"Happy hours. Things like that. Right now We're booking these through December 2020 is what we're seeing. Um, I think that there will be hybrid events in the first quarter. Of 2021 which means a combination of some people live and some people virtual if things somehow dramatically changed as the year went on. You think these would switch to really events? Could you do that or not? I think in the absence of vaccine, I don't think that's likely. So I just think that crowds of over 250 up that that's not gonna happen under 250 sure. But the beauty of a virtual event is and and I really believe that virtual events in some way, shape or form are going to live on past. Move it, But the beauty of them is that you can get more eyes on your brand or your organization. And you can get more people participating and raising more money. Sure, Amy what about brides? We have so many brides and mothers of brides who listen to shop girls. What are you telling them to do into plan right now? Well, I would say that you should still have your event, but you should do it in a socially distance manner with a professional. Team of people that understand what that means and are following the rules. And I think that bridal showers can be virtual, so that your guests from all over can attend. But the actual weddings can happen if you're willing to reduce your guest count on and if you're not willing to reduce your guest count. Certainly postponing the date and potentially still getting married on the original date, like actually becoming You know, husband couple legally is what quite a few people are doing. But I do still have clients. We are making changes, but we will still meet in person and celebrate in person. Just on a reduced level, sir. And one more thing, Amy before we let you go. I know you are such a big proponent of supporting small businesses and local businesses. How are you finding ways to do that? With all of with all the changes that you're making? Yes, thank you for asking. So in the celebrations in a box, I make it a point of working with small business owners. So in this case in the twin cities to, for example, Linda Bakes is one of my favorite cookie makers. And she makes these beautiful custom cookies, putting her into the box working with People like some cookies and is a door, not company. By the way, these are all women on businesses as well. So then it's even a double whammy report. But Our Mike Nelson of North mallow. Anybody that we can include two support They really appreciate and need our support right now. Yeah, absolutely. Amy, Such great work you're doing and it kind of gives us hope and and lots of reasons to celebrate. I was just going to say, Amy, you are a reason to celebrate. That's true of your reason. Amy thereof. It's Amy zero dot com. Check out all the great things she's doing. We'll put a link on the shop. Lt's Paige. Thanks, Amy. Thanks, lady. Alright, and you can tune in to see her on Instagram too. If you go to add Amy's there often you see her daily celebrations. We will be right back with. Whose look? Is it anyway? Have you heard Donna and Steve lately?.

"For thanksgiving. Gimmick answer now. No, I'm really thinking here. I'm thinking, because it because it thanksgiving, I know he would always look forward to, to Linda's baking and stuff. But I'm China to think I can't think of any dessert I've ever seen them. Eat. He did have cheesecake with Jim cornet one time for corneas birthday, vents got him. Big old cheesecake cheesecake double cheese, mother fucker, like Vince had a bite. This is an interesting question we've had variations of this for a while. But we've never really talked about it hundred wants to know was do butcher ever discussed to come in for a run with HOGAN, and what are Vince is thoughts on Bill? The butcher. Abdulah to my knowledge was never discussed Cam in. I think he was way too gimmicky as far as the blood and guts and all that, that wasn't something that Vince was really into. And I don't know that Abdul ever expressed any interest in ever wanting to come in either. So it went both ways and. Abdulah would fit in the WWE model. What about, you know, was asking this? But it's awesome. It's speculated that Brody would've done, huge money with HOGAN on top. Conversation with Vince about Brody. Well Brody was left us way too soon. But Tom that I got to WWF so. No, he, he had worked for Vinson's dad. But. Shit. It was Brody was gone when I first started there, so shortly thereafter, anyway. AC five thirteen says had triple h not Torness quad in two thousand one where would he fit in the invasion angle? It's a great question. God. I don't remember because I think that before we even got into that whole in Beijing angle he. He Torrance coie that invasion, angle came up pretty quick. So in happen quick. So the fact that he wasn't around wasn't even considered in it. And that's. Kind of where we landed got another question here about macho man this time and involve is is for me to say offices match with Bret Hart from November of ninety seven some would say the best match and Saturday night main of history. Is it true that on the heels of that match both guys requested the opportunity to work a few together? I could see Randy always saying, no brother. Thank get a mover, and do something for them out there, and who the hell wouldn't wanna work with Randy savage, so that wouldn't surprise me at all, but anything significant no, not that I remember. Lots of questions about Tom MaGee this week, of course that match finally aired on the WB network recently. What can you tell us about Tom MaGee that she remember? You know, I remember Tom I came in nineteen eighty seven and I remember Tom from time to time doing dark matches television. Tapings. And if you put Tom with somebody that could weren't Tom, look, okay. And if you put Tom, somebody couldn't work aren't enhancement talent, neither one knew what the hell the do. So. Tom MaGee was extremely strong human being with gifted with incredible athletic skills, but less than zero charisma and it was you would see sparks brilliance where you all my God. Look at that and then I'll my God look at that. So. He ran the gamut. Mark wants to know I was disappointed that wrestlemainia thirty was not in New York City, you feel WBZ, should've kept the tradition of having wrestlemainia at Madison Square Garden, every ten years, I do I think that. That was we're all started in. I think it's a you know, it's a pretty cool. Pretty cool tradition. But obviously they haven't done it and. That's passed by so. Scott say next Stephen Watson. I was brisk Pritchard around when Vince that his famous stand back performance. I would love to hear his thoughts about that performance in, perhaps what Johnny ace would've thought of it. I was right there man. I was right there for the week long rehearsal with all the dancers choreographers for that whole slam event. That was it Caesars in Atlantic City, shitload Ifan, but a lot of hard work, man. Those were all day all night rehearsals and. Hut does..

"Research showing those things are more important than what you eat right and and socioeconomic status privilege right education race gender all of those things also factor in two peoples physical health outcomes and those are factors that we can't really control right especially like race and gender and things like that we don't have any control over those and socioeconomic status is very difficult to disentangle ripe people are often stuck in a cycle of poverty and can't just bootstrap their way out and so being in a lower socioeconomic status has been shown in many many many studies to be associated with worse health outcomes on disease states like diabetes heart disease all kinds of chronic health conditions and also mental health conditions like depression anxiety and things like that so you know there's lots of factors beyond our control is my point that influence our health and so it's a real fallacy to think that what we eat has that much of an effect on her house at all right and i think that's an important point to consider for anyone who struggles with orthodoxy and anyone who sort of buys into this cultural emphasis on physical health and on what you eat determining your health because that's the myth that we're all taught these days but it just isn't true what you eat does not have that much impact on your health as linda bake put it in her episode it's a very low amount i think she says in her book like 25 percent or less of your physical health has anything to do with behaviors you can control including food or movement the rest of it is all these things outside of your control and so just putting that in perspective and thinking about the fact that okay if you're really thinking about your health and you're doing it from a selfcare place a you're not going to be able to influence that much just by your food choices and be if you do find that certain foods make you feel better but your.
