it I mean, that's outrageous. I'm infuriated was less than a month ago, Pennsylvania parole board denied Cosby parole as he approached the three year mark of his 3 to 10 year sentence on a conviction of three cars of sexual assault. The parole board, saying Cosby never showed remorse continued to deny any wrongdoing and has refused to participate in a sex offender treatment program. Valentine would have more than 50 women who have accused the 83 year old comedian of sexual assault, says It seemed at the time that Cosby would stay in prison, and for this to come out of left field is just it's a gut punch. The state High Court the rule that Cosby's due process rights were violated a trial. It stems back to an apparent agreement in 2000 and five between Cosby and then D. A Bruce Castor that Cosby would not be prosecuted in a case involving formal Temple University employee entry, A constant Who accused Cosby of drugging and raping her in 2000 and four since there was a promise he would not be prosecuted. Cosby said some incriminating things in a deposition, which would later used against him at trial, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled those statements should not have been allowed since there was that non prosecutorial agreement. It's important to note that at least two lower courts ruled that either that agreement did not actually exist or it was non binding. But the high court disagreed and vacated Cosby's conviction. Cosby's Cosby Show Co star Felisha was shot posted on social media quote. Finally, a terrible wrong is being righted. A miscarriage of justice is corrected. End quote. Attorney Lisa Bloom, who represents several Cosby accusers as the opposite reaction, deeply disturbing Cosby back inside his Philadelphia area home. I'm Jim Rope. And we'll talk about that tonight with your calls at 18665. Oh, Jimbo 1866554626 and with our guest. An attorney who is a New Jersey based attorney, Greg G. And Porcaro of Jihad for Carol Law, and that, by the way, is online at the name. G. I am f O R c a r o law dot com. Yes, I'll repeat that later on. Thanks for being with us tonight, Greg. Thanks, Jim. It's a long last day. I can tell you that. There you go. I would trust me a guy like a named Bowen and sympathizers with you. Okay. All right now, uh, the first word. Of course that jumps out at you is technicality. It is a term Which is, I think probably caused a fair amount of consultation over the decades and the the criminal justice system and yet Let's face it, Technicalities couch, and I'm curious your take about this particular technicality. Well. I Just to give some background. I've been a criminal defense. I started out my career identity lawyer for Over 32 years I was a criminal defense layer for about 15 years. And the last 20 years, I've been representing sexual abuse survivors in civil matters. So I see all this on on across the board. I do have to say That technically speaking And I'm not happy to say this because of the fact that you know what happened here isn't horrible, horrible situation and horrible thing. To to Miss Kallstrom. But Technically and legally, it was the right thing to do. And I can explain that. I'm not happy to say that because it pains me as one who's Uh, represented so many survivors of sexual abuse. But in the criminal putting my criminal hat on It was the right thing to do. And if you and and to go back and explain I'd be happy to do that. It bleeds because after all, we're here to to try and understand. And I am at least among those who will confess that I don't always understand, but I wish to understand and I am not going to approach it with With the cynicism dripping everywhere that the whole system is corrupt and all the rest of that again. Let me let me start with this preface. We grant the law very special powers. The law. May under the right circumstances deprive you of your property, Your freedom as in the case of Mr Cosby, or in some cases, even your life. That is An extraordinary power. And it is important that the law state precisely what it means that we recall the famous line when Bill Clinton was fighting for his law license, referring to that that depends on what the meaning it is, is and people, of course who food poo pooed everywhere. Well, In fact, in some cases, the law does depend precisely on what the meaning of is Is and and again it's important that the law be held down, nailed down if you will, precisely as to the meeting of just what a law has to say. And if that sounds like a defense of technicalities, I suppose it is now give us a more learned and interpretation. All right. When I have a when I am representing in the civil context. A survivor of sexual abuse. I in a civil matter. I. It's Absolutely necessary. To take the deposition. Of the perpetrator. In this case that perpetrator was Bill Cosby. Now, If Bill Cosby is pending a criminal, it's It's so so often the case. These perpetrators are being criminally prosecuted. Oftentimes they can't be because it takes decades. Anyone who's represented sexual abuse survivors knows it takes decades and decades and decades. For that, uh, victim to muster up the courage to speak out, and that's that's typical and so often in those cases..

Is that why nobody angry? All these black lives matter Black last night I wanted black lives are really matter. Like our community has to be held accountable as a whole. We definitely still do need police. Please do not defund the police. You asking for the police to help Do they listen to them Or do we listen to those mothers? Do we listen to those family members of victims or do we listen to AOC or do we listen, Ilhan Omar and Ilhan Omar saying This is the It's What did she say, fundamentally racist country, comparing it to Hamas and other terrorist organizations. Meanwhile, she came here as a refugee. Fleeing Somalia fleeing persecution. And now she's a congresswoman. If that is not the epitome of the American dream of just how amazing and how great this country is. I don't know what is. Let's go to the phone calls. Let's go to Pedro from the boogie Down, Bronx. Hey, Pedro! Hey, How you doing? Good. My question to you. As a black Hispanic, uh, retired office of 30 years. Can we through our leaders? For providing lack of leadership and lack of services. You know, I was thinking about that, Pedro, but I think they have qualified immunity and I don't think they can be held personally liable. But I was thinking that too like we should have some sort of federal federal lawsuit. Maybe not state statute or something like that. But they have to be violating our rights because we are putting all of this money our taxpayer dollars into our police and they're squandering it. So I I That's a good question. Maybe I'll ask Alan Dershowitz next time he's on. He's our constitutional legal scholar here at 77 W. ABC radio. But Pedro what part of the Bronx? Are you in? Plumber Park Pelham Parkway. So you know a lot about their years on town Parkway. Yeah, I didn't grow up there. I grew up in these fall. Um, and that moved up here about, uh, 14 years ago. Yeah. I love Pelham Parkway. Except for those the red light cameras there the speed cameras that they got my gun. That's ridiculous. Thank you. Thank you, Pedro. Keep the fight. Thank you, sir. For your service to this Great city. Let's go to rust from White Plains. Hi, Lydia. Hey, Russ. I think AOC meant the cross Bronx Expressway destroyed neighborhoods in the Bronx, like they were Italian and Puerto Rican neighborhoods that were divided by the cross month. But I want to ask you a question. Do you think eventually Bill Cosby is going to sue the state of Pennsylvania for wrongful conviction and getting millions. You think that could happen? I was thinking about that. That is a very good question. I asked Giuliani about that, because well, he doesn't have his law license anymore. But he still has his legal minds contrary to what some Democrats want. To tell you He's still extremely brilliant and he said, You know what? It is possible, I guess if he could say it was a wrongful conviction because the district attorney acted improper and said that he wasn't going to be prosecuted. In exchange for that deposition. I mean, it's kind of confusing. We had Lisa Bloom on that 79 page. Uh, appellate court decision by the state Supreme Court. So it is interesting. I guess it's possible. I mean, he needs to get that. You know, he got out of J A. L O. Thank you. So much rests. Let's go to Patricia from Brooklyn. Yes, Lydia. Thank you so much. A friend of mine wants to go to that concert August. 21st like like Davis. What kind of local I called every city agency. The best. Was that quote 311. I said, Well, what's the mayor's number? You know what I was told. We don't give that out. Really? We don't give the mayor's number. You can't make this stuff and I'm like it's the miracle office. Oh, wow. That's that side, but yeah. 311 Make sure you get the name of the person I once. Thank you so much, Patricia for calling. I once, uh Because I am part of the press. So I park in the press zone, and I constantly see people parking in those press zones with fake plaques like expire placards or say they're police or fire this or that. So then I called 311. I called 311. And I said, you know this or that. And they responded. I mean, it took next day, but a cop got right back to me. And now every single time I see somebody with a fake placard because you know you can't abuse a placard and abuse parking spots and everything like that. You know, they they send out a police vehicle and they check it out. Oh, they're telling me to wrap it up. We have a lot more to talk about. So did you hear about the guy that says he's now transracial? Well, Rachel Dolezal, the first transracial person, probably that became famous. You know, that white lady that said she was black, and she just got a perm in a deep, dark tan, and she also was a professor of African American studies. Well, she is weighing in on this whole trans racial issue, and it's a pretty interesting what she has to say. We'll be right back. W, ABC traffic.

He talked about bullying. And he put it all in the I have a dream speech. And of course, he said, peace and working together and living together in harmony. So thank you for mentioning that on him. Well, great job Hudson and great job Dad raising a kid who was so socially aware and compassionate. Now go ahead. I'm not going to drop you were saying no, No, Your father's should always interrupt to brag about their Children and mothers to come on mothers and fathers. I shouldn't and you know it. I so admire all of the things that you say and do And recently on your Twitter feed. I saw that you wrote. It has been a week of kind notes from clients and hate mail from opposing counsel. So I think we're doing this right. What do you mean by that? That is my life. So you know, we do a lot of high profile cases all the time as well as you know the majority of our cases which were just for everyday people. Nobody's ever heard of. But their issues there, Justus important, And as you said, we represent victims of discrimination, harassment or abuse. Ah, lot of sexual harassment, sexual assault, race discrimination. And, you know, I have a team of 11 attorneys, all of whom I have hand picked and trained and continue to train every day for all you know that they called the practice of lockers were never get it perfect, right And we are very Compassionate and kind to our clients, and we really get in depth with them and get to know them. And we really care about them. And then the other side, you know, since babies nasty grams about what a terrible person I am, and how dare I, And how could I, you know? Okay, Well, you know, I'm not in this to be their best friend. In fact, I think people don't like it when their attorneys were very Powell's E with the other side. I don't think that's a good look, and that's not anything that we do. You know, I like to have cordial professional relationships with opposing counsel. But you know a lot of times. They really don't like me because I'm saying that there guys sexually assaulted a bunch of people and you know that doesn't go over well on the other side, and I don't expect that it's fine. But so currently, for example, I am representing nine men with sexual misconduct claims against Alexander Wang, and that's been in the news a little bit. I think it's going to be in the news more in the coming weeks. Fashion designer now Lisa Sometimes you know you're involved in these cases. Esso intimately you forget that a lot of people need to be reminded Who these harassers are, I should say accused accused harassers Go ahead and explain a little bit. But you know, I we will talk about Britt McHenry. And I don't know if she's going to call and she was supposed to be on the show. Do you know what happened to her? I don't know. I'm sorry with we're trying to reach her. I hope it wasn't just a misunderstanding. That was just missed. It wasn't you know, I start getting suspicious because in this world now, every minute of them of the day, I'm suspicious of something she is. You know, she's a little bit. Her politics are a little bit different than yours. Do you think that I know you're hurt, Ernie, But do you think she didn't want to appear on the show Because her right wing leaning and you're left the way. I don't think that has anything to do with that..
