"Then gerard. Tran criminality lamu brute rosie. Thomas jefferson twenty-seven fien now. That's a long name complicated things going on. The mall is in languedoc southeastern france. Spain that are trained ocean on the east west. Lose up in the foothills and what they did is they done wet and made sparkling wine about one hundred years before champagne. Did now popularize sparkling wine. But they kinda sorta dead. Because that's where thomas. Jefferson came in and they found records from shallow. Tom's house and the only sparkling wine they had in his personal seller was a criminal de la mu cream on sparkling wine. Anything other than pain is kareem off so when he was having some fun with sally hemmings break out the bubbles they're drinking remove remodeling and monticello the got that going for but it's really kind of classy nice rate tasty and really good bubble. That's got the kind of the center dame. They have the same effect as salted pretzels at a bar. Restarting the pretzels. And you drink more beer while they're sitting in line. You don't need as you start drinking more one that's got that and it tastes great. It's mostly chardonnay. That's got shannon blocking got fifty percents pinot noir and chardonnay pinot noirs to staples of champagne and shannon block sparkling. Wine is one of my favorite. I don't get enough of it. He gets some really nice ones out of south africa. I think france should do more Yeah there should be more because certain block does sparkling one well and and it's in here. It tastes great. This is great tasting made bubbly. Build up the pressure in the bottle of champagne is way more than pretty much anywhere else. And that's why. I got bottle champagnes topic to canal for over and most places. You gotta shake it up a bit to do that and this has less pressure less intensity that kind because that really those little bubbles under pressure really make a difference on your palate list that this is more in line with maybe american bubbles. Which don't miss fears intense. But no less tough flavor that this kind of you know. I didn't think about it. It's got it makes you wanna drink it. Which i think is great. Things should be on sale for anywhere between fifteen and twenty with the holiday sales coming on. You could probably find some bargains here and there but it's a classic charles. Charles i meant Gerard retread they're like wine conglomerate group they they control the whole bunch of different chateau's and domains up in france and is one of their wines. They make really good. Wine is very good even though it has the mousse got a history goes back to the fifteen hundreds and pantaloon fifteen hundred. I mean this wine isn't from fifteen hundreds or anything and thomas. Jefferson didn't drink this wine. It's kind of like a shoutout to that. And it's from the same soils that the vineyards planet john in the same techniques. They helped found champagne caused the method they make. The wine is actually call the traditional nothing but they call the shopping. Lob the champagne. And it's not really it's affected it but they didn't make it. They're the ones that came up with. So there's a church for them. This fragile bubbles with history. Got american history because thomas jefferson their tastes. Great that's super expensive. Good ten to twelve fifteen up. Some fresh is just took another sip. And that's that great tasting bottle of bubbles from france girard schranz domenici amuse too rosy grew. Thomas jefferson and. That's it for me.

Let's kick this episode off in as always we're going to give a name to this episode and this one we're going to call limo driver. Ever secrets revealed with comedian. Wayne Burr. Fine you like that. I like that when I was smooth. I just rolls up the tones right so here we go limo. Drivers secrets revealed field with comedian. Wayne Bergheim right here on filter free America. Let go limoux Cou city medicine make it happen happen at eleven eleven. I know I know you. ooh The toy. Good right so start by kind of tell me how did you get into to a limo driving or how and why did you become a limo. Driver I started. Well okay so I knew guy who I met at another driving job I used to do currier work in downtown Minneapolis. So I had this little small truck they would drive all over the place when we do legal stuff. I actually realized I drove the documents said that big Minnesota versus tobacco real drove those documents. Okay to certain lawyers but I have to have lawyers with me and we'd be tailed and I just I didn't know exactly what was in there but then after all like why cash was secure. Well they just because it was died. How many boxes? I was carrying at their if I I don't know really seem preposterous pasta to me as well but there were serious about it but like the bulk amount of we're talking like paperbark where you would get like a couple dozen reams green boxes big ASS boxes number maybe thirty to forty. This is the case of when they Minnesota banned smoking in the When they actually won again it was before became amy legal but it was where they were talking about? Tobacco knew there were issues causing health issues and they were targeting children like that big like what you're doing. Oh this wasn't the lead up to where they I thought you meant it was deleted to where they were banning it from like bars and all that stuff or was it just would be the lead up to that. Okay this is yeah this half step does BEF- you know they're still working on it. So so that's the kind of job I had the guy trained in their real. Good Dude We both were frustrated. Because you didn't get paid unless you worked so if there's nobody getting getting you could sit there for an hour or not get paid or or you could be there you had you had a. You're getting paid until you had some data we're on Independent contractors the whole time. But I mean there is days. I'd make a lot the money but then there was days I made like thirty bucks so we just got frustrated. I he broke his hand. They told me he had to work. He doesn't bullshit I'm quitting and then a couple of weeks later I quick because it was just because I had to pick up his slack. Now Oh this is a dumb shit job so then I worked at a hotel right by my house and then one day. I'm going through the lobby and I'm like. Hey you guys guy who broke your hand. What's up and he's like? What are you doing here? Mike Room Service. This is a mile from my house. I love it. He's like you should work limo with my. My sister owns a company. You should come work for us. I I was like what he's like. This is the money I made this week and I was like. Where do I sign up so called his sister? Who was the Nice boss for the rest of the the nice bosses? This guy sister Mr Talk to her. She's you gotta do we know he legalized. Yeah how old are you this whole okay. Let's go and this is like this is like ninety six ninety seven. Of course I filled out the legal shit but and so I was at an employee for them so I would get paid hourly but basically I just knew a guy whose sister owned company and and I WANNA I wanna ask you some more details about about what's required not required but since you brought the money part of it's one of my questions is I'm sure there's a base salary or hourly our Labor hourly. Yeah so like It was a two hour minimum and we always rounded up however it was so if I just picked somebody from the airport drove him to the house. forty-five minutes that's two hours. It was ten dollars an hour. So I'd make twenty bucks and then whatever tip was included okay Usually twenty percent some people just depending on what day they were having but you know make twenty bucks just to zip down and it was by my house. I live seven seven and a half minutes from the airport on a good day. I got that down pat on that so I just sit home play video games. Whatever did you hit the vehicle that you drove to keep it at your house? Most of the time I could if it was a busy weekend or whatever we would have to. I'd have to drive. Congratulated sometimes forced lake to drop off this vehicle and the vehicle I drove most of the time was a prototype that Ford came out with was a six passenger. Also just two bench seats that we're facing in the middle so like one bench seat would be back and the other one would just face like that and Ford presented at an auto. Oh show cut it in half dumped it off at a salvage yard. My shitty boss found out about that grabbed. It borrowed it back together. Really bad add. It made weird noises but some people thought it was the coolest thing they'd ever seen was it. Was It on the Lincoln plant down. Yeah it was nice that that size towncar kind of yeah. Yeah Yeah Yeah that would I would drive that or Lincoln towncar okay. We had a silver and black when it was just before they rounded it so it was that Nice big gorgeous. We're just car yeah. Sex passenger was my specialty. Because I would also drive like the weekdays in the morning I would drive children to school. I'd pick up like eight. I think six eight seven I picked up seven of them as a spoiled rich kids or people who just needed. Yeah this is we're talking minute Trista Egan just at Easter children to ride the bus. They will they will because they all wanted to go to a preparatory school these are they all more. Uniforms An integral heights..

"Champions League. Not sure what. Sixteen timing. Yeah. I'm I'm sure I am somewhere deep down. But right now, I can't find it adds left here like outta hell. Yeah. Was he upset with something? He's not upset anybody. I think he's going up to the little bit of a Suare all that. Yeah. Host funeral. They're getting together having a little bit of I will say glass here. I know that you went to the wake last night, Sylvie walks in and welcome in here last night. And then was there again today, we went to the funeral. And I mean, he's been a very very difficult road for for JD and his late wife Caitlin and impart or but I will say this. She was one hell of a fighter JD is a rock beyond all rocks, and is handled this situation better than I think anyone could possibly handle and that that poise and that class was on display again today and. It was it was an emotional moving service today. But once again JD was. Katie was great about it. So I know he appreciates everyone at ESPN one thousand in the sport that he's gotten from everyone that has participated so difficult day, but one we were proud to to be a part of in supporting love our team. May he's one of the strongest people, we know. It's amazing. What what he Caitlyn in Parker have gone. She was battling cancer for seven and a half seven and a half years and the roller coaster ride that provides that's what we all know about it. You know, you think you have some victories, and and then and then and she fought to the very very end. And that was something that they celebrate it today how much of a fighter was so so it was so many people love JD, and you see how well liked he is in the media with other people came in from my belief from Atlanta. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And Vaughn was the one he recovers the falcons used to write for the Tribune and covered the bears. I mean, these are all guys who compete with each other. You know? But like, they're all they almost become almost as a feel of us to say this about a lot of the guys up there when I was up there at house, it feels like your co workers because those are the ones that you see day in and day out, but you're technically competing with all them. And there was a Peggy Kazan's Adam John zehr. I think Adam Hogue was there. I mean, just to name a few people there so difficult day. But. Danny went through his own tragic, ROY spears there. So all the bears PR guys were up there. But. But as of like, I guess today. I mean, the celebration begins, and you will get one of her wishes was to have a dance party. Yeah. And so they're doing that up north at one of their favorite places, Mickey Finn's up Libertyville. And that's what it was today. It was like they celebrated her life. They talked about all of our favorite things, you know, watching Parker play sports going on vacations their favorite restaurants and different things like that. So they're celebrating the mentioned Aruba, I know. It was a highlight. How they gave out the list of all their favorite places in Italy and London in this place, and that place, and then they said and most of all a robot, and they were listing off the restaurants here, and they said an any restaurant in a robot. So it was it was just if you get a moment one of these days, I know appreciated Jordan, Gordon, said something earlier send a send a tweet to JD, and what he dealt with you know, the fight that was going on all their season. And it's one of the reasons why we hear Dan Wieder help out so much is because GED was was fighting with Caitlin and parenting with with Parker and everything like that. So I'm sure he would appreciate a note. From makes you proud to be part of this station in this family because you know, like you said, John you're up there last night. And you could see all the all his support. He got from both our station and other other places but Jesse Robbie today to buy at siding Sylvie sat right? It was like three or four seats over didn't get a chance to Stockton. But he was like three or four seats over. Think about that, you know, and and JD go way back ever since he was a rookie JD was Bill JD's at some really good relationship with a lot of the bears players. Yeah. Yes. Some not so much. That's part of the job never had himself. A Brian Robinson legs situation. Situation between Soviet Brian Robinson. There was not a lot of joy in mud. All it was was breaking the story about the double d you I yeah. That's. And you know, when he was interviewing I was there. And he got mad at me because I broke this happens it happens. Yeah. Hey, Brian j Dewey when you have a drink get a damn Uber. You know what I mean? Dry. A there wasn't a new. Limoux taxicabs taxi cabs. Go back a long it's fair criticism. It really is. So what was hot today? Your was how nonstop hotness kid. Best Gershon on today off. Say loves baseball. And and he does a great job. I mean, I heard him say though, that like should be mad about if your socks fan if because you didn't get Manny Machado. And we got the same response from car ravaged when we talked to him. It sounds like. Your little stepchild. And that's what basically it sounds like the White Sox. Should why would you expect to get somebody like that doesn't it? That's the way. I well. You shouldn't be mad because you never really had a chance here. The Chicago White Sox. I the impression I got from. When we talked to Carl ravage was that, you know what man he's not. He's not that guy. He's not that guy. That adds what you need in a championship kind of team. You know, that's what I felt from from Carl ravaged because he was a huge advocate of Bryce heart. Right. Right. But but those people like they're they're two different arguments. Right. Whether you believe in Manny Machado or not whether you believe in Bryce Harper or not. But then when you do believe in them, are you going far enough to get the point? Isn't that? Hey, the socks didn't like him. Like, right. Gershon didn't like they. They liked him enough to offering eight for two fifty right? So they were okay. With who Manny was is a guy and how he handled his business, and you know, didn't always run things out. And wasn't a great this or a great that that had already been. I think the White Sox. Check that box. It said were okay with this because they actually offered him eight years in two hundred fifty you don't offer anyone eight years in two fifty if you're not on if you're still unsure who that guy is and how he will affect your clubhouse and other things. No. I mean for them they were all in at eight years to fifth, and you're a guy think this stepchild thing, the Chicago stepchild thing would be more valid if they offered them the most money and were turned down. Yeah. Do you know not this cuteness of oh, well, he had a chance to make more money. If he hit these bonuses at the age of thirty six or whatever. Understand what you're saying. If the White Sox offer was legitimate. Carven's been saying nothing, but guaranteed money. Yes. I would've loved caveat. Putting the contract. He's exactly that. It's a chance for the team to be able to get out of something. They don't really want. You can't compare eight years in two fifty with ten years in three hundred ninety one ifs. And because all you can do is go three hundred is greater than two fifth. Really simple. Yeah. That's it. That's what this thing was about these two free agents. Nothing else. There was nothing else. There was no other conversation to be at. That's right. Guarenteed money period anything else after that is just excuse making when cap caps been reporting that Bryce Harper informed. The White Sox awhile ago that he wasn't interested or they didn't have a chance was that. Because of the money they're offering or the the height that they would go like I would have liked to have heard if the White Sox had offered three thirty five or even the equal. But I think what he considered the White Sox by. Yes. So my speculation would be in is that if they weren't gonna offer Manny Machado, anything more than eight years and three two hundred fifty million. They weren't gonna offer Bryce Harper any more than that. So when Bryce Harper got that bid, if that's what in fact happened. I'm sure he said, look, you can't this isn't going to happen because your offer has to have a three in front of it. And I don't care about your incentives, but the annual average salary of Bryce Harper we talked about this on Friday when you're gone is less. It's twenty five million. And I hate to say only when it comes to twenty five million. That's still I believe the thirteenth highest annual salary of all time. But still think about this. The cubs are going to camp with a twenty million dollar annual for Cole hamels who's a thirty five year old pitcher they're paying him. Twenty million dollars comes paid Jason. He worked twenty three million dollars. So like in five years from. Now would Bryce Harper making twenty five million per year really hamstring. You wouldn't think so you wouldn't think so you would think that it would be good value? Yeah. So it's less of a tax impact yearly year. It's longer. Yes. It's longer. But still I I just thought for the tickets they could have signed the could've sold felt that way for for the jerseys for the the buzz. I just thought this was perfect for either. Then there, and they didn't go far enough in my opinion. I couldn't I can't quantify the numbers, but my searching all along just in my own little goofy. Mine was if the socks were willing to go eight years to fifty and you needed to get ten years in three hundred that's a fifty million dollar difference. I thought by signing Manny Machado in the first eight years of him being with the socks you would have recouped that in some way, shape or form collectively somehow some way whether you can't quantify. Goodwill or you can quantify ticket sales. Jersey sales local ads sales all of that stuff that signing Manny Machado in large part would pay for itself in terms of the back end or the the the difference between three hundred fifty don't you think they would have sold more tickets if they sank Harper Harper's got more of the in my opinion, more of the general like marketing ability, he's got a brand that's probably stronger than men. Yes. So whether you liked wonder another that's a baseball decision when it comes to marketing dollars and the impact of selling tickets and jerseys. I always felt the Bryce Harper. But I still think either one of them you you would have felt like you got at least a large portion of your money back. I don't want to give the extra fifty. But guess what that not signing? Manny leaves you with a void in terms of some of that answer. Larry. Created income and revenue because you don't have that superstar to market. So that now you don't have any of them. You know, what's so funny ERC is that he's so scared Jerry to give these guys ten years thirteen years, but yet both management teams have been given. Well over a decade, you know, and and there's been plenty of age on both sides of town, you know, to to where where you're like. Well, I don't know what I'm going to be getting in year eleven Bryce Harper. What are you getting in year sixteen and seventeen out of Paxton gar? That's that's linked of deal only not worrying about how much money you're actually. Right, right. I think I think Jerry Reinsdorf doesn't mind continuity when against is people that are having familiar people that he's comfortable with and understand his message. Going to be about. That's why you're going to get that, you know. The money. The more important thing reading Leith contracts was the money. They were never going to be in the market doing what needed to be done to get any of these two players. They wanted to say we were in it take a look at where we were this this whole thing they've done before. This should not have fooled. Anybody this is what the White Sox in the bulls kind of done. Well, we're in it. We're here. We're at the table. We're conversing we're at the dance, you know, whether they get to go home with prince charming or not. Yeah. The finding out a little bit later, but we're at the dance we saw the slipper come off. And all of a sudden this thing turned into a pumpkin. And oh what we were there. We enjoyed it so much fun. We just didn't get prince charming was wearing slipper. Am I right about that? I need you're gonna come over to the kids at that time. Three or four. Little red riding. You're right. Are you at prince you'd all the characters right, y'all said the pumpkin at midnight. Sure. Yeah. The details just sort of horses turned into mice. I remembered. Yeah. Good times. Just the White Sox. We're never going to be there. Never going to be. But there were there for two fifty. And I know there's I know the answer. Yeah. The answers the answer to my next question is fifty million dollars. What's the difference between investing two fifty and three hundred fifty? He goes.

"That? It's a matter safety and equity for all the students. He had cost fifteen bucks. A ride the buses. See a senior Alex Barna. Of course, says writing the Limbaugh party bus was the best part of the night. Because of course, you're competent field, and you're and you're getting drunk, right? Of course. Yeah. Yeah. But yeah. The school is doing as you know, there's no showing up late presuming that you reason you're show. Blake is because you're out doing stuff you shouldn't be doing. So that's something that developed in. Again, I was school longtime ago, you did all your party and the hardcore party and stuff happened after the prom. Agreed. These kids these kids these days. They show up faced. And then they can't understand why the teachers get mad at him. Yes. The prey there's plenty of damage to get into after eleven o'clock or whenever the damn Dan shuts down. You don't have to show up puking dagger in and falling down and stop at ain't gonna work for you at any given moment. So so do you agree with that? I agree. I think it's sounds like a cost of -ffective way. I mean now this is kind of goes back to the debate of yesterday, though, is this infringing upon the rights this kind of big brother. But I think the argument would be more or less the same which is okay. He sees your kids. You know? Acute care less about maybe their rights when their kids, and they're, you know, making stupider decisions than adults would well see the thing is eventually you have to get home. I'm not going to believe that a kid is going to have a limo taken them door to door. Maybe I'm wrong. But seems to me any of these situations. I've seen the kids all congregate at one guy's house. One person's house versus his parents are at towns house. Yeah. Correct. So they all congregate there. Get cramped fourteen people in an eight person limo and go under their business. They all come back there. And then they all go home all any good. Because of course, you know, you think you have the limo. You got free rein to party as hard as you want to his been Sherman limos. And then they got the the old yellow bus picking them up. I hope they're released getting some kind of you know, those fancy bussey things, I wouldn't better. Can you imagine though, if it is a school bus, that'd be kind of cool. Talking about kicking it old school their yard and these girls. Now, you know, they're wearing two thousand dollar gowns, and climbing thing is even more outrageous crazy, the me talk to parents, and especially with with girls in the mount of money. They wanna spend on these Jazzercise in buying a wedding dress for junior prom. Let's talk to Mike about hey, Mike. What's going on, man? I know your thoughts on the problem with these kids these days. Thanks, do anything. We didn't back. Was in the. I don't know about damn I barely somebody thinks something somewhere is going wrong. I mean, for instance, like I at our problems. It was somebody found somebody's house you go to okay, there might have been some natty lights floating around. And then you want, you know, you whatever you went out and he went back to somebody's house. Now, it's like there's like a big old dinner. And then there's a limo. And then there's breakfast. Yeah. There's all this crazy stuff in a catered this and come on back in the day, the cool kids, they didn't get limos. They got hotel rooms, really. Yeah. Yeah. My my point wasn't wasn't gonna have hotel room buying for me or anybody. Now that was a deal because you would you'd convince your parents, hey, at least I'm not going to be out driving around. So, you know, I'm not staying with Cindy. Oh, rocky and Suzy are going to be there. See and can center you're going home C and rock, and I are gonna play video games. Yeah. Yeah. That's what the plan is at your story. Anyway. A Tina what's going? You're talking about kids on prom night. Well, hi, I was just gonna say there's breathalyzers everywhere. All the problems have breathalysers now. So if anything were to happen, it would have to happen after the palm our kids are all breathalysed, I've two girls. Gotcha. Now in terms of the compare like when you went to prom to what your daughter is. It is it more expensive and more extravagant now or along the same lines when I say, no, I got dressed on bus on the way back home from a track and field me. It was really nice. But yeah, that's cool. What do you want your daughters doing now what's gonna everage prom? Well. Kinda like I was so it's it's not big deal. But some of them do spend an extraordinary really a lot amount of money. Yeah. Thanks. Yeah. Camera back in the day. When girls would make thrown dresses, really. Yeah. The coat of many colors. I mean, I'm not saying they look like they belong on the runway anywhere. They gave the college try a dim, Doug. It about a limo for what? Now and eight grade damn good Lord, man. Nineteen ninety-five their worst seven limos lined up outside the middle school for the eighth grade. Dan, man. I just had to share this with Eddie sticky fingers and rocky big man. One thing with that is. Limoux your eighth grade dance. Wh what's next obviously, high schools a bigger deal? You know, where you're going down from that. What are you going up to what's what did you do the top that I was gonna say you hit the nail on the head? If that happens in eighth grade what's supposed to have in your senior year helicopter. Wow..

"And weather station. And as happy as I am I have to admit that game was lackluster, don't you think? Yeah. That's an understatement. Mike God, it was it was pretty awful, right? Snoring sound effect. Seriously. I would I would have gone to bed at the half. My team wasn't an wanted to go to bed but being talked about in the morning better. Stay up in case there's some big play, and I miss it. But it never came. And didn't miss a thing. Oh, I know in the halftime show. Ma- we expected that though and they named maroon five maroon five in concert twice. I mean, they're good. But they don't put on a show play. They play. Yeah. And that's what they did. And they brought out Travis Scott. He would just has no class and cursing bleeps and a bunch of times and big boy, it was it was fine. It was nothing spectacular. There's no sizzle to it now. And the the the ads were there were a few that were pretty good. You'd like the NFL AB I like the NFL add adaptive controller ad from the XBox. Or whatever it was that. I also liked the most the other ones she didn't run a blank now to Jason Bateman one. When the elevators wa buying cars like root canal jury duty or googled up the NFL one hundred ad that. That was good. That was great all those blast from the past players. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Israel. Are they? All these great plays. And they'd get Terry Bradshaw. As a girl at the end catches the ball. She is a tackle football player. I think she's fifteen or sixteen. Now, they've been following her since she was like in, you know, peewee football all the way through and she she plays. I think she plays high school football. I'm MRIs she started at a girls' tackle football. And there's like four hundred players so yeah. So they awarded her or something last year like a game changer award or something. That's why. Yeah. So so we're actually going to talk about the ads the hits and misses with Paul Faye from over it, which is a local firm web design public relations, and he'll have his hits and misses for that. And then eight thirty five or national correspondent bills him for. We'll talk about the game itself. As a unique perspective. Former voice of the Miami Dolphins. Other news this morning. Big name is now being inserted into the SCO. Harry limousine case Joe Teke Pena for that. Name sounds familiar. He's he's a big big time attorney he's represented clients like Alex Rodriguez and urine Vander Sloot suspect in the Natalie Holloway disappearance raw Philadelphia rapper meek mill so a little bit of star power. He's not replacing Lee Ken Lim Kelly, but they're just adding to the defense team. And we assume the father who's over in Pakistan. We think they have pretty deep pockets showing that they've got a lot of money available for the civil suits. That are still to come need every bit of it. Yeah. So Teke Pena says well, first of all. There are a lot of things put out there that have just been factually inaccurate flat out wrong. Well, I don't know what he's referring to. But the fact that they've failed inspections and still put faulty vehicles on the road. Certainly seems to be undeniable seemed like a factor in these guys their, you know, their job is to cast doubt using whatever they can throw everything against the wall. See what sticks? But I guess it was predictable. But I still don't quite get it. He says, you know, we had the the tug of war the turf battle between the SCO Harry DA in the National Transportation Safety board over who has access to the limo whose investigations more important. They came to a compromise last week. But he's in tech opinion says why try to keep the NTSB out unless you are worried about their findings. Well, no, what keep them out because they wanted to act they think the criminal cases the most important, right? They don't want their evidence tampered with that doesn't mean they're hiding anything. But he's gonna throw stuff out there. One other thing up limo. Some limo owners are coming out now. There was a hearing last week. They the governor came out with a bunch of proposals. After this go, Harry limo tragedy, most of them we actually agree with. But one of the one of the ones was he was talking about. And it would have to be approved by the legislature, of course, banning stretch limos altogether of the industry, certainly doesn't like that. I think that may be overkill I think that taking it just a little bit too far. I mean, they already have some pretty strict guidelines in place for a safety that they have to meet for both federal and state guidelines should be inspected regularly. And even when they come off the line if they've been stretched they have to meet strict federal guidelines. So I think that they're they're the issue with these with this particular cases that they weren't following the law didn't go undergo that rigorous inspection. That's supposed to be done twice a year. So some of the other things are proposing like stiffer penalties for people who like do stuff. Like put faulty vehicles on the road or uninspected vessels rights like that tamper with stuff. Yeah. But banning stretch. Limoux altogether. I mean, they've been around forever. Listen, there are a lot of really good reputable companies out there that do follow all the rules. They have their fleet inspected every year, they maintain them. Well, and I think that would unfairly punish those businesses. Plus, look, I guess what would you say as of X date? They would all be out of service because you've got weddings proms. And all these things that are already book that you know, you'd run the risk of leaving these people that transportation, and they also the limo companies say that if they were banned in New York that they under federal law. They don't they think it would be likely that other companies would come over the border, like New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and steal all of New York's business. Yeah. I think so I mean, so say, for instance, they New York band stress limos while you could have company based right over the border in pittsfield that can still serve the capital region in perfectly legal talking Kelly eight eleven..
