"Brought to you by Buffalo Wild Wings since we do have a guest coming up in about fifteen minutes of talk titans and Indianapolis Colts. We're going to get into that matchup and the health. The Marcus mariota is a big one and he did return to practice yesterday. So that's encouraging signs for the Tennessee titans. Not doesn't guarantee that he's going to play. But if he's practicing I would assume that he's going to play. It's Dave mcginnis who's going to join us, by the way, she gives his name to promote the Tennessee titans. Color analyst former coach for the Arizona Cardinals from two thousand two thousand and three and then he was the linebackers coach. For the titans. I believe two thousand four two thousand eleven and then I spent some time with Jeff Fisher with the Rams, and he also coached with them with Greg Williams wall. So we'll get into Brown's talk with them as well. So there's a lot to do there. But what this game preview? What sticks out to me on this one is the quarterback? Andrew luck in his career is ten ino- versus the Tennessee titans. He's ten now. And think about the way the colts start off the year one in five to now nine and six and Andrew luck is now playing great football in the first few games of the season. He did look rusty. But the most impressive thing about the colts. Even though the story of luck is great. It's the way that defense has done a complete one eighty with now defense being able to stop the run. And that Darius Leonard player is unbelievable. The rookie one hundred fifty tackles or something. So that's the colts to you. The colts should win this game. The colts are the favorite in this game. They had the help your quarterback and their defense has made big time improvements. But Tennessee is home. We'll see how effective mariota is. And this is the titans team that Derrick Henry, I don't know if he's played a better three games in his career in the NFL. What he's done the last three weeks. They've been sensational and that titans team. They've been sneaky good all year. They beat the patriots. They beat the eagles. Now, they've also lost the Buffalo Bills. So it's just what titans team shows up. But I think this game is going to be a close one. But if you go look for mariota, I have to roll with Danja lock. And he's never lost to the Tennessee titans. But in that building Tennessee is tough. They're very tough to be in that building. And they play with the Cernan intensity. And the players do drive off the energy from the from the fans, and there's a reason why they're six and one at home this year. Tell one after the game before the game. He's pukhan. And then after the game he's waving around the titans flag and get it into it with Josh Norman, it's a real party scene if they win. But that's a doer Di game you win. You're in. You lose your season's over now. Another big game. This weekend is Vikings bears. We'll see the bears approach it. It's one thing to say, oh, you're gonna play your starters. We'll see what happens at game time, but they're still alive for the two seed. But that would mean the bears would have to win. And then you would have to have the forty Niners beat the Rams, which is not likely so for Minnesota. It comes down to Kirk cousins. Kirk cousins. Needs to step up and deliver in this week. The players are most looking at our Kirk cousins, Andrew lock Marcus mariota. Those are the three I'm really looking at and also Nick foles into the mix because Nick foles has been sensational. Going back to last year beats the Rams plays even better against the Texans. And if the Vikings will lose that game to the bears and cousins chokes then at the eagles beat the Redskins, which they should. And you're playing just Johnson at quarterback. Nick foles leads that team into the playoffs start that people already have people say, oh, what are they gonna do? Carson wentz. Carson Wentz that quarterback for the eagles for the future. He's the quarterback. But the story of Nick foles the legend of Nick foles just continues to grow by the stat by the play. Those are the four players really look to watch for this weekend. All right. Eight five five two one two four CBS when in Texas Quinn. What do you got for me? You were talking about defense. To me of defense is the Baltimore Ravens. And then if you go back in the day well this year Chicago Bears. And then you go back in the day. You got Scott Goldberg eighty five bears. Yeah. You'll correct. And then the doomsday defense the iron curtain, you don't see that. In college football. Yeah. But here's the thing. You still need you still need a defense to win. You do like I'm saying, I I understand I always reference this when you go back to the Super Bowl last year the Super Bowl last year was remembered for offense. What was the biggest play of the Super Bowl though last year? You got me defense. It was it was been Brandon Graham took the football away from Tom Brady. Look at the game between the chiefs and the Rams earlier in the year as well. The scoreboard. It was one of the highest scoring games NFL history. First time a team scored fifty points and lost the game. But the Rams defense won that game because they were able to force turnovers against Patrick Mahomes at the rot calm. But then you got Clemson. I think Clemson very good football has got the best defense. They have very good defense. Alabama's defense is very good as well. And Notre Dame could play defense Oklahoma. They made some stops in the big twelve championship game. But are you going to be able to stop to Tunga by law? That's something that they're going to need to get a few timely stops. And that's what it is Quinn. And you're right. It's about getting the timely stop. You don't have to play defensive math mouse smash bound football and be heavy hidden for sixty minutes. You don't have to do that anymore. Now, there's happens. Look at the bears. The bears did it against the Rams a few weeks ago. But you just gotta get the timely. Stop the patriots. Last year's don't have a great defense, but they've been able to get the timely stop, Malcolm, Butler, Dante Hightower, and etc. So could still work. Appreciate the phone. Call though, Quinn armory in Atlanta. What's up? Good morning. Good morning. How are you? You got a wreck. Well, I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go opposite which I was talking about this and got a good defense in Alabama. And got a good defense. Wait a minute. Hold up. You brings only run right. You remember that? The Cowboys game linebacker. They're planning for the Home Depot, we Smith Vander too. No benefits goodbye. Yes. I know in that game Smith and van deresh both played a big role in it, right? Another name. No Damien, no way. You know? They've relying back that we don't for day. Stay going to control the game ios to autumn guys guys on the Clinton got good defense. Don't get me wrong with Notre Dame guys on that. They should have had when he played Notre Dame for Alabama in the big game. But they had controversy. No customers. So now, we why don't you go back to the Manta tale situation. Is that what you're saying? I'll tell you. I don't care if man had a girlfriend or not you were never beat in Alabama that night. Nah. Shot shot that in effect on the game. But. UC you you could see it now 'cause you saw the school, please. You think Notre Dame this year has a better defense than Columbia Obama got they got not actually I not come on come on all statistically total defense. Once it has a better defense now Alabama statistically. Just the same. Casey. You could you could have an off nine each. And every time I'm reprinted up against the break, though. That's what you call. Notre Dame Homer. Oh, well, if Linaker cooler, whatever her name was actually did exist and meant I tell didn't get catfish. Well, then they would have beat Alabama. Are you it seriously? Come on. Dave mcginnis joins us next Zeldin for CBS sports.

It's an especially well. Era sling on you look down. Now God damn. That was Lisa nitty talked about getting it on but not with businessmen and they're black socks halfway up their Cavs. So Lisa used to call the show and the clones would just freak out, obviously. And then she went away and never came back. And then her friend Gina happened to call this show and convince Lisa to call once and then Gina became a thing. And now she's back Jeanne in Napa, and I love Napa because Janet ni- got married in Napa. So we love Napa. Gene, what's going on? How are you? Dan. How are you? I'm so good. What's going on? What brings you back? How much for taking my call? I really appreciate it. I just actually caused because. Yes, I was in India as well. And I moved back to Napa. That's where I'm from. And really the only reason I called is. Because since you sent me that great smoker. My mom, my beautiful telling him on has been trying to send you and your crew her world famous the Scotty. And you could talk Adam Hauck, you know, hook you up with that information. And no clones Geeta can have it. But you can't so Gina how his Napa. What are you doing in Napa? I moved back here to be with my family. And I am. Teething? I am just loving being back here. And because like I said this is rise born and raised, and it is awesome to be back here. And now you and Janet need to come back here. We used to we used to do it every single year until we had the kids. And now we don't do that so much, but yeah, we need to get back. There will be good for you. I'm so glad you're back with your family. I'm so glad you're back in Napa is one of those beautiful places Adam pick her up really quickly gin and Napa Gina called. So when Gina call the first time, she not only got lease at a comeback. We now you clones are clones freaked out. Like, you heard Gina, and I guess to a number of you. Clones, Gina sounded attractive see founder online, you found her on Twitter, and in her Twitter bio was telephone number for business, and that did not go so well, so she handled that, but now her mom wants to send her world famous Scotties. We'll take that love that. Like, I said this is a good call segment we had some dope pretend to be the president of derived institute. We had Gina Gina was the one who knew Lisa and brought back for a moment. Now, we keep moving. A smack off champ the 2013 smack off champ the guy that Rick in. Buffalo was talking about in a call the other day. This guy literally wanna music underneath his call. When you've got the game. This guy has I can do that for you. Let's go to the two thousand thirteen champ one of the best ever to do it. Mark in Hollywood. What's up, Mark? I am here to help your three hour recap of that fat net bug-eyed dirtbag, Rick and buffalo and his first annual clone cranks thought jam this thing at all the ingredients to make a successful sausage Suare from the drunk. Clones that showed up looking for a piece of Rick like he was at wasted. Freaky, chick on the ground crews to the sad. Look the realization that these losers spent their one and only hall has from their miserable lives getting spit on. While Rick talks this back door brouhaha had more nuts than I'll Bondo both parties. So you would think this walking Joaquin Email would be heaven. So why is this fat fish shed, taking a run at me, Rick? I know you've done so much to that your eyes look like Edwin Moses, and your beak looks like already Lang's. But the funny thing is I used to like you as a caller if you can look back through your opioid and. Juiced hayes. You'll remember when you first called. I was the one that was like I like this dude, Rick Rackham, but see that's when you had your normal voice wasn't. It. You bitch that land Wimpy Matt in Cleveland. Ask voice didn't get you anywhere. So you decided to rebrand I get it. But question why decide to sound like Jeff in Richmond with Henry flare up, and why would you decide to give CBS sports network those mug shots from when you were busted by Chris Hansen in that CD crat Chester motel habits in the corner, sir. It's not what I was helping her with. Then why did you bring box of wine? I can't control my level laugh out loud. Good. I get it. We gotta do you. You wanna call a radio show and sound like the bastard. Offspring of Rush Limbaugh Roseanne Barr. You do you want to pretend to be an internet gangster? But when things get too deep, you delete your tweets, you, do you you want waste knock off, and you you, but you're not up guy. You're not a gangster. You're a piece of crap. Born in a piece of crap. And by your own admission raised by a pizza crap. If only there was a club for that, Jim war Rick reinventing himself coming back Linaker, kuwa- war. Rick throwing himself on the field along with the rest of the sex toys and war Rick's white having a fetish for a black midget actors from Hollywood, God bless us. Everyone. Oh, hey, you fat fish head. You know, I love you. Put that five four one guy Palmes just eviscerated you. Fellas I tell you to save some of it for the smack off. But don't keep a common common debt is a vicious beef. Man that was Rick in Buffalo's day until Mark in Hollywood called and rip did Rix run around. He's not even running around. But he he could run around take a victory lap for holding and pulling off that clone stock, but it took a run at the wrong guy. And then Mark in Hollywood came with the heavy lumber a two by four if you've never heard of smack off that's the type of thing that goes down in a smack off. That's the kind of thing that wins you US smack off. That's why he wanted in two thousand thirteen he's got that in him. But this is what I respect about. These guys Rick in buffalo had to know that. And if he didn't before he does now he took a run at Mark. Now, what's his response? We'll find out. I know they should running out of time. I've got the interview on Friday. I want to reiterate that point because next hour I've got not back to back. Interviews two interviews of got the head football coach at Troy. Coming up in about ten minutes. Then I've got an open segment, then I've got Mark Stein to close the show. Then we have tomorrow's program. And then Friday is the urine review anything else jumps the year. Dallas coldblooded that was nasty that was dirty Dallas vicious that was violent. Mark in Hollywood. Telling that fat fish head to just do you still love that fat fish, Ed? Telling you will not get calls like that on any other program. So it makes the jungle the jungle quickly at such beer while tweets Mark in Hollywood coming with the goods, hashtag, west coast is the best coast Matt Vancouver's in holy crap. At Mark going old school street on the screaming teacher that was a straight hospital job that was a hospital job. Troy head football coach Neil Brown. When we come back. You know, reset that phone call from Mark after that. There's no better place to watch football with friends than Buffalo Wild Wings..

"It's Manta. It's such a beautiful day and beautiful daughters here wearing gladiator sandals on the beach, and we're just going to anyway, they went to Vegas her in the six, five volleyball player at in there. Partying at some bachelorette party, which I guess you bring your boyfriend her bachelorette party. They got into an argument in the hotel room, which often happens in Vegas when you've been drinking at the pool since twelve. And now it's like three in the morning, and you're eighty two pounds and the cops or the security came and witnessed an argument in which she then pushed her six, five volleyball player, boyfriend. And they said, we're being arrested on domestic violence and they rested her. She has a mugshot. It's on TMZ. You know, he said it was a misunderstanding. I'm not pressing charges, whatever. But the the security said, we saw what we saw and therefore we have to follow protocol whether you're eighty pounds or not. So because clearly people were like, how could she have hurt the six, five volleyball player than she had her attorney make a statement which was very smart in light of Lewin from New York. Housewives problem is she said, and I'm going to do it in a man. His voice, what the what the attorney said. I totally understand that the security at the Balaj whatever hotel was has to do with they have to do it was a friendly little shove, a, my six, five boyfriend in adjust like a joking way. They misunderstood and they arrested me, which I completely understand. They have to do their job. And I went in the back of the police car, and I took a mug shot and I completely respect that they need to do what they need to do. And when you see any kind of like that against women or men that you have, do you imagine though if you really weren't drunk off your ass and you really weren't pissed at your boyfriend and you really did just joke Linaker just at a restaurant and you're like, you silly goose, and then the securities were that we just saw you friendly chef, your boyfriend at dinner. So we were going to arrest you now and put you in a cop car, and you're an attorney and deal with this and you're like, okay, I. I was kidding, but I totally get it that you think that it was violent, let me know. Obviously, it was something that alarmed the security, but I think she's very smart to how she planned how she's responding. I think she has a good attorney and I think that's the way to go. But this probably knew very difficult because this is like her fourth serious, Instagram type boyfriend that she's had since the bachelor, and she still has these two little girls that she shares with some guy that's got to be just like annoyed by her lifestyle because her lifestyle is like going to Coachella and taking photos for a clothing company that she's getting closed for. It's a lot of Instagram posting and going on, you know, appearances with the bachelor people. And even though maybe the ex husband is happy that she's got some type of an income, it's like the fourth hot tall dude that she's been with. And I just think that can be annoying to the guy. Let's get into the latest on less booed vez. Okay. So I was. Received by people on the juicy, scoop obsessed page Facebook page. This is the private twenty-five thousand person group. Not everybody writes on it, but it is a lot of fun and we get a lot of scoop from there. And apparently you guys who watch big brother and I was not watching because those flying, but she is the host of big brother. And when she signed off, she always signs off as I'm Julie Chen. And this time she said, I'm Julie Chen Munoz where everyone said, okay, she is making a statement. I am sticking by my man. I don't care. I'm proud to be mooned as and people didn't take it how they may..

"To be the one who is trying to portray themselves as the international actor trying to calm this particular crisis down but i think what the trump administration has done his finally thrust upon the chinese the progress with the united states over trade jones's about currency south china sea in other issues uh cannot occur absence some progress on the korean issue this is a mel become sin cool to the relationship between us and the chinese and it seems that that with the message that president trump is trying to get across uh to president g a photo poto opponent conversation that they add who within the last one before what do you think kim jong owns and game is here what is he really looking for and what will it take to get him to to back off a little bit worked in georgia and getting let it gives brave even crystal clear from the very also that it was like all dictators he wants to survive this is sort of like dealing with tony soprano here uh and he was to ensure that he lived to be at old guard that he's still in charge of this country and that he can pass it on to his children like his father path to to hear when his grandfather past to his father and he sees the united states is a threat linaker you look at his perspective you might agree uh based on the fact that we're still technically at war number one number two course he was only four of the acf who of evil that didn't go well for other member via access we will most notably hosted abu fadi saw mubarak qaddafi a give up his nuclear programmes oil see the american thin support the rebel and a little more again up getting shot in a ditch so if he pay digital that you will survive in acquiring a nuclear weapon as the ultimate insurance policy to keep the united states had do you think do you have a prediction this is probably not even a fair question but diva prediction for how this is gonna end oh i i really know what are you like it or so liver scenarios that this could end one could be of course that.

"But porzingis doesn't fit their offense right now with jeff hornacek and if i could get i could get the number three pick in the draft and may be another first rounder and then i could get a jalen brown and maybe a j crowder to make the salaries work listen i i don't think it's the worst thing in the world the knicks have one really good player right now and then a bunch of old guys they don't want you could literally reboot the entire nick franchise by giving up porzingis you could get a very good defensive garden jalen brown you could then draft with a number three pick deer and fox at point you could get with a number eight pick lowery markkanen who plays like porzingis who has some of his skill set and then you could from the celtics potentially if you're really grind it get another first round pick or tumour first round picks you can't fall in love with players fall in like with players don't fall in love with them outside of quarterbacks in the nfl in an occasional durant curry lebron superstar fall in like would players don't fall in love with porzingis what posing as do this year already do if i can get the third taken the draft another first round pick in a couple of stars in jalen brown and maybe a maybe id kelly all linaker ajay crowder i do it though fall in love with him reboot to franchise yatta much all guys and malcontents now you say you want to get rid of phil jackson but a phil jackson is able to get a third tech and another first round pick and maybe another and john brown and another starter go for it you get a lot foreign big don't fall in love with these players that's the biggest mistake teams in this sports landscape do they fall in love with guys in like with him.
